Abstract

To easily calculate an amount of GHG generated in a process of manufacturing a product, even if a combination of a plurality of manufacturing devices used in the manufacture is changed.SOLUTION: An instruction sheet imaging device transmits, to a processing unit, transportation instruction sheet image data by imaging a transportation instruction sheet placed in a first usage position, and transmits assembly instruction sheet image data generated by imaging an assembly instruction sheet placed in a second usage position to the processing unit. Upon acquiring the transportation instruction sheet image data from instruction sheet imaging devices respectively installed in a plurality of work cells, the processing unit acquires transportation instruction information on the basis of the transportation instruction sheet image data, and calculates a transportation process GHG generation amount on the basis of the acquired transportation instruction information and transportation process GHG calculation information. Upon acquiring the assembly instruction sheet image data from the instruction sheet imaging device, the processing unit acquires assembly instruction information on the basis of the assembly instruction sheet image data, and calculates an assembly process GHG generation amount on the basis of the acquired assembly instruction information and assembly process GHG calculation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
