Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a heat storage type hot water floor heating device that is installed on the upper surface of a plywood base of a building. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally provided floor heating devices have the following structure. 1. Floor heating such as panel type, pipe mat type, electric type, etc. 2. One technology for efficient use of electricity is a heat storage heater, which stores heat using electricity at night and releases it during the day to use for heating. 3. A concrete slab is built directly underneath the flooring, and hot water pipes and electric heating wires are placed inside it to heat the concrete slab, creating a heat storage floor heating system. The prior art described above has the following problems. 4. Conventional hot water floor heating products use hot water pipes with an inner diameter of 3.7mm to 8mm, which emphasizes light weight and thinness for the main units, resulting in energy loss in thermal efficiency. 5. Conventional floor heating products are often designed with polyethylene material around the hot water pipes. Polyethylene material is generally classified as a heat insulating material, and its role is to concentrate the heat transfer from the hot water pipes to a certain area. However, this causes a large loss in the heat transfer to the entire floor surface. 6. Conventional heat storage type hot water floor heating products are not suitable for renovation work because they require a space of about 100 mm in thickness for the construction layer due to the heat storage material such as concrete slabs and gravel (see Patent Document 1). [0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2002-54818 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2007-21126 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] A. Floor heating systems such as panel type, pipe mat type, and electric type do not have a heat storage function and require a certain amount of energy to maintain temperature. B. Products that use concrete plates, gravel, bricks, etc. as heat storage materials are difficult to install and costly to install. This application has been made in consideration of the problems of the conventional technology, and its purpose is to provide something that can solve the above problems. C. This invention is composed of the representative construction diagram product parts (3) to (7) 15 mm thick and the waste veneer part (8) 12 mm thick, resulting in a total thickness of 27 mm. By achieving this thickness, it has become easier to design and construct a heat storage type hot water floor heating system during renovation, which was previously considered difficult. D. The hot water pipe of the present invention uses a PE pipe with an inner diameter of 10 mm, which achieves approximately four times the efficiency of heat transfer compared to conventional products. Furthermore, the larger hot water pipe diameter reduces the load on the pumping capacity of the boiler equipment. F. The present invention provides a heat storage type hot water floor heating device that aims to obtain a synergistic effect by using a special mixed mineral sand to greatly improve the effectiveness of far-infrared radiation and heat storage, and further improves the indoor environment by using negative ions. [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] In order to achieve the above object, the present invention is as follows. The invention described in claim 1 is a heat storage type hot water floor heating device installed on the upper surface of the base plywood of a building, comprising: a plurality of joists laid at intervals on the upper surface of the base plywood, a hot water pipe arranged on the upper surface of the base plywood between the joists and through which hot water flows, a powdery material laid on the upper surface of the base plywood between the joists so as to contact the hot water pipe, and a floorboard installed on the joists, the powdery material being composed of at least sand as a heat storage material and negative ion generating powder that has a function of ionizing water molecules in the air and whose function is enhanced when heated. The joists are installed as partition frame wood on the base plywood, and PE pipes are installed between the joists at equal intervals as hot water pipes. After installation, 15 mm of special mixed mineral sand is laid as the powdery material and heated with hot water to create a heat storage type floor heating device. The invention described in claim 2 is the heat storage type hot water floor heating device described in claim 1, characterized in that a humidity control sheet is provided on the joists to cover the powder and granular material, and the floorboards are installed on the humidity control sheet. The special mixed mineral sand has the effect of promoting the generation of negative ions that ionize the air in the space with weak energy that penetrates the wood and flooring on which it is installed. It is special in that it has long-lasting effects such as deodorization, antibacterial, antifungal, and far infrared rays. The invention described in claim 3 is the heat storage type hot water floor heating device described in claim 2, characterized in that the humidity control sheet is a water molecule permeable sheet that allows the passage of water molecules. In order to further promote the effect of claim 3, water molecules in the space are required. For this reason, a membrane (registered trademark) as a humidity control sheet is installed on the special mixed mineral sand, and since it is characterized by the effect of promoting the intake of water molecules in the space, it is desirable to install the membrane in the entire system of the present invention. The invention described in claim 4 is a heat storage type hot water floor heating device as described in claim 2 or 3, characterized in that the humidity control sheet is transparent and the joists can be visually observed from above through the humidity control sheet before the floorboards are installed. The invention described in claim 5 is a heat storage type hot water floor heating device described in any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that the negative ion generating powder contains at least one of tourmaline, zirconia-based minerals, rare earth ores, and zeolite ores. Effect of the Invention
[0006] According to the invention described in claim 1, the powder is in contact with the hot water pipe, so the negative ion generating powder in the powder is heated by the hot water pipe, and the function of negatively ionizing the water molecules in the air is enhanced. Therefore, when this heat storage type hot water floor heating device is operated, the water molecules in the air above the floorboard are effectively negatively ionized, improving the quality of the heated space in the room. Because powdered granular material is used instead of gravel or pebbles as the heat storage material, the work of laying the heat storage material on the floor base between the joists is easier than with gravel or pebbles, and construction time can be shortened. Also, while gravel or pebbles may damage the hot water pipes, powdered granular material does not cause any risk of damage to the hot water pipes.
[0007] According to the invention described in claim 2, a cover sheet is provided on the joists to cover the powder and granular material, so that when the waste veneer joint (8) (Figure 2) is placed on the cover sheet, it is possible to prevent the powder and granular material from being accidentally scattered.
[0008] According to the invention described in claim 3, since the cover sheet is a water molecule permeable sheet that allows water molecules to pass through, the water molecules in the air in the room above the floorboards pass through the cover sheet (water molecule permeable sheet) and move up and down, and the water molecules in the air in the room above the discarded plywood (8) in (Figure 2) and the floorboards (9) in (Figure 2) can be efficiently converted to negative ions.
[0009] According to the invention described in claim 4, the cover sheet is transparent, and the joists can be seen from above through the cover sheet before the floorboards are installed, so when installing the waste plywood (8) (Fig. 2) and the floor (9) (Fig. 2) on top of the cover sheet, the worker can work in a stable position by stepping on the joists under the cover sheet. In other words, it is possible to prevent the worker from stepping on the powder under the cover sheet, which can cause the cover sheet to be damaged or wrinkled.
[0010] According to the invention described in claim 5, the negative ion generating powder contains at least one of tourmaline, zirconia-based minerals, rare earth ores, and zeolite ores, so that the function of converting water molecules in the air into negative ions by heating is precisely enhanced. Also, if the negative ion generating powder contains zeolite ore powder, heating it amplifies far-infrared rays due to the wavelength effect, and the heating effect by radiant heat can be significantly improved. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0011] [Figure 1] FIG. 1 is a cutaway perspective view of the present invention. [Diagram 2] This is an enlarged view of the main part of the same. [Diagram 3] This is an expanded view of the upper part of the same (Figure 2). DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0012] (Figure 1) shows the heat storage type hot water floor heating of the present invention, which will be explained as being installed on a known joist (1) with a base plywood (2). First, a moisture-permeable waterproof sheet (3) is laid over the entire top of the base plywood (2) to ensure moisture permeability and waterproofing. Next, partition frame wood (joists) (4) are installed at intervals of 303 mm. Next, PE pipes (5A) as hot water pipes are passed from the hot water inlet side of the boiler to each room, and are arranged in a serpentine manner between the joists to be installed in the hot water PE pipes (5B). Next, the special mixed mineral sand (6) as powder is filled up to a maximum depth of 15 mm on the top surface of the joists (4). A membrane (7) as a moisture-regulating sheet is laid on the top surface. The structure up to this point is the form of the present invention. After the laying, 12 mm of waste plywood (8) and floorboards (9) are laid. The special mixed mineral sand (6) is composed of at least sand as a heat storage material and negative ion generating powder that has the function of ionizing water molecules in the air and whose function increases when heated. The negative ion generating powder contains at least one of tourmaline, zirconia-based minerals, rare earth ores, and zeolite ores. It is known that negative ion generating powders containing rare earth ores such as tourmaline and radium ores have the function of ionizing water molecules in the air when heated. (See Patent Document 2)
[0013] The action is as follows. 1. A 15mm installation space for the present invention is provided between the base plywood and the floor finishing material, a PE pipe is inserted and filled with specially mixed mineral sand, and water at 50℃ to 70℃ is pumped in from a boiler device depending on the room temperature. 2 Heat from the PE pipe is stored in a specially mixed mineral sand. 3 Hot water heated by a floor heating boiler installed outdoors is sent to each circuit from each header of each room through an electric valve, heats special mixed mineral sand, and returns to the outdoor boiler. 4. The temperature of the hot water is set by the regulator in the range of 50℃~70℃ according to the room temperature of each place where the floor heating is installed.
[0014] The present invention is configured as described above and has the following effects. 1. The heat storage type hot water floor heating system using specially mixed mineral sand retains heat well, realizing an efficient floor heating system that uses minimal energy. Even after the hot water supply from the boiler is stopped, the floor temperature does not drop for an average of about six hours. This is a product that deserves special mention in light of the current concept of SDGs. 2. The heat from the hot water and the far infrared rays constantly emitted from the specially mixed mineral sand are expected to have a health-promoting effect on the human body. 3. It keeps the indoor temperature constant and provides a healthy lifestyle. 4 A heating device that uses radiant heat to prevent the air inside the room from drying out. 5. The special mixed mineral sand brings about the well-known negative ion effect, and has the effect of continuously purifying the living space by deodorizing, antibacterial, anti-fungal, etc. In addition, the effect of generating negative ions is expected to continuously reduce mold damage in anti-fungal areas under the floor. 6 The special mixed mineral sand generates negative ions constantly without the need for electrical energy, and the effectiveness of negative ion generation is expected to continue all year round, including in the summer when floor heating is not used. 7 It is an extremely thin heat storage type hot water floor heating product, making it easy to design and install for renovations, etc. 8 Since this invention is a technological successor to existing hot water floor heating systems, no new risks such as breakdowns are expected. 9. Since the present invention is usually constructed on-site, it can solve problems such as limited construction range compared to conventional hot water floor heating unit products. 10 The present invention has a small number of parts and allows for easy installation, solving the problems that have hindered widespread use. 11 In conventional hot water floor heating systems, when floorboards are replaced due to deterioration over time, the floor heating system itself must be dismantled when the floorboards are replaced, meaning that the system cannot be used for a long time. This invention uses a disposable veneer (8) structure (Fig. 2) to enable floorboard repairs without dismantling the floor heating system, making it a new product proposal for the construction industry. 12 The present invention is a product that can be installed relatively inexpensively and can be introduced with little financial burden on users.
