As a result, the outer shutter 3 and the inner shutter 4 are excellent in heat insulation and dew prevention properties. On the surfaces of the metal frame members 321 and 421 on the outdoor side Y1 of the lower frames 32 and 42 of the outer shutter 3 and the inner shutter 4, extension plates 321b and 421b that extend further downward from the lower ends of the outdoor side lower end vertical walls 321a and 421a are integrally provided. The extension plates 321b and 421b protrude below the door wheels 36 and 46.
[0022] As shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the screen door 5 is configured by stretching a mesh member 55 inside a frame body 50 formed by rectangularly framing an upper frame 51, a lower frame 52, a vertical frame 53 disposed on the door tip side, and a vertical frame 54 disposed on the door butt side. The screen door 5 is engaged with the screen door rails 21c and 221c of the upper frame 21 and the lower frame 22 so as to be movable in the left-right direction. A door wheel 56 that rolls on the screen door rail 872 of the lower frame 22 is provided on the lower frame 52 of the screen door 5.
[0023] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a shutter device 6 is attached to the outdoor side Y1 of the outer shutter 3. The shutter device 6 includes a shutter device main body 61 and a pair of left and right guide rails 62, 62. The shutter device main body 61 is attached to the outdoor surface 102 side of the building housing 100 above the upper frame 21.
[0024] The shutter device main body 61 includes a horizontally long box-shaped shutter cover 611 and a shutter curtain 612 as a shielding member. The shutter curtain 612 is configured by connecting a plurality of horizontally long and narrow slats 6121 in the vertical direction. The shutter curtain 612 is housed in a wound state inside the shutter cover 611. A sill 613 is attached to the lower end portion of the shutter curtain 612. The lower end portion of the shutter curtain 612 is the tip portion in the feeding direction of the shutter curtain 612. As shown in FIGS. 2 and 5, the sill 613 is formed wider in the indoor-outdoor direction than the shutter curtain 612. A contact member 6131 that contacts a shutter receiving surface 810 described later is provided over the entire length of the sill 613 in the extending direction. The contact member 6131 is an elastic member such as rubber or a brush member.
[0025] The guide rails 62, 62 extend from both left and right end portions of the shutter device main body 61 along the vertical frames 23, 24 to the lower frame 22. The guide rails 62, 62 are arranged on the outdoor side Y1 of the vertical frames 23, 24. The guide rails 62, 62 are extrusion-molded members formed of a metal material such as aluminum. As shown in FIG. 3, the guide rails 62, 62 have guide grooves 621, 621 on the side surfaces facing each other for accommodating both left and right side portions of the shutter curtain 612, respectively. The guide rails 62, 62 have attachment pieces 622, 622 that extend from the side surface on the indoor side Y2 toward the indoor side Y2. The guide rails 62, 62 are fixed by screws 62a in a state where the attachment pieces 622, 622 are brought into contact with the guide rail attachment portions 232, 242 of the left and right vertical frames 23, 24 from the inside.
[0026] In the guide grooves 621, 621, contact members 6211 that contact the shutter curtain 612 from the outdoor side Y1 and the indoor side Y2, respectively, are attached over the entire length of the guide rails 62, 62. The contact members 6211, 6211 are, for example, brush members, and suppress foreign matters such as dust and insects from entering the guide rails 62, 62 through the gaps between the shutter curtain 612 in the closed state and the guide grooves 621, 621.
[0027] The shutter device 6 opens the inner spaces of the shutter cover 611, the guide rails 62, 62, and the lower frame 22 by winding the entire shutter curtain 612 and accommodating it in the shutter cover 611. The shutter device 6 moves the sill 613 downward toward the lower frame 22 and feeds out the shutter curtain 612 from the shutter cover 611 along the guide rails 62, 62, thereby shielding the inner spaces of the shutter cover 611, the guide rails 62, 62, and the lower frame 22 as shown in FIG. 1. The shutter device 6 may be configured to manually wind and feed out the shutter curtain 612, or may be configured to automatically perform the winding and feeding out of the shutter curtain 612 by motor drive (not shown).
[0028] Next, the lower frame structure of the fitting 1 will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 to 7. The lower frame structure of the fitting 1 in the present embodiment has a flat rail structure 10 configured such that the upper surface of the lower frame 22 becomes flat by attaching the lower frame attachment AT. However, the lower frame structure of the present embodiment can also be used for a protruding rail structure configured such that the rail protrudes upward by removing the lower frame attachment AT. Therefore, it is not necessary to manufacture the flat rail structure 10 and the protruding rail structure as separate facilities, and the manufacturing cost of the lower frame 22 can be reduced.
[0029] The lower frame 22 includes a lower frame body 25, a shutter lower frame portion 26, and a lower frame attachment AT. The lower frame attachment AT is disposed on the inner surface of the lower frame 22 and is detachable from the lower frame body 25 and the shutter lower frame portion 26. The inner surface of the lower frame 22 is also the upper surface of the lower frame 22.
[0030] As shown in FIG. 4, the lower frame body 25 is divided into an outdoor-side metal frame body 251 and an indoor-side metal frame body 252. The outdoor-side metal frame body 251 and the indoor-side metal frame body 252 are extrusion-molded members formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The outdoor-side metal frame body 251 and the indoor-side metal frame body 252 are integrally connected by a heat-insulating connecting member 253 made of a resin material or the like.
[0031] The outdoor-side metal frame body 251 is formed into a substantially rectangular cross-section by an upper wall portion 251a, an outdoor wall portion 251b, a lower wall portion 251c, and an indoor wall portion 251d, and has a hollow portion 251e inside. The upper wall portion 251a has an outdoor-side rail 221a that guides the sliding movement of the lower end portion of the outer shutter 3, and a screen door rail 221c that guides the sliding movement of the lower end portion of the screen door 5 on the outdoor side of the outdoor-side rail 221a.
[0032] The indoor-side metal frame body 252 is formed into a rectangular cross-section by an upper wall portion 252a, an outdoor wall portion 252b, a lower wall portion 252c, and an indoor wall portion 252d, and has a hollow portion 252e inside. The upper wall portion 252a has an indoor-side rail 221b that guides the sliding movement of the lower end portion of the inner shutter 4. A standing wall portion 252f that protrudes upward is formed at the end portion of the upper wall portion 252a on the indoor side Y2. A groove portion 252g is provided at the upper end portion of the standing wall portion 252f. A resin angle portion 254 that extends toward the indoor side Y2 is attached to the groove portion 252g.
[0033] The shutter lower frame portion 26 is a shielding member lower frame portion. The shutter lower frame portion 26 is disposed at the end portion of the lower frame body 25 on the outdoor side Y1. The shutter lower frame portion 26 is integrally provided on the outdoor wall portion 251b of the lower frame body 25. That is, the lower frame body 25 and the shutter lower frame portion 26 are configured as an integral frame.
[0034] The shutter lower frame part 26 has an extension wall part 261 extending toward the outdoor side Y1 from a middle part in the vertical direction of the outdoor wall part 251b of the lower frame main body 25, and a standing wall part 262 arranged at the end of the extension wall part 261 on the outdoor side Y1 and extending in the vertical direction. The height position of the upper end of the standing wall part 262 substantially coincides with the height position of the upper wall part 251a of the lower frame main body 25. As a result, a shutter receiving part 263 formed in a recessed shape by the shutter lower frame part 26 and the outdoor wall part 251b is arranged on the outdoor side Y1 of the lower frame main body 25. The shutter receiving part 263 is a part for receiving the sill 613A of the shutter curtain 612 that has moved downward when the lower frame 22 is used as a projecting rail structure.
[0035] The lower frame attachment AT is attached to the lower frame main body 25 and the shutter lower frame part 26, thereby constituting the lower frame 22 of the flat rail structure 10 together with the lower frame main body 25 and the shutter lower frame part 26. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the lower frame attachment AT is composed of a rail height filling member 7 and a shutter receiving part height filling member 8. The rail height filling member 7 is attached to the inner surface of the lower frame main body 25 to fill the heights of the outdoor side rail 221a and the indoor side rail 221b protruding upward from the lower frame main body 25 and to flatten the inner surface of the lower frame main body 25. The shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is attached across the lower frame main body 25 and the shutter lower frame part 26 to fill the height between the shutter lower frame part 26 and the outdoor side rail 221a and to flatten the inner surface extending from the lower frame main body 25 to the shutter lower frame part 26.
[0036] The rail height filling member 7 includes a rail intermediate member 71, an indoor side member 72, an outdoor side rail cap member 73, and an indoor side rail cap member 74. The rail height filling member 7 is provided over the entire length in the extending direction of the lower frame 22.
[0037] The intermediate member 71 between the rails is disposed between the outdoor rail 221a and the indoor rail 221b on the inner surface of the lower frame body 25 and is attached to the lower frame body 25. The intermediate member 71 between the rails has the same height as the protruding heights of the outdoor rail 221a and the indoor rail 221b. The upper surface of the intermediate member 71 between the rails is formed flat. Thus, the intermediate member 71 between the rails fills the height between the outdoor rail 221a and the indoor rail 221b and forms a flat surface therebetween.
[0038] The intermediate member 71 between the rails is constituted by combining a lower member 711 having a substantially E-shaped cross section that is disposed on the lower side and opens upward and an upper member 712 having a substantially E-shaped cross section that is disposed above the lower member 711 and opens downward. The lower member 711 and the upper member 712 are extruded profiles formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The lower member 711 is fixed to the upper wall portion 251a on the indoor side Y2 rather than the outdoor rail 221a by a screw 71a. The upper member 712 is fitted into the lower member 711 fixed to the upper wall portion 251a from above. Since the intermediate member 71 between the rails can be attached to the lower frame body 25 by fitting the upper member 712 after fixing the lower member 711 to the upper wall portion 251a, the intermediate member 71 between the rails has excellent attachability to the lower frame body 25.
[0039] The indoor member 72 is disposed on the indoor side Y2 rather than the indoor rail 221b on the upper surface of the lower frame body 25 and is attached to the lower frame body 25. The indoor member 72 is an extruded profile formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The indoor member 72 is formed in a frame shape with an open bottom. The upper surface of the indoor member 72 is flat. Thus, the indoor member 72 fills the height between the indoor rail 221b and the angle portion 254 and forms a flat surface therebetween.
[0040] The outdoor rail cap member 73 is attached to the upper end of the outdoor rail 221a. The outdoor rail cap member 73 has a running surface 731 formed at the upper part for the door wheel 36 of the outer shutter 3 to run on, an engaging portion 732 formed at the lower part of the running surface 731, and an airtight material 733 made of an elastic material such as rubber provided on the side part of the outdoor side Y1. The running surface 731 and the engaging portion 732 are integrally formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The running surface 731 is formed in a curved surface shape that protrudes upward. The engaging portion 732 is engaged and attached to the upper end of the outdoor rail 221a. A gap is formed between the airtight material 733 and the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 to be described later, into which the extension plate 321b of the lower frame 32 of the outer shutter 3 can be inserted. When the extension plate 321b is inserted into this gap, the airtight material 733 is pressed by the indoor side Y2 side surface of the extension plate 321b.
[0041] The indoor rail cap member 74 is attached to the upper end 221b1 of the indoor rail 221b. The indoor rail cap member 74 has a running surface 741 formed at the upper part for the door wheel 46 of the inner shutter 4 to run on, an engaging portion 742 formed at the lower part of the running surface 741, and an airtight material 743 made of an elastic material such as rubber provided on the side part of the outdoor side Y1. The running surface 741 and the engaging portion 742 are integrally formed of a metal material such as aluminum. The running surface 741 is formed in a curved surface shape that protrudes upward. The engaging portion 742 is engaged and attached to the upper end of the indoor rail 221b. A gap is formed between the airtight material 743 and the rail intermediate member 71, into which the extension plate 421b of the lower frame 42 of the inner shutter 4 can be inserted. When the extension plate 421b is inserted into this gap, the airtight material 743 is pressed by the indoor side Y2 side surface of the extension plate 421b.
[0042] The shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is a shielding member receiving part height filling member. The shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is arranged on the inner surface of the lower frame body 25 extending from the lower shutter frame part 26 to the outdoor side Y1 of the outdoor rail 221a. The shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is an extruded profile formed of a metal material such as aluminum. As shown in FIGS. 4 to 6, the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 has an upper wall part 81, an outdoor wall part 82, an indoor wall part 83, and a lower wall part 84. The upper wall part 81, the outdoor wall part 82, the indoor wall part 83, and the lower wall part 84 are formed in a rectangular cross-section, and a hollow part 85 is formed inside.
[0043] The upper wall part 81 extends to the outdoor side Y1 more than the outdoor wall part 82. At the end of the outdoor side Y1 of the upper wall part 81, a hanging piece part 811 having a shape bent downward in an L shape is integrally provided. The upper surface of the upper wall part 81 corresponding to the hollow part 85 constitutes a shutter receiving surface 810 facing the sill 613 of the shutter curtain 612 as shown in FIGS. 2 and 5. The lower ends of the left and right guide rails 62, 62 are arranged at both left and right ends of the shutter receiving surface 810.
[0044] As shown in FIG. 5, the height position of the shutter receiving surface 810 is substantially equal to the height positions of the upper ends of the outdoor rail 221a and the indoor rail 221b in a state where the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame 22. The shutter receiving surface 810 is formed in a flat shape without protrusions such as rails and fins from the part facing the sill 613 to the hanging piece part 811 on the outermost outdoor side Y1. The shutter receiving surface 810 receives the sill 613 of the shutter curtain 612 in the closed state with a flat surface over the entire length from the end 613a on the outdoor side Y1 to the end 613b on the indoor side Y2 of the sill 613. Thereby, for example, when the outdoor side Y1 of the lower frame 22 is flush with a wooden deck (not shown), when the shutter curtain 612 is opened, the movement in the indoor-outdoor direction by a wheelchair or the like can be smoothly performed, and the safety is improved. Since the shutter receiving surface 810 is in a flat shape, the design property is also improved.
[0045] As shown in FIG. 6, on the shutter receiving surface 810, a plurality of serrations 812 extending along the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 are formed. The serrations 812 have a shape that protrudes upward to such an extent that they do not become an obstacle during the movement of a wheelchair or the like, and are formed at regular intervals in the indoor-outdoor direction. As a result, the shutter receiving surface 810 has an anti-slip effect, and the water that has entered onto the shutter receiving surface 810 is suppressed from flowing from the outdoor side Y1 toward the indoor side Y2.
[0046] The outdoor wall portion 82 extends downward from the lower surface of the upper wall portion 81 on the indoor side Y2 of the hanging piece portion 811. The outdoor wall portion 82 has an outdoor side mounting portion 821 that extends further downward than the lower wall portion 84. The outdoor side mounting portion 821 constitutes the mounting portion on the outdoor side Y1 to the shutter lower frame portion 26 in the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8. As shown in FIG. 5, the outdoor side mounting portion 821 abuts against the standing wall portion 262 of the shutter lower frame portion 26 from the outdoor side Y1 and is fixed by a screw 8a.
[0047] The indoor wall portion 83 extends downward from the lower surface of the upper wall portion 81 corresponding to the indoor side end portion 810a of the shutter receiving surface 810. The indoor wall portion 83 has a protruding portion 831 that protrudes downward more than the lower wall portion 84. As shown in FIG. 5, the protruding portion 831 is a portion that abuts against the upper surface of the upper wall portion 251a on the outdoor side Y1 of the sliding door rail 221c in the lower frame body 25 when the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame 22. As shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, tapping holes 251f, which are protrusions, are formed over the entire length in the extending direction of the lower frame body 25 on the lower surface side of the upper wall portion 251a where the protruding portion 831 abuts. As a result, the load-bearing capacity of the upper wall portion 251a where the protruding portion 831 abuts is improved, so that the indoor side Y2 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is stably supported by the lower frame body 25.
[0048] The lower wall portion 84 is formed across the lower end portion of the outdoor wall portion 82 and the lower end portion of the indoor wall portion 83. The lower wall portion 84 has a stepped portion 841 with a shape bent downward at the connection portion with the outdoor wall portion 82. The outdoor mounting portion 821 extends downward from the connection portion between the outdoor wall portion 82 and the stepped portion 841. The stepped portion 841 has an outdoor support wall portion 841a. The outdoor support wall portion 841a extends from the connection portion of the stepped portion 841 with the outdoor wall portion 82 toward the indoor side Y2. When the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is attached across the lower frame body 25 and the shutter lower frame portion 26, the outdoor support wall portion 841a is placed on the standing wall portion 262 of the shutter lower frame portion 26 shown in FIG. 4 from above. Therefore, the outdoor side Y1 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is stably supported by the standing wall portion 262.
[0049] The upper wall portion 81 extends further toward the indoor side Y2 than the indoor wall portion 83. A water return portion 86 is formed on the upper wall portion 81. The water return portion 86 is disposed adjacent to the indoor side Y2 of the shutter receiving surface 810 on the upper wall portion 81 and is formed over the entire length in the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8.
[0050] The water return portion 86 is formed in a shape that gently protrudes above the shutter receiving surface 810. Specifically, as shown in FIG. 7, the water return portion 86 has an outdoor rising surface 861 that rises obliquely upward from the indoor side end portion 810a of the shutter receiving surface 810 toward the indoor side Y2, an upper end surface 862 that extends flat in the indoor-outdoor direction, and an indoor side surface 863 that bends downward from the end portion of the upper end surface 862 on the indoor side Y2. The connection portions of the outdoor rising surface 861, the upper end surface 862, and the indoor side surface 863 are rounded in an R shape.
[0051] The protruding height of the water return portion 86, that is, the height position of the upper end surface 862, is slightly higher than the protruding heights of the outdoor rail 221a and the indoor rail 221b in a state where the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame 22, and is substantially equal to the height positions of the running surfaces 731 and 741 of the outdoor rail cap member 73 and the indoor rail cap member 74.
[0052] By forming the water return portion 86 on the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, together with the plurality of serrations 812 on the shutter receiving surface 810, the intrusion of water on the shutter receiving surface 810 into the indoor side Y2 is further suppressed. Therefore, water does not accumulate between the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 and the outer shutter 3. Since the upper end surface 862 of the water return portion 86 is a flat surface, the user will not feel pain even when stepping on it barefoot. The indoor wall portion 83 extends downward from the lower surface of the upper end surface 862 of the water return portion 86 and is placed on the lower frame body 25. Thus, the water return portion 86 is supported by the indoor wall portion 83 against the load from above, so it has high load resistance and there is no possibility of deformation or the like occurring due to repeated stepping.
[0053] An indoor side extension portion 87 is integrally formed on the indoor side Y2 of the water return portion 86. The indoor side extension portion 87 extends from the lower end of the indoor side surface 863 of the water return portion 86 toward the indoor side Y2. The height position of the indoor side extension portion 87 is arranged slightly below the height position of the shutter receiving surface 810 in the upper wall portion 81.
[0054] At the end of the indoor side extension portion 87 closest to the indoor side Y2, a fin 871 protruding upward is formed. The fin 871 is arranged to face the airtight material 733 of the outdoor side rail cap member 73 from the outdoor side Y1 when the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame body 25 and the shutter lower frame portion 26. Thus, when the outer shutter 3 moves to the outdoor side Y1 due to wind pressure or the like, the fin 871 abuts against the extension plate 321b of the lower frame 32 of the outer shutter 3 from the outdoor side Y1, preventing the lower end portion of the outer shutter 3 from moving excessively to the outdoor side Y1. As shown in FIG. 7, a convex portion 871a protruding toward the indoor side Y2 is formed on the indoor side Y2 side surface of the fin 871.
[0055] On the indoor side extension part 87, a screen door rail 872 protruding upward is formed at a position on the outdoor side Y1 from the fins 871 and on the indoor side Y2 from the indoor side surface 863 of the water return part 86. As shown in Fig. 5, when the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame 22, the screen door rail 872 is provided above the screen door rail 221c formed in the lower frame body 25 and at the same position in the indoor-outdoor direction as the position of the screen door rail 221c. The height position of the upper end part of the screen door rail 872 is higher than the height position of the upper end part of the fins 871 and is equivalent to the height position of the upper end surface 862 of the water return part 86.
[0056] In the shutter receiving part height filling member 8, the indoor side extension part 87 having the screen door rail 872 is formed of a single member with the part where the shutter receiving surface 810 is provided. Since it is not necessary to form the part of the screen door rail 872 separately, no gap between members is formed between the shutter receiving surface 810 and the screen door rail 872. Therefore, the safety and design of the lower frame 22 are improved, and the manufacturing cost is also reduced.
[0057] As shown in Figs. 6 and 7, on the indoor side extension part 87, groove parts 87a, 87b are formed by the indoor side surface 863 of the water return part 86, the fins 871, and the screen door rail 872. The groove part 87a is formed between the fins 871 and the screen door rail 872. The groove part 87b is formed between the fins 871 and the water return part 86. These groove parts 87a, 87b have groove widths W1, W2 and groove depths D1, D2 in the indoor-outdoor direction respectively. The groove parts 87a, 87b are formed to satisfy at least one of a groove width of 5 mm or more and 13 mm or less and a groove depth of 5 mm or less. This prevents a child's finger pinching and improves safety.
[0058] As shown in Fig. 6, since the groove depth D1 of the groove portion 87a is formed to be less than 5 mm, the finger of an infant cannot enter deep into the groove portion 87a, ensuring safety. Regarding the groove width W2 of the groove portion 87b, for the portion where the groove depth D2 is 5 mm or more, since the groove width is formed to be less than 5 mm, the finger of an infant cannot enter, ensuring safety. Further, the cleanability of the dust accumulated in the groove portions 87a and 87b is also improved. From the viewpoints of similar safety and cleanability, in the case of a groove portion with a groove depth of 5 mm or more, the groove width along the indoor-outdoor direction is formed to be wide, exceeding 13 mm.
[0059] On the lower surface side of the indoor-side extension portion 87, a hanging wall portion 88 is integrally formed. The hanging wall portion 88 extends downward from the lower surface of the indoor-side extension portion 87 corresponding to a position slightly on the outdoor side Y1 rather than the screen door rail 872.
[0060] At the lower end portion of the hanging wall portion 88, an indoor-side attachment portion 89 extending toward the indoor side Y2 is integrally formed. The indoor-side attachment portion 89 is an attachment portion on the indoor side Y2 for attaching the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 to the lower frame body 25. The indoor-side attachment portion 89 protrudes toward the indoor side Y2 more than the indoor-side extension portion 87. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the indoor-side attachment portion 89 is disposed on the inner surface of the upper wall portion 251a between the outdoor-side rail 221a and the screen door rail 221c of the lower frame body 25. The indoor-side attachment portion 89 extends toward the outdoor-side rail 221a side. The indoor-side attachment portion 89 abuts against the base portion of the outdoor-side rail 221a from the outdoor side Y1 and is fixed to the lower frame body 25 by a screw 8b.
[0061] On the lower surface side of the portion where the screw 8b penetrates in the upper wall portion 251a, a tapping hole 251g, which is a protrusion, is formed. The tapping hole 251g is formed over the entire length of the lower frame body 25 in the extending direction. The screw 8b penetrates the upper wall portion 251a and is screwed into the tapping hole 251g. Thereby, the indoor-side attachment portion 89 is firmly fixed to the lower frame body 25.
[0062] The fixing part by the screw 8b is arranged at the end of the indoor side Y2 in the indoor side mounting part 89. As shown in FIG. 5, above the indoor side mounting part 89, an outdoor side rail cap member 73 attached to the outdoor side rail 221a is arranged. Since the outdoor side rail cap member 73 is arranged so as to project toward the outdoor side Y1 of the outdoor side rail 221a, the screw 8b is concealed by the outdoor side rail cap member 73 and is difficult to be visually recognized. Therefore, even if the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is screwed from the inner surface, the design property is not impaired.
[0063] The indoor side mounting part 89 has a stepped part 891 at the connection part with the lower end part of the hanging wall part 88. As shown in FIG. 6, the indoor side mounting part 89 extending from the hanging wall part 88 toward the indoor side Y2 is formed in a crank shape in which the indoor side Y2 bends downward so as to follow the inner surface of the upper wall part 251a while avoiding the screen door rail 221c of the lower frame body 25. The stepped part 891 has an indoor side support wall part 891a at the connection part with the lower end part of the hanging wall part 88. The indoor side support wall part 891a extends from the connection part of the stepped part 891 with the hanging wall part 88 toward the indoor side Y2. The indoor side support wall part 891a is arranged directly below the screen door rail 872. When the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is attached to the lower frame 22, the indoor side support wall part 891a abuts against the screen door rail 221c of the lower frame body 25 from above. Thereby, the shutter receiving part height filling member 8 is stably supported by the screen door rail 221c at the end of the indoor side Y2.
[0064] By attaching the lower frame attachment AT configured as described above to the lower frame body 25 and the shutter lower frame portion 26, as shown in FIG. 5, the upper surface of the lower frame 22 is formed flat in the indoor-outdoor direction. Thereby, the lower frame 22 of the flat rail structure 10 is configured. When configuring the lower frame 22 of the protruding rail structure, by simply removing all the lower frame attachments AT, that is, the rail height filling member 7 (the between-rail member 71, the indoor-side member 72, the outdoor-side rail cap member 73, and the indoor-side rail cap member 74) and the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, the lower frame of the protruding rail structure can be easily configured. On the inner surface of the lower frame body 25 from which the lower frame attachment AT has been removed, the outdoor-side rail 221a, the indoor-side rail 221b, and the screen door rail 221c protrude upward. The shutter lower frame portion 26 is continuous with the outdoor side Y1 of the lower frame body 25 and exposes the recessed shutter receiving portion 263 upward.
[0065] Next, the connection structure between the guide rail 62 and the lower frame 22 will be described with reference to FIGS. 8 to 14.
[0066] As shown in FIG. 8, the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 provided on the lower frame 22 has a rail receiving groove 813 at the end portion 8A in the extending direction for accommodating the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62. The rail receiving groove 813 is formed by notching the shutter receiving surface 810 on the upper wall portion 81 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 from the end portion 8A in the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 toward the central portion side in the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 in accordance with the cross-sectional shape of the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62.
[0067] A drain hole 842 is formed in a lower wall portion 84 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8. The drain hole 842 is a first lower frame side drain hole. The drain hole 842 is formed by notching a lower wall portion 84 corresponding to directly below the rail accommodation groove 813 to a size capable of discharging foreign matters such as water, dust, and insects that have entered the hollow portion 85. FIG. 8 shows one end portion 8A in the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, but the rail accommodation groove 813 and the drain hole 842 are symmetrically formed at both end portions 80A, 80A in the extending direction of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, respectively.
[0068] FIGS. 9 and 10 show a connection portion between the lower frame 22 and a lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62. The lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62 is inserted into the rail accommodation groove 813 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 via an end cap 9. As shown in FIG. 10, in the rail accommodation groove 813, together with the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62, guide rail attachment portions 232, 242 of vertical frames 23, 24 to which the guide rail 62 is attached are also accommodated. FIGS. 9 and 10 show a connection portion on one side X2 in the left - right direction in the fitting 1. Since the connection portion has the same structure except that it is symmetric in the left - right direction, illustration of the connection portion on the other side X1 is omitted.
[0069] The end cap 9 is a resin part attached in the rail accommodation groove 813. As shown in FIG. 11, the end cap 9 integrally has a peripheral wall portion 91, a bottom wall portion 92, an end face plate 93, an outdoor side fitting portion 94, a protruding portion 95, and a drain hole 96.
[0070] The peripheral wall portion 91 is formed along a peripheral edge portion 813a of the rail accommodation groove 813. The peripheral wall portion 91 is formed along an outer peripheral shape of the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62. Specifically, the peripheral wall portion 91 has an outdoor side peripheral wall portion 911 along a side surface on the outdoor side Y1 of the guide rail 62, an inner side peripheral wall portion 912 along an inner side surface of the guide rail 62 where the guide groove 621 opens, and an indoor side peripheral wall portion 913 along a side surface on the indoor side Y2 inside the attachment piece 622 of the guide rail 62. The outdoor side peripheral wall portion 911, the inner side peripheral wall portion 912, and the indoor side peripheral wall portion 913 are formed continuously without interruption.
[0071] On the outer peripheral surface 91a of the upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 91, a flange portion 914 that projects laterally is formed. The flange portion 914 is formed continuously without interruption across the outdoor-side peripheral wall portion 911, the inner peripheral wall portion 912, and the indoor-side peripheral wall portion 913. The upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 91 projects above the flange portion 914.
[0072] The bottom wall portion 92 faces the lower end surface of the guide rail 62 and is a surface that receives the entire lower end surface. The bottom wall portion 92 is formed in a rectangular shape in plan view according to the outer shape of the lower end surface of the guide rail 62. The peripheral wall portion 91 rises upward from the outer peripheral portion of the bottom wall portion 92. As shown in FIG. 12, a plurality of ribs 921 are formed on the lower surface side of the bottom wall portion 92 along the extending direction of the lower frame 22. Thereby, the load-bearing capacity of the end cap 9 is improved.
[0073] The end face plate 93 is disposed on the end face opposite to the inner peripheral wall portion 912 of the peripheral wall portion 91 with the bottom wall portion 92 interposed therebetween. As shown in FIG. 9, the end face plate 93 is provided so as to shield the end face in the extending direction of the lower frame 22 from the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 to the shutter lower frame portion 26. Thereby, on the end portion 93a on the indoor side Y2 of the end face plate 93, engaging claws 931 for engaging with the end portions on the outdoor side Y1 of the vertical frames 23 and 24 are formed.
[0074] The outdoor-side fitting portion 94 is provided so as to project outward in the outdoor direction Y1 from the outdoor-side peripheral wall portion 911 of the peripheral wall portion 91. Specifically, the outdoor-side fitting portion 94 includes an end face portion 941 obtained by extending a part of the end face plate 93 outward in the outdoor direction Y1 in a rectangular shape, an upper face portion 942 obtained by extending a part of the outdoor-side peripheral wall portion 911 outward in the outdoor direction Y1, and an outdoor-side face portion 943 provided so as to close the outdoor direction Y1 of the end face portion 941 and the upper face portion 942.
[0075] The outdoor fitting portion 94 further has a fitting plate portion 944 and a lower end face portion 945. The fitting plate portion 944 is formed in an L shape along the inner surface of the hanging piece portion 811 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 and the inner surface of the upper wall portion 81 between the hanging piece portion 811 and the outdoor wall portion 82. Thus, the outdoor fitting portion 94 of the end cap 9 is fitted to the portion of the outdoor side Y1 of the upper wall portion 81 and the portion of the hanging piece portion 811 at the end of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 by inserting the fitting plate portion 944 between the hanging piece portion 811 and the outdoor wall portion 82, as shown in FIG. 9. The lower end face portion 945 is provided so as to extend downward from the outdoor fitting portion 94 and covers the end face of the outdoor mounting portion 821 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8.
[0076] As shown in FIG. 11, the protruding portion 95 is provided so as to protrude from the inner surface of the inner peripheral wall portion 912 of the peripheral wall portion 91 toward the inside of the guide groove 621. The protruding portion 95 is provided across the inner surface of the inner peripheral wall portion 912 and the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 92. The protruding portion 95 does not contact the outdoor peripheral wall portion 911 and the indoor peripheral wall portion 913 of the peripheral wall portion 91. Fitting spaces S, S of the outdoor side Y1 wall portion 621a and the indoor side Y2 wall portion 621b of the guide rail 62 forming the guide groove 621 are formed between the protruding portion 95 and the outdoor peripheral wall portion 911 and between the protruding portion 95 and the indoor peripheral wall portion 913, respectively. Thus, as shown in FIGS. 10 and 13, when the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62 is fitted inside the peripheral wall portion 91 of the end cap 9, the protruding portion 95 is fitted and disposed inside the guide groove 621.
[0077] As shown in FIG. 11, the upper surface of the protruding portion 95 has a flat surface 951 and an inclined surface 952. The flat surface 951 is disposed in contact with the inner peripheral wall portion 912. The inclined surface 952 is continuously formed with the flat surface 951. The inclined surface 952 is formed to incline downward as it goes toward the inside of the guide groove 621, that is, as it moves away from the inner peripheral wall portion 912.
[0078] The drain hole 96 is an end cap side drain hole. The drain hole 96 is formed so as to vertically penetrate the bottom wall portion 92 between the end face plate 93 and the protruding portion 95. The inclination direction of the inclined surface 952 of the protruding portion 95 is directed toward the drain hole 96. The drain hole 96 is disposed inside the guide groove 621 of the guide rail 62 in a state where the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62 is fitted to the end cap 9. The drain hole 96 shown in the present embodiment is configured by combining four rectangular holes in a lattice shape, but the drain hole 96 is not limited to a rectangle and may be circular or the like. The drain hole 96 may be configured by only one hole.
[0079] As shown in FIG. 13, the end cap 9 is fixed to the guide rail 62 by engaging with the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62. Since it is not necessary to screw-fix the end cap 9, the workability of the lower frame 22 is excellent. The end cap 9 is accommodated in the rail accommodation groove 813 in a state of being externally fitted to the lower end portion 62A of the guide rail 62. Thereby, the guide rail 62 is provided so as to rise from the shutter receiving surface 810 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 in the lower frame 22. The lower end surface of the guide rail 62 is in contact with the upper surface of the bottom wall portion 92 of the end cap 9.
[0080] The flange portion 914 of the end cap 9 accommodated in the rail accommodation groove 813 is disposed so as to support the lower surface side of the upper wall portion 81 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8. The upper end portion of the peripheral wall portion 91 slightly protrudes above the upper wall portion 81 and is disposed so as to cover the peripheral edge portion 813a of the rail accommodation groove 813 which is the small end surface of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, as shown in FIGS. 9 and 10. The end face plate 93 and the end face portion 941 of the outdoor side fitting portion 94 are disposed so as to shield the end face of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8, as shown in FIG. 9. Since the small end surface of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is not directly exposed toward the inside of the guide groove 621 of the guide rail 62, for example, there is no possibility that a finger directly touches the small end surface during cleaning or the like, and the safety is high and the appearance is also good.
[0081] As shown in FIGS. 10 and 13, the protruding portion 95 of the end cap 9 is disposed within the guide groove 621. Therefore, it is difficult for a finger to reach deep into the guide groove 621, and the safety is further enhanced. Since the inclined surface 952 on the upper surface of the protruding portion 95 is directed towards the drain hole 96, foreign matters such as water, dust, and insects that have entered the inside of the guide groove 621 are smoothly guided to the drain hole 96 by the inclined surface 952 of the protruding portion 95.
[0082] As shown in FIG. 8, the drain hole 96 of the end cap 9 communicates with a drain hole 842 which is a first lower frame side drain hole formed in the lower wall portion 84 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8. The drain hole 842 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 is disposed directly below the drain hole 96 of the end cap 9. Further, as shown in FIG. 14, the drain hole 842 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8 communicates with a drain hole 261a formed in the extending wall portion 261 of the shutter lower frame portion 26 in the lower frame 22. The drain hole 261a is a second lower frame side drain hole. The drain hole 261a of the shutter lower frame portion 26 is disposed directly below the drain hole 842 of the shutter receiving portion height filling member 8. The drain hole 96 of the end cap 9 communicates with the drain holes 842 and 261a of the lower frame 22. Therefore, foreign matters such as water, dust, and insects flowing out from the drain hole 96 of the end cap 9 are smoothly discharged to the outdoor side Y1 through the drain holes 842 and 261a of the lower frame 22.
[0083] According to the present embodiment, the following effects are achieved.
