Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] Cross - reference to Related Applications This application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. CN202311869732.X, filed with the China National Intellectual Property Administration on December 29, 2023, the entire disclosure of which is incorporated herein by reference.
[0002] The present invention relates to a cooling device, a cooling system including the cooling device, and a charging device including the cooling system.
Background Art
[0003] In the prior art, a charging station generally includes a charging station housing, charging terminals provided on the charging station housing, and a charging cable electrically connected to the charging terminals. To improve the charging speed, it is necessary to increase the charging current. Currently, the requirement for the charging current is as high as 600 A, and in the future, it may further increase to 1000 A. When this high current flows through the charging cable and the charging terminals, the temperature inside the charging station housing and the temperature of the charging cable rise rapidly. To prevent excessive temperature rise, in the prior art, usually, the diameter of the charging cable is increased, but this increases the volume and weight of the charging station product and raises the cost.
[0004] To improve the cooling performance of the charging station, recently, liquid - cooled charging stations have been proposed. A housing chamber for accommodating a coolant is provided in the housing of the liquid - cooled charging station, and the housing chamber has an inlet pipe joint for connecting to a coolant inlet pipe and an outlet pipe joint for connecting to a coolant outlet pipe. Therefore, in these technical solutions, it is necessary to provide separate coolant inlet and outlet pipes, and it is also necessary to connect the coolant inlet pipe and the coolant outlet pipe to the inlet pipe joint and the outlet pipe joint of the housing chamber respectively. This increases the cost of the liquid - cooled charging station and complicates the assembly.
