Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a waterproof sheet joining device and joining unit, and more particularly to a waterproof sheet joining device and joining unit that can improve the construction quality in the waterproof sheet joining process and reduce the physical burden on workers. [Background technology]

[0002] In mountain tunnel construction, sheet waterproofing work, in which a waterproof sheet is laid on the sprayed concrete surface, is often used to ensure the waterproofing of the tunnel. In sheet waterproofing work, the edges of adjacent waterproof sheets in the axial direction of the tunnel are joined using a heat welding machine. Cited documents 1 to 3 disclose a technology in which the edges of two waterproof sheets are overlapped and joined together, the overlapped portion is heated with the heating iron of a thermal welding machine while being pressed from both sides with a pair of rollers, and the thermal welding machine is moved around the tunnel while a worker raises and lowers a work cart, thereby continuously welding the waterproof sheets (Figure 11). If the rollers are moved too fast, insufficient heat will result in poor welding, while if they are moved too slowly, the sheet may melt. Either of these will compromise the tunnel's watertightness, so the work must be done by a skilled worker. Cited Document 4 discloses a waterproof sheet joining device that moves autonomously around a tunnel along an arched guide rail and continuously welds waterproof sheets as part of the so-called I-CONSTRUCTION initiative. According to this technique, the waterproof sheet can be joined relatively easily by finely adjusting the position of the welding machine supported on the main body while the main body is self-propelled in an arc along the sprayed concrete surface. [0004] The conventional techniques disclosed in Patent Documents 1 to 3 have the following problems. <1> The worker must hold the thermal welding machine and move along the overlapping part of the waterproof sheet. The overlapping part is roughly the arc shape of the tunnel cross section that corresponds to the sprayed concrete surface of the tunnel, but the task of tracing this trajectory while ascending and descending on the work platform and matching it to the speed of the roller is extremely difficult. This requires skill in the work, and it is difficult to maintain the quality of the work. <2> On the side of the tunnel, workers hand over the heat welding machine between the upper and lower levels of the work cart. This is a difficult task at high altitudes on a narrow scaffold. In addition, multiple workers are required for the upper and lower handover, which increases labor costs. <3> Since construction quality depends heavily on the skills and experience of the workers, there is a tendency for construction quality to vary. <4> Even a small thermal welding machine weighs around 5kg. Moving it while maintaining a certain distance from the sprayed concrete surface places a great strain on the worker's arms and shoulders. In particular, near the top of the building, the worker must work in a narrow space while looking up, forcing them into an unnatural posture, which places a great physical strain on the worker. <5> Since workers must concentrate on aligning the rollers while ascending and descending on the work trolley, it is difficult for them to pay attention to their feet and surroundings, which poses safety concerns.

[0005] The conventional technique of Patent Document 4 has the following problems. <1> The waterproof sheet is stretched with some slack to match the unevenness of the sprayed concrete surface, so the overlapping parts of the waterproof sheet are three-dimensionally wavy. For this reason, in areas where the waterproof sheet has a lot of slack, the amount of welding by the welding machine is large compared to the distance the main body moves, and the movement speed of the main body and the welding machine cannot be synchronized. If the welding machine lags significantly behind the main body, the welding machine is pulled by the main body and a load is placed on the roller, which can cause uneven welding and compromise the watertightness of the waterproof sheet. <2> In order to synchronize the moving speed of the main body and the welding machine, a worker must be present at all times to fine-tune the moving speed of the main body. This means that workers must move up and down in the narrow scaffolding space, especially on the side of the tunnel, making work inefficient.

[0006] An object of the present invention is to provide a waterproof sheet joining device and a joining unit that can solve the problems of the conventional technology as described above. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] The joining unit of the present invention is characterized by comprising a welding machine capable of pressing and welding the overlapping portions of two joined waterproof sheets from both sides, a movable base capable of moving along an arch-shaped guide rail, a connecting arm that connects the welding machine so that its position can be adjusted relative to the movable base, and a control means that can adjust the moving speed of the movable base in accordance with changes in the relative position of the welding machine to the movable base.

[0008] In the joining unit of the present invention, the connection arm may include a rotating part that can rotate the welder relative to the moving base about an X-axis that is perpendicular to the moving direction of the moving base, and the control means may adjust the moving speed of the moving base according to the rotation angle of the rotating part.

[0009] In the joining unit of the present invention, the connection arm may include a tilting portion capable of tilting the welder up and down about a Y axis perpendicular to the X axis with respect to the moving base.

[0010] In the joining unit of the present invention, the connection arm may include a sliding portion that allows the welder to slide relative to the moving base in a direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction and the moving direction of the moving base.

[0011] The joining unit of the present invention may have a rotating portion including a shaft unit protruding upward from the sliding portion, the shaft unit having a base end block and a tip block, and the tip block may be rotatable about the X-axis relative to the base end block.

[0012] In the joining unit of the present invention, the rotating portion may include a balance arm that is connected to the tip block and is rotatable in the circumferential direction of the X-axis in synchronization with the welding machine.

[0013] The joining unit of the present invention may include a seesaw arm in which the tilt-tilt portion supports a welder near one end and a counterweight at the other end, the rotating portion supports the center of the seesaw arm in the Y-axis direction, and the tilt-tilt portion adjusts the position of the welding machine using the counterweight.

[0014] In the joining unit of the present invention, the elevation section further includes a link bar having one end which supports the welding machine in the Y-axis direction and the other end which supports the rotating section in the Y-axis direction, and the seesaw arm has the welding machine supported near its tip in the Y-axis direction, and a four-point link structure is formed by the seesaw arm, the welding machine, the link bar, and the rotating section.

[0015] The waterproof sheet joining device of the present invention is characterized by comprising an arch-shaped guide rail and a joining unit. Effect of the Invention

[0016] With the above-mentioned configuration, the waterproof sheet joining device and joining unit of the present invention have at least one of the following effects. <1> The joining unit runs on an arch-shaped guide rail that is set up along the sprayed concrete surface, allowing the waterproof sheet to be joined semi-automatically, resulting in extremely high construction efficiency. <2> Since it can be remotely operated by a single worker, construction costs can be reduced. <3> Since skilled workers are not required, it is easy to select the workers in charge and construction quality can be made uniform. <4> Since the joining unit supports the welding machine and moves on its own, the worker does not need to move around the welding machine, which reduces the physical burden on the worker. <5> It can be remotely operated by a single worker from the ground, and there is no need to move or climb up and down the scaffolding, making the work safer. <6> The moving speed of the moving base can be automatically adjusted according to the relative positions of the moving base and the welding machine, and can be synchronized with the moving speed of the welding machine. This makes it possible to maintain high construction quality by welding at a constant speed without putting a load on the welding machine rollers. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0018] Hereinafter, the waterproof sheet joining device and joining unit of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. In this specification, "upper" and "lower" refer to the side of the joining unit that is positioned on the guide rail, "front" and "rear" refer to the front and rear of the joining unit on the guide rail, with the forward direction of travel of the joining unit, and "left" and "right" refer to the left and right of the joining unit in the planar view relative to the direction of travel. EXAMPLES

[0019] [Waterproof sheet joining device] <1> Overall configuration (Figure 1) The waterproof sheet joining device A of the present invention is a device for continuously joining the edges of two waterproof sheets S adjacent in the tunnel axial direction along the tunnel radial direction in a waterproof sheet S to be laid on the sprayed concrete surface of a tunnel. The waterproof sheet joining device A includes at least a guide rail A1 mounted on a work platform B, and a joining unit 1 that moves on the guide rail A1. In this example, the device further includes a lead material A2 arranged along the guide rail. In this example, a worker monitors the progress of the joint unit 1 from the tunnel floor and remotely controls (drives, stops, adjusts speed, etc.) the joint unit 1 as necessary. However, this is not limited to this, and the unit may be fully automated.

[0020] <2> Guide rail (Fig. 1) The guide rail A1 is a rail member that moves the joint unit 1 along an arc-shaped track. The guide rail A1 has an arch shape that corresponds to the curvature of the sprayed concrete surface. In this example, a steel section with an H-shaped cross section curved into an arch shape is used as the guide rail A1. On the inside of the guide rail A1, a support pillar or base for installation on the work cart B is attached as necessary. However, the structure of the guide rail A1 is not limited to the above, and it may be made of materials such as reinforced plastic, or may be produced using a 3D printer. Also, the guide rail A1 may be configured as a part of the structure of the work platform B.

[0021] <3> Joint unit (Fig. 2) The joining unit 1 is a device that joins edges of a waterproof sheet S while moving on a guide rail 10. The joining unit 1 comprises at least a welding machine 10 that joins the edges of the waterproof sheet S, a moving base 20 that moves on a guide rail A1, a connecting arm 30 that connects the welding machine 10 to the moving base 20, and a control means 40 that controls the moving speed of the joining unit 1. One feature of the joining unit 1 of the present invention is that the control means 40 is configured to be able to adjust the moving speed of the moving base 20 in response to a change in the relative position of the welder 10 with respect to the moving base 20 .

[0022] <3.1> Welding machine (Fig. 3) The welding machine 10 is a thermal welding machine that joins the overlapping portions of the waterproof sheet S. The welder 10 includes at least a housing 11, a pair of pressure rollers 12, and a heating element 13. In this embodiment, the welder 10 further includes a guide member 14 attached to the housing 11. The welding machine 10 can control the rotation / stop of the pressure roller 12, the rotation speed of the pressure roller 12, the rotation direction of the pressure roller 12, the heating / stop of the heating element 13, the temperature of the heating element 13, etc., using a control device built into the housing 11. The power source for the welding machine 10 may be a battery or an external power source.

[0023] <3.1.1> Pressure roller (Fig. 3) The pressure roller 12 is a member that clamps and welds the overlapping portion of the waterproof sheet S. The pressure roller 12 has a generally cylindrical shape and has one or more continuous grooves on its outer periphery for forming non-welded portions. The two pressure rollers 12 protrude in parallel from the upper surface of the housing 11 . A gap is provided between the two pressure rollers 12 so that the overlapping portions of the two waterproof sheets S can be sandwiched from both sides and welded while being fed from the front to the rear.

[0024] <3.1.2> Heating element (Fig. 3) The heating element 13 is a member that heats the overlapping portion of the waterproof sheet S to melt it. The heating element 13 is composed of a hot iron and a wedge-shaped perforated cover that covers the hot iron. The heating element 13 is attached to the housing 11 facing upward. The heating element 13 is disposed in front of the pair of pressure rollers 12, i.e., on the side where the waterproof sheet S is taken in, with the wedge tip side of the perforated cover facing forward.

[0025] <3.1.3> Guide material (Fig. 3) The guide material 14 is a member that takes in two waterproof sheets S in an overlapping state. In this example, the guide material 14 is a combination of a guide base 14a, two guide arms 14b, a total of four guide plates 14c (two for each guide arm 14b), and a total of four pull-in rollers 14d (one for each guide plate 14c). The guide base 14a is connected to the housing 11 so as to extend forward. The two guide arms 14b extend forward from the guide base 14a so as to spread apart in the width direction by about 5 to 15 degrees. The four guide plates 14c are provided two on each tip side of the guide arms 14b, and are arranged parallel to each other with a small gap between them so as to ensure a passage for the waterproof sheet S in the extending direction of the guide arms 14b. The four pull-in rollers 14d are axially supported in the vertical direction on the inner surface of each guide plate 14c. The pair of pull-in rollers 14d can be rotated backward by a small motor (not shown), thereby pulling the waterproof sheet S between the two guide plates 14c. The guide material 14 is disposed in front of the heating element 13, i.e., toward the side where the waterproof sheet S is taken in.

[0026] <3.2> Mobile base (Fig. 4) The moving base 20 is a mechanism that moves on the guide rail A1. The moving base 20 includes at least a base body 21 and a moving device 22 . In this example, the base body 21 has four pairs of eight guide rollers 21a that sandwich the flange of the guide rail A1 from both sides and guide the movement so as not to fall off the guide rail A1.

[0027] <3.2.1> Moving device (Fig. 4) In this example, the moving device 22 includes a motor 22a and a sprocket 22b. The motor 22 a is fixed to the base body 21 . In this example, a servo motor is used as the motor 22a. The power source for the motor 22a may be a battery type or an external power source, and may share the same power source with the welding machine 10. The sprocket 22b is axially supported in the front-rear direction by the base body 21 and rotates in conjunction with the driving of the motor 22a. The sprocket 22b has a projection formed on its outer periphery for meshing with the lead material A2 described later.

[0028] <3.3> Connecting arm (Fig. 5) The connection arm 30 is a member that connects the welding machine 10 to the moving base 20 so that the position of the welding machine 10 can be adjusted relatively to the moving base 20 . The connecting arm 30 has a multi-joint structure made up of a combination of multiple members, and includes at least a rotating portion 32. In this example, a sliding portion 31 and a tilt-up portion 33 are further provided. In detail, a sliding part 31 is provided on the upper part of the base body 21, a rotating part 32 is provided on the sliding part 31, a tilting part 33 is provided at the tip of the rotating part 32, and the welding machine 10 is supported by the tilting part 33. However, the structure of the connecting arm 30 is not limited to the above.

[0029] <3.3.1> Sliding part (Fig. 5) The sliding portion 31 is a mechanism for adjusting the welding machine 10 so that the welding machine 10 slides relative to the moving base 20 . The sliding portion 31 is configured to allow the welding machine 10 to slide at least in the width direction of the moving base 20 . In this example, the sliding portion 31 is a combination of two slide rails 31a provided on the base body 21 and a slide base 31b disposed on the two slide rails 31a. The two slide rails 31a are arranged parallel to each other in the left-right direction, which is the width direction of the base body 21, on the upper surface of the base body 21. The slide base 31b has two parallel grooves on its bottom surface for accommodating the slide rails 31a. By engaging the parallel grooves of the slide base 31b with the two slide rails 31a, the slide base 31b can be slid along the slide rails 31a, and the position of the welding machine 10 can be moved in the left and right directions. However, the structure of the sliding portion 31 is not limited to the above, and for example, the number of slide rails 31a may be one or three or more. Also, the slide base 31b may be slidably sandwiched between two slide rails 31a.

[0030] <3.3.2> Rotating part (Fig. 5) The rotating unit 32 is a mechanism for adjusting the welding machine 10 to rotate relative to the moving base 20, and for performing the function of following the welding line of the waterproof sheet S. The rotating part 32 is configured to be able to rotate the welding machine 10 about the X-axis, which is perpendicular to at least the moving direction of the moving base 20. Here, "perpendicular to the moving direction" means the vertical direction when the joining unit 1 is placed on a horizontal plane. In this example, the rotating portion 32 is a shaft unit 32a that protrudes in the X-axis direction from the top of the slide base 31b. The shaft unit 32a includes at least a base end block 32b, a tip block 32c, and a balance arm 32d. The base end block 32b protrudes upward from the upper surface of the slide base 31b. The tip block 32c is supported at the tip of the base block 32b so as to be rotatable in the circumferential direction of the X-axis.

[0031] <3.3.2.1> Balance arm (Fig. 5) The balance arm 32d is a member for achieving balance with the welding machine 10. One end of the balance arm 32d is connected to the tip block 32c, and the other end extends in a direction perpendicular to the X-axis. The shape and weight of the balance arm 32d are appropriately set in consideration of the balance with the welding machine 10. In this example, a plurality of weights are detachably attached to the tip of the balance arm 32d. Note that the tip of the balance arm 32d may be threaded, and a weight having a groove in the center hole may be used, and the position of the weight may be adjusted and fixed on the screw. The joining unit 1 has a structure in which the welding machine 10 is supported in a cantilever manner in a direction perpendicular to the X-axis from the support axis of the shaft unit 32a. Therefore, when the joining unit 1 is in a position where it moves vertically on the guide rail A1 below the spring line (SL) of the tunnel, a rotational torque about the X-axis is applied to the tip block 32c due to the load of the welding machine 10. By providing the balance arm 32d on the rotating part 32, the balance arm 32d balances the load of the welding machine 10, and the welding machine 10 can be prevented from tilting toward the tunnel floor surface due to its own weight. However, the balance arm 32d is not an essential component, and the inclination of the welding machine 10 may be controlled by a biasing means such as a torsion spring or a hydraulic cylinder disposed within the rotating part 32, for example.

[0032] <3.3.3> Elevation part (Fig. 5) The tilting unit 33 is a mechanism for adjusting the welding machine 10 so as to tilt it up or down relative to the moving base 20 . The tilting unit 33 is configured to be able to tilt the welding machine 10 up and down along a Y-axis that is perpendicular to the X-axis. In this embodiment, the elevation section 33 is a combination of a seesaw arm 33a, a counterweight 33b, and a link bar 33c. The seesaw arm 33a is supported at its center by the tip block 32c so that its longitudinal direction coincides with the Y-axis direction, and rotates around the Y-axis relative to the tip block 32c. The seesaw arm 33a has one end pivotally supported in the Y-axis direction by the housing 11 of the welding machine 10, and has a counterweight 33b attached to the other end. The weight of the counterweight 33b is appropriately set in consideration of the balance with the welding machine 10. The link bar 33c is disposed below the seesaw arm 33a and approximately parallel to the seesaw arm 33a. The joining unit 1 of the present invention can maintain the welding machine 10 in a weightless state by using a balancer mechanism consisting of a combination of the balance arm 32d and the seesaw arm 33a, regardless of the position of the joining unit 1. Therefore, the welding machine 10 is not affected by its own weight and can weld the waterproof sheet S by following the joining line.

[0033] <3.3.3.1> Link bar (Fig. 5) The link bar 33c is a member that constitutes a four-point link structure in the elevation section 33. One end of the link bar 33c is pivotally supported in the Y-axis direction by the housing 11 of the welding machine 10 below the seesaw arm 33a, and the other end is pivotally supported in the Y-axis direction by the tip block 32c. This forms a four-point link structure by the seesaw arm 33a, the housing 11, the link bar 33c, and the tip block 32c. The four-point link structure keeps the tip block 32c and the housing 11 parallel regardless of the elevation and depression angles of the seesaw arm 33a, so the pressure roller 12 of the welding machine 10 can always be kept parallel to the X-axis (FIG. 6). This improves the accuracy of welding the waterproof sheet S. In addition, it is desirable for the four-point link structure to have parallel links, but they do not have to be strictly parallel.

[0034] <3.4> Control means (Fig. 7) The control means 40 is a means for feedback-controlling the moving speed of the moving base 20 . In this example, the control means 40 includes an angle sensor 41 , a control circuit 42 , and a servo device 43 . In this example, of the control means 40, the angle sensor 41 is disposed within the rotating portion 32, and the control circuit 42 and servo device 43 are disposed on the moving base 20. Note that wiring connecting each element is omitted in the drawing. The angle measurement sensor 41 is electrically connected to the rotating portion 32 and the control circuit 42, detects the rotation angle (including the rotation direction) of the rotating portion 32, and transmits it to the control circuit 42 as a sensor signal. The control circuit 42 is electrically connected to the servo device 43, receives a sensor signal from the angle measurement sensor 41, and transmits a control signal to the servo device 43 according to the measured value of the sensor signal in comparison with the rotational speed of the motor 22a fed back from the servo device 43. The servo device 43 is electrically connected to the motor 22a, receives a control signal from the control circuit 42, and controls the current flowing through the motor 22a in accordance with the control signal to adjust the rotation speed of the motor 22a, thereby controlling the movement speed of the moving base 20. However, the configuration of the control means 40 is not limited to the above, and for example, the servo device 43 may be an inverter device. Also, the moving speed of the moving base 20 may be controlled according to the sliding amount of the sliding part 31 or the elevation angle of the elevation part 33, instead of the rotation angle of the rotation part 32. The method of controlling the moving speed will be described in detail later.

[0035] <4> Lead material (Figure 2) The lead material A2 is a linear member that meshes with the sprocket 22b when the joining unit 1 moves. The lead material A2 passes through the inside of the moving base 20 of the joining unit 1 and is disposed on the upper flange surface along the wave of the guide rail A1 from one end to the other end in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail A1. In this example, a roller chain meshed with a sprocket 22b within the moving base 20 is used as the lead material A2. When the sprocket 22b of the movable base 20 is rotated, the lead material A2 is caught in the projections of the sprocket 22b and sent from one side of the movable base 20 to the other, and the movable base 20 moves due to this reaction force. The lead material A2 is not limited to a roller chain, and may be a transmission chain or wire rope other than a roller chain as long as it has a structure that allows it to be engaged with the structure of the moving base 20 and sent out.

[0036] <5> How to use (Fig. 8) The method of using the waterproof sheet joining device A is explained below. In this example, a case will be described in which two waterproof sheets S, S are fixed adjacent to each other in the axial direction of the tunnel on the sprayed concrete surface of the tunnel in the previous process, and then their edges are joined. It is not necessary that the entire surface of the waterproof sheets S, S is deployed and fixed to the sprayed concrete surface, but it is sufficient that at least the vicinity of the joining edges is fixed to the sprayed concrete surface.

[0037] <5.1> Guide rail installation The guide rail A1 is mounted on the work carriage B so that the arch of the guide rail A1 spans the work carriage B in the width direction. The work cart B is moved to a position where the guide rail A1 is aligned with the joining line of the two waterproof sheets S, S. The joint unit 1 is placed at one base of the guide rail A1, with the front of the joint unit 1 facing toward the top end of the tunnel.

[0038] <5.2> Welding of waterproof sheets The three-dimensional position of the welding machine 10 is adjusted by rotating, lifting, and sliding the connecting arm 30, and the welding machine 10 is brought close to the edges of the waterproof sheets S, S. The edges of the two waterproof sheets S, S are passed between the two guide plates 14c of the two guide arms 14b, and are set between the two pressure rollers 12 with the heating element 13 sandwiched therebetween. The heating element 13 is heated to warm the waterproof sheet S. When the waterproof sheet S starts to melt, the pressure rollers 12 are rotated, and the waterproof sheet S is sandwiched between the pressure rollers 12 from both sides and sent backward while being polymerized. The overlapping portions of the waterproof sheets S, S are pressed from both sides against the pressure roller 12 in a molten state by the heating element 13, and are thereby fused continuously along the track of the pressure roller 12. At the same time, a continuous non-welded portion is formed within the overlapping portions of the waterproof sheets S, S due to the grooves provided around the circumference of the pressure roller 12.

[0039] <5.3> Driving the moving base At the same time as the pressing roller 12 advances in drawing / welding the waterproof sheet S, the moving base 20 is driven to move the joining unit 1 along the guide rail A1. If, as a result of movement, a misalignment occurs between the welding line of the waterproof sheet S and the track of the guide rail A1, the three-dimensional position of the welding machine 10 is automatically adjusted to match the welding line by the left and right movement of the slide base 31b by the sliding part 31, the rotation of the tip block 32c by the rotating part 32, and the tilting of the seesaw arm 33a by the tilting part 33.

[0040] <5.4> Control of movement speed When a difference occurs between the moving speed of the welding machine 10 and the moving speed of the moving base 20 due to sagging of the waterproof sheet or the like, the control means 40 automatically controls the moving speed of the moving base 20. More specifically, the control is performed as follows.

[0041] <5.4.1> When welding lags behind the running (Fig. 9) In areas where the waterproof sheet S is twisted or bent, the amount of welding by the welding machine 10 relative to the moving distance of the moving base 20 is large, so the moving speed V of the moving base 20 is 20 The advance speed V of the welding machine 10 10 (V 10 / V 20 ) will be slower than normal. Therefore, the welding machine 10 supported in a cantilever manner on the moving base 20 rotates around the rotating part 32 in the circumferential direction of the X-axis (for example, clockwise in plan view) (FIG. 9(a)). Any deviation in the width direction of the welding machine 10 from the travel track of the moving base 20 due to rotation is absorbed autonomously by the sliding of the sliding portion 31. In this case, the angle measurement sensor 41 of the control means 40 detects the rotation angle (+X°) of the tip block 32c relative to the base end block 32b, and transmits it to the control circuit 42 as a sensor signal. The control circuit 42 generates a control signal according to the rotation angle of the sensor signal and transmits it to the servo device 43. In detail, the control circuit 42 determines that the moving base 20 needs to be "decelerated" because the rotation angle +X° is a positive value (+), and determines that the larger the value of X° is, the faster the moving speed V of the moving base 20 will be. 20 Set the control signal so that the value of X° becomes smaller by greatly decelerating the The servo device 43 reduces the current flowing through the motor 22a in accordance with the control signal, thereby reducing the rotation speed of the motor 22a. As a result, the moving speed V 20 and the moving speed V of the welding machine 10 10 corresponds to (Figure 9(b)).

[0042] <5.4.2> Welding occurs prior to running (Fig. 10) When the amount of welding by the welding machine 10 is small relative to the moving distance of the moving base 20, the moving speed V 20 The advance speed V of the welding machine 10 10 (V 10 / V 20 ) will be faster than normal. Therefore, the welding machine 10 supported in a cantilever manner on the moving base 20 rotates about the rotating part 32 in the opposite direction to the above-mentioned direction of the X-axis (eg, counterclockwise in plan view) (FIG. 10(a)). In this case, the angle measurement sensor 41 of the control means 40 detects the rotation angle (−X°) of the tip block 32c relative to the base end block 32b, and transmits it to the control circuit 42 as a sensor signal. The control circuit 42 determines that the moving base 20 needs to be "accelerated" because the rotation angle -X° is a negative value (-), and determines that the larger the value of -X° is, the faster the moving speed V 20 The control signal is set so that the value of -X° becomes smaller by greatly accelerating the servo motor 43, and is sent to the servo device 43. The servo device 43 increases the current flowing through the motor 22a in accordance with the control signal, thereby accelerating the rotation speed of the motor 22a. As a result, the moving speed V 20 and the moving speed V of the welding machine 10 10 corresponds to (Figure 10(b)).

[0043] <5.5> Completion of the joining By following the above procedure, the edges of the waterproof sheets S, S are joined along the entire circumferential length of the tunnel. After joining, a test needle is inserted into the unwelded parts of the waterproof sheet S and compressed air is injected to perform a pressure test to check for any leaks. EXAMPLES

[0044] [Other examples of transportation methods] The method of moving the joining unit 1 is not limited to the method using the lead material A2. For example, the mobile base 20 may be equipped with tires or crawlers rotated by the motor 22a, and may move by itself while the tires or crawlers are pressed against the surface of the guide rail A1 by the guide rollers 21a. In short, any configuration may be used as long as the joint unit 1 can be moved along the guide rail A1. [Explanation of symbols]
