Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a roof sheet that, when laid on the roof of a building, reduces the conduction of heat into the room and also has a power generation function, thereby achieving a high energy saving effect. [Background technology]
[0002] The roofs of buildings such as ordinary houses, buildings, factories, and warehouses become hot due to direct sunlight, and the heat is conducted to cause the temperature inside the building to rise. In addition, there are problems such as the temperature inside the building being lowered by radiative cooling from the roof, which reduces the heating efficiency, and the occurrence of condensation that causes water to drip onto the floor inside the building. In particular, the folded-plate roofs used in large buildings such as factories and warehouses have high thermal conductivity because they are made by folding metal sheets, and these problems are particularly pronounced.
[0003] Known countermeasures include applying heat-insulating paint to roofs, installing double roofs (layered roofing), and planting greenery on the rooftop, but all of these have problems such as the time required for construction and the effort required for maintenance. The applicant of this application has developed a roof blocking sheet that is attached to the top of a folded-plate roof via fasteners (Patent Document 1). This sheet is made of a material that has rain and light blocking properties and has many transmission holes, so it reflects sunlight and allows airflow that naturally occurs in the space between the roof surface and the sheet to pass through the transmission holes and diffuse to the outside, efficiently suppressing temperature rise and condensation on the roof surface. [0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 4792059 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] In light of the recent sharp rise in electricity costs, there is a demand for roof sheets that can provide even greater energy-saving effects than the technology disclosed in Patent Document 1.
[0006] In consideration of the above-mentioned problems, the present invention aims to provide a roof sheet that can be laid on the roof of a building to reduce heat conduction into the room and also has a power generation function, thereby achieving high energy saving effects. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] The roof sheet of the present invention is a roof sheet that is fixed to the top of a folded plate roof via fasteners, and is characterized by having at least a main body sheet having a plurality of ventilation holes, and a flexible solar power generation module that is fixed to the surface of the main body sheet in a position that does not block the ventilation holes. The roof sheet of the present invention is a roof sheet that is fixed to the top of a folded plate roof via fasteners, and is characterized in that it is equipped with a flexible photovoltaic power generation module, and the photovoltaic power generation module has a plurality of ventilation holes. Effect of the Invention
[0008] The roof sheet of the present invention has a power generation function using a photovoltaic power generation module, and therefore provides a high energy saving effect. Since the photovoltaic power generation module is flexible, even if the main body sheet is bent by wind, snow, or the like, the photovoltaic power generation module can bend in accordance with the movement of the main body sheet.
[0009] The fasteners create a space between the roof sheet and the folded-plate roof. The airflow that occurs naturally in the space passes through the ventilation holes to the outside, creating a heat dissipation effect, which helps to prevent the temperature rise inside the building and also prevents condensation from forming. In particular, the solar power generation module itself can heat up when exposed to sunlight, which can reduce power generation efficiency, but the airflow that passes through the ventilation holes also has the effect of lowering the temperature of the solar power generation module. In addition, since air passes through the ventilation holes even during strong winds, the roof sheet can be prevented from flapping or being damaged by the wind, and a drainage effect is also achieved by allowing rainwater, etc., that accumulates on the surface of the roof sheet to flow through the ventilation holes onto the roof. In addition, the presence of the roof sheet prevents direct sunlight from reaching the roof, suppressing the rise in roof temperature and therefore the rise in temperature inside the building. If the solar power generation module itself is provided with ventilation holes, the costs of manufacturing and installing the roof sheet can be reduced. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0010] [Figure 1] FIG. 1A is a plan view showing a state in which a roof sheet according to a first embodiment is fixed to a folded plate roof; [Diagram 2] 1A and 1B are plan views showing modified examples of roof sheets; [Diagram 3] Enlarged plan view of roof sheet [Figure 4] An enlarged plan view (a) showing the state in which the roof sheet is fixed to the seam-fastened folding plate, an enlarged front view (b) and a front view of the fasteners (c) [Diagram 5] Enlarged plan view (a) and front view (b) showing the state in which the roof sheet is fixed to the overlapping folded plate [Figure 6] FIG. 11 is a plan view showing a state in which the roof sheet of the second embodiment is fixed to a folded plate roof. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0011] [First embodiment] A first embodiment of the roof sheet of the present invention will be described. As shown in Fig. 1, the roof sheet 1 is fixed to the top of a folded-plate roof 100 via fasteners 10. Note that the fasteners 10 are not shown in Fig. 1(a), and Fig. 4(a) shows a plan view of the roof sheet 1 fixed with the fasteners 10. The roof sheet 1 comprises at least a main sheet 20 and a photovoltaic power generation module 30 .
[0012] The main body sheet 20 preferably has rain and light blocking properties, and examples of the material include, but are not limited to, polyethylene resin. The main body sheet 20 has a plurality of ventilation holes 21. The ventilation holes 21 are basically provided at a predetermined interval over the entire surface of the main body sheet 20, but may be provided in a part of the main body sheet 20. There is no particular limitation on the arrangement of the ventilation holes 21, and they may be arranged at equal intervals in the vertical and horizontal directions as shown in FIG. 1, or may be arranged alternately as shown in FIG. 2(a). The diameter of the ventilation holes 21 may be appropriately adjusted depending on the location where the roof sheet 1 is installed, but is preferably about 80 mm to 150 mm. The shape of the ventilation holes 21 is not limited to a circle, and may be a polygon such as a triangle or a square as shown in FIG. 2(b). A plurality of grommets 22 are provided at equal intervals on the edge of the main body sheet 20. The grommets 22 are used when fixing the roof sheet 1 to the folded plate roof 100. As described later, the seam-fastened folded plate 101 can be fixed with screws or bolts and nuts using the grommets 22, but the overlapping folded plate 103 does not necessarily require the grommets 22 because the ends are clamped and fixed. Also, it is not limited to the grommets 22, and any holes that can be fixed with screws or bolts and nuts will suffice.
[0013] The photovoltaic power generation module 30 is fixed on the surface of the main body sheet 20 at a position that does not block the ventilation holes 21. The photovoltaic power generation module 30 is made by arranging solar cells with resin substrates so as to obtain the desired voltage and current, laminating them with a resin sheet made of ETFE (Ethylene Tetra Fluoro Ethylen) or the like while they are electrically connected, and is flexible. A solar cell array is formed by electrically connecting multiple photovoltaic power generation modules 30. Methods for fixing the photovoltaic power generation module 30 to the surface of the main body sheet 20 include, but are not limited to, welding, adhesion with an adhesive or adhesive tape, connection with well-known means such as bolts and nuts, etc. For example, as shown in Fig. 3, a method may be adopted in which grommets 31 are provided on the edge of the photovoltaic power generation module 30, and a bolt is passed through the grommets 31 to fix the back side of the main body sheet 20 and the front side of the photovoltaic power generation module 30 with nuts.
[0014] Since the photovoltaic power generation modules 30 are flexible, even if the main body sheet 20 is bent due to wind, snow, or the like, the photovoltaic power generation modules 30 can bend in accordance with the movement of the main body sheet 20. In addition, since the photovoltaic power generation modules 30 can be bent at the locations indicated by lines A1 and A2 in Fig. 1, the portability and workability of the roof sheet 1 can be improved. Although not shown in the figure, the power generated by the photovoltaic power generation module 30 passes through a power conditioner or the like and is stored in a storage battery.
[0015] The structure of the fastener 10 is not particularly limited, and examples of the structure are shown below. FIG. 4( b ) is an enlarged view of the area circled in FIG. 1 , and shows the state in which the roof sheet 1 is fixed to the seam-fastened folded plate 101 via fasteners 10 .
[0016] As shown in Fig. 4(c), the fastener 10 has a trapezoidal cross section with an opening 11 at its upper part and a groove 12 at its lower part. The fastener 10 is fixed to the seam-fastened folded plate 101 by fitting the rail-shaped protrusion 102 at the top of the seam-fastened folded plate 101 into the groove 12. As shown in FIG. 1(a), grommets 22 are formed at a predetermined interval on the edge of the main sheet 20, and as shown in FIG. 4(b), the grommets 22 are overlapped with the openings 11 of the fasteners 10, and a bolt 13 is passed through the bolt 13 with the top and bottom of the bolt 13 being tightened with nuts 15 via washers 14, thereby fixing the roof sheet 1 to the top of the seam-fastened folded plate 101 via the fasteners 10. 4(a), a wire 105 may be placed on the surface of the roofing sheet 1, and both ends of the wire 105 may be fixed with fasteners 10. In this case, the wire 105 can hold down the roofing sheet 1 that tends to float upward due to the influence of the wind.
[0017] Fig. 5 shows a state in which the roof sheet 1 is fixed to the overlapping folded plate 103 via fasteners 40. For ease of understanding, the roof sheet 1 is omitted from Fig. 5(a). The fastener 40 is generally composed of a high nut 41, a base clamp 42, a single pipe 43, a seat clamp 44, a T-clamp 45, a cross clamp 46, etc. A number of nuts 104 for fixing the two overlapping roof materials are attached to the top of the overlapping folded plate 103. High nuts 41 are attached to some of these nuts 104, and base clamps 42 are attached to the tops of the high nuts 41. Next, multiple single pipes 43 are assembled into a rectangular shape in a plan view while being clamped by the base clamps 42. Next, multiple single pipes 43 are assembled into a rectangular shape in a plan view using T-shaped clamps 45, cross clamps 46, etc., and the edges of the main body sheet 20 are clamped by multiple sheet clamps 44 attached to the single pipes 43 to fix the main body sheet 20 to the overlapping folded plate 103.
[0018] [Second embodiment] Next, a second embodiment of the roof sheet of the present invention will be described. The same components as those in the first embodiment will be designated by the same reference numerals and the description thereof will be omitted. As shown in FIG. 6, this embodiment does not include the main body sheet 20 shown in the first embodiment, and is characterized in that the photovoltaic power generation module 30 itself includes ventilation holes 21. Specifically, the ventilation holes 21 are formed in the back sheet 32 that is disposed in the bottom layer of the photovoltaic power generation module 30. The photovoltaic power generation module 30 is disposed so as not to block the ventilation holes 21. According to the roof sheet 2 of this embodiment, since the main body sheet 20 is not provided, costs during manufacturing and construction can be reduced. [Industrial Applicability]
