Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an antiperspirant composition for the scalp. [Background technology]

[0002] Body odor is mainly caused by the metabolism of a mixture of sebum and sweat by resident skin bacteria, resulting in the production of fatty acids, etc. Therefore, in order to suppress armpit odor and foot odor, it has been known to use topical compositions containing bactericidal components that suppress the proliferation of resident skin bacteria, such as triclosan and benzalkonium chloride, or topical compositions containing antiperspirant components that suppress the generation of sweat, such as aluminum chloride.

[0003] In recent years, the number of people who complain of discomfort due to sweat and odor not only from the armpits and feet but also from the head is increasing. It is known that the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, unlike those on other parts of the skin, are mostly composed of Staphylococcus captis, a bacterium of the genus Staphylococcus, and it is believed that this difference in composition is one of the reasons why the odor of the scalp is different from the odor of the skin on other parts of the skin (Non-Patent Document 1). [Prior art documents] [Non-patent literature]

[0004] [Non-Patent Document 1] Research on Head Odor, Journal of Cosmetic Technology, 28(3):295-298, 1994 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] However, research and development of antiperspirant compositions that focus on the characteristics of the scalp has not yet progressed sufficiently.

[0006] The present inventors have conducted intensive studies in light of the current situation, and as a result, have focused on the following problem. Since skin resident bacteria maintain the ecological balance of the skin surface and exert barrier functions, etc., when an external composition containing a bactericidal component is used on the scalp, depending on the type of the bactericidal component, the ecological balance of the skin resident bacteria on the scalp may be disrupted, causing head odor or inhibiting barrier functions, etc., which may lead to skin diseases. In particular, when an external composition containing an antiperspirant component that suppresses sweat generation in addition to a bactericidal component is used on the scalp, depending on the type of each component, an additive bactericidal effect that is higher than the bactericidal effect when the bactericidal component is used alone may be generated on the skin resident bacteria on the scalp, which may significantly disrupt the ecological balance of the skin resident bacteria on the scalp.

[0007] Furthermore, when the topical composition is applied to the scalp, there are concerns that the topical composition may drip onto the face or other areas, causing discomfort, and may affect the hairstyle.

[0008] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above problems, and has an object to provide an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that can suppress sweat generation, reduce the effect on resident skin bacteria on the scalp, and suppress scalp odor.

[0009] Another object of the present invention is to provide an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that suppresses dripping from the head and has good usability. [Means for solving the problem]

In addition, it has been found that the composition has the remarkable effects of suppressing dripping from the head and having good usability, and thus the present invention has been completed.

[0011] That is, the present invention relates to the following inventions: [1] An antiperspirant composition for scalp containing (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and (B) an antiperspirant component. [2] The scalp antiperspirant composition according to [1], wherein the phenol-based bactericidal component is at least one selected from the group consisting of isopropylmethylphenol, triclosan, and trichlorocarbanilide. [3] The scalp antiperspirant composition according to [1] or [2], wherein the quaternary ammonium salt is at least one selected from the group consisting of benzalkonium chloride, benzethonium chloride, cetylpyridinium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, and cetyltrimethylammonium bromide. [5] The antiperspirant composition for scalp according to any one of [1] to [4], further comprising (C) powder. [6] The antiperspirant composition for scalp according to any one of [1] to [5], further comprising (D) a cooling component. [7] The antiperspirant composition for scalp according to any one of [1] to [6], which is used for controlling resident skin bacteria on the scalp. [8] A method for controlling resident skin bacteria on the scalp using (A) at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and (B) an antiperspirant component. Effect of the Invention

[0012] According to the present invention, it is possible to provide an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that can suppress sweat production, easily maintain the balance of resident skin bacteria on the scalp, and suppress scalp odor.

[0013] Furthermore, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that is easy to use by suppressing dripping from the head. [Brief description of the drawings]

The sheet agent may be individually packaged as a one-time use type, or may be packaged in a package of wipe sheet agents for multiple uses so that the wipe sheet agent can be used multiple times. When packaged as a multiple use type, the container is preferably structured so that the lid can be opened and closed each time it is used, and the opening can be closed when not in use. Here, the lid member that makes the opening openable and closable may be a lid member integrally formed with the container, a lid member connected to the container, or a lid member that can be removed from the container. The lid member that can be removed from the container may be, for example, a seal-like member with an adhesive layer that can seal the opening with the adhesive layer each time it is used. In addition, when a seal-like member is used, the adhesive layer does not necessarily have to be present on the surface of the lid member side, and may be present on the surface of the container side (for example, around the opening). The materials for the container and the lid member may be any material well known in the art that has excellent airtightness, including, but not limited to, polyolefin resins such as polyethylene and polypropylene, metals such as aluminum, and laminated films laminated with aluminum foil. From the viewpoint of ease of carrying when going out and easy handling, it is preferable that the container is packaged in a bag-like container made of a laminated film laminated with aluminum foil, with a sealed lid member that allows the opening to be opened and closed each time it is used.

[0084] <Usage> Specific applications of the composition for quasi-drugs or cosmetics include, for example, skin lotions, milky lotions, gels, creams, beauty essences, cosmetics with sunscreen functions, basic scalp cosmetics such as mists, sprays, and wipes; and cleansing cosmetics such as dry shampoos, shampoos, rinses, and treatments.

[0085] <Viscosity> The viscosity (25°C) of the scalp antiperspirant composition of the present invention is not particularly limited as long as the effects of the present invention can be achieved. For example, in the case of a solution, a suspension, a lotion, an aerosol, a mist, or a sheet, the viscosity is preferably in the range of 0.01 to 50,000 mPa·s. Furthermore, the range of 0.1 to 5,000 mPa·s is more preferable, and the range of 1 to 1,000 mPa·s is more preferable. In the case of an emulsion, a gel, or a cream, the viscosity is preferably in the range of 10 to 1,000,000 mPa·s. Furthermore, the range of 1,000 to 500,000 mPa·s is more preferable, and the range of 10,000 to 100,000 mPa·s is more preferable. The viscosity (25°C: mPa·s) is a viscosity measured using a single cylindrical rotational viscometer (Brookfield viscometer) in accordance with the viscosity measurement method described in the general test method of the 17th revised Japanese Pharmacopoeia.

[0086] <Production method> The method for producing the scalp antiperspirant composition of the present invention is not particularly limited, and it can be produced by dissolving, mixing, or dispersing the components (A) to (D) and other components using a conventional method suitable for the dosage form and shape.

[0087] <Application> The present invention is an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that is useful for the scalp, and can be used for controlling resident skin bacteria on the scalp or for suppressing odor on the scalp. The agent used for controlling resident skin bacteria on the scalp is beneficial in that it can suppress the imbalance of resident skin bacteria on the scalp by suppressing the bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus captis, which is a resident skin bacteria on the scalp. Specifically, a scalp resident skin bacteria control agent that uses a specific bactericidal component in combination with an antiperspirant component does not produce a bactericidal effect that exceeds the bactericidal effect of the bactericidal component or antiperspirant component that has a relatively high bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus captis, so it is beneficial in that it can suppress the bactericidal effect on resident skin bacteria on the scalp and suppress the imbalance of resident skin bacteria on the scalp. The bactericidal effect can be confirmed by a test using the diffusion method (perforated plate method) described below. In addition, a combination of a specific bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component is useful for suppressing scalp odor because it can suppress the metabolism of Staphylococcus captis, a normal flora of the scalp. In addition, a combination of a specific bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component is useful for suppressing scalp odor because it can suppress odor for a long time and has a sustained suppression effect, so it is particularly useful for not worrying about odor.

[0088] Furthermore, if the balance of normal skin bacteria on the scalp is disrupted, the health of the scalp will deteriorate, hair loss will be promoted, and normal hair growth may be inhibited. The present invention can suppress the disruption of the balance of normal skin bacteria on the scalp by suppressing the bactericidal effect on Staphylococcus captis, a normal skin bacteria on the scalp. Therefore, the scalp antiperspirant composition of the present invention may be included in hair cosmetics applied to the scalp for hair growth, hair nourishment, hair growth, hair growth promotion, hair loss prevention, thinning hair improvement, fine hair improvement, soft hair improvement, and dandruff prevention or improvement.

[0089] In addition, when the scalp sweats, the hair or hat causes steaming, which not only affects the balance of the normal bacteria on the skin and generates odor, but also easily causes itching and discomfort. The present invention is an antiperspirant composition for the scalp that is useful for the scalp, and is therefore suitable for use, for example, when wearing a hat (especially when worn for a long time), before styling hair in the morning, in close contact with people, before and after exercise, when changing mood, and the like, in addition to use during periods of high temperature and humidity.

[0090] <Method> The present invention includes a method for controlling scalp resident bacteria using at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and an antiperspirant component. The present invention also includes a method for suppressing scalp odor using at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and an antiperspirant component. The present invention also includes a method for suppressing dripping of an antiperspirant composition for scalp using at least one selected from the group consisting of a phenolic bactericidal component, a quaternary ammonium salt, piroctone olamine, glycyrrhetinic acid, and zinc pyrithione, and an antiperspirant component. EXAMPLES

[0091] The present invention will be described in more detail below based on examples, but the present invention is not limited to these examples.

[0092] [Test Example 1. Bactericidal Effect Evaluation Test] In order to evaluate the bactericidal effect of the present invention against resident skin bacteria on the scalp, Staphylococcus captis was prepared as the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, isopropylmethylphenol, benzalkonium chloride, and hinokitiol were prepared as bactericidal ingredients, and aluminum chlorohydrate and zinc paraphenolsulfonate were prepared as antiperspirant ingredients, and a test was performed using the following diffusion method (perforated plate method).

[0093] Staphylococcus captis bacterial liquid about 10 6 The bacteria were spread onto MH agar medium (Mueller-Hinton agar medium, petri dish diameter 9 cm) inoculated with CFU / mL, and a hole with a diameter of 8 mm was opened in the agar medium using a sterilized punch (TOYOBO, biopsy punch 8 mm, stainless steel). Each test sample shown in Table 1 was poured into the hole to fill it (approximately 0.1 g), and cultured at 33°C for 24 hours. After culture, the diameter (mm) of the inhibition zone was measured, and the average value (n=3) was calculated. The results are shown in Table 1.

[0094] [Table 1]

[0095] From the test results shown in Table 1, it was confirmed that, as in Example 1-1, when benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate are used in combination, there is no additive bactericidal effect on scalp resident skin bacteria.Specifically, compared to the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-4, which contains only benzalkonium chloride as a bactericidal component, the size of the inhibition circle in Example 1-1, which uses benzalkonium chloride as a bactericidal component and zinc paraphenolsulfonate as an antiperspirant component in combination, is not enlarged, and it was confirmed that there is no additive bactericidal effect.

[0096] In addition, from the test results shown in Table 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of isopropyl methylphenol and aluminum chlorohydrate as in Example 1-2 does not produce an additive bactericidal effect against the scalp's resident skin bacteria. Specifically, compared to the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-5, which contains the bactericidal component isopropyl methylphenol alone, the size of the inhibition circle in Example 1-2, which uses the bactericidal component isopropyl methylphenol in combination with the antiperspirant component chlorohydroxyaluminum, is not enlarged, and it was confirmed that no additive bactericidal effect is produced.

[0097] In addition, from the test results shown in Table 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of benzalkonium chloride and aluminum chlorohydrate as in Example 1-3 does not produce an additive bactericidal effect against the scalp's resident skin bacteria. Specifically, compared to the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-4, which contains only benzalkonium chloride, a bactericidal component, the size of the inhibition circle in Example 1-3, which uses benzalkonium chloride, a bactericidal component, in combination with aluminum chlorohydrate, an antiperspirant component, is not enlarged, and it was confirmed that no additive bactericidal effect is produced.

[0098] In addition, from the test results shown in Table 1, it was confirmed that, as in Example 1-4, when isopropyl methylphenol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate are used in combination, there is no additive bactericidal effect on the scalp's resident skin bacteria. Specifically, compared to the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-2, which contains only zinc paraphenolsulfonate, the component that formed the inhibition circle, among isopropyl methylphenol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate, the size of the inhibition circle in Example 1-4, which uses isopropyl methylphenol, a bactericidal component, and paraphenolsulfonic acid, an antiperspirant component, in combination, is not enlarged, and it was confirmed that there is no additive bactericidal effect.

[0099] Thus, according to Examples 1-1 to 1-4, no additive bactericidal effect is produced against Staphylococcus captis, a normal skin flora on the scalp, and therefore the ecological balance of normal skin flora on the scalp is less likely to be disrupted and is easier to maintain.

[0100] On the other hand, from the test results shown in Table 1, it was confirmed that, as in Comparative Example 1-7, when hinokitiol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate are used together, an additive bactericidal effect occurs against the resident skin bacteria of the scalp. Specifically, compared with the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-3, which contains only hinokitiol, a bactericidal component, the size of the inhibition circle in Comparative Example 1-7, which uses hinokitiol, a bactericidal component, and zinc paraphenolsulfonate, an antiperspirant component, in combination, is enlarged, and it was confirmed that an additive bactericidal effect occurs.

[0101] In this way, Comparative Example 1-7 produces an additive bactericidal effect against Staphylococcus captis, a normal skin flora on the scalp, and therefore can be said to be likely to disrupt the ecological balance of normal skin flora on the scalp, making it difficult to maintain this balance.

[0102] From the above, it has been confirmed that when a bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component are used in combination, depending on the type of each component, an additive bactericidal effect is produced, which disrupts the ecological balance of resident skin bacteria on the scalp. On the other hand, according to the present invention, since no additive bactericidal effect is produced, it is difficult to disrupt the ecological balance of resident skin bacteria on the scalp and it is easy to maintain this balance.

[0103] [Test Example 2. Evaluation of sebum's inhibition of bacterial metabolism] It is known that triglycerides in sebum are metabolized by skin resident bacteria to generate odor-causing substances. Therefore, in order to evaluate the bacterial metabolism suppression effect of the present invention on scalp resident skin bacteria, triolein is prepared as the triglyceride, which is the main component of sebum, Staphylococcus captis is prepared as scalp resident skin bacteria, isopropylmethylphenol, benzalkonium chloride and hinokitiol are prepared as bactericidal components, and chlorohydroxyaluminum and zinc paraphenolsulfonate are prepared as antiperspirant components, and the following test is carried out.

[0104] Tryptosoy agar medium (Petri dish, diameter 9 cm) with triolein 0.005cc / cm 2 and Staphylococcus capitis at a bacterial count of 6.5 x 10 5 / cm 2 A bacterial solution adjusted to the desired concentration was applied to each dish, and then 0.3 cc of each test sample shown in Table 2 below was applied to each dish. After culturing at 35°C for 3 days, the samples were extracted with ether, and the amount of oleic acid in each extract was quantified using gas chromatography (GC-MS) analysis under the measurement conditions described below. In addition, the amount of oleic acid, which causes scalp odor, increases as triolein is decomposed, so the lower the amount of oleic acid, the more the scalp odor is suppressed.

[0105] <GC-MS Measurement Conditions> · Model: Gas Chromatograph-Mass Spectrometer (GC-MS) manufactured by Agilent Technologies GC: 7890B MS: 5977A Column: HPINNOWAX, 30m, 0.25mm I.D., 0.25μm, manufactured by GL Sciences Carrier gas: He <GC Conditions> Temperature: 80°C ⇒ Temperature increase (20°C / min) ⇒ 260°C (6 minutes) Flow rate: 1 mL / min Injection volume: 1 μL Inlet: 260°C Split ratio: 10:1 Ionization method: Electron Ionization (EI)

[0106] Note: As a blank, except for not applying the bacterial solution and each test sample, the same steps as above were performed to quantify oleic acid. Also, as a control, except for not applying each test sample, the same steps as above were performed to quantify oleic acid.

[0107] The value obtained by subtracting the blank quantification value from the quantification values of each example, each comparative example, and the control was taken as the true oleic acid amount of each example, each comparative example, and the control. Taking the true oleic acid amount of the control as 100, the oleic acid amounts of each example and each comparative example were determined, and the results are shown in Figure 1.

[0108]

Table 2

[0109] From the test results shown in Figure 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in Example 2-1 can suppress the decomposition amount of triolein caused by scalp resident skin bacteria.Specifically, the amount of oleic acid in Example 2-1, which uses benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in combination, is significantly reduced compared to the amount of oleic acid in control, so it was confirmed that the decomposition amount of triolein caused by scalp resident skin bacteria can be suppressed.

[0110] From the results of the bacterial metabolism inhibition evaluation test in Example 2-1 and the results of the bactericidal effect evaluation test in Example 1-1, it was confirmed that the combined use of benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate can suppress sweat generation due to the action of the antiperspirant component, while not producing an additive bactericidal effect, and therefore does not disrupt the ecological balance of the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, and can suppress the amount of triolein decomposed by the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, thereby suppressing scalp odor, and is extremely useful as an antiperspirant composition for the scalp.

[0111] On the other hand, from the test results shown in Fig. 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of hinokitiol and chlorohydroxyaluminum in Comparative Example 2-6 and the combined use of hinokitiol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in Comparative Example 2-7 cannot suppress the decomposition amount of triolein caused by the skin flora of scalp. Specifically, compared to the amount of oleic acid in the control, the amount of oleic acid in Comparative Example 2-6, in which hinokitiol and chlorohydroxyaluminum are used in combination, and in Comparative Example 2-7, in which hinokitiol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate are used in combination, is not reduced, and it was confirmed that the decomposition amount of triolein caused by the skin flora of scalp cannot be suppressed.

[0112] From the results of the bacterial metabolism inhibition evaluation test of Comparative Examples 2-6 in Figure 1 and the results of the bactericidal effect evaluation test of Comparative Examples 1-6 in Table 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of hinokitiol and chlorohydroxyaluminum does not produce an additive bactericidal effect, but cannot suppress the amount of triolein decomposed by scalp resident bacteria, and therefore cannot suppress scalp odor.

[0113] From the results of the bacterial metabolism inhibition evaluation test of Comparative Examples 2-7 in Figure 1 and the results of the bactericidal effect evaluation test of Comparative Examples 1-7 in Table 1, it was confirmed that the combined use of hinokitiol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate produces an additive bactericidal effect, which is likely to disrupt the ecological balance of the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, and cannot suppress the amount of triolein decomposition by the resident skin bacteria on the scalp, and therefore cannot suppress scalp odor.

[0114] From the above, it has been confirmed that when bactericidal component and antiperspirant component are used together, depending on the type of each component, additive bactericidal effect occurs, the ecological balance of the skin flora on scalp is destroyed, and the odor of scalp cannot be suppressed. On the other hand, by using a specific bactericidal component and antiperspirant component together as in the present invention, it is possible to suppress sweat generation and not produce additive bactericidal effect, so that it is difficult to destroy the ecological balance of the skin flora on scalp, and it is easy to maintain it, and it is possible to suppress the decomposition amount of triolein by the skin flora on scalp, so that it is possible to suppress the odor of scalp.

[0115] [Test Example 3. Evaluation of sebum's inhibition of bacterial metabolism] The use of different types of bactericidal components in combination is important from the viewpoint of, for example, exerting a bactericidal effect suitable for various skin conditions such as the amount of sebum present on the skin. Therefore, in order to evaluate the bacterial metabolism inhibitory effect of the present invention when multiple bactericidal components are included, as shown in Table 3, test samples containing a bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component, and test samples in which different types of bactericidal components were further added to the test samples were prepared, and the following tests were performed.

[0116] Tryptosoy agar medium (Petri dish, diameter 9 cm) with triolein 0.005cc / cm 2 and Staphylococcus capitis at a bacterial count of 6.5 x 10 5 / cm 2 The bacterial solution was then applied to each petri dish at 0.3 cc of each test sample shown in Table 3, and the petri dish was incubated at 35°C for 3 days, after which the samples were extracted with ether and the amount of oleic acid in each extract was quantified using gas chromatography (GC-MS). The measurement conditions for gas chromatography (GC-MS) were the same as those in Test Example 2.

[0117] The amount of oleic acid quantified in Comparative Example 3-1 was set at 100 (standard), and the amounts of oleic acid in Examples 3-1 and 3-2 were determined, and the results are shown in FIG.

[0118] [Table 3]

[0119] From the test results shown in Figure 2, it was confirmed that the combination of benzalkonium chloride, isopropyl methylphenol, and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in Example 3-2 can suppress the amount of triolein decomposed by the scalp's resident skin bacteria to the same extent as the combination of benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in Example 3-1. Specifically, for example, since there are bactericidal components such as hinokitiol that cannot suppress bacterial metabolism and conversely promote bacterial metabolism (see Comparative Example 2-3 in Test Example 2), depending on the type of bactericidal component to be combined, the effect of inhibiting bacterial metabolism may be impaired, but it was confirmed that the effect of inhibiting bacterial metabolism is not impaired by the combination of benzalkonium chloride as a bactericidal component, zinc paraphenolsulfonate as an antiperspirant component, and isopropyl methylphenol as a bactericidal component as in Example 3-2.

[0120] From the above, it was confirmed that the combination of benzalkonium chloride, isopropyl methylphenol, and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in Example 3-2 can suppress the amount of triolein decomposed by resident skin bacteria on the scalp, thereby suppressing scalp odor. It was also confirmed that the use of different types of bactericidal components can exert a bactericidal effect suitable for various skin conditions, such as the amount of sebum present on the skin.

[0121] [Test Example 4. Usability evaluation test of the formulation] In order to evaluate the utility of the present invention, the following tests were carried out. A commercially available artificial leather (Idemitsu Technofine, Sapler PBZ13001) measuring 2 cm x 15 cm was coated with 15 μL of jojoba oil (Nikko Chemicals, NIKKOL Jojoba Oil S) and placed approximately vertically, and 5 μL of each formulation example shown in Table 4 was dripped onto it, and the length of drip (cm) after 15 seconds was measured. The results are shown in Table 4. The amounts in the following examples and comparative examples are w / w%.

[0122] [Table 4]

[0123] From the test results shown in Table 4, it was confirmed that, as in Example 4-1 and Example 4-2, the preparation containing benzalkonium chloride and chlorohydroxyaluminum or zinc paraphenolsulfonate can unexpectedly improve sagging.Specifically, the sagging length in Example 4-1, which uses benzalkonium chloride and chlorohydroxyaluminum in combination, and in Example 4-2, which uses benzalkonium chloride and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in combination, is reduced compared to Comparative Example 4-1, Comparative Example 4-2 and Comparative Example 4-3, which are each component alone, so there is no discomfort and it is confirmed that the usability on the scalp is good.

[0124] In addition, from the test results shown in Table 4, it was confirmed that, as in Example 4-3 and Example 4-4, the preparation containing isopropylmethylphenol and chlorohydroxyaluminum or zinc paraphenolsulfonate can unexpectedly improve sagging.Specifically, the sagging length in Example 4-3, which uses isopropylmethylphenol and chlorohydroxyaluminum in combination, and in Example 4-4, which uses isopropylmethylphenol and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in combination, is reduced compared to Comparative Example 4-1, Comparative Example 4-2 and Comparative Example 4-4, which are each component alone, so there is no discomfort and it is confirmed that the usability on the scalp is good.

[0125] Furthermore, from the test results shown in Table 4, it was confirmed that, as in Examples 4-5 and 4-6, preparations containing glycyrrhetinic acid and chlorohydroxyaluminum or zinc paraphenolsulfonate can unexpectedly improve sagging. Specifically, the sagging length in Example 4-5, which uses glycyrrhetinic acid and chlorohydroxyaluminum in combination, and in Example 4-6, which uses glycyrrhetinic acid and zinc paraphenolsulfonate in combination, is reduced compared to Comparative Examples 4-1, 4-2, and 4-5, which use each component alone, so there is no discomfort and it is confirmed that the usability on the scalp is good.

[0126] [Test Example 5. Evaluation of the usability and usability of the formulation] In order to evaluate the usability and usability of the present invention, the same usability evaluation test as in Test Example 4 above (evaluation of the length of drooping of the formulation) and the following usability evaluation test were carried out for each formulation example shown in Table 5. For the evaluation of usability, each formulation example was filled into a general trigger-type spray bottle (spray volume 0.3mL to 0.5mL) that can spray mist, and five expert panelists sprayed one push of each onto the scalp from a distance of 5cm from the scalp, and rated on a 10-point scale from 1 to 10 for three items: "non-sticky scalp," "refreshing scalp," and "quick-drying sensation." A higher number indicates a higher evaluation. The average score of the evaluation results of the five panelists was calculated and evaluated according to the following criteria. The results are shown in Table 5. The blend amounts in the following examples and comparative examples are w / w %. [Evaluation Criteria] ◎: 7 points or more ○: 5 points or more and less than 7 points △: 3.5 points or more and less than 5 points ×: Less than 3.5 points

[0127] [Table 5]

[0128] From the test results shown in Table 5, it was confirmed that, as in Example 5-1, a preparation containing benzalkonium chloride and aluminum chlorohydrate, further containing corn starch powder and l-menthol as a refreshing ingredient, can not only improve the sagging condition but also provide a particularly excellent feeling of use. Also, as in Example 5-2, a preparation containing zinc paraphenolsulfonate and isopropylmethylphenol, further containing talc powder and l-menthol as a refreshing ingredient, can not only improve the sagging condition but also provide a particularly excellent feeling of use. On the other hand, it was confirmed that Comparative Example 5-1, which is different from Example 5-1 only in that it does not contain aluminum chlorohydrate, is inferior to Example 5-1 in both sagging length and feeling of use.

[0129] As described above, according to the present invention, which uses a specific bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component in combination, sweat generation is suppressed, and the balance of the ecosystem of the skin flora on the scalp is not easily disturbed, so that the odor of the scalp can be suppressed. That is, in addition to the odor of sweat on the scalp, the odor of the scalp, such as the oxidized odor caused by the mixture of sweat and sebum, and the fatty acid odor discharged by the decomposition of sebum or the metabolism by the skin flora, can be comprehensively suppressed. In addition, it was confirmed that the composition had the remarkable effect of providing good usability on the scalp. Furthermore, it has been confirmed that in the present invention in which a specific bactericidal component and an antiperspirant component are used in combination, the incorporation of a powder or a cooling component further provides a remarkable effect of providing a good feeling when used.
