Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to an ash extrusion device that cools and discharges incineration ash. [Background technology]
[0002] Conventionally, in waste disposal plants (incinerator plants) equipped with a waste incinerator (e.g., a stoker incinerator), an ash pusher is generally installed to cool and discharge the ash (incinerator ash or incineration residue) after incineration. The ash pusher receives the incineration ash that falls from an ash chute connected to the incinerator at its inlet and cools it with water stored in the ash pusher. The ash pusher also discharges the cooled ash from its outlet with a scraper. Furthermore, although the incinerator, including the ash chute, is under negative pressure, the ash pusher has a water-sealed structure, so that the air flow from the outlet to the inlet of the ash pusher is blocked. In addition, in the ash pusher, water is supplied from a water injection pipe based on a water level gauge to maintain the water-sealed structure.
[0003] Incidentally, waste incinerated in an incinerator may contain metallic aluminum. The main component of incineration ash is alkaline in a wet state. Therefore, when an alkaline solution and metallic aluminum react chemically inside the ash extrusion device, flammable gases such as hydrogen may be generated. In addition, when high-temperature incineration ash comes into contact with water stored in the ash extrusion device, water vapor gas is generated. These gases may induce breakdowns in the ash extrusion device and surrounding equipment. Therefore, an ash extrusion device has been developed in which gases such as combustible gases and water vapor generated inside the ash extrusion device are exhausted through a gas vent pipe toward an ash chute under negative pressure (see Patent Document 1). [0004] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 6906122 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] However, in the ash extrusion device of Patent Document 1, depending on the properties of the incineration ash and the operating conditions of the ash extrusion device, fine incineration ash adheres to the vicinity of the connection point between the ash chute and the gas vent pipe. It was found that the adhered incineration ash grows to a state where it may clog the connection point. Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide an ash pushing device that has a simple configuration and can prevent clogging and sufficiently vent gas. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The ash push-out device of the present invention comprises a cooling tank having an inlet connected to an ash chute through which incineration ash is discharged from a negative pressure incinerator and an outlet through which the incineration ash is cooled with stored water, a scraper arranged in the cooling tank and pushing the incineration ash toward the outlet, a drive unit that drives the scraper inside a drive chamber arranged on the opposite side of the inlet from the outlet, a water level gauge arranged in the drive chamber and detecting the water level of the stored water in the cooling tank, a water injection pipe that increases the stored water in the cooling tank based on the water level detected by the water level gauge, a gas vent pipe connected to the ash chute and the drive chamber, and a first water sprinkler nozzle connected to the water injection pipe and spraying water onto the gas vent pipe. The gas vent pipe comprises a first passage section which continuously rises from the drive chamber, a second passage section which is connected to the first passage section and continuously descends from a connection point with the first passage section, and an enlarged diameter section which is connected to a side surface of the ash chute and the second passage section and whose lower end continuously descends from the connection point with the second passage section toward the ash chute and has an opening with a cross-sectional area larger than that of the second passage section which communicates with the side surface of the ash chute, and the first watering nozzle is capable of spraying water simultaneously into both the first passage section and the second passage section. Effect of the Invention
[0007] According to the ash extrusion device of the present invention, the enlarged diameter section is disposed between the second passage section and the ash chute. Therefore, the flow rate of the gas flowing from the second passage section to the ash chute is reduced in the enlarged diameter section, so that the generation of gas vortexes, which is thought to be the cause of the growth of the incineration ash adhering to the vicinity of the ash chute and the enlarged diameter section, is reduced, and the growth of the adhering incineration ash can be suppressed. The first passage portion is shaped to rise from the driving chamber, the second passage portion is shaped to fall from the first passage portion, and the enlarged diameter portion is shaped such that its lower end continuously falls from the second passage portion toward the ash chute. Therefore, by spraying water from the first watering nozzle that can spray water simultaneously on both the first passage portion and the second passage portion, not only the first passage portion and the second passage portion but also the incineration ash adhering to the enlarged diameter portion can be washed away by the water spray. In other words, the incineration ash that may be the starting point of the above growth can be removed. Therefore, with a simple configuration including at least a first passage section, a second passage section, an expansion section, and a first water sprinkler nozzle, the effect of reducing gas vortices due to the shape of the expansion section and the cleaning effect by the first water sprinkler nozzle act synergistically to provide an ash extrusion device that can prevent the above-mentioned blockage and sufficiently vent gas. [Brief description of the drawings]
[0008] [Figure 1] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the ash extrusion device according to the embodiment. [Diagram 2] FIG. 2(1) is a ZY plan view showing the shape of the opening at the connection point between the ash chute and the gas vent pipe in FIG. 1, and FIG. 2(2) is an enlarged view of the surrounding structure of the gas vent pipe in FIG. 1. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0009] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the ash extrusion device of the present invention will be described with reference to Figures 1 and 2. In each of these figures, for ease of explanation, an orthogonal coordinate system with X-axis, Y-axis, and Z-axis will be used as appropriate. Note that the embodiment is merely an example, and there is no intention to exclude various modifications and application of techniques that are not explicitly stated. Except for the essential configurations of the present invention, each configuration of the embodiment can be selected as necessary or modified in various ways. Here, first, the outline of the configuration of the ash extrusion device 1 excluding the peripheral configuration of the gas vent pipe 18 (the configuration surrounded by the dashed line in FIG. 1) will be briefly explained using FIG. 1, and then the peripheral configuration of the gas vent pipe 18 surrounded by the dashed line will be explained in detail using FIG. 2.
[0010] Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view showing a schematic configuration of an ash push-out device 1 according to an embodiment. For this reason, a part of the configuration around the gas vent pipe 18 shown in Fig. 2 (the configuration surrounded by a dashed line in Fig. 1), such as a flange, is omitted in Fig. 1. The ash pusher 1 has a cooling tank 2 in which water for cooling incineration ash is stored at a predetermined water level (broken line in FIG. 1), and a scraper 3 and a drive unit 4 arranged in the cooling tank 2. The cooling tank 2 is provided with an inlet 5 through which the incineration ash is introduced and an outlet 6 through which the cooled incineration ash is discharged. The bottom plate of the cooling tank 2 is provided with a first inclined surface 2a that slopes upward from directly below the inlet 5 toward the outlet 6 (specifically, the vertically downward end of the outlet 6), and a second inclined surface 2b that slopes upward from directly below the inlet 5 toward the opposite side of the first inclined surface 2a. Therefore, the bottom plate of the cooling tank 2 is lowest directly below the inlet 5, and has a downwardly convex curved shape. The cross-sectional shape of the cooling tank 2 is uniform in the width direction, and the width dimensions of the first inclined surface 2a and the second inclined surface 2b (the dimension in the direction perpendicular to the paper surface of FIG. 1, i.e., the dimension in the Y-axis direction) are all the same.
[0011] The incineration ash discharged from the discharge port 6 falls from a cylindrical discharge chute 7 connected to the discharge port 6 onto a conveying device 8 such as a conveyor. The incineration ash is then conveyed by the conveying device 8, and is finally transported outside the incineration plant. The liquid used for the stored water and for spraying from the water spray nozzles (19, 20, 21) installed in the water injection pipe 12 and gas vent pipe 18 described below only needs to be mainly water, and may be tap water, industrial water, or recycled water (water that has been used in a plant and then treated), or may be mixed water that has been neutralized by mixing with hydrochloric acid or the like. Hereinafter, these liquids used for the stored water will be described simply as "water."
[0012] The inlet 5 of the cooling tank 2 is formed by a cylindrical (e.g., rectangular cylindrical) wall surface (side wall, side surface). This cylindrical side wall is directly connected to a rectangular cylindrical ash chute 9. The upper end of the ash chute 9 is connected to an incinerator (not shown) (e.g., the post-combustion stage of a stoker furnace). In order to achieve a so-called “water seal” configuration, the lower end of the side wall of the inlet 5 is designed to be located below a predetermined water level of the stored water in the cooling tank 2. The scraper 3 is a device that pushes out the cooled incineration ash towards the discharge port 6. The scraper 3 comprises an upper plate 3a facing upward, a push-out plate 3b facing the discharge port 6, and both side plates connected to the upper plate 3a and the push-out plate 3b (one of the both side plates, a side plate 3c, is shown in FIG. 1). Since there is no lower surface corresponding to the upper plate 3a, the scraper 3 has a box-like shape that opens towards the bottom plate of the cooling tank 2. The scraper 3 is connected to an arm 4b described below, and moves forward and backward along the bottom plate of the cooling tank 2 while the lower end of the pusher plate 3b (i.e., the tip of the scraper 3) is in contact with the bottom plate over the entire width thereof. Here, the "forward movement" of the scraper 3 means that the drive device 4 moves the scraper 3 in the direction pushing out the incineration ash toward the discharge port 6 (-X-axis direction in FIG. 1). Also, the "backward movement" of the scraper 3 means that the drive device 4 moves the scraper 3 in the opposite direction to the "forward movement" (+X-axis direction in FIG. 1). Furthermore, the "total width" of the bottom plate 8 of the cooling tank 2 means the dimension in the width direction inside the cooling tank 2 (Y-axis direction in FIG. 1).
[0013] The driving device 4 is a device that drives the scraper 3, and is disposed in a driving chamber 10 located on the opposite side of the discharge port 6 with respect to the inlet 5. The driving chamber 10 is partitioned from the outside of the driving chamber 10 by the side wall of the inlet 5 that is furthest in the +X-axis direction, a second inclined surface 2b that is further in the +X-axis direction than the side wall, and a ceiling panel 10a. The driving device 4 is disposed above the second inclined surface 2b at a position where it is not submerged in the stored water (above the "predetermined water level"). The driving device 4 includes a driving shaft 4a that can rotate in two directions, and an arm 4b that connects the scraper 3 and the driving shaft 4a. The driving device 4 drives the arm 4b by rotating the driving shaft 4a, and as a result, the scraper 3 connected to the arm 4b reciprocates forward and backward.
[0014] The amount of water stored in the cooling tank 2 is adjusted by a control device 13 that controls the injection of water from a water injection pipe 12 into the cooling tank 2 based on measurement data from a water level gauge 11 arranged in the drive chamber 10 so as to keep the amount of water at a "predetermined water level," and by a drain pipe 14. In Figures 1 and 2, the water injection pipe 12 is shown to include three water injection pipes (12b, 12c, 12d) in addition to the main water injection pipe 12a, but these three water injection pipes will be described later. The main water injection pipe 12a penetrates the ceiling board 10a and is fixed to the ceiling board 10a. The water level gauge 11 measures the water level of the water (reserved water) stored in the cooling tank 2, and transmits the measurement data to the control device 13. The water level gauge 11 is inserted downward through the ceiling board 10a and fixed thereto. The control device 13 controls the opening and closing of a solenoid valve 16 installed midway in a water distribution pipe 15, one end of which is connected to the water injection pipe 12, based on measurement data relating to the water level (for example, the actual water level that is the actual water level of the water stored in the cooling tank 2) received from the water level gauge 11. The other end of the water distribution pipe 15 is connected to a water source. Here, a water tank 17 is shown as the water source, but the water source is not limited to this, and the other end may be directly connected to a water source such as a waterworks (mains water supply, recycled water supply, etc.). Also, here, the solenoid valve 16 is installed in the water supply pipe 15, but the solenoid valve 16 may be installed in the water supply pipe 12 instead of the water supply pipe 15.
[0015] When the measurement data received from the water level gauge 11 indicates that the level of the stored water is lower than a threshold value (e.g., a predetermined water level), the control device 13 opens the solenoid valve 16 to inject water from the water injection pipe 12 into the cooling tank 2. When the measurement data indicates that the water level of the stored water is equal to or higher than the threshold value, the control device 13 closes the solenoid valve 16 to stop the injection of water into the cooling tank 2. The drain pipe 14 is a pipe that drains the stored water when the water level exceeds a predetermined water level. The opening at the upper end of the drain pipe 14 is located above and near the predetermined water level. This allows excess stored water to automatically overflow and be discharged from the drain pipe 14 without valve control.
[0016] Next, the configuration around the gas vent pipe 18 surrounded by the dashed line in FIG. 1 will be described in detail with reference to FIG. The gas vent pipe 18 is a pipe that automatically guides gases such as combustible gases and water vapor generated in the drive chamber 10, which is at atmospheric pressure, to the ash chute 9 by utilizing the fact that the ash chute 9 is at negative pressure (pressure lower than atmospheric pressure). The gas discharged from the gas vent pipe 18 to the ash chute 9 is guided from the ash chute 9 to the incinerator, thereby preventing breakdowns of the ash pusher 1 due to the gas. As described above, since the ash pusher 1 has a water-sealed structure, there is no path other than the gas vent pipe 18 for gases such as combustible gas and water vapor to escape from the drive chamber 10 to the ash chute 9.
[0017] The gas vent pipe 18 has at least three components: (1) a first passage section 18a having one end connected to a gas vent pipe connection section 10b arranged on the ceiling panel 10a of the drive chamber 10 and continuously rising from the gas vent pipe connection section 10b; (2) a second passage section 18b having one end connected to the other end or near the other end of the first passage section 18a and continuously descending from the connection point with the first passage section 18a; and (3) an expanded diameter section 18c connected to the side wall (side surface) of the ash chute 9 and the other end of the second passage section 18b, the lower end of which continuously descends from the connection point with the second passage section 18b toward the ash chute 9, and an opening having a cross-sectional area larger than the cross-sectional area of the second passage section 18b is formed by communicating with the side wall (side surface) of the ash chute 9.
[0018] The gas vent pipe connection part 10b is a member for airtightly connecting a through hole formed in the ceiling plate 10a of the drive chamber 10 to the one end of the first passage part 18a. FIG. 2 shows a configuration in which the flange of the gas vent pipe connection part 10b and the flange at the one end of the first passage part 18a are fixed with bolts and nuts via an O-ring or a gasket. Similarly, FIG. 2 shows a configuration in which the connection between the enlarged diameter part 18c and the second passage part 18b is also fixed with bolts and nuts via an O-ring or a gasket. The first passage part 18a and the second passage part 18b are integrally formed in a substantially V-shape or a substantially X-shape, and the integrally formed part of the gas vent pipe 18 can be removed by removing the flanges at both ends (the flange connecting the first passage part 18a and the gas vent pipe connection part 10b and the flange connecting the second passage part 18b and the enlarged diameter part 18c). This facilitates periodic maintenance and cleaning. The side wall (side surface) of the ash chute 9 and the enlarged diameter portion 18c may be fixed to each other by welding or the like through the opening.
[0019] FIG. 2(1) shows a view from the arrow A in FIG. 2(2). In the YZ plane, the opening through which the expanded diameter portion 18c communicates with the side wall of the ash chute 9 is a rectangular opening here. Because the opening has a rectangular shape, it is easy to manufacture the expanded diameter portion 18c and to process the side wall of the ash chute 9 to open a through hole for the opening. However, depending on the design, the opening may be a shape other than a rectangle, such as a non-rectangular polygon, circle, or ellipse. When the opening has a shape other than a rectangle, the expanded diameter portion 18c is also made into a pipe shape such as a truncated pyramid or a truncated cone corresponding to the opening, rather than a pipe with a rectangular cross section in the shape of a truncated pyramid. Since the gas vent pipe 18 is configured as described above, the area of the opening in the ZY plane that communicates between the expanded diameter portion 18c and the side wall of the ash chute 9 is naturally larger than the area of the cross section perpendicular to the central axis of the second passage portion 18b. For example, the area of the opening in the ZY plane can be about 10 times the area of the second passage portion 18b.
[0020] Here, the speed of the gas passing through the first passage section 18a and the second passage section 18b is high at about 10 m / sec, so if the second passage section 18b is directly connected to the side wall (side surface) of the ash chute 9, the gas discharged from the second passage section 18b into the inside of the ash chute 9 will swirl near the directly connected point. It is believed that this swirl is the cause of the growth of fine incineration ash adhering to the vicinity. However, in the ash pusher 1, the enlarged diameter section 18c is arranged between the second passage section 18b and the side wall (side surface) of the ash chute 9, and the enlarged diameter section 18c gradually changes the cross-sectional area of the gas flow path in the ZY plane as the gas advances in the -X axis direction. Therefore, the flow rate of the gas discharged from the second passage section 18b to the enlarged diameter section 18c is rapidly reduced. Therefore, the generation of the above-mentioned vortex can be reduced in the vicinity of the opening where the enlarged diameter section 18c communicates with the side wall of the ash chute 9. As a result, the growth of the incineration ash in the vicinity can be suppressed.
[0021] In Fig. 2, the first passage section 18a of the gas vent pipe 18 is formed of a straight pipe having a central axis in the Z-axis direction (vertical direction). The second passage section 18b of the gas vent pipe 18 is formed of a straight pipe (a straight pipe inclined at about 15° from the X-axis in the XZ plane) that faces downward (-Z-axis direction) from the connection point with the first passage section 18a toward the -X-axis direction. The expanded diameter section 18c of the gas vent pipe 18 is formed of a pipe (a truncated pyramid-shaped pipe inclined at about 45° from the X-axis in the XZ plane) that faces downward (-Z-axis direction) from the connection point with the second passage section 18b toward the -X-axis direction. The upper end of the expanded diameter portion 18c moves steadily along the X-axis from the connection point with the second passage portion 18b toward the -X-axis direction. That is, the upper end of the expanded diameter portion 18c, in other words, the upper surface of the aforementioned truncated pyramidal tube, is horizontal (parallel to the XY plane (horizontal plane)).
[0022] In FIG. 2, the first passage portion 18a has been described as a straight pipe whose central axis runs in the Z-axis direction; however, as long as the first passage portion 18a has a continuously descending shape (a shape without a portion where the gradient is reversed, i.e., a U-shaped or V-shaped portion where a downward gradient changes to an upward gradient) without any horizontal portion from the connection point with the second passage portion 18b to the gas vent pipe connection portion 10b, the first passage portion 18a may be a straight pipe whose central axis is inclined from the Z-axis or a curved pipe. Similarly, in FIG. 2, second passage portion 18b is described as a straight pipe, but second passage portion 18b may be a straight pipe whose central axis is inclined from the X-axis or a curved pipe, as long as there is no horizontal portion and the shape of second passage portion 18b is continuously descending from the connection point with first passage portion 18a to expanded diameter portion 18c (a shape without a portion where the gradient is inverted, i.e., a U-shaped or V-shaped portion where a downward gradient changes to an upward gradient). In FIG. 2, the upper end of the enlarged diameter portion 18c is horizontal, but in order to increase the area of the opening where the enlarged diameter portion 18c communicates with the side wall of the ash chute 9 and further suppress the generation of vortexes in the gas flow, the upper end may continuously rise toward the ash chute 9. In other words, the upper end may be shaped to face upward (in the +Z axis direction) toward the -X axis direction. In addition, since the cross-sectional area of the enlarged diameter portion 18c in the YZ plane needs to gradually increase toward the -X axis direction, the upper end may continuously descend toward the ash chute 9 at a gentler angle than the lower end, depending on the design. In other words, the upper end may be shaped to face downward (in the -Z axis direction) at a gentler angle than the lower end toward the -X axis direction (for example, about 10° from the X axis on the XZ plane).
[0023] A sprinkler nozzle is disposed in the gas vent pipe 18. In Fig. 2, three sprinkler nozzles (a first sprinkler nozzle 19, a second sprinkler nozzle 20, and a third sprinkler nozzle 21) are disposed. These will be described in order below. First, the first watering nozzle 19 is disposed near the connection between the first passage portion 18a and the second passage portion 18b, and is a nozzle that can simultaneously sprinkle water or spray water into both the first passage portion 18a and the second passage portion 18b. For the first watering nozzle 19, it is desirable to use a wide-angle nozzle such as a full cone nozzle, an empty cone nozzle, or a fan nozzle, in which the spray pattern expands over a wide range as it moves away from the nozzle.
[0024] First sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12b, which supplies water to first sprinkler nozzle 19, is connected to either water distribution pipe 15 downstream of solenoid valve 16 or main water injection pipe 12a downstream of solenoid valve 16. Therefore, when control device 13 opens solenoid valve 16, first sprinkler nozzle 19 sprinkles or sprays water. As described above, the first passage section 18a has a shape that continuously descends from the connection point with the second passage section 18b to the gas vent pipe connection section 10b without any horizontal portion. The second passage section 18b has a shape that continuously descends from the connection point with the first passage section 18a to the expanded diameter section 18c without any horizontal portion. The expanded diameter section 18c has a shape in which its lower end continuously descends from the connection point with the second passage section 18b toward the ash chute 9. Therefore, the water sprinkled or sprayed by the first sprinkler nozzle 19 flows entirely into the cooling tank 2 without stagnating in the first passage portion 18a, the second passage portion 18b, and the expanded diameter portion 18c.
[0025] Since the gas flowing through the gas vent pipe 18 contains fine incineration ash, timely cleaning is required to prevent the pipes from being clogged by the incineration ash accumulated inside the first passage section 18a, the second passage section 18b, and the enlarged diameter section 18c. However, in the ash extrusion device 1, while the ash extrusion device 1 is operating, the first watering nozzle 19 can reliably inject water into the cooling tank 2 while simultaneously cleaning the first passage section 18a, the second passage section 18b, and the enlarged diameter section 18c, so that the frequency of regular maintenance of the ash extrusion device 1 can be reduced. Furthermore, the water sprayed or jetted from the first watering nozzle 19 can wash away fine combustion ash adhering to the enlarged diameter portion 18c near the opening and to the side wall of the ash chute 9, i.e., combustion ash that may be the starting point for the aforementioned growth. Therefore, the effect of washing the incineration ash by the first watering nozzle 19 and the effect of suppressing the growth of the incineration ash by the shape of the enlarged diameter portion 18c work synergistically to extremely effectively prevent the above-mentioned opening from being blocked and also to prevent the blockage of the pipeline inside the gas vent pipe 18, thereby sufficiently venting gases such as combustible gases and water vapor inside the drive chamber 10 and preventing breakdowns of the ash extrusion device 1.
[0026] Next, the second watering nozzle 20 is a nozzle that is fixed to the upper surface of the enlarged diameter portion 18c and can sprinkle or spray water downward (in the -Z axis direction). In order to clean the bottom and side surfaces of the enlarged diameter portion 18c, it is desirable to use a wide-angle nozzle, such as a full cone nozzle, an empty cone nozzle, or a fan nozzle, for the second watering nozzle 20, in which the spray pattern spreads over a wide range as it moves away from the nozzle. Second sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12c, which supplies water to second sprinkler nozzle 20, is connected to either distribution pipe 15 downstream of solenoid valve 16, first sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12b downstream of solenoid valve 16, or main water injection pipe 12a downstream of solenoid valve 16. Therefore, when control device 13 opens solenoid valve 16, second sprinkler nozzle 20 sprinkles or sprays water. As with the first sprinkler nozzle 19, the entire amount of water sprinkled or sprayed by the second sprinkler nozzle 20 flows into the cooling tank 2.
[0027] Finally, the third sprinkling nozzle 21 is a nozzle that is fixed above the second passage portion 18b and can spray water obliquely toward the underside of the enlarged diameter portion 18c. It is preferable to use a fan-shaped nozzle for the third sprinkling nozzle 21 so that the bottom surface of the enlarged diameter portion 18c can be efficiently cleaned. When the third sprinkling nozzle 21 is a fan-shaped nozzle, when the third sprinkling nozzle 21 sprays water or water, the spray pattern becomes linear in the YZ plane (approximately planar when viewed three-dimensionally), so that fine incineration ash adhering to the underside of the enlarged diameter portion 18c can be efficiently washed away. Third sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12d, which supplies water to third sprinkler nozzle 21, is connected to either distribution pipe 15 downstream of solenoid valve 16, first sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12b downstream of solenoid valve 16, second sprinkler nozzle water injection pipe 12c downstream of solenoid valve 16, or main water injection pipe 12a downstream of solenoid valve 16. Therefore, when control device 13 opens solenoid valve 16, third sprinkler nozzle 21 sprinkles or sprays water. Like the first sprinkler nozzle 19 and the second sprinkler nozzle 20, the entire amount of water sprinkled or sprayed by the third sprinkler nozzle 21 flows into the cooling tank 2.
[0028] The ash extrusion device 1 of the embodiment has been described above. In Fig. 1 and Fig. 2, the first sprinkler nozzle 19, the second sprinkler nozzle 20, and the third sprinkler nozzle 21 are installed on the gas vent pipe 18, but the second sprinkler nozzle 20 and the third sprinkler nozzle 21 may be installed appropriately depending on the accumulation and growth of the incineration ash. That is, there may be a case where only the first sprinkler nozzle 19 is installed on the gas vent pipe 18 and neither the second sprinkler nozzle 20 nor the third sprinkler nozzle 21 is installed, or a case where only one of the second sprinkler nozzle 20 and the third sprinkler nozzle 21 is installed in addition to the first sprinkler nozzle 19. 1 and 2, the main water injection pipe 12a is installed. However, in the ash pusher 1, water is injected into the cooling tank 2 by at least the first water sprinkling nozzle 19, so the main water injection pipe 12a does not necessarily have to be installed. When the main water injection pipe 12a is installed, the amount of water injected into the main water injection pipe 12a may be set to be greater than that of the other water injection pipes (12b, 12c, 12d).
