Abstract

To provide a cutting blade that is easy to handle with low metal contamination risk during cutting.SOLUTION: A cutting blade 1 is a washer-shaped cutting blade which is installed on a spindle of a cutting device with the cutting blade held by flanges 13, 14. The cutting blade 1 has a grindstone part 2 where abrasive grains are fixed by a bond. When being held by the flanges 13, 14, the grindstone part 2 has a non-cutting area 5 accommodated in the flanges 13, 14, and a cutting area 6 projecting from outer peripheries of the flanges 13, 14. At least an inner edge of the non-cutting area 5 contains powder of a magnetic body, and at least an outer edge of the cutting area 6 does not contain powder of a magnetic body.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
