[0003] [Patent Document 1] Patent Publication No. 2020-117233 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] Here, chlorous acid water is a drug that is frequently used as a disinfectant, and is usually sold as a high-concentration aqueous solution. When using, an appropriate amount of chlorous acid water is taken out from a container containing the chlorous acid water, and the concentration is adjusted as desired, making the operation complicated when using. Therefore, the present inventors came up with the idea of dividing chlorous acid water of a concentration suitable for use into a packaging bag in an appropriate amount, and when such a package was produced, it was found that the adhesive layer for bonding each layer in the packaging bag in the conventional packaging bag was deteriorated by chlorous acid water. When the adhesive deteriorates, each layer of the laminated film constituting the packaging bag peels off, and the contents cannot be stored properly. In addition, when the adhesive swells due to the action of chlorous acid water, the appearance of the packaging bag deteriorates.

[Figure 4] 1 is a schematic diagram showing a packaging bag according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0009] (First embodiment) The packaging material (laminate) according to the present embodiment is a packaging material for forming a packaging bag for containing chlorous acid water, and includes a base film, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer in this order, and satisfies at least one of the following (1) and (2). It is considered that the layers (1) and (2) can prevent free chlorine from penetrating into the adhesive layer. (1) The sealant layer contains an inorganic pigment. (2) A layer containing an inorganic pigment is provided between the sealant layer and the adhesive layer.

[0010] The base film may be a flexible film. The base film may include one or both of film-like thermoplastic polymers. Examples of the flexible film include biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP), polyethylene terephthalate (PET), oriented polyamide (OPA), non-oriented polypropylene (CPP), linear low-density polyethylene (LLDPE), and low-density polyethylene (LDPE). The base film may be, for example, a vapor deposition film (transparent vapor deposition film) in which silica or the like is vapor-deposited on a PET film. The thickness of the base film may be 5 to 150 μm, 15 to 90 μm, or 20 to 80 μm.

[0011] The adhesive layer is not particularly limited, and examples thereof include polyurethane adhesives and polyacrylic adhesives. Examples of polyurethane adhesives include adhesives containing a cured product of a composition containing polyisocyanate and polyol. The polyol may be a polyester polyol. The composition for forming the polyurethane adhesive may further contain an epoxy resin.

[0012] The sealant layer is a layer having thermal adhesiveness. Examples of such layers include layers containing thermoplastic resins. Specific examples of thermoplastic resins include ethylene-based resins such as low-density polyethylene resin (LDPE), medium-density polyethylene resin (MDPE), linear low-density polyethylene resin (LLDPE), ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer (EVA), ethylene-α-olefin copolymer, and ethylene-(meth)acrylic acid copolymer, and polyolefin-based resins such as blended resins of polyethylene and polybutene, and polypropylene-based resins such as propylene-ethylene random copolymer, propylene-ethylene block copolymer, and propylene-α-olefin copolymer. The thickness of the sealant layer may be 5 to 150 μm, 15 to 90 μm, or 20 to 80 μm.

[0013] Fig. 1 shows a cross-sectional view of a packaging material (laminate) 10 according to this embodiment. In Fig. 1, the packaging material 10 includes a base film 1, an adhesive layer 2, and a sealant layer 3, in this order. In the packaging material of Fig. 1, the sealant layer 3 contains an inorganic pigment together with the thermoplastic resin. Such a packaging material 10 can be obtained by forming a layer of an adhesive composition (adhesive layer 2) on the base film 1 by a dry lamination method or the like, and laminating the sealant layer 3 on the adhesive layer.

[0014] When the sealant layer 3 contains an inorganic pigment, the sealant layer 3 may be formed of a material in which the inorganic pigment is kneaded into the above-mentioned thermoplastic resin. Examples of such a material include LLDPE kneaded with a white pigment, LLDPE kneaded with a black pigment, and the like.

[0015] The inorganic pigment is not particularly limited, but is preferably at least one of a black pigment and a white pigment. Examples of the white pigment include silica and titanium oxide. Examples of the black pigment include carbon black. Other examples of the inorganic pigment include layered minerals such as mica. One or more types of inorganic pigments may be used.

[0016] The sealant layer may be a multilayer film. Examples of such a multilayer film include a laminate of two or more layers containing an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin, and a laminate of one or more layers containing an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin and one or more layers containing no inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin. An example of a laminate of two or more layers containing an inorganic pigment and a thermoplastic resin is a laminate of LLDPE kneaded with a white pigment and LLDPE kneaded with a black pigment, in the order white-black-white.

[0017] A cross-sectional view of another example of the packaging material of the present embodiment is shown in Fig. 2. The packaging material 20 includes, in this order, a base film 1, an adhesive layer 2, a layer containing an inorganic pigment (inorganic pigment layer) 5, and a sealant layer 4. Such a packaging material 20 can be obtained by forming a layer of an adhesive composition (adhesive layer 2) on the base film 1 by a dry lamination method or the like, and laminating on the adhesive layer 2 the sealant layer 4 having the inorganic pigment layer 5 formed on its surface.

[0018] The layer 5 containing an inorganic pigment is not particularly limited, and may be a layer formed by applying an ink containing an inorganic pigment, a layer on which an inorganic pigment is vapor-deposited, or the like. The inorganic pigment is not particularly limited, but is preferably at least one of a black pigment and a white pigment. Examples of the white pigment include silica and titanium oxide. Examples of the black pigment include carbon black. One or more types of each of the white pigment and the black pigment may be used. In this specification, the layer containing an inorganic pigment does not need to be a heat-sealable layer, and may not include a sealant layer containing an inorganic pigment.

[0019] The ink containing an inorganic pigment may be an ink containing an inorganic pigment and a solvent.

[0020] In the packaging material 20, the sealant layer 4 does not need to contain an inorganic pigment, but may contain an inorganic pigment. When the sealant layer 4 contains an inorganic pigment, the sealant layer 4 may be any of the layers exemplified as the sealant layer 3 described above.

[0021] In the packaging material, it is preferable that the sealant layer containing the inorganic pigment or the layer containing the inorganic pigment has light-shielding properties in the ultraviolet (UV) range. Since the chlorous acid contained in the chlorous acid water is easily decomposed by UV irradiation, the sealant layer containing the inorganic pigment or the layer containing the inorganic pigment has light-shielding properties in the ultraviolet range, so that the decomposition of the chlorous acid contained in the chlorous acid water can be suppressed.

[0022] The packaging bag of this embodiment can be formed by placing the sealant layers of the packaging material face to face and heat sealing them. FIG. 4 shows an example of the packaging bag of this embodiment. The packaging bag 110 of FIG. 4 is formed by placing two packaging materials 60 and 62 face to face and heat sealing the three pieces. The packaging bag 110 has a storage section 102 surrounded by the heat-sealed parts of the three pieces. The storage section can store hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water. After storing hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water in the storage section, the opening of the packaging bag can be sealed by heat sealing or the like to produce a package that stores hypochlorous acid water or an article containing hypochlorous acid water in the packaging bag.

[0023] In this specification, chlorous acid water is an aqueous solution produced by the following reaction. First, an aqueous solution in which chloric acid or a chlorate is dissolved is prepared. The aqueous solution is obtained by adding hydrochloric acid to an aqueous solution in which sodium chloride is dissolved, and electrolysis is performed in a membrane-free electrolytic cell under acidic conditions (see formula A below), or by adding sulfuric acid to an aqueous solution of a chlorate to make it strongly acidic, thereby generating chloric acid (see formula B below). Next, hydrogen peroxide is added to cause a reduction reaction to generate chlorous acid (HClO2) in the aqueous solution (see formulas C and D below), thereby obtaining chlorous acid water. The chlorate may be sodium chlorate. When carrying out the reaction of formula B, sulfuric acid may be added so that the pH of the aqueous solution of chloric acid is maintained within the range of 2.3 to 3.4. Formula A: NaCl + 3H2O + 6e - →NaClO3+3H2↑ B formula: 2NaClO3+H2SO4→2HClO3+Na2SO4↓ C formula: 2HClO3+H2O2→2ClO2+2H2O+O2↑ D formula: 2ClO2+H2O2→2HClO2+O2↑

[0024] In order to stably maintain chlorous acid (HClO2) for a long period of time, the chlorous acid water may contain at least one compound selected from the group consisting of inorganic acids, inorganic acid salts, organic acids, and organic acid salts. Examples of inorganic acids include carbonic acid, phosphoric acid, boric acid, and sulfuric acid. Examples of inorganic acid salts include carbonates (including hydrogen carbonates), hydroxides, phosphates, and borates. [0025] The pH of the chlorous acid water may be 3.2 to 7.0.

[0026] Examples of articles containing chlorous acid water include porous substrates, fiber substrates, and other substrates impregnated with chlorous acid water. Examples of substrate materials include sheets, films, patches, brushes, nonwoven fabrics, paper, cloth, absorbent cotton, sponges, and the like. The substrate may contain a plurality of these materials.

[0027] Second embodiment The packaging material (laminate) of the present embodiment is a packaging material for forming a packaging bag that contains hypochlorous acid water or an article that contains hypochlorous acid water, and includes a base film, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer in this order, and has a layer containing inorganic oxide between the base film and the adhesive layer, and between the sealant layer and the adhesive layer. It is considered that the packaging material of the present embodiment can prevent hypochlorous acid from penetrating into the adhesive layer by having a layer containing inorganic oxide.

[0028] A cross-sectional view of a packaging material (laminate) according to this embodiment is shown in Fig. 3. In Fig. 3, a packaging material 30 includes a base film 1, an adhesive layer 2, a layer 6 containing an inorganic oxide, and a sealant layer 4 in this order.

[0029] In this embodiment, the materials of the base film, adhesive layer, and sealant layer may be those exemplified in the first embodiment. The sealant layer 4 may not contain an inorganic pigment, but may contain one. When the sealant layer 4 contains an inorganic pigment, the sealant layer 4 may be a layer exemplified as the sealant layer 3 described above. The sealant layer 4 may be multi-layered. The packaging material of this embodiment may have at least one of (1) the sealant layer containing an inorganic pigment and (2) the layer containing an inorganic pigment between the sealant layer and the adhesive layer in the first embodiment, together with the layer containing an inorganic oxide. Examples of packaging materials having such a layer structure include a base film, a layer containing an inorganic oxide, an adhesive layer, and a sealant layer containing an inorganic pigment, in this order, and a base film, a layer containing an inorganic oxide, an adhesive layer, a layer containing an inorganic pigment, and a sealant layer (the sealant layer may contain an inorganic pigment).

[0030] The layer 6 containing an inorganic oxide may be a vapor-deposited layer of an inorganic oxide, a layer formed from an ink containing an inorganic oxide, a layer in which an inorganic oxide is kneaded into a resin, a layer in which a thermosetting resin containing an inorganic oxide is cured, or the like. The inorganic oxide may be an inorganic pigment, or may be a light-transmitting material. Examples of inorganic oxides include silicon oxide (silica, etc.) and alumina.

[0031] The packaging material of this embodiment can be used to manufacture packaging bags and packages in the same manner as in the first embodiment.

[0032] The packaging material of the present embodiment preferably has a light-shielding layer. The light-shielding layer is preferably a layer having light-shielding properties in the UV region. By having a light-shielding layer, decomposition of chlorous acid contained in chlorous acid water can be suppressed. The light-shielding layer may be disposed in the packaging material so as to be located outside the sealant layer when the packaging bag is made, and may be disposed outside the base film, between the base film and the adhesive layer, or between the adhesive layer and the layer containing inorganic oxide.

[0033] In the packaging bag according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, when chlorous acid water having a free chlorine concentration of 200 mg / L or more is sealed in the packaging bag and stored at 40° C. for three weeks, the free chlorine concentration of the chlorous acid water in the packaging bag may be 100 mg / L or more. Such a packaging bag may be the packaging bag according to the first and second embodiments described above. The free chlorine concentration in the chlorous acid water is measured before sealing, and the chlorous acid water is promptly sealed in the packaging bag after the measurement. The free chlorine concentration can be measured by JIS K 0102 33.4 (diethyl-p-phenylenediammonium (DPD) spectrophotometry) or a method conforming thereto. The free chlorine concentration after three weeks of storage (free chlorine concentration after storage) is measured by removing the chlorous acid water from the packaging bag. The packaging bag may be, for example, a three-sided bag of 10 cm×10 cm, and may be heat-sealed on all four sides when sealed.

[0034] The free chlorine concentration after storage may be 150 mg / L or more, or 200 mg / L or more. The packaging bag may be, for example, a 10 cm x 10 cm three-sided bag, and the four sides may be heat-sealed when the container is sealed. The free chlorine concentration (initial free chlorine concentration) of the chlorous acid water at the time of sealing in the packaging bag may be 200 to 300 mg / L.

[0035] The packaging bag according to the first and second embodiments may have a transmittance of 0.9% or less, 0.8% or less, 0.7% or less, or 0.6% or less for light with a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm. The packaging bag may have a light-shielding layer having a transmittance of 0.9% or less for light with a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm. The transmittance of the light-shielding layer for light with a wavelength of 200 to 700 nm may be 0.8% or less, 0.7% or less, or 0.6% or less. EXAMPLES

[0036] Example 1 An adhesive composition was prepared by blending an aliphatic polyester polyol (manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., product name: Takelac A626) as a base material, a polyisocyanate (manufactured by Mitsui Chemicals, Inc., product name: Takenate A50) as a curing agent, and ethyl acetate as a solvent. The adhesive composition was applied to a PET film (manufactured by Toray Industries, Inc., product name: Lumirror P60, thickness 12 μm) as a substrate film using a dry laminating device to form an adhesive layer. Next, a multilayer film (manufactured by Takeda Sangyo Co., Ltd., product name: WBW-R) in which LLDPE (thickness: 50 μm) in which pigments were kneaded in the order of white (titanium oxide)-black (carbon black)-white (titanium oxide) was laminated on the adhesive layer as a sealant layer, and the laminate (packaging material) was obtained by curing at 40 ° C for 3 days.

[0037] The resulting packaging material was stacked in two pieces with the sealant layers facing each other, and the three pieces were heat sealed to make a 10 cm x 10 cm three-sided bag. 20 ml of chlorous acid water was sealed in the three-sided bag to make a package containing chlorous acid water.

[0038] (Measurement of free chlorine concentration) The free chlorine concentration in the chlorous acid water immediately before sealing in the three-sided bag and in the chlorous acid water taken out of the package after storing the package at 40°C for three weeks was measured by the method of JIS K 0102 33.4. The free chlorine concentration in the chlorous acid water immediately before sealing in the three-sided bag was 223 mg / L. The measurement was performed for two samples each, and the average value was calculated. The results after three weeks of storage are shown in Table 1.

[0039] (Laminate strength measurement) After storing the package at 40° C. for 3 weeks, the laminate strength of the laminate constituting the packaging bag was measured according to the method of JIS K 6854. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0040] After storage at 40° C. for 3 weeks, the packages were visually inspected, and those in which swelling of the adhesive was observed were rated B, and those in which no swelling was observed were rated A. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0041] Example 2 A package was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the base film was changed to GL-ARH (manufactured by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., thickness: 12 μm, film having an alumina deposition layer on a PET base material), and various measurements were carried out. The results are shown in Table 1. The GL-ARH was placed so that the deposition layer faced the adhesive layer.

[0042] Example 3 Except for changing the base film to GL-ARH and the sealant layer to milky white LL (Unicrest MS-530CW, manufactured by Idemitsu Unitech Co., Ltd., thickness: 50 μm, containing titanium oxide as a white pigment), a package was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, and various measurements were carried out. The results are shown in Table 1. The GL-ARH was placed so that the vapor deposition layer faced the adhesive layer.

[0043] Example 4 A package was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, except that the base film was changed to GL-AECF (manufactured by Toppan Printing Co., Ltd., a film having an alumina deposition layer on a PET base material), the sealant layer was changed to LLDPE (manufactured by Futamura Chemical Co., Ltd., LL-XMTN, thickness: 50 μm), and a layer formed by applying white ink (manufactured by Sakata Inx Corporation, Bellcolor 120R white, containing titanium oxide as a white pigment) twice was provided on the adhesive layer side surface of the sealant layer, and various measurements were performed. The results are shown in Table 1. The GL-AECF was arranged so that the deposition layer faced the adhesive layer side.

[0044] Example 5 A package was produced in the same manner as in Example 4, and various measurements were carried out, except that instead of the layer formed by applying white ink twice, a layer formed by applying black ink (manufactured by Toyo Ink Mfg., Riogran ink, containing carbon black as a black pigment) was provided on the adhesive layer side of the sealant layer, and a layer formed by applying white ink (Bellcolor 120R white) was provided on the above layer. The results are shown in Table 1. The GL-AECF was placed so that the vapor deposition layer faced the adhesive layer side.

[0045] Comparative Example 1 Except for changing the sealant layer to LLDPE that does not contain inorganic pigments, a package was produced in the same manner as in Example 1, and various measurements were carried out. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0046] Comparative Example 2 Except for changing the base film to GL-AECF, a package was produced in the same manner as in Comparative Example 1, and various measurements were carried out. The GL-AECF was placed so that the deposition layer faced the adhesive layer. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0047] [Table 1]

[0048] As is clear from Table 1, in the packages of Examples 1 to 5, the reduction in the free chlorine concentration in the chlorous acid water after storage for 3 weeks at 40° C. was small. In addition, in all of the packages of Examples 1 to 5, the laminate strength was maintained to such an extent that the base film was broken during the measurement of the laminate strength.

[0049] On the other hand, in the package of Comparative Example 1, the free chlorine concentration of the chlorous acid water after storing at 40 ° C for 3 weeks is significantly reduced, and is not at a level that can be used as a disinfectant. In addition, the adhesive layer is deteriorated by chlorous acid, swelling of the adhesive layer is observed, and the laminate strength is also significantly reduced. In addition, in the package of Comparative Example 2, although the free chlorine concentration of the chlorous acid water after storing at 40 ° C for 3 weeks is maintained, the adhesive layer is deteriorated by chlorous acid, and swelling of the adhesive layer is observed.

[0050] The free chlorine concentration and laminate strength were measured after extending the storage period for Examples 2 and 3. The results are shown in Table 2.
