Abstract
To provide a one-way bearing which enables reduction of the weight by change of a material, makes breakage and rapture less likely to occur, and can effectively extend the service life.SOLUTION: A one-way bearing of the invention is used between an input member and an output member and includes: a plastic mounting base 60; a plurality of rollers; and a metallic transmission base. In the plastic mounting base, radially-penetrating mounting recesses are formed at equal intervals and the rollers are received in the corresponding mounting recesses. A surface of the metallic transmission base that corresponds to a peripheral edge part of the plastic mounting base is formed with a plurality of transmission slopes respectively corresponding to the mounting recesses, so that the rollers arranged on the plastic mounting base may selectively clamp the metallic transmission base by means of the transmission slopes respectively facing the rollers to induce an effect of one-way driving. In this way, the molded plastic mounting base may help reduce the weight of the one-way bearing and achieve reduction of the weight and costs and easy machinability without affecting strength of power transmission.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
