Abstract

To provide a connector subassembly for a cable having an insulation electric wire formed of a metal main body housing an electric insulation block and a center contact connected to one electric wire of the cable.SOLUTION: The present invention essentially provides a connector subassembly having an electric insulation block and an external shield main body. The external shield main body comprises open parts. Those open parts overlap each other, and are relatively arranged so that not only a center contact is precisely reached to a reference insertion position, but also a progress state in a block inner part when the center contact is being inserted can be confirmed from an external part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
