Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] The present invention relates to a combustible gas combustion device that completely burns combustible gas generated when burning waste.
Background Art
[0002] When burning organic substances, harmful gases such as CO2 and dioxin are generated, and since plastics that are difficult to burn are mixed in, an incomplete combustion state is likely to occur. As a result, malodors and smoke are released into the outside air. As a device for solving this problem, for example, there is the exhaust gas combustion device of Patent Document 1.
[0003] The exhaust gas combustion device of Patent Document 1 includes a ceramic inner pipe (inner ceramic pipe) with a heater and a temperature sensor rod inserted therein, a ceramic outer pipe (outer ceramic pipe) disposed outside the inner ceramic pipe, and a temperature adjustment device that automatically adjusts the temperature of the heater based on the temperature detected by the temperature sensor rod. In this exhaust gas combustion device, combustible gas flows between the inner ceramic pipe and the outer ceramic pipe, and the combustible gas is completely burned by the radiant energy generated by the inner ceramic pipe heated by the heater, and smokeless and odorless exhaust gas is released into the outside air.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] By the way, in the exhaust gas combustion device of Patent Document 1 described above, it is difficult for a heater with normal heating capacity to heat the inner ceramic pipe to a predetermined heating temperature (for example, 800 ° C or higher) in a short time, and a heater with increased heating capacity was used to heat the inner ceramic pipe to the predetermined heating temperature. Therefore, since the exhaust gas combustion device of Patent Document 1 uses a heater with increased heating capacity, there is a problem in terms of power consumption.
[0006] Therefore, the present invention has been made by paying attention to the problems of the conventional example described in Patent Document 1 above, and suppresses an increase in power consumption by using a heater with normal heating capacity, and provides a combustible gas combustion device that can completely burn combustible gas in a short time and significantly improve combustion efficiency.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] In order to achieve the above object, a combustible gas combustion device according to an aspect of the present invention is a combustible gas combustion device disposed in the middle of a flue through which combustible gas flows, and includes a flue gantry through which combustible gas passes, a combustion unit detachably connected to the upper part of the flue gantry, and a temperature control unit for controlling the temperature of the combustion unit. The combustion unit includes a heater unit detachably supported by a heater support portion of the flue gantry, an inner pipe formed of a quartz tube disposed around the outer periphery of the heater unit, and an outer pipe formed of a ceramic tube provided outside the inner pipe with a combustion unit flue provided between the outer periphery of the inner pipe. The heater unit includes a heater body and a temperature sensor for detecting the ambient temperature of the heater body. The temperature control unit heats the inner pipe by controlling the temperature of the heater body based on the temperature information of the temperature sensor so as to completely burn the combustible gas passing through the combustion unit flue with the radiant energy generated in the inner pipe.

[0013] FIG. 1 shows an embodiment of a combustible gas combustion device 2 detachably mounted in the middle of a flue 1 through which combustible gas flows out from an incinerator (not shown) for incinerating organic substances. FIG. 2 is an exploded perspective view showing the main components of the combustible gas combustion device 2 of this embodiment.
[0014] As shown in FIG. 1, the flue 1 includes a lower flue pipe 3 connected to the lower part of the combustible gas combustion device 2 and an upper flue pipe 4 connected to the upper part of the combustible gas combustion device 2. A plurality of air intake slits 4a are formed at predetermined intervals in the circumferential direction at the lower end of the upper flue pipe 4.
[0015] The combustible gas combustion device 2 includes a flue base 5 detachably connected to a flange 3a provided at the upper end of the lower flue pipe 3, a combustion part 6 having a lower end detachably connected to the upper part of the flue base 5 and an upper end connected to the upper flue pipe 4, and a temperature control part 20 for controlling the temperature of the combustion part 6.
[0016] The flue base 5 includes a base pipe 7 having the same cylindrical size as the lower flue pipe 3, a first base flange 8a fixed to the lower end of the base pipe 7, and a second base flange 8b made of stainless steel fixed to the upper end of the base pipe 7. One end of an elbow-shaped stainless steel wire covering pipe 9 is fixed to the edge of an opening 7a provided in the peripheral wall of the base pipe 7, and the other end of the wire covering pipe 9 extends upward through the inner diameter part 8b1 of the second base flange 8b. The opening 7a of the base pipe 7 is closed by a cover 10. Wires 9a and 9b for connecting between a heater body 14a and a temperature sensor 14b (to be described later) and the temperature control part 20 are arranged inside the wire covering pipe 9 from one end to the other end.
[0017] A heater support plate 12 is fixed to the upper end of the wire covering pipe 9, and an inner pipe support ring 13 protrudes upward and is fixed to the outer periphery of the heater support plate 12. Here, the heater support part described in the present invention corresponds to the heater support plate 12, and the support ring described in the present invention corresponds to the inner pipe support ring 13.
[0018] The pedestal pipe 7, the wire coating pipe 9, and the inner pipe support ring 13 are formed of stainless steel pipes, and the first pedestal flange 8a, the second pedestal flange 8b, and the heater support plate 12 are made of stainless steel. As shown in FIG. 1, the flue pedestal 5 having the above configuration is integrally fixed to the upper part of the lower flue pipe 3 by placing the first pedestal flange 8a on the flange 3a of the lower flue pipe 3 and bolt-joining them.
[0019] The combustion part 6 includes a heater part 14, an inner pipe 15 formed of a quartz pipe arranged to surround the outer periphery of the heater part 14, an outer pipe 16 formed of a ceramic pipe arranged outside the inner pipe 15 with a combustion part flue S provided between the inner pipe 15 and the outer pipe 16, and an outer cylinder 18 formed of a stainless steel pipe arranged outside the outer pipe 16 with a heat insulating material 17 filled in the space between the outer pipe 16 and the outer cylinder 18.
[0020] The heater part 14 includes a heater body 14a that is elongated in the vertical direction and heated by power supply, a temperature sensor 14b that is detachably attached to the heater body 14a and detects the ambient temperature, and a heater base 14c that is integrated with the lower part of the heater body 14a. The heater part 14 is integrally fixed on the heater support plate 12 by bolt-joining the heater base 14c on the heater support plate 12 of the flue pedestal 5.
[0021] The inner pipe 15 is arranged to surround the outer periphery of the heater part 14 by being fitted while sliding on the inner peripheral surface of the inner pipe support ring 13 of the flue pedestal 5 at its lower end side.
[0022] The outer pipe 16 and the outer cylinder 18 are arranged on a combustion part flange 22 made of stainless steel. The combustion part flange 22 is a flange having the same shape as the second pedestal flange 8b of the flue pedestal 5, and the outer cylinder 18 is fixed to the upper surface of the combustion part flange 22 by welding. An outer pipe support ring 23 made of stainless steel is fixed to the inner diameter side of the combustion part flange 22 by welding.
[0023] The outer pipe 16 is disposed on the combustion part flange 22 by being fitted while its lower end side slides on the outer peripheral surface of the outer pipe support ring 23.
[0024] On the upper part of the outer cylinder 18, a lid part 24 is detachably attached by bolt connection. The lid part 24 includes a cylindrical first connection part 24a that connects to the upper flue pipe 4 shown by the two-dot chain line in Fig. 1, and a second connection part 24b that has a larger diameter than the first connection part 24a and connects to the outer cylinder 18.
[0025] Then, before attaching the lid part 24 to the outer cylinder 18, with the heater part 14 surrounded by the inner pipe 15 disposed in the inner space of the outer pipe 16, the combustion part flange 22 is placed on the second flange 8b of the flue base 5 and bolted, so that a combustion part flue S is provided between the inner pipe 15 and the outer pipe 16.
[0026] The temperature control unit 20 is connected to the temperature sensor 14b via the electric wire 9a and to the heater main body 14a via the electric wire 9b, and is a device that supplies power for temperature control so that the heater main body 14a reaches a predetermined heating temperature (for example, 800°C or higher) based on the temperature information detected by the temperature sensor 14b.
[0027] When the combustible gas combustion device 2 with the above configuration is installed in the middle of the flue 1 and the temperature control of the heater main body 14a is set to 800°C by the temperature control unit 20, the inner pipe 15 formed of a quartz tube is heated to about 800°C in a short time by the heating operation of the heater main body 14a.
[0028] The combustible gas generated after incinerating organic matter flows from the lower flue pipe 3 through the pedestal pipe 7 of the flue pedestal 5 and the combustion section flue S into the upper flue pipe 4. At this time, the radiant energy generated by the inner pipe 15 heated to about 800°C completely combusts the combustible gas passing through the combustion section flue S, so that the smokeless and odorless exhaust gas is discharged to the outside air through the upper flue pipe 4. Here, as shown in FIG. 1, outside air flows into the upper flue pipe 4 from the air intake slit 4a provided at the lower end of the upper flue pipe 4 connected to the first connection portion 24a of the lid portion 24, so that the exhaust gas velocity passing through the upper flue pipe 4 increases.
[0029] Therefore, in the combustible gas combustion device 2 of the present embodiment, since the inner pipe 15 is formed of a quartz tube that can be heated to a predetermined heating temperature (for example, 800°C or higher) in a short time, a heater body 14a with a normal heating capacity can be used, and an increase in power consumption can be suppressed. Further, the combustible gas combustion device 2 of the present embodiment can completely combust the combustible gas in a short time and significantly improve the combustion efficiency.
[0030] Next, a procedure for removing the heater section 14 (combustion section 6) of the combustible gas combustion device 2 for maintenance will be described with reference to FIG. 1.
[0031] First, the upper flue pipe 4 is removed from the first connection portion 24a of the lid portion 24 of the combustible gas combustion device 2 to open the upper part of the combustible gas combustion device 2. Next, the bolt connection between the second pedestal flange 8b of the flue pedestal 5 and the combustion section flange 22 of the combustion section 6 is released, and while moving the combustion section flange 22 upward, the lower end side of the outer pipe 16 fitted in the outer pipe support ring 23 is pulled upward to remove the outer cylinder 18, the heat insulating material 17, and the outer pipe 16. As a result, the inner pipe 15 rising upward from the flue pedestal 5 is exposed, so the lower end side of the inner pipe 15 fitted in the inner pipe support ring 13 of the flue pedestal 5 is pulled upward and removed to expose the heater section 14.
[0032] Next, disconnect the connection between the temperature control unit 20 and the electric wires 9a, 9b, and release the bolt connection between the heater base 14c of the heater unit 14 and the heater support plate 12 of the flue base 5. As a result, maintenance work such as removing the heater unit 14 from the heater support plate 12 and replacing the heater body 14a with a new part is performed.
[0033] In this way, after removing the outer cylinder 18, the heat insulating material 17, and the outer pipe 16 by moving the combustion part flange 22 upward, the lower end side of the inner pipe 15 fitted in the inner pipe support ring 13 is pulled out upward and removed, so that the heater part 14 is exposed. Therefore, replacement work of the heater body 14a and the like can be easily performed, and the efficiency of the maintenance work of the heater part 14 can be improved.
