DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] Hereinafter, the embodiments of the calculation system, calculation method, and program of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. However, the calculation system, calculation method, and program of the present disclosure are not limited to the embodiments described below. In addition, it is assumed from the beginning that each component of the multiple embodiments described below can be selectively combined.
[0012] The subject of the device, system, and method in the present disclosure includes a computer. The computer executes a program to realize the functions of the subject of the device, system, and method in the present disclosure. The computer includes a processor that operates according to the program as a main hardware configuration. The type of the processor does not matter as long as it can realize the above functions by executing the program. The processor is composed of one or more electronic circuits including an integrated circuit (IC) or a large scale integrated circuit (LSI). The multiple electronic circuits may be integrated into one chip or may be provided in multiple chips. The multiple chips may be integrated into one device or may be provided in multiple devices. The program is stored in a non-transitory storage medium such as a computer-readable ROM, an optical disk, or a hard disk drive. The program may be stored in the storage medium in advance, or may be supplied to the storage medium via a wide area communication network including the Internet.
[0013] Fig. 1 is a diagram showing a calculation system 50 as an example of an embodiment, and an example of an existing facility 1 for collecting information. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing devices and equipment installed in the example of the existing facility 1. In this embodiment, a detached house is illustrated as an example of the facility 1. However, the facility 1 is not particularly limited, and may be an apartment building or other collective housing, a school, a public facility such as a library, a store, an office, a factory, or the like.
[0014] As illustrated in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the calculation system 50 includes an input unit 51 and an output unit 52, a first storage unit 53 that stores a first information set, a second storage unit 54 that stores a second information set, and a calculation unit 55 that calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value of the power receiving point of the power generation facility that has not yet been installed. The input unit 51 accepts input of information including the planned installation scale of the power generation facility that has not yet been installed. For example, the calculation system 50 is installed in a first server in a business operator that can communicate with one or both of a control system 10 and a power conditioner 31 described later that are installed in multiple facilities 1 having power generation facilities such as solar power generation devices. The calculation system 50 communicates with a second server 60 owned by a business operator such as a bank or a company that uses the estimated value of the environmental contribution value. The second server 60 is a server different from the first server.
[0015] In the second server 60, a user inputs information including the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed using the input unit 61. The input unit 61 is, for example, a keyboard, a mouse, a touch panel, or the like. When the calculation system 50 accepts the input of information including the planned installation scale from the second server 60 at the input unit 51, which is an input interface, the calculation system 50 calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value according to the planned installation scale. The output unit 52, which is an output interface of the calculation system 50, outputs the calculated estimated value of the environmental contribution value to the second server 60. For example, in response to a user's operation, the second server 60 displays or outputs, for example, the estimated value of the environmental contribution value on the output unit 62, such as a display or a printer, or calculates another value using the estimated value of the environmental contribution value. For example, the "another value" is another value expected by a person who wishes to create a facility, such as a monetary or time value. For example, the other value is a preferential interest rate of a loan used to cover part or all of the creation costs of the facility 1 having the power generation facility, an extension of the borrowing period, or the like. As a result, as described below, a facility creator who wishes to create a facility with power generation equipment can easily create the facility with power generation equipment from the perspective of costs, etc., by using the estimated value of the environmental contribution value after the facility is created before the facility is created. The configuration of the calculation system 50 will be described in detail below.
[0016] The first information set stored in the first storage unit 53 is a set of information that associates, for each existing power receiving point, which is the location and power receiving point of a plurality of facilities 1 having existing power generating equipment, the installation scale of power generating equipment such as the solar power generation device 30 installed at the existing power receiving point with information on the amount of power generated and power consumption at the existing power receiving point. The installation scale is defined by a system capacity such as Akw. In the case of a solar power generation device, the installation scale is largely determined by the total floor area, so the total floor area can also be acquired as the installation scale.
[0017] The second information set is a set of information that associates a relation value calculated based on information on the amount of power generated and the amount of power consumed at each existing power receiving point equipped with the power generating equipment of the first information set with the installation scale of the power generating equipment. The "relation value" is, for example, a calculated value of the amount of self-power consumption at the existing power receiving point.
[0018] The calculation unit 55 calculates an estimate of the environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point from two pieces of information, the installation scale of the uninstalled power generation facility and the second information set. For example, the calculation unit 55 calculates the estimate of the environmental contribution value by multiplying the calculated value of the private power consumption by a predetermined emission coefficient. The output unit 52 outputs the calculated estimate of the environmental contribution value to the second server 60, etc.
[0019] In this way, the calculation system 50 collects information from a plurality of existing facilities 1 (detached houses). The calculation system 50 is constructed with a computer having one or more devices including, for example, a processor (CPU), a memory, an input / output port, etc. That is, the calculation system 50 can be composed of one or more devices. The calculation system 50 may also be constructed with one or more servers connected to a network such as the Internet as a part of the system. Also, a part of the calculation system 50 may be composed of a terminal device such as a mobile terminal such as a notebook computer, a tablet terminal, or a smartphone. The terminal device may be provided in a location different from the location where the remaining elements of the calculation system are located, and may be connected to the remaining elements of the calculation system 50 via a communication network or communication line such as the Internet.
[0020] The calculation system 50 acquires information including a first information set from a plurality of existing facilities 1 via a communication network such as the Internet. The facility 1 is provided with a power conditioner 31 (hereinafter referred to as "power conditioner 31") connected to a solar power generation device 30, and a distribution board 20. DC power generated by the solar power generation device 30 is converted to AC power by the power conditioner 31, and then output to an AC power supply trunk line (primary trunk line) via the distribution board 20. The AC power converted by the power conditioner 31 is supplied to various electrical devices or equipment illustrated only in FIG. 2 described below.
[0021] The facility 1 is provided with a home server 17 constituting the control system 10. The home server 17 is connected to a first server in which a calculation system 50 is provided, via a gateway provided inside. The home server and the gateway may be provided separately, and the home server may be connected to the first server via the gateway. Information on the power consumption state from various electrical devices or facilities is input to the home server 17, and is used to control the operation of the various electrical devices or facilities.
[0022] Information regarding power consumption of various electrical devices or equipment is output from the home server 17 to the calculation system 50. The home server 17 obtains the amount of reverse power flow in the facility 1 from a watt-hour meter, which will be described later, and outputs the amount of reverse power flow to the calculation system 50.
[0023] The amount of power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 30 is output from the inverter 31 to the calculation system 50. The home server 17 may obtain the amount of power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 30 from the inverter 31, calculate the amount of reverse power flow from the power consumption states of various electrical devices or equipment, and output the amount of power generated and the amount of reverse power flow to the calculation system 50. In FIG. 1, the control system 10, the inverter 31, and the distribution board 20 are arranged outside the facility 1, but in reality, the control system 10, the inverter 31, and the distribution board 20 are arranged inside the facility 1.
[0024] In Fig. 1, a solar power generation device 30 is provided as the power generation device, but the power generation device is not limited to a solar power generation device and may be a fuel cell or the like. An example of an existing facility 1 used to collect information in the calculation system 50 will be described below with reference to Fig. 2. In Fig. 2, unlike the example in Fig. 1, information on the amount of power generated by the solar power generation device 30 is output to the calculation system 50 from a home server 17 instead of a power conditioner 31.
[0025] In the facility 1, a solar power generation device 30 is installed as a power generation facility connected to a grid. In addition, a power storage device 32 is installed to store the power generated by the solar power generation device 30. The power generation facility installed in the facility 1 is not limited to the solar power generation device 30, and may be a fuel cell device or the like. In the facility 1, a television 23, a refrigerator 24, an air conditioner 25, an IH cooking heater 26, lighting 27, a water heater 28, and the like are installed as electrical appliances that use electric power. Of these, a heat pump type electric water heater can be used as the water heater 28. The "heat pump type water heater" corresponds to an energy saving contributing facility, and generates high-temperature hot water by heat pump technology using electric power supplied during a time period when the electricity rate is low, such as at night, and stores the generated hot water in a hot water storage tank. The hot water stored in the storage tank is stored as thermal energy, and is supplied to the kitchen, bath, washroom, and the like when needed. The heat pump type water heater can efficiently generate hot water, so that the amount of power consumption can be reduced.
[0026] The facility 1 is also provided with a vehicle charging equipment 102 capable of charging a secondary battery of an electric vehicle 100, such as an electric car or a hybrid vehicle. The vehicle charging equipment 102 can be connected to a power storage device 32, which will be described later. The vehicle charging equipment 102 can also be provided when there is no power storage device in the facility 1. Electrical devices used in the facility 1 are not limited to these, and examples include a microwave oven, a personal computer, a washing machine, a hair dryer, and a floor heater.
[0027] The photovoltaic power generation device 30 is composed of multiple solar cell modules, and is a power generation facility that receives sunlight during the day when the sunlight is irradiated and generates electricity. The photovoltaic power generation device 30 is installed, for example, on the roof of the facility 1. A power conditioner 31 is connected to the photovoltaic power generation device 30, and the power conditioner 31 converts the DC power generated by the photovoltaic power generation device 30 into AC power. The power conditioner 31 also has a function of controlling the output of the photovoltaic power generation device 30 and controlling the active power supplied to the grid.
[0028] The power storage device 32 is composed of a secondary battery that can be repeatedly charged and discharged. The surplus power generated by a power generation facility such as the solar power generation device 30 and not used by the above-mentioned electrical devices is charged into the power storage device 32 and is also supplied to the grid. The power charged into the power storage device 32 is used at night when the solar power generation device 30 is not generating power, during a power outage, etc. The power storage device 32 also corresponds to a power saving contributing facility. The power converted from DC to AC by the power conditioner 31 is converted back to DC by a power conditioner 33 (hereinafter referred to as "power conditioner 33") and stored in the power storage device 32. In the example shown in FIG. 2, two power conditioners 31 and 33 are provided, but these can also be integrated.
[0029] The facility 1 is provided with a watt-hour meter to which an AC power trunk (primary trunk) is connected, and a distribution board 20 that branches off a secondary trunk from the watt-hour meter. In the example shown in FIG. 2, a power purchase meter 21 that measures the power consumption and power consumption amount of the facility 1, and a power sales meter 22 that measures the power and power amount supplied to the system from the power generation equipment of the facility 1 are provided as watt-hour meters. The two meters may be integrated. The watt-hour meter may have, for example, a communication function, and the control system 10 may acquire necessary measurement data from the watt-hour meter. Specifically, the control system 10 may acquire the power consumption amount of the facility 1, the power generation amount of the power generation equipment of the facility 1, and the amount of reverse power flow from the watt-hour meter, and output the power consumption amount, power generation amount, and reverse power flow amount to the calculation system 50.
[0030] The control system 10 monitors the amount of power consumption of the entire facility, and controls each piece of equipment and devices in the facility 1. The control system 10 includes a control unit that controls various electrical devices or devices, and a storage unit that stores control programs, etc. The storage unit is configured with a non-transitory storage medium, such as a computer-readable ROM, an optical disk, or a hard disk drive.
[0031] The control system 10 is constructed with a computer having one or more devices including, for example, a processor (CPU), a memory, an input / output port, etc. In other words, the control system 10 can be composed of one or more devices. In addition, the control system 10 may be constructed with one or more servers, part of which is connected to a network such as the Internet.
[0032] The control system 10 may include an operation terminal 40 for inputting various setting information. The operation terminal 40 may be a dedicated terminal for the control system 10. In the example shown in Fig. 2, the operation terminal 40 is installed in the facility 1, but the operation terminal 40 may be configured as a mobile terminal such as a notebook computer, a tablet terminal, or a smartphone.
[0033] 2, the control system 10 includes a home server 17 and an operation terminal 40. The home server 17 has a function of collecting information from various electrical devices or facilities and controlling each facility or device, and a function of communicating with the calculation system 50. By giving the home server the function of an operation terminal, the home server may have an input / output display function for inputting various setting information and displaying information.
[0034] Returning to FIG. 1, the first information set stored in the first storage unit 53 of the calculation system 50 includes at least one of the amount of reverse power flow at the existing power receiving point, the amount of power consumption, or electricity rate information as information related to power consumption. For example, the first information set is the amount of power generation and the amount of reverse power flow at the existing power receiving point associated with the installation scale of the power generation facility. The first information set may also be a set of the amount of power generation at the existing power receiving point and the amount of power consumption or electricity rate information associated with the installation scale of the power generation facility. Such a first information set is used as data for calculating relationship values included in the second information set described later.
[0035] When the first information set includes electricity rate information, the electricity rate per unit power consumption corresponding to the electricity rate information is also associated with the electricity rate information and stored in the first storage unit 53. This makes it possible to calculate the power consumption corresponding to the electricity rate information when a relational value is calculated in the second information set as described below.
[0036] The second storage unit 54 stores a second information set in which a relational value calculated based on information on the power generation amount and information on power consumption of the existing power receiving point is associated with the installation scale. The second information set includes a calculated value of the self-consumption amount at the existing power receiving point as the relational value. As shown in FIG. 3, the self-consumption amount is calculated from the relational equation (self-consumption amount)=(power generation amount)-(reverse power flow amount). The self-consumption amount is used by the calculation unit 55 to calculate an estimated value of the environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point for the uninstalled power generation equipment.
[0037] Also, when the amount of reverse power flow is not used to calculate the amount of self-consumption power, the amount of power generation and the amount of power consumption are compared, and if (amount of power generation) > (amount of power consumption), the amount of power consumption can be used roughly as the amount of self-consumption power. On the other hand, if (amount of power generation) ≦ (amount of power consumption), the amount of power generation can also be used roughly as the amount of self-consumption power. Therefore, the amount of self-consumption power can be calculated using the amount of power generation and the amount of power consumption.
[0038] The calculation unit 55 calculates an estimated environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point from the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed and two pieces of information in the second information set, namely, the installation scale and the self-power consumption. The environmental contribution value is a benefit such as a monetary value or a coupon value calculated based on the calculation result of the carbon dioxide emission reduction amount and a calculation formula set by a specified institution. For example, the estimated environmental contribution value is a value obtained by multiplying the self-power consumption amount by a specified emission coefficient. For example, the environmental contribution value includes carbon credits.
[0039] The calculation system 50, for example, reads out and executes a calculation execution program stored in a storage unit to realize a calculation method as exemplified in a flowchart described later on a computer. The calculation execution program is a program for realizing the calculation method shown in FIG. 4 described later on a computer.
[0040] FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing a method for calculating an estimated value of the environmental contribution value using the calculation system 50. The following describes a case where a photovoltaic power generation device 30 is installed as a power generation facility. As shown in FIG. 4, the calculation system 50 first acquires, as a first information set, data of a set of information relating to the installation scale of the photovoltaic power generation device 30 installed at the existing power receiving point of the facility 1 having a plurality of existing photovoltaic power generation devices 30, and information relating to the amount of power generated and power consumption at the existing power receiving point, specifically, the amount of power generated and the amount of reverse current (or the amount of power consumed or the power fee) at the existing power receiving point (step S10). The calculation system 50 stores the acquired data of the first information set in the first storage unit 53.
[0041] Fig. 5 is an image diagram showing, in a map form, the relationship between the installation scale of a photovoltaic power generation device (power generation facility) and the amount of power generation, among the first information set stored in the first storage unit 53. As shown in Fig. 5, the amount of power generation basically increases according to the installation scale of the photovoltaic power generation device, but the amount of power generation is not uniquely determined by the installation scale alone, and tends to vary depending on the installation conditions, for example, the location and orientation of the facility. For example, the amount of power generation tends to vary greatly depending on the level of solar radiation for a given period, such as a year, in the area where facility 1 is located, and the orientation (south-facing, east-facing, etc.) of the roof, which is the installation surface on which the photovoltaic power generation device is installed in facility 1.
[0042] Fig. 6 is an image diagram showing, in a map form, the relationship between the installation scale of a photovoltaic power generation device (power generation facility) and the amount of reverse power flow, from the first information set stored in the first storage unit 53. As shown in Fig. 6, the relationship between the installation scale of a photovoltaic power generation device and the amount of reverse power flow tends to be similar to the relationship between the installation scale and the amount of power generation shown in Fig. 5. In this case as well, the amount of reverse power flow varies depending not only on the installation scale but also on the installation conditions and the like. Furthermore, the amount of reverse power flow tends to vary significantly depending on the occupancy conditions, such as the number of occupants of the facility, and on the presence or absence of power saving contributing equipment and vehicle charging equipment.
[0043] 4, the calculation system 50 calculates the private power consumption (=power generation amount-reverse power amount) associated with the installation scale of the existing power generation facility based on the power generation amount and reverse power amount (or power consumption amount or power fee) of the first information set. The calculation system 50 stores the private power consumption amount calculated in association with the installation scale of the existing power generation facility in the second storage unit 54 as a second information set.
[0044] When calculating the amount of self-consumption electricity, the relationship between the installation size and the amount of power generated is linearized from a set of data on the installation size and amount of power generated of the power generation facility, the relationship of which is shown in Figure 5, etc., by averaging or calculating a regression line using the least squares method.
[0045] Similarly, from a set of data on the installation scale and reverse power flow rate of a power generation facility, whose relationship is shown in Figure 6, etc., the relationship between the installation scale and the reverse power flow rate is linearized by averaging or calculating a regression line using the least squares method.
[0046] Then, using the relationship between the installation scale and the power generation amount that has been linearized in this way, and the relationship between the installation scale and the amount of reverse power flow, the relationship between the installation scale and the amount of self-consumption of the power generation facility may be calculated, and the relationship may be stored in the second storage unit 54. Fig. 7 is an image diagram showing the relationship between the installation scale of the power generation facility and the calculated value of the amount of self-consumption of the power generation facility in the second information set stored in the second storage unit 54.
[0047] In step S14 of FIG. 4, when the input unit 51 of the calculation system 50 receives an input of the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed from the second server 60, the calculation unit 55 calculates the private power consumption amount according to the planned installation scale using the second information set stored in the second storage unit 54, for example, the relationship in FIG. 7. The calculation unit 55 calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value from the calculated private power consumption amount by multiplying the private power consumption amount by a predetermined emission coefficient. The output unit 52 outputs the calculated estimated value of the environmental contribution value to the second server 60 as an estimated value of the environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point. In this way, when the user inputs the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed in the second server 60, the estimated value of the environmental contribution value according to the planned installation scale is calculated in the first server, and the calculated estimated value of the environmental contribution value can be confirmed or obtained by the output unit 62 of the second server 60.
[0048] Therefore, according to the calculation system 50, an estimated value of the environmental contribution value after the facility is created can be calculated before the facility having the power generation equipment is created. Therefore, if there is a system or system that can convert the environmental contribution value into another value expected by the facility creator, such as a monetary or time value, for example, a system that can convert it into a preferential interest rate for a loan or an extension of the loan period, the facility creator can easily create the facility having the power generation equipment. Note that the environmental contribution value is not limited to being used for changing the value for a loan, but can be used in a system or system that changes it into various values. In addition, the calculation system 50 is not limited to being one that outputs an estimated value of the environmental contribution value to the second server. For example, the input unit of the calculation system 50 can be an operation unit that directly accepts the input of the user's planned installation scale, etc., and the output unit of the calculation system 50 can be a display, printer, etc., and the estimated value of the environmental contribution value can be displayed or output by printing, etc. on the output unit.
[0049] FIG. 8 is a flowchart showing a method for calculating an estimated value of an environmental contribution value using a calculation system that is another example of an embodiment. In the calculation system of the other example, the input unit 51 accepts input information from the second server 60, which is a part or all of information whose type is determined in advance from among the installation information, residence information of the facility to be set up, power-saving contribution equipment information indicating the planned presence or absence of one or more predetermined power-saving contribution equipment, and vehicle charging equipment information indicating the planned presence or absence of vehicle charging equipment, in addition to the installation scale of the power generation equipment to be set up. The installation information is, for example, the location area of the facility having the power generation equipment, or the direction of the installation surface of the power generation equipment, and corresponds to the installation conditions. The residence information is, for example, the number of residents of the facility, and corresponds to the residence conditions. The power-saving contribution equipment is, for example, a power storage device and a heat pump water heater.
[0050] The calculation unit 55 of the calculation system calculates the personal power consumption amount corresponding to the received installation scale and input information from the second information set stored in the second storage unit 54. The calculation unit 55 calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value from the calculated personal power consumption amount, and outputs the estimated value from the output unit 52 to the second server 60.
[0051] In the calculation method using the calculation system of this example, first, in step S20 of Figure 8, the calculation system acquires data as a first information set for existing power receiving points of a facility 1 having multiple existing solar power generation devices 30, which associates the installation scale of the solar power generation devices 30 to be installed at the existing power receiving points, the power generation amount and reverse power flow amount (or power consumption amount or electricity fee) at the existing power receiving point, and information whose type has been determined in advance according to the above input information from among installation information, residence information, energy saving contribution equipment information, and vehicle charging equipment information, and stores the data in a first memory unit 53.
[0052] Next, the calculation system calculates the private power consumption (=power generation amount - reverse power amount) associated with the installation scale of the existing power generation facility and the information whose type has been determined in advance, based on the power generation amount and reverse power amount (or power consumption amount or power rate) of the first information set. The calculation system stores the private power consumption calculated in association with the installation scale of the existing power generation facility and the information whose type has been determined in advance, as a second information set in the second storage unit 54 (step S22).
[0053] Next, in step S24, the input unit of the calculation system receives input information from the second server 60, the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed, and information whose type is determined in advance, such as installation information. Upon receiving the input, the calculation unit 55 calculates the amount of private power consumption according to the planned installation scale and the input information, using the second information set stored in the second storage unit 54. The calculation unit 55 then calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value from the calculated amount of private power consumption by multiplying the amount of private power consumption by a predetermined emission coefficient, and outputs the estimated value from the output unit 52 to the second server 60.
[0054] According to the configuration of this example, the estimation accuracy of the environmental contribution value in the facility to be installed can be improved by input information. In this example, the other configurations and operations are the same as those of the configurations of Figs.
[0055] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing a calculation system 50a as another example of the embodiment and a plurality of existing facilities 1 for collecting information. The calculation system 50a of this example has an input unit 51, an output unit 52, a memory unit 58, and a calculation unit 55. The memory unit 58 stores an information set that associates the installation scale of a power generation facility such as a photovoltaic power generation device installed at an existing power receiving point with information on the amount of self-power consumption at the existing power receiving point. That is, in this example, the calculation system 50a does not have a configuration for calculating the amount of self-power consumption from an information set of information on the amount of power generation and information on power consumption stored in the memory unit of the calculation system. In this example, data on the amount of self-power consumption associated with the installation scale of an existing power generation facility is stored as an information set in the memory unit 58 of the calculation system 50a. For example, information on power generation and power consumption, such as data on the amount of power generation and the amount of reverse power flow, is acquired in the power conditioner 31 or the control system 10 installed in the facility 1, and the amount of self-power consumption is calculated from the acquired information on the amount of power generation and power consumption in the power conditioner 31 or the control system 10. The calculated information on the amount of self-power consumption is associated with the installation scale of the power generation equipment, output to the calculation system 50a, and stored in the storage unit 58 of the calculation system 50a.
[0056] The calculation unit 55 of the calculation system 50a calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point from two pieces of information, the installation scale of the uninstalled power generating facility and the information set stored in the memory unit 58. For example, the calculation unit 55 calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value of the uninstalled power receiving point according to the installation scale of the power generating facility to be installed from the installation scale of the power generating facility to be installed and the private power consumption amount associated with the installation scale stored in the memory unit 58, and outputs the estimated value from the output unit 52 to the second server 60.
[0057] Fig. 10 is a flowchart showing a calculation method using calculation system 50a of this example. In this example, as in calculation system 50 shown in Figs. 1 to 8, for example, a calculation execution program stored in storage unit 58 is read and executed. The calculation execution program is a program for realizing the calculation method shown in the flowchart of Fig. 10 by a computer.
[0058] In the calculation method of this example, in step S32, the calculation system 50a stores data on the amount of private power consumption associated with the installation scale of existing power generation facilities in the storage unit 58 as an information set.
[0059] Next, in step S34, the calculation system 50a receives an input of the planned installation scale of the power generation facility to be installed, and obtains the private power consumption amount according to the planned installation scale. The calculation system 50a calculates an estimated value of the environmental contribution value by multiplying the private power consumption amount obtained according to the planned installation scale by a predetermined emission coefficient using the calculation unit 55, and outputs the estimated value from the output unit 52 to the second server 60.
[0060] According to the configuration of this example, it is only necessary to store the amount of private power consumption at the existing power receiving point in the memory unit 58 of the calculation system 50a, and the calculation system 50a can calculate and output an estimated value of the environmental contribution value without storing information on the amount of power generated and consumed at the existing power receiving point in the memory unit of the calculation system 50a. In this example, the other configurations and operations are the same as those of Figs. 1 to 8. [Explanation of symbols]
