Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a pedestal for plumbing equipment and a method for fixing the pedestal for plumbing equipment, specifically to a pedestal for plumbing equipment such as a valve for a plastic or metal pipe, a joint for a plastic or metal pipe, or a T-shaped pipe for mounting a fire hydrant, an air valve, etc., and a method for fixing the pedestal for the plumbing equipment. [Background technology]

[0002] Conventionally, among piping devices of this type, soft seal gate valves for plastic pipes, joints for connecting plastic pipes, T-pipes and the like have heavy valve and joint bodies compared to plastic pipes such as polyethylene pipes. Therefore, in order to prevent the valves and joints from sinking and to ensure that they are level, when installing the valves and joints on the ground, a concrete base plate may be provided on the ground and the valves and joints may be placed on top of it.

[0003] In addition to this concrete bottom plate, there are also examples where the bottom plate is formed integrally with the valve and joints. Also, a method of attaching the valve, etc. to a base is also possible, but the installation and removal work is extremely difficult, and moreover, a method for reliably fixing it to the base has not yet been proposed.

[0004] In addition, as valves and bases disclosed in patent publications, for example, the valves described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 have been proposed.

[0005] In Patent Document 1, the valve is fixed by directly attaching bolts to the concrete floor surface, while in Patent Document 2, the valve is directly attached to the top surface of a support base made of a nonmetallic material with bolts made of a nonmetallic material or the like. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0006] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 6-69541 [Patent Document 2] Japanese Patent Application Publication No. 10-2438 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0007] However, if the valve is installed directly on the concrete base plate, the valve and the concrete base plate are not fixed together. If the concrete base plate sinks and tilts or distorts due to a slope or soft ground, the foundation will become unstable and the installed valve will tilt and wobble, making it difficult to ensure levelness.

[0008] In addition, thrust loads will push the valve and piping horizontally relative to the flow path axis, causing the valve and fittings placed on the concrete base plate to rattle. Furthermore, moment loads will cause a twisting force to occur between the valve and the connected piping, which may cause the valve to shift from the concrete base plate or even tip over.

[0009] Furthermore, when the valve and base are integrally formed, not only are two different valve bodies required, one with a base and one without, but they must be produced by casting, which creates problems such as a thick base and difficulty in casting the sealing surface that comes into contact with the valve body.

[0010] In addition, the valve in Patent Document 1 is mounted on the top surface of a stand that is already installed on the concrete floor, and when the support for fixing the valve body to the stand is fixed directly from below the stand with bolts and nuts, the work of fixing the support in the specified position is troublesome.

[0011] Furthermore, in the valve described in Patent Document 2, when the support base is attached to the valve body, it is attached directly from below the support base with bolts, so that the attachment work of the support base is not easy.

[0012] None of the supports or support bases described in Patent Documents 1 and 2 take into consideration ease of installation, and are not capable of accommodating valves or fittings with different diameters, sizes, etc.

[0013] The present invention has been developed to solve the above problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a plumbing device base and a method for fixing a plumbing device base which can stably fix a plumbing device, is easy to assemble and remove, and can be used for a wide variety of plumbing devices having valves, joints, etc., with different sizes. [Means for solving the problem]

[0014] In order to achieve the above object, the invention according to claim 1 is a base for plumbing devices comprising a base body for preventing subsidence and having a support surface which supports a load and comes into contact with the ground or the like, a plumbing device to be placed on the base body, and a holding mechanism for fixing the base body and the plumbing device, in which the plumbing device placed on the base body is held and fixed from the outside of the plumbing device by the holding mechanism.

[0015] The invention according to claim 2 relates to a base for plumbing devices, the holding mechanism of which includes support rods attached to the base body in an upright state on both sides of the plumbing device, fastening members which fasten and hold the plumbing device from its upper outer periphery, and connecting parts which connect and fix both ends of the fastening members to upper parts of the support rods.

[0016] The invention according to claim 3 is a base for plumbing devices, the base body being formed by press working, the base body being provided with step surfaces formed on both sides intersecting the longitudinal direction on which the plumbing device is placed, a long hole formed along the longitudinal direction on the step surfaces and enabling an adjustment of the fastening position, a locking protrusion formed on the placing surface of the base body for preventing displacement, and a positioning mark for adjusting the center position on which the plumbing device is placed.

[0017] The invention according to claim 4 is a base for plumbing equipment in which an upper male thread portion and a lower male thread portion are formed at least on the upper and lower parts of a support rod, the support rod is placed on the underside of a long hole in a base body, and a flanged nut that prevents rotation by the long hole is connected and fixed to the lower male thread portion of the support rod, so that the support rod is erected on the base body, and both ends of a fastening member having a curved, flat fastening surface are connected and fixed to the upper male thread portion of the support rod by the nut.

[0018] The invention according to claim 5 is a base for a plumbing device in which a stopper member is disposed on the support rod, and the base body and the plumbing device are fastened and fixed by the fastening force of a nut screwed onto the support rod with the support rod passing through mounting holes formed in the seating surfaces at both ends of the fastening member.

[0019] The invention according to claim 6 provides a plumbing device base, wherein the stopper member is a stopper pipe formed to a predetermined length so as to surround the outer periphery of the support rod.

[0020] The invention according to claim 7 provides a plumbing equipment base, wherein the stopper member is a positioning nut screwed onto the support rod at a predetermined height position.

[0021] The invention according to claim 8 is a base for plumbing equipment, the plumbing equipment being a soft seal gate valve, other valves or joints, or a T-pipe.

[0022] The invention according to claim 9 is a method for fixing a base for a plumbing device, comprising the steps of: arranging a flanged nut at a position corresponding to a long hole in a base body; then, placing the plumbing device on the mounting surface of the base body while aligning its leg; connecting the flanged nut arranged on the lower surface of the base body with the lower male thread portion of the support rod; and then, with the upper outer periphery of the plumbing device brought into surface contact with the fastening surface of the fastening member, fastening and fixing both ends of the fastening member with the upper male thread portion of the support rod and nuts, thereby fixing the plumbing device to the base body. Effect of the Invention

[0023] According to the invention of claim 1, the base body for preventing subsidence is provided with a wide support surface that supports the load and comes into contact with the ground, for example, the base body has a wide surface area that comes into contact with the ground, so that when the base body is placed directly on the ground, the base body can distribute the weight of the plumbing equipment and distribute the surface pressure applied to the soil, preventing the base and the plumbing equipment from subsiding and making it easier to ensure the levelness of the valve. Therefore, plumbing equipment such as a pedestal valve or a pedestal T-pipe can be installed directly on the soil without laying a concrete bottom plate on the soil beforehand. In addition, the legs on valves and other components are almost the same height, and because the base is thin, even when a valve is placed on the base itself, the height does not change much, so there is no need to excavate the installation location or adjust the height of the piping.

[0024] Furthermore, since the plumbing device is fixed to the base body by the holding mechanism in an immovable state, even if a thrust load or radial load acts on the fixed plumbing device, the reaction force can be received by the load-bearing surface, and the plumbing device can be fixed and held to the base in a stable state without moving.

[0025] Moreover, since the plumbing device placed on the base body is fixed from the outside by the holding mechanism, the workability is remarkably good, the work of attaching the plumbing device to the base body is extremely easy, and even after the plumbing device is installed, the base and the plumbing device can be easily separated. Therefore, the utility value of the plumbing device with a base can be remarkably increased.

[0026] According to the invention as defined in claim 2, the fastening members are connected and fixed to the upper parts of the support rods erected on both sides of the plumbing device. Therefore, when the plumbing device is fixed, the placement position and fastening state can be checked from the upper outer periphery, and there is no risk of assembly defects occurring.

[0027] In addition, when the plumbing device is fastened with the fastening member, an excessive load is not applied to the contact surface between the plumbing device and the fastening member, so there is no risk of damaging the painted surface of the plumbing device. Moreover, the plumbing device can be fixed to the base in a stable position without being displaced.

[0028] According to the invention of claim 3, step surfaces are formed on both sides of the base body intersecting the longitudinal direction in which the plumbing device is placed, for example by pressing, and long holes are formed in the step surfaces along the longitudinal direction, so that the fixing position of the holding mechanism can be adjusted by the long holes. Therefore, the fastening position of the fastening member can be easily adjusted, and one type of base can be used for many kinds of plumbing devices with different diameters, sizes, etc.

[0029] In addition, by press working, locking projections and alignment marks for preventing misalignment can be formed with high precision at any position on the mounting surface of the base body, the precision of alignment for adjusting the center positions of the plumbing device and the base body can be improved, and the plumbing device can be fixed to the base with its horizontal position precisely adjusted. After fixing, the locking projections can prevent the plumbing device from being misaligned at its mounting position.

[0030] According to the invention of claim 4, since the support rod is formed with an upper male threaded portion and a lower male threaded portion, it can be easily attached to and detached from the base body. Since the lower male threaded portion of the support rod is screwed into a flanged nut placed in a long hole on the stepped surface of the base body to connect and fix the support rod, the support rod is erected on the base body. Since the flanged nut is engaged with the long hole to prevent rotation and the support rod can be moved in a state where it is prevented from coming off, the position where both ends of the tightening member are connected and fixed with the upper male threaded portion of the support rod and a hexagonal nut, etc. can be easily adjusted, and piping devices of different types and sizes can be held. Furthermore, since the plumbing device is clamped and fixed by the curved, flat clamping surface of the clamping member, the clamping surface of the clamping member can be brought into close contact with the curved surface of the plumbing device in accordance with its shape, thereby enabling the plumbing device to be clamped and held with high precision.

[0031] According to the invention of claim 5, since the stopper member is disposed on the support rod, when the support rod is passed through the mounting holes formed in the seating surfaces at both ends of the fastening member and fastened by the nut screwed onto the support rod, the seating surfaces at both ends of the fastening member abut the upper ends of the stopper member, and the fastening member is fastened by the fastening force of the nut with the amount of fastening adjusted, so that the base body and the plumbing device can be fastened and fixed with a predetermined amount of fastening, and the slippage of the plumbing device after fastening can be reliably prevented. In addition, the loosening of the nut can be prevented, and the elastic force of the fastening member can be used to reliably generate surface pressure during fastening, so that the plumbing device can be stabilized in its fastened and fixed state.

[0032] According to the invention as defined in claim 6, the fastening member can be fastened and fixed in place with the amount of fastening adjusted via the stopper pipe adjusted to an appropriate length. Therefore, by simply cutting an inexpensive stopper pipe made of the same material, it is possible to accommodate plumbing devices of various types and sizes. In addition, the stopper pipe is inserted so as to cover the threads, which prevents hands from being cut by the threads during work and also covers the threads of the support rod, resulting in an excellent appearance.

[0033] According to the invention of claim 7, the tightening member can be fastened and fixed with an appropriate tightening amount, since the tightening amount can be adjusted via the positioning nut screwed at a predetermined height. Also, since the positioning nut can be easily adjusted, fine adjustment is easy.

[0034] According to the invention of claim 8, the valve can be easily attached to a soft seal gate valve, other valves, fittings, or T-pipes. For example, in the case of a soft seal gate valve, it is not necessary to integrally cast the base onto the valve body, and a separate base can be easily retrofitted at low cost, thereby significantly increasing the utility value of the piping equipment.

[0035] According to the invention as defined in claim 9, the plumbing device placed on the base can be fixed to the base body by the fastening members from the upper outer periphery of the plumbing device, and there is no need to fasten the plumbing device from below the base. This facilitates the installation of the base and improves workability, and also makes it easy to remove the plumbing device (valves, joints, etc.) from the base even after the plumbing device has been installed at the site.

[0036] In addition, with the outer periphery of the plumbing device in surface contact with the fastening surface of the fastening member, both ends of the fastening member are fastened and fixed with the upper male thread part of the support rod and a hexagonal nut or the like to fix the plumbing device to the base body, so that the base can be attached to the plumbing device in a stable position without the plumbing device being displaced and there is no risk of damaging the painted surface of the plumbing device.

[0037] In addition, since the flanged nut is engaged with the long hole to prevent rotation and removal, the fastening position of the fastening member can be adjusted while moving the support rod, so that different plumbing devices can be securely held. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0039] BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE DISCLOSURE An embodiment of a plumbing device base and a method for fixing a plumbing device base according to the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings.

[0040] The plumbing device base of the present invention is a base to be attached to a plumbing device, and the plumbing device may be, for example, a valve for a plastic pipe or a metal pipe, a joint for a plastic pipe or a metal pipe, or a T-shaped pipe to be attached to a fire hydrant, an air valve, or the like, but is not limited thereto.

[0041] First Embodiment 1, 5, 6 and 7 are diagrams showing an example of a soft seal gate valve with a pedestal. Below, an embodiment in which a plumbing device base of the present invention is applied to a soft seal gate valve will be described. As shown in FIG. 1, a separate seat is attached to the soft seal gate valve 20 to form a soft seal gate valve with a seat.

[0042] The plumbing device base of this example comprises a base body 1 for preventing sinking and having a support surface for supporting a load, a plumbing device 20 to be placed on the base body 1, and a holding mechanism 2 for fixing the base body 1 and the plumbing device 20, and is configured so that the plumbing device 20 placed on the base body 1 is fixed immobile from the outside of the plumbing device 20 by the holding mechanism 2.

[0043] <Retention mechanism> The holding mechanism 2 in this example is composed of support rods 9 attached to the base body 1 in an upright state on both sides of the plumbing device 20, fastening members 11 that fasten and hold the plumbing device 20 from the upper outer periphery, and connecting parts 16 that connect and fix both ends of the fastening members 11 to the upper part of the support rods 9.

[0044] <Base body> Fig. 8 shows a base body according to one embodiment of the present invention. The base body 1 of this example is made of a thin steel plate having a substantially rectangular shape and is formed into a predetermined shape by press working. As such, it is a thin metal plate and is extremely lightweight, and can be easily manufactured into any shape at low cost by press working. Note that the base body may be manufactured from a resin material formed by a 3D printer or the like, other than casting, so long as it is thin plate-shaped.

[0045] In addition, the surface of the base body 1 is coated with an anticorrosive coating and has insulating properties, thereby preventing corrosion, rust, electrolytic corrosion, etc. In this example, cathodic electrodeposition coating is applied to provide insulating properties.

[0046] The base body 1 has a support surface for supporting a load. The support surface is a surface capable of receiving the load of a plumbing device such as a valve, and has a certain area sufficient to distribute the load. In this example, the bottom surface of the pedestal body has a flat surface that comes into contact with the ground, and the surface of the pedestal that comes into contact with the ground has a certain area such that the pedestal body 1 with the plumbing device fixed thereto does not sink when laid on the ground. For this reason, the plumbing device with the pedestal is configured so that it can be laid directly on the soil without providing a concrete bottom plate.

[0047] The upper surface of the base body 1 has a mounting surface 3 on which the plumbing device 20 can be placed, and the surface on which the plumbing device is placed on the base body 1 is provided widely so that the plumbing device is placed on the base body 1 in a stable position and the gravity of the plumbing device is evenly distributed.

[0048] <Stepped surface> The base body 1 has step surfaces 4 formed by pressing at both sides intersecting the longitudinal direction in which the plumbing equipment is placed, and these are provided vertically higher than the horizontal plane of the placement surface 3. Furthermore, a roughly elliptical long hole 5 is formed in the longitudinal direction of the step surface 4. Two long holes 5 are formed in each step surface, and the upper and lower and left and right step surfaces 4 and long holes 5 are formed in symmetrical positions in the base body 1. By using the inner long hole 5 and the outer long hole 5 as appropriate according to the type and size of the plumbing fixture, it is possible to accommodate different sizes.

[0049] As shown in Figures 9(a) and 10, the underside of the step surface 4 forms a space 8 having a certain amount of space, and this space can accommodate a flanged nut 10 as shown in Figure 2(a).

[0050] <Long hole> As shown in FIG. 10(b), the width of the long hole 5 formed in the step surface 4 is formed to match the two-face width of the flanged nut 10, and the flanged nut 10 arranged in the space 8 is provided so that a support rod (cut bolt) 9, which will be described later, can be erected thereon. The long hole 5 of the base body 1 is provided so as to engage with the two-face width of the side portion 10c of the flanged nut 10, and when fixing the support rod 9, there is no need to insert a tool from below the base body to tighten the nut; it can be assembled from above, and it is also easy to remove, making it easy to attach and detach at the site where the piping has been installed.

[0051] 10(a), the long holes 5 are formed in the longitudinal direction, and when the support rod 9 is fixed to the flanged nut 10, the support rod 9 is prevented from rotating by the step surface 4 and is prevented from falling out, so that the support rod 9 is allowed to stand upright and move freely in the longitudinal direction. The longitudinal length and number of the long holes 5 can be set according to the embodiment.

[0052] <Latching protrusion> The mounting surface 3 of the base body 1 on which the plumbing devices are mounted is provided with a plurality of locking projections 6 formed by press working for positioning the plumbing devices and preventing them from shifting out of position.

[0053] The locking projections 6 are disposed at positions corresponding to the legs of various valve bodies shown by two-dot chain lines in Fig. 8, and as shown in Fig. 9(b), the locking projections 6 are provided to have a certain height so that the legs can abut. In this example, the locking projections 6 are provided by a half punch in a positional relationship so that the ends or sides of the legs of the valve body can abut against them. The number and positions of the locking projections 6 can be set as desired to suit the embodiment.

[0054] In this example, locking protrusions 6 are provided at predetermined positions in order to accommodate multiple types of valves. Therefore, even with one type of base body, the mounting positions for multiple types of valves can be determined by the locking protrusions 6, and the valves can be positioned in appropriate positions.

[0055] Furthermore, after the valve is placed on the base body or fixed to the base body, the locking projection 6 also functions to prevent displacement. If the valve is displaced from the centrally positioned mounting position, the legs of the valve come into contact with the locking projection 6 to prevent displacement. For example, the locking projection 6 arranged on the side of the legs of the valve comes into contact to prevent the valve body from displacing.

[0056] In this embodiment, the positioning is achieved by the protrusion, but the positioning may be achieved by a recess, a step, a multi-step inclined portion, a cone-shaped inclination, markings, or the like.

[0057] <Landmark> As shown in FIG. 8, alignment marks 7 for adjusting the center position of the plumbing device to be placed are provided on the top, bottom, left and right side surfaces of the base body 1, and are configured to be used for centering the plumbing device 20 and the base body 1 when the plumbing device 20 is placed on the placement surface 3 of the base body 1. In this example, the mark 7 is provided by a notch, but is not limited to this and may be provided by a protrusion, marking, or the like.

[0058] <Flange nut> The flanged nut (flanged nut) 10 of this example shown in Figure 2(b) has a female thread 10a, a flange portion 10b, and a side portion 10c, and as shown in Figure 2(a), the flanged nut 10 is placed in the space 8 on the underside of the step surface 4 of the base body, and during assembly, the lower male thread portion 9b of the support rod 9 is connected and fixed to the flanged nut 10 directly below the long hole 5. In this example, a flanged nut is used, but a flanged nut such as a T-slot nut can also be used.

[0059] <Support rod> The support rod 9 is a long rod having threads on the upper and lower parts, forming an upper male thread portion 9a and a lower male thread portion 9b. During assembly, the lower male threaded portion 9b of the support rod 9 is screwed into the female threaded portion 10a of the flanged nut 10 arranged in the space 8 on the underside of the step surface 4 to connect and fix the rod, whereby the long hole 5 and the flange portion 10b of the flanged nut 10 engage with each other to prevent the support rod 9 from rotating relative to the step surface 4 and to stand upright on the base body 1 so that the support rod 9 can move freely horizontally without coming loose.

[0060] During assembly, a hexagonal nut 16 is screwed onto the upper male thread portion 9a of the support rod 9 in order to fix a fastening member 11 (described later), thereby forming the holding mechanism 2. Furthermore, since the support rod 9 is provided so as to be freely movable in the horizontal direction, the fastening position of the fastening member 11 can be adjusted, and it is also possible to accommodate a wide variety of valves and joints of different sizes.

[0061] In this example, the support rod 9 is provided by a cut bolt, but it may also be provided by a long screw, full thread, double thread, long bolt, stud bolt, etc., and can be appropriately selected according to the embodiment.

[0062] <Fastening parts> The fastening member 11 shown in FIG. 12 is made of a thin-walled metal having elasticity, and has a fastening portion 12 of a specified length with a curved, flat fastening surface, and extensions 13 with a flared shape at both ends. This extension 13 has a seat 14 with a fixed flat portion, and the seat 14 is provided with an attachment hole 15 for attachment to the support rod 9. When the seat surfaces 14 at both ends of the fastening member 11 are fixed by connecting parts (nuts or the like) 16 to the support rods 9 attached to the base body 1 in an upright state on both sides of the plumbing device 20, the plumbing device 20 is held in a surface contact state by the fastening parts 12 due to this elastic force, so that the plumbing device 20 can be fastened and fixed to the base body 1.

[0063] The fastening portion 12 is formed into a curved surface having a substantially arcuate shape in a curved plane, and is provided with a predetermined curvature so that the fastening surface on the inner periphery side can be engaged with a curved surface, bent portion, stepped portion, flange portion, or the like of a plumbing device.

[0064] In this example, the gate valve 20 is fastened and fixed to the base body 1 in a surface-to-surface contact state while the inner fastening surface of the fastening portion 12 of the fastening member 11 engages with the constricted curved portion 22 of the valve box 21 of the gate valve 20 and contacts the curved surface of the curved portion 22 of the plumbing device. Therefore, the contact area does not become a point contact and the fastening force is not concentrated in one area, so there is no risk of damaging the painted surface of the plumbing device. In addition, since the fastening surface wraps around the plumbing device while being fixed in close contact with it, the plumbing device placed on the base body does not rattle when fastened and held, and maintains a stable posture.

[0065] In addition, when the fastening member 11 is used for fastening, the fastening surface of the curved fastening portion 12 comes into contact with the curved surface of the plumbing device and the extension portion 13 is bent while being fastened, so that excessive fastening of the plumbing device is prevented.

[0066] Furthermore, when the fastening member 11 is fixed to the support rod 9, it is fastened by a hexagonal nut 16 via a flat washer, and the holding mechanism 2 is configured so that the operation of fixing the plumbing device to the base can be performed from the upper outer periphery of the plumbing device 20.

[0067] The length and curvature of the fastening portion 12 can be set in accordance with the embodiment so that the plumbing device 20 can be fixed to the base body 1 with one type of fastening member 11 even for different plumbing devices.

[0068] In this embodiment, the fastening member 11 is made of metal, but is not limited thereto as long as it can perform the desired function, and may be made of, for example, a carbon plate having elasticity or reinforced resin. The material can be selected according to the embodiment, taking into consideration durability, holding ability, fastening force, cost, etc. Furthermore, the shape of the fastening member 11 is not limited to this example, but may be a flat shape, a U-shape, or the like.

[0069] In this way, the parts that make up the retention mechanism, such as the cut bolts, flange nuts, flat washers, and hex nuts, are commonly available materials. The structure is simple and takes into consideration ease of assembly.

[0070] Next, as an example of a method for fixing a plumbing equipment base, a method for fixing a soft seal gate valve to a base will be described, although it should be noted that this is merely an example and the present invention is not limited to this.

[0071] Process 1 A flanged nut 10 is placed at a position corresponding to the long hole 5 of the base body 1, and then the base body 1 is placed on the flanged nut 10 as shown in FIG. 2(a). At this time, the flanged nut 10 previously placed in the space 8 on the underside of the step surface 4 of the base body 1 is adjusted so as to be placed directly below the long hole 5 .

[0072] Incidentally, the flanged nut 10 may be temporarily attached in advance at a position corresponding to the long hole 5 by providing a sponge, a rubber mat, or the like in the space 8 on the underside of the stepped surface 4 . Alternatively, the flanged nut 10 may be positioned and temporarily placed in advance using a jig, and the base body 1 may be placed on the jig.

[0073] 11(a) is a perspective view showing an example of a jig body 30 of a temporary placement jig, showing a state in which a flanged nut 10 is temporarily placed. A first recess 32 for positioning the flanged nut 10 is provided in a protruding portion 31 of the plate-shaped jig body 30. A second recess 33 is formed below the first recess 32, and is provided so that a support rod (cut bolt) 9 can be passed through the flanged nut 10. The jig body 30 is provided with a protrusion as a mark 34 for positioning the base. As shown in FIG. 11(b), by placing the plumbing equipment base 1 on the jig body 30 to which the flanged nut 10, which has been temporarily placed and positioned, is temporarily attached, the flanged nut 10 can be easily placed at a position corresponding to the long hole 5 of the base body 1.

[0074] Process 2 3, the valve 20 is placed on the mounting surface 3 of the base body 1 while aligning the legs 23 of the valve 20 with the locking projections 6 of the base body 1. Next, the central positions of the plumbing device 20 and the base body 1 are adjusted using the alignment marks 7 on the side surfaces of the base body 1 as a reference, and fine adjustment is made so that the center of the valve 20 is aligned with the center of the base body 1.

[0075] Process 3 4, the lower male thread 9b of the support rod 9 is screwed into the female thread 10a of the flanged nut 10 that has been placed beforehand on the underside of the stepped surface 4 of the base body 1, and the flanged nut 10 and the support rod 9 are connected and fixed, so that the support rod 9 is erected on the base body 1. In this example, the flanged nuts 10 and the support rod 9 placed in the four long holes 5 are connected and assembled, respectively.

[0076] In addition, when the lower male threaded portion 9b of the support rod 9 is screwed into the female threaded portion 10a of the flanged nut 10 to connect and fix them, the long hole 5 and the flange portion 10b of the flanged nut 10 engage with each other, connecting the support rod 9 to the step surface 4 in a non-slip state, and the long hole 5 and the side portion 10b of the flanged nut 10 engage with each other, fixing the support rod 9 in a non-rotating state. The support rod 9 is connected and fixed in a loosely fitted state so as to be movable along the longitudinal direction of the long hole 5 of the step surface 4, and the support rod 9 is erected on the base body 1 so as to be movable horizontally.

[0077] Process 4 The fastening members 11 are temporarily attached to the support rods 9 by passing the fastening members 11 through mounting holes 15 formed in the seating surfaces 14 of the extensions 13 at both ends of the fastening members 11 through a pair of support rods 9 straddling the plumbing fixture 20. Next, the position at which the fastening surface of the fastening portion 12 of the fastening members 11 and the locking portion of the plumbing fixture 20 engage in the temporarily attached state is adjusted. In this example, the fastening position is adjusted so that the fastening member 11 engages with the recessed curved portion (locking portion) 22 of the valve body 21 of the gate valve 20.

[0078] After adjusting the fastening position, the plumbing device 20 is fixed to the base body 1 by fastening the fastening surface of the fastening member 11 from the upper outer periphery of the plumbing device 20 with the upper male threaded portion 9a of the support rod 9 and the hexagonal nut 16 to fasten the plumbing device 20 to the base body 1. When fastening, the fastening surface of the curved fastening portion 12 is brought into contact with the curved surface of the plumbing device, and the fastening surface comes into close contact with the plumbing device in a surface-to-surface contact state. In addition, the extension portion 13 that is not in contact with the plumbing device is deformed while flexing. Therefore, the plumbing device is not over-fastened.

[0079] When fastening, the fastening members 11 are fastened alternately to the left and right while checking the torque and the fastening state of the fastening members 11. When the valve is fixed to the base body 1 without any rattling, the assembly is completed.

[0080] In this manner, the retaining mechanism 2 immobilizes the plumbing device 20 placed on the base body 1 from the outside of the plumbing device.

[0081] The plumbing device base and the plumbing device base fixing method having the above-mentioned configuration have the following effects.

[0082] The base body 1 having the above-mentioned structure is extremely lightweight since it is made of a thin steel plate. Furthermore, compared with a cast base, the manufacturing cost is low and it can be easily manufactured into a desired shape by pressing.

[0083] Since the base body 1 is a thin plate, it is possible to increase the area of the support surface that supports the load without increasing the weight, and for example, the area of the surface that comes into contact with the ground (the bottom surface of the base) can be increased, and since the base body 1 can distribute the weight of the plumbing equipment and distribute the surface pressure applied to the soil, it is possible to prevent the base and the plumbing equipment from sinking, and it is easy to ensure the levelness of the valve. Therefore, it is possible to lay plumbing equipment such as a pedestal valve or a pedestal T-pipe directly on the soil without laying a concrete bottom plate on the soil beforehand. In addition, the legs of the valves, etc. are almost the same height, and even if a valve is placed on the base body 1, the height does not change much even after the piping equipment is placed on it because the base is thin, so there is no need to excavate the installation location and adjust the height of the piping to be connected.

[0084] In addition, since the base body 1 is in the form of a thin plate, the supporting surface for the plumbing device placed on the base body 1 can be made large, and the area of the surface supporting thrust loads and radial loads can be made large. When stress is generated in the plumbing device such as a valve or pipe, the supporting surface receives a reaction force, absorbing the stress related to the plumbing device fixed to the base body 1, and the plumbing device can be fixed and held immobile without moving or tilting.

[0085] In addition, since the mounting area of the base body 1 is wide, there is no need to worry about the legs of the valve slipping off the mounting surface of the base body 1, and if the valve is fixed to a separate base in advance as a pedestal valve, it is possible to prevent the load from concentrating on the legs of the valve during shipping or transportation, which could cause the bottom of the cardboard to fall out.

[0086] Moreover, the plumbing device base of this embodiment is fixed from the outside of the plumbing device placed on the base body 1 by the holding mechanism 2, and therefore the workability is extremely good. Unlike the conventional fixing method in which the base is fixed from below, the work of attaching the plumbing device to the base body 1 in this example is extremely easy. In addition, since the fastening members 11 attached to the upper parts of the support rods (cut bolts) 9 erected on both sides of the plumbing equipment are fixed with connecting parts (nuts, etc.), the plumbing equipment can be fixed while checking the placement position and fastening state from the upper outer periphery, and there is no risk of assembly defects.

[0087] Furthermore, even after the plumbing device has been installed, the base body 1 and the plumbing device can be easily separated. This makes it possible to significantly increase the useful value of the plumbing device with a pedestal.

[0088] In addition, since the fastening members 11 fasten and fix the plumbing device in a surface-to-surface contact state, the contacting portions do not form point contact but the fastening surfaces on the inside of the fastening parts 12 come into contact and the contacting surfaces of the plumbing device form surface-to-surface contact. Therefore, even when the plumbing device is fastened, the surface pressure is not concentrated at one point to damage the painted surface of the plumbing device, and there is no risk of electrolytic corrosion due to peeling of the painted surface. Moreover, the plumbing device can be fixed to the base body 1 in a stable position without being displaced.

[0089] The fastening member 11 has a fastening portion 12 with a predetermined curvature, so that the fastening surface of the fastening member 11 can be fitted to a fastening object (fastening portion) such as a curved portion, a stepped portion or a flange portion of the plumbing device and fastened in a surface-to-surface contact state, and furthermore, since the fastening member 11 can be fastened to rounded surfaces with different curvatures, the fastening member 1 is fixed in close contact with the plumbing device, so that the plumbing device can be fixed and held on the base body 1 in a stable position without shifting even when various types of plumbing devices have different sizes, calibers, etc.

[0090] Furthermore, when the plumbing device is fastened and fixed by the fastening member 11, the extension portion 13 is bent while the fastening surface of the fastening portion 12 is brought into contact with the curved surface of the plumbing device, so that the plumbing device can be securely fixed while preventing excessive fastening of the plumbing device, and the plumbing device can be stably fixed without damaging the painted surface of the plumbing device.

[0091] In addition, when fixing using U-bolts as in the past, it was necessary to prepare multiple types of U-bolts to suit different heights and widths, but with this example, this is not necessary. That is, the length and curvature of the fastening portion 12 are preset so as to be compatible with a wide variety of products, so that one type of fastening member 11 can be used, which is extremely convenient.

[0092] The plumbing device base of this embodiment is constructed so that the position at which the plumbing device is fastened and fixed using the holding mechanism 2 can be freely adjusted. A long hole 5 is formed in the step surface 4 of the base body 1, a flanged nut 10 is placed in the space 8 on the underside of this step surface 4, and the lower male threaded portion 9b of the support rod 9 is screwed into the female threaded portion 10a of the flanged nut 10 positioned directly below the long hole 5 to connect and fix the rod 9. Thus, the long hole 5 and the flange portion 10b of the flanged nut 10 engage with each other to connect the support rod 9 to the step surface 4 in a non-slip state, and the long hole 5 and the side portion 10b of the flanged nut 10 engage with each other to fix the support rod 9 in a non-rotating state.

[0093] Furthermore, the support rod 9 is secured to the base body 1 in a loosely fitted state so as to be freely movable horizontally along the longitudinal direction of the long hole 5 of the step surface 4, and the fixing position of the fastening member 11 attached to the support rod 9 can be freely adjusted. The holding mechanism 2 is freely adjustable, and one type of plumbing equipment base can be used to handle a wide variety of plumbing equipment having different diameters, sizes, etc.

[0094] The width of the long hole 5 formed in the step surface 4 of the base body 1 is set so as to engage with the two-face width of the side portion 10c of the flanged nut 10. Therefore, when fixing the support rod 9, there is no need to tighten the nut from below, and it can be assembled from above, making it easy to attach and detach, and easy to remove on site, improving workability.

[0095] Furthermore, since the support rod 9 is formed with an upper male thread portion 9a and a lower male thread portion 9b, the holding mechanism 2 can be assembled from above the base body 1, making it easy to attach and detach the holding mechanism 2 to and from the base body 1. The fastening member 11 is attached to the support rod 9, which is fixed in an upright state to the base body 1 so as to be able to fit loosely while being prevented from rotating and coming off, through mounting holes 15 at both ends, and the seating surfaces 14 at both ends are connected and fixed with the upper male thread portion 9a of the support rod 9 and nuts 16, so that the plumbing equipment can be fastened and fixed from the outside, making the work extremely easy.

[0096] Moreover, since the base body 1 is made of steel plate to reduce weight, and the multiple locking projections 6 can be easily formed at any desired position by pressing, the multiple locking projections 6 formed on the mounting surface 3 of the base body can position the plumbing equipment and prevent it from shifting after fixing. The locking projections 6 for positioning and preventing misalignment are formed by pressing, and therefore can be adjusted more finely than in the case of casting, improving the positioning accuracy and enabling the plumbing equipment placed on the mounting surface to be arranged and assembled in a stable posture.

[0097] Moreover, since a mark 7 is formed on the side surface of the base body 1, the center of the base body 1 can be aligned with the center of a plumbing device 20 such as a valve, and the plumbing device can be fixed to the base body 1 while ensuring the horizontal position of the valve body and pipe connections.

[0098] The plumbing fixture base 1 of this embodiment can be easily attached to plumbing fixtures such as valves for plastic or metal pipes, joints for plastic or metal pipes, or T-pipes for mounting fire hydrants, air valves, etc., and can increase the utility value of various plumbing fixtures. For example, in the case of soft seal gate valves, the pedestal does not need to be cast as a single unit and can be easily attached later, so there is no need to stock two types of valves, one with a pedestal and one without, and valve bodies can be standardized. In addition, soft seal gate valves with pedestals can be laid directly in the soil.

[0099] Furthermore, when this plumbing device base 1 is used to attach the base to a plumbing device, the plumbing device placed on the base body 1 can be fixed from above by the fastening member 11. In the conventional method of fixing the base, nuts were fastened from below the base, which made the work difficult and involved the risk of the valve falling over. However, with the method of the present invention, the piping equipment placed on the base can be assembled while being checked from above, making the installation of the base easier and significantly improving workability.

[0100] Because the nuts can be tightened from above, the tightening state and the position and direction of the valve can be checked during assembly. This prevents improper fastening of the fastening parts and tilting or twisting of the fixing members. Since assembly errors are unlikely to occur when fixing the valve and the piping equipment does not rattle, the piping equipment can be used safely at the installation site even after the base is assembled.

[0101] Moreover, even after the piping equipment is installed on-site, it is easy to remove the piping equipment (valves, joints, etc.) from the base body. This makes inspection and replacement of the piping equipment easier and improves the workability of maintenance, thereby increasing the value of the piping equipment with a pedestal.

[0102] <Second embodiment> Next, a second embodiment of the present invention will be described. The same parts as those in the first embodiment will be denoted by the same reference numerals and detailed description will be omitted.

[0103] In the second embodiment of the present invention, a stopper member is added to the first embodiment. As shown in Fig. 13, in this example in which the second embodiment is applied to a soft seal gate valve, a stopper member 37 is disposed on the support rod 9, and the base body 1 and the plumbing device 20 are fastened and fixed by the fastening force of a nut 16 screwed onto the support rod 9 with the support rod 9 passing through mounting holes 15 formed in the seating surfaces 14 at both ends of the fastening member 11.

[0104] Fig. 14 is an explanatory diagram showing the state before fastening. Fig. 15 is an explanatory diagram showing the state after fastening. The dashed and dotted line indicates the outer diameter of the fastening portion (locking portion 22) fastened and fixed by the fastening member 11.

[0105] The stopper member 37 in this example is made of a cylindrical stopper pipe made of durable resin (e.g., HIVP) and is provided so as to surround the outer periphery of the support rod 9. It can be adjusted by cutting to a predetermined length, and is inserted so as to surround the outer periphery of the support rod 9 in order to make it possible to adjust the amount of fastening of the fastening member (fastening metal fitting) 11 constituting the holding mechanism 2 when the fastening member 11 is fastened with the hexagonal nut 16.

[0106] With the stopper member 37 inserted, the fastening member 11 attached to the upper male thread portion 9a of the support rod 9 is fastened by the hexagonal nut 16 via the flat washer 17, whereby the bottom surface of the seat 14 of the fastening member 11 abuts against the upper end of the stopper member 37, adjusting the amount of fastening of the fastening member 11, and the curved fastening portion 12 of the fastening member 11 comes into close contact with the engaging portion 22 of the plumbing device 20, so that the plumbing device 20 is fastened and fixed to the base body 1 with an appropriate surface pressure being generated via the elastic force of the fastening member 11. In addition, since the amount of fastening of the fastening member 11 is adjusted via the stopper member 37, a sufficient fixing force for fixing the plumbing device 20 to the base body 1 is exerted by the elastic force of the fastening member 11 without application of an excessive load.

[0107] 15, after fastening, the hexagonal nut 16 receives a reaction force from the upper end of the fastening member 11 and the stopper member 37, increasing the fastening force between the female thread of the hexagonal nut 16 and the upper male thread portion 9a of the support rod 9, preventing loosening of the hexagonal nut 16. Therefore, after fastening and fixing, there is no risk of the nut naturally loosening due to backlash or the like in the screwed state between the male thread and the female thread.

[0108] In addition, after tightening, the support rod 9 is pulled up, and the flange nut 10 connected to the lower male thread portion 9b of the support rod 9 is also pulled up, so that the flange portion 10b of the flange nut 10 is in contact with the step surface 4.

[0109] In this manner, the seat surface 14 of the fastening member 11 abuts against the upper end of the stopper member 37 and is fixed, and the flanged nut 10 is firmly engaged with the step surface 4 without wobbling, so that the fastening member 11 is fixed in a stable position relative to the plumbing device 20.

[0110] After fastening, any vertical displacement of the plumbing device relative to the vertical direction of the pipe axis (the vertical direction of the dot-dash circle shown in FIG. 15) is reliably prevented by the fastening parts 12 of the saddle-shaped fastening member 11 acting as a resilient force in the vertical direction to hold down the fastened parts.

[0111] The extensions 13 of the fastening members 11 are fixed in an almost horizontal state and are adapted to press the fastened portion near the center, so that a resilient force acts horizontally on the fastened portion, reliably preventing the plumbing device from shifting left and right relative to the horizontal direction of the pipe axis (left and right direction of the dot-dash circle shown in FIG. 15). This extensions 13 apply a horizontal elastic force to press the fastened portion, thereby reliably preventing the plumbing device from shifting left and right relative to the horizontal direction of the pipe axis (left and right direction of the dot-dash circle shown in FIG. 15).

[0112] Furthermore, the stopper member 37 has a certain thickness, and when inserted so as to surround the outer periphery of the support rod 9, it is possible to prevent the support rod 9 from tilting or rattling, and to maintain the upright position.

[0113] The outer diameter of the stopper member 37 is set to be larger than the width across flats of the elongated hole 5 and smaller than the seat surface 14 of the fastening member 11. Therefore, when the stopper member 37 is inserted into the support rod 9, the lower end of the stopper member 37 abuts against the stepped surface 4. Furthermore, even when the stopper member 37 is inserted, the support rod 9 connected and fixed to the flanged nut 10 can be moved, and tilting or rattling of the support rod 9 is suppressed, so that the accuracy of alignment with the opposing support rod 9 can be improved when making fine adjustments before fastening.

[0114] The stopper member 37 is provided so that when the upper end of the stopper member 37 abuts against the seating surface 14 of the fastening member 11 , the outer diameter of the stopper member 37 does not protrude from the seating surface 14 of the fastening member 11 . Even if the stopper member 37 shifts after fastening due to, for example, a collision between the stopper member 37 and an external member, the lower end of the stopper member 37 can maintain abutment with the step surface 4, and the upper end of the stopper member 37 can maintain abutment with the seat surface 14 of the fastening member 11.

[0115] The stopper member 37 surrounds the outer periphery of the support rod 9, and in the support rod 9 made of a cut bolt, it covers the threads that are not involved in fastening and fixing, preventing the worker from cutting his / her hands during fastening work, and also provides a good appearance since the threads are not exposed.

[0116] In addition, a protective cap 38 is placed on the tip of the upper end of the support rod 9 to protect the threads at the upper end and prevent mud and the like from getting into the threads.

[0117] In this embodiment, the stopper member 37 is made height adjustable by cutting the stopper pipe, but an extendable mechanism may be provided in the stopper member 37 to allow free adjustment.

[0118] The means for adjusting the amount of tightening may be configured so that the bottom surface of seat 14 of tightening member 11 abuts against a step portion of a shoulder bolt.

[0119] Next, a fixing method according to the second embodiment will be described. In the fixing method according to the second embodiment, it is only necessary to insert a stopper member 37 onto the outer periphery of the support rod 9 before fixing the fastening member (fastening metal fitting) 11. Note that, although the description will be given based on an example in which the jig body 30 is used, the present invention is not limited to this.

[0120] In the fixing method of the second embodiment, after the above-mentioned step 3, a stopper member 37 is inserted to surround the outer periphery of the support rod 9 in an upright state, which has been positioned in advance on the base body 1 placed on the jig body 30. With the stopper member 37 inserted, the support rod 9 is prevented from wobbling, and the position can be adjusted relative to the opposing support rod 9 while maintaining the upright posture.

[0121] After adjusting the position of the support rod 9, the support rod 9 is passed through the mounting hole 15 of the fastening member 11 with the stopper member 37 disposed on the outer periphery of the support rod 9, and the fastening member 11 is temporarily attached to fine-adjust the fastening position of the plumbing equipment.

[0122] 14, in the pre-fastening state where the fastening member 11 is inserted into the support rod 9 through the mounting hole 15 of the seat 14, the extension 13 is spaced apart from the stopper member 37 due to the springiness (resilience) of the fastening member 11, and assumes a wing-like shape. The inner diameter of the fastening surface of the fastening member 11 is set to be larger than the outer diameter of the circle (fastening portion) indicated by the dashed dotted line.

[0123] With the stopper member 37 inserted into this support rod 9, the seating surfaces 14 at both ends of the fastening member 11 are screwed onto the support rod 9 with the hexagonal nuts 16 interposed between the plain washers 17 to fasten the fastening member 11. At this time, the fastening surface of the fastening portion 12 of the fastening member 11 comes into close contact with the fastening portion (locking portion 22) of the plumbing device 20 so as to be wrapped around it, and the fastening is performed with the hexagonal nuts 16 until the bottom of the seating surfaces 14 of the fastening member 11 abuts against the upper end of the stopper member 37.

[0124] When the bottom of the seat 14 of the fastening member 11 comes into contact with the upper end of the stopper member 37, the amount of fastening of the fastening member 11 is regulated. Since the hexagonal nut 16 is fastened until it bottoms out, an appropriate fastening force can be applied and the nut is prevented from loosening.

[0125] Furthermore, when the support rod 9 is tightened, it is pulled up, and the flange nut 10 connected to the lower male thread portion 9b of the support rod 9 is also pulled up, so that the flange portion 10b of the flange nut 10 comes into contact with the step surface 4.

[0126] As shown in FIG. 15, after the fastening member 11 is fastened, the bottom of the seating surface of the fastening member 11 abuts against the upper end of the stopper member 37, and the lower end of the stopper member 37 abuts against the step surface 4 of the base body 1, and is fixed by the fastening force of the hexagonal nut 16. Furthermore, the flange portion 10b of the flange nut 10 connected to the support rod 9 is engaged with the bottom of the stepped surface 4, and the side portion 10c of the flange nut 10 is held in engagement with the long hole 5.

[0127] In addition, the extension 13 of the fastening member 11 is fastened and fixed substantially horizontally. The height of the stopper member 37 is adjusted in advance so that the extension 13 of the fastening member 11 is horizontal when fastened and fixed, so that the fastening member 11 can easily maintain a stable fastened state without being subjected to excessive load.

[0128] In addition, the amount of tightening of the fastening member 11 is adjusted via the stopper member 37, and the bottom of the seat 14 of the fastening member 11 is fastened and fixed in a state in which the upper end of the stopper member 37 abuts against it. As a result, the elastic force of the fastening member 11 and the reaction force from the upper end of the stopper member 37 are received, and the hexagonal nut 16 screws into the upper male threaded portion 9a of the support rod 9 with an increased fastening force, thereby preventing the hexagonal nut 16 from loosening.

[0129] Therefore, after fastening, there is no risk of the plumbing device 20 being displaced due to a decrease in the fastening surface pressure of the fastening member 11 caused by loosening of the hexagonal nut 16, and the plumbing device 20 can be reliably fastened to the base body 1.

[0130] In addition, after the plumbing device 20 is fixed to the base body 1 via the fastening member 11, the tip of the upper end of the support rod 9 can be covered with a protective cap 38 to protect the threads at the upper end. Since the threads are protected, there is no risk of mud getting into the threads and damaging them, and the work of disassembling the holding mechanism 2 and removing the fastening member 11 can be easily performed.

[0131] Therefore, in the second embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the above-mentioned first embodiment, it is possible to adjust the amount of fastening of the fastening member 11 by the stopper member 37, and at the time of fastening and fixing, the fastening surface pressure can be reliably generated by using the elastic force of the fastening member, so that the fastened and fixed state of the plumbing device can be stabilized. Furthermore, by preventing the hexagonal nut 16 from loosening after fastening, the plumbing device 20 does not move, and the plumbing device 20 can be securely fastened to the base body 1.

[0132] Furthermore, since the fastening member 11 can sufficiently retain its fixing force without being thickened to provide rigidity to the fastening member 11, the fastening member can be made thinner, lighter, and smaller.

[0133] Since the stopper member 37 is inserted into the support rod 9 so as to cover the outer periphery of the support rod 9, the threads of the support rod 9 are protected and the threads are not exposed, resulting in a good appearance.

[0134] Next, another example of the stopper member of the second embodiment will be described. Fig. 16 is a drawing for explaining the fastening state of the other example of the stopper member. In Fig. 16, the stopper member 40 is constituted by a positioning nut screwed to the support rod 9 at a predetermined height position. Here, the "predetermined height position" is a height position that can regulate the fastening amount to generate an appropriate surface pressure when the fastening member 11 is fastened. In the fastening state in which the seat surface 14 of the fastening member 11 abuts against the positioning nut 40 screwed to the support rod 9, the height position is adjusted in advance to a position where the extension portion 13 of the fastening member 11 is horizontal.

[0135] In this example, the positioning nut 40 is arranged to abut against the seat surface 14 of the fastening member 11 so as to be able to regulate the amount of fastening of the fastening member 11, but the threads of the support rod 9 are in an exposed state. Also, as in the above, the fastening is performed with an appropriate amount of fastening via the positioning nut 40, so that at the time of fastening, a fastening surface pressure can be reliably generated by using the elastic force of the fastening member, thereby stabilizing the fastened state of the plumbing device.

[0136] In this way, the means for adjusting the tightening amount may be configured to adjust the tightening amount of the tightening member 11 via fixing means using a double nut. In this case, the height of the positioning nut 40 can be freely adjusted, making fine adjustments easy.

[0137] Although the embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the spirit of the invention described in the claims of the present invention.

[0138] Although the above describes an example in which the invention is applied to a soft seal gate valve, the invention can also be applied to valves other than gate valves (metal sheet gate valves for plastic pipes, globe valves, butterfly valves, diaphragm valves, etc.), joints, T-shaped pipes, etc. Also, the piping equipment base of this example may be attached to a pedestal-integrated valve or pedestal-integrated joint for use. In this case, the surface area on which the valve is placed and the surface area of the base that comes into contact with the ground can be increased by the added base, and stability such as keeping the base horizontal after construction can be achieved.

[0139] The plumbing equipment base may be provided with a hanging portion for transportation or a portion for attaching a jig so as to be capable of being hung, thereby improving workability during transportation and installation.

[0140] Furthermore, the plumbing device and the base body may be fixed by passing a string-like member or a fixing band through the long hole, thereby reinforcing the fixation by the holding mechanism. [Explanation of symbols]
