[0009] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. Figs. 1 to 4 show a state in which a sash frame 1 is held in a skeleton opening 2 by sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3b. As shown in Fig. 1, the sash frame 1 is held in a state in which its position is adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions with respect to the skeleton opening 2 by lower sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3a attached to both the left and right ends of a lower frame 6 and upper sash frame positioning jigs 3b and 3b attached to both the left and right ends of an upper frame 7. The sash frame 1 can be fitted to a skeleton 29 in either an ALC fit or an RC fit, but Figs. 2, 3, and 4 show the case of an ALC fit. Hereinafter, the structure of the sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3b will be described.
[0010] 5 and 6 show a first embodiment of a bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a. The bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a is provided with a vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 and a horizontal position adjustment mechanism 9.
[0011] As shown in Figures 2 and 5(c), the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 has two long vertical plates 10, 11 stacked on the outside and inside of the room and held by a holder 12 in a state that allows relative movement in the longitudinal direction. Of the two plates, the plate 10 on the outside of the room has its lower part bent towards the outside of the room, and the bent part 10a is formed with a horizontal frame locking part 14a that locks into an anchor mounting groove 13 provided on the outer periphery of the bottom frame 6. The upper part of the plate 10 on the outside of the room is bent towards the inside of the room, and the bent part 10b is formed with a female threaded hole into which the vertical adjustment bolt 4a screws. Of the two boards, the board 11 on the indoor side has its lower part bent toward the outside of the room, and a horizontal frame abutment part 16a that abuts against a horizontal side 15 of the frame is attached to the tip of the bent part 11a so as to be rotatable about a left-right axis 17. The board 11 on the indoor side has its upper part bent toward the inside of the room, and the tip of the vertical adjustment bolt 4a abuts against the upper surface of the bent part 11b. By rotating the vertical adjustment bolt 4a of the lower sash positioning jig 3a, the horizontal frame locking part 14a moves vertically based on the horizontal body abutment part 16a, and the position of the sash frame 1 can be adjusted vertically. By tightening the nut 18 after adjustment, the adjustment bolt 4a can be fixed so that it does not rotate.
[0012] As shown in Figures 4 and 5(b), the left-right position adjustment mechanism 9 consists of two long plates 19, 20 stacked on the outside and inside of the room, and held by a holder 12 in a state that allows relative movement in the longitudinal direction. Of the two plates, the plate 19 on the outdoor side has its outer periphery bent toward the outdoor side, and the bent portion 19a is formed with a vertical frame abutment portion 22a that abuts against the outer periphery of the vertical frame 21. The inner periphery of the plate 19 on the outdoor side is bent toward the indoor side, and the bent portion 19b is formed with a female screw hole into which the left-right adjustment bolt 5a screws. Of the two plates, the plate 20 on the indoor side has its outer periphery bent toward the outside of the room, and the bent portion 20a has a vertical frame abutment portion 24a that abuts against the vertical side 23 of the frame. The plate 20 on the indoor side has its inner periphery bent toward the inside of the room, and the tips of the left-right adjustment bolts 5a abut against the inner periphery side surface of the bent portion 20b. By rotating the left-right adjustment bolt 5a of the lower sash positioning jig 3a, the vertical frame abutment part 22a moves left-right based on the vertical body abutment part 24a, and the position of the sash frame 1 can be adjusted left-right. By tightening the nut 18 after adjustment, the adjustment bolt 5a can be fixed so that it does not rotate.
[0013] 7 and 8 show a first embodiment of an upper sash frame positioning jig 3b. Like the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a, the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is provided with a vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 and a horizontal position adjustment mechanism 9.
[0014] As shown in Figures 3 and 7(c), the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 consists of two vertically long plates 10, 11 stacked on the outside and inside of the room and held by a holder 12 in a state that allows relative movement in the longitudinal direction. Of the two plates, the plate 10 on the outside of the room has its upper part bent toward the outside of the room, and the bent part 10a is formed with a horizontal frame locking part 14b that locks into an anchor mounting groove 13 provided on the outer periphery of the upper frame 7. The lower part of the plate 10 on the outside of the room is bent toward the inside of the room, and the bent part 10b is formed with a female threaded hole into which the vertical adjustment bolt 4b screws. Of the two boards, the board on the indoor side 11 has its upper part bent toward the outdoor side, and the bent part 11a is formed with a horizontal frame abutment part 16b that abuts against the horizontal side 15 of the frame. The board 11 on the indoor side has its lower part bent toward the indoor side, and the tips of the vertical adjustment bolts 4b abut against the underside of the bent part 11b. By rotating the vertical adjustment bolt 4b of the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b, the horizontal frame locking portion 14b moves vertically based on the horizontal body abutment portion 16b, thereby vertically adjusting the position of the sash frame 1. By tightening the nut 18 after adjustment, the adjustment bolt 4b can be fixed so that it does not rotate.
[0015] As shown in FIG. 7(b), the left-right position adjustment mechanism 9 has two left-right long plates 19, 20 stacked on the outside and inside of the room and held by a holder 12 in a state that allows relative movement in the longitudinal direction. Of the two plates, the plate 19 on the outdoor side is bent at its outer periphery toward the outdoor side, and the bent portion 19a is formed with a vertical frame abutment portion 22b that abuts against the outer periphery of the vertical frame 21. The inner periphery of the plate 19 on the outdoor side is bent toward the indoor side, and the bent portion 19b is formed with a female screw hole into which the left-right adjustment bolt 5b screws. Of the two plates, the plate 20 on the indoor side has its outer periphery bent toward the outside of the room, and the bent portion 20a is formed with a vertical frame abutment portion 24b that abuts against the vertical side 23 of the frame. The plate 20 on the indoor side has its inner periphery bent toward the inside of the room, and the tips of the left-right adjustment bolts 5b abut against the inner periphery side surface of the bent portion 20b. By rotating the left-right adjustment bolt 5b of the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b, the vertical frame abutment portion 22b moves left-right based on the vertical body abutment portion 24b, thereby making it possible to adjust the position of the sash frame 1 left-right. By tightening the nut 18 after adjustment, the adjustment bolt 5b can be fixed so that it does not rotate.
[0016] Next, a procedure for attaching the sash frame 1 to the frame opening 2 using the above-mentioned lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and upper sash frame positioning jig 3b will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 11-1(a), the sash frame 1 is placed in the frame opening 2 and suspended by the wire 30. Next, as shown in Fig. 11-1(b), the bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a is attached to both the left and right ends of the bottom frame 6. The bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a is attached as shown in Fig. 9, by bringing the horizontal body abutment portion 16a and the horizontal frame locking portion 14a close to each other (the vertical body abutment portion 24a and the vertical frame abutment portion 22a are also brought close to each other), inserting the horizontal body abutment portion 16a and the horizontal frame locking portion 14a from the inside of the room into the gap between the horizontal side 15 of the body and the outer periphery of the bottom frame 6, and locking the horizontal frame locking portion 14a into the anchor mounting groove 13 on the outer periphery side of the bottom frame 6. Next, as shown in FIG. 11-2(c), while checking the level with a laser, the vertical adjustment bolt 4a is operated to adjust the vertical position of the sash frame 1 to some extent relative to the horizontal edge 15 of the frame. Next, as shown in Figure 11-2 (d), while adjusting the in-plane (left-right) and out-of-plane (projection) position of the lower part of the sash frame 1, the left-right adjustment bolt 5a is operated to abut and brace the vertical structure abutment portion 24a against the vertical side 23 of the structure (see Figure 4), thereby fixing the lower part of the sash frame 1 to the structure opening 2. Next, as shown in Fig. 11-3(e), upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is attached to both the left and right ends of upper frame 7. To attach upper sash frame positioning jig 3b, as shown in Fig. 10, with horizontal body abutment portion 16b and horizontal frame locking portion 14b brought close to each other (with vertical body abutment portion 24b and vertical frame abutment portion 22b also brought close to each other), horizontal body abutment portion 16b and horizontal frame locking portion 14b are inserted from the inside of the room into the gap between horizontal side 15 of the body and the outer periphery of upper frame 7, and horizontal frame locking portion 14b is locked into anchor mounting groove 13 on the outer periphery side of upper frame 7. Next, as shown in Figure 11-3(f), after correcting the tilt (out-of-plane) of the sash frame 1 while checking by lowering it, the vertical adjustment bolts 4b of the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b are operated to abut and brace the horizontal frame abutment part 16b against the horizontal side 15 of the frame, as shown in Figure 11-3(f). At this time, if necessary, the vertical adjustment bolts 4a of the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a are also operated to readjust the height level of the sash frame 1. Next, as shown in Figure 11-4(g), while adjusting the in-plane position (left-right direction) of the upper part of the sash frame 1, the left-right adjustment bolt 5b of the upper sash positioning jig 3b is operated to abut and brace the vertical structure abutment portion 24b against the vertical side 23 of the structure, thereby fixing the upper part of the sash frame 1 to the structure opening 2. Next, the sash frame 1 is fixed to the frame by welding with anchors 25 (see Figs. 2, 3, and 4), and then the adjustment bolts 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b are loosened and the sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3b are removed to the inside of the room (see Figs. 9 and 10). Then, as shown in Fig. 11-4(h), mortar 31 is filled into the gap between the frame opening 2 and the sash frame 1.
[0017] The above-mentioned construction procedure is one example, and the order may be changed. For example, before the process of fixing the lower part of the sash frame 1 to the frame opening 2 by operating the left-right adjustment bolt 5a to bring the vertical frame abutment part 24a into abutment with the vertical side 23 of the frame and bracing it, as shown in Fig. 11-2(d), the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b can be attached to both left and right ends of the upper frame 7 as shown in Fig. 11-3(e) (the same applies when using the sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3b of the second embodiment described later).
[0018] In this way, in this sash manufacturing method, the sash frame 1 is held by lower sash frame positioning jigs 3a, 3a attached to both the left and right ends of the bottom frame 6, and upper sash frame mounting jigs 3b, 3b attached to both the left and right ends of the top frame 7, and by manipulating the up-down and left-right adjustment bolts 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b of both sash frame positioning jigs 3a, 3b, the sash frame 1 can be positioned in the up-down and left-right directions with respect to the structural opening 2, so that compared to the conventional method using wedges, the sash frame 1 can be positioned easily and accurately in a short time, greatly improving the ease of installation when mounting the sash frame 1 to the structural opening 2. The sash frame positioning jigs 3a, 3b can be used repeatedly, making it economical.
[0019] 12 and 13 show a second embodiment of a bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a. This bottom sash frame positioning jig 3a is equipped with a position adjustment mechanism 26 for adjusting the projection direction in addition to a position adjustment mechanism 8 for adjusting the vertical direction and a position adjustment mechanism 9 for adjusting the horizontal direction. The projection direction position adjustment mechanism 26 includes a plate 27 that protrudes toward the side of the outer periphery of the sash frame 1, and a projection direction adjustment bolt 28 that is freely movable at the outer periphery end of the plate 27. As shown in Fig. 12(b), the tip of the projection direction adjustment bolt 28 abuts against the indoor side surface of the frame 29, and by rotating the adjustment bolt 28 to adjust the length of protrusion from the plate 27, the projection direction position of the lower part of the sash frame 1 can be adjusted with reference to the frame opening 2.
[0020] 14 and 15 show a second embodiment of an upper sash frame positioning jig 3b. Like the above-mentioned lower sash frame positioning jig 3a, this upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is equipped with a position adjustment mechanism 26 for adjusting the projection direction in addition to a position adjustment mechanism 8 for adjusting the vertical direction and a position adjustment mechanism 9 for adjusting the horizontal direction. The projection direction position adjustment mechanism 26 includes a plate 27 that protrudes laterally on the outer periphery of the sash frame 1, and a projection direction adjustment bolt 28 that is freely movable on the outer periphery side end of the plate 27. As shown in Fig. 14(b), the tip of the projection direction adjustment bolt 28 abuts against the indoor side surface of the frame 29, and by rotating the adjustment bolt 28 to adjust the length of protrusion from the plate 27, the projection direction position of the upper part of the sash frame 1 can be adjusted with reference to the frame opening 2.
[0021] Next, a procedure for attaching the sash frame 1 to the frame opening 2 using the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b of the second embodiment with the above-mentioned projection direction position adjustment mechanism 26 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 16-1(a), the sash frame 1 is placed in the frame opening 2 and suspended by the wire 30. Next, as shown in FIG. 16-1(b), bottom sash frame positioning jigs 3a are attached to both left and right ends of the bottom frame 6 from the inside of the room. Next, as shown in Figure 16-2(c), adjust the out-of-plane (out-of-plane) position of the lower part of the sash frame 1 by operating the projection adjustment bolt 28. Also, while checking the level with a laser, operate the vertical adjustment bolt 4a to adjust the vertical position of the sash frame 1 to some extent relative to the horizontal edge 15 of the frame. Next, as shown in Figure 16-2 (d), while adjusting the in-plane position (left-right direction) of the lower part of the sash frame 1, the left-right adjustment bolt 5a is operated to abut and brace the vertical structure abutment portion 24a against the vertical side 23 of the structure (see Figure 4), thereby fixing the lower part of the sash frame 1 to the structure opening 2. Next, as shown in FIG. 16-3(e), upper sash frame positioning jigs 3b are attached to both left and right ends of the upper frame 7 from the inside of the room. Next, as shown in Figure 16-3(f), while checking by lowering and lowering, the forward-direction adjustment bolt 28 of the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is operated to correct the tilt (out-of-plane) of the sash frame 1, and then the vertical adjustment bolt 4b of the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is operated to abut and brace the horizontal structure abutment part 16b against the horizontal edge 15 of the structure. At this time, if necessary, the vertical adjustment bolt 4a of the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a is also operated to readjust the height level of the sash frame 1. Next, as shown in Figure 16-4(g), while adjusting the in-plane position (left-right direction) of the upper part of the sash frame 1, the left-right adjustment bolt 5b of the upper sash positioning jig 3b is operated to abut and brace the vertical structure abutment portion 24b against the vertical side 23 of the structure, thereby fixing the upper part of the sash frame 1 to the structure opening 2. Next, the sash frame 1 is fixed to the framework by welding with anchors 25 (see Figs. 2, 3, and 4), and then the adjustment bolts 4a, 4b, 5a, and 5b are loosened and the sash frame positioning jigs 3a and 3b are removed to the inside of the room (see Figs. 9 and 10). Then, as shown in Fig. 16-4(h), mortar 31 is filled into the gap between the framework opening 2 and the sash frame 1.
[0022] When the lower sash positioning jig 3a and upper sash positioning jig 3b of the second embodiment equipped with the projection direction position adjustment mechanism 26 are used in this manner, the projection direction position of the sash frame 1 can be easily adjusted and the tilt of the sash frame 1 can be easily corrected by operating the projection direction adjustment bolt 28, thereby further improving workability.
[0023] 17 to 21 show a third embodiment of the sash frame positioning jig (lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and upper sash frame positioning jig 3b) according to the present invention, with Figures 17 and 18 showing the use state when the sash frame 1 is equipped with an angle 32, and Figures 19, 20 and 21 showing the use state when the sash frame 1 is equipped with a frame base 33. The sash frame 1 is fitted into the frame 29 using reinforced concrete in all cases.
[0024] As shown in Fig. 17, in the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b, the length in the indoor / outdoor direction of the portion 10a bent toward the outside of the room of the outdoor-side board 10 constituting the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 is made longer than that of the first embodiment so that it can accommodate the case where the angle 32 provided on the indoor side of the sash frame 1 protrudes further toward the indoor side, and this portion is formed with a horizontal frame locking portion 14b that locks into the anchor attachment groove 13 of the upper frame 7, as well as a locking portion 34 that locks with the frame base 33 in the case of a sash frame 1 with a frame base 33 described below. In addition, the length in the indoor / outdoor direction of the portion 11a bent toward the outside of the room of the indoor-side board 11 constituting the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 is also made longer than that of the first embodiment, thereby increasing the area of the frame abutment portion 16b and improving stability. As shown in FIG. 18, the portions 19a, 20a of the plates 19, 20 constituting the left-right position adjustment mechanism 9 that are bent toward the outside of the room are also made longer in the indoor / outdoor direction than in the first embodiment, similar to the plates 10, 11 constituting the up-down position adjustment mechanism 8. Like the upper sash positioning jig 3b, the lower sash positioning jig 3a (not shown) has longer indoor / outdoor lengths of the portions 10a, 11a bent toward the outside of the room of the plates 10, 11 that constitute the up-down position adjustment mechanism 8, and longer indoor / outdoor lengths of the portions 19a, 20a bent toward the outside of the room of the plates 19, 20 that constitute the left-right position adjustment mechanism 9, than those in the first embodiment.
[0025] 19 to 21 show the use of sash frame positioning jigs (lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and upper sash frame positioning jig 3b) of the third embodiment when the sash frame 1 is equipped with a frame base 33. The frame base 33 is a member with a U-shaped cross section for holding the exterior end of the frame (not shown), and is attached to the interior side of the sash frame 1 so as to protrude outward from the sash frame 1. As shown in Figure 19, the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is attached in such a manner that the portion 10a bent toward the outside of the room of the exterior-side board 10 that constitutes the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 engages the horizontal frame locking portion 14b at the tip with the anchor mounting groove 13 in the upper frame 7, and the locking portion 34 provided in the middle portion engages with the frame base 33, and also abuts against the outer periphery of the frame base 33. As a result, the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b is attached with a slight inclination toward the interior of the room. As shown in Fig. 20, the lower sash positioning jig 3a is attached in such a manner that the portion 10a bent toward the outside of the room of the exterior-side board 10 constituting the vertical position adjustment mechanism 8 engages the horizontal frame locking portions 14a, 14a with the anchor mounting grooves 13 of the lower frame 6 and abuts against the outer periphery of the frame base 33. As a result, the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a is attached with a slight inclination toward the interior of the room. As shown in Figure 21, the upper sash frame positioning jig 3b and the lower sash frame positioning jig 3a have a bent portion 19a toward the outside of the exterior side panel 19 that constitutes the left-right position adjustment mechanism 9, which abuts against the outer periphery of the frame base 33.
[0026] As described above, the sash frame positioning jig of the third embodiment (lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and upper sash frame positioning jig 3b) is easy to use and can be used even when the sash frame 1 has an angle 32 that protrudes far to the outside of the room, or when the sash frame 1 has a frame base 33.
[0027] As described above, in this sash manufacturing method, the sash frame 1 is placed in the structural opening 2, and the sash frame positioning jigs (lower sash frame positioning jig 3a and upper sash frame positioning jig 3b) 3a, 3b are attached to the outer periphery of the sash frame 1 in a manner that allows them to be freely engaged and disengaged. The position of the sash frame 1 is adjusted in the vertical and horizontal directions using the sash frame positioning jigs 3a, 3b as a reference for the structural opening 2, and then the sash frame 1 is fixed to the structural opening 2 (see Figures 11-1 to 11-4). This allows the sash frame 1 to be positioned easily and accurately in a short amount of time, thereby improving the ease of installation when fitting the sash frame 1 to the structural opening 2.
[0028] The sash frame positioning jigs 3a, 3b (first to third embodiments) are attached to the outer periphery of the sash frame 1 in a manner that allows them to be freely engaged and disengaged, and have operating parts (adjustment bolts) 4a, 4b, 5a, 5b that adjust the position of the sash frame 1 in the vertical and horizontal directions based on the structural opening 2, allowing the sash frame 1 to be positioned easily and accurately in a short period of time, improving the ease of installation when attaching the sash frame 1 to the structural opening 2.
[0029] The sash frame positioning fixtures 3a, 3b (first to third embodiments) can be freely engaged and disengaged from the sash frame 1 from the inside of the room in the gap between the horizontal frame (lower frame 6, upper frame 7) and the main body 29 when the sash frame 1 is fitted in the main body opening 2 (see Figures 9 and 10), so that work can be performed only from the inside of the room, resulting in excellent workability. The sash frame positioning fixtures 3a, 3b (first to third embodiments) have vertical structure abutment portions 24a, 24b that abut against the vertical side 23 of the structure and serve as a reference, vertical frame abutment portions 22a, 22b that abut against the outer periphery of the vertical frame 21 and can be adjusted in position in the left-right direction relative to the vertical structure abutment portions 24a, 24b, horizontal structure abutment portions 16a, 16b that abut against the horizontal side 15 of the structure and serve as a reference, and horizontal frame engaging portions 14a, 14b that engage with the outer periphery of the horizontal frames 6, 7 and can be adjusted in position in the up-down direction relative to the horizontal structure abutment portions 16a, 16b (see Figures 2, 3 and 4), making it easy to position the sash frame 1 in the left-right and up-down directions and fix it to the structure opening 2. The sash frame positioning fixtures 3a, 3b (second embodiment) have an operating part (adjustment bolt) 28 that adjusts the position of the sash frame 1 in the prospective direction based on the main body opening 2 (see Figures 12 to 15), so that by operating the operating part 28, the position of the sash frame 1 in the prospective direction can be easily adjusted, further improving workability.
[0030] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. The specific shape of the sash frame positioning jig, the mechanism for adjusting the position of the sash frame in the vertical and horizontal directions, etc. can be changed as appropriate. The shape and material of the sash frame, the structure of the framework, etc. are not important. The framework shown in the drawings (Figs. 2, 3, and 4) is made of ALC, but the framework may be made of RC. [Explanation of symbols]
