Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a capacitor constituted by a plurality of capacitor elements. [Background technology]

[0002] Patent Document 1 describes an electrolytic capacitor in which a plurality of capacitor elements, each of which has a flat film shape, are stacked together. In the electrolytic capacitor of Patent Document 1, a plurality of capacitor elements are stacked inside an insulating resin body.

[0003] A first terminal made of a bent metal plate is formed on one side of the insulating resin body, and a second terminal made of a bent metal plate is formed on the other side.

[0004] The film-like anode portions of the plurality of capacitor elements are bundled and connected to a first terminal, and the cathode portions of the plurality of capacitor elements are connected to a second terminal via a conductive layer. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0005] [Patent Document 1] International Publication No. 2020 / 179170 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0006] However, in a structure using a conventional flat-film capacitor element as shown in Patent Document 1, the thin anode portion in particular is easily deformed by external stress on the multiple capacitor elements, making it difficult to achieve stable connection reliability to the first terminal and stable electrical characteristics.

[0007] SUMMARY OF THE PRESENT EMBODIMENT An object of the present invention is to provide a capacitor which easily achieves stable connection to external terminals and stable electrical characteristics. [Means for solving the problem]

[0008] A capacitor according to one embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of capacitor elements, an insulating resin body, a first external electrode, and a second external electrode. Each of the plurality of capacitor elements includes an anode body and a cathode body. The insulating resin body covers the assembly of the plurality of capacitor elements and has a first end face, a second end face, a top face, a bottom face, and a plurality of side faces. The first external electrode is formed on the first end face and is connected to the anode bodies of the plurality of capacitor elements. The second external electrode is formed on the second end face and is connected to the cathode bodies of the plurality of capacitor elements.

[0009] The direction between the first end face and the second end face of the insulating resin body is defined as the vertical direction, the direction between the top face and the bottom face of the insulating resin body is defined as the height direction, and the direction perpendicular to the vertical direction and the height direction is defined as the width direction.

[0010] The anode body of the capacitor element is a rod whose dimension in the extension direction is greater than the dimensions in two directions perpendicular to the extension direction, and the cathode body of the capacitor element is formed covering a dielectric layer formed on a plurality of faces of the anode body parallel to the extension direction.

[0011] The capacitor elements are arranged so that their extension direction is parallel to the vertical direction, and are arranged two-dimensionally along the two directions, that is, the height direction and the width direction.

[0012] In this configuration, since the capacitor elements are rod-shaped, they are less susceptible to stress from a specific direction (for a flat membrane, the direction perpendicular to the flat membrane surface), compared to a flat membrane. This makes them less susceptible to deformation. Therefore, it is easier to maintain the capacitor elements in a desired position within the insulating resin body. Effect of the Invention

[0013] According to the present invention, it is possible to achieve stable connection to external terminals and stable electrical characteristics. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0015] [First embodiment] A capacitor according to a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In this embodiment, a solid electrolytic capacitor will be described as an example, but the configuration of this embodiment can be applied to any capacitor that includes multiple capacitor elements, each of which functions individually as a capacitor, in one housing (insulating resin body).

[0016] (Capacitor element) Fig. 1(A) is an external perspective view of a capacitor element according to a first embodiment, Fig. 1(B) is an external perspective view of an anode body of the capacitor element, and Fig. 2 is a six-sided view of the capacitor element according to the first embodiment.

[0017] 1(A), 1(B) and 2, capacitor element 20 is rod-shaped. Capacitor element 20 includes an anode body 21 and a cathode body 22.

[0018] Anode body 21 is a rod having a first end face E211 at one end in the extension direction (L direction) and a second end face E212 at the other end in the extension direction (L direction). Anode body 21 has four side faces S211, S212, S213, S214 parallel to the extension direction (L direction).

[0019] The anode body 21 is made of a valve metal. Examples of the metal constituting the valve metal include simple metals such as aluminum, tantalum, niobium, titanium, and zirconium, and alloys containing these metals. Among these, aluminum or tantalum is preferable.

[0020] 1(B) and 2, the anode body 21 has a large number of holes recessed from the second end face E212 and the four side faces S211, S212, S213, and S214. In other words, a portion of a predetermined thickness in the vicinity of the second end face E212 and the four side faces S211, S212, S213, and S214 in the anode body 21 is a porous body 21D in a porous state. The central portion that is not porous body 21D is a core metal portion 21C. The thickness ratio of the porous body 21D on one side of the anode body 21 to the core metal portion 21C and the porous body 21D on the other side is about 1:1:1.

[0021] The dielectric layer covers the second end face E212 and the four side faces S211, S212, S213, and S214 of the anode body 21. Since the detailed structure of the anode body 21 is omitted in Fig. 1(B) and Fig. 2, the dielectric layer is illustrated as if it were covering the macroscopic surface of the anode body 21 (the second end face E212 and the four side faces S211, S212, S213, and S214). However, in reality, the dielectric layer covers not only the macroscopic surface of the anode body 21 (the second end face E212 and the four side faces S211, S212, S213, and S214), but also the surfaces of the numerous holes in the anode body 21. The holes may be formed by an etching process, or a porous sintered body produced by molding and sintering a powder of a valve metal may be used.

[0022] Cathode body 22 covers the surface of the dielectric layer formed on anode body 21. At this time, cathode body 22 covers in a shape that does not reach first end face E211 of anode body 21. Cathode body 22 is formed of, for example, a conductive resin layer, a carbon layer, an Ag layer, or the like.

[0023] Examples of materials constituting the conductive resin layer include conductive polymers such as polypyrroles, polythiophenes, and polyanilines. Among these, polythiophenes are preferred, and poly(3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene), also known as PEDOT, is particularly preferred. The conductive polymer may also contain a dopant such as polystyrene sulfonate (PSS).

[0024] The carbon layer is formed on the surface (outer surface) of the conductive resin layer, and the Ag layer is formed on the surface (outer surface) of the carbon layer. Note that the carbon layer and the Ag layer may be omitted as appropriate.

[0025] With this configuration, capacitor element 20 has a rod-like external shape, and functions as a capacitor having a predetermined capacitance by forming capacitance at second end face E212 and four side faces S211, S212, S213, S214 of anode body 21, respectively.

[0026] Note that a rod shape refers to a shape in which the dimensions in two directions perpendicular to the extending direction (the height direction (T direction) and the width direction (W direction)) are smaller than the dimension in the extending direction (the dimension in the L direction), and the dimension in the height direction (T direction) and the dimension in the width direction (W direction) are the same or approximately the same. However, in the present application, the rod shape can also include a shape in which multiple capacitor elements can be two-dimensionally arranged in solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1, 10X2 of specified dimensions (see Figures 3(A) and 3(B), details will be described later).

[0027] (Solid electrolytic capacitor) 3(A) and 3(B) are side cross-sectional views showing the configuration of the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the first embodiment. FIG. 3(A) shows a configuration using a plate-shaped external electrode (lead frame), and FIG. 3(B) shows a configuration using a film-shaped external electrode formed by applying a conductive paste or the like. FIG. 4 is a three-sided view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitor elements according to the first embodiment. FIG. 5 is a three-sided view showing the configuration of an assembly of a plurality of capacitor elements and an anode connection member according to the first embodiment. FIG. 6 is an external perspective view of a cathode connection member according to the first embodiment. FIG. 7 is a three-sided view showing the configuration of an assembly of a plurality of capacitor elements, an anode connection member, and a cathode connection member according to the first embodiment. FIG. 8(A) is a cross-sectional view of the configuration of an assembly of a plurality of capacitor elements, an anode connection member, and a cathode connection member according to the first embodiment, and FIG. 8(B) is a cross-sectional view of a configuration in which a conductive adhesive is further added to the configuration of FIG. 8(A).

[0028] (Solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1: see Figures 3(A), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8(A), and 8(B)) 3(A), the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 includes a plurality of capacitor elements 20, an anode connecting member 30, a cathode connecting member 40, an insulating resin body 50, a first external electrode 61X1, and a second external electrode 62X1. Note that, in each of the embodiments including this embodiment, the number of the plurality of capacitor elements 20 is 16, but the configuration of this embodiment can be applied and similar effects can be achieved as long as the number is at least three or more (a number that can be arranged two-dimensionally).

[0029] For example, as shown in Fig. 4, the plurality of capacitor elements 20 are arranged two-dimensionally (see Fig. 4). More specifically, the plurality of capacitor elements 20 are arranged two-dimensionally along two orthogonal axes, each of which has a parallel extension direction and is perpendicular to the extension direction. In this way, an assembly AS20 of the plurality of capacitor elements 20 is formed.

[0030] The multiple capacitor elements 20 are arranged such that the side surfaces of adjacent capacitor elements 20 are approximately parallel to each other.

[0031] The plurality of capacitor elements 20 are two-dimensionally arranged such that the first end faces E211 are substantially flush with each other and the second end faces E212 are substantially flush with each other. In other words, the plurality of capacitor elements 20 are two-dimensionally arranged such that the directions in which the respective anode bodies 21 protrude from the cathode body 22 are aligned with each other.

[0032] 5, the anode connecting member 30 is formed of a film-like metal or the like. The anode connecting member 30 is disposed on the first end face E211 side of the assembly AS20 of the multiple capacitor elements 20. The anode connecting member 30 is physically connected to and electrically connected to the first end faces E211 of the multiple capacitor elements 20. Note that the anode connecting member 30 may not be used when the anode sides of the multiple capacitor elements 20 are directly joined by, for example, welding a portion of the anode body 21 where the cathode body 22 is not formed.

[0033] The anode connecting member 30 is preferably composed of a plating film containing a metal such as nickel, zinc, copper, tin, gold, silver, palladium, lead, or an alloy containing these metals, or a conductive resin film containing, for example, silver, copper, nickel, tin, palladium, or the like as a conductive component. The anode connecting member 30 may have a multilayer structure including a plating film and a conductive resin film. For example, the anode connecting member 30 may include two plating layers and a conductive resin layer between the plating layers.

[0034] 6, the main body of the cathode connecting member 40 is made of a plate-shaped metal or the like. The cathode connecting member 40 is disposed on the second end face E212 side of the assembly AS20 of the multiple capacitor elements 20. The cathode connecting member 40 is physically connected (in contact) and electrically connected to the cathode bodies 22 on the second end face E212 side of the multiple capacitor elements 20.

[0035] The cathode connecting member 40 includes a plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400. The plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 extend in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the main body of the cathode connecting member 40. The plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 are arranged two-dimensionally. The plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 may be formed integrally with the main body of the cathode connecting member 40, or may be formed separately and connected.

[0036] The arrangement pattern of the rod-shaped electrode portions 400 is based on the arrangement pattern of the capacitor elements 20. More specifically, the arrangement interval of the rod-shaped electrode portions 400 is based on the arrangement interval of the capacitor elements 20.

[0037] 7, 8(A), and 8(B), for example, a plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 are inserted into gaps between a plurality of capacitor elements 20. More specifically, four two-dimensionally adjacent capacitor elements 20 are inserted and arranged in a region surrounded by adjacent corners (for example, R-chamfered corners in the figures).

[0038] At this time, tips E400 of the multiple rod-shaped electrode portions 400 are positioned so as not to reach the portion of anode body 21 that protrudes from cathode body 22.

[0039] The material of the cathode connecting member 40 may be the same as the metal of the anode connecting member 30 .

[0040] 8(B), the gaps where the plurality of capacitor elements 20 and the plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 of the cathode connecting member 40 are not disposed are filled with a conductive adhesive 49. The conductive adhesive 49 is, for example, an adhesive containing Ag filler.

[0041] As shown in FIG. 3(A), an insulating resin body 50 covers a structure including an assembly AS20 of a plurality of capacitor elements 20, an anode connecting member 30, and a cathode connecting member .

[0042] The insulating resin body 50 has a first end face 501, a second end face 502, a top face 503, a bottom face 504, and two side faces. The first end face 501 is an end face of the insulating resin body 50 on the first end face E211 side of the assembly AS20 of the multiple capacitor elements 20. The second end face 502 is an end face of the insulating resin body 50 on the second end face E212 side of the assembly AS20 of the multiple capacitor elements 20.

[0043] For example, a sealing resin such as an epoxy resin, a phenol resin, etc. is used as the insulating resin body 50. The insulating resin body 50 may contain, in addition to the sealing resin, a filler such as alumina or silica, a magnetic material, etc.

[0044] With this configuration, a plurality of rod-shaped capacitor elements 20 are arranged in a two-dimensional array within insulating resin body 50.

[0045] More specifically, the plurality of capacitor elements 20 are arranged so that their extending direction is parallel to the vertical direction between the first end face 501 and the second end face 502 of the insulating resin body 50. The plurality of capacitor elements 20 are two-dimensionally arranged along two directions: the height direction between the top face 503 and the bottom face 504 of the insulating resin body 50 and the width direction between the two side faces of the insulating resin body 50.

[0046] The first external electrode 61X1 and the second external electrode 62X1 are plate-shaped metals. The first external electrode 61X1 is physically and electrically connected to the anode connecting member 30. The second external electrode 62X1 is physically and electrically connected to the main body of the cathode connecting member 40.

[0047] The first external electrode 61X1 is formed on the first end surface 501 of the insulating resin body 50, and extends to part of the bottom surface 504. The second external electrode 62X1 is formed on the second end surface 502 of the insulating resin body 50, and extends to part of the bottom surface 504.

[0048] With the above configuration, a solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 having a desired capacitance and a predetermined outer shape is realized.

[0049] Solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 includes multiple rod-shaped capacitor elements 20. This makes it less susceptible to stress from a specific direction (in the case of a flat film, the direction perpendicular to the flat film surface) than a conventional configuration in which film-shaped capacitor elements are stacked. This makes it possible to suppress deformation of anode bodies 21 of multiple capacitor elements 20.

[0050] This makes it easier to maintain the multiple capacitor elements in a desired position within the insulating resin body, improving the connection reliability between the multiple capacitor elements 20 and the anode connecting member 30. This makes it possible to achieve stable connection between the multiple capacitor elements 20 and the first external electrode 61X1 and stable electrical characteristics.

[0051] Furthermore, by including anode connection member 30, solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 does not need to bend or curve anode bodies 21 of multiple capacitor elements 20. This makes it possible to suppress damage to anode bodies 21.

[0052] Furthermore, by using a plurality of rod-shaped electrode portions 400 in the cathode connecting member 40, the resistance on the cathode side can be reduced, and the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 can achieve a low ESR.

[0053] Furthermore, by being able to arrange a plurality of capacitor elements 20 two-dimensionally, the degree of freedom in arranging the plurality of capacitor elements 20 is improved compared to a structure in which flat film capacitor elements are simply stacked.

[0054] Furthermore, in solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1, it is preferable that the adjacent distance GAP (see Figure 3) between adjacent capacitor elements 20 in the width direction (width direction of insulating resin body 50) among the multiple capacitor elements 20 is smaller than the height H21 (see Figure 3), which is the dimension perpendicular to the extension direction of capacitor element 20.

[0055] As a result, solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 can have a larger capacitance than a film-like capacitor element formed by integrating multiple capacitor elements 20 arranged in the width direction, because a structure can be realized in which capacitance is generated on both adjacent side surfaces of multiple adjacent capacitor elements 20.

[0056] Therefore, solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 can have a larger capacitance without increasing the external shape compared to a structure using a conventional film-like capacitor element.

[0057] (Solid electrolytic capacitor 10X2: see Figures 3(B), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8(A), and 8(B)) As shown in FIG. 3(B), the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X2 includes a plurality of capacitor elements 20, an anode connecting member 30, a cathode connecting member 40, an insulating resin body 50, a first external electrode 61X2, and a second external electrode 62X2.

[0058] The solid electrolytic capacitor 10X2 differs from the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1 in the shapes of the first external electrode 61X2 and the second external electrode 62X2. The other configuration of the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X2 is similar to that of the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1, and a description of similar parts will be omitted.

[0059] The first external electrode 61X2 and the second external electrode 62X2 are molded conductors. The first external electrode 61X2 is physically and electrically connected to the anode connecting member 30. The second external electrode 62X2 is physically and electrically connected to the main body of the cathode connecting member 40.

[0060] The first external electrode 61X2 is formed on a first end surface 501 of the insulating resin body 50. The second external electrode 62X2 is formed on a second end surface 502 of the insulating resin body 50.

[0061] The first external electrode 61X2 and the second external electrode 62X2 are formed, for example, by applying a conductive paste to the first end face 501 and the second end face 502 and sintering the paste. Furthermore, it is preferable that the surfaces of the first external electrode 61X2 and the second external electrode 62X2 are plated.

[0062] The solid electrolytic capacitor 10X2 having this configuration can achieve the same effects as the solid electrolytic capacitor 10X1.

[0063] [Second embodiment] A capacitor according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 9 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitors and a cathode connecting member in the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the second embodiment.

[0064] 9, solid electrolytic capacitor 10A according to the second embodiment differs from solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 according to the first embodiment in the configuration of assembly AS20A of multiple capacitor elements 20. Descriptions of the same parts of solid electrolytic capacitor 10A as those of solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0065] In the assembly AS20A, the cathode bodies 22 of adjacent capacitor elements 20 in the plurality of capacitor elements 20 abut against each other.

[0066] With this configuration, solid electrolytic capacitor 10A exhibits the same effects as solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2, and can further increase the capacitance per unit volume.

[0067] [Third embodiment] A capacitor according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 10 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitors and a cathode connecting member in the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the third embodiment.

[0068] 10, solid electrolytic capacitor 10B according to the third embodiment differs from solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 according to the first embodiment in that a plate electrode portion 400B is used as a cathode connecting member. Descriptions of the same parts of solid electrolytic capacitor 10B as those of solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0069] The plate electrode portion 400B has a shape in which a plate portion extending in the vertical direction and a plate portion extending in the width direction are perpendicular to each other. The plate electrode portion 400B has a shape extending in the direction in which the capacitor elements 20 extend.

[0070] The plate-shaped electrode portion 400B is disposed in the gaps between the capacitor elements 20 in the assembly AS20B of the capacitor elements 20.

[0071] With this configuration, solid electrolytic capacitor 10B can achieve the same effects as solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2.

[0072] [Fourth embodiment] A capacitor according to a fourth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figure 11 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitors and a cathode connecting member in the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the fourth embodiment.

[0073] 11, the solid electrolytic capacitor 10C according to the fourth embodiment differs from the solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 according to the first embodiment in that plate electrode portions 400C1 and 400C2 are used as the cathode connecting members. Descriptions of the same parts of the solid electrolytic capacitor 10C as those of the solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0074] The plate electrode portion 400C1 is a plate extending in the vertical direction. The plate electrode portion 400C2 is a plate extending in the width direction. The plate electrode portions 400C1 and 400C2 are shaped to extend in the direction in which the capacitor elements 20 extend.

[0075] The plate-shaped electrode portions 400C1, 400C2 are disposed in gaps between the capacitor elements 20 in the assembly AS20C of the capacitor elements 20.

[0076] With this configuration, solid electrolytic capacitor 10C can achieve the same effects as solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2.

[0077] [Fifth embodiment] A capacitor according to a fifth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 12 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitors and a cathode connecting member in the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the fifth embodiment.

[0078] 12, solid electrolytic capacitor 10D according to the fifth embodiment differs from solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 according to the first embodiment in that at least one of the capacitor elements 20 is replaced with an insulating rod body 20IN. Descriptions of the same parts of solid electrolytic capacitor 10D as those of solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0079] The assembly AS20D is composed of a plurality of capacitor elements 20 and an insulating rod 20IN. In other words, in a mode in which the assembly AS20D is composed only of a plurality of capacitor elements 20, at least one of the plurality of capacitor elements 20 is replaced with an insulating rod 20IN.

[0080] The insulating rod body 20IN has the same outer shape as the capacitor element 20.

[0081] With this configuration, solid electrolytic capacitor 10D has the same effects as solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2, and the capacitance can be adjusted by the number of insulating rods 20IN. That is, solid electrolytic capacitor 10D allows the capacitance to be adjusted without changing the external shape.

[0082] Furthermore, when the insulating rod 20IN is made of an insulating resin, the stress applied to the assembly AS20D can be alleviated, thereby achieving even higher reliability for the solid electrolytic capacitor 10D.

[0083] [Sixth embodiment] A capacitor according to a sixth embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view of an assembly of a plurality of capacitors and a cathode connecting member in the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the sixth embodiment.

[0084] 13, solid electrolytic capacitor 10E in accordance with the sixth embodiment differs from solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 in accordance with the first embodiment in the shapes of multiple capacitor elements 20E. Descriptions of the same parts of solid electrolytic capacitor 10E as those of solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0085] The plurality of capacitor elements 20E are rod-shaped with a circular cross section. The anode body 21E is cylindrical, and the cathode body 22E is formed on the circumferential surface of the anode body 21E.

[0086] With this configuration, solid electrolytic capacitor 10E can achieve the same effects as solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2.

[0087] The shape (cross-sectional shape) of the capacitor element is not limited to a circle or a square, and may be a regular polygon, an ellipse, a polygon, or the like. However, a square (prism-like) cross section is preferable because it can provide a larger capacitance than other shapes. Here, the square and regular polygon cross-sectional shapes of the capacitor element are not limited to strict squares and regular polygons. In the example shown in FIG. 2, the cross-sectional shape of the anode body 21 is a square with rounded corners. Therefore, by forming the cathode body 22 on the surface of the dielectric layer formed on the anode body 21 having such a cross-sectional shape, the cross-section of the capacitor element becomes a square with rounded corners. In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the anode body 21 may have slight differences in the lengths of each side due to processing errors, etc. That is, the cross-sectional shape of the capacitor element should be considered as a shape when viewed macroscopically, including the rounded corners and processing errors as described above.

[0088] [Seventh embodiment] A capacitor according to a seventh embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Fig. 14 is an external perspective view of a cathode connecting member according to the seventh embodiment.

[0089] 14, the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the seventh embodiment differs from the solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 according to the first embodiment in the configuration of the rod-shaped electrode portion 400F of the cathode connecting member 40. Descriptions of the same parts of the solid electrolytic capacitor according to the seventh embodiment as those of the solid electrolytic capacitors 10X1 and 10X2 will be omitted.

[0090] The tip E400 of the rod-shaped electrode portion 400F includes an insulator portion 400IN, which makes it possible to more reliably prevent short circuits between the rod-shaped electrode portions 400F and the anode bodies 21 of the capacitor elements 20.

[0091] The configurations of the above-described embodiments can be combined as appropriate, and effects according to each combination can be achieved.
