Abstract

To enable a sensor to reliably detect bacteria in a bacterial solution.SOLUTION: An additive manufacturing device includes: a chamber (chamber 2); a gas supply unit (gas supply unit 88) for supplying an atmosphere gas into the chamber (chamber 2); an irradiation device (irradiation device 83) for irradiating a molding area (molding area 54), where a powder bed (powder bed 50) covered with powder is provided in the chamber (chamber 2), with an energy beam to additively manufacture a three-dimensionally molded object (molded object 7); and a control unit (control unit 82) for controlling the additive manufacture of the molded object (molded object 7). The control unit (control unit 82) controls the pressure of the atmosphere gas in the chamber to be higher than the atmospheric pressure when the molded objects (molded objects 7) are subjected to the additive manufacturing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1

Claims

1. A chamber; a gas supply device for supplying an atmospheric gas into the chamber; an irradiation device that irradiates an energy beam onto a modeling region in the chamber, where a powder bed on which powder is spread is provided, in order to layer-model a three-dimensional object; a control device that performs control related to the additive manufacturing of the object, The control device is an additive manufacturing device that controls the pressure of the ambient gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure when the object is additively manufactured.

2. The layered manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1 , wherein the control device performs control so that a pressure of the ambient gas in the chamber is made higher than atmospheric pressure at least during a period when the energy beam is irradiated onto the powder bed.

3. 3. The additive manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control device controls the gas supply device to supply the atmospheric gas at a temperature lower than the temperature of the space in the chamber, thereby controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure.

4. 3. The layered manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control device controls the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure by changing a temperature of the atmospheric gas in the chamber.

5. 3. The layered manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the control device performs control so as to make the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber higher than atmospheric pressure by changing a volume of the chamber.

6. The additive manufacturing apparatus according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the powder is a powder of an iron-based material.

7. supplying an atmospheric gas from a gas supply device into a chamber; A step of irradiating an energy beam from an irradiation device to a modeling area in the chamber, where a powder bed on which powder is spread is provided, in order to layer-form a three-dimensional model; and when the object is manufactured by additive manufacturing, controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure.

8. 8. The additive manufacturing method according to claim 7, wherein the step of controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure includes a step of increasing the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure at least at a time when the energy beam is irradiated to the powder bed.

9. 9. The additive manufacturing method according to claim 7 or claim 8, wherein the step of controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure includes a step of causing the gas supply device to supply the atmospheric gas at a temperature lower than the temperature of the space in the chamber, thereby causing the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure.

10. 9. The additive manufacturing method according to claim 7 or claim 8, wherein the step of controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure includes a step of changing a temperature of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to make the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber higher than atmospheric pressure.

11. 9. The additive manufacturing method according to claim 7 or claim 8, wherein the step of controlling the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber to be higher than atmospheric pressure includes a step of changing a volume of the chamber to make the pressure of the atmospheric gas in the chamber higher than atmospheric pressure.

12. The additive manufacturing method according to claim 7 or 8, wherein the powder is a powder of an iron-based material.
