Abstract
A method for producing hydrogen and oxygen gases by dissociating water molecules, in which the water molecules are broken down by a periodically repeating electric field of non-uniformly increasing strength until the electric field provides the water molecules with sufficient excitation energy, which dissociation products are stabilized by photons and repurposed for further use.
