DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS

[0008] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. The remodeling fitting 1 (fitting) according to this embodiment is a remodeling fitting for remodeling in which a new frame 3 is attached to an existing frame 2 in a state in which the existing frame 2 is attached to an opening of a building skeleton 100. In this specification, the prospective direction is the direction along the indoor / outdoor direction of the remodeling fitting 1. The prospective direction is the direction along the surface direction of the surface material of the remodeling fitting 1, and is a direction perpendicular to the prospective direction. In the drawings, the outdoor side of the remodeling fitting 1 is the "outdoor side X1", and the indoor side of the remodeling fitting 1 is the "indoor side X2". The horizontal direction when the remodeling fitting 1 is viewed from the front is the "left and right". The direction toward the center of the remodeling fitting 1 when viewed from the front is the "inner side", and the direction away from the center of the remodeling fitting 1 is the "outer side".

[0009] The conventional embodiment 1, the first embodiment 1A, and the remodeled fitting 1B of the second embodiment will be described. The conventional embodiment 1, the first embodiment 1A, and the remodeled fitting 1B of the second embodiment are sweep-out window type fittings with sweep-out members 5, 5A (bottom frame cover members) provided at the bottom of the indoor side X2. The sweep-out window type remodeled fitting 1 is covered by the sweep-out members 5, 5A and the height-adjusting spacer members 6A, 6B, 6X, 6Y, 6XA, 6YA extending to the floor surface 101a and covering the indoor side X2 part of the newly installed bottom frame 32.

[0010] In the conventional embodiment shown in Figure 2, a configuration in which no height-adjusting spacer member 6 is provided between the sweep-out member 5, 5A and the floor surface 101a is described. In the first embodiment shown in Figure 3, a configuration in which one stage of height-adjusting spacer members 6A, 6B is provided between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a is described. In the second embodiment shown in Figure 7, a configuration in which two stages of height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y, 6XA, 6YA are provided between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a is described.

[0011] As shown in Figs. 1 and 2, the remodeling fitting 1 shown in the conventional embodiment is a remodeling sash of a sliding window type that is fitted into an opening of a building skeleton 100. As shown in Fig. 1, the remodeling fitting 1 has an existing frame 2, a new frame 3, two shoji screens 41, 42, and one screen door 43 (see Fig. 2). The existing frame 2 is attached to the opening of the building skeleton 100 around the four sides, top, bottom, left and right. The new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2 around the four sides, top, bottom, left and right. The shoji screens 41, 42 and the screen door 43 are fitted inside the new frame 3 so that they can slide left and right. As shown in Fig. 1, a crescent lock 44 is attached to the shoji screen 41 arranged on the indoor side X2. In Fig. 1, the screen door 43 is not shown.

[0012] 1, the existing frame 2 is formed by assembling four frame members, an existing upper frame 21, an existing lower frame 22, and a pair of left and right existing vertical frames 23, in a rectangular shape, and is attached to the inside of an opening in the pre-renovation building skeleton 100. The existing upper frame 21, the existing lower frame 22, and the pair of left and right existing vertical frames 23 are each made of extruded shapes made of metal such as aluminum or resin such as polyvinyl chloride.

[0013] The existing upper frame 21 is a long member extending in the left-right direction above the opening of the building skeleton 100. The existing lower frame 22 is a long member extending in the left-right direction below the opening of the building skeleton 100. The pair of existing vertical frames 23 are long members extending in the up-down direction at both left-right ends of the opening of the building skeleton 100.

[0014] The new frame 3 (frame body) is disposed on the inner periphery side of the existing frame 2. The new frame 3 is formed in a rectangular frame shape. The new frame 3 is made of aluminum shaped material. The new frame 3 has a new upper frame 31, a new lower frame 32, and a pair of new vertical frames 33 on the left and right.

[0015] The new upper frame 31 is a long member extending in the left-right direction above the opening of the building skeleton 100. The new lower frame 32 is a long member extending in the left-right direction below the opening of the building skeleton 100. The pair of new vertical frames 33 are long members extending in the up-down direction at both left-right ends of the opening of the building skeleton 100.

[0016] The fixing structure of the existing lower frame 22, 22A and the new lower frame 32, 32A will be described with reference to Figures 2 and 3. In the fixing structure of the existing lower frame 22, 22A and the new lower frame 32, 32A, a sweep-out member 5 (lower frame cover member) is attached to the indoor side X2 of the new lower frame 32, 32A. In the fixing structure of the existing lower frame 22, 22A and the new lower frame 32, 32A, the height of the part where the sweep-out member 5 is provided may differ in the indoor side X2 part of the new lower frame 32, 32A depending on the fit of the new lower frame 32, 32A.

[0017] When the height Z1 of the part where the sweeping member 5 is provided on the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed lower frame 32 is the same as the height H1 of the sweeping member 5, the sweeping member 5 is used as is as in the conventional embodiment shown in Fig. 2. When the height is higher than the height H1 of the sweeping member 5, a height-adjusting spacer member 6 is provided between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 as in the first embodiment shown in Fig. 3. This allows the sweeping member 5 to be commonly used even when the heights of the parts where the sweeping member 5 is provided on the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed lower frame 32, 32A are different.

[0018] First, referring to Fig. 2, a conventional embodiment will be described in which a height-adjusting spacer member 6 is not disposed between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. In the conventional embodiment, a sweep-out member 5 (bottom frame cover member) is attached to the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed bottom frame 32. In the conventional embodiment, the sweep-out member 5 is formed at a height corresponding to the portion of the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed bottom frame 32 where the sweep-out member 5 is to be provided.

[0019] As shown in Fig. 2, the existing sill 22 is disposed at the bottom of the opening of the building skeleton 100, and is fixed at a position offset toward the outside side X1 of the opening. The existing sill 22 has a pair of guide rails 221a, 221b for an existing shoji screen, which each protrude upward, and a guide rail 221c for an existing screen door. The height of the existing sill 22 is gradually reduced from the guide rail 221a on the innermost side X2 to the guide rail 221c on the outermost side X1.

[0020] The new lower frame 32 is disposed on the inner periphery of the portion extending from the existing lower frame 22 to the floor member 101. The new lower frame 32 extends in the left-right direction along the length of the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 has a length in the projection direction extending from the guide rail 211c of the existing lower frame 22 to near the center of the floor member 101 in the projection direction.

[0021] The new lower frame 32 is a metal frame member, and is made of extruded shapes extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. The new lower frame 32 has a hollow portion 3201 arranged on the outside X1 and bulging downward to follow the shape of the existing lower frame 22, and a hollow portion 3202 arranged on the inside X2 of the hollow portion 3201 and having a generally rectangular cross section that extends in the projection direction.

[0022] The new lower frame 32 has guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c that protrude upward. The guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c are formed to protrude upward at a predetermined interval in the projection direction of the new lower frame 32. The guide rails 324a, 324b, and 324c are arranged in this order from the indoor side X2 toward the outdoor side X1.

[0023] A height adjustment member 325 is attached to a portion of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32. The height adjustment member 325 extends downward from the new lower frame 32 and is placed on the upper surface 22a between the guide rails 221b, 221c of the existing lower frame 22. The height of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32 is adjusted by adjusting the height adjustment member 325. A decorative material 326 made of a metal material such as aluminum is attached to the side surface of the outside side X1 of the new lower frame 32 so as to be detachable from the outside side X1.

[0024] An attachment portion 327 for fixing the new lower frame 32 to the building skeleton 100 is integrally provided at the portion of the new lower frame 32 closest to the indoor side X2. The attachment portion 327 extends in a plate shape from a lower portion of the end face 320a of the new lower frame 32 on the indoor side X2 toward the indoor side X2.

[0025] At least a pair of protrusions 3271 extending in the longitudinal direction of the new lower frame 32 are provided on the lower surface of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 protrude slightly downward from the lower surface of the mounting portion 327 and are arranged in parallel at a predetermined interval in the projection direction.

[0026] The indoor side X2 portion of the new lower frame 32 is disposed above the floor member 101. The mounting portion 327 is disposed above the floor member 101 via a spacer member 3272. The new lower frame 32 is fixed to the building structure 100 on the indoor side X2 rather than the existing lower frame 22 by a screw SC2 that penetrates the mounting portion 327 from the indoor side X2. The screw SC2 penetrates between a pair of protrusions 3271 of the mounting portion 327. The pair of protrusions 3271 abut against the floor member 101 and suppress deformation of the mounting portion 327 when the fastening torque of the screw SC2 is applied.

[0027] When the new frame 3 is attached to the inner periphery of the existing frame 2, there is no other member between the existing lower frame 22 and the new lower frame 32 for attaching the new lower frame 32 to the existing lower frame 22. The new lower frame 32 is arranged so as to directly face the inner periphery of the existing lower frame 22 from above and below. Therefore, the new lower frame 32 can be arranged as close as possible to the existing lower frame 22. Since the new lower frame 32 is not fixed to the existing lower frame 22, even if the existing lower frame 22 is distorted, it can be attached without being affected by the state of the distortion. Since the screw SC2 does not contact the existing lower frame 22, heat is not transferred between the existing lower frame 22 and the indoor frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32 via the screw SC2.

[0028] A cover material 3203 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached between the pair of guide rails 324a, 324b of the new lower frame 32.

[0029] An angle member 328 made of resin or wood-derived material is attached to the indoor side X2 of the new lower frame 32. The angle member 328 has an angle portion 3281 that extends toward the indoor side X2 beyond the end face 320a of the indoor side X2 of the new lower frame 32, and covers the mounting portion 327 from above.

[0030] The angle portion 3281 is disposed at a position substantially equal to the position of the upper ends of the guide rails 324a and 324b. A cover material 3282 made of resin or wood-derived material is integrally provided on the outdoor side X1 of the angle member 328. The cover material 3282 is provided along the upper surface of the indoor side X2, which is closer to the guide rail 324a of the newly-installed lower frame 32.

[0031] A sweep-out member 5 (sill cover member) is attached to the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed sill 32 after it has been fixed to the building skeleton 100. The sweep-out member 5 is attached to the angle member 328 with a screw 5a. The sweep-out member 5 of the newly-installed sill 32 extends toward the indoor side X2, continuing from the angle portion 3281 of the angle member 328, and is disposed across the floor member 101. The sweep-out member 5 fixed to the angle member 328 covers the newly-installed sill 32 between the angle member 328 and the floor member 101 from the indoor side X2. The head of the screw SC2 is disposed inside the sweep-out member 5.

[0032] The sweeping member 5 has a sweeping member body 51 and a tip protruding member 55. The sweeping member body 51 is attached to the angle member 328. The sweeping member body 51 is made of a hard resin member. The tip protruding member 55 is made of a soft resin member.

[0033] The sweeping member main body 51 has a hollow frame 52 having a hollow portion arranged flush with the angle portion 3281 on the indoor side X2 of the angle portion 3281, a sweeping member outer leg portion 531 protruding downward from the outdoor side X1 portion of the lower surface 513 of the hollow frame 52, a sweeping member inner leg portion 532 protruding downward from the indoor side X2 portion of the lower surface 513 of the hollow frame 52, and a fixing portion 54 fixed to the angle member 328.

[0034] The hollow frame 52 has an upper surface portion 521 extending horizontally in the projection direction, a downwardly inclined surface portion 522 inclining downward from the end of the upper surface portion 521 on the indoor side X2 toward the indoor side X2, a lower panel 523 extending horizontally from the lower end of the downwardly inclined surface portion 522 to the outdoor side X1, and a stepped step wall portion 524 arranged on the outdoor side X1. The surface of the downwardly inclined surface portion 522 on the indoor side X2 constitutes a downwardly inclined surface 522a.

[0035] The lower end of the sweeping member outer leg 531 and the lower end of the sweeping member inner leg 532 are disposed in contact with the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. Cutting grooves 5311, 5321 are formed in the middle of the protruding direction of the sweeping member outer leg 531 and the sweeping member inner leg 532. By cutting the sweeping member outer leg 531 and the sweeping member inner leg 532 by the cutting grooves 5311, 5321, the height of the sweeping member 5 can be finely adjusted.

[0036] The fixing part 54 of the sweeping member 5 is composed of a fixing part main body 541 extending from the hollow frame 52 toward the outside side X1, and a pair of screw insertion plate parts 542 protruding from the fixing part main body 541 toward the rear surface of the angle part 3281. The screw 5a penetrates the angle part 3281, passes between the pair of screw insertion plate parts 542, and is screwed into the fixing part main body 541.

[0037] The tip protruding member 55 is attached to the tip of the lower part of the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member main body 51. The tip protruding member 55 constitutes the tip part of the sweeping member 5 on the floor surface 101a side. The tip protruding member 55 protrudes from the tip of the lower part of the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member main body 51 toward the indoor side X2 with a downward inclination. The surface of the indoor side X2 of the tip protruding member 55 constitutes a downward inclined surface 551.

[0038] The downward inclined surface 551 of the tip protruding member 55 extends downwardly on the same inclined surface as the downward inclined surface 522a of the hollow frame 52. The downward inclined surface 522a of the hollow frame 52 and the downward inclined surface 551 of the tip protruding member 55 form the downward inclined surface 520 (cover member downward inclined surface) of the sweeping member 5. The downward inclined surface 520 of the sweeping member 5 extends downwardly on the indoor side X2 of the new lower frame 32 toward the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 of the building skeleton 100. Since the tip protruding member 55 is made of soft resin, it deforms to follow the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 and is arranged along the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101.

[0039] In the conventional embodiment, the sweeping member 5 is formed such that the vertical height H1 from the lower end of the sweeping member outer leg 531 and the lower end of the sweeping member inner leg 532 to the upper surface 521 of the hollow frame 52 is the same height as the height Z1 from the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 to the upper surface of the angle member 328 of the newly-installed lower frame 32. As a result, the sweeping member 5 is disposed from the new lower frame 32 to the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 at the lower end of the indoor side X2, so that the area from the new lower frame 32 to the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 can be covered and concealed.

[0040] Next, the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 3. As shown in Fig. 3, the first embodiment is different from the conventional embodiment shown in Fig. 2 mainly in the configuration of the existing lower frame 22A and the new lower frame 32A, and in the configuration in which one stage of height-adjusting spacer member 6 is arranged between the sweeping member 5 (lower frame cover member) and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101, whereas the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is not arranged between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 in the conventional embodiment. In the description of the first embodiment, the description of the same configuration as the conventional embodiment will be omitted.

[0041] As shown in Fig. 3, in the first embodiment, the new lower frame 32A is divided into two in the prospective direction, an outdoor frame member 321 and an indoor frame member 322. The outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 are both metal frame members, and are each made of an extruded shape extruded in the length direction from a metal material such as aluminum. The outdoor frame member 321 and the indoor frame member 322 are integrally connected by a connecting member 323. The connecting member 323 is made of a material having thermal insulation properties such as resin, and blocks the transfer of heat from the outdoor frame member 321 to the indoor frame member 322 in the new lower frame 32A.

[0042] The outdoor frame member 321 of the new lower frame 32A is disposed above the existing lower frame 22A. The outdoor frame member 321 has a hollow portion 3211 bulging downward to conform to the shape of the existing lower frame 22A. The indoor frame member 322 has a hollow portion 3221 with a generally rectangular cross section extending from the connecting member 323 toward the indoor side X2. The lower panel 322a of the indoor frame member 322 is disposed at a position above the mounting portion 327 and extends in the projection direction. The lower end of the indoor side X2 end of the indoor frame member 322 is connected to the outdoor side X1 end of the mounting portion 327 via a step wall portion 3222.

[0043] A spacer member 302 and a support plate 3021 are attached from below to the lower plate 322a of the indoor side frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32A with screws 302a, filling the gap with the upper plate 223 of the indoor side X2 of the existing lower frame 22A placed on the floor member 101. The spacer member 302 is composed of one or more sheets. The thickness of the sheets constituting the spacer member 302 and the number of layers of the sheets are appropriately set according to the vertical depth of the step wall portion 3222 and the size of the gap between the indoor side frame member 322 of the new lower frame 32A and the floor member 101, etc.

[0044] The support plate 3021 is made of a metal plate and extends from the indoor frame member 322, passing below the connecting member 323, to the outdoor frame member 321. The outdoor side X1 end of the support plate 3021 abuts against the underside 321b of a portion of the outdoor frame member 321 adjacent to the connecting member 323, and is attached by screws 302b. The support plate 3021 connects the indoor frame member 322 and the outdoor frame member 321, and supports the indoor frame member 322 and the outdoor frame member 321 from below.

[0045] Here, as shown in Figure 3, the renovated fitting 1A of the first embodiment has a step wall portion 3222 formed between the lower end of the indoor side X2 end of the indoor side frame member 322 and the outdoor side X1 end of the mounting portion 327 in the newly installed lower frame 32A, which is different from the renovated fitting 1 of the conventional embodiment shown in Figure 2, and is formed higher than the height Z1 (see Figure 2) of the indoor side X2 portion of the newly installed lower frame 32A of the conventional embodiment, and as shown in Figure 3, the height of the indoor side X2 portion of the newly installed lower frame 32A is formed to height Z2 (Z2>Z1).

[0046] Therefore, in the remodeled fitting 1A of the first embodiment, a one-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6 is disposed between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. The one-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6 is attached to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5 and fixed by a screw 6113.

[0047] 4, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 has a spacer body 61 and a tip protruding member 65. The spacer body 61 is made of a hard resin member. The tip protruding member 65 is made of a soft resin member.

[0048] The spacer main body 61 has an upper stage 611, a middle stage 612, a lower stage 613, a step 6111 between the upper stage 611 and the middle stage 612, a step 6121 between the middle stage 612 and the lower stage 613, two convex portions 6112 protruding from the upper surface of the upper stage 611, a spacer member outer leg 614 (leg), a spacer member inner leg 615 (leg), a position control protrusion 616 protruding from the end of the outer side X1 of the upper stage 611 toward the outer side X1, and an outdoor support protrusion 617 protruding from the middle of the spacer member outer leg 614 toward the outer side X1 below the position control protrusion 616, a length longer than the position control protrusion 616.

[0049] The upper stage 611, the middle stage 612, and the lower stage 613 are formed to extend in the projection direction by a predetermined length, and are arranged in this order in a staircase shape descending from the outdoor side X1 to the indoor side X2. The upper stage 611 and the middle stage 612 are connected by a step 6111. The middle stage 612 and the lower stage 613 are connected by a step 6121.

[0050] The upper stage portion 611 is disposed below the outdoor side X1 portion of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5. Two protrusions 6112 are formed protruding upward from the upper surface of the upper stage portion 611. The two protrusions 6112 abut against the lower surface of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5. As a result, the upper stage portion 611 supports the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5 from below as the two protrusions 6112 abut against the lower surface of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5. The upper stage portion 611 is fixed to the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5 by the screw 6113 that is moved from below toward above.

[0051] The middle stage 612 extends a predetermined length in the projection direction at a position lower than the upper stage 611, via a step 6111. The lower stage 613 extends a predetermined length in the projection direction at a position lower than the middle stage 612, via a step 6121.

[0052] The lower section 613 has a lower section main body 6131 arranged on the outdoor side X1, and an indoor side upper section tip portion 6132 arranged on the indoor side X2. The indoor side upper section tip portion 6132 is formed to be slightly higher than the lower section main body 6131 and lower than the middle section 612. A downwardly sloping surface 6132a is formed on the end face of the tip of the indoor side upper section tip portion 6132 on the indoor side X2.

[0053] The lower end of the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5 abuts against the upper surface of the lower portion main body 6131. The lower portion main body 6131 supports the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5 from below.

[0054] The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the middle stage portion 612 (position restriction portion, spacer side position restriction portion) is arranged in contact with or in close proximity to the side surface (lower frame cover member side position restriction portion) on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member indoor side leg portion 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5. The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the middle stage portion 612 is restricted from moving toward the indoor side X2 by the sweeping member indoor side leg portion 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5.

[0055] The spacer member outer leg 614 protrudes downward from the end of the upper section 611 on the outer side X1. The spacer member inner leg 615 protrudes downward midway in the projection direction of the lower section 613. The lower end of the spacer member outer leg 614 and the lower end of the spacer member inner leg 615 are both positioned at the same position in the up-down direction and abut against the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101.

[0056] Cutting grooves 6141, 6151 are formed in the vertical middle of the spacer member outer leg portion 614 and at the base of the spacer member inner leg portion 615. As a result, the height-adjustable spacer member 6 is provided with the spacer member outer leg portion 614 and the spacer member inner leg portion 615 having the cutting grooves 6141, 6151 that can be cut to adjust the height. By cutting the spacer member outer leg portion 614 and the spacer member inner leg portion 615 using the cutting grooves 6141, 6151, the height of the height-adjustable spacer member 6 can be fine-tuned.

[0057] The position restricting protrusion 616 (position restricting portion, spacer side position restricting portion) protrudes from the end of the outdoor side X1 of the upper section 611 towards the outdoor side X1. As a result, the tip of the outdoor side X1 of the position restricting protrusion 616 is arranged in contact with or in close proximity to the side surface (lower frame cover member side position restricting portion) of the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member outdoor side leg 531 arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member 5. Movement of the tip of the outdoor side X1 of the position restricting protrusion 616 towards the outdoor side X1 is restricted by the sweeping member outdoor side leg 531 arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member 5.

[0058] The outdoor support protrusion 617 protrudes from the middle of the spacer member outdoor leg 614 toward the outdoor side X1 below the position restricting protrusion 616 by a longer length than the position restricting protrusion 616. As a result, the lower end of the sweeping member outdoor leg 531 arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member 5 abuts against the upper surface of the outdoor support protrusion 617. The outdoor support protrusion 617 supports the lower end of the sweeping member outdoor leg 531 arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member 5 from below.

[0059] The tip protruding member 65 is attached to the tip of the lower part on the indoor side X2 of the lower stage 613 of the spacer main body 61. The tip protruding member 65 constitutes the tip part on the floor surface 101a side of the height-adjustable spacer member 6. The tip protruding member 65 protrudes from the tip of the lower part on the indoor side X2 of the spacer main body 61 at a downward incline towards the indoor side X2. Since the tip protruding member 65 is made of soft resin, it deforms to follow the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101, and is arranged along the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101.

[0060] When the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is attached to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5, the tip protruding member 65 extends at a downward incline along an extension line of the inclination direction in which the tip protruding member 55 of the sweep-out member 5 extends. The surface of the tip protruding member 65 on the indoor side X2 forms a downward inclined surface 651. The downward inclined surface 651 of the tip protruding member 65 extends at a downward inclination continuously on the same inclined surface as the downward inclined surface 6132a of the lower stage portion 613 of the spacer main body 61.

[0061] The downward inclined surface 6132a of the lower stage 613 of the spacer main body 61 and the downward inclined surface 651 of the tip protruding member 65 constitute the downward inclined surface 620 (spacer downward inclined surface) of the height-adjusting spacer member 6. The downward inclined surface 620 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 extends at a downward inclination toward the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 of the building skeleton 100, on the indoor side X2 of the new lower frame 32A.

[0062] In this way, when the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is attached to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 has a downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) that extends along an extension line of the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweep-out member 5. As a result, the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweep-out member 5 and the downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 extend continuously and inclined with their inclination directions substantially coinciding with each other.

[0063] In the first embodiment, the lower end of the spacer member outer leg 614 and the lower end of the spacer member inner leg 615 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 are located lower by a height Ha than the lower end of the sweep-out member outer leg 531 and the lower end of the sweep-out member inner leg 532. Therefore, by attaching the height-adjusting spacer member 6 to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5, the height between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the indoor side X2 can be filled by the height Ha.

[0064] When attaching the height-adjustable spacer member 6 configured as described above to the sweep-out member 5, the portion of the height-adjustable spacer member 6 from the position regulating protrusion 616 to the step 6121 is inserted below the underside of the sweep-out member 5 between the sweep-out member outer leg 531 and the sweep-out member inner leg 532 formed on the underside of the sweep-out member 5, and the height-adjustable spacer member 6 is attached to the underside of the sweep-out member 5 while regulating its position in the forward direction (indoor / outdoor direction).

[0065] As a result, with the movement of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 in the projection direction (indoor / outdoor direction) restricted, the two convex parts 6112 protruding from the upper surface of the upper stage part 611 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 abut against the lower surface of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member 5. Also, on the indoor side X2 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6, the lower end part of the indoor side leg part 532 of the sweeping member arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5 abuts against the upper surface of the lower stage part main body 6131, and on the outdoor side X1 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6, the lower end part of the outdoor side leg part 531 of the sweeping member arranged on the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member 5 abuts against the upper surface of the outdoor side support protrusion part 617.

[0066] In this state, the upper stage 611 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is fixed to the lower plate 523 of the sweep-out member 5 by fastening the upper stage 611 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 and the lower plate 523 of the sweep-out member 5 together with the screw 6113 moved upward from below the upper stage 611 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6. Then, as shown in Fig. 3, the sweep-out member 5 to which the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is attached is fixed to the angle member 328 with the screw 5a.

[0067] As described above, in the first embodiment, as shown in Fig. 4, the height Z2 of the part on the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed lower frame 32A where the sweep-out member 5 is provided is larger by the height Ha than the height H1 of the sweep-out member 5 used in the conventional embodiment shown in Fig. 2. In this way, when the height Z2 of the indoor side X2 part of the newly-installed lower frame 32A is larger by the height Ha than the height H1 of the sweep-out member 5 used in the conventional embodiment, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 can be attached between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 with the position of the sweep-out member 5 in the prospective direction (indoor / outdoor direction) restricted. The height-adjustable spacer member 6 is restricted in its movement toward the outside side X1 by the position control protrusion 616 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion), and its movement toward the inside side X2 by the end of the middle section 612 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion) on the inside side X2, thereby restricting its position in the prospective direction (indoor / outdoor direction) relative to the sweep-out member 5.

[0068] In this way, even in the case where the height Z2 of the part where the sweep-out member 5 is provided on the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed lower frame 32A is greater than the height H1 of the sweep-out member 5 used in the conventional embodiment by a height Ha, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 can be arranged to make the sweep-out member 5 common, and can also accommodate the case where the height from the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 to the upper surface of the angle member 328 of the newly-installed lower frame 32A is different. Therefore, by arranging the height-adjusting spacer member 6 according to the height of the part where the sweep-out member 5 is provided on the indoor side X2 of the newly-installed lower frame 32A, it can be easily accommodated.

[0069] A first modified example of the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 5. In the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by a screw 6113, whereas in the first modified example of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 5, the height-adjusting spacer member 6A is fixed to the sweep-out member 5A by fitting.

[0070] 5, in the first modified example of the first embodiment, a fitting protrusion 5312 that bends toward the indoor side X2 and protrudes toward the indoor side X2 is formed at the lower end of the sweeping member outdoor leg 531. When the height-adjusting spacer member 6A is attached to the sweeping member 5, the fitting protrusion 5312 of the sweeping member outdoor leg 531 is disposed between the position restricting protrusion 616 and the outdoor side support protrusion 617 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6A.

[0071] A sweeping member side fitting protrusion 5322 protruding toward the outside X1 of the room is formed at the lower end of the sweeping member indoor side leg 532. A spacer member side fitting protrusion 612a protruding toward the inside X2 of the room is formed at the end of the middle stage 612 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6A on the indoor side X2. When the height-adjusting spacer member 6A is attached to the sweeping member 5, the sweeping member side fitting protrusion 5322 of the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 fits into the spacer member side fitting protrusion 612a formed at the end of the middle stage 612 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6A on the indoor side X2.

[0072] As a result, in variant example 1 of the first embodiment, when attaching the height-adjustable spacer member 6A to the sweep-out member 5, on the outside side X1, the fitting protrusion 5312 of the sweep-out member's outside leg 531 is positioned between the position regulating protrusion 616 and the outside support protrusion 617 of the height-adjustable spacer member 6A, and on the inside side X2, the sweep-out member side fitting protrusion 5322 of the sweep-out member's inside leg 532 is fitted into the spacer member side fitting protrusion 612a of the height-adjustable spacer member 6A, so that the height-adjustable spacer member 6A can be easily attached by fitting it to the sweep-out member 5A with its position in the visible direction restricted.

[0073] A second modified example of the first embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 6. In the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by a screw 6113, whereas in the second modified example of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 6, the height-adjusting spacer member 6B is fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by an adhesive member 618. Examples of the adhesive member 618 include double-sided tape and adhesive.

[0074] As shown in Fig. 6, in the height-adjusting spacer member 6B of the second modified example of the first embodiment, the upper surface of the upper portion 611A does not have the two convex portions 6112 of the upper portion 611 shown in Fig. 4. An adhesive member 618 is disposed between the upper surface of the upper portion 611A of the height-adjusting spacer member 6B and the lower surface of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member 5. This allows the height-adjusting spacer member 6B to be easily attached to the sweeping member 5 with the position in the front direction regulated by the adhesive member 618.

[0075] The renovation fitting 1 of the first embodiment has the following effects.

[0076] The remodeling fixture 1A of the first embodiment includes a new frame 3 attached to an opening of a building skeleton 100, a lower frame cover member 5 attached to the indoor side X2 of a new lower frame 32A of the new frame 3 and having a downwardly inclined surface 520 extending downward toward the floor surface 101a of the indoor side X2 of the building skeleton 100, and at least one or more height-adjusting spacer members 6 arranged between the lower frame cover member 5 and the floor surface 101a. Therefore, even in the case of a different height of the part where the sweeping member 5 is provided in the indoor side X2 part of the new lower frame 32A, by providing the height-adjusting spacer member 6 between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a, it is possible to easily deal with the situation by using a common sweeping member 5 without preparing multiple types of sweeping members with different heights.

[0077] In this embodiment, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 has a downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surface 6132a, 651) that extends along an extension line of the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surface 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5. As a result, when the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is disposed between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a, the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surface 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5 and the downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surface 6132a, 651) of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 can be disposed continuously at the boundary portion between the newly installed lower frame 32A on the indoor side X2 and the floor surface 101a, thereby improving the design.

[0078] In this embodiment, the height-adjusting spacer member 6 has a position restricting protrusion 616 (position restricting portion) that restricts the position in the indoor / outdoor direction relative to the sweeping member 5, and an end portion on the indoor side X2 of the middle section 612 (position restricting portion). This allows the height-adjusting spacer member 6 to be stably disposed between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a while restricting the position in the prospective direction (indoor / outdoor direction) relative to the sweeping member 5.

[0079] In this embodiment, the height-adjustable spacer member 6 includes a spacer member outer leg portion 614 and a spacer member inner leg portion 615 having cutting grooves 6141, 6151 that can be cut to adjust the height. This allows the height of the height-adjustable spacer member 6 to be finely adjusted by cutting the spacer member outer leg portion 614 and the spacer member inner leg portion 615 at the cutting grooves 6141, 6151.

[0080] In this embodiment, the tip protruding member 55 of the sweeping member 5 is made of a soft resin material. The tip protruding member 65 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is made of a soft resin material. As a result, when the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is provided, the tip protruding member 65 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is made of a soft resin material. In the same way that the tip protruding member 55 made of a soft resin of the sweeping member 5 is deformed to follow the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 and arranged along the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 when the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is not provided, the tip protruding member 65 of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 can be deformed to follow the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 and arranged along the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 when the height-adjusting spacer member 6 is provided.

[0081] Next, the second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 7. As shown in Fig. 7, the second embodiment is different from the first embodiment mainly in the configuration of the newly installed lower frame 32B and in the configuration in which two levels of height-adjusting spacer members 6X and 6Y are arranged between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101, whereas one level of height-adjusting spacer member 6 is arranged between the sweeping member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 in the first embodiment. In the description of the second embodiment, the description of the same configuration as the conventional embodiment and the first embodiment will be omitted.

[0082] The remodeling fitting 1B of the second embodiment will be described in detail. As shown in Fig. 7, in the second embodiment, compared to the first embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the newly installed lower frame 32B is formed to be larger in the vertical direction by the downward protruding wall 3212 provided at the end of the room side X2 of the outside frame member 321A, and is also formed to be larger in the vertical direction by the downward protruding wall 3223 provided at the end of the room side X1 of the inside frame member 322A. Therefore, the remodeling fitting 1B of the second embodiment is formed higher than the height Z2 of the room side X2 part of the newly installed lower frame 32A of the first embodiment, and the height of the room side X2 part of the newly installed lower frame 32B is formed to be height Z3 (Z3>Z2).

[0083] Therefore, in the remodeled fitting 1B of the first embodiment, as shown in Fig. 7, two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are arranged between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. The two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are fixed to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5.

[0084] The two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are arranged stacked in the height direction. The two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are both of the same shape and material, and are the same shape and material as the height-adjusting spacer member 6 of the first embodiment. The height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y arranged stacked in two stages are composed of a first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X attached to the underside of the sweep-out member 5, and a second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y attached to the underside of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0085] The two-stage height-adjustable spacer members 6X, 6Y are formed in a stepped shape such that the height of the upper surface of the height-adjustable spacer member 6Y on the indoor side X2 is lower than the outdoor side X1 so that the height-adjustable spacer member 6Y located on the lower side of the two-stage height-adjustable spacer members 6X, 6Y can be shifted and positioned toward the indoor side X2.

[0086] The shape and material of the height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are the same as those of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4, and therefore a detailed description thereof will be omitted. Also, with regard to the mounting state of the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y mounted on the underside of the sweep-out member 5, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X mounted on the underside of the sweep-out member 5 is mounted in the same state as that of the height-adjusting spacer member 6 of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 4, and therefore a description will be omitted, and the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y mounted on the underside of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X will be mainly described.

[0087] 8, the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the middle stage portion 612 (position restriction portion, spacer side position restriction portion) of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y is disposed in contact with or in close proximity to the outdoor side X1 side of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 615 (position restriction portion) of the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X. Movement of the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the middle stage portion 612 of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y toward the indoor side X2 is restricted by the spacer member indoor side leg portion 615 of the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0088] The tip portion on the outdoor side X1 of the position restricting protrusion 616 (position restricting portion, spacer side position restricting portion) of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 6Y is disposed in contact with or in close proximity to the side surface on the indoor side X2 of the spacer member outdoor side leg portion 614 (position restricting portion) of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 6X. Movement of the tip portion on the outdoor side X1 of the position restricting protrusion 616 of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 6Y toward the outdoor side X1 is restricted by the spacer member outdoor side leg portion 614 of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0089] The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper stage portion 611 (position restriction portion, spacer side position restriction portion) of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y is disposed in contact with or in close proximity to the end portion on the outdoor side X1 of the lower stage portion 613 (position restriction portion) of the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X. The movement of the end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper stage portion 611 of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y to the indoor side X2 is restricted by the end portion on the outdoor side X1 of the lower stage portion 613 of the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0090] With the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 6Y restricted in its movement in the forward direction, the convex portion 6112 on the indoor side X2 protruding from the upper surface of the upper portion 611 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 6Y abuts against the underside of the middle portion 612 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 6X, and on the indoor side X2, the lower end portion of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 615 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 6X abuts against the upper surface of the lower portion 613, and on the outdoor side X1, the lower end portion of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 614 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 6X abuts against the upper surface of the outdoor side support protrusion 617 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 6Y.

[0091] The upper stage 611 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y is fixed to the upper stage 611 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X and the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5 by tightening together the upper stage 611 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y, the upper stage 611 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X, and the sweeping member body 51 of the sweeping member 5 with a screw 6114 moved upward from below the upper stage 611 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y. As shown in FIG. 7, the sweeping member 5 to which the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X and 6Y are attached is fixed to the angle member 328 with a screw 5a.

[0092] 8, in the present embodiment, when two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are attached to the lower surface of the sweeping member 5, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X attached to the lower surface of the sweeping member 5 has a downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) extending along an extension of the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5. Also, the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y attached to the lower surface of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X has a downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) extending along an extension of the downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0093] As a result, the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5, the downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 6X, and the downward inclined surface 620 (downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 6Y extend continuously and inclined with their inclination directions approximately aligned.

[0094] In the second embodiment, compared to the first embodiment, the lower end of the spacer member outer leg 614 and the lower end of the spacer member inner leg 615 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y are positioned lower by a height Hb than the lower end of the spacer member outer leg 614 and the lower end of the spacer member inner leg 615 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X. Therefore, the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6 can fill the height Hb between the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X and the floor surface 101a of the indoor side X2 by attaching the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y to the lower part of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X.

[0095] As described above, in the second embodiment, as shown in Fig. 8, the height Z3 of the part on the indoor side X2 of the newly installed lower frame 32B where the sweep member 5 is provided is larger by the height Hb than the total height H2 of the sweep member 5 and the one-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6 used in the first embodiment shown in Fig. 3. In this way, when the height Z3 of the indoor side X2 part of the newly installed lower frame 32B is larger by the height Hb than the total height H2 of the sweep member 5 and the one-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6 used in the first embodiment, the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X and 6Y can be attached between the sweep member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 with the position of the sweep member 5 in the prospective direction (indoor and outdoor direction) restricted.

[0096] As in the first embodiment, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X attached to the underside of the sweep-out member 5 is restricted in its movement toward the outside side X1 by a position control protrusion 616 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion), and its movement toward the inside side X2 is restricted by the end of the middle stage portion 612 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion) on the inside side X2, thereby restricting its position in the prospective direction (indoor / outdoor direction) relative to the sweep-out member 5. In addition, the second-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6Y attached to the underside of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6X is restricted from moving toward the outside side X1 by the position control protrusion 616 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion), and is also restricted from moving toward the inside side X2 by the end on the inside side X2 of the middle stage 612 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion) and the end on the inside side X2 of the upper stage 611 (position control portion, spacer side position control portion), thereby restricting its position in the prospective direction (indoor / outdoor direction) relative to the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6X.

[0097] In this way, even in the case where the height Z3 of the part where the sweep member 5 is provided in the indoor side X2 part of the new lower frame 32B is larger than the total height H2 of the sweep member 5 and the height-adjusting spacer member 6 used in the first embodiment by the height Hb, the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X and 6Y are arranged, so that the sweep member 5 can be made common, and it is also possible to deal with the case where the height from the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 to the upper surface of the angle member 328 of the new lower frame 32B is different. Therefore, it is easy to deal with the case by arranging the height-adjusting spacer member 6 according to the height of the part where the sweep member 5 is provided in the indoor side X2 part of the new lower frame 32B.

[0098] A first modified example of the second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 9. In the first modified example of the second embodiment, the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X and 6Y are fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by screws 6113 and 6114 in the second embodiment shown in Fig. 8, whereas in the first modified example of the second embodiment shown in Fig. 9, the height-adjusting spacer members 6XA and 6YA are fixed to the sweep-out member 5A by fitting.

[0099] In the first modification of the second embodiment shown in FIG. 9, the shape of a sweeping member 5A is similar to that of the sweeping member 5A of the first modification of the first embodiment shown in FIG.

[0100] The height-adjustable spacer members 6XA, 6YA have the same shape, and in addition to the shape of the height-adjustable spacer member 6 of Modification 1 of the first embodiment shown in Fig. 5, a fitting protrusion 6142 that bends toward the indoor side X2 and protrudes toward the indoor side X2 is formed at the lower end of the spacer member outdoor leg portion 614. When the second-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6YB is attached to the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6XB, the fitting protrusion 6142 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6XA is disposed between the position restricting protrusion 616 and the outdoor side support protrusion 617 of the second-stage height-adjustable spacer member 6YB.

[0101] An engaging protrusion 6152 protruding toward the outdoor side X1 is formed at the lower end of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 615. A spacer member side engaging protrusion 612a protruding toward the indoor side X2 is formed at the indoor side X2 end of the middle stage portion 612 of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA. When the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA is attached to the first stage height-adjusting spacer member XA, the engaging protrusion 6152 of the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA engages with the spacer member side engaging protrusion 612a formed at the indoor side X2 end of the middle stage portion 612 of the second stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA.

[0102] Thus, in the first modified example of the second embodiment, when attaching the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6XA and 6YA to the sweep member 5A, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6X is attached to the sweep member 5A first. In this case, on the outdoor side X1, the fitting protrusion 5312 of the outdoor side leg 531 of the sweep member is disposed between the position restricting protrusion 616 and the outdoor side support protrusion 617 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA. Then, on the indoor side X2, the spacer member side fitting protrusion 612a of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA is fitted into the sweep member side fitting protrusion 5322 of the indoor side leg 532 of the sweep member, so that the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA can be easily attached by fitting it to the sweep member 5.

[0103] Also, the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA is attached to the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA attached to the sweep member 5A. In this case, on the outdoor side X1, the fitting protrusion 6142 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA is disposed between the position restricting protrusion 616 and the outdoor side support protrusion 617 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA, and on the indoor side X2, the spacer member side fitting protrusion 612a of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA is fitted into the fitting protrusion 6152 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA, so that the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YA can be fitted into the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XA and easily attached. As described above, the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6XA, 6YA can be fitted into the sweep member 5 and easily attached.

[0104] A second modified example of the second embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 10. In the second embodiment shown in Fig. 8, the height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y are fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by screws 6113, 6114, whereas in a second modified example of the second embodiment shown in Fig. 10, the height-adjusting spacer members 6XB, 6YB are fixed to the sweep-out member 5 by adhesive members 618, 619. Examples of the adhesive members 618, 619 include double-sided tape and adhesive.

[0105] As shown in Fig. 10, the height-adjusting spacer members 6XB, 6YB of the third modified example of the second embodiment do not have the two convex portions 6112 of the upper stage portion 611 shown in Fig. 8 on the upper surface of the upper stage portion 611A. An adhesive member 618 is arranged between the upper surface of the upper stage portion 611A of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XB and the lower surface of the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member 5, and an adhesive member 619 is arranged between the upper surface of the upper stage portion 611A of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6YB and the lower surface of the middle stage portion 612 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6XB. This allows the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6XB, 6YB to be easily attached to the sweeping member 5 with the position in the front direction regulated by the adhesive members 618, 619.

[0106] As described above, in the renovated fitting 1B of the second embodiment, two tiers of height-adjustable spacer members 6X, 6Y are arranged stacked in the vertical direction, and the height of the upper surface of the second tier of height-adjustable spacer members 6Y, which is arranged at the lower of the two tiers of height-adjustable spacer members 6X, 6Y, is formed in a stepped shape such that the height of the indoor side X2 is lower than the outdoor side X1 so that the second tier of height-adjustable spacer members 6Y, which is arranged at the lower side of the two tiers of height-adjustable spacer members 6X, 6Y, can be shifted to the indoor side X2.

[0107] This allows the multiple height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y to be easily stacked in the height direction. In addition, the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 6Y, which is located on the lower side of the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y, can be shifted toward the indoor side X2, so that the downward inclined surfaces 620 (the downward inclined surfaces 6132a, 651) of the height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y can be arranged continuously. This improves the design.

[0108] Next, a third embodiment will be described with reference to Fig. 11. As shown in Fig. 11, the third embodiment differs from the second embodiment in the shape of two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y compared to the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 6X, 6Y. The configuration of the sweep member 5 is similar to that of the first and second embodiments, and therefore description thereof will be omitted.

[0109] The third embodiment will be described in detail. As shown in FIG. 11, two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X and 7Y are attached to the lower part of the sweep member 5. The first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is fixed to the lower part of the sweep member 5, and the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is fixed to the lower part of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X. The height-adjusting spacer members 7X and 7Y are both of the same shape. In this embodiment, a configuration in which both the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X and 7Y are attached to the sweep member 5 is described, but depending on the fitting height of the part where the sweep member 5 is provided, only the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X may be attached to the lower part of the sweep member 5, or the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X and 7Y may be attached to the lower part of the sweep member 5.

[0110] Each of the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X and 7Y has a spacer body 71 and a tip protruding member 75. The spacer body 71 is made of a hard resin member. The tip protruding member 75 is made of a soft resin member.

[0111] The spacer main body 71 has an upper stage 711 extending a predetermined length in the projection direction, an outdoor lower stage 712 connected to the outdoor side X1 of the upper stage 711 via a step 7111 and extending a predetermined length in the projection direction at a position lower than the upper stage 711, an indoor side lower stage 713 connected to the indoor side X2 of the upper stage 711 via a step 7112 and extending a predetermined length in the projection direction at a position lower than the upper stage 711 and at the same vertical position as the outdoor side lower stage 712, an upwardly sloping portion 714 extending a predetermined length above the indoor side X2 at an upward slope from the end of the indoor side X2 of the indoor side lower stage 713, a spacer member outdoor leg 715 (leg), a spacer member indoor leg 716 (leg), and a position limiting protruding wall 717 protruding upward from halfway in the projection direction of the indoor side lower stage 713.

[0112] First, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X attached to the lower part of the sweeping member 5 will be mainly described with respect to its attachment to the sweeping member 5. The upper stage 711 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is disposed below the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member main body 51 of the sweeping member 5.

[0113] When attaching the height-adjustable spacer member 7X to the lower part of the sweeping member 5, the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 of the sweeping member 5 is inserted between the indoor side X2 end of the upper part 711 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7X and the position regulating protruding wall 717, and the lower end of the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 of the sweeping member 5 is abutted against the upper surface of the indoor side lower part 713 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7X for support, and the lower end of the sweeping member outdoor side leg 531 of the sweeping member 5 is abutted against the upper surface of the outdoor side lower part 712 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7X for support, so that the upper part 711 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7X is positioned facing the lower part of the lower panel 523 of the sweeping member main body 51 of the sweeping member 5. In this state, the upper stage portion 711 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is fixed to the lower plate 523 of the sweeping member main body 51 of the sweeping member 5 by the screw 7113.

[0114] An end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper stage portion 711 (position restriction portion, spacer side position restriction portion) is arranged near the lateral side of the outdoor side X1 of the side surface (lower frame cover member side position restriction portion) of the outdoor side X1 of the sweeping member indoor side leg portion 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5. The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper stage portion 711 is restricted from moving toward the indoor side X2 of the height-adjusting spacer member 7X by the sweeping member indoor side leg portion 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5.

[0115] The position regulating protruding wall 717 (position regulating portion, spacer-side position regulating portion) protrudes upward from the middle of the indoor side lower stage 713 in the projection direction. When the first stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is attached to the sweeping member 5, the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 of the sweeping member 5 is arranged in contact with or adjacent to the outdoor side X1 side of the position regulating protruding wall 717. Movement of the outdoor side X1 side of the position regulating protruding wall 717 to the outdoor side X1 is regulated by the sweeping member indoor side leg 532 arranged on the indoor side X2 of the sweeping member 5.

[0116] The spacer member exterior leg 715 protrudes downward from near the center halfway in the projection direction of the exterior lower section 712. The spacer member interior leg 716 protrudes downward from halfway in the projection direction of the interior lower section 713. The lower end of the spacer member exterior leg 715 and the lower end of the spacer member interior leg 716 are both positioned at the same position in the vertical direction and abut against the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. Cutting grooves 7151, 7161 are formed halfway in the vertical direction of the spacer member exterior leg 715 and at the base of the spacer member interior leg 716.

[0117] The tip protruding member 75 is attached to the tip of the upwardly inclined portion 714 of the spacer main body 71. The tip protruding member 75 constitutes the tip portion of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7X on the floor surface 101a side. The tip protruding member 75 protrudes from the lower part of the tip of the upwardly inclined portion 714 of the spacer main body 71 at a downward inclination toward the indoor side X2. Since the tip protruding member 75 is made of soft resin, it deforms to follow the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101, and is arranged along the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101.

[0118] When the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is attached to the underside of the sweep-out member 5, the tip protruding member 75 extends at a downward incline along an extension of the inclination direction in which the tip protruding member 55 of the sweep-out member 5 extends. The surface of the room side X2 of the tip protruding member 75 forms a downward inclined surface 751. The downward inclined surface 751 of the tip protruding member 75 extends at a downward incline continuously on the same inclined surface as the downward inclined surface 7141 formed on the end face of the upward inclined portion 714 of the spacer main body 71.

[0119] The downward inclined surface 7141 formed on the end face of the upward inclined portion 714 of the spacer main body 71 and the downward inclined surface 651 of the tip protruding member 65 constitute the downward inclined surface 720 (spacer downward inclined surface) of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X. The downward inclined surface 720 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X extends with a downward inclination toward the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101 on the indoor side X2 of the building skeleton 100.

[0120] In this way, when the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is attached to the lower surface of the sweeping member 5, it has a downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) that extends along an extension line of the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5. As a result, the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5 and the downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7131, 751) of the height-adjusting spacer member 7X extend continuously and inclined with their inclination directions substantially coinciding.

[0121] As described above, when attaching the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is attached to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5 in a state in which movement in the projection direction is restricted. In this way, when the fitting height of the part where the sweep-out member 5 is provided can be accommodated by attaching the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X, it can be accommodated by attaching only the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5.

[0122] Also, a second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y may be attached to the bottom of a first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X attached to the bottom of the sweep-out member 5. When two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y are attached to the bottom of the sweep-out member 5, the two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y are arranged stacked in the height direction. The height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y arranged stacked in two stages are composed of a first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X attached to the bottom surface of the sweep-out member 5, and a second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y attached to the bottom surface of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X.

[0123] When two tiers of height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y are arranged between the sweep-out member 5 and the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101, the second tier of height-adjusting spacer members 7Y are attached to the underside of the first tier of height-adjusting spacer members 7X attached to the lower part of the above-mentioned sweep-out member 5.

[0124] When attaching a second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y to the underside of a first tier height-adjustable spacer member 7X, the spacer member indoor side leg 716 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y is inserted between the indoor side X2 end of the upper part 711 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y and the position regulating protruding wall 717, and the lower end of the spacer member indoor side leg 716 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 7X is abutted against and supported on the upper surface of the indoor side lower part 713 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y, and the lower end of the spacer member outdoor side leg 715 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 7X is abutted against and supported on the upper surface of the outdoor side lower part 712 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y, so that the upper part 711 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y is shifted to the indoor side X2 and positioned facing below the upper part 711 of the first tier height-adjustable spacer member 7X. In this state, the upper portion 711 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is fixed to the upper portion 711 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X by screws 7114.

[0125] The two-stage height-adjustable spacer members 7X, 7Y are formed in a position such that when the second-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7Y, which is located at the lower of the two-stage height-adjustable spacer members 7X, 7Y, is shifted toward the indoor side X2, the spacer member indoor side leg portion 716 of the first-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7Y can be inserted between the indoor side X2 end portion of the upper stage portion 711 of the second-stage height-adjustable spacer member 7Y and the position-regulating protruding wall 717.

[0126] The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper portion 711 (position restriction portion, spacer side position restriction portion) of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is disposed near the lateral side of the outdoor side X1 of the side surface (bottom frame cover member side position restriction portion) of the outdoor side X1 of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 716 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X. The end portion on the indoor side X2 of the upper portion 711 of the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is restricted from moving toward the indoor side X2 by the spacer member indoor side leg portion 716 of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X.

[0127] The outdoor side X1 side of the position regulating protruding wall 717 (position regulating portion, spacer side position regulating portion) of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is disposed in contact with or in close proximity to the indoor side X2 side of the spacer member indoor side leg portion 716 (position regulating portion) of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 7X. Movement of the outdoor side X1 side of the position regulating protruding wall 717 of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 7Y toward the outdoor side X1 is restricted by the spacer member indoor side leg portion 716 of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 7X.

[0128] The lower end of the spacer member outer leg 715 and the lower end of the spacer member inner leg 716 of the second tier height-adjustable spacer member 7Y abut against the floor surface 101a of the floor member 101. The height may be adjusted by cutting the spacer member outer leg 715 at cutting grooves 7151, 7161 formed midway in the vertical direction and at the base of the spacer member inner leg 716.

[0129] 11, when two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y are attached to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X attached to the lower surface of the sweep-out member 5 has a downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) extending along an extension of the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweep-out member 5. The second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y attached to the lower surface of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X has a downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) extending along an extension of the downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X.

[0130] As a result, the downward inclined surface 520 (downward inclined surfaces 522a, 551) of the sweeping member 5, the downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) of the first tier height-adjusting spacer member 7X, and the downward inclined surface 720 (downward inclined surfaces 7141, 751) of the second tier height-adjusting spacer member 7Y extend continuously and inclined with their inclination directions approximately consistent.

[0131] As described above, when two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y are attached to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5, the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X is attached to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5 with its movement in the projection direction restricted, and the second-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7Y is attached to the lower surface of the first-stage height-adjusting spacer member 7X with its movement in the projection direction restricted. In this way, when the fitting height of the part where the sweep-out member 5 is provided can be accommodated by attaching two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y, it can be accommodated by attaching two-stage height-adjusting spacer members 7X, 7Y to the lower part of the sweep-out member 5.

[0132] Although one embodiment of the fittings of the present disclosure has been described above, the fittings of the present disclosure can be modified as appropriate. For example, in the above embodiment, the fittings of the present disclosure have been described as being applied to renovated fittings, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. The fittings may be applied to newly built fittings. The fittings are not limited to those having the above-mentioned two shoji screens 41 and 42, but may have three or more shoji screens, or may constitute a single-sliding window having only one shoji screen. Furthermore, the fittings of the present disclosure may be windows that have a sweeping member (sash cover member) attached to the indoor side of the sash, and may constitute a sliding window, a fixed window, a sash window, an outward-tilting window, an inward-tilting window, or a casement window.

[0133] In the above-mentioned remodeling fixture, a one-stage (one) height-adjusting spacer member or two-stage (two) height-adjusting spacer members are provided between the sweep-out member (bottom frame cover member) and the floor surface 101a, but this is not limited thereto. Three-stage (three) or more height-adjusting spacer members may be provided between the sweep-out member (bottom frame cover member) and the floor surface 101a. [Explanation of symbols]
