To provide a bathtub handrail easily assisting movement of a user in a bathtub, and to provide a bathroom handrail structure equipped with the bathtub handrail.SOLUTION: A bathtub handrail 1 is detachably fitted so as to be laid over a pair of side walls 20, 21 which a bathtub 2 has. The bathtub handrail 1 includes: a first fitting part 3 fitted so as to sandwich one side wall 20; a second fitting part 4 fitted so as to push against the other side wall 21 from the side of the bathtub; and a handrail part 5 provided so as to range from the first fitting part 3 to the second fitting part 4. The handrail part 5 includes: a first column part 50 extending upward from the first fitting part 3; a second column part 51 extending upward from the second fitting part 4; and a rod-like handrail body part 52 connecting the first column part 50 and the second column part 51.
