Abstract

To provide a light detection device capable of expanding a signal addition range of a pixel circuit.SOLUTION: A light detection device according to one embodiment disclosed herein includes: a first pixel circuit including a first select transistor; a second pixel circuit including a second select transistor; signal line connected the first select transistor and the second select transistor; and a driving circuit supplying a gate voltage of the first select transistor and a gate voltage of the second select transistor. The driving circuit applies a first gate voltage to the first select transistor and applies a second gate voltage to the second select transistor, in a non-addition mode, and applies a third gate voltage lower than the first gate voltage to the first select transistor and applies a fourth gate voltage lower than the second gate voltage to the second select transistor, in an addition mode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
