Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an energy storage device. [Background technology]
[0002] In general, an energy storage system (ESS) is a device that can store surplus electricity or electricity produced using new renewable energy. A battery rack can be configured by installing a plurality of battery modules on a rack and housing the racks in a container. A battery module can be configured by assembling a plurality of secondary batteries electrically connected to each other in various structures.
[0003] In order to extinguish a fire, the energy storage device is provided with a direct injection system that directly injects extinguishing liquid into the battery module when a fire occurs. Such a direct injection system may be implemented by disposing a fire extinguishing pipe that can inject the extinguishing liquid on the upper part of the battery module. However, if the fire extinguishing pipe moves out of the normal position or rotates, the extinguishing liquid is sprayed in a direction different from a preset spray direction, making it difficult to quickly extinguish the fire and causing a risk of the fire extinguishing pipe being damaged due to interference with the battery module. Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide an energy storage device that can fix a fire extinguishing pipe in a correct position. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] The slits may be provided in a plurality of pieces and disposed symmetrically on both sides of the guide rail, and the stoppers may be provided in a plurality of pieces and disposed symmetrically on both sides of the heat-sensitive member.
[0009] The fire extinguishing pipe may be inserted into the guide rail in a first direction via an open surface formed in the guide rail, and the slit may include: a first slit extending along the first direction; and a second slit connected to the first slit and extending along a direction intersecting the first direction.
[0010] The first slit may include a first end connected to the second slit and a second end located opposite the first end, and the second end may pass through the subframe.
[0011] The second slit may extend along a length of the guide rail.
[0012] The width of the second slit may be smaller than the width of the first slit.
[0013] The first separation prevention member may include: a groove formed in a concave shape on an outer surface of the heat-sensing member; and a stopper protruding from the guide rail and inserted into the groove.
[0014] The groove may be provided in a plurality of pieces and disposed symmetrically on both sides of the heat-sensitive member, and the stopper may be provided in a plurality of pieces and disposed symmetrically on both sides of the guide rail.
[0015] The width of the stopper may be smaller than the width of the groove.
[0016] The groove may extend along the length of the heat sensitive member.
[0017] The length of the groove may be less than the length of the heat sensitive member.
[0018] One end of the groove may extend through one end of the heat sensitive member.
[0019] The device may further include a second separation prevention member disposed on an outer side of the guide rail and facing the heat-sensitive member.
[0020] The first and second anti-detachment members may be spaced apart from each other along a length direction of the guide rail.
[0021] The second separation prevention members may be provided in a plurality and symmetrically disposed on both sides of the guide rail.
[0022] The fire extinguishing pipe may be inserted into the guide rail in a first direction via an open surface formed on the guide rail, and the open surface and the second separation prevention member may be arranged to face each other along the first direction.
[0023] The second anti-detachment member may extend from the sub-frame in a direction intersecting the first direction. Effect of the Invention
[0024] The energy storage device according to the present invention can prevent the spray direction of the spray hole from being changed by restricting the rotation of the fire extinguishing pipe from inside the guide rail around the central axis using the first anti-detachment member, thereby ensuring the reliability of the fire suppression performance.
[0025] The energy storage device of the present invention can prevent the fire extinguishing piping from detaching from the guide rail using the first anti-detachment member, thereby preventing the fire extinguishing piping from being damaged due to interference with the battery module mounted on the subframe.
[0026] In the energy storage device according to the present invention, if the function of the first separation prevention member is lost due to damage to the stopper or the like, the second separation prevention member can additionally prevent the fire extinguishing piping from separating from the guide rail. [0032] FIG. 1 is a perspective view illustrating a schematic configuration of an energy storage device according to a first embodiment of the present invention.
[0033] Referring to FIG. 1 , the energy storage device according to this embodiment includes a rack frame 100 , a subframe 200 , a guide rail 300 , a fire extinguishing pipe 400 , a heat-sensitive member 500 , and a first anti-detachment member 600 .
[0034] The rack frame 100 has a space therein in which the battery module B can be accommodated. The rack frame 100 according to this embodiment may have a box or framework shape with a hollow interior. The rack frame 100 may be disposed indoors in a building, or may be disposed inside a container, cabinet, or the like. The rack frame 100 may be made of a highly rigid material such as steel so as to prevent damage due to a load applied from the battery module B. The shape of the rack frame 100 may be changed to various shapes such as a polyhedron, a cylinder, or the like in addition to the rectangular parallelepiped shape shown in FIG. 1.
[0035] The battery module B stores power through charging and discharging operations and supplies the stored power to an external electronic device (not shown). The battery module B may include a module case having an approximately box shape, a plurality of battery cells disposed inside the module case, and a cooling plate through which coolant flows to cool the battery cells. The battery cells may be pouch-type secondary batteries, prismatic secondary batteries, or cylindrical secondary batteries.
[0036] A plurality of battery modules B may be provided. The plurality of battery modules B may be stacked vertically inside the rack frame 100. That is, the plurality of battery modules B may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the Z-axis direction with reference to FIG. 1. Also, the plurality of battery modules B may be arranged in a plurality of rows along the horizontal direction. That is, the plurality of battery modules B may be arranged in a plurality of rows along the Y-axis direction with reference to FIG. 1.
[0037] The subframe 200 is fixed to the rack frame 100 and disposed to face the battery module B. The subframe 200 can function as a component supporting the battery module B and the fire extinguishing piping 400 described later inside the rack frame 100.
[0038] FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a subframe and a guide rail according to a first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a subframe and a guide rail according to the first embodiment of the present invention from a different perspective than that of FIG. 2.
[0039] 1 to 3, the subframe 200 according to the present embodiment may be formed to have a substantially flat plate shape. A plurality of subframes 200 may be provided. The plurality of subframes 200 may be disposed between any pair of battery modules B spaced apart in the vertical direction. With respect to any one battery module B as a reference, the plurality of subframes 200 may be disposed symmetrically on both sides in the width direction of the battery module B. Here, the width direction of the battery module B may refer to a direction aligned with the Y axis with reference to FIG. 1.
[0040] The lower surface of the subframe 200 arranged between any pair of vertically adjacent battery modules B may be separated from the upper surface of the battery module B arranged below. Also, the upper surface of the subframe 200 arranged between any pair of vertically adjacent battery modules B may be in contact with the lower surface of the battery module B arranged above. As a result, the lower surface of each battery module B can be placed on the subframe 200 and supported inside the rack frame 100, and a space can be secured on the upper surface thereof to allow the extinguishing liquid sprayed from the fire extinguishing piping 400 described later to be transmitted.
[0041] The guide rail 300 provides a space on the subframe 200 in which the fire extinguishing piping 400 can be accommodated. The guide rail 300 according to this embodiment may be formed by being recessed downward from the upper surface of the subframe 200. The length direction of the guide rail 300 may be arranged parallel to the length direction of the battery module B. Here, the length direction of the battery module B may refer to the direction parallel to the X-axis direction with reference to FIG. 1.
[0042] An open surface 301 that connects the internal space of the guide rail 300 to the external space may be formed on the upper surface of the guide rail 300. Thus, the guide rail 300 may have a cross section surrounded by a pair of side surfaces, a bottom surface, and the open surface 301. Although FIG. 2 shows an example in which the cross section of the guide rail 300 has a substantially rectangular shape, the cross section of the guide rail 300 is not limited thereto, and may be designed to have various shapes such as a trapezoid, a triangle, a semicircle, etc.
[0043] A lower surface of the guide rail 300 may be disposed to face an upper surface of the battery module B at a predetermined distance. A plurality of through holes 302 may be formed in the lower surface of the guide rail 300. The through holes 302 may be formed to vertically penetrate the lower surface of the guide rail 300 from top to bottom. Each of the through holes 302 may be disposed at a position facing a vent hole (not shown) of each battery cell provided in the battery module B.
[0044] The fire extinguishing piping 400 is disposed inside the guide rail 300 and transports the fire extinguishing liquid.
[0045] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing a schematic configuration of a fire extinguishing piping and a heat-sensing member according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing the configuration of a fire extinguishing piping and a heat-sensing member according to the first embodiment of the present invention from a different viewpoint than that of FIG. 4.
[0046] 1 to 5, the fire extinguishing piping 400 according to the present embodiment may be formed to have a hollow pipe shape. The fire extinguishing piping 400 may receive extinguishing liquid supplied from the outside of the rack frame 100 via a separate hose, piping, etc. The cross-sectional shape of the fire extinguishing piping 400 may be designed to have various shapes other than the circular shape shown in FIGS. 2 to 5.
[0047] The fire extinguishing piping 400 may be arranged such that its length direction is aligned with the length direction of the guide rail 300. The cross-sectional area of the fire extinguishing piping 400 may be smaller than the cross-sectional area of the guide rail 300. The fire extinguishing piping 400 may be inserted in a first direction from the outside of the subframe 200 through the open surface 301 into the guide rail 300. Here, the first direction may mean a direction aligned with the Z axis among directions from the open surface 301 toward the inside of the guide rail 300. The fire extinguishing piping 400 may slide along the length direction of the guide rail 300 while being inserted inside the guide rail 300.
[0048] A plurality of fire extinguishing pipes 400 may be provided. The plurality of fire extinguishing pipes 400 may be individually disposed inside the respective guide rails 300.
[0049] The fire extinguishing piping 400 may be formed with injection holes 401 for injecting the extinguishing liquid flowing inside the fire extinguishing piping 400 to the outside of the fire extinguishing piping 400. A plurality of injection holes 401 may be provided. The plurality of injection holes 401 may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the fire extinguishing piping 400. As the fire extinguishing piping 400 is inserted into the guide rail 300, each injection hole 401 may be arranged to face each of the through holes 302 individually.
[0050] The heat-sensitive member 500 is disposed so as to cover the fire extinguishing pipe 400, and opens and closes the injection hole 401 in response to a change in temperature.
[0051] The heat-sensing member 500 according to this embodiment may be formed to entirely cover the circumferential surface of the fire extinguishing piping 400. The cross-sectional shape of the heat-sensing member 500 is not limited to the shapes shown in Figs. 4 and 5, and various design modifications are possible within the range of shapes that can cover the circumferential surface of the fire extinguishing piping 400. The cross-sectional area of the heat-sensing member 500 may be formed smaller than the cross-sectional area of the guide rail 300. Thus, the heat-sensing member 500 can guide the fire extinguishing piping 400 so that it can be smoothly inserted into the inside of the guide rail 300.
[0052] A plurality of heat-sensing members 500 may be provided. The plurality of heat-sensing members 500 may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the length of the fire extinguishing pipe 400. Each heat-sensing member 500 may be arranged to face a different spray hole 401. In this way, the heat-sensing member 500 can limit the spraying of the fire extinguishing liquid from the spray hole 401 within a normal temperature range.
[0053] When the heat-sensitive member 500 is heated to a set temperature or higher, it may melt and open the spray hole 401. Thus, when a fire occurs, the heat-sensitive member 500 opens the spray hole 401, and the extinguishing liquid transferred through the fire extinguishing pipe 400 may be sprayed onto the upper surface of the battery module B through the spray hole 401 and the through hole 302. Exemplarily, the heat-sensitive member 500 may melt in a range of 80°C to 250°C. Here, 80°C may be a temperature at which the heat-sensitive member 500 starts to melt, and 250°C may be a temperature at which the heat-sensitive member 500 completely melts. The heat-sensitive member 500 may be made of a resin material such as ABS, PP, PC, PE, or PFA.
[0054] When the fire extinguishing piping 400 is inserted into the guide rail 300, a flat mounting surface 501 may be formed on one surface of the heat-sensing member 500 that faces the open surface 301, i.e., the upper surface. The mounting surface 501 may be arranged to face the open surface 301 in parallel. A pair of mounting surfaces 501 may be provided. The pair of mounting surfaces 501 may be arranged on both sides of the heat-sensing member 500 in the width direction.
[0055] A thin film portion 502 may be formed on the other surface of the heat-sensitive member 500 facing the ejection hole 401, i.e., the lower surface. The thickness of the thin film portion 502 may be formed thinner than the thickness of the remaining area of the heat-sensitive member 500. For example, assuming that the thickness of the heat-sensitive member 500 around the thin film portion 502 is 1 mm, the thickness of the thin film portion 502 may be 0.3 mm to 0.6 mm or 0.2 mm to 0.9 mm. As a result, when heat is applied to the heat-sensitive member 500, the thin film portion 502 melts faster than the remaining area of the heat-sensitive member 500, and the ejection hole 401 can be opened quickly.
[0056] The first separation prevention member 600 is provided between the guide rail 300 and the heat-sensing member 500 to prevent the fire extinguishing pipe 400 from separating from the guide rail 300. In addition, the first separation prevention member 600 can restrict the fire extinguishing pipe 400 from rotating around the central axis inside the guide rail 300. As a result, the first separation prevention member 600 can prevent the fire extinguishing pipe 400 from deviating from the normal position and changing the spray direction of the spray hole 401, and can prevent the fire extinguishing pipe 400 from being damaged due to interference with the battery module B.
[0057] FIG. 6 is an oblique view showing generally the configuration of the first anti-detachment member according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 7 is an exploded oblique view showing generally the configuration of the first anti-detachment member according to the first embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 8 is a plan view showing generally the configuration of the first anti-detachment member according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 9 is a front view showing generally the configuration of the first anti-detachment member according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0058] 6 to 9, a first anti-detachment member 600 according to this embodiment may include a slit 610 and a stopper 620.
[0059] The slits 610 are formed penetrating the guide rail 300. A plurality of slits 610 may be provided. The plurality of slits 610 may be symmetrically arranged on both sides in the width direction of the guide rail 300. The plurality of slits 610 may be arranged in a plurality of rows along the length direction of the guide rail 300.
[0060] The slit 610 according to this embodiment may include a first slit 611 and a second slit 612 .
[0061] The first slit 611 may form one side of the slit 610 and extend along a first direction. The first slit 611 according to this embodiment may penetrate the side of the guide rail 300 in the width direction of the guide rail 300, i.e., in a direction aligned with the Y axis with reference to Fig. 7. The length direction of the first slit 611 may be disposed in the first direction, i.e., aligned with the Z axis with reference to Fig. 7.
[0062] The first slit 611 may include a first end 611b connected to a second slit 612 described below, and a second end 611a located on the opposite side of the first end 611b.
[0063] The first end 611b and the second end 611a may be arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the first slit 611. The first end 611b may be arranged on a side surface of the guide rail 300 and may penetrate the side surface of the guide rail 300 along the Y-axis direction. The second end 611a may be arranged on the subframe 200 and may penetrate the upper surface of the subframe 200 along the Z-axis direction. That is, the first slit 611 may be extended such that a portion between the first end 611b and the second end 611a crosses the boundary region between the subframe 200 and the guide rail 300. Thus, the stopper 620 may enter the inside of the first slit 611 in the first direction through the second end 611a.
[0064] The second slit 612 may be connected to the first slit 611 and extend along a direction intersecting the first direction. The second slit 612 according to this embodiment may penetrate the side surface of the guide rail 300 in the width direction of the guide rail 300, i.e., in a direction aligned with the Y axis. The second slit 612 may be disposed such that the length direction intersects with the first direction, i.e., the length direction of the first slit 611. As an example, as shown in FIG. 7, the second slit 612 may be disposed such that the length direction is aligned with the length direction of the guide rail 300. One end of the second slit 612 may be connected to the first end 611b of the first slit 611.
[0065] The width of the second slit 612 may be smaller than the width of the first slit 611. In this way, the second slit 612 can further reduce the range in which the fire extinguishing piping 400 can rotate around the central axis.
[0066] The stopper 620 protrudes from the heat-sensitive member 500 toward the slit 610 and is inserted into the slit 610. The stopper 620 according to this embodiment may be formed in the form of a pillar protruding from the outer surface of the heat-sensitive member 500. The cross-sectional shape of the stopper 620 may be designed to have various shapes other than the circular shape shown in FIG.
[0067] The stopper 620 may protrude from the heat-sensitive member 500 in a direction intersecting the first direction. For example, the length direction of the stopper 620 may be aligned with the width direction of the heat-sensitive member 500, i.e., the Y-axis direction. The width of the stopper 620 may be smaller than the width of the slit 610, more specifically, the width of the first slit 611 and the second slit 612. Thereby, when the fire extinguishing piping 400 is inserted into the guide rail 300, the stopper 620 can be inserted into the inside of the slit 610.
[0068] A plurality of stoppers 620 may be provided. The plurality of stoppers 620 may be symmetrically arranged on both sides in the width direction of the heat-sensitive member 500. For example, as shown in Fig. 7, the stoppers 620 may be formed in pairs and protrude in different directions from both sides in the width direction of the heat-sensitive member 500. In this case, each stopper 620 may be individually inserted into a pair of slits 610 arranged on both sides of the guide rail 300.
[0069] The energy storage device according to this embodiment may further include a second separation prevention member 700.
[0070] The second separation prevention member 700 is disposed on the outer side of the guide rail 300, facing the heat-sensitive member 500. The second separation prevention member 700 can function as a secondarily preventing the fire extinguishing piping 400 from separating from the guide rail 300 when the function of the first separation prevention member 600 is lost due to damage to the stopper 620, etc.
[0071] One end of the second anti-detachment member 700 according to this embodiment may be connected to the subframe 200. The other end of the second anti-detachment member 700 may extend from the subframe 200 in a direction intersecting the first direction. As an example, the second anti-detachment member 700 may extend from the subframe 200 in a direction aligned with the width direction of the guide rail 300.
[0072] The second separation prevention member 700 may be disposed outside the guide rail 300 to face the open surface 301 along the first direction. That is, the second separation prevention member 700 may be disposed to face the open surface 301 up and down. The second separation prevention member 700 may be disposed at a predetermined distance from the open surface 301. The second separation prevention member 700 may be disposed to face the placement surface 501 of the heat-sensitive member 500 when the fire extinguishing piping 400 is inserted inside the guide rail 300. When the fire extinguishing piping 400 is separated from the guide rail 300 in the direction opposite to the first direction due to an external force, the second separation prevention member 700 can prevent the separation of the fire extinguishing piping 400 by contacting the placement surface 501.
[0073] A plurality of second separation prevention members 700 may be provided. The plurality of second separation prevention members 700 may be symmetrically arranged on both sides of the guide rail 300. Also, the plurality of second separation prevention members 700 may be arranged in a plurality of rows along the length direction of the guide rail 300. The second separation prevention members 700 may be spaced apart from the first separation prevention member 600 along the length direction of the guide rail 300. The second separation prevention members 700 may be arranged at positions not in contact with the fire extinguishing piping 400 and the heat sensing member 500 when the stopper 620 is inserted into the first slit 611 in the first direction.
[0074] 10 to 12 are schematic diagrams showing a process in which a fire extinguishing pipe is assembled to a guide rail in the energy storage device according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 13 is a diagram showing a state in which an external force is applied to the fire extinguishing pipe in the state shown in FIG.
[0075] 10 to 12, the fire extinguishing pipe 400 moves along the first direction while facing the open surface 301 of the guide rail 300. In this case, the stopper 620 and the second end 611a of the slit 610 may be maintained in a state of facing each other along the first direction.
[0076] When the fire extinguishing piping 400 moves in the first direction by a set distance or more, the stopper 620 enters the inside of the first slit 611 via the second end 611a.
[0077] Thereafter, the stopper 620 moves along the length direction of the first slit 611 toward the first end 611b, and the fire extinguishing piping 400 is completely inserted inside the guide rail 300, so that the stopper 620 is positioned at the first end 611b.
[0078] Thereafter, the fire extinguishing piping 400 slides along the length direction of the guide rail 300, and the stopper 620 enters the inside of the second slit 612 via the first end 611b.
[0079] When the stopper 620 comes into contact with the end of the second slit 612, the movement of the fire extinguishing piping 400 is stopped.
[0080] Referring to FIG. 13, when a rotational force or a torsional load is applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 with the stopper 620 inserted inside the second slit 612 , the stopper 620 comes into contact with the inner side surface of the second slit 612 .
[0081] The rotational force applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 is offset by a reaction force acting between the stopper 620 and the inner surface of the second slit 612, allowing the fire extinguishing piping 400 to maintain its initial angle without rotating around its central axis.
[0082] In addition, when an external force is applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 in a direction opposite to the first direction with the stopper 620 inserted inside the second slit 612 , the stopper 620 comes into contact with the inner side surface of the second slit 612 .
[0083] The external force applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 is offset by a reaction force acting between the stopper 620 and the inner surface of the second slit 612, so that the fire extinguishing piping 400 can maintain its initial position without moving in the direction opposite to the first direction.
[0084] On the other hand, if the fire extinguishing piping 400 moves in the direction opposite to the first direction due to damage to the stopper 620, the second anti-detachment member 700 can come into contact with the mounting surface of the heat-sensing member 500, secondarily preventing the fire extinguishing piping 400 from detaching from the guide rail 300.
[0085] Hereinafter, an energy storage device according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0086] The energy storage device according to the second embodiment of the present invention may include a rack frame 100, a subframe 200, a guide rail 300, a fire extinguishing piping 400, a heat-sensitive member 500, a first separation prevention member 600, and a second separation prevention member 700.
[0087] The energy storage device according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be configured such that only the detailed configuration of the first separation prevention member 600 is different from that of the energy storage device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0088] Accordingly, in describing the energy storage device according to the second embodiment of the present invention, only the detailed configuration of the first separation prevention member 600 that has not been described in the energy storage device according to the first embodiment of the present invention will be described.
[0089] The remaining configuration of the energy storage device according to the second embodiment of the present invention may be the same as that described in the energy storage device according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
[0090] FIG. 14 is an exploded perspective view illustrating the configuration of a first anti-detachment member according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 15 is a plan view illustrating the configuration of a first anti-detachment member according to the second embodiment of the present invention.
[0091] 14 and 15, a first anti-detachment member 600 according to this embodiment may include a groove 630 and a stopper 640.
[0092] The groove 630 may be formed in the form of a groove recessed from the outer surface of the thermal member 500. More specifically, the groove 630 may be recessed from the side of the thermal member 500 facing the side of the guide rail 300 in the width direction of the thermal member 500, i.e., in the direction aligned with the Y-axis direction in FIG.
[0093] The groove 630 may extend in a longitudinal direction along the longitudinal direction of the thermal sensing member 500, i.e., in a direction aligned with the X-axis direction with reference to FIG. 1. The length of the groove 630 may be shorter than the length of the thermal sensing member 500. In this case, one end of the groove 630 may pass through one end of the thermal sensing member 500 in the longitudinal direction. Thus, one end of the groove 630 may be open in the longitudinal direction of the thermal sensing member 500, and the other end of the groove 630 may be closed in the longitudinal direction of the thermal sensing member 500.
[0094] A plurality of grooves 630 may be provided. The plurality of grooves 630 may be symmetrically disposed on both sides in the width direction of the thermal sensitive member 500. For example, as shown in Fig. 14, the grooves 630 may be formed in pairs and recessed toward each other from both sides in the width direction of the thermal sensitive member 500.
[0095] The stopper 640 may protrude from a side surface of the guide rail 300 toward an internal space of the guide rail 300. More specifically, the stopper 640 may protrude from a side surface of the guide rail 300 in a width direction of the guide rail 300, i.e., in a direction aligned with the Y-axis direction with reference to FIG. 1. The width of the stopper 640 may be smaller than the width of the groove 630. Thus, the stopper 640 may be inserted into the groove 630 when the fire extinguishing piping 400 is inserted into the guide rail 300.
[0096] A plurality of stoppers 640 may be provided. The plurality of stoppers 640 may be symmetrically arranged on both sides in the width direction of the guide rail 300. The plurality of stoppers 640 may be arranged in a plurality of rows along the length direction of the guide rail 300.
[0097] 16 to 18 are schematic diagrams showing a process of assembling a fire extinguishing pipe to a guide rail in an energy storage device according to a second embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 19 is a diagram showing a state in which an external force is applied to the fire extinguishing pipe in the state shown in FIG. 18.
[0098] 16 to 18, the fire extinguishing pipe 400 moves along a first direction while being disposed to face the open surface 301 of the guide rail 300. In this case, one end of the groove 630 and the stopper 640 may be maintained in a state of being alternately disposed in a direction intersecting the first direction.
[0099] When the fire extinguishing pipe 400 is completely inserted into the guide rail 300 , one end of the groove 630 and the stopper 640 are disposed to face each other along the length of the guide rail 300 .
[0100] Thereafter, the fire extinguishing pipe 400 slides in the length direction of the guide rail 300 , and the stopper 640 is inserted into the groove 630 via one end of the groove 630 .
[0101] When the fire extinguishing pipe 400 moves in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail 300 by a set distance or more, the stopper 640 comes into contact with the other end of the groove 630, and the sliding movement of the fire extinguishing pipe 400 is stopped.
[0102] Referring to FIG. 19 , when a rotational force or a torsional load is applied to the fire extinguishing pipe 400 with the stopper 640 inserted inside the groove 630 , the stopper 640 comes into contact with the inner surface of the groove 630 .
[0103] The rotational force applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 is offset by a reaction force acting between the stopper 640 and the inner surface of the groove 630, so that the fire extinguishing piping 400 can maintain its initial angle without rotating around its central axis.
[0104] In addition, when an external force is applied to the fire extinguishing pipe 400 in a direction opposite to the first direction with the stopper 640 inserted inside the groove 630 , the stopper 640 comes into contact with the inner surface of the groove 630 .
[0105] The external force applied to the fire extinguishing piping 400 is offset by a reaction force acting between the stopper 640 and the inner surface of the groove 630, so that the fire extinguishing piping 400 can maintain its initial position without moving in the direction opposite to the first direction.
[0106] On the other hand, if the fire extinguishing piping 400 moves in the direction opposite to the first direction due to damage to the stopper 640, the second anti-detachment member 700 can come into contact with the mounting surface of the heat-sensing member 500, secondarily preventing the fire extinguishing piping 400 from detaching from the guide rail 300.
[0107] The present invention has been described with reference to the embodiments shown in the drawings, but these are merely illustrative, and those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and equivalent alternative embodiments are possible.
