[0004] [Patent Document 1] JP 2015-209077 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2005-053242 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0005] Incidentally, in a vehicle seat, a harness may be routed between the vehicle body and the vehicle seat. In this case, if the vehicle seat is provided with a moving mechanism for the vehicle body, the harness may be moved or the curvature of the harness may change due to the operation of the moving mechanism, resulting in displacement or deformation. For this reason, it is conceivable to provide the vehicle seat with a harness guide as a guide member for suppressing the movement or displacement of the routed harness.
[0006] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a harness guide that is easy to assemble and can stably guide a harness. [Means for solving the problem]
[0007] In order to achieve the above object, a harness guide of a first aspect includes: a support part having a cylindrical outer shape attached to a frame of a vehicle seat on which an occupant is seated; a guide member which is a circular resin cylinder, has a first opening on one axial side thereof with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the support part and a second opening on the other axial side thereof with an inner diameter equal to the outer diameter of the support part, and is supported by the support part inserted from the first opening to the second opening, for guiding the harness arranged on the frame along an outer peripheral surface of a predetermined range; a band-shaped locking part which is arranged in a circumferential direction inside the guide part, each of which extends from a peripheral edge of the second opening toward the first opening side, and has claw portions which protrude radially inward of the guide member at their extended tips and which are locked in locking holes formed on the outer peripheral part of the support part, thereby locking the guide member to the support part; and a rib which is provided on the cylinder-side surface of the locking part along the longitudinal direction of the locking part and connects the locking part to the cylinder.
[0008] In the first type of harness guide, a cylindrical support portion is attached to the frame of a vehicle seat on which an occupant sits, and a guide member is engaged with the support portion to guide the harness routed through the frame along a predetermined range of the outer circumferential surface.
[0009] The guide member is a circular resin cylinder, and has a first opening on one axial side with an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the support portion, and a second opening on the other axial side with an inner diameter similar to the outer diameter of the support portion. The guide member is supported by the support portion by being inserted so that the support portion reaches from the first opening to the second opening.
[0010] The guide member is formed with locking portions and ribs. A plurality of locking portions are arranged in the circumferential direction inside the guide member, and each of the locking portions is in the shape of a strip. Each of the locking portions extends from the periphery of the second opening toward the first opening, and each of the claw portions protruding radially inward of the guide member at the tip of the extension is locked into a locking hole formed in the outer periphery of the support portion, thereby locking the guide member to the support portion.
[0011] Here, the rib is provided on the surface of the locking portion facing the cylinder body along the longitudinal direction of the locking portion to connect the locking portion to the cylinder body, and the rib can suppress the swinging of the locking portion in the direction in which the locking of the claw portion with the locking hole of the support portion is released, making it easy to lock the guide member to the support portion and to maintain the state in which the guide member is locked to the support portion.
[0012] The harness guide of the second aspect is the same as that of the first aspect, wherein the guide member has an arc-shaped inner wall extending upright from the peripheral edge of the second opening between the circumferentially adjacent engagement portions.
[0013] In the harness guide of the second aspect, the guide member has an arc-shaped inner wall standing upright from the periphery of the second opening between the locking portions adjacent in the circumferential direction, and each of the inner walls contacts the outer periphery of the support portion that reaches the second opening, so that the guide member can be stabilized with respect to the support portion and the guide member can be effectively maintained in a state where it is locked to the support portion.
[0014] The harness guide of the third aspect is the first or second aspect, wherein the multiple locking portions have at least one spacing dimension along the circumferential direction of the guide member between adjacent locking portions in the circumferential direction of the guide member that is different from the others.
[0015] In the harness guide of the third aspect, at least one of the intervals between adjacent locking portions in the circumferential direction of the guide member is different from the others. With this, when the support portion is fitted into the second opening of the guide member, the claw portions of the locking portions are locked into the locking holes, so that the guide member can be positioned and locked with respect to the support portion. Effect of the Invention
[0016] According to the present invention, the rib can prevent the locking portion from coming loose from the support portion, thereby providing an advantageous effect of achieving a stable assembly state. Furthermore, the present invention has an advantage that the guide member can be accurately positioned and locked with respect to the support portion. [Brief description of the drawings]

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS
[0018] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. 1 shows a perspective view of a main portion of a vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment. In the drawing, the front side of the vehicle is indicated by an arrow FR, the right side in the vehicle width direction is indicated by an arrow HR, and the upper side is indicated by an arrow UP.
[0019] A vehicle seat 10 according to this embodiment is used for seating an occupant. The vehicle seat 10 has a seat back disposed on the vehicle rear side of a seat cushion, and is provided with a seat body that can be reclined by tilting the seat back toward the vehicle rear relative to the seat cushion, and can be tilted forward toward the vehicle front. The vehicle seat 10 also has a slide function that moves the seat body in the front-rear direction of the vehicle, and a tumble function that flips up the rear side of the vehicle and stands up. A known configuration can be applied to the configuration of such a vehicle seat 10, and detailed description thereof will be omitted.
[0020] 1, a vehicle seat 10 is provided with a support frame (seat frame) 20 as a frame, and the support frame 20 is attached to a floor surface (vehicle floor) (not shown) in the vehicle cabin to support a seat main body. Note that, in the vehicle seat 10, the front side of an occupant seated on the seat main body is the front side of the vehicle, the right side of the occupant is the right side in the vehicle width direction, and the upper side is the upper side of the vehicle.
[0021] The support frame 20 includes an upper frame 22, a lower frame 24, and legs 26, 28 arranged in pairs in the vehicle width direction. The support frame 20 has the upper frame 22 arranged above the lower frame 24, and the leg 26 arranged below the front side of the lower frame 24 on the right side in the vehicle width direction, and the leg 28 arranged on the left side in the vehicle width direction.
[0022] The upper frame 22 includes a pair of side plates 30L, 30R, and connecting pipes 32F, 32R. The side plates 30L, 30R are each formed in a substantially strip-like shape, with the longitudinal direction being the vehicle front-rear direction, and the side plate 30L being on the left side in the vehicle width direction, and the side plate 30R being on the right side in the vehicle width direction, so that they face each other in the vehicle width direction. The connecting pipe 32R is formed in a rectangular tube shape, and connects the side plate 30L and the side plate 30R at the rear side of the vehicle. The connecting pipe 32F is formed in a long, substantially cylindrical shape (substantially round pipe shape or substantially circular rod shape), and connects the side plate 30L and the side plate 30R at the front side of the vehicle. As a result, the upper frame 22 is formed in a substantially rectangular frame shape when viewed from above.
[0023] A cushion frame (not shown) that constitutes the framework of the seat cushion of the seat body is attached to the upper frame 22. This causes the seat body to be supported by the support frame 20. Note that in the vehicle seat 10, the upper frame 22 is provided on the support frame 20, but the upper frame 22 may be provided on the seat body (the upper frame 22 may form the cushion frame).
[0024] The lower frame 24 includes a left side frame 34L in the vehicle width direction and a right side frame 34R in the vehicle width direction. The side frames 34L, 34R are each formed into a generally rectangular cylindrical shape as a whole, and are disposed parallel to each other with their longitudinal directions aligned with the vehicle front-rear direction.
[0025] A slide mechanism is formed between the pair of side plates 34A of each of the side frames 34L and 34R. The slide mechanism has a general configuration including a guide rail and a slide rail (both not shown) engaged with the guide rail so as to be movable (slidable) relative to the guide rail in the longitudinal direction.
[0026] In the side frames 34L, 34R, a guide rail is attached between a pair of side plates 34A, and a slide rail is engaged with the upper side of the guide rail. In addition, the side plate 30L of the upper frame 22 is attached to the slide rail of the side frame 34L, and the side plate 30R of the upper frame 22 is attached to the slide rail of the side frame 34R (not shown).
[0027] As a result, in the support frame 20, the upper frame 22 is attached to the lower frame 24 so as to be movable relative to the vehicle fore-and-aft direction, and the seat body is supported by the lower frame 24 together with the upper frame 22 so as to be movable in the vehicle fore-and-aft direction.
[0028] The leg 26 is disposed on the right side in the vehicle width direction, and the leg 28 is disposed on the left side in the vehicle width direction. The leg 26 is formed such that the vehicle front sides of the side plates 26A disposed in a pair in the vehicle width direction are connected by the back plate 26B, and the cut surface along the vehicle width direction is formed into a substantially U-shape. The leg 26 is shaped such that the middle part in the longitudinal direction is curved as a whole, one end faces upward, and the other end faces the vehicle front side. In addition, the end part of the leg 26 on the vehicle front side is bent downward.
[0029] As a result, leg portion 26 is formed with ground contact portion 26C at its tip on the front side of the vehicle facing toward the rear side of the vehicle, and ground contact portion 26D is formed from the upper end of ground contact portion 26C facing downward on the rear side of the vehicle.
[0030] The leg portion 28 includes a leg 36 and a leg 38 on the vehicle front side of the leg 36. The leg 36 has a pair of side plates 36A arranged in the vehicle width direction, the front sides of which are connected by a back plate 36B, and the cut surface along the vehicle width direction is formed into a substantially U-shape. Moreover, the leg 36 has a shape in which the middle part in the longitudinal direction as a whole is curved, one end side faces upward and the other end side faces toward the rear of the vehicle.
[0031] The legs 38 are connected at the vehicle front sides of side plates 38A (the left side in the vehicle width direction is not shown in Fig. 1) arranged in a pair in the vehicle width direction by a back plate 38B, and the cut surface along the vehicle width direction is formed into a substantially U-shape. Also, the middle part of the legs 38 in the longitudinal direction as a whole is curved, with one end facing upward and the other end facing the vehicle front.
[0032] Leg portion 28 is integrally formed by inserting leg 36 between a pair of side plates 38A of leg 38 and fixing them. As a result, leg portion 28 is formed with grounding portion 28A facing downward at leg 36, and grounding portion 28B facing downward at leg 38.
[0033] The support frame 20 has a hinge portion 40 (hinge mechanism) as a rotating portion formed on each of the legs 26, 28. Each hinge portion 40 includes a hinge shaft 42 as a support shaft and a torsion coil spring 44 as a biasing member.
[0034] The axial direction of each of the hinge shafts 42 is in the vehicle width direction, and each of the hinge shafts 42 is inserted into a torsion coil spring 44. In the support frame 20, the legs 26, 28 are attached to the vehicle floor such that the axis of the hinge shaft 42 of the leg 26 and the axis of the hinge shaft 42 of the leg 28 overlap.
[0035] In the support frame 20, the grounding portion 26D and the grounding portion 26C of the leg 26, as well as the grounding portion 28A on the leg 36 side and the grounding portion 28B on the leg 38 side of the leg 28 are each in contact with the vehicle floor (both are not shown). In addition, the grounding portions 26C, 26D, 28A, and 28B of the legs 26 and 28 are fastened and fixed to the vehicle floor using bolts and nuts (not shown). At this time, the legs 26 and 28 are fixed to the vehicle floor so that the axes of the hinge shafts 42 of each of the legs overlap.
[0036] In the support frame 20, a side frame 34R of the lower frame 24 is attached to the leg portion 26, and a side frame 34L of the lower frame 24 is attached to the leg portion 28.
[0037] The side frame 34R has a pair of side plates 34A at the front end inserted between a pair of side plates 26A of the legs 26, and a hinge shaft 42 is disposed to pass through the pair of side plates 34A. The side frame 34L has a pair of side plates 34A at the front end inserted between a pair of side plates 36A of the legs 36 at the legs 28, and a hinge shaft 42 is disposed to pass through the pair of side plates 34A.
[0038] For this reason, in the support frame 20, each of the side frames 34L, 34R of the lower frame 24 is supported by the legs 26, 28 and is rotatable around the hinge axis 42, and the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24 are supported by the vehicle floor and are rotatable together around the hinge axis 42.
[0039] This allows the upper frame 22 (seat body) to move forward and backward and stand up in the vehicle seat 10. Figures 2(A) to 2(C) show side views (side views seen from the right in the vehicle width direction) of the main parts of the support frame 20. Note that Figure 2(A) shows the position of the upper frame 22 on the rear side of the vehicle, Figure 2(B) shows the position of the upper frame 22 on the front side of the vehicle, and Figure 2(C) shows the standing position of the upper frame 22.
[0040] 2(A) to 2(C), in the vehicle seat 10, the upper frame 22 of the support frame 20 is moved to a position on the front side of the vehicle and a position on the rear side of the vehicle. Moreover, the vehicle seat 10 is disposed in an upright position by being integrally rotated (tumbled) around the hinge shaft 42 with the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24 of the support frame 20.
[0041] In the hinge portion 40, the hinge shaft 42 is inserted into the torsion coil spring 44, and the torsion coil spring 44 is disposed between the side plates 34A of the side frames 34R, 34L attached to the legs 26, 28. The torsion coil spring 44 biases the lower frame 24 around the hinge shaft 42 toward the upright position relative to the legs 26, 28. This makes it easy to raise the seat body of the vehicle seat 10, and also enables the seat body to rotate toward the normal position against the biasing force of the torsion coil spring 44.
[0042] Meanwhile, various electrical devices may be installed in the vehicle seat 10, and when the electrical devices are installed, electrical wiring is arranged for supplying power to the electrical devices and transmitting and receiving signals for controlling the electrical devices. A buckle 48 constituting a seat belt device (not shown) is arranged as an electrical device in the vehicle seat 10.
[0043] The electrical equipment is not limited to the buckle 48 of the seat belt device, but includes actuators for operating the reclining mechanism and the sliding mechanism (including actuators for operating the lifting mechanism in the case where a lifting mechanism is provided). The electrical equipment includes operation switches for operating each function, and detection sensors for detecting a seated occupant. The electrical equipment includes blower fans for supplying air (cool air) to the feet of the seated occupant, between the cushion pad and the skin, and between the back pad and the skin, and further includes heaters for heating the cushion pad and the back pad. The electrical equipment includes a controller as a control means for controlling the operation of various electrical equipment in the vehicle seat 10. The electrical equipment is not limited to these, and various electrical equipment that operates electrically and can provide required functions to the vehicle seat 10 can be applied.
[0044] The buckle 48 is attached to one side plate 30R of the upper frame 22 in the support frame 20, and the buckle 48 moves integrally with the seat body when the seat body slides and stands up. When an occupant fastens the seat belt (webbing), a tongue plate attached to the seat belt is inserted into the buckle 48. For this reason, a switch or the like for detecting the insertion (fastening) of the tongue plate is disposed in the buckle 48.
[0045] The vehicle seat 10 uses a harness 50 as an electric wiring for electrically connecting the buckle 48 and a control device on the vehicle body side. In the vehicle seat 10, a corrugated tube is used as a protective tube (flexible protective tube), and the harness 50 is housed in the corrugated tube and protected by the corrugated tube.
[0046] In the following, for the sake of simplicity, the harness 50 housed in the corrugated tube will be simply referred to as the harness 50. In addition, in this embodiment, the harness 50 protected by the corrugated tube is used as electrical wiring, but the harness 50 may be electrical wiring such as a cable in which a plurality of electric wires are integrally covered with insulating resin, and the insulating resin is further covered with a protective resin.
[0047] In the vehicle seat 10, the harness 50 is routed in the upper frame 22 toward the front side of the vehicle (leg 26 side), and then routed through the leg 26 (or leg 28) at the front of the upper frame 22 to the vehicle body side.
[0048] 1 and 2(A) to 2(C), a clip 52A having a band for fastening is attached to the lower side of the hinge shaft 42 on the leg 26 of the support frame 20, and a longitudinal middle portion of the harness 50 is fastened to the clip 52A. A connector 54 is attached to the harness 50 on the vehicle body side of the clip 52A, and the harness 50 is connected to a cable (harness) 50A on the vehicle body side via the connector 54.
[0049] In the support frame 20, the position of the hinge shaft 42 with respect to the upper frame 22, which slides in the vehicle longitudinal direction, is below the front part of the upper frame 22. The harness 50 is pulled upward from the clip 52A, rotated around the vehicle rear side of the hinge shaft 42, and then tied to a clip 52B provided with a band for fastening, which is attached to the side plate 30R of the upper frame 22. The clip 52B may be attached to the seat main body side which moves integrally with the upper frame 22.
[0050] The attachment position of clip 52B on side plate 30R of upper frame 22 is a position that is rearward of hinge shaft 42 when upper frame 22 is located at the rear of the vehicle. In addition, the attachment position of clip 52B on side plate 30R is a position that is approximately above hinge shaft 42 when upper frame 22 is located at the front of the vehicle.
[0051] The length of the harness 50 between the clips 52A and 52B is set to a length that allows the harness 50 to obtain a required curved diameter at the vehicle front and vehicle rear positions of the seat main body 12. The length of the harness 50 between the clips 52A and 52B is set to a length that does not protrude to the vehicle front side beyond the upper frame 22 at the vehicle rear position of the upper frame 22. The required curved diameter of the harness 50 is a curved diameter at which the harness 50 and the corrugated tube housing the harness 50 can be curved without load, and a curved diameter determined by the harness 50 and the corrugated tube can be applied.
[0052] Meanwhile, the support frame 20 is provided with a guide assembly 60 on the leg portion 26 through which the harness 50 is routed. The guide assembly 60 is disposed on the support frame 20 on the outer side in the vehicle width direction of the hinge shaft 42 (outer side in the axial direction of the hinge portion 40). The guide assembly 60 includes a damper 62, a cover (damper cover) 64 as a support portion, and a harness guide 66 as a guide member. In the guide assembly 60, the damper 62 is made of metal, and the cover 64 and the harness guide 66 are each made of resin.
[0053] Each of Figures 3(A) and 3(B) shows an exploded perspective view of the guide assembly 60. Also, Figures 4(A) and 4(B) show a perspective view of the harness guide 66, Figure 5 shows a plan view of the harness guide 66, and Figure 6 shows a cross-sectional view of the harness guide 66 taken along line 6-6 in Figure 5.
[0054] 3(A) is a perspective view of the guide assembly 60 seen from the opposite side to the hinge shaft 42, and Fig. 3(B) is a perspective view of the guide assembly 60 seen from the hinge shaft 42 side. Fig. 4(A) is a perspective view of the harness guide 66 seen from the opposite side to the hinge shaft 42, Fig. 4(B) is a perspective view of the harness guide 66 seen from the hinge shaft 42 side, and Fig. 5 is a plan view of the harness guide 66 seen from the hinge shaft 42 side.
[0055] The damper 62 includes a base 68 having a generally cylindrical outer shape and facing the hinge shaft 42 of the hinge portion 40, and a lever portion 70 extending radially outward from the base 68. The base 68 has a protruding portion 68A that is generally circular when viewed in the axial direction at an end portion opposite the hinge shaft 42, and an engagement hole 68B is opened in an end face on the hinge shaft 42 side. The engagement hole 68B is formed so that its axis overlaps with the axis of the base 68 (the axis of the hinge shaft 42), and is opened in a shape that matches the outer diameter shape of the hinge shaft 42. The diameter of the base 68 on the side opposite the lever portion 70 decreases as it moves away from the lever portion 70.
[0056] Furthermore, the lever portion 70 of the damper 62 has a narrow, generally trapezoidal shape (or a generally strip-like shape) when viewed in the axial direction, and a generally semicircular cutout portion 70A is formed at the tip of the lever portion 70. The cutout portion 70A of the lever portion 70 penetrates the base portion 68 in the axial direction of the lever portion 70, and opens radially outward from the base portion 68.
[0057] In the leg 26 to which the guide assembly 60 is attached, the hinge shaft 42 protrudes outward in the vehicle width direction (to the right of the vehicle width) from the side plate 26A of the leg 26. When the guide assembly 60 is attached to the support frame 20, the hinge shaft 42 protruding from the side plate 26A is inserted (fitted) into the locking hole 68B of the damper 62. In addition, the lever portion 70 of the damper 62 faces the side plate 34A of the side frame 34R, and is fastened and fixed to the side plate 34A by a screw or bolt (not shown) inserted into the notch portion 70A.
[0058] As a result, the base portion 68 of the damper 62 is attached to the hinge shaft 42 to cover the hinge shaft 42, and the lever portion 70 is attached to the side frame 34R. Furthermore, by attaching the lever portion 70 to the side frame 34R (side plate 34A) of the lower frame 24, the rotation of the damper 62 around the hinge shaft 42 relative to the side frame 34R is restricted, and the damper 62 rotates around the hinge shaft 42 integrally with the side frame 34R.
[0059] The cover 64 includes a guide mounting part 72 having a substantially cylindrical shape with a bottom as a support part, and a cover plate 74 protruding in a substantially sector shape radially outward from one axial side (the damper 62 side) of the guide mounting part 72. The guide mounting part 72 has an opening 72A that opens the hollow interior toward the damper 62 side, and the guide mounting part 72 is more easily elastically deformed on the opening 72A side (the damper 62 side) than on the opposite side to the opening 72A.
[0060] Furthermore, a plurality of ribs 72B are formed on the inner surface of the guide mounting portion 72 to narrow the inner diameter in accordance with the outer diameter shape of the base portion 68 of the damper 62. The ribs 72B are formed at required intervals in the circumferential direction of the inner surface of the guide mounting portion 72, and the protruding height gradually increases with increasing distance from the opening 72A (narrowing the effective inner diameter of the guide mounting portion 72).
[0061] Therefore, when the base 68 of the damper 62 is inserted through the opening 72A, the rib 72B comes into contact with the outer peripheral surface of the base 68, enabling the cover 64 to be held by the base 68 (damper 62). As a result, when the cover 64 is assembled, the damper 62 holds the cover 64 in a state in which the base 68 is covered by the guide attachment portion 72 of the cover 64.
[0062] The cover plate 74 of the cover 64 is formed in a generally sector shape centered on the axis of the guide mounting portion 72 when viewed in the axial direction of the hinge shaft 42 (guide mounting portion 72), and the peripheral edge is folded back towards the damper 62. Also, a rib 74A protruding radially inward and a rib 74B extending in the circumferential direction are formed on the inner surface of the cover plate 74. As a result, an accommodation portion 74C is formed within the cover plate 74, into which the lever portion 70 of the damper 62 is fitted and accommodated.
[0063] The cover 64 has the base 68 of the damper 62 inserted into the opening 72A of the guide attachment portion 72, whereby the lever portion 70 is accommodated within the cover plate 74. As a result, the cover plate 74 of the cover 64 is disposed between the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24 on the vehicle rear side of the hinge shaft 42, and the cover plate 74 covers the lever portion 70 of the damper 62. Furthermore, the ribs 74A, 74B within the cover plate 74 abut against the lever portion 70 within the accommodation portion 74C, so that the cover 64 is restricted from rotating relative to the damper 62 and is allowed to rotate around the hinge shaft 42 together with the damper 62.
[0064] The guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64 has a locking hole 82 formed on the outer periphery as a locking means and a protrusion 84 formed as a positioning means, and in the cover 64, the locking hole 82 and the protrusion 84 are used to attach the harness guide 66. The locking hole 82 is formed on the hinge shaft 42 side (damper 62 side) from the protrusion 84. A plurality of locking holes 82 are formed in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the guide mounting portion 72, and each of the locking holes 82 has a substantially rectangular shape and is formed penetrating the outer periphery of the guide mounting portion 72. A plurality of protrusions 84 are formed in the circumferential direction on the outer periphery of the guide mounting portion 72, and each of the protrusions 84 has a substantially rectangular block shape and protrudes radially outward from the outer periphery of the guide mounting portion 72.
[0065] 3 to 6, the harness guide 66 includes a substantially cylindrical guide body 76 and a guide cover 78 as a restricting portion formed radially outward of the guide body 76. The guide body 76 is formed with an outer cylinder portion 86 and an inner cylinder portion 88 as cylindrical bodies, and the guide body 76 has a double structure in which the axis of the outer cylinder portion 86 and the axis of the inner cylinder portion 88 overlap each other.
[0066] In the guide body 76, the inner diameter of the outer cylinder portion 86 is larger than the outer diameter of the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64, while the inner diameter of the inner cylinder portion 88 is approximately the same. In addition, in the guide body 76, a ring-shaped base plate 90 that connects the outer cylinder portion 86 and the inner cylinder portion 88 is formed at the end opposite to the cover 64.
[0067] In the guide body 76, the height dimension from the base plate 90 to the tip end on the opposite side to the base plate 90, which is the length along the axial direction of the inner cylinder portion 88, is shorter than the height dimension from the base plate 90 to the tip end on the opposite side to the base plate 90, which is the length in the axial direction of the outer cylinder portion 86. As a result, in the guide body 76, the inner cylinder portion 88 is biased toward the opposite side to the cover 64 with respect to the outer cylinder portion 86.
[0068] In the guide body 76, an outer cylinder portion 86 and an inner cylinder portion 88 are formed with a required thickness (thickness dimension), and a base plate 90 is made thicker (thickness dimension is larger) than the thicknesses of the outer cylinder portion 86 and the inner cylinder portion 88. In the harness guide 66, the outer peripheral surface of the outer cylinder portion 86 that houses the inner cylinder portion 88 in the guide body 76 is made into a guide surface 80 that guides the harness 50.
[0069] The guide body 76 has an opening 86A as a first opening that opens to the inner diameter of the outer tube portion 86 on the cover 64 side, and an opening 88A as a second opening that opens to the inner diameter of the inner tube portion 88 on the base plate 90 on the opposite side from the cover 64.
[0070] The inner cylindrical portion 88 of the guide main body 76 has a peripheral wall that is divided into a plurality of parts in the circumferential direction (in this embodiment, divided into three parts as an example), and each of the inner walls 92 formed by the divided peripheral walls constitutes a support surface that closely contacts and supports the outer circumferential surface of the guide attachment portion 72. Also, in the inner cylindrical portion 88, a locking portion 94 is formed between the inner walls 92 adjacent in the circumferential direction.
[0071] Each of the locking portions 94 is formed in a strip shape extending from the base plate 90 toward the opening 86A side (the cover 64 side) along the inner wall 92 of the inner cylindrical portion 88. A claw portion 95 corresponding to the locking hole 82 formed in the guide attachment portion 72 is formed at the tip of each of the locking portions 94, and the claw portion 95 protrudes from the tip of the locking portion 94 radially inward of the inner cylindrical portion 88.
[0072] In the guide assembly 60, the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64 is inserted into the opening 86A of the guide main body 76 of the harness guide 66, and the tip of the inserted guide mounting portion 72 protrudes from the opening 88A, and the guide mounting portion 72 fits into the opening 88A. The harness guide 66 is locked to the cover 64 by the claw portion 95 of the locking portion 94 entering the locking hole 82 of the guide mounting portion 72. As a result, in the guide assembly 60, the harness guide 66 is arranged with the axis of the guide surface 80 (guide main body 76) overlapping the axis of the hinge shaft 42 of the hinge portion 40.
[0073] Each of the locking portions 94 has a rib 96 formed on a surface facing the outer cylinder portion 86, which is radially outward of the inner cylinder portion 88. The rib 96 extends from the base plate 90 in the longitudinal direction of the locking portion 94 (the axial direction of the inner cylinder portion 88) until it reaches the rear side of the claw portion 95, and is formed so as to connect the locking portion 94 to the inner surface of the outer cylinder portion 86. As a result, the locking portion 94 is restricted from swinging in the radial direction of the inner cylinder portion 88 by the outer cylinder portion 86, and the movement of the claw portion 95 of the locking portion 94 in the pull-out direction from the locking hole 82 of the guide attachment portion 72 is restricted.
[0074] Further, in the inner tube portion 88 of the guide main body 76, a notch portion 98 is formed in each of the inner walls 92. The notch portion 98 is formed in the tip portion (the end portion on the cover 64 side) of the inner wall 92 in correspondence with the protrusion portion 84 formed on the guide mounting portion 72. The notch portion 98 is generally rectangular on the substrate 90 side, and is generally triangular (with a rectangular tip portion) with the opening width widening as it moves away from the substrate 90 (toward the cover 64 side), and opens toward the cover 64 side.
[0075] The guide cover 78 of the harness guide 66 is formed in a substantially arc shape having a predetermined angular range centered on the axis of the outer cylinder portion 86 on the radial outside of the outer cylinder portion 86 of the guide body 76. This angular range is set to be the same as the angular range of the cover plate 74 of the cover 64 centered on the axis of the guide mounting portion 72.
[0076] Furthermore, in the harness guide 66, a connection portion 78A for connecting the guide cover 78 to the substrate 90 is formed between the guide cover 78 and the substrate 90. The planar shape (planar shape as viewed in the axial direction) of the connection portion 78A including the guide cover 78 is formed in a substantially fan-like shape similar to the planar shape of the cover plate 74 of the cover 64 as viewed in the axial direction. That is, the guide cover 78 is formed in a shape in which the peripheral portion of the substantially fan-like connection portion 78A extends toward the cover 64, and the guide cover 78 is formed with an inner diameter that allows the harness 50 to be arranged between the guide cover 78 and the guide surface 80 of the guide main body 76, and faces the guide surface 80.
[0077] The harness guide 66 is attached to the cover 64 such that the connection portion 78A overlaps with the cover plate 78 of the cover 64 in the axial direction. This allows the guide assembly 60 to route the harness 50 between the guide surface 80 of the guide body 76 and the guide cover 78.
[0078] At this time, the harness guide 66 has the guide cover 78 disposed on the vehicle rear side of the hinge shaft 42, so that the harness 50 is routed on the vehicle rear side of the hinge shaft 42. As a result, the guide cover 78 restricts the harness 50 from moving radially outwardly of the guide surface 80 (bulging radially outwardly of the guide surface 80). Also, in the guide assembly 60, the cover plate 74 of the cover 64 and the connection portion 78A of the harness guide 66 face each other, so that the cover plate 74 and the connection portion 78A can restrict the axial movement of the harness 50.
[0079] The guide assembly 60 has a cover 64 attached to a damper 62 that is attached across the end of the hinge shaft 42 and the side frame 34R, and a harness guide 66 attached to this cover 64. This allows the harness guide 66 to rotate around the hinge shaft 42 integrally with the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24.
[0080] On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 5, in the harness guide 66, at least one of the angles between the locking portions 94 adjacent in the circumferential direction is set to be different from the other angles. In addition, in the harness guide 66, at least one of the angles between the cutout portions 98 adjacent in the circumferential direction is set to be different from the other angles in accordance with the angle between the locking portions 94. The angle between the locking portions 94 adjacent in the circumferential direction is set to be an angle between the center positions of the locking portions 94 adjacent in the circumferential direction, centered on the axis P of the guide body 76. In addition, the angle between the cutout portions 98 adjacent in the circumferential direction is set to be an angle between the center positions of the cutout portions 98 adjacent in the circumferential direction, centered on the axis P of the guide body 76.
[0081] For example, for three locking portions 94A, 94B, and 94C, the angle between circumferentially adjacent locking portions 94A and 94B is set to α1, the angle between locking portion 94B and locking portion 94C is set to α2, and the angle between locking portion 94C and locking portion 94A is set to α3.
[0082] In the harness guide 66, at least one of the angles α1, α2, and α3 is set to be different from the others. For example, the angles α1, α2, and α3 may be different from each other (α1 ≠ α2, α2 ≠ α3, α3 ≠ α1). Also, the angles α1 and α2 may be equal, and only the angle α3 may be different (α1 = α2 ≠ α3). As such angles α1, α2, and α3, α1 = 115°, α2 = 120°, and α3 = 125°, etc. may be applied.
[0083] In the harness guide 66, the locking portions 94A-94C are formed such that at least one of the angles α1, α2, and α3 is different from the others. As a result, the locking portions 94A-94C of the harness guide 66 are formed such that at least one of the intervals along the circumferential direction of the guide main body 76 between adjacent ones of the locking portions 94A-94C in the circumferential direction of the guide main body 76 is different from the others.
[0084] Also, for example, for the three cutout portions 98A, 98B, and 98C, the angle between circumferentially adjacent cutout portions 98A and 98B is β1, the angle between cutout portions 98B and 98C is β2, and the angle between cutout portions 98C and 98A is β3.
[0085] In the harness guide 66, the angles β1, β2, and β3 can be the same (β1=β2=β3). In addition, in the harness guide 66, at least one of the angles β1, β2, and β3 may be set to be different from the others in accordance with the angles α1, α2, and α3, and the angles β1, β2, and β3 may be different from each other (β1≠β2, β2≠β3, β3≠β1). In addition, the angles β1 and β2 may be equal, and only the angle β3 may be different (β1=β2≠β3). In the harness guide 66, the cutout portions 98A to 98C are formed so that the angles β1, β2, and β3 are different from each other. As such angles β1, β2, and β3, β1=115°, β2=115°, and β3=135°, for example, may be applied.
[0086] The locking holes 82 and protrusions 84 formed in the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64 are formed at positions corresponding to the angles α1-α3 between adjacent locking portions 94 and the angles β1-β3 between adjacent cutout portions 98. That is, when the harness guide 66 is mounted on the cover 64 so that the connection portion 78A overlaps with the cover plate 74, the locking holes 82 are formed in the guide mounting portion 72 so that the locking portions 94A-94C face each other, and the protrusions 84 are formed in the guide mounting portion 72 so that the cutout portions 98A-98C face each other.
[0087] As a result, when the harness guide 66 is positioned and attached to the cover 64 so that the connection portion 78A overlaps the cover plate 74, the protrusions 84 are inserted into the respective cutout portions 98A to 98C, and then the claw portions 95 of the locking portions 94A to 94C are locked into the respective locking holes 82.
[0088] When the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64, inserted into the guide body 76 from the side opposite to the opening 76A, reaches the opening 76A, the inner wall 92 of the harness guide 66 comes into close contact with the outer circumferential surface of the guide mounting portion 72. At this time, the protrusions 84 of the guide body 76 enter the respective cutouts 98A to 98C of the harness guide 66, and the claws 95 of the locking portions 94A to 94C of the harness guide 66 enter and lock into the locking holes 82 of the guide body 76, so that the harness guide 66 is positioned and locked to the cover 64, and is prevented from coming off and from rotating relative to the cover 64. As a result, the harness guide 66 is positioned and attached to the guide mounting portion 72, and is held by the cover 64 so as to be rotatable integrally therewith.
[0089] In the vehicle seat 10 configured as described above, the lower frame 24 of the support frame 20 is fixed to the vehicle floor by legs 26, 28. In addition, in the vehicle seat 10, the upper frame 22 is made slidable in the front-rear direction of the vehicle relative to the lower frame 24 of the support frame 20. As a result, in the vehicle seat 10, the seat body on which an occupant sits can be moved to a position at the rear of the vehicle (see FIG. 2(A)) and a position at the front of the vehicle (see FIG. 2(B)).
[0090] In addition, in the support frame 20 of the vehicle seat 10, the hinge portion 40 formed between the lower frame 24 and the legs 26, 28 allows the lower frame 24 to rotate about the hinge shaft 42 when supporting the support frame 20. As a result, in the vehicle seat 10, the upper frame 22 and the lower frame 24 can rotate together to the upright position (see FIG. 2(C)), and the seat body can be stored. At this time, in the vehicle seat 10, the hinge shaft 42 is held by the metallic damper 62 attached to the lower frame 24 so as to be able to rotate together with the seat body 12, so that the impact around the hinge shaft 42 of the seat body 12 is absorbed in both the normal position and the upright position.
[0091] Meanwhile, a harness 50 is routed in the vehicle seat 10, and the harness 50 is routed from the upper frame 22 through the leg portion 26 to the vehicle floor side. A guide assembly 60 is attached to the leg portion 26 of the support frame 20, and a harness guide 66 is arranged in the guide assembly 60. The harness 50 is routed along a guide surface 80 of the harness guide 66 on the vehicle rear side.
[0092] The guide assembly 60 is composed of a damper 62, a cover 64, and a harness guide 66, and the damper 62 has a lever portion 70 attached to the lower frame 24 of the support frame 20. A cover plate 74 is provided on the cover 64, and the harness guide 66 is attached to the cover 64 such that a guide cover 78 and a connection portion 78A face the cover plate 74. The guide assembly 60 is attached to the support frame 20 such that the guide cover 78 of the harness guide 66 is on the vehicle rear side of the hinge shaft 42, i.e., below the lower frame 24.
[0093] As a result, the harness 50 is routed through a space surrounded by the cover plate 74 of the cover 64, the guide surface 80 of the harness guide 66, the guide cover 78, and the connection portion 78A.
[0094] When the upper frame 22 moves in the front-rear direction and when the support frame 20 rotates, the harness 50 tends to move and change its bend in response to the movement of the upper frame 22, but the harness guide 66 can suppress this movement and displacement of the harness 50. As a result, in the vehicle seat 10, the harness 50 is not exposed to the outside around the support frame 20, and the harness 50 is prevented from being noticed by the occupant or from being caught by it.
[0095] In particular, by rotating the support frame 20 to the upright position, the back side of the support frame 20 is exposed, and the harness 50 becomes easily visible from the diagonally upward rear side of the vehicle. In response to this, the harness guide 66 is provided with a guide cover 78, which is rotated integrally with the support frame 20. For this reason, in the harness guide 66, when the support frame 20 is rotated to the upright position, the guide cover 78 is moved (rotated) diagonally upward rearward with respect to the hinge shaft 42. As a result, even if an occupant looks diagonally downward from behind the upright support frame 20, the guide cover 78 covers the harness 50, so that it is possible to prevent the harness 50 from being perceived as an eyesore by the occupant. In addition, since the harness 50 is covered by the guide cover 78 and does not protrude outward from the guide cover 78, it is possible to prevent the occupant from damaging the harness 50 by being caught by the harness 50, even if the support frame 20 is rotated to the upright position.
[0096] The guide assembly 60 constructed in this manner is attached to the lower frame 24 so that the damper 62 covers the hinge shaft 42, a cover 64 is attached to the damper 62, and a harness guide 66 is attached to the cover 64.
[0097] To attach the harness guide 66 to the cover 64, the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64 is inserted into the opening 86A of the guide body 76 of the harness guide 66, and the tip of the guide mounting portion 72 is caused to protrude from the opening 88A. As a result, the tip of the guide mounting portion 72 is fitted into the opening 88A of the guide body 76, and the inner walls 92 are held in place by surface contact with each other.
[0098] Furthermore, a plurality of locking portions 94 (94A to 94C) are provided in the guide body 76, and when the guide mounting portion 72 is inserted into the guide body 76, the locking portions 94 press the outer peripheral surface of the guide mounting portion 72 radially inward with claw portions 95. At this time, in the guide body 76, the locking portions 94 are prevented from swinging by the ribs 96 and the outer tubular portion 86, and the locking portions 94 are adjacent to each other in the circumferential direction at a predetermined interval. Therefore, when the guide mounting portion 72 is inserted into the guide body 76, the guide mounting portion 72 is partially pressed by each of the locking portions 94, and is elastically deformed so as to expand in diameter between the locking portions 94.
[0099] As a result, each of the locking portions 94 can move relative to the guide mounting portion 72 in the axial direction in response to the insertion of the guide main body 76 into the guide mounting portion 72, so that each of the claw portions 95 of the locking portions 94 can be locked into the locking holes 82 of the guide mounting portion 72.
[0100] Moreover, the locking portions 94 (94A to 94C) are formed such that at least one of them is different from the others in terms of the intervals between them in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the claw portions 95 of the locking portions 94A to 94C are locked to the corresponding locking holes 82 without being locked to locking holes 82 in the wrong positions. As a result, the harness guide 66 is accurately positioned and locked to the guide mounting portion 72 of the cover 64 in the circumferential direction.
[0101] Furthermore, a rib 96 is formed between each of the locking portions 94 and the outer tube portion 86, and each of the locking portions 94 is prevented from swinging in the radial direction by the rib 96 and the outer tube portion 86. Therefore, each of the locking portions 94 prevents the claw portions 95 from coming out of the locking holes 82. This keeps the harness guide 66 locked to the guide attachment portion 72, and prevents the harness guide 66 from coming loose from the guide attachment portion 72.
[0102] Furthermore, the guide body 76 of the harness guide 66 is formed with a plurality of inner walls 92 on the opening 88A side, and each of the inner walls 92 is curved and erected from the periphery of the opening 88A according to the inner diameter of the opening 88A. Therefore, the outer periphery of the guide mounting portion 72 inserted into the guide body 76 is held by the inner walls 92. This effectively holds the harness guide 66 in an engaged state with the guide mounting portion 72.
[0103] Meanwhile, the guide body 76 of the harness guide 66 has a plurality of notches 98 (98A to 98C) formed in an inner wall 92, into which the protrusions 84 of the guide mounting portion 72 fit. At this time, each of the notches 98 is opened toward the guide mounting portion 72 (the opening 86A side), and is formed so that the opening width increases (widens) toward the guide mounting portion 72.
[0104] Therefore, when the guide mounting portion 72 is inserted into the guide main body 76, before the claw portion 95 of the engagement portion 94 reaches the engagement hole 82, each of the protrusions 84 of the guide mounting portion 72 reaches the opening of the cutout portion 98 and moves while abutting against the edge of the cutout portion 98.
[0105] This makes it possible to prevent the guide body 76 from being displaced in the circumferential direction relative to the guide mounting portion 72, and the harness guide 66 can have each of the locking portions 94 smoothly locked into the locking holes 82, facilitating assembly of the harness guide 66 to the cover 64. Moreover, the cutout portions 98 (98A-98C) are formed so that at least one of them is different from the others in terms of the mutual spacing along the circumferential direction in accordance with the locking portions 94A-94C. This makes it possible to effectively prevent the claw portions 95 of the locking portions 94A-94C from being locked into the locking holes 82 at the wrong positions.
[0106] In addition, in the harness guide 66, the protrusions 84 of the guide mounting portion 72 fit into each of the cutouts 98, so that relative movement in the circumferential direction is restricted by the protrusions 84. Furthermore, when a relative load is applied between the cover 64 and the harness guide 66 in the circumferential direction (rotational direction), this load can be received by the inner wall 92 in which the cutouts 98 are formed.
[0107] This prevents the circumferential load of the guide body 76 from being applied to the locking holes 82 at each of the locking portions 94. Therefore, the harness guide 66 is held in a stably state by the cover 64 while preventing the claw portions 95 from coming out of the locking holes 82 and the locking portions 94 from being damaged.
[0108] In the embodiment described above, the damper 62 and the cover 64 are provided on the guide assembly 60 on which the harness guide 66 is provided. However, the cover 64 may also have the function of the damper 62. Also, the support portion may be directly attached to the frame.
[0109] In the present embodiment, at least one of the intervals between the circumferentially adjacent locking portions 94A-94C is different from the other intervals, and at least one of the intervals between the circumferentially adjacent cutout portions 98A-98C is different from the other intervals. However, it is sufficient that at least one of the intervals between the circumferentially adjacent locking portions is different from the other intervals. Also, in the harness guide, at least one of the intervals between the circumferentially adjacent cutout portions may be different from the other intervals.
[0110] Moreover, the functional parts in the present embodiment described above are merely examples, and the functional parts are not limited to the present embodiment as long as they have the required functions in the present embodiment. In the present embodiment, the vehicle seat 10 provided with a slide mechanism and a tumble mechanism is applied, but the vehicle seat may be configured to be provided with a slide mechanism or a tumble mechanism. Furthermore, the harness guide of the present invention is not limited to vehicle seats, and may be provided in a mechanism in which the harness (electrical wiring) is likely to move or be displaced when the harness is routed.
