Those skilled in the art can understand the specific meaning of the above terms in the present invention according to the specific circumstances.

[0022] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, in order to solve the problem that the water heating effect of the conventional water heating device is poor, the water heating device of the present invention comprises a housing 1, the housing 1 is provided with a water inlet 11 and an outlet 12, and a heating tube is provided in the housing 1, the heating tube is preferably a heating glass tube 2, the outer surface of the heating glass tube 2 is provided with a superconducting material layer, preferably the outer surface of the heating glass tube 2 is plated with a superconducting material film, and the water inlet 11 and the outlet 12 are respectively connected to both ends of the heating glass tube 2. The superconducting material layer is 28 kinds of elements such as niobium, nickel, chromium, etc. that have already been discovered, and thousands of kinds of alloys and compounds, such as alloy materials such as niobium zirconium alloy, niobium titanium alloy, nickel chromium alloy, etc. In addition, the superconducting material layer may be plated on the outer surface of the heating glass tube 2, or the superconducting material layer may be directly fixed to the outer surface of the heating glass tube 2. Therefore, there is no limitation on the fixing form of the superconducting material layer and the heating glass tube 2, as long as the superconducting material layer can supply heat to the heating glass tube 2, and a person skilled in the art can set it by himself / herself according to needs.

[0023] The advantage of the above-mentioned installation method is that the water heating device of the present invention provides a superconducting material layer on the outside of the heating glass tube 2, and transfers the heat of the superconducting material layer to the heating glass tube 2 to heat the water in the heating glass tube 2. Specifically, the water heating device of the present invention has two functions of generating hot water or steam by setting different heating temperatures. When using the water heating device, the water inlet 11 of the water heating device is connected to a water source, the outlet 12 is connected to a clothes storage tube of a combined washer-dryer, cold water is introduced into the heating glass tube 2, the water introduced into the heating glass tube 2 is heated by the superconducting material layer, and the hot water or steam is discharged from the outlet 12 and introduced into the clothes storage tube to provide hot water for washing clothes or steam for care of clothes. The superconducting material layer has the advantages of small thermal resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, and power saving, and has the characteristics of rapid heat dissipation and rapid cooling after power is cut off, so that the temperature can be automatically kept constant, and the temperature controllability is good, so that the water can be instantly heated when it flows through the heating glass tube 2 and discharged while entering, so that no water remains in the heating glass tube 2 and no water scale remains, and the superconducting material layer can be rapidly cooled after power is cut off, so that the water temperature can be more accurately controlled. The water heating device of the present invention is safe and reliable because the heating glass tube separates the water and electricity, and the heating glass tube is sealed inside the housing, so that the user is not likely to be electrocuted when using it, and the safety of the home appliance is higher. The annular contact between the water and the heating glass tube 2 makes the water heating more uniform, the water retention time in the heating glass tube 2 is longer, and the heating tube can also provide a constant heat retention effect, so that the hot water or steam generation speed is faster, the heat loss is smaller, and the efficiency is higher.

[0024] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the direction of the arrow in Figure 3 is the direction of water flow. In a possible embodiment, the housing 1 has a rectangular parallelepiped structure, specifically, the housing 1 includes a box 13 and a cover 14 that can open and close the box 13, and the cover 14 and the box 13 are connected in a sealed state, and preferably, the cover 14 and the box 13 are both made of polymeric materials, and the cover 14 and the box 13 are connected in a sealed state by ultrasonic welding or welding. The water inlet 11 is provided on one side wall of the box 13, and the outlet 12 is provided on the other side wall opposite the water inlet 11, and preferably, the water inlet 11 and the outlet 12 are provided in a diagonal state. Furthermore, a first partition plate 131 and a second partition plate 132 are provided in the box 13, a first water chamber 135 is formed by the first partition plate 131 and a side wall on the water inlet 11 side, a second water chamber 136 is formed by the second partition plate 132 and a side wall on the outlet 12 side, the heating glass tube 2 is provided between the first partition plate 131 and the second partition plate 132, a first tube hole 1311 is provided in the first partition plate 131, and a second water chamber 136 is formed by the second partition plate 132 and a side wall on the outlet 12 side. The partition plate 132 is provided with a second tube hole 1321, the heating glass tube 2 is a straight tube, and both ends of the heating glass tube 2 are respectively provided in the first tube hole 1311 and the second tube hole 1321 so that the heating glass tube 2 is suspended in the box 13, and preferably, a seal ring 137 is provided between the heating glass tube 2 and the first tube hole 1311 and between the heating glass tube 2 and the second tube hole 1321. The number of the heating glass tubes 2 is two or more, and in this embodiment, the number of the heating glass tubes 2 is five, and the five heating glass tubes 2 are arranged in parallel in the box 13. Referring to FIG. 5, a spiral structure 3 is provided in the heating glass tube 2, and preferably, the spiral structure 3 is a coil spring. Note that the number of the heating glass tubes 2 may be three or six, and there is no limitation on the number of the heating glass tubes 2, and a person skilled in the art can set it by himself as necessary. The outer surfaces of one end of the multiple heated glass tubes 2 are connected in series using a first wire to form a live line terminal 4, and the outer surfaces of the other ends are connected in series using a second wire to form a neutral line terminal 5, thereby supplying power to the superconducting material layer. The first wire and the second wire may be made of the same material or different materials. For example, the first wire and the second wire may both be copper wires or aluminum wires, but the first wire may be a copper wire and the second wire may be an aluminum wire.

[0025] The advantage of the above installation method is that the housing 1 is configured so that the box 13 and the cover 14 are connected, which makes it easier to install parts inside the housing 1, and the sealed connection can prevent water leakage. Preferably, the cover 14 and the box 13 are both made of polymeric materials, and the cover 14 and the box 13 are fixed by ultrasonic welding or fusing, which greatly improves the sealing performance between the cover 14 and the box 13. Furthermore, the first partition plate 131 and the side wall on the water inlet 11 side form a first water chamber 135, one end of the heating glass tube 2 communicates with the first water chamber 135, the second partition plate 132 and the side wall on the outlet 12 side form a second water chamber 136, the other end of the heating glass tube 2 communicates with the second water chamber 136, the cold water enters the first water chamber 135 from the water inlet 11, diffuses in the first water chamber 135, flows into each heating glass tube 2, is heated in each heating glass tube 2 to become hot water or hot steam, flows into the second water chamber 136, is collected in the second water chamber 136, and enters the clothes storage tube from the outlet 12 for washing or caring for clothes and removing wrinkles. The heating glass tube 2 is suspended in the air in the box 13, preventing the temperature of the box 13 from rising due to contact with the inner wall of the box 13, and thus preventing the risk of burns. A plurality of heating glass tubes 2 are arranged in parallel in the box 13, and during heating, the user can control the number of heating glass tubes 2 to be activated by controlling the communication between a single heating glass tube 2 and the water chamber, making the operation more flexible. In addition, the water inlet 11 and the outlet 12 are arranged diagonally opposite each other, so that the residence time of water in the heating glass tube 2 is extended, and the water can be discharged after being completely heated to a predetermined temperature or completely evaporated, and the water entering from the water inlet 11 is driven by pressure to pass through the first water chamber 135, the heating glass tube 2, and the second water chamber 136 and directly flows out from the outlet 12, which causes the problem of insufficient heating of the water. The seal ring 137 prevents the water or steam in the water chamber from invading back into the heating glass tube 2, further isolating the water from electricity and improving safety.A spiral water flow path is formed by the coil spring and the inner wall of the heated glass tube 2, and the water moves in a spiral shape inside the heated glass tube 2, thereby achieving spiral transmission and flow of the water current and realizing heating by swirling flow. The water is constantly mixed in this process and, as it comes into contact with the inner wall of the heated glass tube 2, it is quickly heated in a short period of time to become hot water or hot steam, thereby increasing the heating speed and efficiency without reducing the flow speed of the hot water or hot steam.

[0026] As shown in Figures 3 to 5, in a possible embodiment, a third partition plate 133 is provided in the first water chamber 135 and a fourth partition plate 134 is provided in the second water chamber 136, the third partition plate 133 divides the first water chamber 135 into a plurality of first sub-water chambers 1331, the fourth partition plate 134 divides the second water chamber 136 into a plurality of second sub-water chambers 1341, and the multiple heated glass tubes 2 are connected in series via the first sub-water chamber 1331 and the second sub-water chamber 1341.

[0027] The advantage of the above-mentioned installation method is that multiple heated glass tubes 2 are arranged in parallel in the box 13, and multiple heated glass tubes 2 are connected in series through the first sub-water chamber 1331 and the second sub-water chamber 1341 to form a series water flow path, so that the heated glass tubes 2 are connected in parallel and the water channels are connected in series, and the heated glass tubes 2 are compact and modularized, which is convenient for installation, transportation, maintenance and replacement. 3 and 4, the water flow direction shown by the arrows is shown. Specifically, the water entering from the water inlet 11 flows into each heating glass tube 2 in sequence and is heated. The first sub-water chamber 1331 and the second sub-water chamber 1341 connect the parallel heating glass tubes 2 in series, and finally, the hot water or hot steam is discharged from the outlet 12, so that the water stays longer in the heating glass tube 2, the water heating speed is faster, and the heating efficiency is higher. When generating steam, the distance that the water flows in the heating glass tube 2 after the heating glass tubes 2 are connected in series is longer, so the water evaporates more completely, and the content of large water droplets in the water vapor discharged from the outlet 12 is reduced, so the clothing care effect is better. When generating hot water, the heating time of the water is also longer, so the heating efficiency is improved.

[0028] Referring to FIG. 3, in a possible embodiment, a check valve (not shown) communicating with the outside of the combined washer-dryer is provided at the outlet 12 of the water heating device. The check valve is used to drain water remaining inside the heated glass tube 2 from the heated glass tube 2 after the power supply to the water heating device is cut off. This prevents the remaining water from being immediately drained when the combined washer-dryer has not been used for a long time, which can lead to the generation of unpleasant odors and bacteria.

[0029] To sum up, the water heating device of the present invention is a device in which a plurality of heating glass tubes 2 connected in parallel are connected in series by communicating with the first sub-water chamber 1331 and the second sub-water chamber 1341 provided in the box 13, but the heating glass tubes connected in series at the beginning and end need to have an arc part on the heating glass tube, which is costly and disadvantageous for installation and replacement. In contrast, the present invention connects a plurality of heating glass tubes 2 in series through the water chamber provided in the box 13, making the structure of the heating glass tube 2 simpler, the processing cost lower, and the installation and replacement easier. The water heating device of the present invention has two functions of generating hot water or steam by setting different heating temperatures, that is, it is possible to discharge hot water or hot steam from the outlet according to the difference in heating temperature for use in washing or caring for clothes. Furthermore, the coil spring inside the heating glass tube 2 guides the water to flow in a spiral shape, thereby improving heating efficiency and reducing electrical energy consumption. Moreover, the heating by the superconducting material increases the safety of heating the water. In addition, the heating glass tube 2 separates the water and electricity, thereby further improving the safety of the water heating device, meeting user needs and improving the user experience.

[0030] As mentioned in the first paragraph of this section, the above embodiment is only used to describe the principles of the present invention and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention; without departing from the principles of the present invention, those skilled in the art can adjust the above structure so that the present invention can be applied to more specific application scenarios.

[0031] For example, in alternative embodiments, the spiral structure 3 may be a coil spring or a non-elastic spiral structure 3, the spiral structure 3 may be continuously arranged in the heated glass tube 2, or multiple spiral structures 3 may be intermittently arranged in the heated glass tube 2, and the material of the spiral structure 3 may be a metal material or a plastic material, so there is no limitation on the specific structure of the spiral structure 3, and all of these do not deviate from the principles of the present invention and are therefore within the scope of the present invention.

[0032] For example, in an alternative embodiment, the shape of the housing 1 may be other shapes such as a cylindrical structure in addition to a rectangular parallelepiped structure, the material of the box 13 and the cover 14 may be a polymer material, which can further reduce the weight of the water heating device, but this is not limited thereto, the box 13 and the cover 14 may be made of an aluminum alloy plate or an iron plate, and the box 13 and the cover 14 may be connected by screws. Specifically, a seal groove is provided on the periphery of the box 13, a seal ring is provided in the seal groove, and after the box 13 and the cover 14 are connected by screws, the edge of the cover 14 abuts against the seal ring to play the role of sealing. Furthermore, the number of water inlets 11 and outlets 12 may be one or more, and can be set by a person skilled in the art according to needs; the water inlets 11 and outlets 12 may protrude from the outer surface of the housing 1 or be directly provided on the outer surface of the housing 1; the water inlets 11 and outlets 12 may be provided on two adjacent side walls of the box 13, respectively; the shapes of the water inlets 11 and outlets 12 may be circular or other shapes such as square; all of these adjustments do not deviate from the principle of the present invention and are therefore within the scope of the present invention.

[0033] For example, in alternative embodiments, the heating tube may be a ceramic tube or a plastic tube, etc., in addition to the heating glass tube 2, and the diameters of the heating tubes may be the same or different, or the diameter of each heating tube gradually increases or decreases along the water flow direction, so there is no limitation on the material and diameter of the heating tube, as long as the heating tube can transfer the heat of the superconducting material layer to its inside, and all these adjustments do not deviate from the principle of the present invention, and therefore fall within the scope of the present invention.

[0034] For example, in an alternative embodiment, the water passage may be formed by connecting the head and the tail of the heated glass tube 2 in series, and the head and the tail of a plurality of heated glass tubes 2 may be connected to form a series pipe line by connecting the head and the tail of glass tubes of the same shape, or the head and the tail of a plurality of heated glass tubes 2 may be connected to form a series pipe line by connecting the head and the tail of glass tubes of different shapes, and both ends of the series pipe line may be directly connected to the water inlet 11 and the outlet 12, respectively, and may be connected to the first water chamber 135 and the second water chamber 136, respectively. In addition, the shape of the heated glass tube 2 may be a straight tube, a spiral tube that matches the shape of the spiral structure 3, or an S-shaped tube, so there is no limitation on the shape of the heated glass tube 2, and all of these adjustments do not deviate from the principle of the present invention and are within the scope of the present invention.

[0035] For example, in an alternative embodiment, the thickness of the superconducting material layer on the heating glass tube 2 is gradually reduced along the water flow direction. Specifically, the thickness of the superconducting material layer can be varied as required, and the different thicknesses of the superconducting material layer on different segments of the heating glass tube 2 result in different efficiency of heating water at different positions on the heating glass tube 2. Due to the action of friction, the water flow speed becomes lower and lower as the water flows, that is, the contact time between the water flow and the heating glass tube 2 becomes longer and longer. Accordingly, the thickness of the superconducting material layer on the heating glass tube 2 is gradually reduced, so that the heating efficiency of water at each position in the heating glass tube 2 is consistent and the water temperature can be more easily controlled. All these adjustments do not deviate from the principle of the present invention, and are within the scope of the present invention.

[0036] For example, in an alternative embodiment, one end of the heated glass tube 2 passes through the first tube hole 1311 and enters the first water chamber 135, and the other end passes through the second tube hole 1321 and enters the second water chamber 136; all of these adjustments do not deviate from the principles of the present invention and are therefore within the scope of the present invention.

[0037] The above describes the technical solution of the present invention based on the preferred embodiments shown in the accompanying drawings, but those skilled in the art can easily understand that the protection scope of the present invention is obviously not limited to these specific embodiments. On the premise that it does not deviate from the principle of the present invention, those skilled in the art can make equivalent modifications or replacements to the relevant technical features, and these modified or replaced technical solutions shall all fall within the scope of the present invention.
