Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a door mounting structure for mounting upper and lower corners of a door body to an opening of a case body so that the door can be opened and closed. [Background technology]
[0002] For example, among the freezer / refrigerator showcases used in supermarkets, convenience stores, etc., there are reach-in showcases in which a door is attached to the front opening of the case body so that customers can freely remove products from the case. The doors of such reach-in showcases are generally attached to the opening of the case body by upper and lower hinge members at the upper and lower corners of the door body so that they can be opened and closed, as described in Patent Document 1, for example.
[0003] The plant cultivation showcase of Patent Document 1 includes a base in which the main part of the hydroponic cultivation mechanism and the like are built, and a storage section partitioned by an exterior covering the upper part of the base and air-conditioned by an air-conditioning mechanism. An air-conditioning main body such as an evaporator in the air-conditioning mechanism is installed on the top plate of the exterior, and the air-conditioning main body has an air outlet communicating with the internal space of the top plate and an intake port communicating with the inside of the storage section. The front and rear sides of the exterior are made of a transparent window structure such as glass, and the left and right sides are made of metal walls, and one of the left and right walls has a space extending vertically inside and communicates with the internal space of the top plate.
[0004] The air conditioned by the air conditioning main unit is guided downward through the space inside the wall, and then blown out from openings formed on the inside surface of the wall toward the top of the two upper and lower shelves arranged in the storage unit. The air inside the storage unit is guided toward the top plate through the other left or right wall, and a portion of it is collected from the intake port. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0005] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 2584157 (Page 2, Figure 1) Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0006] When the upper corner of the door is attached to the case body using the upper hinge member described in Patent Document 1, the following problem may occur: Since the upper hinge member supporting the upper corner of the door is composed of a pin portion that is provided on the upper corner of the door body and extends in the vertical direction, and a pin receiving portion that is provided on the case body and holds the upper portion of the pin portion, if the door deforms and moves downward, for example, when a person places a large weight on the open door, or when an excessive external force is applied to the door due to a major earthquake, the pin portion may detach downward from the pin receiving portion, causing the door to come off.
[0007] The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned problems, and has as its object to provide a door mounting structure which will not come off even if the door body moves downward. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to solve the above problems, the door mounting structure of the present invention comprises: A door mounting structure in which upper and lower corners of a door body are mounted to an opening of a case body by upper hinge means and lower hinge means so as to be openable and closable, the upper hinge means includes a hollow hinge shaft protruding upward from the upper corner portion, and a hinge bearing provided on the case body side for rotatably holding the hinge shaft, The hinge shaft is characterized in that a second hinge shaft is inserted into the hinge shaft from above the hinge bearing on the side of the case body so that the second hinge shaft projects downward beyond the lower end of the hinge bearing. According to this feature, the second hinge shaft is inserted into the hinge shaft so that it protrudes downward beyond the lower end of the hinge bearing. Therefore, even if the door moves downward due to an external force or the like and the hinge shaft comes off downward from the hinge bearing, the door will not come off.
[0009] The second hinge shaft is characterized by having a through hole that communicates in the up-down direction. According to this feature, the wiring cord for supplying power to the electrical components provided in the door body can be neatly routed from the case body side to the door side.
[0010] The through hole is characterized in that a tapered portion having an inverted V-shaped cross section is formed at the upper opening. According to this feature, the wiring cord can be easily pulled out upward from the through hole.
[0011] The second hinge shaft is inserted through an axial hole of a mounting member for mounting the hinge bearing provided on the case body side and the hinge bearing, and a flange portion having a larger diameter than the axial hole is formed at the upper end of the second hinge shaft. According to this feature, the second hinge shaft can be easily attached from above to the mounting member and the hinge bearing while being prevented from moving downward.
[0012] The flange has an outer circumferential edge provided with a protrusion which is fixed to the mounting member by a screw. According to this feature, even if the hinge shaft rotates as the door is opened or closed, the second hinge shaft does not rotate, so there is no risk of damaging the wiring cord inserted into the second hinge shaft.
[0013] The second hinge shaft is characterized by having a large diameter portion at an upper end. According to this feature, the strength of the upper end portion of the second hinge shaft is increased, so that even if an excessive external force is applied to the door, there is no risk of the door bending from its base portion. [0015] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS A door mounting structure according to the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. EXAMPLES
[0016] The door mounting structure according to the embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 1 to Fig. 7. Fig. 1 shows a front view of a freezer / refrigerator showcase (hereinafter, abbreviated as showcase) to which the door mounting structure according to the embodiment is applied. At the front opening of the case body 1, two doors 2, 2 are supported openably and closably by upper hinge means 3 and lower hinge means 4 provided at the upper and lower corners of the left end portion, respectively. The left and right doors 2 each include a vertically long door frame 21 and a transparent glass plate 22 fitted into the door frame 21, and the left vertical frame 21a of the door frame 21 is attached to the case body 1 by the upper hinge means 3 and lower hinge means 4. The door frame 21 and the glass plate 22 form the door body. A handle 21b is attached to the center of the right vertical frame 21a of the door frame 21.
[0017] Next, a description will be given of the door mounting structure, and the upper hinge means 3 and the lower hinge means 4. Note that since the left and right doors 2, 2 have the same mounting structure, the following description will be given only of the left door 2.
[0018] First, the lower hinge means 4 will be described. As shown in the enlarged view of FIG. 2, the lower hinge means 4 is composed of a cylindrical lower hinge bearing 41 and a lower hinge shaft 42 that is fitted into the lower hinge bearing 41 from above. The lower hinge bearing 41 is fixed by welding or the like to the left end of a lower mounting member 5 that is in an inverted L shape in side view and is fixed along the left-right direction to the front surface of the lower end of the case body 1. The lower hinge shaft 42 is fixed to the lower end of the left vertical frame 21a of the door frame 21 so as to protrude downward. The lower hinge shaft 42 is rotatably fitted into the lower hinge bearing 41, so that the lower corner of the door 2 is attached to the lower mounting member 5 on the case body 1 side so as to be able to open and close.
[0019] Next, a description will be given of the upper hinge means 3. As shown in Fig. 3 to Fig. 7, the upper hinge means 3 includes a hollow first hinge shaft 31, a hinge bearing 32 that holds an upper portion of the first hinge shaft 31, and a second hinge shaft 33 that is inserted into the first hinge shaft 31 from the case main body 1 side above the hinge bearing 32 so as to be rotatable relative to the first hinge shaft 31.
[0020] The first hinge shaft 31 is fixed by welding or the like to an upper surface near the front of the left vertical frame 21a of the door frame 21, and protrudes above the vertical frame 21a.
[0021] The hinge bearing 32 includes a hinge shaft holding portion 321 having a U-shaped cross section facing forward in a plan view and opening to the rear, capable of rotatably holding the first hinge shaft 31, a flange portion 322 connected to the upper edge of the hinge shaft holding portion 321 and projecting to the left and right sides and rearward, and a pair of left and right locking portions 323, 323 having a T-shaped cross section projecting upward from approximately the center of the left and right upper surfaces of the flange portion 322, and a shaft hole 324 penetrating in the left and right direction is formed in the rear end portion of the hinge shaft holding portion 321. The hinge bearing 32 is manufactured as a metal molded product, or is integrally molded from hard synthetic resin or the like.
[0022] The hinge bearing 32 is attached to the case body 1 side as follows: An upper mounting member 6, which is L-shaped in side view and extends in the left-right direction, is fixed to the front surface of the upper end of the case body 1, and a pair of left and right fitting holes 7, 7 into which the locking parts 323, 323 are fitted from below are formed at the side ends of the horizontal part 6a of this upper mounting member 6. The fitting holes 7, 7 have a square through hole 7a through which the wide head parts 323a of the left and right locking parts 323, 323 pass, and a slit-like locking hole 7b that is continuous with the front end of the through hole 7a and into which the base parts 323b of the locking parts 323, 323 whose left-right width is smaller than the head parts 323a can be inserted.
[0023] To attach the hinge bearing 32 to the upper mounting member 6, as shown in Figs. 3 and 7, first, the heads 323a, 323a of the left and right locking parts 323, 323 are inserted from below into the left and right through holes 7a, 7a and penetrate upward. Next, the hinge bearing 32 is slid forward, and the left and right base parts 323b, 323b are fitted into the left and right locking holes 7b, 7b. Then, a screw, rivet, latch, etc. (not shown) is attached to the upper mounting member 6 at the rear side of the flange part 322 to restrict the rearward movement of the hinge bearing 32. As a result, the hinge bearing 32 is attached to the upper mounting member 6 so as not to move in the vertical direction. In this way, the first hinge shaft 31 is rotatably held by the hinge shaft holding part 321 in the assembled state. The first hinge shaft 31 is inserted into the hinge shaft holding part 321 from the rear opening thereof and held. At this time, the lower corner of the door 2 is supported by the lower hinge means 4. After the first hinge shaft 31 is held by the hinge shaft holding portion 321, the pin 8 is inserted into the shaft hole 324 of the hinge shaft holding portion 321, thereby restricting the relative movement in the front-rear direction between the first hinge shaft 31 and the hinge bearing 32 (see FIG. 6).
[0024] The second hinge shaft 33 is a stepped shaft including a small diameter portion 331 that is fitted into the first hinge shaft 31 so as to be rotatable relative to the first hinge shaft 31, and a large diameter portion 332 at the upper end that is continuous with the upper end of the small diameter portion 331, and a through hole 333 that communicates in the vertical direction is formed in the center. A flange portion 334 is connected to the upper end of the large diameter portion 332, and a protrusion portion 334a that protrudes rearward is integrally connected to the outer periphery of the flange portion 334. An attachment hole 10 into which a fixing screw 9 is inserted is formed in the protrusion portion 334a. A tapered portion 333a having an inverted V-shaped cross section is formed at the upper opening of the through hole 333 (see FIG. 7).
[0025] The front end of the horizontal portion 6a of the upper mounting member 6 is formed with a shaft hole 11 into which the large diameter portion 332 of the second hinge shaft 33 is fitted from above, and the small diameter portion 331 of the second hinge shaft 33 is fitted from above into the first hinge shaft 31 through the shaft hole 11 and the hinge bearing 32. The large diameter portion 332 of the second hinge shaft 33 fitted into the shaft hole 11 has a vertical dimension that allows it to also be fitted into the upper end of the hinge bearing 32 (see FIG. 7), and the holding force of the large diameter portion 332 with respect to the hinge bearing 32 is increased.
[0026] The vertical dimension of the small diameter portion 331 is formed to a length that protrudes downward from the lower end of the hinge bearing 32 when the small diameter portion 331 is fitted onto the first hinge shaft 31. In this embodiment, the small diameter portion 331 is formed to have a dimension such that approximately the lower half of the small diameter portion 331 is fitted onto the first hinge shaft 31 (see FIG. 7). After this fitting, the fixing screw 9 inserted into the protruding portion 334a of the second hinge shaft 33 is screwed into the female threaded hole 12 formed in the horizontal portion 6a of the upper mounting member 6, thereby fixing the second hinge shaft 33 to the upper mounting member 6. The upper hinge means 3 described above allows the upper corner of the door 2 to be attached to the upper mounting member 6 on the case body 1 side so as to be openable and closable. Note that the fixing screw 9 may be replaced with a removable rivet, latch, or the like.
[0027] After the upper and lower corners of the door 2 are attached to the case body 1 by the upper hinge means 3 and the lower hinge means 4, as shown in Figures 5 and 7, the wiring cord C for supplying power to a heater or the like inside the door 2, which is wired in the space between the upper mounting member 6 and the upper cover member 13 of the case body 1, can be neatly wired downward through the through hole 333 of the second hinge shaft 33, the hollow hole 313 of the first hinge shaft 31, and the through hole 213 at the top of the door frame 21.
[0028] As described above, in the door mounting structure according to the embodiment, the upper hinge means 3 is composed of the hollow first hinge shaft 31 protruding upward from the upper corner of the door 2, the hinge bearing 32 attached to the case body 1 side and rotatably holding the first hinge shaft 31, and the second hinge shaft 33 inserted into the first hinge shaft 31 from the upper mounting member 6 of the case body 1 so as to protrude downward beyond the lower end of the hinge bearing 32. Therefore, even if an excessive external force is applied to the door 2 and it moves downward, causing the first hinge shaft 31 to come off downward from the hinge bearing 32 as shown in Fig. 8, the second hinge shaft 33 is maintained in a state of being inserted into the first hinge shaft 31, so there is no risk of the door 2 coming off.
[0029] Furthermore, since a tapered portion 333a having an inverted V-shaped cross section is formed at the opening of the through hole 333 of the second hinge shaft 33, the wiring cord C can be easily pulled out upward from the through hole 333.
[0030] Furthermore, since a flange 334 having a diameter larger than the shaft hole 11 of the upper mounting member 6 is formed at the upper end of the second hinge shaft 33, downward movement is prevented and the second hinge shaft 33 can be easily attached from above to the upper mounting member 6 and the hinge bearing 32. Moreover, since a protrusion 334a connected to the flange 334 is fixed to the upper mounting member 6 by a fixing screw 9, the second hinge shaft 33 is prevented from rotating as the door 2 is opened and closed, and there is no risk of damaging the wiring cord C inserted into the second hinge shaft 33.
[0031] Furthermore, since a large diameter portion 332 is formed at the upper end of the second hinge shaft 33, the strength of the upper end of the second hinge shaft 33 is increased, and there is no risk of the door 2 bending from its base even if excessive external force is applied to the door 2.
[0032] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described above with reference to the drawings, the specific configuration is not limited to these embodiments, and the present invention also includes modifications and additions that do not deviate from the gist of the present invention.
[0033] For example, in the above embodiment, the hinge bearing 32 and the second hinge shaft 33 of the upper hinge means 3, and the lower hinge bearing 41 of the lower hinge means 4 are essentially directly attached to the case body 1 side, but it is also possible to attach a frame capable of holding the door frame 21 to the front opening of the case body 1, and attach the hinge bearing 32 and the second hinge shaft 33 of the upper hinge means 3, and the lower hinge bearing 41 of the lower hinge means 4 to this frame.
[0034] In addition, in the above embodiment, the hinge shaft holding portion 321 of the hinge bearing 32 has a shape that has a forward-facing U-shaped cross section in a plan view that opens to the rear, but it may also be cylindrical in shape that rotatably holds the first hinge shaft 31, and the pair of locking portions 323 may be omitted and the flange portion 322 may be fixed to the upper mounting member 6 by a screw.
[0035] The door mounting structure of the present invention is not limited to doors for freezer / refrigerator showcases, but can also be applied to various doors that are mounted to the opening of the case body.
[0036] In addition, in the above embodiment, a tapered portion 333a having an inverted V-shaped cross section is formed at the opening of the through hole 333 of the second hinge shaft 33. However, instead of this, for example, a gentle curved surface may be formed that continues from the inner peripheral edge of the flange portion 334 to the inner portion of the small diameter portion 331 in the through hole 333, making it easier to pull out the wiring cord C upward from the through hole 333 without risk of damaging the wiring cord C.
