Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] In order to easily attract consumers' attention, it is common to make the horizontal dimension of the advertising display body placed on the display fixture match the horizontal dimension of the display fixture on which the advertising display body is placed. The display fixture on which the advertising display body is placed is made according to the shakkanhō system. The shakkanhō system is a unit system that has been used in Japan since ancient times, and one shaku is approximately 300 mm (10 / 33 m). The basic horizontal dimension of the display fixture on which the advertising display body is placed is three shaku (approximately 900 mm). Therefore, in order to make the advertising display body placed on the display fixture stand out, the general horizontal dimension of the advertising display body placed on the display fixture is a length close to three shaku, which is the horizontal dimension of the display fixture on which the advertising display body is placed.

[0005] If an advertising display body with a horizontal dimension of 900 mm is delivered as it is, the delivery freight will become high. If the advertising display body can be delivered by a delivery service using a dedicated envelope, the delivery freight of the advertising display body can be reduced. Therefore, in the present application, even when the length reaches 900 mm in the horizontal dimension, an advertising display body that can be delivered by a delivery service using a dedicated envelope (dedicated box) is provided.

Means for Solving the Problem

[0006] The invention of the present application for solving the above-described problems includes a front plate, a back plate facing the front plate, and leaf-shaped lid pieces respectively positioned at the left and right ends of the back plate. The upper end side of the front plate and the upper end side of the back plate are connected via a mountain-folded horizontal folding line, and the lower end side of the front plate and the lower end side of the back plate are adhered by a bent adhesive piece to form a flat shape. An arc-shaped folding line along the shape of the side end of the leaf-shaped lid piece is formed at the boundary between the back plate and the leaf-shaped lid piece, and a plurality of vertical folding lines used when folding in the horizontal direction are formed on each of the front plate and the back plate, and a board body, and an advertising display body at least composed of a leg body for making the board body stand on its own. Since the board body constituting the advertising display body can be folded by the vertical folding line, even when the horizontal dimension is long, the board body can be accommodated in a dedicated envelope used in a delivery service with low delivery freight. By bending the leaf-shaped lid piece from the back plate, the board body constituting the advertising display body can be formed into a pillow type (pillow type). If the board body can be formed into a pillow type, even if the board body is configured to be foldable, the advertising display body can be displayed on a display fixture without the board body being broken.

[0007] In delivery services with low delivery freight, dedicated envelopes of A4 file size are often used. Therefore, in the invention of the present application, it is desirable that the vertical dimensions of the front plate and the back plate be set to a length that fits within the vertical dimension of the A4 file size, and the vertical folding lines be formed on each of the front plate and the back plate so that the horizontal dimensions of the folded front plate and back plate fit within the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size. Considering displaying the advertisement display body on a standard display fixture with a horizontal dimension of three shaku, when the horizontal dimensions of the front panel and the back panel are each 900 mm, it is advisable to process three of the vertical folding lines on each of the front panel and the back panel. Further, if slits are formed on each of the lower ends of the front panel and the back panel, and notches for engaging with the slits are formed on the upper ends of the legs, the board body can be stably placed on the legs.

Advantages of the Invention

[0008] Thus, in the present application, even when the length reaches 900 mm in the horizontal dimension, an advertisement display body that can be delivered by a delivery service using a dedicated envelope can be provided.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention

[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the invention disclosed in the present application will be described. This embodiment is for facilitating the understanding of the invention of the present application, and the invention of the present application is not limited to this embodiment. Also, unless otherwise specified, the drawings are schematic diagrams drawn for facilitating the understanding of the invention of the present application.

[0011] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the assembled advertising display body 1 as seen from the front side. FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the assembled advertising display body 1 as seen from the back side. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the assembled advertising display body 1 as seen from the side. FIG. 4 is a view showing a central cross-section of the board body 10 in the assembled state. Note that the assembled state is the state when the advertising display body 1 is displayed on the display furniture in a retail store.

[0012] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the advertising display body 1 includes a board body 10 used for displaying an advertisement and leg bodies 11 for making the board body 10 stand independently. The board body 10 in the assembled state is formed in a pillow shape. The leg bodies 11 in the assembled state are formed to be foldable in two and capable of standing independently. In order to be able to engage the leg bodies 11 with the board body 10, two slits 108 for engaging the leg bodies 11 are provided at the lower end of the board body 10. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, in the assembled advertising display body 1, the upper end side of the leg body 11 is engaged with this slit 108, and the board body 10 is made to stand independently by the leg bodies 11.

[0013] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the board body 10 constituting the advertisement display body 1 includes a front board 100, a back board 101 facing the front board 100, and leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 respectively located at the left and right ends of the back board 101. As shown in FIG. 3, the board body 10 is assembled into a pillow shape in which the front board 100 and the back board 101 are curved along the shape of the side ends of the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 by closing the gap between the front board 100 and the back board 101 with the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 folded from the back board 101. In the advertisement display body 1, the front board 100 can be used for displaying advertisements, and in addition to the front board 100, the back board 101 can also be used for displaying advertisements.

[0014] As shown in FIG. 4, on the upper end side of the board body 10, the front board 100 and the back board 101 are connected via a mountain-folded first horizontal folding line 104. Also, on the lower end side of the board body 10, the front board 100 and the back board 101 are adhered by a folded adhesive piece 103. In the present embodiment, a second horizontal folding line 105 for folding the adhesive piece 103 is provided at the boundary between the back board 101 and the adhesive piece 103. As shown in FIG. 4, the folded adhesive piece 103 by mountain-folding the second horizontal folding line 105 is adhered to the lower end side of the front board 100. Note that mountain-folding means folding the folding line so that the fold is on the outside. In the present embodiment, the adhesive piece 103 is provided on the back board 101, but the adhesive piece 103 may be provided on the front board 100 instead of the back board 101.

[0015] In the present embodiment, it is assumed that the advertisement display body 1 in the assembled state is displayed on the display fixture. The standard horizontal dimension of the display fixture is three shaku (about 900 mm). If the horizontal dimension of the display fixture on which the advertisement display body 1 is placed matches the horizontal dimension of the advertisement display body 1, the advertisement displayed using the advertisement display body 1 and the products displayed on the display fixture are integrated, making it easier to attract consumers' attention. Also, if the advertisement display body 1 protrudes from the display fixture, the appearance becomes poor. For this reason, in the present embodiment, the maximum horizontal dimension of the board body 10 is set to approximately the same 900 mm as the standard horizontal dimension of the display fixture. Note that the horizontal dimension of the board body 10 does not have to be exactly 900 mm as long as it can be regarded as a length close to approximately the same 900 mm as the standard horizontal dimension of the display fixture.

[0016] If the assembled advertising display body 1 with the horizontal dimension of the board body 10 reaching 900 mm is delivered as it is, the delivery freight of the advertising display body 1 will become high. If a delivery service using a dedicated envelope (dedicated box) is used for the delivery of the advertising display body 1, the delivery freight of the advertising display body 1 can be reduced. Therefore, the board body 10 according to the present embodiment can be folded into a size that can be accommodated in a dedicated envelope used for a delivery service with low delivery freight when being delivered, and can be assembled into a pillow shape when being displayed. In addition, in order to deliver the advertising display body 1 by a delivery service with low delivery freight, the size of the leg body 11 must also be a size that can be accommodated in the dedicated envelope used for this delivery service.

[0017] FIG. 5 is a first diagram for explaining the board body 10 in an unassembled state. FIG. 6 is a second diagram for explaining the board body 10 in an unassembled state. In FIG. 5, the front panel 100 is shown on the front, and in FIG. 6, the back panel 101 is shown on the front. Note that the unassembled state means the state before assembly.

[0018] As shown in FIG. 1 and the like, the assembled board body 10 is three-dimensional (pillow-shaped), but as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, in the unassembled board body 10, the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is not bent from the back panel 101, and the unassembled board body 10 is in a flat state where the front panel 100 and the back panel 101 provided with the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 on both sides overlap. The reason for making the unassembled board body 10 flat is to enable the unassembled board body 10 to be folded into a size that can be accommodated in a dedicated envelope used for a delivery service with low delivery freight.

[0019] As described with reference to FIG. 4, also in the unassembled board body 10, the upper end side of the front panel 100 and the upper end side of the back panel 101 are connected via the first horizontal folding score line 104 that is mountain-folded. In addition, the lower end side of the front panel 100 and the lower end side of the back panel 101 are connected using the pasted piece 103 that is bent using the second horizontal folding score line 105.

[0020] As shown in FIG. 5, the shape of the front panel 100 of the board body 10 is a horizontally long rectangle. In FIG. 5, the front panel 100 is illustrated as a rectangle, but the front panel 100 may be a rounded rectangle with rounded corners. Assuming that the assembled advertisement display body 1 is displayed on a standard display fixture, in this embodiment, the horizontal dimension of the front panel 100 is 900 mm. Considering that it is to be stored in a dedicated envelope for use with a delivery service with low delivery charges, in this embodiment, the vertical dimension of the front panel 100 is 300 mm.

[0021] As shown in FIG. 6, in the unassembled board body 10, the surface on the back side of the front panel 100 is the back panel 101 and the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 located on both the left and right sides of the back panel 101. An arc-shaped folding line 107 is formed at the boundary between the back panel 101 and the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 along the shape of the side ends of the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102. In the assembled board body 10, the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 are folded from the back panel 101 using the arc-shaped folding line 107, but in the unassembled board body 10, the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 are not folded from the back panel 101. In the unassembled board body 10, the size of the back panel 101 including the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 is the same as that of the front panel 100. The horizontal dimension of the back panel 101 including the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 is 900 mm, and the height of the back panel 101 including the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 is 300 mm.

[0022] The leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 located on both the left and right sides of the back panel 101 have a shape formed by connecting two arcs. More specifically, the shape of the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 is the shape of the overlapping region of two circles when the two circles are overlapped. The leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 are connected to both the left and right sides of the back panel 101 via the arc-shaped folding line 107 that curves inward. When assembling the unassembled board body 10, the arc-shaped folding line 107 at the boundary between the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 and the back panel 101 is folded in a mountain fold, and the leaf-shaped cover pieces 102 are folded from the back panel 101.

[0023] Among the representative delivery services with low delivery charges, there is the Letter Pack provided by Japan Post Co., Ltd. The size that can be delivered by the Letter Pack is the A4 file size with a horizontal dimension of 248 mm and a vertical dimension of 340 mm. If it is the A4 file size, it can also be delivered by the DM Service provided by Yamato Transport Co., Ltd. Considering this, the board body 10 according to the present embodiment is configured to be foldable to the A4 file size at which the delivery charge becomes low.

[0024] As described above, in the present embodiment, the horizontal dimension of the front board 100 is 900 mm, and the vertical dimension of the front board 100 is 300 mm. The size of the back board 101 including the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is also the same as that of the front board 100. Therefore, the size of the board body 10 is a horizontal dimension of 900 mm and a height of 300 mm. The size that can be delivered by a delivery service with a low delivery charge is the A4 file size with a horizontal dimension of 248 mm and a vertical dimension of 340 mm. The vertical dimension of the board body 10 in the unassembled state is within the A4 file size, but the horizontal dimension of the board body 10 in the unassembled state does not fit within the A4 file size. Therefore, in order to deliver the unassembled board body 10 by a delivery service with a low delivery charge, the unassembled board body 10 must be folded horizontally to a size that fits within the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size. Therefore, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a plurality of vertical folding lines 106 for folding the unassembled board body 10 are processed on the front board 100 and the back board 101. The horizontal dimensions of the front board 100 and the back board 101 are 900 mm, and the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size is 248 mm. Therefore, in order to fit the horizontal dimension of the board body 10 within the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size, it is necessary to fold the board body 10 four times in the horizontal direction. The horizontal dimension when the board body 10 is folded four times in the horizontal direction becomes 225 mm, which is smaller than the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size.

[0025] In this embodiment, three vertical folding lines 106 that divide the front plate 100 and the back plate 101 into four equal parts are processed on each of the front plate 100 and the back plate 101. As shown in FIG. 5, the vertical folding lines 106 processed on the front plate 100 extend vertically from the upper end to the lower end of the front plate 100. Similarly, as shown in FIG. 6, the vertical folding lines 106 processed on the back plate 101 extend vertically from the upper end to the lower end of the back plate 101. In this embodiment, in order to fold the unassembled board body 10 in a bellows fold to a size that fits within the A4 file size, in the front plate 100, the middle vertical folding line 106 becomes a valley fold line, and the two vertical folding lines 106 on both the left and right sides become mountain fold lines. Also, in the back plate 101, the middle vertical folding line 106 becomes a mountain fold line, and the two vertical folding lines 106 on both the left and right sides become valley fold lines. As described above, a mountain fold means folding the folding line so that the fold is on the outside. Also, a valley fold means folding the folding line so that the fold is on the inside. In this embodiment, slits 108 for engaging the legs 11 are processed at the locations where the vertical folding lines 106 on both the left and right sides are processed.

[0026] FIG. 7 is a diagram for explaining the folded board body 10. By using the vertical folding lines 106 processed on each of the front plate 100 and the back plate 101, the unassembled board body 10 can be folded in a bellows shape. Since the three vertical folding lines 106 are processed so as to divide the horizontal dimension of the unassembled board body 10 into four equal parts, the width of the board body 10 folded in a bellows shape becomes 225 mm. In this embodiment, since the height of the board body 10 is set to 300 mm, the size of the board body 10 folded in a bellows shape can be accommodated within the A4 file size (vertical 340 mm, horizontal 248 mm) specified by the delivery service. Note that if the horizontal dimension of the board body 10 folded in a bellows shape fits within the horizontal dimension of the A4 file size, the number of vertical folding lines 106 processed and the intervals between the vertical folding lines 106 are arbitrary.

[0027] FIG. 8 is a diagram for explaining the delivery form of the advertisement display body 1 according to the present embodiment. As shown in FIG. 8, the advertisement display body 1 according to the present embodiment is stored in a dedicated envelope 2 used for a delivery service with low delivery freight and delivered to a retail store or the like.

[0028] FIG. 9 is a diagram for explaining how to assemble the board body 10. A gap is created between the front board 100 and the back board 101 of the unassembled board body 10, and using the arc-shaped folding line 107, the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is bent from the back board 101 so as to close the gap created between the front board 100 and the back board 101, whereby the board body 10 can be assembled from the unassembled state to the assembled state.

[0029] As shown in FIG. 1 etc., when the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is bent from the back board 101 and the side end of the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 bent from the back board 101 abuts against the front board 100, the front board 100 bends along the side end of the leaf-shaped lid piece 102. Also, when the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is bent from the back board 101, if the arc-shaped folding line 107 at the boundary between the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 and the back board 101 is folded into a mountain fold, the back board 101 bends along the arc-shaped folding line 107. As a result, the assembled board body 10 becomes a pillow type.

[0030] In the present embodiment, the assembled board body 10 is made into a pillow type in order to increase the rigidity of the assembled board body 10. As shown in FIG. 1 of Patent Document 1, if the board body 10 with a width of up to 900 mm is made into a plate shape, the folding line for folding it into the A4 file size breaks and the advertisement cannot be displayed neatly. On the other hand, in the assembled board body 10 having a pillow type, since each of the front board 100 and the back board 101 bends by the leaf-shaped lid piece 102, the board body 10 does not break at the location of the vertical folding line 106, and the advertisement can be displayed neatly using the assembled board body 10.

[0031] In addition, if the curvature of the arc related to the side end of the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is large, the front panel 100 used for displaying advertisements will be greatly curved, making it difficult to view the advertisements displayed on the front panel 100. On the other hand, if the curvature of the arc related to the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is small, the rigidity of the board body 10 will be weakened. Considering this, in the present embodiment, the diameter of the arc related to the side end of the leaf-shaped lid piece 102 is set to 900 mm, which is the horizontal dimension of the board body 10.

[0032] FIG. 10 shows a board body sheet 10a used for forming the board body 10. The board body sheet 10a illustrated in FIG. 10 is configured such that a back panel 101 provided with leaf-shaped lid pieces 102 on both the left and right sides and a rectangular front panel 100 are connected via a first horizontal folding line 104. Four pasting pieces 103 are connected to the end side of the back panel 101 facing the first horizontal folding line 104 via a second horizontal folding line 105. Further, three linear vertical folding lines 106 are processed in the front panel 100 at equal intervals in the vertical direction, and three linear vertical folding lines 106 are processed in the back panel 101 at equal intervals in the vertical direction on the board body sheet 10a. Furthermore, slits 108 for engaging the leg bodies 11 are processed at the upper and lower ends of the left vertical folding line 106 and the upper and lower ends of the right vertical folding line 106 in the board body sheet 10a. Additionally, at the locations where the vertical folding line 106 and the first horizontal folding line 104 intersect, holes 109 are processed to prevent the folds from overlapping at these locations because the fold by the first horizontal folding line 104 and the fold by the vertical folding line 106 overlap. In the board body sheet 10a, the number of locations where the vertical folding line 106 and the first horizontal folding line 104 intersect is three. Therefore, a total of three holes 109 are processed in the board body sheet 10a shown in FIG. 9.

[0033] The leg body 11 will be described. FIG. 11 is a diagram for explaining the leg body 11 in an unassembled state. FIG. 12 is a diagram for explaining the leg body 11 in an assembled state.

[0034] As shown in FIG. 11, the unassembled leg body 11 has a shape formed by arranging two trapezoidal leg body pieces 110 provided with notches 111 at the upper end side to engage with the slits 108 of the board body 10. In FIG. 11, a leg body folding score line 112 for folding the leg body 11 in two is provided at a position that is the boundary between the left leg body piece 110 and the right leg body piece 110. As shown in FIG. 12, the leg body 11 can be assembled by folding the leg body 11 in two using the leg body folding score line 112. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the leg body 11 can be engaged with the board body 10 by engaging the notch 111 at the upper end side of the assembled leg body 11 with the slit 108 of the board body 10.

[0035] Note that the leg body 11 shown in this embodiment is only an example. As long as the assembled board body 10 can stand on its own and has a size that can be stored in the A4 file size, the structure and number of the leg bodies 11 are arbitrary. For example, the leg body 11 may have the same structure as FIG. 1(C) of Patent Document 1.
