DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present disclosure will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0010] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a cleaning tool 1 of the present disclosure. The cleaning tool 1 is a floor wiper that generally cleans indoor floor surfaces. The cleaning tool 1 has a cylindrical, long handle 21 and a rectangular cleaning head 10. In this specification, the longitudinal direction of the cleaning head 10 is the left-right direction, the short side direction is the front-rear direction, and the direction perpendicular to the left-right direction and the front-rear direction is the up-down direction. The tip 21b of the handle 21 is attached to the cleaning head 10 via a connecting member 22 at approximately the center of the upper part of the cleaning head 10 in the left-right direction and the front-rear direction. The handle 21 can rotate in the front-rear direction and the left-right direction with respect to the cleaning head 10, with the tip 21b as a base point.
[0011] A rectangular front clamping member 11 is attached to the upper front side of the cleaning head 10. A pair of rectangular rear clamping members 12 are attached side by side in the left-right direction to the upper rear side of the cleaning head 10. The front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are used to clamp a cleaning sheet together with the cleaning head 10.
[0012] A rectangular, plate-like sheet holding member 30 is attached to the top of the cleaning head 10 along the top of the front clamping member 11. The sheet holding member 30 is used to clamp the cleaning sheet between the cleaning head 10 and the clamping members 11, 12. The sheet holding member 30 is configured as a separate member from the cleaning head 10, the handle 21, the front and rear clamping members 11, 12, and the cleaning sheet, and can be easily attached to and detached from the cleaning head 10 by hand. In other words, the sheet holding member 30 is an independent member that is not joined to any of the members with an adhesive or the like.
[0013] A pad 40 having approximately the same shape as the cleaning head 10 is attached to the bottom of the cleaning head 10. With a cleaning sheet covering the bottom of the pad 40 and both ends of the cleaning sheet being clamped by the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 and the cleaning head 10, respectively, cleaning is performed by moving the cleaning head 10 in the front-back or left-right direction by the handle 21 while pressing the cleaning sheet against the floor surface.
[0014] 2 is a top view of the cleaning tool 1 of the present disclosure. The pair of rear clamping members 12 are spaced apart by a predetermined distance, sandwiching the center in the left-right direction. The left-right separation distance L1 between the pair of rear clamping members 12 is greater than the width (diameter D1) of the handle 21. The pair of rear clamping members 12 are arranged so that the handle 21 is housed between the pair of rear clamping members 12 when the handle 21 is tilted rearward in the horizontal direction.
[0015] 1 shows the clamping members 11 and 12 in the first position where they clamp a cleaning sheet, and the sheet pressing member 30 in the stored position where it is stored in the cleaning head 10 along the upper part of the front clamping member 11. The directions in the following explanation of the structure of each part correspond to the directions when each part is in the first position and in the stored position.
[0016] FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the cleaning head 10 as viewed from the front side. The cleaning head 10 has a rectangular bottom wall 10a extending in the front-rear and left-right directions, a rib 10b extending in the left-right direction and rising upward at the center of the bottom wall 10a in the front-rear direction, a front wall 10c extending upward from the front edge of the bottom wall 10a, and a pair of side walls 10d extending upward from the front left edge and right edge of the bottom wall 10a. The front wall 10c extends in the left-right direction along the front edge of the bottom wall 10a. The front wall 10c and the side walls 10d are continuous. The upper ends of the front wall 10c and the side walls 10d are flat surfaces having the same height. The pair of side walls 10d extend between the front wall 10c and the rib 10b (they are not provided behind the rib 10b).
[0017] The cleaning head 10 is provided with a front first protrusion 10e that protrudes upward at a position closer to the front wall 10c than the rib 10b. The front first protrusion 10e extends in the left-right direction along the front wall 10c. The front first protrusion 10e is provided with a plurality of rectangular slits 10f cut downward from the upper end in the left-right direction. The slits 10f divide the front first protrusion 10e in the left-right direction.
[0018] A front sheet attachment portion 10g for clamping one end of the cleaning sheet together with the front clamping member 11 is formed at the upper ends of the front wall 10c, the pair of side walls 10d, and the front first protrusion 10e.
[0019] The cleaning head 10 has four front clamping member attachment parts 10h arranged side by side in the left-right direction at positions closer to the rib 10b than the front wall 10c. A front clamping member 11 (see FIG. 5) is rotatably attached to the front clamping member attachment parts 10h. The front clamping member attachment parts 10h have a cylindrical shape extending in the left-right direction.
[0020] FIG. 4 is a perspective view of the cleaning head 10 as viewed from the rear side. The cleaning head 10 is provided with a rear first protrusion 10i that protrudes upward at a position closer to the rear edge of the bottom wall 10a than the rib 10b. The rear first protrusion 10i extends in the left-right direction along the rear edge of the bottom wall 10a. The rear first protrusion 10i is disposed at two positions on either side of the left-right center of the cleaning head 10. The rear first protrusion 10i is provided with a plurality of rectangular slits 10n cut downward from the upper end in the left-right direction, similar to the front first protrusion 10e. The slits 10n divide the rear first protrusion 10i in the left-right direction.
[0021] A rear sheet attachment portion 10j is formed between the upper end of the rear first protrusion 10i and a part of the bottom wall 10a to clamp the other end of the cleaning sheet together with the rear clamping member 12. The part of the bottom wall 10a that corresponds to the rear sheet attachment portion 10j is a part that clamps the cleaning sheet together with the rear clamping member 12 (for example, the area surrounded by a dotted line in FIG. 4).
[0022] The cleaning head 10 is provided with two rotation support parts 10k arranged side by side in the left-right direction and connected to the rear side of the rib 10b near the center in the left-right direction. The rotation support parts 10k are circular openings extending in the left-right direction. The circular openings rotatably support the second connecting member 24 (see Figs. 7 and 8).
[0023] The cleaning head 10 is provided with two sheet holding member attachment parts 10m arranged side by side in the left-right direction above the rib 10b, for rotatably attaching the sheet holding member 30 (see FIG. 10). The sheet holding member attachment parts 10m are rounded and have a concave shape that opens upward and extends in the left-right direction.
[0024] 5 is a perspective view of the front clamping member 11 as viewed from below. The front clamping member 11 has a rectangular upper wall 11a extending in the front-rear and left-right directions, a front wall 11b extending downward from the front edge of the upper wall 11a, and a pair of side walls 11d extending downward from the left and right edges of the upper wall 11a. The front wall 11b extends in the left-right direction along the front edge of the upper wall 11a and corresponds to the tip end 11c of the front clamping member 11. The rear edge of the upper wall 11a corresponds to the base end 11e of the front clamping member 11.
[0025] The front clamping member 11 has four cleaning head attachment parts 11f arranged in the left-right direction at a base end part 11e. The cleaning head attachment parts 11f are rounded and have a concave shape that opens upward and extends in the left-right direction. The base end part 11e of the front clamping member 11 is attached to the cleaning head 10 so as to be rotatable in the front-rear direction by hinge-engaging the cylindrical shape of the front clamping member attachment part 10h (see FIG. 3) with the concave shape of the cleaning head attachment part 11f.
[0026] The front clamping member 11 is provided with a pair of front and rear second protrusions 11h that protrude downward at a position closer to the front wall 11b than the base end 11e. The front second protrusions 11h extend in the left-right direction along the front wall 11b. The front second protrusions 11h protrude downward further than the front wall 11b and the pair of side walls 11d.
[0027] The front clamping member 11 is provided with biasing means attachment portions 11g on the left and right of the right-end cleaning head attachment portion 11f. The biasing means attachment portion 11g has a cylindrical shape extending in the left-right direction, and the biasing means 50 (see FIG. 11), which will be described later, is engaged with the cylindrical shape.
[0028] 6 is a perspective view seen from below of the rear clamping member 12 attached to the left side of the cleaning head 10. The rear clamping member 12 attached to the right side of the cleaning head 10 has a structure symmetrical to the rear clamping member 12 attached to the left side of the cleaning head 10, so only the structure of the rear clamping member 12 attached to the left side of the cleaning head 10 will be described below.
[0029] The rear clamping member 12 has a rectangular upper wall 12a extending in the front-rear and left-right directions, a rear wall 12b extending downward from the rear edge of the upper wall 12a, and a pair of side walls 12d extending downward from the left and right edges of the upper wall 12a. The rear wall 12b extends in the left-right direction along the rear edge and corresponds to a tip end 12c of the rear clamping member 12. The front edge of the upper wall 12a corresponds to a base end 12e of the rear clamping member 12.
[0030] The rear clamping member 12 has two connecting member mounting holes 12f arranged side by side in the left-right direction and extending in the up-down direction at the base end portion 12e. The connecting member mounting holes 12f are screw holes. The rear clamping member 12 is attached to a second connecting member 24 (see FIG. 7) described later through the connecting member mounting holes 12f.
[0031] The rear clamping member 12 is provided with a pair of front and rear second protrusions 12h that are adjacent to the front side of the rear wall 12b and protrude downward. The rear second protrusions 12h extend in the left-right direction along the rear wall 12b. The lower ends of the rear second protrusions 12h are at the same position in the up-down direction as the lower ends of the rear wall 12b and the pair of side walls 12d.
[0032] A biasing means attachment portion 12g is provided adjacent to the left side of the connecting member attachment hole 12f on the rear clamping member 12. The biasing means attachment portion 12g has a cylindrical shape extending in the left-right direction, and a biasing means 50 (see FIG. 11), which will be described later, is engaged with the cylindrical shape.
[0033] Fig. 7 is a perspective view of an assembly (handle assembly 20) incorporating handle 21 and connecting member 22. Fig. 8 is an exploded view of handle assembly 20. Handle 21 has an elongated main body 21a and a tip portion 21b provided at one end of main body 21a and having a thickness in the front-rear direction (the direction of the paper in Figs. 7 and 8). Handle 21 has a cylindrical portion 21c protruding in the front-rear direction from tip portion 21b.
[0034] The connecting member 22 has a first connecting member 23 and a second connecting member 24. The first connecting member 23 is a part of the connecting member 22 for attaching the handle 21 to the cleaning head 10, and is a member for allowing the handle 21 to rotate in the left-right direction. The first connecting member 23 has a cylindrical portion 23a extending in the left-right direction, and a pair of flange portions 23b extending upward from the cylindrical portion 23a. The pair of flange portions 23b are provided spaced apart in the front-rear direction. Each of the pair of flange portions 23b is provided with a circular first opening 23c penetrating therethrough in the front-rear direction.
[0035] The tip portion 21b of the handle 21 is inserted between the pair of flange portions 23b, and the cylindrical portion 21c of the handle 21 is engaged with the first opening portion 23c, whereby the handle 21 is attached to the first connecting member 23. This engagement makes the handle 21 rotatable in the left-right direction relative to the first connecting member 23.
[0036] The second connecting member 24 is a part of the connecting member 22 for attaching the handle 21 to the cleaning head 10, and is a member for allowing the handle 21 to rotate in the front-rear direction and further allowing the rear clamping member 12 to rotate in the front-rear direction. The second connecting member 24 has a generally cylindrical shape extending in the left-right direction. The second connecting member 24 has a cylindrical portion 24a that engages with the first connecting member 23, and rear clamping member attachment portions 24b to which the pair of rear clamping members 12 are attached at both ends of the cylindrical portion 24a. The second connecting member 24 further has two bolt holes 24c that penetrate the cylindrical portion 24a in the radial direction in each of the left and right rear clamping member attachment portions 24b.
[0037] By inserting the cylindrical portion 24a of the second connecting member 24 into the cylindrical portion 23a of the first connecting member 23, the first connecting member 23 becomes rotatable in the front-rear direction relative to the second connecting member 24. When the first connecting member 23 rotates in the front-rear direction relative to the second connecting member 24, the handle 21 rotates in the front-rear direction together with the first connecting member 23.
[0038] The rear clamping member 12 is attached to the second connecting member 24 by fastening a bolt hole 24c provided in the rear clamping member mounting portion 24b to a connecting member mounting hole 12f of the rear clamping member 12 (see FIG. 6) with a bolt.
[0039] FIG. 9 is a perspective view of the handle assembly 20 assembled in the cleaning head 10. The handle assembly 20 is assembled in the cleaning head 10 by inserting the cylindrical portion 24a of the second connecting member 24 into the rotation support portion 10k of the cleaning head. In FIG. 9, the handle 21 is rotatable in the left-right direction relative to the cleaning head 10 via the first connecting member 23, and further rotatable in the front-rear direction relative to the cleaning head 10 via the second connecting member 24 (dotted double arrow in FIG. 9). In this embodiment, the flange portion 23b of the first connecting member 23 comes into contact with the rib 10b of the cleaning head 10 at a position rotated forward by about 95° from the position where the handle 21 is horizontally tilted backward. Therefore, the rotation range of the handle 21 in the front-rear direction is 0° to about 95°, assuming that the position where the handle 21 is horizontally tilted backward is 0°. The second connecting member 24 is rotatable in the front-rear direction relative to the rotation support portion 10k. The rear clamping member 12 attached to the second connecting member 24 is rotatable together with the second connecting member 24 in the front-rear direction.
[0040] 10 is a perspective view of the sheet retaining member 30. The sheet retaining member 30 has a flat portion 30a and an inclined portion 30b that inclines upward from the flat portion 30a at the rear edge (tip portion 30e). The sheet retaining member 30 is provided with a rectangular opening 30c that opens at the tip portion 30e in the center in the left-right direction. The left-right width W1 of the opening 30c is equal to or larger than the diameter D1 of the handle 21 so that the handle 21 can be accommodated in the opening 30c.
[0041] The sheet holding member 30 is also provided with a cleaning head attachment part 30d extending in the left-right direction at its front edge (base end part 30f). The cleaning head attachment part 30d is substantially cylindrical in shape and extends in the left-right direction. The cylindrical shape is hingedly engaged with the concave shape of the sheet holding member attachment part 10m (see FIG. 4), thereby allowing the sheet holding member 30 to rotate in the front-rear direction relative to the cleaning head 10.
[0042] The left-right length W2 of the sheet pressing member 30 is shorter than the distance L2 (see FIG. 3) between the pair of side walls 10d of the cleaning head 10 (if there are reinforcing members extending in the front-rear direction at both left-right ends of the cleaning head 10, the length W2 is shorter than the distance between the reinforcing members). The left-right length W2 of the sheet pressing member 30 is also shorter than the left-right distances L3 and L4 between the side walls 11d and 12d of the front and rear clamping members 11 and 12 located at both left-right ends of the cleaning head 10 in the first position state. The distance L3 is the distance between the pair of side walls 11d of the front clamping member 11 (see FIG. 5). The distance L4 is the distance between the left side wall 12d of the left rear clamping member 12 and the right side wall 12d of the right rear clamping member 12 when the pair of rear clamping members 12 are attached to the cleaning head 10 (see FIG. 12).
[0043] FIG. 11 shows the biasing means 50 used in the embodiment of the present disclosure. The biasing means 50 is a tension coil spring. The biasing means 50 has a spring portion 50a and circular hooks 50b provided at both ends of the spring portion 50a. One side of the circular hook 50b is engaged with the cylindrical shape of the biasing means attachment portion 11g of the front clamping member 11 (see FIG. 5), and the other side of the circular hook 50b is engaged with the cylindrical shape of the biasing means attachment portion 12g of the rear clamping member 12 (see FIG. 6). When the front and rear clamping members 11 and 12 are in a position closer to the first position than the second position described below, the biasing means 50 biases the front and rear clamping members 11 and 12 toward the first position. When the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are in a position closer to the second position than the first position, the biasing means 50 biases the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 toward the second position. A specific biasing method is described in, for example, JP 2023-43524 A.
[0044] Next, the operation of the front and rear clamping members described above will be described.
[0045] In the first position shown in Fig. 1, the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are in a position to clamp the cleaning sheet together with the front and rear sheet attachment parts 10g, 10j of the cleaning head 10. Fig. 12 shows the second position in which the tips 11c, 12c of the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are spaced apart from the front and rear sheet attachment parts 10g, 10j, respectively.
[0046] The front clamping member 11 can rotate in the front-rear direction with respect to the front clamping member attachment portion 10h of the cleaning head 10, between a first position and a second position, with the base end portion 11e as a base point (see the dotted double arrow in FIG. 12). The pair of rear clamping members 12 can rotate in the front-rear direction with respect to the cleaning head 10, between a first position and a second position, with the base end portion 12e as a base point, with respect to the rotation support portion 10k of the cleaning head 10 (see the dotted double arrow in FIG. 12). Since each of the pair of rear clamping members 12 is attached to one second connecting member 24, the pair of rear clamping members 12 can rotate in the front-rear direction at the same time. The second position is a position where the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are rotated about 90° from the first position.
[0047] FIG. 13 is a cross-sectional view of the cleaning tool 1 taken along the cross section XIII-XIII in FIG. 2. In FIG. 13, the front and rear clamping members 11 and 12 are in the first position. The front first protrusion 10e and the front second protrusion 11h are spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction in a plan view. The rear first protrusion 10i and the rear second protrusion 12h are also spaced apart from each other in the front-rear direction in a plan view. The front first protrusion 10e and the front second protrusion 11h overlap in the up-down direction when viewed from the front-rear direction. The rear first protrusion 10i and the rear second protrusion 12h also overlap in the up-down direction when viewed from the front-rear direction.
[0048] 13, a front clamping height at which the cleaning sheet is clamped together with the front clamping member 11 and the front sheet attachment portion 10g is indicated by a dashed line P1, and a rear clamping height at which the cleaning sheet is clamped together with the rear clamping member 12 and the rear sheet attachment portion 10j is indicated by a dashed line P2.
[0049] The rear clamping height P2 is lower than the front clamping height P1. The front clamping height P1 is approximately half the height from the bottom wall 10a to the upper end of the front clamping member 11, whereas the rear clamping height P2 is the same height as the bottom wall 10a.
[0050] The height of the upper end of the front first protrusion 10e is approximately the same as the front clamping height P1. The height of the lower end of the front second protrusion 11h is lower than the front clamping height P1. The height of the upper end of the rear first protrusion 10i is higher than the rear clamping height P2. The height of the lower end of the rear second protrusion 12h is approximately the same as the rear clamping height P2. That is, the protrusions 10e, 10i, 11h, and 12h disposed at the front and rear of the cleaning head 10, respectively, are at the same height as the clamping heights P1 and P2, or protrude beyond the clamping heights P1 and P2.
[0051] Next, a procedure for attaching the cleaning sheet 2 to the cleaning tool 1 of the present disclosure will be described.
[0052] 14 shows an example of a procedure for attaching one end of the cleaning sheet 2 to the cleaning head 10. Note that the procedure for attaching the other end of the cleaning sheet 2 to the cleaning head 10 is similar to this procedure, and therefore will not be described.
[0053] As shown in FIG. 14(a), first, the cleaning sheet 2 is placed on the floor surface, and the cleaning head 10 is placed on the cleaning sheet 2.
[0054] 14(b), the front clamping member 11 is rotated in the direction of the dotted arrow to move it to the second position. At this time, the front clamping member 11 is biased toward the second position by the biasing means 50 and held at the second position. The sheet pressing member 30 is removed from the cleaning head 10.
[0055] 14(c), one end of the cleaning sheet 2 is picked up using the tip 30e of the sheet pressing member 30, and the cleaning sheet 2 is pressed against the front sheet attachment part 10g (in the direction of the dotted arrow). Since the length W2 of the sheet pressing member 30 in the left-right direction is shorter than the distances L2, L3 between the side walls 10d, 11d (see FIGS. 3 and 5) of the cleaning head 10 and the front clamping member 11 provided at both left-right ends, the sheet pressing member 30 can be inserted between the side walls 10d, 11d. At this time, the worker holds the base end 30f of the sheet pressing member 30 and does not touch the cleaning sheet 2.
[0056] 14(d), with the cleaning sheet 2 pressed by the sheet pressing member 30, the front clamping member 11 is rotated in the direction of the dotted arrow to move to the first position. At this time, the front clamping member 11 is urged toward the cleaning head 10 by the urging means 50, so that the sheet pressing member 30 is clamped together with the cleaning sheet 2 between the front clamping member 11 and the front sheet attachment part 10g.
[0057] 14(e), from the state in which the sheet holding member 30 and the cleaning sheet 2 are sandwiched, only the sheet holding member 30 is pulled out from the cleaning head 10 (in the direction of the dotted arrow). When cleaning one side of the cleaning sheet and then cleaning the other side, the front and rear holding members 11, 12 are moved to the second position to detach the cleaning sheet 2 from the cleaning head, and the tip 30e of the sheet holding member 30 can be used to turn the cleaning sheet 2 over without directly touching it with one's hands.
[0058] Through the above steps, the cleaning sheet 2 can be attached to the cleaning head 10 without directly touching it with hands.
[0059] Next, the operation of the sheet retaining member 30 and the handle 21 when the sheet retaining member 30 is attached to the cleaning head 10 will be described.
[0060] FIG. 1 shows a state of a storage position where the sheet pressing member 30 is stored in the cleaning head 10 in a posture along the upper part of the front clamping member 11. In the storage position, the flat part 30a of the sheet pressing member 30 abuts on the upper part of the front clamping member 11, and the inclined part 30b of the sheet pressing member 30 is inclined upward. FIG. 15 shows a state of a support position where the tip part 30e of the sheet pressing member 30 is separated from the cleaning head 10 and supports the handle 21 so as not to fall in the horizontal direction. FIG. 16 shows a state where the sheet pressing member 30 is in a posture along the upper part of the rear clamping member 12 (reverse storage position). In the reverse storage position, the flat part 30a does not abut on the upper part of the rear clamping member 12, and the tip part 30e abuts on the upper part of the rear clamping member 12. In the stored position and the counter-stored position, the sheet pressing member 30 is configured so that the tip 30e of the sheet pressing member 30 does not protrude in the front-rear direction from the tip portions 11c, 12c of the front and rear clamping members 11, 12, respectively.
[0061] The counter-storage position is a position where the sheet holding member 30 is rotated approximately 180° backward from the storage position. The support position is any position between the storage position and the counter-storage position. The sheet holding member 30 can rotate in the front-rear direction with respect to the sheet holding member attachment portion 10m, with the base end portion 30f as a base point, between the storage position, the support position, and the counter-storage position (see the dotted double arrows in Figures 15 and 16).
[0062] At the support position, the sheet press-down member 30 supports the handle 21 by engaging the opening 30c of the sheet press-down member 30 with the main body 21a of the handle 21. By engaging the handle 21 with the opening 30c, the rotational movement of the handle 21 is restricted, and the handle 21 does not easily fall horizontally to the left or right. In addition, the engagement length for supporting the handle 21 by the inclined portion 30b of the sheet press-down member 30 is longer than when the sheet press-down member 30 does not have the inclined portion 30b.
[0063] The cleaning tool 1 according to this embodiment has the following advantages.
[0064] (1) A long handle 21; a cleaning head 10 rotatably attached to a tip 21b of a handle 21, and having front and rear sheet attachment parts 10g and 10j to which a cleaning sheet 2 is detachably attached; front and rear clamping members 11 and 12, whose base ends 11e and 12e are rotatably attached to the cleaning head 10 and which are rotatable between a first position where they clamp the cleaning sheet 2 together with the front and rear sheet mounting parts 10g and 10j and a second position where their tip ends 11c and 12c are separated from the front and rear sheet mounting parts 10g and 10j; a biasing means for biasing the front and rear clamping members toward the first position; a sheet pressing member 30 which is detachable from the cleaning head 10 and configured as a separate body from the cleaning sheet 2, which when removed from the cleaning head 10 is capable of pressing ends of the cleaning sheet 2 against the front and rear sheet mounting parts 10g, 10j with the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 located at the second position, and which is clamped together with the cleaning sheet 2 between the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 and the front and rear sheet mounting parts 10g, 10j when the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are moved to the first position from the state in which the cleaning sheet 2 is pressed; Equipped with.
[0065] As a result, the cleaning sheet 2 can be attached to the cleaning head 10 without directly touching it with hands by pressing the cleaning sheet 2 against the front and rear sheet attachment parts 10g, 10j using the sheet pressing member 30 and clamping the cleaning sheet 2 together with the sheet pressing member 30. Furthermore, since the cleaning sheet 2 can be clamped while being pressed against the front and rear sheet attachment parts 10g, 10j, even when a cleaning sheet that tends to return to its original shape (i.e., unfolded state) due to its elasticity, such as a relatively thick and rigid cleaning sheet, is used, the cleaning sheet can be clamped without shifting and attached to the cleaning tool.
[0066] (2) The base end 30f of the sheet pressing member 30 is rotatably attached to the cleaning head 10, The sheet pressing member 30 is rotatable between a storage position in which the sheet pressing member 30 is oriented along the upper portion of the front clamping member 11 and a support position in which the tip portion 30e of the sheet pressing member 30 is spaced apart from the cleaning head 10 and supports the handle 21 so as not to fall in the horizontal direction.
[0067] As a result, by rotating the sheet pressing member 30 so as to support the handle 21 relative to the cleaning head 10, the handle 21 can be supported horizontally at the support position without falling over.
[0068] (3) The sheet pressing member 30 has an opening 30c that engages with the handle 21 in the supporting position. As a result, by the sheet pressing member 30 having the opening 30c for supporting the handle 21, the handle 21 can be supported more stably.
[0069] (4) The tip 30e of the sheet retaining member 30 is inclined upward when the sheet retaining member 30 is in the storage position. As a result, by tilting the tip 30e of the sheet retainer 30 upward, the engagement length of the handle 21 at the support position can be increased compared to when the tip of the sheet retainer 30 is not tilted, and it becomes possible to more stably support the handle 21. Also, by grasping the tip 30e tilted upward, the sheet retainer 30 can be easily rotated from the storage position.
[0070] (5) The cleaning head 10 is rectangular; Side walls 10d, 11d, 12d extending in the vertical direction from the cleaning head 10 and / or the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are located at both ends of the cleaning head 10 in the longitudinal direction, The sheet pressing member 30 is a rectangular plate, and the length W2 of the sheet pressing member 30 in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the distances L2, L3, and L4 between the side walls 10d, 11d, and 12d in the longitudinal direction.
[0071] As a result, since the length W2 of the sheet retaining member 30 in the longitudinal direction is shorter than the distances L2, L3, and L4 between the side walls 10d, 11d, and 12d, the sheet retaining member 30 can press the cleaning sheet 2 while it is housed between the side walls 10d, 11d, and 12d. This allows the cleaning sheet 2 to be pushed further in (i.e., to the left-right center of the cleaning head 10), so that the cleaning sheet 2 can be held more firmly.
[0072] (6) The cleaning head 10 has front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i that protrude upward and extend in a first direction along the horizontal direction, the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 have front and rear second protruding portions 11h, 12h that protrude downward and extend along a first direction when the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are located at the first position; The front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i and the front and rear second protrusions 11h, 12h are arranged spaced apart from each other in a planar view when the front and rear clamping members 11, 12 are located in the first position, and overlap in the vertical direction when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the first direction.
[0073] As a result, the front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i and the front and rear second protrusions 11h, 12h protrude vertically and overlap vertically when viewed from a direction perpendicular to the first direction (i.e., the front-to-rear direction), so that in the first position, these protrusions can hold the cleaning sheet 2 so as not to shift in the front-to-rear direction. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the first direction is the left-to-right direction, and the front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i and the front and rear second protrusions 11h, 12h extend along the first direction. Here, "extending along the first direction" means being parallel or approximately parallel to the first direction.
[0074] (7) At least one of the front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i and the front and rear second protrusions 11h, 12h has a plurality of slits 10f, 10n that divide the protrusions in the first direction. As a result, the slits serve as a catch for the cleaning sheet 2 against deviation of the cleaning sheet 2 in the first direction, so that the cleaning sheet 2 can be held even more firmly.
[0075] (8) The clamping members 11 and 12 are A front clamping member 11 is attached to the front side of the cleaning head 10 and extends in the left-right direction; A pair of rear clamping members 12 are attached to the rear side of the cleaning head 10, extend in the left-right direction, and are spaced apart from each other in the left-right direction. It has A distance L1 between the pair of rear clamping members 12 in the left-right direction is greater than the width of the handle 21.
[0076] As a result, when the handle 21 is tilted horizontally rearward, a space can be secured between the pair of rear clamping members 12 to accommodate the handle 21. By accommodating the handle 21 between the pair of rear clamping members 12, it becomes easier to clean low spaces.
[0077] (9) The rear clamping height P2 at which the cleaning sheet 2 is clamped together with the rear clamping member 12 and the rear sheet attachment portion 10j is lower than the front clamping height P1 at which the cleaning sheet 2 is clamped together with the front clamping member 11 and the front sheet attachment portion 10g.
[0078] The clamping height of the cleaning sheet 2 is preferably about half the height from the bottom wall 10a of the cleaning head 10 to the top of the clamping members 11 and 12, but when the handle 21 is tilted horizontally, the handle 21 may come into contact with the cleaning sheet 2, causing the cleaning sheet 2 to shift. The front clamping height P1 is about half the height from the bottom wall 10a to the top of the clamping members 11 and 12, and the rear clamping height P2 is the same height as the bottom wall 10a. In the embodiment of the present disclosure, since the rear clamping height P2, which is the side on which the handle 21 falls horizontally, is lower than the front clamping height P1, even if the handle 21 is tilted rearward, the handle 21 does not come into contact with the cleaning sheet 2, reducing the risk of the cleaning sheet 2 shifting.
[0079] The cleaning tool according to the present disclosure is not limited to the configuration of the above embodiment, and various modifications are possible.
[0080] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the biasing means 50 is a tension coil spring, but is not limited thereto, and the clamping members 11, 12 may be biased by any other biasing means.
[0081] In an embodiment of the present disclosure, the rotation range of the handle 21 in the fore-and-aft direction is 0° to approximately 95°, but when the handle rotates in the fore-and-aft direction within a range of 0° to 180°, the sheet pressing member can support the handle at the support position so that it does not fall horizontally in the fore-and-aft direction.
[0082] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the opening 30c is rectangular, but is not limited thereto, and may be any opening that is larger than the width or diameter D1 of the handle 21 so as to accommodate the handle 21.
[0083] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the front and rear first protrusions 10e, 10i are provided at one location on the front side of the cleaning head 10 and two locations on the rear side, sandwiching the center between the left and right, and the front and rear second protrusions 11h, 12h are provided at two locations side by side in the front-rear direction on each of the front and rear clamping members, but this is not limited to this. For example, the first protrusions may be provided in multiple locations side by side in the front-rear direction on the front and / or rear side of the cleaning head, and the second protrusions may be provided at one location or three or more locations side by side in the front-rear direction on each of the front and rear clamping members.
[0084] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the slits 10f, 10n are provided only in the front and rear first protruding parts 10e, 10i, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the slits may be provided in the first protruding part and the second protruding part, or may be provided only in the second protruding part.
[0085] In the embodiment of the present disclosure, the distance L1 in the left-right direction between the pair of rear clamping members 12 is approximately constant in the front-rear direction, but this is not limited thereto. For example, the distance L1 may increase toward the rear side. In this case, it is sufficient that the minimum value of the distance L1 is greater than the width of the handle 21.
