Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to the field of relay technology, and in particular to high voltage direct current relays with permanent magnet arc suppression. [Background technology]
[0002] Most of the conventional DC relays use a movable contact direct acting means (also called a solenoid direct acting means), whose contact part uses two fixed contacts and one movable contact. The two fixed contacts are generally attached to the top of a ceramic cover, the bottom ends of the two fixed contacts (i.e. the fixed contact pull-out ends) are extended into the ceramic cover, and the movable contact is distributed in the ceramic cover in a direct acting manner. Both ends of the movable contact correspond respectively to the bottom ends of the fixed contacts at the two fixed pull-out ends as movable contacts. When the movable contacts at both ends of the movable contact come into contact with the fixed contacts at the bottom ends of the two fixed contacts, current flows in from one of the fixed contacts, passes through the movable contact, and then flows out from the other fixed contact. The movable contact is attached to one end of the push rod part, and the other end of the push rod part is connected to the movable core of the magnetic circuit part, when the push rod part is moved upward by passing a current through the coil, both ends of the movable contact come into contact with the two fixed contacts respectively, and the load is turned on, when the current through the coil is cut off, the push rod part moves downward under the action of the return spring, and both ends of the movable contact are separated from the two fixed contacts respectively, and the load is turned off. Prior art high voltage DC relays generally use permanent magnets to extinguish the arc, that is, by disposing a permanent magnet around the contacts, the magnetic field generated by the permanent magnet is used to realize arc blowing. The most typical permanent magnet arrangement is to arrange one permanent magnet on each of the two longitudinal ends of the movable contact, and although this double permanent magnet arrangement has good arc flow direction and achieves the requirement of non-polarity, the magnetic field strength is weak (especially at the arc generation point and the center of the pull-out end), and for heavy load products, the ceramic cavity is larger, the magnetic field strength of the arc extinguishing part reaching the arc generation point is smaller, the initial arc extinguishing effect is poor, and when space is limited, the arc cannot always be extinguished in a timely manner. Therefore, such high voltage DC relays in the prior art cannot meet the improved needs of system loads for new energy vehicles and energy storage projects. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0034] Example 1 As shown in Figures 1 to 4, the high voltage DC relay capable of vertical arc pulling according to the present disclosure includes two fixed contact drawn ends 1 and one movable contact 2. The movable contact 2 is disposed below the two fixed contact drawn ends 1, and both ends of the movable contact 2 correspond to and cooperate as movable contacts with the bottom ends of the two fixed contact drawn ends 1 as fixed contacts. First permanent magnets 3 are disposed around the movable contact 2 in correspondence with the contact positions of the movable contacts and the fixed contacts, and the polarized faces of the first permanent magnets 3 face the corresponding movable contacts and fixed contacts, thereby realizing arc extinction by utilizing the horizontal magnetic field formed by the first permanent magnets 3. A second permanent magnet 4 is further provided under the movable contactor 2 corresponding to the contact position of each movable contact and fixed contact, and the polarity of the surface of the second permanent magnet 4 facing the movable contact and fixed contact is opposite to the polarity of the surface of the first permanent magnet 3 facing the movable contact and fixed contact. The first permanent magnet 3 and the second permanent magnet 4 are used to form a vertical magnetic field at the movable contact and fixed contact locations, thereby enhancing the magnetic field strength at the contact locations and further realizing arc extinguishing.
[0035] In this embodiment, there are two first permanent magnets 3, and the two first permanent magnets 3 are respectively arranged outside both ends of the longitudinal direction of the movable contactor 2. The two second permanent magnets 4 correspond respectively to both ends of the longitudinal direction of the movable contactor 2, and are provided between the middle of the longitudinal direction of the movable contactor 2 and directly below the contact position of the movable contact and the fixed contact at the corresponding end. The projection of the second permanent magnet 4 on the reference horizontal plane falls within the projection of the area between the two first permanent magnets 3 (i.e., the area surrounded by the connecting lines on both sides of the width of the two first permanent magnets 3) on the reference horizontal plane.
[0036] In this embodiment, a first groove 21 is provided on the bottom surface at both ends of the movable contact 2, which is recessed upward directly below the contact position between the movable contact and the fixed contact, and the two second permanent magnets 4 are respectively fitted into the first groove 21 at both ends of the movable contact 2. In this embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, the magnetic polarity of the surface of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 facing the contact point is an S pole, the magnetic polarity of the surface of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 facing the contact point is also an S pole, the magnetic polarity of the surface (upward facing surface) of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 facing the contact point is an N pole, and the magnetic polarity of the surface (upward facing surface) of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 facing the contact point is an N pole.
[0037] In this embodiment, the DC relay further includes two first U-shaped yokes 5 respectively arranged on the two first permanent magnets 3, the U-shaped bottom walls 51 of the two first U-shaped yokes 5 respectively contact the surfaces facing away from the corresponding contacts of the corresponding first permanent magnets 3, and the U-shaped side walls 52 of the two first U-shaped yokes are respectively arranged on both sides of the width of the movable contactor 2 and face the corresponding contacts.
[0038] In this embodiment, the projection of the contact position between the movable contact and the fixed contact on a reference horizontal plane falls within the projection of the frame outline surrounded by the first U-shaped yoke 5 on the reference horizontal plane.
[0039] In this embodiment, the movable contact 2 corresponds to the intermediate position of the height of the first permanent magnet 3 .
[0040] In this embodiment, a yoke plate 6 is further provided below the movable contact 2 .
[0041] The high voltage DC relay capable of pulling an arc in the vertical direction of the present disclosure further includes a second permanent magnet 4 provided under the movable contact 2 in correspondence with the contact position of each movable contact and fixed contact, and the polarity of the surface of the second permanent magnet 4 facing the movable contact and fixed contact is reversed to the polarity of the surface of the first permanent magnet 3 facing the movable contact and fixed contact, so that the first permanent magnet 3 and the second permanent magnet 4 are used to form a vertical magnetic field (shown by the arrow in FIG. 4) at the movable contact and fixed contact to strengthen the magnetic field strength at the contact point and further realize arc extinction. Such a structure of the present disclosure can improve the vertical arc extraction magnetic field, improve the central magnetic field strength at the extraction end, and accelerate the speed of magnetic arc blow-out at the moment of arc generation.
[0042] The high voltage DC relay capable of vertical arc pulling of the present disclosure has two second permanent magnets 4 fitted into the first grooves 21 at both ends of the length of the movable contact 2, respectively, i.e., the second permanent magnets 4 are located in the region between the bottom of the movable contact and the yoke plate 6, and a U-shaped yoke 5 is further disposed on the first permanent magnet. Such a structure of the present disclosure utilizes the magnetic collecting effect of the yoke plate 6 and the U-shaped yoke 5 to strengthen the strength of the vertical magnetic field between the first permanent magnet 3 and the second permanent magnet 4, further improve the vertical arc extraction magnetic field, further improve the central magnetic field strength at the extraction end, and further accelerate the speed of magnetic arc blow-out at the moment of arc generation.
[0043] Example 2 As shown in FIG. 5, the high voltage DC relay capable of vertical arc pulling of the present disclosure is different from Example 1 in that the magnetic polarities of the faces facing the contacts of the two first permanent magnets 3 are set to be different, so that the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 is an S pole, the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 is an N pole, the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 (one upward surface) is an N pole, and the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 (one upward surface) is an S pole.

[0045] The second permanent magnet 4 in this embodiment is positioned lower than the second permanent magnet 4 in Example 1. Therefore, the second permanent magnet 4 needs to be adjusted horizontally so that it is close to the middle of the longitudinal direction of the movable contactor 2, rather than being positioned directly below the contact position between the movable contact and the fixed contact. In this way, it is possible to ensure that the magnetic field lines of the vertical magnetic field formed by the first permanent magnet 3 and the second permanent magnet 4 pass through the center of the pull-out end.

[0047] The second permanent magnet 4 in this embodiment is positioned lower than the second permanent magnet 4 in Example 1.

Such a structure of the present disclosure can utilize better magnetic collection effect due to the contact between the second permanent magnet 4 and the yoke plate 6, thereby better strengthening the strength of the vertical magnetic field between the first permanent magnet 3 and the second permanent magnet 4, further improving the vertical arc extraction magnetic field, further improving the central magnetic field strength of the extraction end, and further accelerating the speed of magnetic arc blow-out at the moment of arc generation.
[0049] Example 5 As shown in FIG. 8, the high voltage DC relay capable of vertical arc pulling of the present disclosure is different from Example 4 in that the magnetic polarities of the faces facing the contacts of the two first permanent magnets 3 are set to be different, so that the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 is an S pole, the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the first permanent magnet 3 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 is an N pole, the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to one end (left end) of the movable contact 2 (one upward surface) is an N pole, and the magnetic polarity of the face facing the contact of the second permanent magnet 4 corresponding to the other end (right end) of the movable contact 2 (one upward surface) is an S pole.

[0051] In this embodiment, the short circuit prevention ring 7 is formed by two straight-shaped upper armatures 71 and two U-shaped lower armatures 72 working together. The movable contact 2 has a through hole 22 formed in the middle of its longitudinal direction, penetrating the thickness of the movable contact 2. The two straight-shaped upper armatures 71 are generally fixed to the top of a U-shaped bracket of a push rod component of a relay by riveting or welding, and the two U-shaped lower armatures 72 are respectively fixed to the movable contact 2 by riveting. The side walls of the two U-shaped lower armatures 72 pass through the through hole 22 of the movable contact 2, and the top ends of the two U-shaped lower armatures 72 are both exposed to the upper surface of the movable contact. The two straight-shaped upper armatures 71 cooperate with each other, and a closed magnetic circuit is formed in the annular member formed by the straight-shaped upper armatures 71 and the U-shaped lower armatures 72 by using the annular magnetic field generated by the movable contact when electricity is passed through the movable contact, thereby achieving the purpose of resisting the electromotive repulsive force. The short circuit prevention ring 7 of this embodiment has two magnetic circuits, the magnetic circuits are less likely to be saturated, the increase in contact pressure is greater, and the attractive force generated by the magnetic circuits is greater.
[0052] Example 7 13 and 14, the high voltage DC relay capable of vertical arc pulling according to the present disclosure is different from the first embodiment in that there are four first permanent magnets 3, the four first permanent magnets 3 are respectively arranged on the outside of both sides of the width of the movable contactor 2 and face the corresponding movable contact and fixed contact, and the polarities of the faces facing the corresponding movable contact and fixed contact of the two first permanent magnets 3 corresponding to the same movable contact and fixed contact are set to be the same. The two second permanent magnets 4 are respectively located below the contact positions of the two movable contacts and fixed contacts, and the projection of the second permanent magnets 4 on the reference horizontal plane falls within the projection of the area between the two first permanent magnets 3 corresponding to the same movable contact and fixed contact on the reference horizontal plane.
[0053] In this embodiment, the two second permanent magnets 4 are respectively located directly below the contact positions of the two movable contacts and the fixed contacts, and the projection of the second permanent magnets 4 on the reference horizontal plane falls within the projection of the intermediate connection lines of the two first permanent magnets corresponding to the same movable contact and fixed contact on the reference horizontal plane.
