Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0004] A lighting fixture may include a cover (for example, the inner case and the outer case in Patent Document 1) that transmits light emitted from a light source in order to obtain various lighting effects. However, even if the light emitted from the light source passes through the cover, when the lighting fixture is observed from the outside, the shape of the light source appears on the cover, and thus the appearance of the lighting fixture may be impaired.
[0005] An object of the present disclosure is to provide a lighting fixture in which the shape of a light source can be suppressed from being clearly visible from the outside of the lighting fixture.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0006] A lighting fixture according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a lighting unit and a cover body fixed to the lighting unit. The lighting unit has an emission surface including an emission part that emits light toward the outside of the lighting unit. The cover body is disposed to face the emission surface and includes a cover main body that transmits the light emitted from the emission part. The emission surface further has a first outer part outside the emission part and a second outer part outside the first outer part when viewed in the direction in which the cover body and the emission surface face each other. The light reflectivity of the first outer part is higher than that of the second outer part.
Advantages of the Invention
[0007] According to one aspect of the present disclosure, it is possible to suppress the clear visual recognition of the shape of the light source from the outside of the lighting fixture.

Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
[0009] Embodiments of the lighting fixture according to the present disclosure will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10. Note that the following embodiments are only a part of various embodiments of the present disclosure. Further, the following embodiments can be variously modified according to design and the like as long as the object of the present disclosure can be achieved.
[0010] The drawings referred to below are all schematic drawings, and the dimensional ratios of the components in the drawings do not necessarily reflect the actual dimensional ratios.
[0011] 1. Overview The lighting fixture 1 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes a lighting unit 2 and a cover body 5 fixed to the lighting unit 2. The lighting unit 2 has an emission surface 310 including an emission part 311 that emits light toward the outside of the lighting unit 2. The cover body 5 is disposed to face the emission surface 310 and includes a cover main body 50 that transmits the light emitted from the emission part 311. The emission surface 310 further has a first outer part 312 outside the emission part 311 and a second outer part 313 outside the first outer part 312 when viewed in the direction in which the cover body 5 and the emission surface 310 face each other. The light reflectivity of the first outer part 312 is higher than that of the second outer part 313.
[0012] According to the embodiment, the light emitted from the emission part 311 and reaching the cover main body 50 includes the light directly reaching the cover main body 50 from the emission part 311 and the light reflected by the first outer part 312 after being emitted from the emission part 311 and then reaching the cover main body 50. Therefore, when the light transmitted through the cover main body 50 and emitted to the outside is observed from the outside, the outline of the light source of the lighting fixture 1 becomes unclear. For this reason, it is possible to suppress the clear visual recognition of the shape of the light source from the outside of the lighting fixture 1.
[0013] Note that the entire cover main body 50 may transmit light, or a part of the cover main body 50 may transmit light.
[0014] 2. Details Details of the lighting fixture 1 of the embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 10. In the following description, the side of the cover body 5 with respect to the lighting unit 2 is defined as the front in the embodiment, and the side of the lighting unit 2 with respect to the cover body 5 is defined as the rear in the embodiment. Also, as will be described later, the lighting unit 2 in the embodiment includes the emergency light source unit 7, but the side on which the lens 70 of the emergency light source unit 7 is arranged with respect to the lighting unit 2 is defined as the lower side in the embodiment, and the side opposite to the lower side is defined as the upper side in the embodiment. Further, the right and left for the observer when the front, rear, upper, and lower in the embodiment are regarded as the front, rear, upper, and lower for the observer are defined as the right and left in the embodiment. Note that the front, rear, upper, lower, right, and left are for convenience in explaining the configuration of the lighting fixture 1 and do not define the orientation of the lighting fixture 1 when it is used. The arrow X in the drawing indicates the left side in the left-right direction, the arrow Y indicates the front side in the front-rear direction, and the arrow Z indicates the lower side in the up-down direction.
[0015] The lighting fixture 1 is, for example, attached to an outdoor wall surface such as around the entrance of a detached house or an apartment building and used. More specifically, the lighting fixture 1 is installed, for example, in the corridor of the common area of an apartment building or on the landing of a staircase, and serves as an emergency light and a staircase passage guiding light. Note that the use of the lighting fixture 1 is not limited to the above.
[0016] As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the lighting fixture 1 includes a lighting unit 2 and a cover body 5.
[0017] The lighting unit 2 includes an appliance body 200, a support member 3, a light source unit 4, an emergency power source 6, an emergency light source unit 7, and an emergency lighting device 8.
[0018] (1) Lighting unit First, the lighting unit 2 will be described (see FIGS. 2 to 4, FIGS. 9, and 10).
[0019] The fixture body 200 in the lighting unit 2 is a box-shaped member with an open front and an accommodation space S1 inside. In this embodiment, the fixture body 200 is made of aluminum die-cast. The fixture body 200 has two side walls 20 arranged side by side left and right so as to sandwich the accommodation space S1. Each of the two side walls 20 includes an inner wall portion 21 facing the accommodation space S1 and an outer wall portion 22 located outside the inner wall portion 21.
[0020] The fixture body 200 further has two second side walls 23, 24 arranged one above the other so as to sandwich the accommodation space S1, and a bottom wall 25 located behind the accommodation space S1. The bottom wall 25 is rectangular in front view. From the left and right sides of the bottom wall 25, two side walls 20 respectively project forward. From the upper side of the bottom wall 25, one second side wall 23 projects forward, and from the lower side of the bottom wall 25, the other second side wall 24 projects forward. That is, the second side wall 23 is the upper side wall projecting from the upper side of the bottom wall 25, and the second side wall 24 is the lower side wall projecting from the lower side of the bottom wall 25. The outer wall portions 22 of the two side walls 20 and the two second side walls 23, 24 are continuously connected in a rectangular frame shape.
[0021] The accommodation space S1 is a space surrounded by the bottom wall 25, the two side walls 20, and the two second side walls 23, 24, and is open toward the front. The rear surface of the bottom wall 25 faces the wall side of the building where the lighting fixture 1 is installed.
[0022] The fixture body 200 has a drainage space S2 located between the inner wall portion 21 and the outer wall portion 22 in each of the two side walls 20. That is, the fixture body 200 has two drainage spaces S2, and the two drainage spaces S2 are arranged side by side left and right so as to sandwich the accommodation space S1. Each of the two drainage spaces S2 is a space surrounded by the inner wall portion 21, the outer wall portion 22, the upper second side wall 23, the lower second side wall 24, and the bottom wall 25. The two drainage spaces S2 are both open toward the front.
[0023] The inner wall portion 21 is located at a position away from the second side wall 23 below the upper second side wall 23. Therefore, in a state where the support member 3 is not attached to the appliance main body 200, the upper ends of the respective two drainage spaces S2 and the upper end of the accommodation space S1 communicate with each other. When the support member 3 is attached to the appliance main body 200, the two drainage spaces S2 and the accommodation space S1 are in a state where they do not communicate with each other.
[0024] As shown in FIG. 9, the upper second side wall 23 has through holes 230 in the shape of long slits in the front-rear direction at the two end portions in the left-right direction thereof. The front end portion of the through hole 230 is open. The two through holes 230 communicate with the two drainage spaces S2 respectively. The through hole 230 is a portion through which a part of the cover body 5 passes when the cover body 5 is attached to and detached from the appliance main body 200. On the outer surface of a portion of the upper second side wall 23 adjacent to one (the right side in the present embodiment) of the through holes 230, a recess 231 recessed more than the other portions is provided. A screw hole 232 for attaching a screw 9 is provided in a part of the recess 231. By attaching the screw 9 to the screw hole 232, the head 90 of the screw 9 is positioned above the right through hole 230, and the upward movement of the cover body 5 can be restricted. The head 90 of the screw 9 is received in the recess 231, so that the protrusion above the uppermost surface of the upper second side wall 23 can be suppressed.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, a bulging portion 233 protruding toward the accommodation space S1 (that is, downward) is provided on the lower surface of the upper second side wall 23.
[0026] In the lower second side wall 24, a foreign matter discharge hole 240 capable of discharging foreign matters such as water, insects, and dust that have entered the drainage space S2 is formed in a portion facing the drainage space S2. In a portion of the lower second side wall 24 facing the accommodation space S1, a foreign matter discharge hole 241 capable of discharging foreign matters that have entered the accommodation space S1 is formed. In the present embodiment, the foreign matter discharge hole 240 and the foreign matter discharge hole 241 are connected to each other and form one hole.
[0027] As shown in FIG. 9, a foreign matter discharge hole 250 is provided at the lower end of the portion of the bottom wall 25 facing the drainage space S2.
[0028] On the upper surface of the lower second side wall 24, an inclined surface 243 that slopes downward toward the foreign matter discharge hole 240 and an inclined surface 244 that slopes downward toward the foreign matter discharge hole 250 are formed in the portion facing the drainage space S2. Similarly, an inclined surface (not shown) that slopes downward toward the foreign matter discharge hole 241 is formed in the portion of the upper surface of the lower second side wall 24 facing the accommodation space S1.
[0029] As shown in FIG. 3, the outer wall portion 22 is in the shape of a rectangular plate. One end (upper end) of the outer wall portion 22 is continuous with the upper second side wall 23, and the other end (lower end) of the outer wall portion 22 is continuous with the lower second side wall 24.
[0030] In this embodiment, the inner wall portion 21 includes a first portion 210 parallel to the outer wall portion 22, a second portion 211 parallel to the outer wall portion 22 and located outside the first portion 210, and an inclined third portion 212 connecting the first portion 210 and the second portion 211. Each of the first portion 210, the third portion 212, and the second portion 211 is in the shape of a rectangular plate. The first portion 210, the third portion 212, and the second portion 211 are continuously connected from top to bottom in this order.
[0031] As shown in FIG. 9, the inner wall portion 21 and the outer wall portion 22 are continuously connected at the half portion (rear half portion) on the bottom wall 25 side via a plurality (three in this embodiment) of connecting portions 26. Specifically, the upper end portion and the central portion in the vertical direction of the first portion 210 are continuously connected to the outer wall portion 22 via the connecting portion 26, and the remaining portion except the lower end portion of the second portion 211 is continuously connected to the outer wall portion 22 via the connecting portion 26.
[0032] A connecting portion 27 used for connection with the cover body 5 is provided on the inner wall portion 21. In this embodiment, the connecting portion 27 is provided at the central portion in the front-rear direction on the inner wall portion 21, in front of the connecting portion 26.
[0033] The connecting portion 27 has a first locking portion 270 that protrudes from the first portion 210 of the inner wall portion 21 and is L-shaped in side view, and a second locking portion 271 that protrudes from the first portion 210 and the third portion 212 of the inner wall portion 21 and is L-shaped in side view. Each of the first locking portion 270 and the second locking portion 271 has a rib 272 in the form of a protrusion extending in the vertical direction, and a rib 273 extending forward from one longitudinal end (lower end) of the rib 272.
[0034] As shown in FIG. 3, the inner wall portion 21 is further provided with a pair of fixing portions 28 that protrude toward the inside (accommodation space S1). Screws 11 for fixing the support member 3 are screwed into the pair of fixing portions 28. The fixing portions 28 are provided at one longitudinal end and the other end (that is, the upper and lower ends) of the first portion 210, respectively.
[0035] The support member 3 is attached to the instrument body 200 so as to close the accommodation space S1 of the instrument body 200. The support member 3 includes a main body portion 30 that closes the accommodation space S1, and two side wall portions 31 (see FIG. 10) that respectively extend from the main body portion 30 so as to overlap the outer surfaces of the inner wall portions 21 of the two side walls 20. The support member 3 is made of, for example, metal and is formed by bending a single metal plate.
[0036] The light source portion 4 is attached to the main body portion 30. The main body portion 30 is plate-shaped and substantially rectangular in plan view. The main body portion 30 has an outer shape corresponding to the two inner wall portions 21. Each of the left end side and the right end side of the main body portion 30 is bent along the first portion 210, the third portion 212, and the second portion 211 of the inner wall portion 21. The left-right dimension of the portion of the main body portion 30 that closes the space between the two second portions 211 is longer than the left-right dimension of the portion of the main body portion 30 that closes the space between the two first portions 210. An extension portion 32 extending outward in the left-right direction is formed at the lower end portion of the main body portion 30. The lower end portion of the main body portion 30 is elongated in the left-right direction by the amount of the two extension portions 32. Through holes 300 into which the screws 11 are inserted are provided in portions of the main body portion 30 corresponding to the four fixing portions 28.
[0037] In the main body portion 30, the side wall portion 31 extends rearward from the portion corresponding to each first portion 210 of the two inner wall portions 21 (that is, the portion above the extension portion 32). As shown in FIG. 9, the two side wall portions 31 extend from the main body portion 30 inward rearward in the left - right direction such that the interval between the two side wall portions 31 becomes narrower toward the front - end side (rear side).
[0038] As shown in FIG. 3, each of the two side wall portions 31 is in a strip - plate shape. The upper - end portion of each of the two side wall portions 31 is longer on the rear side than the portion below it.
[0039] The support member 3 further includes an eaves portion 33 that protrudes obliquely upward rearward from the upper - end edge of the main body portion 30. The eaves portion 33 is in a strip - plate shape extending in the left - right direction. At each of the left and right end portions of the eaves portion 33, an extension portion 330 that overlaps the outer surface of the side wall portion 31 is provided.
[0040] The support member 3 is fixed to the instrument main body 200 by being attached to four fixing portions 28 of the instrument main body 200 by four screws 11. With the support member 3 fixed to the instrument main body 200, the pair of side wall portions 31 overlap the outer surfaces of the pair of inner wall portions 21. In this embodiment, at least a part of each of the two side wall portions 31 is in contact with the outer surface of the corresponding inner wall portion 21. And the side wall portion 31 and the outer surface of the inner wall portion 21 are in elastic contact.
[0041] More specifically, as shown in FIG. 10, the tip portion (rear - end portion) of each side wall portion 31 is in elastic contact with the outer surface of the corresponding inner wall portion 21. Thereby, no gap is generated between the tip portion (rear - end portion) of the side wall portion 31 and the outer surface of the inner wall portion 21.
[0042] The light - source portion 4 shown in FIG. 3 is a normal - use light - source unit that is lit by electric power from a normal power source (for example, a commercial power source). As the light - source portion 4, an appropriate normal - use light - source unit can be adopted. The light - source portion 4 is supported by the support member 3 and irradiates light in front of the support member 3.
[0043] The light source unit 4 includes a light source, a lens that controls the light distribution of the light emitted from the light source, a diffusion member 40 provided in front of the lens to diffuse the light from the lens, and a normal lighting device that lights the light source with normal power supplied from a normal power source.
[0044] The light source is, for example, a white LED (Light Emitting Diode) for illumination. The lens is formed of a light-transmissive material such as glass. Note that the lens may be formed of a synthetic resin such as polycarbonate resin or acrylic resin. The light source and the lens are attached to the front surface of the central portion of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3.
[0045] The diffusion member 40 is formed in a dome shape that protrudes forward from the central portion of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3 and opens rearward. The diffusion member 40 has a dome portion and an annular flange portion that protrudes outward from the periphery of the rear end portion of the dome portion.
[0046] The diffusion member 40 is formed by mixing a diffusing material into a light-transmissive synthetic resin such as acrylic resin or polycarbonate resin. The diffusion member 40 is attached to the central portion of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3 by fixing the flange portion to the main body portion 30 with a fixture such as a screw.
[0047] The normal lighting device is attached to the rear surface of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3 and is electrically connected to the light source. The normal lighting device has a circuit board including a power conversion circuit that converts the AC power supplied from the normal power source into DC power, a constant current circuit that makes the DC current supplied to the light source constant, and the like.
[0048] In the light source unit 4 of the present embodiment, the light emitted from the light source is controlled in light distribution by the lens, travels so as to spread in the vertical and horizontal directions toward the front of the instrument main body 200, and is diffused by the diffusion member 40.
[0049] As described above, the lighting unit 2 has an emission surface 310, and the emission surface 310 has an emission part 311 that emits light toward the outside of the lighting unit 2, a first outer part 312 that is outside the emission part 311 when viewed in the front-rear direction, and a second outer part 313 that is outside the first outer part 312. In the present embodiment, the front surface of the support member 3 is the emission surface 310. The emission surface 310 includes the front surface of the main body part 30 and the outer surface of the diffusion member 40. In the present embodiment, the outer surface of the diffusion member 40 is the emission part 311. The first outer part 312 in the present embodiment is a part that surrounds the diffusion member 40 on the front surface (emission surface 310) of the main body part 30. The outer peripheral shape of the first outer part 312 is rectangular. Note that the first outer part 312 and the emission part 311 may be continuously connected without a gap, or there may be a space between the first outer part 312 and the emission part 311. The upper side, the right side, and the left side on the outer periphery of the first outer part 312 coincide with the upper side, the right side, and the left side on the outer periphery of the emission surface 310. There is a space between the lower side on the outer periphery of the first outer part 312 and the lower side on the outer periphery of the emission surface 310. In the present embodiment, the part between the lower side of the first outer part 312 and the lower side of the emission surface 310 on the emission surface 310 is the second outer part 313.
[0050] As described above, the light reflectivity of the first outer part 312 is higher than the light reflectivity of the second outer part 313. The light reflectivity of the first outer part 312 and the light reflectivity of the second outer part 313 can be made different from each other by appropriate means. For example, by making the lightness of the color of the first outer part 312 higher than the lightness of the color of the second outer part 313, the light reflectivity of the first outer part 312 can be made higher than the light reflectivity of the second outer part 313. Each of the first outer part 312 and the second outer part 313 can be colored, for example, by painting. For example, a color with a high lightness such as white is applied to the first outer part 312, and a dark color is applied to the second outer part 313. Further, the first outer part 312 may be formed of a light reflection sheet. That is, the first outer part 312 may be formed by attaching a light reflection sheet at the position of the first outer part 312 on the emission surface 310 or the like.
[0051] The emergency power source 6 in the lighting unit 2 has a plurality of battery cells electrically connected in series. Each of the plurality of battery cells is, for example, a nickel-hydrogen storage battery. The emergency power source 6 is charged with the normal power supplied from the normal power source. The emergency power source 6 is attached to the bottom wall 25 so as to be located in the accommodation space S1 of the lighting unit 2.
[0052] The emergency light source unit 7 is configured to emit illumination light downward from the lower surface of the lighting unit 2.
[0053] The emergency light source unit 7 has a light source (not shown) and a lens 70 that controls the light distribution of the light emitted from the light source. The light source is, for example, a white LED for lighting. The lens 70 is formed of a material having translucency such as quartz glass.
[0054] The emergency light source unit 7 is attached to the lower second side wall 24 such that a part (lower part) of the lens 70 protrudes outside (lower side) of the lighting unit 2 through the insertion hole 242 of the lower second side wall 24. Among the emergency light source unit 7, the remaining part excluding the lower part of the lens 70 is arranged in the accommodation space S1.
[0055] An emergency lighting device 8 is electrically connected to the light source of the emergency light source unit 7. The emergency lighting device 8 is a device that lights the emergency light source unit 7 with emergency power (DC power) supplied from the emergency power source 6 when a power failure occurs in the normal power source. The emergency lighting device 8 is attached to the bottom wall 25 so as to be located in the accommodation space S1 of the lighting unit 2.
[0056] (2) Cover body The cover body 5 in the present embodiment will be described (see FIGS. 1, 2, and 5 to 10).
[0057] The cover body 5 includes an outer cover body 530, an inner cover body 550, and a holding body 510.
[0058] The outer cover body 530 has the function of allowing the light emitted from the light emitting portion 311 and passing through the inner cover body 550 to pass through and be emitted to the outside of the lighting fixture 1. The outer cover body 530 includes a main body plate 534, two side plates 535, and two support pieces 536 (see FIGS. 4 and 5). The two side plates 535 extend from the left end side and the left end side of the main body plate 534 rearward, respectively. The two support pieces 536 extend inward in the left-right direction from the rear end sides of the two side plates 535, respectively. The main body plate 534 is rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction. Each of the two side plates 535 is vertically long rectangular when viewed in the left-right direction. Each of the two support pieces 536 is vertically long rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction. There is a gap between the two support pieces 536. Each of the two support pieces 536 has a through hole 537 penetrating in the front-rear direction. Each support piece 536 has two through holes 537, and the two through holes 537 are arranged at intervals in the vertical direction.
[0059] The outer cover body 530 has light transmissivity. That is, the outer cover body 530 is made of a material having light transmissivity. The outer cover body 530 is made of, for example, a transparent resin material. The resin material is, for example, an acrylic resin such as polymethyl methacrylate or a polycarbonate resin, but is not limited thereto. The outer cover body 530 may be made of quartz glass.
[0060] In this embodiment, the outer cover body 530 is colored. Therefore, a lighting effect corresponding to the color of the outer cover body 530 can be obtained. The outer cover body 530 may be colored with a chromatic color, or may be colored with an achromatic color, that is, white or black. The outer cover body 530 is colored, for example, by being coated with a transparent colored paint. Also, the outer cover body 530 may be colored by attaching a transparent colored film such as a smoke film. Also, the outer cover body 530 may be colored by being made of a material containing a coloring agent.
[0061] The inner cover body 550 has a function of allowing the light emitted from the emission part 311 to pass therethrough and emitting it toward the outer cover body 530. The inner cover body 550 includes a main part 551 and a support part 556 (see FIGS. 5 and 6).
[0062] The main part 551 is box-shaped with an opening 557 facing rearward. In the inner cover body 550, the main part 551 transmits light. The main part 551 is generally rectangular parallelepiped-shaped, and has a main board 552 constituting the front side surface, two side boards 554 respectively constituting the left and right side surfaces, a first end board 553 constituting the upper side surface, and a second end board 555 constituting the lower side surface. The main board 552 is rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction, each side board 554 is vertically long rectangular when viewed in the left-right direction, and each of the first end board 553 and the second end board 555 is horizontally long rectangular when viewed in the up-down direction. The opening 557 is rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction.
[0063] The support part 556 has a flange-like shape extending outward from the entire edge of the opening 577. When viewed in the front-rear direction, the outer periphery of the support part 556 is rectangular and larger than the outer periphery of the opening. The support part 556 has two fixing recesses 560 at each of its left and right end edges. At each end edge, the two fixing recesses 560 are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction. The fixing recess 560 has a shape that is recessed in an arc shape toward the inner side in the left-right direction. That is, the fixing recess 560 is arc-shaped when viewed in the front-rear direction and is open to the front, rear, and outer sides in the left-right direction. From the arc-shaped edge of each fixing recess 560, a fixing rib 559 protrudes rearward. The fixing rib 559 is arc-shaped along the edge of the fixing recess 560 when viewed in the front-rear direction.
[0064] The inner cover body 550 has light transmissivity. That is, the inner cover body 550 is made of a material having light transmissivity. The inner cover body 550 in the present embodiment is colorless and transparent. The inner cover body 550 is made of, for example, a transparent resin material. The resin material is, for example, an acrylic resin such as polymethyl methacrylate, but is not limited thereto. The inner cover body 550 may be made of quartz glass.
[0065] The outer surface of the main body 551 of the inner cover body 550 has a corrugated shape. Specifically, each of the outer surface of the main board 552, the outer surface of the first end plate 553, and the outer surface of the second end plate 555 has a corrugated shape. On the outer surface of the main board 552, convex portions that are long in the vertical direction and concave portions that are long in the vertical direction are formed so as to be arranged alternately in the left-right direction. As a result, the outer surface of the main board 552 has a corrugated shape when viewed in the vertical direction. Each of the outer surfaces of the first end plate 553 and the second end plate 555 is formed such that convex portions that are long in the front-rear direction and concave portions that are long in the front-rear direction are arranged alternately in the left-right direction. As a result, each of the outer surfaces of the first end plate 553 and the second end plate 555 has a corrugated shape when viewed in the front-rear direction. Due to this corrugated shape, the light passing through the main body 551 of the inner cover body 550 is scattered, and a corresponding lighting effect is obtained.
[0066] The holding body 510 includes a first member 510A, a second member 510B, and a third member 510C (see FIGS. 5 and 6). The holding body 510 is separable into the first member 510A, the second member 510B, and the third member 510C. That is, the holding body 510 is configured by combining the first member 510A, the second member 510B, and the third member 510C.
[0067] The first member 510A has a main board 511, two side plates 514, a first end plate 513, and a second end plate 515.
[0068] The main board 511 is rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction. The two side plates 514 extend rearward from the left and right edges of the main board 511 respectively. Each side plate 514 is rectangular and vertically long when viewed in the left-right direction. The first end plate 513 extends rearward from the upper edge of the main board 511. The first end plate 513 is rectangular and horizontally long when viewed in the up-down direction. The second end plate 515 extends rearward from the lower edge of the main board 511. The first end plate 513 is rectangular and horizontally long when viewed in the up-down direction. The upper ends of the left and right side plates 514 are connected to the left and right ends of the first end plate 513 respectively, and the lower ends of the left and right side plates 514 are connected to the left and right ends of the second end plate 515 respectively. Thus, the combination of the two side plates 514, the first end plate 513, and the second end plate 515 forms a rectangular frame shape. The main board 511 has an opening 512. The opening 512 is rectangular when viewed in the front-rear direction. The main board 511 has a boss 516 protruding rearward from its rear side surface. The boss 516 is cylindrical, and there is a fixing hole 517 penetrating the main board 511 in the front-rear direction inside the boss 516. In the embodiment, the main board 511 has four bosses 516 and fixing holes 517 corresponding to each boss 516. Two bosses 516 are arranged vertically at positions separated to the left from the left edge of the opening 512, and another two bosses 516 are arranged vertically at positions separated to the right from the right edge of the opening 512.
[0069] The second member 510B and the third member 510C are arranged side by side in the left - right direction. The second member 510B and the third member 510C have shapes that are substantially symmetric with respect to a virtual plane that is between them and orthogonal to the left - right direction. Each of the second member 510B and the third member 510C has an overlapping portion 571, a fixing piece 538, and a cover connection portion 572. The overlapping portion 571 is in the shape of a flat plate having a thickness in the left - right direction and is long in the up - down direction when viewed in the left - right direction. The cover connection portion 572 includes a first connection portion 573 and a second connection portion 574. Each of the first connection portion 573 and the second connection portion 574 includes a first rib 575 and a second rib 576. The first rib 575 of the first connection portion 573 and the first rib 575 of the second connection portion 574 are arranged one above the other in the up - down direction, and the first rib 575 of the first connection portion 573 is located above. The second rib 576 of the first connection portion 573 and the second rib 576 of the second connection portion 574 are arranged one above the other in the up - down direction, and the second rib 576 of the first connection portion 573 is located above. The first rib 575 projects inward in the left - right direction from a part of the rear end edge of the overlapping portion 571. The first rib 575 has a thickness in the front - rear direction and is long in the up - down direction. The second rib 576 projects inward in the left - right direction from the inner surface in the left - right direction of the overlapping portion 571. The second rib 576 has a thickness in the up - down direction and is long in the front - rear direction. The first rib 575 and the second rib 576 in the first connection portion 573 are arranged with a gap in the front - rear direction and without a gap in the up - down direction. In the second connection portion 574, the first rib 575 and the second rib 576 are arranged with a gap in the front - rear direction and also with a gap in the up - down direction. The fixing piece 538 extends inward in the left - right direction from the front end edge of the overlapping portion 571. The fixing piece 538 has a thickness in the front - rear direction and is long in the up - down direction. The fixing piece 538 has a fixing hole 539 that penetrates in the front - rear direction. Each fixing piece 538 has two fixing holes 539, and the two fixing holes 539 are arranged at intervals in the up - down direction.
[0070] Each of the second member 510B and the third member 510C is manufactured, for example, by bending a metal plate material. In this case, the second rib 576 is manufactured, for example, by a stamping - up process.
[0071] As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in the cover body 5, the support portion 556 of the inner cover body 550 overlaps the rear surface of the main board 511 in the first member 510A of the holder 510 around the opening 512. The main portion 551 of the inner cover body 550 is disposed forward of the main board 511 through the opening 512. Each of the four bosses 516 fits into a corresponding fixing recess 560 and fixing rib 559. That is, the four bosses 516 are respectively fitted into the corresponding four fixing recesses 560 and fixing ribs 559. The rear surface of the boss 516 is located rearward of the rear surface of the fixing rib 559. That is, the boss 516 protrudes rearward more than the fixing rib 559.
[0072] The main body plate 534 of the outer cover body 530 is in front of the main board 511 of the holder 510 and the main portion 551 of the inner cover body 550, the main body plate 534 and the main board 511 are separated in the front-rear direction, and the main body plate 534 and the main portion 551 are separated in the front-rear direction. The two support pieces 536 of the outer cover body 530 are located rearward of the first member 510A and the inner cover body 550. The portion of each boss 516 that protrudes rearward from the fixing rib 559 fits into the through hole 537 in the support piece 536. The above-mentioned portions of the four bosses 516 are respectively fitted into the four through holes 537 in the outer cover body 530. The rear surface of the fixing rib 559 overlaps the front surface of the support piece 536. The rear surface of the boss 516 and the rear surface of the support piece 536 are flush.
[0073] The holder 510 sandwiches a part of the outer cover body 530 and a part of the inner cover body 550 between the first member 510A and the second member 510B, and sandwiches a part of the outer cover body 530 different from the above and a part of the inner cover body 550 different from the above between the first member 510A and the third member 510C. Thereby, the holder 510 holds the outer cover body 530 and the inner cover body 550.
[0074] Specifically, the fixing piece 538 in the second member 510B is located behind the outer edge portion on the right side of the opening 512 in the main board 511 of the first member 510A. Between the fixing piece 538 and the outer edge portion on the right side of the opening 512 in the main board 511, the right support piece 536 of the outer cover body 530 and the portion on the right side of the main portion 551 of the support portion 556 of the inner cover body 550 are interposed. The two fixing holes 539 in the fixing piece 538 and the two fixing holes 517 on the right side of the opening 512 in the main board 511 are aligned with each other. By fitting the screw 580, which is a fixing tool, into each of the fixing holes 539 and the fixing holes 517, the second member 510B is fixed to the first member 510A. Also, thereby, the right support piece 536 of the outer cover body 530 and the portion on the right side of the main portion 551 of the support portion 556 of the inner cover body 550 are sandwiched and fixed between the fixing piece 538 and the outer edge portion on the right side of the opening 512 in the main board 511.
[0075] Furthermore, the fixing piece 538 in the third member 510C is located behind the outer edge portion on the left side of the opening 512 in the main board 511 of the first member 510A. Between the fixing piece 538 and the outer edge portion on the left side of the opening 512 in the main board 511, the left support piece 536 of the outer cover body 530 and the portion on the left side of the main portion 551 of the support portion 556 of the inner cover body 550 are interposed. The two fixing holes 539 in the fixing piece 538 and the two fixing holes 517 on the left side of the opening 512 in the main board 511 are aligned with each other. By fitting the screw 580, which is a fixing tool, into each of the fixing holes 539 and the fixing holes 517, the third member 510C is fixed to the first member 510A. Also, thereby, the left support piece 536 of the outer cover body 530 and the portion on the left side of the main portion 551 of the support portion 556 of the inner cover body 550 are sandwiched and fixed between the fixing piece 538 and the outer edge portion on the left side of the opening 512 in the main board 511.
[0076] Thereby, the holder 510 holds the outer cover body 530 and the inner cover body 550.
[0077] The cover body 5 configured as described above includes a cover main body 50 including an outer cover body 530, a first member 510A, and an inner cover body 550, and two overlapping portions 571 extending rearward from the right and left edge portions of the cover main body 50, respectively. The cover main body 50 has an upwardly and downwardly open space 590 surrounded by a main body plate 534, two side plates 535, and a main plate 511, and a main portion 551 of the inner cover body 550 is disposed in this space 590.
[0078] (3) Lighting fixture As shown in FIGS. 9 and 10, in the cover body 5, with respect to the lighting unit 2 in a state where the screw 9 is removed, the first rib 522 of the second connecting portion 521 passes between the locking portions 270 and 271 of the lighting unit 2, and each overlapping portion 571 is inserted into the drainage space S2 of the side wall 20 and slid downward, whereby the cover body 5 is attached to the lighting unit 2. As a result, the cover body 5 is attached to the lighting unit 2. In this state, by attaching the screw 9 to the screw hole 232 of the recess 231 of the second side wall 23 above the lighting unit 2, the head 90 of the screw 9 is positioned above the overlapping portion 571 on the right side of the cover body 5. As a result, the cover body 5 is attached to the lighting unit 2 in a state where upward movement is restricted.
[0079] The cover body 5 is attached to the lighting unit 2 so as to cover the light source unit 4 and the support member 3 from the front side. The cover main body 50 is positioned in front of the emission surface 310 and faces the emission surface 310. The emission portion 311 and the first outer portion 312 on the emission surface 310 are disposed inside the main portion 551 of the inner cover body 550. That is, the emission portion 311 and the first outer portion 312 are in positions facing the main portion 551 in the front-rear direction.
[0080] Each of the two overlapping portions 571 is disposed inside the lighting unit 2. Each overlapping portion 571 is disposed along the outer wall portion 22 in the lighting unit 2 so as to overlap the inner surface of this outer wall portion 22. The fixing piece 538 closes the front opening of the drainage space S2.
[0081] The first connecting portion 573 is connected to the first locking portion 270 of the lighting unit 2, and the second connecting portion 574 is connected to the second locking portion 271 of the lighting unit 2. That is, in the first connecting portion 573, the first rib 575 and the second rib 576 sandwich the rib 272 of the first locking portion 270. In the second connecting portion 574, the first rib 575 and the second rib 576 sandwich the rib 272 of the second locking portion 271. Further, the second rib 576 of the second connecting portion 574 is supported from below by the rib 273 of the second locking portion 271 of the lighting unit 2.
[0082] The fixing piece 538 is located above the extension portion 32 of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3. The front surface of the fixing piece 538 is substantially in the same position in the front-rear direction as the front surface of the main body portion 30 of the support member 3.
[0083] The overlapping portion 571 on the right side is shorter in the vertical direction than the overlapping portion 571 on the left side. The upper end of the overlapping portion 571 on the right side is located below the upper end of the overlapping portion 571 on the left side. The upper end of the overlapping portion 571 on the right side is located at substantially the same vertical position as the bottom surface (upper surface) of the concave portion 231 of the lighting unit 2. And the upper end of the overlapping portion 571 on the left side is located at substantially the same vertical position as the uppermost surface (the upper surface of the portion other than the concave portion 231) of the lighting unit 2.
[0084] In the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, when the light source unit 4 emits light, the light is emitted from the emitting portion 311 of the emitting surface 310 to the outside of the lighting unit 2. This light further reaches the cover main body 50 of the cover body 5, passes through the cover main body 50, and is emitted to the outside of the lighting fixture 1.
[0085] The light emitted from the emission unit 311 reaches the main part 551 of the inner cover body 550 in the cover main body 50. The light reaching the main part 551 includes the light that directly reaches the main part 551 from the emission unit 311 and the light that reaches the main part 551 after being reflected by the first outer part 312 after being emitted from the emission unit 311. Therefore, it becomes difficult to visually recognize the shape of the light source. The light reaching the main part 551 enters the inside of the main part 551 from the opening 557 of the main part 551 and passes through any one of the main board 552, the two side boards 554, the first end board 553, and the second end board 555. In the present embodiment, since the outer surface of the main part 551 has a corrugated shape, the light is scattered when passing through the main part 551. For this reason, it becomes even more difficult to visually recognize the shape of the light source, and an illumination effect due to the scattering of light can be obtained. The light after passing through the main part 551 reaches the outer cover body 530, passes through the outer cover body 530, and is emitted to the outside of the lighting fixture 1. In the present embodiment, since the outer cover body 530 is colored, the light emitted to the outside of the lighting fixture 1 is colored, and a corresponding illumination effect can be obtained.
[0086] Also, in the present embodiment, since the light reflectivity of the second outer part 313 on the emission surface 310 is lower than that of the first outer part 312, it is possible to suppress light from leaking out to the outside of the lighting fixture 1 from the outer edge on the second outer part 313 side of the emission surface 310. That is, for example, it is possible to suppress light from leaking out to the outside through the gap between the cover body 5 at the lower part of the lighting unit 2. Further, even if the line of sight is directed to the emission surface 310 through the gap between the cover body 5 of the lighting unit 2 from the outside on the lower side of the lighting fixture 1, since the light reflectivity of the second outer part 313 is low, the emission surface 310 is likely to look dark. Therefore, it becomes difficult to visually recognize the internal mechanism of the lighting fixture 1 from the outside, and the appearance of the lighting fixture 1 is less likely to be damaged.
[0087] In addition, in the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, the lighting unit 2 has two side walls 20 sandwiching the accommodation space S1, and each side wall 20 includes an inner wall portion 21 facing the accommodation space S1 and an outer wall portion 22 located outside the inner wall portion 21. Further, the cover body 5 has a cover main body 50 located in front of the support member 3 and two overlapping portions 571 respectively extending from the cover main body 50 so as to overlap the inner surfaces of the outer wall portions 22 of the two side walls 20. Furthermore, the support member 3 includes a main body portion 30 closing the accommodation space S1 and two side wall portions 31 extending from the main body portion 30 so as to overlap the outer surfaces of the inner wall portions 21 of the two side walls 20 respectively.
[0088] Therefore, the lighting fixture 1 has a first water-stop structure in which the outer wall portion 22 of the lighting unit 2 and the overlapping portion 571 of the cover body 5 overlap, and a second water-stop structure in which the side wall portion 31 of the support member 3 and the inner wall portion 21 of the lighting unit 2 overlap. Therefore, it is possible to suppress water from entering from between the lighting unit 2 and the cover body 5 into the accommodation space S1 inside the lighting unit 2 by a two-stage water-stop structure formed by a part of the configurations of the lighting unit 2, the cover body 5, and the support member 3. Therefore, in the lighting fixture 1 of the present embodiment, it is not necessary to use a packing having weather resistance, so that a decrease in appearance quality can be suppressed, and a waterproof function comparable to that in the case of using a packing can be exhibited.
[0089] 3. Modification In the embodiment, the first outer portion 312 surrounds the emission portion 311, but the configuration of the first outer portion 312 is not limited to this. For example, the first outer portion 312 may incompletely surround the emission portion 311. Further, the first outer portion 312 may be separated into a plurality of parts, and these parts may be dispersed around the emission portion 311. Note that the first outer portion 312 is preferably located in the vicinity of the emission portion 311. It is also preferable that the first outer portion 312 and the emission portion 311 are continuously arranged without an interval therebetween.
[0090] In the embodiment, the portion between the lower side of the first outer portion 312 and the lower side of the emission surface 310 on the emission surface 310 is the second outer portion 313, but the position of the second outer portion 313 is not limited thereto. The second outer portion 313 may be at a position where neither the emission portion 311 nor the first outer portion 312 exists on the emission surface 310. For example, the first outer portion 312 may be at least a part of the outer edge portion of the emission surface 310. Further, the second outer portion 313 may be a portion surrounding the first outer portion 312, that is, the entire outer edge portion of the emission surface 310.
[0091] The configurations of the inner cover body 550 and the outer cover body 530 are not limited to the above. Each of the inner cover body 550 and the outer cover body 530 can have various configurations, and thus an illumination effect corresponding to the configuration of each of the inner cover body 550 and the outer cover body 530 can be obtained.
[0092] For example, the inner cover body 550 may be milky white. The inner cover body 550 may have a color other than white. Further, the outer surface of the inner cover body 550 may be flat. The inner cover body 550 may be milky white and have a flat outer surface. The inner cover body 550 may be colored in a color other than white and have a flat outer surface.
[0093] Also, for example, the outer cover body 530 may be colorless and transparent. The outer surface of the outer cover body 530 may be uneven. The outer cover body 530 may have an opening that allows light to pass through.
[0094] Further, the cover body 5 does not have to include both the outer cover body 530 and the inner cover body 550 as members that transmit light. For example, the cover body 5 may include only the cover corresponding to the outer cover body 530 as a member that transmits light, or may include only the cover corresponding to the inner cover body 550.
[0095] 4. Aspect The lighting fixture (1) according to the first aspect of the present disclosure includes a lighting unit (2) and a cover body (5) fixed to the lighting unit (2). The lighting unit (2) has an emission surface (310) including an emission part (311) that emits light toward the outside of the lighting unit (2). The cover body (5) includes a cover main body (50) that is disposed to face the emission surface (310) and transmits the light emitted from the emission part (311). The emission surface (310) further has a first outer part (312) outside the emission part (311) and a second outer part (313) outside the first outer part (312) when viewed in the direction in which the cover body (5) and the emission surface (310) face each other. The light reflectivity of the first outer part (312) is higher than that of the second outer part (313).
[0096] According to this aspect, it is possible to suppress the clear visual recognition of the shape of the light source from the outside of the lighting fixture (1).
[0097] In the second aspect, in the first aspect, the cover main body (50) includes an inner cover body (550) having a main part (551) that transmits the light emitted from the emission part (311), and an outer cover body (530) that transmits the light after passing through the main part (551) and emits it to the outside of the cover body (5). The emission part (311) and the first outer part (312) are at positions facing the main part (551).
[0098] According to this aspect, the light passing through the main part (551) of the inner cover body (550) includes the light directly reaching the main part (551) from the emission part (311) and the light reaching the main part (551) after being reflected by the first outer part (312) after being emitted from the emission part (311), so that the clear visual recognition of the shape of the light source can be further suppressed.
[0099] In the third aspect, in the first or second aspect, the lightness of the color of the first outer part (312) is higher than the lightness of the color of the second outer part (313).
[0100] In the fourth aspect, the first outer part (312) is formed of a light-reflecting sheet.
