Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a separator mounting device that can be used as a means of attaching a separator (a separator for positioning a concrete formwork) to a reinforcing bar placed in a concrete pouring space. [Background technology]
[0002] In recent years, when constructing a reinforced concrete slab (floor slab), a formwork structure generally called a "reinforced concrete truss-attached disposable formwork" is sometimes used, which is made by incorporating a reinforcing structure in which two levels of main reinforcing bars are integrated with lattice material on the upper side of the steel plate. Even in this case, formwork plates are required around the periphery of the slab to surround the concrete pouring space, and separators are used to position these formwork plates. Unlike walls, the above-mentioned slab has a very wide gap between the formwork plates that are erected parallel to each other, so it is practically impossible to erect a separator directly between the formwork plates. Therefore, the inner end of the separator, whose outer end is connected to the formwork plate, must be connected to the reinforcing bar (upper end main bar) of the above-mentioned reinforcing structure, and for this purpose, a fixture is required to connect the end of the separator to the reinforcing bar. Generally, various types of separator mounting fixtures are known for connecting separators to reinforcing bars. One example is the clamp type shown in Patent Document 1, which fastens the separator and reinforcing bar together, which are perpendicular or parallel to each other. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2017-002510 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Clamp-type devices as shown in the patent documents can strongly fasten the separator and reinforcing bar, but when the thickness of the concrete layer covering the reinforcing bar is limited, they must be used in a position where the clamp and its operating part are positioned below the reinforcing bar, and particularly in a form structure generally called a "temporary form with reinforcing bar truss" as described above, there is a lattice structure and the like below the reinforcing bar (the upper reinforcing bar), making the space narrow and making it difficult to operate the fastening bolts. In other words, the conventionally known separator mounting fixtures are not suitable as separator mounting means for practical use in combination with a form structure called a "temporary form with reinforcing bar truss." [Means for solving the problem]
[0005] The present invention proposes a separator mounting tool that can solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art. To facilitate understanding of the relationship with the embodiments described below, the separator mounting tool of the present invention will be described with reference to the reference symbols used in the description of the embodiments in parentheses. The separator mounting tool (1) is for mounting a separator (21) for positioning a formwork plate (20) on a reinforcing bar (13) arranged in a concrete pouring space, and is provided with a gate-shaped member (2) that covers the separator (21) and a pair of left and right reinforcing bar engaging hook portions (6a, 6b) connected to both side plate portions (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2). The gate-shaped member (2) has a hook portion (6a) provided on one side plate portion (5a) of the gate-shaped member (2). A fastening bolt (3) is attached by screwing through the through screw hole (7) drilled in the gate-shaped member (2) to clamp and fix the separator (21) covering the gate-shaped member (2) between the other side plate portion (5b), and the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions (6a, 6b) are configured such that, in a plan view of the gate-shaped member (2), the entire reinforcing bar engagement recess (9) provided in the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions (6a, 6b) protrudes outside the gate-shaped member (2). When the gate-shaped member (2) is covered by the separator (21) at a position adjacent to the reinforcing bar (13), the reinforcing bar engagement recess (9) of the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions (6a, 6b) is closed by the separator (21) protruding from the gate-shaped member (2). Effect of the Invention
[0006] The separator attachment of the present invention covers a separator placed on a reinforcing bar perpendicular to the reinforcing bar with a gate-shaped member in a direction in which the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts protrude from the gate-shaped member toward the side where the reinforcing bar is located. At this time, the gate-shaped member is tilted downward on the separator in a direction in which the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts descend from the separator, and the position is changed so that the reinforcing bar fitting recesses of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts open toward the side where the reinforcing bar is located. By sliding the gate-shaped member on the separator in this position in a direction to bring it closer to the reinforcing bar, the tips of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts enter the underside of the reinforcing bar, and then by raising the gate-shaped member in a direction in which the tips of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts rise, the reinforcing bar will fit completely into the reinforcing bar fitting recesses of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook parts and the gate-shaped member will completely cover the separator. Once the reinforcing bar has fit into the reinforcing bar fitting recesses of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions and the gate-shaped member is supported in an upright position on the separator, the fastening bolt is screwed in to clamp and secure the separator between the other side plate portion of the gate-shaped member, completing the work of attaching the separator to the reinforcing bar.
[0007] As described above, according to the separator mounting tool of the present invention, the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engaging hook parts are engaged with the reinforcing bar located under the separator by manually tilting / returning the gate-shaped member placed on the separator and sliding it on the separator, and then the gate-shaped member placed on the separator is fixed to the separator with the fastening bolt, so that the separator can be mounted on the reinforcing bar. As described above, the separator mounting tool of the present invention does not clamp and fix both the reinforcing bar and the separator to each other as in the conventionally known clamp type, but rather actively fixes only the separator with the fastening bolt, so that the mechanism for screwing and the like is simple and it can be implemented very lightly and inexpensively. Moreover, when the separator mounting tool is in use, the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engaging hook parts engage the reinforcing bar from below, so that the separator can be reliably prevented from floating up from the reinforcing bar or from sliding in the longitudinal direction of the separator relative to the reinforcing bar. In addition, the separator cannot move in the length direction of the rebar, with the joint with the formwork plate as a fulcrum, because the separator mounting fixture is fixed to the separator and there is no risk of the separator accidentally sliding in the length direction. In other words, the separator can be securely fixed to the rebar in the same way as a clamp type that fastens both the rebar and the separator together.
[0008] Moreover, with the separator mounting tool of the present invention, the fixing operation to the separator can be performed simply by operating a screwdriver in a horizontal direction at the same height as the separator, so an impact screwdriver can also be used as necessary, and even in situations where the space below the rebar is narrow and it is not easy to insert hands or tools into the space below the rebar to work, the work of attaching the separator to the rebar can be performed very simply and easily. Of course, since only the top plate of the gate-shaped member overlaps the separator and there are no members protruding above, there is no risk of the concrete layer on the separator being insufficient in thickness.
[0009] Specifically, when carrying out the present invention, a groove (8) into which a portion of the circumferential surface of the separator (21) fits can be formed in the side plate (5b) of the side plate (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2) that receives the separator (21) pressed by the fastening bolt (3) parallel to the top plate (4) that integrates the side plate portions (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2). With this configuration, the gate-shaped member placed over the separator can be easily and reliably fixed to the separator in a constant position. When this configuration is adopted, the separator (21) fitted in the recessed groove portion (8) and the fastening bolt (3) screwed into the through-screw hole (7) are located below and away from the lower surface of the top plate portion (4) of the gate-shaped member (2), and when the separator (21) is pressed and fastened by the fastening bolt (3), the side plate portions (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2) are deformed outwardly together with the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions (6a, 6b). With this configuration, even if there is some rattle between the reinforcing bar fitting recesses of the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions and the reinforcing bar, by firmly tightening the fastening bolt and deforming the side plate portions of the gate-shaped member outwardly together with the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions, the rattle between the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions and the reinforcing bar is eliminated, and the separator can be firmly fixed to the reinforcing bar without rattle.
[0010] Furthermore, the top plate portion (4) that integrates the side plate portions (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2) can have a recessed portion (10) in which the separator (21) fits when the gate-shaped member (2) placed over the separator (21) is rotated in a direction in which the rear edge side is lifted up from the separator (21) at the front edge where the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions (6a, 6b) are connected, on the front edge of the top plate portion (4) that integrates the side plate portions (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2) can have a recessed portion (10) in which the separator (21) fits when the gate-shaped member (2) placed over the separator is rotated forward and downward, even if the overall width of the gate-shaped member in the separator length direction is not narrowed, and the space between the pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions and the separator can be greatly expanded when the gate-shaped member placed over the separator is rotated forward and downward, making it easy to engage the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions with the reinforcing bar.
[0011] The gate-shaped member (2) can be used without problems as long as the gap between the two side plates (5a, 5b) is large enough to cover the separator (21), but it can also be widened to a size that allows it to cover reinforcing bars (13, 23) thicker than the separator (21). With this configuration, in addition to the use of attaching the separator to the reinforcing bars, if the gate-shaped member is placed on the reinforcing bars and fixed with fastening bolts, the surface of the top plate of the gate-shaped member can be used as a base for attaching other members by welding. Furthermore, the gap between the two side plates (5a, 5b) of the gate-shaped member (2) can also be widened to a size that allows it to cover the portion where the separator (21) and reinforcing bars (13, 23) thicker than the separator (21) are parallel to each other. With this configuration, it is possible to attach the separator in a perpendicular position to the reinforcing bar and use it as a base for attaching other components by welding, as well as to attach the separator in a parallel position to the reinforcing bar to the reinforcing bar, thereby increasing the degree of versatility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0013] A preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. As shown in Figs. 1 to 3, a separator mounting fixture 1 of the present invention is composed of two parts, a gate-shaped member 2 and a fastening bolt 3. The gate-shaped member 2 is composed of a top plate 4 and two side plate portions 5a, 5b bent and connected to both sides of the top plate 4, and both side plate portions 5a, 5b are provided with a pair of rebar engagement hook portions 6a, 6b that are integrally extended from the lower sides toward the front side of the side plate portions 5a, 5b. A through-thread hole 7 that passes through the plate thickness at a right angle is provided in the side plate portion 5a on the right side as viewed from the front of the gate-shaped member 2, at a position spaced downward from the top plate portion 4, and a fastening bolt 3 is screwed into this through-thread hole 7 from the outside of the gate-shaped member 2. A groove 8 into which the separator 21 fits during use is press-formed parallel to the top plate 4 on the left side plate 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 so that the inner surface of the side plate 5b is recessed at the same height as the through screw hole 7 (a position away from the top plate 4 downward). Therefore, both the through screw hole 7 and the groove 8 are positioned downward from the lower surface of the top plate 4, and are configured so that the axial height of the through screw hole 7 (axial height of the fastening bolt 3) and the deepest position of the groove 8 coincide with each other.
[0014] The pair of left and right reinforcing bar engagement hook portions 6a, 6b have the same U-shape shape with the upper side open in side view, and the inside of the U-shape with the upper side open in side view forms a reinforcing bar fitting recess 9. The reinforcing bar engagement hook portions 6a, 6b have reinforcing bar fitting recess 9 protruding entirely to the front side of the gate-shaped member 2 in side view (see FIG. 2). The tips of the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions 6a, 6b are located near the level of the lower side of the recessed groove portion 8 of the gate-shaped member 2. A recess 10 into which a separator 21 fits during use is provided at the center in the width direction of the front side of the top plate portion 4 from which the reinforcing bar engagement hook portions 6a, 6b protrude.
[0015] 4 shows a formwork structure for building a slab, which is assembled using a conventionally known temporary formwork with reinforcing bar trusses 11 and the above-mentioned separator attachment tool 1. As is well known, the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar trusses 11 is composed of a steel plate 12, such as a galvanized steel plate, which is integrated with the bottom surface of the slab to be constructed, a reinforcing bar truss 16, in which an upper reinforcing bar 13 and a lower reinforcing bar 14 are integrated with a lattice material 15, and a hanging member 17. The reinforcing bar trusses 16 are arranged in parallel on the steel plate 12 at regular intervals, and the hanging members 17 are fixed on the steel plate 12 at regular intervals in a direction perpendicular to each reinforcing bar truss 16, and the upper reinforcing bars 13 of the reinforcing bar trusses 16 are fixed to the inside of the upper ends of angle-shaped portions 17a formed at regular intervals in the lengthwise direction of the hanging members 17, to hang each reinforcing bar truss 16.
[0016] In the slab construction formwork structure shown in Fig. 4, the periphery of the steel plate 12 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11 is fixedly supported by the slab support H-shaped steel 18 arranged in the slab construction area, and a form plate 20 erected on an existing slab 19 outside the slab support H-shaped steel 18 is connected and supported to the upper end reinforcing bar 13 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11 by a horizontal separator 21. One end of the separator 21 is connected to a form assembly fitting mounting cone 22 attached to a predetermined position inside the form plate 20, and the other end of the separator 21 is attached to the upper end reinforcing bar 13 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11 via the separator mounting tool 1 of the present invention. Although not shown in the figure, the cone 22 for attaching the formwork assembly fitting has a screw shaft 22a that protrudes outside the formwork plate 20, and the formwork assembly fitting is attached to this screw shaft 22a.After the slab is completed, the cone 22 for attaching the formwork assembly fitting is detached from the separator 21 and removed together with the formwork plate 20.
[0017] The method of attaching the separator 21 to the upper reinforcing bar 13 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11 using the separator attachment tool 1 will be described below. As shown in Fig. 4, the separator 21 is placed in a direction perpendicular to the upper reinforcing bar 13 of the reinforcing bar truss 16, whose free end is located closest to the formwork plate 20. The separator attachment tool 1 is placed over the separator 21 in a position close to the upper reinforcing bar 13, with the reinforcing bar engagement hook parts 6a, 6b projecting from the gate-shaped member 2 toward the side where the upper reinforcing bar 13 is located. At this time, as shown in Fig. 5A, the gate-shaped member 2 is tilted in a direction in which the rear edge of the top plate 4 is raised, and the separator 21 is fitted into the recessed part 10 on the front edge of the top plate 4. As a result, the reinforcing bar engaging hook portions 6a, 6b are retracted diagonally downward and rearward relative to the separator 21, and the reinforcing bar fitting recesses 9 of the reinforcing bar engaging hook portions 6a, 6b are opened wide diagonally upward and forward below the separator 21. If the recessed portion 10 is not provided on the front edge of the top plate portion 4, when the gate member 2 is tilted forward and downward as shown in Fig. 5D, the vertical distance d between the tips of the reinforcing bar engaging hook portions 6a, 6b and the separator 21 becomes narrower than the vertical distance D shown in Fig. 5A. Of course, it is possible to narrow the overall front-to-rear width of the gate member 2 rearward by the depth of the recessed portion 10, but this will result in a decrease in the strength of the gate member 2.
[0018] When the gate member 2 in the front-down position shown in Fig. 5A is slid on the separator 21 in a direction approaching the upper reinforcing bar 13, the vertical distance D between the tips of the reinforcing bar engagement hook parts 6a, 6b and the separator 21 becomes wider, so that the upper reinforcing bar 13 can be easily inserted into the entrance of the reinforcing bar fitting recess 9 of the reinforcing bar engagement hook parts 6a, 6b as shown in Fig. 5B. After this, while returning the position of the gate member 2 so that the tips of the reinforcing bar engagement hook parts 6a, 6b rotate upward approaching the separator 21, the gate member 2 is slid on the separator 21 so as to approach the upper reinforcing bar 13, and finally, as shown in Fig. 5C, the upper reinforcing bar 13 can be completely inserted into the reinforcing bar fitting recess 9 of the reinforcing bar engagement hook parts 6a, 6b.
[0019] 5C, the top plate 4 of the gate-shaped member 2 is received on the separator 21, and the separator 21 is slightly elevated relative to the center height of the fastening bolt 3 and the recessed groove 8, but it is possible to fit the separator 21 into the recessed groove 8 of the left side plate 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 by tightening the fastening bolt 3, which accompanies the upward movement of the gate-shaped member 2. Of course, it is also possible to manually lift the gate-shaped member 2 as shown in FIG. 7, and then tighten the fastening bolt 3 in a state in which the separator 21 is positioned near the center height of the fastening bolt 3 and the recessed groove 8. In any case, by tightening the fastening bolt 3 with the upper reinforcing bar 13 fitted into the reinforcing bar fitting recess 9 of the reinforcing bar engaging hook parts 6a, 6b, the separator 21 can be pressed into the recessed groove part 8 of the gate-shaped member 2 in a state parallel to the recessed groove part 8, and can be clamped and fixed between the tip of the fastening bolt 3 and the arc-shaped inner surface of the recessed groove part 8. The attachment work of the separator 21 is not terminated by fixing the separator 21 in a state of being fitted into the recessed groove part 8 in this way, but by further tightening the fastening bolt 3 strongly, the fastening force of the fastening bolt 3 opens the both side plate parts 5a, 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 so as to move away from each other relative to the top plate part 4 as shown in Figs. 4B and 8, so that the arc-shaped inner peripheral surfaces of the reinforcing bar engaging hook parts 6a, 6b are pressed against the lower peripheral surface of the upper reinforcing bar 13, and rattling between them can be eliminated.
[0020] As described above, the separator mounting device 1 of the present invention can fix the separator 21, which is overlapped perpendicularly on the upper reinforcing bar 13 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11, to the upper reinforcing bar 13 with a simple operation. However, the object to which the separator can be mounted is not limited to the upper reinforcing bar 13 of the temporary formwork with reinforcing bar truss 11, and the device can be used at the construction site of any reinforced concrete structure that uses separators for formwork positioning.
[0021] Furthermore, in the separator mounting device 1 of the above embodiment, there only needs to be a gap between the side plate portions 5a, 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 that allows the separator 21 to be easily placed over it (a gap that is slightly larger than the diameter of the separator 21); however, in practice, as shown in Figure 9, the gap between the side plate portions 5a, 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 can be widened to a size that allows the gate-shaped member 2 to be placed over a reinforcing bar 23 (the upper end reinforcing bar 13 in the above embodiment) that is thicker than the separator 21. With the configuration of this separator mounting fixture 1, not only can the separator 21 be attached to the reinforcing bar 23 (the upper end reinforcing bar 13 in the above embodiment) perpendicular to the reinforcing bar 23 as described above, but also, as shown in Figure 9, the gate-shaped member 2 of the separator mounting fixture 1 can be placed over the reinforcing bar 23 and the separator mounting fixture 1 can be fixed to the reinforcing bar 23 with fastening bolts 3, and the upper surface of the top plate portion 4 of the gate-shaped member 2 of the separator mounting fixture 1 can be used as a base for fastening a separator or any other desired member by welding or the like.
[0022] Furthermore, as shown in Figures 10 to 12, it is also possible to widen the gap between the two side plate portions 5a, 5b of the gate-shaped member 2 to a size that allows the gate-shaped member 2 to cover the area where the separator 21 and a reinforcing bar 23 (the upper end reinforcing bar 13 in the above embodiment) thicker than the separator 21 are arranged in parallel. In this case, it is necessary to make the length of the fastening bolts 3 long, but as in the previous embodiment, the separator 21 is attached to the reinforcing bar 23 in a state perpendicular to the reinforcing bar 23 (the upper end reinforcing bar 13 in the above embodiment), or as shown in Figure 9, the gate-shaped member 2 of the separator mounting fixture 1 is placed over the reinforcing bar 23 and the separator mounting fixture 1 is fixed to the reinforcing bar 23 with the fastening bolts 3, and the upper surface of the top plate portion 4 of the gate-shaped member 2 in the separator mounting fixture 1 is used as a base for fastening a separator or any other optional member by welding or the like. Alternatively, as shown in Figures 11 and 12, a separator 21 is fixed to the reinforcing bar 23 in a state parallel to the reinforcing bar 23 (the upper end reinforcing bar 13 in the above embodiment) rather than perpendicular to the reinforcing bar 23. [Industrial Applicability]
[0023] The separator mounting device of the present invention can be utilized as a means for attaching separators for positioning concrete forms to reinforcing bars placed within a concrete pouring space, particularly to reinforcing bars of what is generally referred to as a temporary formwork with reinforcing bar trusses.
