Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a wheel hub for an electric bicycle, and in particular to a wheel hub drive structure equipped with a drive motor in which the stator of the motor is fixed onto the wheel hub axle by an inner cover body, thereby obtaining a stable reaction force when current is passed through the motor to operate the rotor and drive the wheel housing, thereby effectively improving the initial driving force and reducing unnecessary power loss. [Background technology]
[0002] Wheel hub motors for electric assist bicycles are classified into inner rotor and outer rotor types. Inner rotor wheel hub motors have a stator installed on the outside close to the wheel hub housing, so the heat from the coil can be dissipated relatively easily to the outside. The rotor is installed on the inside close to the wheel hub axle, so it has the advantage of having small rotational inertia and being easy to drive.
[0003] In the current industry, various inner rotor wheel hub motors for electric-assisted bicycles have been developed, such as Taiwan Patent No. I455850 "Bicycle wheel hub with motor inside", Taiwan Patent No. I680908 "Electric drive wheel hub system in wheel and wheel including electric drive wheel hub system", and Taiwan Patent No. I770780 "Inner rotor wheel hub electric motor". In the above-mentioned conventional wheel hub motor design, when the motor is energized and driven, the orientation of the stator is unstable, so that the reaction force cannot be effectively obtained, resulting in unnecessary power loss, which reduces the initial driving force of the wheel hub. At the same time, the concentricity of the reduction gear unit is insufficient, which is likely to cause vibration and noise during driving, affecting the stability during riding. In addition, when a high reduction ratio is required, the volume and weight of the wheel hub unit increase, which increases the burden on the rider.
[0004] In other words, the conventional wheel hub drive structure has structural design defects, and problems such as insufficient reaction force and insufficient concentricity exist, which cause problems such as power loss and noise. When a high reduction ratio is required, the size becomes large and the mechanism becomes more prone to failure. Therefore, the present invention aims to improve these problems. [0006] The present invention aims to provide a wheel hub drive structure in which the stator of a motor is fixed onto the wheel hub axle by an inner cover body, so that a stable reaction force can be obtained when electricity is passed through the motor to operate the rotor and drive the wheel housing, thereby effectively improving the initial driving force of the wheel hub and reducing unnecessary power loss.
[0007] Another object of the present invention is to provide a wheel hub drive structure that can effectively ensure the concentricity of the gear unit in the wheel hub, thereby improving stability during driving and thereby reducing problems of vibration and noise, and furthermore, can reduce the volume of the wheel hub by using the gear unit. [Means for solving the problem]

Furthermore, each of the first planetary gears 33 pivotally mounted on the first planetary wheel frame 32 simultaneously meshes with the internal gear 23 (shown in FIG. 7) of the inner cover body 21 described above, so that the first sun gear 31 can rotate the first planetary wheel frame 32 via the plurality of first planetary gears 33. Moreover, the first planetary wheel frame 32 is mounted on the third bearing 285 corresponding to the output sleeve 28, so that the first planetary gear unit 30 can rotate on the same axis as the electric machine unit 20. Furthermore, a mounting gear hole 34 is formed on the axis of the surface of the first planetary wheel frame 32 opposite to the electric machine unit 20, and is used for mounting the second planetary gear unit 40. The second planetary gear unit 40 includes a second sun gear 41 mounted on the first planetary wheel frame 32, and the second sun gear 41 includes a mounting internal gear 410 corresponding to the mounting gear hole 34 of the first planetary wheel frame 32 described above. The second sun gear 41 is pivoted to the wheel hub axle 10 by a bearing 415, and a plurality of second planetary gears 43 (shown in FIG. 8) are engaged with the periphery of the second sun gear 41 so as to surround it. Each of the second planetary gears 43 is pivotally mounted on one side of the second planetary wheel frame 42 by a second shaft rod 430. Furthermore, each of the second planetary gears 43 pivotally mounted on the second planetary wheel frame 42 simultaneously meshes with the inner gear 23 (shown in FIG. 8 ) of the inner cover body 21 described above, so that the second sun gear 41 can rotate the second planetary wheel frame 42 via the plurality of second planetary gears 43.Furthermore, the inner edge of the second planetary wheel frame 42 is pivotally mounted to the wheel housing 70 by a fourth bearing 45, and at the same time, the gear unit 300 consisting of the first planetary gear unit 30 and the second planetary gear unit 40 can rotate on the same axis as the electric motor unit 20. Furthermore, an inner ring rotation type one-way bearing 50 is provided on the outer edge of the second planetary wheel frame 42. Among them, the outer edge of the inner ring rotation type one-way bearing 50 is fixed to the inner edge of the wheel housing 70 (shown in Figs. 6 and 9) by a plurality of second key shafts 511. As a result, after being decelerated from the electric motor unit 20 inside through the gear unit 300, the wheel housing 70 can be rotated in the forward direction of the electric assisted bicycle, and in the opposite direction, it rotates freely.
[0014] Furthermore, the outer ring rotation type input unit 60 is pivoted from the input sleeve 61 to the wheel hub axle 10 by a plurality of fifth bearings 610, and one end of the input sleeve 61 corresponding to the wheel housing 70 is provided with a convex tooth coupling portion 62 consisting of a plurality of axial tooth racks, thereby engaging with an outer ring rotation type one-way bearing 65 provided corresponding to the wheel housing 70. As a result, the wheel housing 70 is rotated in the forward direction of the electric assisted bicycle via the input sleeve 61 by an external force, and rotates freely in the opposite direction. Furthermore, a tightening nut 18 (shown in FIG. 6) is screwed onto the outer side of the fifth bearing 610 at the end of the wheel hub axle 10. As a result, the outer ring rotation type input unit 60 is screwed onto and positioned in the wheel hub axle 10. Furthermore, a second mounting fitting block 19 is formed on the outer side of the tightening nut 18, so that the wheel hub axle 10 is screwed onto the frame 80.
[0015] The wheel housing 70 is composed of a first hub housing 71 and a second hub housing 75 which are located on both sides of the wheel hub axle 10 and cover each other. The first hub housing 71 and the second hub housing 75 each have a threaded portion 73 and a threaded portion 76 which can be connected to each other. The threaded portions 73 and the threaded portions 76 can be a combination of an internal thread and an external thread or a screw hole and a bolt, thereby protecting and supporting the electric unit 20 and the gear unit 300. In addition, both side edges of the outer periphery of at least one of the first hub housing 71 and the second hub housing 75 each have a spoke attachment portion 72 for attaching spokes of a bicycle rim. In addition, the axis of the first hub housing 71 is pivoted to a coupler 151 fixed to the wheel hub axle 10 by a sixth bearing 74, so that the first hub housing 71 can rotate with respect to the wheel hub axle 10. Furthermore, an electric connector 15 connected to the coupler 151 is provided at the end of the wheel hub axle 10, and one outer surface of the electric connector 15 can be attached to the frame 80 by providing a first mounting fitting block 16. The electric connector 15 supplies power to the electric unit 20 in the wheel housing 70, and the inner edge of the second hub housing 75 is provided with a bearing mounting portion 78 corresponding to the inner ring rotation type one-way bearing 50 of the above-mentioned gear unit 300, and the axis of the second hub housing 75 further includes an axis convex portion 77 for mounting the fourth bearing 45 of the above-mentioned gear unit 300 to the outer edge portion. Furthermore, the outer ring rotation type one-way bearing 65 of the above-mentioned outer ring rotation type input unit 60 can be screwed to the inner edge of the axis convex portion 77.
[0016] As a result, an initial reaction force can be obtained during driving, and a wheel hub drive with high concentricity can be achieved.
[0017] For the actual operation of the wheel hub drive structure of the present invention, please refer to Figures 11 to 13. As shown in Figures 11 to 13, the wheel hub axle 10 is fixed between two fork axles 85 of the wheel of the frame 80 of the power-assisted bicycle or the electric bicycle by a quick release axle rod 90, and the electric connector 15 using the wheel hub axle 10 can be connected to a control device (not shown). The outer-ring rotation type input unit 60 on the wheel hub axle 10 can be provided with a chain wheel (not shown). In addition, mounting fitting grooves 86 that open outward are formed on the opposing surfaces of the fork axles 85 on both sides of the frame 80, and the mounting fitting grooves 86 on both sides are provided with opposing perforations 88. As a result, the wheel hub drive structure can be fitted by fitting the outsides of the electrical connectors 15 on both ends of the wheel hub axle 10 and the first mounting fitting blocks 16 and second mounting fitting blocks 19 of the tightening nut 18 into the opposing mounting fitting grooves 86 of the fork axles 85 on both sides of the frame 80. Furthermore, the wheel hub drive structure can be quickly fixed between the fork axles 85 on both sides of the frame 80 by passing the quick release axle rod 90 through the hole 88 of the fork axle 85 on one side, the central hole 12 of the wheel hub axle 10, and the hole 88 of the fork axle 85 on the other side.
[0018] 6 to 10, when it is necessary to drive the bicycle using an electric power assist for operational reasons, power is supplied to the electric motor unit 20, and the stator 26 fixed to the inner cover body 21 of the electric motor unit 20 generates electromagnetic induction in the rotor 27 provided in the output sleeve 28, causing the rotor 27 of the electric motor unit 20 to rotate the output sleeve 28 at high speed. Furthermore, as shown in Fig. 7, the output sleeve 28 rotates the first sun gear 31 of the first planetary gear unit 30 in the gear unit 300 counterclockwise in the direction in which the electric power assisted bicycle moves forward, and further rotates the multiple first planetary gears 33 of the first planetary gear unit 30 clockwise. The multiple first planetary gears 33 simultaneously mesh with the inner edge portion of the internal gear 23 fixed to the inner cover body 21, so that the gear ratio between the first sun gear 31 and the multiple first planetary gears 33 can cause the first planetary wheel frame 32 to rotate counterclockwise at a reduced speed.
[0019] Next, as shown in FIG. 8, the second sun gear 41 of the second planetary gear unit 40 is fixed to the first planetary wheel frame 32, so that the second sun gear 41 rotates counterclockwise at the same time, and the second planetary gears 43 of the second planetary gear unit 40 also rotate clockwise. The second planetary gears 43 simultaneously mesh with the inner edge of the internal gear 23 fixed to the inner cover body 21, so that the second planetary wheel frame 42 rotates counterclockwise at a reduced speed due to the gear ratio between the second sun gear 41 and the second planetary gears 43. At the same time, as shown in FIG. 9, the inner ring rotation type one-way bearing 50 provided on the second planetary wheel frame 42 is driven to drive the second hub housing 75 of the wheel housing 70, so that the wheel housing 70 rotates counterclockwise, and the electric assisted bicycle can move forward. At this time, the outer ring rotating type one-way bearing 65 between the second hub housing 75 and the input sleeve 61 rotates freely, thereby preventing external forces and the power transmitted from the electric unit 20 from colliding with each other.
[0020] Furthermore, when it is necessary to drive the electric assist bicycle by human power, by directly stepping on the crank, the chain wheel (not shown) of the input sleeve 61 provided on the outer ring rotation type input unit 60 is driven via a chain, and the input sleeve 61 rotates the second hub housing 75 in the forward direction of the electric assist bicycle via the outer ring rotation type one-way bearing 65, so that the wheel housing 70 rotates in the forward direction. This achieves the purpose of driving the electric assist bicycle forward by human power. Furthermore, at this time, the inner ring rotation type one-way bearing 50 between the second hub housing 75 and the second planetary wheel frame 42 of the second planetary gear unit 40 rotates freely (shown in FIG. 10), so that the power transmitted from the electric unit 20 and human power can be prevented from colliding with each other.
[0021] Based on the above design and description, the inner cover body 21 of the electric motor unit 20 in the wheel hub drive structure of the present invention can be fixed to the wheel hub axle 10 by the axle tube arm 22, so that when the motor is energized and the rotor 27 operates to drive the wheel housing 70, a stable reaction force can be obtained, the initial driving force of the wheel hub can be effectively improved, and unnecessary power loss can be reduced. At the same time, the second planetary gear unit 40 and the first planetary gear unit 30 are installed coaxially, and the rotor 27 of the electric motor unit 20 and the first planetary gear unit 30 of the gear unit 300 are installed coaxially on the output sleeve 28. The output sleeve 28 and the wheel housing 70 can freely rotate concentrically with respect to the inner cover body 21, so that the concentricity can be effectively ensured. This can increase the stability of rotation, reduce vibration and noise, and further reduce the volume of the wheel hub by the gear unit 300. [Explanation of symbols]
