Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a vehicle seat. [Background technology]

[0002] The following Patent Document 1 discloses a technology in which a cushion pad for a vehicle seat is formed with a pair of left and right communicating grooves extending in the front-rear direction along the surface opposite the seating surface on both sides of the buttocks of a seated occupant, and a plurality of through holes, one end of which is connected to the pair of left and right communicating grooves and the other end of which opens to the seating surface, and the thighs and buttocks of the seated occupant are cooled through the plurality of through holes. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2020-90268 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0004] On the other hand, there is a vehicle seat in which a member called an extend pad (slide pad) is provided in the center of the cushion pad (seat cushion pad) in the seat width direction. This extend pad is movable along the front-rear direction of the seat, and the length of the cushion pad in the front-rear direction of the seat can be adjusted.

[0005] In this way, in a vehicle seat provided with an extend pad, since the extend pad is a movable member, it is difficult to form a flow path in the extend pad. Therefore, when applying the technology described in the above Patent Document 1, a flow path is formed only in the pad body excluding the extend pad, and no through hole is formed on the extend pad side, i.e., on the front end of the seat cushion in the front-rear direction of the seat.

[0006] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT In consideration of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a vehicle seat that allows a seated occupant to feel air flow behind the thighs even when a slide pad is used. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The vehicle seat described in claim 1 comprises a pad body that forms part of a pad that supports an occupant seated on the seat body with a seating surface and that forms part of a flow path through which air can flow, a slide pad that forms the other part of the pad and is movable toward and away from the pad body along the seating surface, and a sealing member that is provided on the anti-seating surface side of the pad that is located opposite the seating surface, forms a flow path between the pad body and the sealing member and is provided with a blower that moves air within the flow path, and the flow path penetrates an opposing surface of the pad body that can face the slide pad.

[0008] The vehicle seat according to claim 1 includes a pad body, a slide pad, and a seal member. The pad is capable of supporting an occupant seated on the seat body with a seating surface, and is configured to include the pad body and the slide pad.

[0009] The pad body constitutes a part of the flow path through which air can flow. Meanwhile, the slide pad is movable toward and away from the pad body along the seating surface. In this way, by providing a slide pad that is movable toward and away from the pad body in the vehicle seat, it is possible to change the overall length of the pad. This makes it possible to accommodate differences in body size, improving the ride comfort of the vehicle seat.

[0010] The sealing member is provided on the opposite side of the pad to the seating surface, and forms a flow path between the pad body and the sealing member. The sealing member is also provided with a blower, which causes air to flow in the flow path.

[0011] Here, in the present invention, a flow path penetrates the opposing surface of the pad body that can face the slide pad. Since the slide pad moves toward and away from the pad body, a gap can be provided between the slide pad and the pad body, and the size of this gap changes with the movement of the slide pad. Since the flow path penetrates the opposing surface of the pad body, the gap and the flow path can be communicated.

[0012] As a result, for example, if the blower is an intake blower, when the intake blower is operated, air in the vehicle cabin is sucked through the flow path and the gap toward the side of the pad opposite the seating surface. In this way, by sucking air in the vehicle cabin toward the side of the pad opposite the seating surface through the gap provided between the slide pad and the pad body, the seated person can feel the air flow around the thighs, including the backs of the thighs, and the comfort of the seated person can be improved.

[0013] In addition, when the blower is an exhaust blower, the direction of the air flow is different from that of an intake blower, but the effect is substantially the same as that of an intake blower. In other words, the air blown out from the exhaust blower is blown into the vehicle interior through the flow path and the gap, allowing the seated occupant to feel the air flow around their thighs, including the backs of their thighs, improving the comfort of the seated occupant.

[0014] The vehicle seat according to a second aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, wherein a groove portion that communicates with the flow path is formed in the opposing surface from an upper end to a lower end of the opposing surface.

[0015] In the vehicle seat according to claim 2, a groove is formed on the opposing surface of the pad main body from the upper end to the lower end of the opposing surface, and the groove is connected to the flow path. Therefore, for example, when the intake blower is operated, air in the vehicle cabin is sucked into the flow path through the second groove.

[0016] In the present invention, the groove portion is formed from the upper end to the lower end of the opposing surface of the pad main body, so that even if the slide pad comes into surface contact with the opposing surface of the pad main body, air inside the vehicle cabin can be sucked into the inside of the flow path through the groove portion.

[0017] The vehicle seat according to claim 3 is the vehicle seat according to claim 1, wherein the pad main body is provided with a communication opening that penetrates the pad main body along a plate thickness direction of the pad main body and communicates with the flow path.

[0018] In the vehicle seat according to claim 3, a communication hole penetrates the pad along the thickness direction of the pad. This communication hole communicates with a flow path, and when an intake blower is operated, for example, air in the vehicle cabin is sucked through the flow path and the communication hole toward the side of the pad opposite the seating surface.

[0019] The vehicle seat according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the vehicle seat according to the first aspect, further comprising a cloth insert sheet foamed integrally with the pad body on the side of the pad opposite the seating surface.

[0020] In the vehicle seat described in claim 4, a cloth-like insert sheet is provided on the side of the pad opposite the seating surface. This insert sheet is foamed integrally with the pad. Therefore, the insert sheet is interposed between the pad and the seat frame, and the generation of abnormal noise due to friction between the pad and the seat frame is suppressed.

[0021] The vehicle seat described in claim 5 is a vehicle seat described in any one of claims 1 to 4, wherein the pad is a seat cushion pad provided on a seat cushion that supports the buttocks and thighs of a seated occupant, and the slide pad is arranged forward in the front-to-rear direction of the seat than the pad main body and is capable of being moved toward and away from the pad main body along the front-to-rear direction of the seat.

[0022] In the vehicle seat described in claim 5, the pad is a seat cushion pad that supports the buttocks and thighs of a seated occupant. Here, the slide pad is disposed forward of the pad main body in the seat front-rear direction and is movable toward and away from the pad main body in the seat front-rear direction.

[0023] In this way, in the seat cushion pad, the slide pad can be moved toward and away from the pad main body in the fore-and-aft direction of the seat, making it possible to absorb differences in body size (length from the buttocks to the back of the knees), thereby improving the ride comfort in the vehicle seat.

[0024] The vehicle seat described in claim 6 is the vehicle seat described in claim 5, in which the communication openings formed in the pad main body and communicating with the flow path are formed in areas corresponding to the outer and inner thighs of a seated occupant.

[0025] In the vehicle seat described in claim 6, the communication openings formed in the pad body and communicating with the flow path are formed in areas corresponding to the outer and inner thighs of a seated occupant, thereby preventing the communication openings from being blocked by the occupant's buttocks and thighs. Effect of the Invention

[0026] The vehicle seat according to the present invention has an excellent effect of allowing a seated occupant to feel air flow behind the thighs even when a slide pad is used. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0028] Hereinafter, a vehicle seat according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In the following description, when the front, rear, left, right, top and bottom directions are indicated, they are indicated as seen by an occupant seated in the vehicle seat, and the arrow FR shown in each drawing indicates the forward direction, the arrow UP indicates the upward direction, and the arrow RH indicates the rightward direction. The left and right directions coincide with the seat width direction.

[0029] (Vehicle seat configuration) First, the configuration of the vehicle seat according to this embodiment will be described.

[0030] As shown in FIG. 1, a vehicle seat 10 of this embodiment includes a seat cushion 12 that supports the buttocks of an occupant, a seat back 14 that supports the back of the occupant, and a headrest 16 that supports the head of the occupant.

[0031] The seat cushion 12 in this embodiment includes a seat cushion frame 18 which is a framework member, a seat cushion pad (pad) 18 which is a padding material, and a seat cushion skin 22 which covers the seat cushion pad 20.

[0032] The seat cushion frame 18 is formed of, for example, a steel plate, an aluminum alloy, or the like, and the seat cushion pad 20 is formed of, for example, a foam material such as urethane foam.

[0033] On the other hand, the seat cushion cover 22 is made of, for example, a cloth material, leather, synthetic leather, PVC, or the like, and is integrally formed by sewing together a plurality of cover pieces. The seat cushion cover 22 covers the seat cushion pad 20.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 2, the seat cushion 12 includes a main portion 12A that is located in the center of the seat width direction and supports the occupant's buttocks and thighs from below, and side portions 12B and 12C that are located on both sides of the seat width direction around the main portion 12A and enable support of the occupant's buttocks and thighs from the lateral sides.

[0035] Here, Fig. 3 shows an exploded perspective view of the seat cushion 12 shown in Fig. 2, and Fig. 4 shows a front view of a pad main body 24 described later. Also, Fig. 5 shows a cross-sectional view taken along line AA shown in Fig. 4.

[0036] 3, the seat cushion 12 includes a pad body 24 and a slide pad 26. The slide pad 26 is disposed forward of the pad body 24 in the seat front-rear direction and is movable relative to the pad body 24 in the seat front-rear direction (movable toward and away from the seating surface 13) (described later).

[0037] A cloth-like insert sheet 28 is foamed integrally with the pad body 24 on the underside (opposite seating surface) 20A side of the pad body 24. The insert sheet 28 is formed along the shape of the underside 20A side of the pad body 24, and is foamed integrally with the pad body 24 while being inserted into a mold for molding the pad body 24.

[0038] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a seal member 30 is provided on the lower surface 20A side of the seat cushion pad 20 (including the insert sheet 28). The seal member 30 is made of non-metallic material such as nonwoven fabric or press felt, and has a rectangular plate shape. An intake blower (blower) (not shown) is provided on the rear portion 30A side of the seal member 30. A through hole 31 is formed in the rear portion 30A of the seal member 30, and the through hole 31 communicates with an intake port of the intake blower.

[0039] Here, as shown in FIG. 4, a recess 32 is formed on the underside 20A of the pad main body 24 along the front-to-rear direction of the seat, recessed toward the seating surface 13 of the seat cushion 12, and penetrating the lower end of the front end surface (opposing surface) 24A of the pad main body 24.

[0040] 3, in the insert sheet 28, a protrusion 28A is formed along the shape of the recess 32. A part of the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 is formed by the recess 32 of the pad body 24 (and the protrusion 28A of the insert sheet 28).

[0041] On the other hand, the seal member 30 is capable of coming into contact with the lower surface 20A of the seat cushion pad 20, and when the seal member 30 is in contact with the lower surface 20A of the seat cushion pad 20, the recess 32 is closed (having a closed cross-sectional structure), and the seat cushion pad 20 and the seal member 30 form flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 along the seat width direction. The conditioned air (air) sucked in by the intake blower flows through these flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40.

[0042] As shown in FIG. 3, the main portion 23 of the seat cushion pad 20 has a plurality of communication holes 42, 44, 46, and 48 penetrating therethrough along the thickness direction of the seat cushion pad 20, and the communication holes 42, 44, 46, and 48 are connected to the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40 shown in FIG. 4, respectively.

[0043] The communication openings 42, 44, 46, and 48 are provided along the seat width direction in the center of the main portion 23 in the front-to-rear direction of the seat, with the communication openings 42 and 44 being provided on the outside in the seat width direction of the right portion 23A, and the communication openings 46 and 48 being provided on the outside in the seat width direction of the left portion 23B.

[0044] Therefore, the right thigh of the occupant is positioned between communication openings 42 and 44, and the left thigh of the occupant is positioned between communication openings 46 and 48. In other words, communication openings 42, 48 are formed in areas corresponding to the outer sides of the thighs of the seated occupant, and communication openings 44, 46 are formed in areas corresponding to the inner sides of the thighs of the seated occupant.

[0045] And, communicating holes 50, 52, 54, 56 respectively penetrate the insert sheet 28 corresponding to these communicating holes 42, 44, 46, 48. In other words, in a state in which the seat cushion pad 20 and the insert sheet 28 are foamed together, the communicating holes 42, 44, 46, 48 of the seat cushion pad 20 and the communicating holes 50, 52, 54, 56 of the insert sheet 28 communicate with each other, respectively.

[0046] Therefore, the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 communicate with the communication ports 42, 44, 46, 48 of the seat cushion pad 20 and the communication ports 50, 52, 54, 56 of the insert sheet 28, respectively.

[0047] When the intake blower (not shown) is operated, air from the vehicle interior 11 (see Figure 1) is sucked through the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40, through the communication ports 50, 52, 54, 56 of the insert seat 28 and the communication ports 42, 44, 46, 48 of the seat cushion pad 20, toward the underside (opposite seating surface) 20A (see Figure 4) of the seat cushion pad 20.

[0048] (Function and Effects of Vehicle Seats) Next, the operation and effects of the vehicle seat according to this embodiment will be described.

[0049] In this embodiment, as shown in Fig. 3, the seat cushion 12 includes a seat cushion pad 20 and a seal member 30. The seat cushion pad 20 is capable of supporting an occupant seated on the vehicle seat 10 shown in Fig. 1 with the seating surface 13, and includes a pad main body 24 and a slide pad 26.

[0050] 3 and 4, in this embodiment, the pad body 24 constitutes a part of the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 through which air can flow. On the other hand, the slide pad 26 is capable of approaching and releasably moving along the seating surface 13 relative to the pad body 24.

[0051] In this manner, in the present embodiment, the vehicle seat 10 is provided with the slide pad 26 that can be attached to and detached from the pad main body 24, thereby making it possible to change the overall length of the seat cushion pad 20. As a result, in the present embodiment, it becomes possible to accommodate differences in body size, and the ride comfort of the vehicle seat 10 is improved.

[0052] 4 and 5, the seal member 30 is provided on the underside (anti-seating surface) 20A side of the seat cushion pad 20 opposite the seating surface 13, and forms flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40 between the seal member 30 and the pad body 24. In this embodiment, the seal member 30 is provided with an intake blower (not shown), and the intake blower causes air to flow in the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40.

[0053] In this embodiment, the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40 penetrate the lower end of the facing surface 24A of the pad body 24 that can face the slide pad 26.

[0054] In this embodiment, since the slide pad 26 moves toward and away from the pad body 24, a gap t can be provided between the slide pad 26 and the pad body 24, and the size of this gap t changes with the movement of the slide pad 26. In addition, flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 formed by the pad body 24 and the seal member 30 penetrate the lower end of the opposing surface 24A of the pad body 24.

[0055] That is, in this embodiment, the gap t provided between the slide pad 26 and the pad body 24 is connected to the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 formed by the pad body 24 and the seal member 30 through the lower end portion of the opposing surface 24A of the pad body 24. As a result, when the intake blower is operated, air in the vehicle interior 11 is sucked toward the lower surface 20A of the seat cushion pad 20 through the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 and the gap t.

[0056] In this manner, in this embodiment, air inside the vehicle interior 11 is sucked toward the underside 20A of the seat cushion pad 20 through the gap t provided between the slide pad 26 and the pad main body 24, allowing the occupant to feel the air flow around their thighs, including the backs of their thighs, thereby improving the comfort of the occupant.

[0057] Meanwhile, in this embodiment, a plurality of communication ports 42, 44, 46, and 48 penetrate the seat cushion pad 20 and communicate with the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40, respectively. Corresponding to the communication ports 42, 44, 46, and 48, communication ports 50, 52, 54, and 56 penetrate the insert sheet 28, respectively.

[0058] Therefore, the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 communicate with the communication ports 42, 44, 46, 48 of the seat cushion pad 20 and the communication ports 50, 52, 54, 56 of the insert sheet 28. Therefore, when the intake blower is operated, air in the vehicle interior 11 is sucked through the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40, the communication ports 50, 52, 54, 56 of the insert sheet 28 and the communication ports 42, 44, 46, 48 of the seat cushion pad 20 toward the underside 20A of the seat cushion pad 20.

[0059] In this embodiment, the communication ports 42, 48 are formed in areas corresponding to the outer sides of the thighs of a seated occupant, and the communication ports 44, 46 are formed in areas corresponding to the inner sides of the thighs of a seated occupant.

[0060] That is, in this embodiment, the communication openings 42, 44, 46, 48 are set so as not to be blocked by the buttocks or thighs of the occupant, and air within the vehicle interior 11 is efficiently sucked in by the intake blower.

[0061] Furthermore, in this embodiment, a cloth-like insert sheet 28 is provided on the lower surface 20A of the seat cushion pad 20, and the insert sheet 28 is foamed integrally with the seat cushion pad 20, thereby stabilizing the shape of the seat cushion pad 20.

[0062] Furthermore, by providing a cloth-like insert sheet 28 on the underside 20A of the seat cushion pad 20, the insert sheet 28 is interposed between the seat cushion pad 20 and the seat cushion frame 18 (see FIG. 1). This makes it possible to suppress the generation of abnormal noise caused by friction between the seat cushion pad 20 and the seat cushion frame 18. However, this insert sheet 28 is not necessarily required.

[0063] (Modification of the embodiment) In the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 penetrate the lower end of the opposing surface 24A of the pad body 24, but this is not limited to this as long as it is possible to connect the gap t between the slide pad 26 and the pad body 24 to the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 formed by the pad body 24 and the sealing member 30.

[0064] 6 and 7, grooves 62 communicating with the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40 may be formed from the upper end to the lower end of the opposing surface 60A of the pad body 60 of the seat cushion pad 58. That is, in this embodiment, when the intake blower is operated, air in the vehicle interior 11 is sucked into the flow paths 34, 36, 38, and 40 through the grooves 62.

[0065] In this embodiment, as described above, the groove portion 62 is formed from the upper end to the lower end of the opposing surface 60A of the pad main body 60, so that even if the slide pad 26 shown in Figure 8 (not shown) comes into surface contact with the opposing surface 60A of the pad main body 60, air inside the vehicle cabin 11 can be sucked into the inside of the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 through the groove portion 62.

[0066] In the above embodiment, the blower is an intake blower, but the present invention can also be applied to an exhaust blower. In the case of the exhaust blower, the air blown out from the exhaust blower is blown out to the vehicle interior 11 through the flow paths 34, 36, 38, 40 and the gap t shown in Fig. 4 and Fig. 5, and the seated occupant can feel the air flow around the thighs, including the backs of the thighs, so that the comfort of the seated occupant can be improved, similar to the case of the intake blower.

[0067] In the above embodiment, the seat cushion pad 20 has been described as a pad, but it goes without saying that the pad may also be applied to a seat back pad.

[0068] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above, and it is of course possible to implement the present invention in various other modified forms without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention.

[0069] <Additional Notes> The following configurations may be appropriately combined to form a vehicle seat according to the present invention.

[0070] (Configuration 1) The vehicle seat comprises a pad main body which forms part of a pad that supports an occupant seated on the seat main body with a seating surface and which forms part of a flow path through which air can flow, a slide pad which forms the other part of the pad and is movable toward and away from the pad main body along the seating surface, and a sealing member which is provided on the anti-seating surface side of the pad opposite the seating surface, which forms a flow path between the pad main body and the pad main body and which is equipped with a blower for moving air within the flow path, and the flow path penetrates an opposing surface of the pad main body that can face the slide pad.

[0071] (Configuration 2) A groove portion that communicates with the flow passage is formed in the opposing surface from the upper end to the lower end of the opposing surface.

[0072] (Configuration 3) The pad body is provided with a communication port that penetrates the pad body in a thickness direction and communicates with the flow path.

[0073] (Configuration 4) A cloth insert sheet that is foamed integrally with the pad body is provided on the side of the pad opposite the seating surface. [Explanation of symbols]
