Description

[Technical field]

[0001] The present invention relates to a fluid recovery system and a fluid recovery method using the same, and more particularly to a fluid recovery system and a fluid recovery method using the same that can effectively separate and recover only a specific fluid from a mixture containing a plurality of fluids. [Background technology]

[0002] Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) is a safety device installed in high voltage power systems such as power plants and substations. Gas Insulated Switchgear switches the load current under normal operating conditions. Gas Insulated Switchgear is also installed to open and close the line under abnormal conditions such as fault current or short circuit current to protect the power system.

[0003] An insulating gas is provided in the gas-insulated switchgear to perform an insulating function, thereby improving the operational reliability of the gas-insulated switchgear.

[0004] Traditional gas-insulated switchgear uses sulfur hexafluoride (SF 6 ) is used as the insulating gas. Sulfur hexafluoride is widely used as the insulating gas because it can be produced at low cost, has excellent insulating properties, is highly capable of extinguishing arcs that occur, and has a fast insulation recovery speed.

[0005] However, sulfur hexafluoride is a greenhouse gas that induces global warming. Recently, with increasing interest in and regulations regarding environmental protection, agreements have been formed in developed countries to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, and research is underway to develop insulating gases to replace sulfur hexafluoride.

[0006] For example, Novec 1230 (C 6 F 12O) have been developed and are being used to replace sulfur hexafluoride. However, the insulating gases developed to date have required excessive costs to ensure the same insulating performance as sulfur hexafluoride.

[0007] In addition, insulating gas also has the characteristics of a consumer good. That is, as the use of the gas-insulated switchgear continues, the insulating gas must be periodically replaced and replenished. Therefore, expensive insulating gas must be continuously supplied to the gas-insulated switchgear, which acts as a heavy burden on the operators of the power system and the consumers who are supplied with electricity.

[0008] As a result, technology has been introduced to recover and reuse used insulating gas.

[0009] Korean Patent Publication No. 10-1086311 discloses a gas filter device for sulfur hexafluoride gas insulated switchgear. Specifically, the gas filter device is structured to remove dust and other contaminants from the recovered sulfur hexafluoride gas before being reintroduced into the gas.

[0010] However, the gas filter device for sulfur hexafluoride gas-insulated switchgear disclosed in the prior art document still assumes the use of sulfur hexafluoride as an insulating gas, i.e., the prior art document does not provide a solution for a material that can be used as an insulating gas instead of sulfur hexafluoride.

[0011] International Patent Publication No. 2015-102229 discloses a method for treating sulfur hexafluoride using radiation, and a by-product recovery and treatment device. Specifically, the publication discloses a treatment method and treatment device for irradiating a mixed gas of sulfur hexafluoride and hydrogen with radiation, and for decomposing the sulfur hexafluoride and hydrogen into hydrogen fluoride and sulfur and recovering the by-product.

[0012] However, the treatment method and treatment device disclosed in the prior art only disclose a method for removing sulfur hexafluoride, assuming that sulfur hexafluoride is used as an insulating gas, and does not disclose a method for recovering insulating gas composed of other substances than sulfur hexafluoride. [0101] A utility unit 500 may be provided on the outlet channel unit 220. The utility unit 500 may process any one of the fluids (i.e., fluids that remain without being separated) flowing inside the outlet channel unit 220 and sense information regarding the flow of any one of the fluids.

[0102] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, a flow rate adjusting member 530 and a sensor member 540 are provided on the outflow channel portion 220 .

[0103] The exhaust flow path section 230 communicates between the exhaust communication section 130 of the communication section 100 and the filter member 310 of the fluid separation section 300. The exhaust flow path section 230 extends from between the exhaust communication section 130 and the filter member 310, and each end of the exhaust flow path section 230 in the extension direction is coupled to and communicates with the exhaust communication section 130 and the filter member 310, respectively.

[0104] Another fluid, which is separated from the inflowing mixed fluid by passing through the filter member 310, flows inside the exhaust passage 230. The other fluid flows along the exhaust passage 230 and may be discharged to the outside through the exhaust communication part 130. As described above, in one embodiment, the other fluid may be oxygen or hydrogen.

[0105] There may be a plurality of exhaust flow passages 230. The plurality of exhaust flow passages 230 may be configured to be coupled to the plurality of exhaust communication parts 130 and the plurality of filter members 310, respectively, and to communicate therebetween.

[0106] In the illustrated embodiment, three exhaust flow passage sections 230 are provided, including a first exhaust flow passage section 231, a second exhaust flow passage section 232, and a third exhaust flow passage section 233.

[0107] The first exhaust flow path section 231 is coupled to and communicates with the first exhaust communication section 131 and the first filter member 311. The second exhaust flow path section 232 is coupled to and communicates with the second exhaust communication section 132 and the second filter member 312. The third exhaust flow path section 233 is coupled to and communicates with the third exhaust communication section 133 and the third filter member 313.

[0108] The capture flow channel section 240 communicates between the capture communication section 140 of the communication section 100 and the capture member 320 of the fluid separation section 300. The capture flow channel section 240 extends from between the capture communication section 140 and the capture member 320, and each end in the extension direction is coupled to and communicates with the capture communication section 140 and the capture member 320, respectively.

[0109] The capture channel portion 240 branches into the outlet channel portion 220 via the capture member 320. A tank member 330 is provided on the capture channel portion 240 to store any one of the fluids that has undergone a phase change by passing through the capture member 320. The capture channel portion 240 communicates with the tank member 330.

[0110] A transfer member 340 is provided on the trapping channel portion 240 to provide a transfer force to any one of the fluids trapped in the trapping member 320 or any one of the fluids contained in the tank member 330. The trapping channel portion 240 is in communication with the transfer member 340.

[0111] Any one of the fluids that has been captured by the capturing member 320 and undergoes a phase change flows inside the capturing flow passage portion 240. Any one of the fluids flows from the capturing flow passage portion 240 to the tank member 330 and from the tank member 330 to the capturing communication portion 140 by a transport force provided by the transport member 340, and can be discharged and collected to the outside.

[0112] The flow path heat dissipation member 250 is disposed on the outlet flow path portion 220 and configured to cool any one of the fluids flowing inside the outlet flow path portion 220. As the flow path heat dissipation member 250 cools any one of the fluids, a phase change process in the capture member 320 can be efficiently performed.

[0113] 2, the flow path heat dissipation member 250 is located downstream of the filter member 310 and upstream of the capture member 320 of the fluid separation unit 300. That is, the flow path heat dissipation member 250 is configured to cool any one of the fluids that has passed through the filter member 310 before the fluid flows into the capture member 320.

[0114] The flow path heat dissipation member 250 may be provided in any form capable of cooling any one of the fluids flowing therein on the outlet flow path portion 220. In one embodiment, the flow path heat dissipation member 250 may be provided in the form of a chiller or a thermoelectric module (Peltier element), etc.

[0115] The fluid separating unit 300 essentially serves to separate a mixed fluid supplied from the outside. The fluid separating unit 300 is coupled to and communicates with the communicating unit 100 via the flow path unit 200, and may receive a mixed fluid from the outside. The received mixed fluid passes through the fluid separating unit 300 and is separated into one fluid and another fluid, and then may be discharged and collected to the outside via the flow path unit 200 and the communicating unit 100.

[0116] The fluid separating unit 300 is coupled to and communicates with the flow passage unit 200. Specifically, the fluid separating unit 300 is coupled to and communicates with the inlet flow passage unit 210, so that the mixed fluid that has flowed in through the inlet communication unit 110 can flow into the filter member 310 of the fluid separating unit 300.

[0117] In addition, the fluid separation unit 300 is connected to and communicates with the outlet flow passage unit 220, so that any one of the fluids that has not yet been separated from the mixed fluid (i.e., any one of the remaining fluids) can be discharged and collected to the outside through the outlet communication unit 120.

[0118] Furthermore, the fluid separating unit 300 is connected to and communicates with the exhaust passage unit 230, so that the other fluid separated from the mixed fluid can be discharged to the outside and collected through the exhaust communication unit .

[0119] In addition, the fluid separation section 300 is connected to and communicates with the capture flow channel section 240, and any one of the fluids that has been separated from the mixed fluid, changed phase, and captured can be discharged to the outside and recovered through the capture communication section 140.

[0120] In addition, a flow path heat dissipation member 250 may be provided on a flow path (i.e., the outflow flow path section 220 in the embodiment shown in FIG. 2) that communicates the various components of the fluid separation section 300. The flow path heat dissipation member 250 is configured to cool any one of the fluids that has passed through a part of the fluid separation section 300. This makes it possible to more effectively cause a phase change of any one of the fluids.

[0121] In the illustrated embodiment, the fluid separating section 300 includes a filter member 310 , a capture member 320 , a tank member 330 , a transfer member 340 , a branch flow path 350 , and a branch valve 360 .

[0122] The filter member 310 separates the mixed fluid flowing through the inlet communication portion 110 and flowing along the inlet passage portion 210 into one fluid and the other fluid. The filter member 310 is coupled to and communicates with the inlet passage portion 210.

[0123] Any one of the fluids separated by the filter member 310 passes through the outflow passage portion 220, undergoes a phase change through the capture member 320, and then flows into the tank member 330. The filter member 310 is coupled to and communicates with the outflow passage portion 220.

[0124] The other fluid separated by the filter member 310 is discharged to the outside via the exhaust passage portion 230 and the exhaust communication portion 130. The filter member 310 is coupled to and communicates with the exhaust passage portion 230.

[0125] The filter member 310 may be configured in any form capable of separating a plurality of fluids having different physical and chemical properties from each other. In one embodiment, the filter member 310 may be provided in the form of a membrane filter including a plurality of hollow fibers.

[0126] In the above embodiment, one of the mixed fluids flowing into the filter member 310 may flow in the length direction without passing through the membrane and be discharged from the filter member 310. The other fluid may pass through the membrane and flow in the radial direction and be discharged.

[0127] In one embodiment, the hollow fiber may be manufactured using a super engineering plastic such as polysulfone, polyimide, etc. In this case, the hollow fiber may be manufactured through a spinning process.

[0128] In the above embodiment, the membrane constituting the filter member 310 can be designed to have permeability to various fluids as shown in Table 1 below.

[0129] [Table 1]

[0130] Furthermore, the membrane constituting the filter member 310 can be designed to have selectivity for various fluids as shown in Table 2 below.

[0131] [Table 2]

[0132] In addition, in the above embodiment, the flow rate of the fluid that can be processed by the fluid recovery system 10 can be determined by the area of the membrane, i.e., the area of the membrane including the hollow fibers. In one embodiment, the flow rate of the fluid that can be processed by the fluid recovery system 10 can be proportional to the area of the membrane.

[0133] For example, if the membrane is 4.0 to 5.0 m 2 When configured to have an area of 10 L / min, the mixed fluid can be supplied to the fluid recovery system 10 at a flow rate of ten liters per minute (10 L / min).

[0134] A plurality of filter members 310 may be provided. The plurality of filter members 310 are connected and communicated with each other, and the mixed fluid flowing in through the inlet passage portion 210 passes through the plurality of filter members 310 in sequence. As a result, the mixed fluid is separated into one fluid and another fluid a plurality of times. As a result, the separation efficiency of the mixed fluid can be improved.

[0135] 2, three filter elements 310 are provided, including a first filter element 311, a second filter element 312, and a third filter element 313. The number of filter elements 310 may be any number that can effectively separate the mixed fluid.

[0136] In an embodiment in which a plurality of filter members 310 are provided, a branch flow path 350 and a branch valve 360 are provided between each filter member 310 and on the branch flow path 350 for controlling opening and closing of the branch flow path 350 .

[0137] In the illustrated embodiment, the first filter member 311 is coupled to and communicates with the first branch channel 351 and the sixth branch channel 356. The second filter member 312 is communicates with the first branch channel 351 and the third branch channel 353. The third filter member 313 is communicates with the fourth branch channel 354 and the seventh branch channel 357.

[0138] As a result, the mixed fluid that flows through the inlet flow passage 210 and enters the fluid separation unit 300 selectively passes through one or more of the plurality of filter members 310 and is separated into one fluid and another fluid. This will be described in detail later. The first filter member 311 is coupled to and communicates with the inlet passage unit 210. The mixed fluid that has flowed in through the inlet communication unit 110 may flow to the first filter member 311 through the inlet passage unit 210. That is, the fluid recovery system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention may be configured such that the mixed fluid that has flowed in must pass through the first filter member 311 before being discharged.

[0139] The first filter member 311 is coupled to and communicates with the first exhaust passage portion 231. Other fluids separated from the mixed fluid by passing through the first filter member 311 can be discharged to the outside via the first exhaust passage portion 231 and the first exhaust communication portion 131.

[0140] As mentioned above, in one embodiment, the other fluid can flow in the radial direction of the first filter member 311. It is therefore understood that the first filter member 311 can be in communication with the first exhaust passage portion 231 in the radial direction.

[0141] The first filter member 311 is coupled to and communicates with the first branch channel 351. Any one of the fluids separated from the mixed fluid by passing through the first filter member 311 can flow to the second filter member 312 or the sixth branch channel 356 via the first branch channel 351.

[0142] As described above, in one embodiment, any one of the fluids, i.e., the remaining fluid from which the other fluids in the mixed fluid are separated, may flow in the length direction of the first filter member 311. It can therefore be understood that the first filter member 311 may communicate with the first branch flow path 351 in the length direction.

[0143] As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can selectively flow toward the second filter member 312 or the sixth branch flow path 356. This is achieved by the first branch valve 361, which will be described later.

[0144] The second filter member 312 is coupled to and communicates with the first filter member 311 and the third filter member 313. Any one of the fluids passing through the first filter member 311 may flow into the second filter member 312. Any one of the fluids that has flowed in may pass through the second filter member 312 and be discharged after being subjected to a separation process again.

[0145] The second filter member 312 is coupled to and communicates with the first branch flow path 351. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows into the second filter member 312 via the first branch flow path 351.

[0146] The second filter member 312 is coupled to and communicates with the second exhaust passage portion 232. Another fluid that has passed through the second filter member 312 and been separated from one of the fluids can be discharged to the outside via the second exhaust passage portion 232 and the second exhaust communication portion 132.

[0147] As mentioned above, in one embodiment, the other fluid can flow in the radial direction of the second filter member 312. It is therefore understood that the second filter member 312 can be in communication with the second exhaust passage portion 232 in the radial direction.

[0148] The second filter member 312 is coupled to and communicates with the third branch channel 353. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 and undergoes an additional separation process can flow to the third filter member 313 or the fifth branch channel 355 via the third branch channel 353.

[0149] As described above, in one embodiment, any one of the fluids can flow in the length direction of the second filter element 312. It is therefore understood that the second filter element 312 can be in communication with the third branch flow path 353 in the length direction.

[0150] This allows any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 to selectively flow toward the third filter member 313 or the sixth branch flow path 356. This is achieved by a third branch valve 363 and a fourth branch valve 364, which will be described later.

[0151] The third filter member 313 is coupled to and communicates with the second filter member 312 and the outlet flow passage portion 220. Any one of the fluids passing through the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312 may flow into the third filter member 313. Any one of the flowing fluids may pass through the third filter member 313 and be separated again before being discharged.

[0152] The third filter member 313 is coupled to and communicates with the fourth branch passage 354. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 can flow into the third filter member 313 via the fourth branch passage 354.

[0153] The third filter member 313 is coupled to and communicates with the third exhaust passage portion 233. Another fluid that has passed through the third filter member 313 and been separated from one of the fluids can be discharged to the outside via the third exhaust passage portion 233 and the third exhaust communication portion 133.

[0154] As mentioned above, in one embodiment, the other fluid can flow in the radial direction of the third filter member 313. It is therefore understood that the third filter member 313 can be in communication with the third exhaust passage portion 233 in the radial direction.

[0155] The third filter member 313 is coupled to and communicates with the seventh branch channel 357. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the third filter member 313 can flow to the outlet channel portion 220 via the seventh branch channel 357.

[0156] As described above, in one embodiment, any one of the fluids can flow in the length direction of the third filter element 313. It is therefore understood that the third filter element 313 can be in communication with the seventh branch flow path 357 in the length direction.

[0157] As a result, any one of the fluids that passes through the third filter member 313 undergoes a phase change and is captured by the capture member 320 provided on the outlet flow passage portion 220, and can be discharged and recovered to the outside via the capture flow passage portion 240 and the capture communication portion 140.

[0158] The capture member 320 captures any one of the fluids that has passed through the filter member 310 by changing its phase. In one embodiment, the capture member 320 may be configured to capture any one of the fluids in a gas phase by changing its phase to a liquid phase.

[0159] This allows any one of the fluids to occupy a smaller volume of space than if it were maintained in a gas phase, and allows for more effective trapping of any one of the fluids as it changes phase to a liquid phase.

[0160] The capture member 320 is coupled to and communicates with the outlet flow passage portion 220. Any one of the fluids separated from the mixed fluid by passing through the filter member 310 can flow to the capture member 320. To this end, the capture member 320 is coupled to and communicates with the sixth branch flow passage 356 and the seventh branch flow passage 357 via the outlet flow passage portion 220, respectively.

[0161] Therefore, it can be said that the capture member 320 is in communication with the filter member 310 via the outflow channel portion 220 .

[0162] A flow path heat dissipation member 250 may be provided on the outlet flow path portion 220 that communicates between the trapping member 320 and the filter member 310. As described above, the flow path heat dissipation member 250 may additionally cool any one of the fluids discharged from the filter member 310, thereby improving the phase change efficiency of the trapping member 320.

[0163] The capturing member 320 communicates with the outflow communication part 120. Specifically, the capturing member 320 is coupled to and communicates with the outflow communication part 120 through the outflow channel part 220. Any fluid that has not yet undergone a phase change and been captured by the capturing member 320 flows along the outflow channel part 220 and can be discharged and collected through the outflow communication part 120.

[0164] The capture member 320 is coupled to and communicates with the capture channel portion 240. Any one of the fluids that has undergone a phase change and been captured by the capture member 320 can flow to the tank member 330 via the capture channel portion 240.

[0165] The trapping member 320 may be provided in any form capable of changing the phase of and trapping any one of the separated fluids. In one embodiment, the trapping member 320 may be configured to adjust the pressure or temperature to change the phase of and trap any one of the fluids that enters it.

[0166] The tank member 330 receives and stores any one of the fluids that has undergone a phase change and been captured by the capture member 320. The tank member 330 is coupled to and communicates with the capture member 320.

[0167] The tank member 330 is coupled to and communicates with the capture flow passage section 240. The tank member 330 is located on the midstream side of the capture flow passage section 240, and is coupled to and communicates with the capture member 320 located on the upstream side of the capture flow passage section 240 and the transfer member 340 located on the downstream side of the capture flow passage section 240.

[0168] That is, the tank member 330 communicates with the capture member 320 and the transfer member 340 via the capture flow path portion 240 .

[0169] The tank member 330 may be provided in any shape in which a space is formed therein and which can transfer and store any one of the fluids that has undergone a phase change and been captured by the capture member 320 .

[0170] The tank member 330 is in communication with the transfer member 340. Any one of the fluids contained in the tank member 330 can be discharged from the tank member 330 by a transfer force provided by the transfer member 340.

[0171] The transfer member 340 provides a transfer force to any one of the fluids stored inside the capture channel portion 240, the capture member 320 coupled to the capture channel portion 240, and the tank member 330. Any one of the fluids can be discharged and collected to the outside through the capture communication portion 140 via the capture member 320 and the tank member 330 by the transfer force provided by the transfer member 340.

[0172] The transport member 340 is coupled to and in communication with the trapping channel portion 240. The transport force provided by the transport member 340 can be transmitted to the interior of the trapping channel portion 240 and to the interior of any structure coupled to the trapping channel portion 240.

[0173] The transfer member 340 may be provided in any form capable of generating a transfer force for moving a fluid. In one embodiment, the transfer member 340 may be provided in the form of a compressor or a pump.

[0174] In the illustrated embodiment, the transfer member 340 is located downstream of the capture channel portion 240. That is, the capture member 320, the tank member 330, and the transfer member 340 are arranged along the flow path of any one of the fluids. The transfer member 340 may be arranged at any position where it can provide a transfer force to any one of the fluids.

[0175] The branch flow paths 350 are respectively coupled to and communicate with the plurality of filter members 310, and communicate with the plurality of filter members 310. In addition, the branch flow paths 350 are respectively coupled to and communicate with the inlet flow path portion 210 and the outlet flow path portion 220, and form a path through which the mixed fluid flows and a path through which any one of the fluids separated from the mixed fluid flows.

[0176] In the illustrated embodiment, three filter members 310 are provided, including a first filter member 311, a second filter member 312, and a third filter member 313. As a result, a plurality of branch channels 350 are also provided, and can be coupled to and communicated with the inflow channel portion 210, the outflow channel portion 220, the first filter member 311, the second filter member 312, and the third filter member 313, respectively.

[0177] In an embodiment in which a plurality of branch channels 350 are provided, the plurality of branch channels 350 may be opened or closed independently of one another. This allows the plurality of filter members 310 to control communication with the other filter members 310, the inlet channel portion 210, or the outlet channel portion 220 independently of one another. This is achieved by the branch valve 360, which will be described later.

[0178] In the illustrated embodiment, the branch flow path 350 includes a first branch flow path 351, a second branch flow path 352, a third branch flow path 353, a fourth branch flow path 354, a fifth branch flow path 355, a sixth branch flow path 356 and a seventh branch flow path 357.

[0179] The first branch flow path 351 forms one path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows. The first branch flow path 351 is coupled to and communicates with each of the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312. In the illustrated embodiment, the upstream side of the first branch flow path 351 is coupled to and communicates with the downstream side of the first filter member 311, and the downstream side of the first branch flow path 351 is coupled to and communicates with the upstream side of the second filter member 312.

[0180] The first branch flow path 351 communicates with the second branch flow path 352. Specifically, the second branch flow path 352 branches at the first branch flow path 351, and forms another path through which any one of the fluids flows.

[0181] In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the second branch flow path 352 branches off from the first branch flow path 351 on the upstream side of the first branch valve 361 (i.e., on the right side in the illustrated embodiment) between the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312 in the portion to which the first branch flow path 351 extends.

[0182] A first branch valve 361 is positioned on the first branch flow path 351. The first branch valve 361 allows or blocks communication between the first branch flow path 351 and the second filter member 312. That is, the first branch flow path 351 is provided so as to be openable and closable by the first branch valve 361.

[0183] When the first branch valve 361 closes the first branch passage 351 , any one of the fluids discharged from the first filter member 311 can flow along the second branch passage 352 instead of the second filter member 312 .

[0184] Therefore, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow through any one of the second filter member 312 and the second branch flow path 352.

[0185] The second branch flow path 352 forms another path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows. The second branch flow path 352 communicates with the first branch flow path 351 that communicates with the first filter member 311, and any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow into the second branch flow path 352.

[0186] Therefore, it can be said that the second branch channel 352 functions as a bypass channel for the first branch channel 351.

[0187] The second branch flow path 352 communicates with the fifth branch flow path 355. Any one of the fluids flowing along the second branch flow path 352 passes through the fifth branch flow path 355 and the fourth branch flow path 354 in this order, and can flow into the third filter member 313.

[0188] The second branch channel 352 communicates with a sixth branch channel 356. Any one of the fluids flowing along the second branch channel 352 can flow into the outlet channel portion 220 after passing through the sixth branch channel 356.

[0189] 2, an upstream end of the second branch channel 352 communicates with the first branch channel 351. A midstream portion of the second branch channel 352 communicates with the fifth branch channel 355, and a downstream end of the second branch channel 352 communicates with the outlet channel portion 220.

[0190] In this case, the upstream end of the second branch flow path 352 may be located between the first filter member 311 and the first branch valve 361. The midstream portion of the second branch flow path 352 may be located between the second branch valve 362 and the fifth branch valve 365. The downstream end of the second branch flow path 352 may be located between the third filter member 313 and the capture member 320.

[0191] Therefore, the first branch valve 361, the second branch valve 362, and the fifth branch valve 365 may be controlled to allow or block communication between the second branch flow path 352 and the other branch flow paths 351, 355, and 356, respectively.

[0192] That is, any one of the fluids that has flowed into the second branch channel 352 can flow in any one of the fifth branch channel 355 and the sixth branch channel 356 .

[0193] The third branch flow path 353 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 flows. The third branch flow path 353 is coupled to and communicates with the second filter member 312. In the illustrated embodiment, the upstream side of the third branch flow path 353 is coupled to and communicates with the downstream side of the second filter member 312.

[0194] The third branch flow path 353 is coupled to and communicates with the fourth branch flow path 354. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the third branch flow path 353 can flow to the fourth branch flow path 354. In the illustrated embodiment, the downstream end of the third branch flow path 353 is coupled to and communicates with the upstream end of the fourth branch flow path 354.

[0195] The third branch flow path 353 is coupled to and communicates with the fifth branch flow path 355. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the third branch flow path 353 can flow to the fifth branch flow path 355. In the illustrated embodiment, the downstream end of the third branch flow path 353, i.e., the portion that is coupled to and communicates with the upstream end of the fourth branch flow path 354, is coupled to and communicates with the upper end of the fifth branch flow path 355.

[0196] Therefore, any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 can flow through any one of the fourth branch channel 354 and the fifth branch channel 355 after passing through the third branch channel 353 .

[0197] A third branch valve 363 is disposed on the third branch flow path 353. The third branch valve 363 opens or closes the third branch flow path 353 to allow or block communication between the third branch flow path 353 and the second filter member 312.

[0198] The fourth branch flow path 354 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 flows. The fourth branch flow path 354 also forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311, the first branch flow path 351, the second branch flow path 352, and the fifth branch flow path 355 in this order flows.

[0199] That is, in the fourth branch flow path 354, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 and then selectively passed through the second filter member 312 can flow.

[0200] The fourth branch flow path 354 is coupled to and communicates with the third branch flow path 353. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the third branch flow path 353 can flow to the fourth branch flow path 354. In the illustrated embodiment, the upstream end of the fourth branch flow path 354 is coupled to and communicates with the downstream end of the third branch flow path 353.

[0201] The fourth branch flow path 354 is coupled to and communicates with the third filter member 313. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the fourth branch flow path 354 can flow to the third filter member 313. In the illustrated embodiment, a downstream end of the fourth branch flow path 354 is coupled to and communicates with an upstream end of the third filter member 313.

[0202] The fourth branch flow path 354 is coupled to and communicates with the fifth branch flow path 355. Any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311, the second branch flow path 352, and the fifth branch flow path 355 in this order can flow to the fourth branch flow path 354. In the illustrated embodiment, the upstream end of the fourth branch flow path 354, i.e., the portion that is coupled to and communicates with the downstream end of the third branch flow path 353, is coupled to and communicates with the upper end of the fifth branch flow path 355.

[0203] Therefore, any one of the fluids that has passed through the fourth branch channel 354 can flow to the outflow channel portion 220 via the seventh branch channel 357 after passing through the third filter member 313 .

[0204] A fourth branch valve 364 is disposed on the fourth branch flow path 354. The fourth branch valve 364 can open or close the fourth branch flow path 354 to allow or block communication between the fourth branch flow path 354 and the third filter member 313.

[0205] The fifth branch channel 355 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows. The fifth branch channel 355 is coupled to the second branch channel 352 and communicates with it.

[0206] In the illustrated embodiment, a lower end of the fifth branch flow path 355 is coupled to and communicates with a downstream end of the second branch flow path 352 and an upstream end of the sixth branch flow path 356. In this case, the lower end of the fifth branch flow path 355 may be located between the second branch valve 362 and the fifth branch valve 365.

[0207] Further, the fifth branch flow path 355 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312 flows. The fifth branch flow path 355 is coupled to and communicates with the third branch flow path 353 and the fourth branch flow path 354, respectively.

[0208] In the illustrated embodiment, the upper end of the fifth branch channel 355 is coupled to and communicates with the downstream end of the third branch channel 353 and the upstream end of the fourth branch channel 354, respectively.

[0209] The fifth branch flow path 355 forms a part of a plurality of paths through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows.

[0210] That is, any one of the fluids can pass through the first filter member 311, the first branch channel 351, the second filter member 312, and the third branch channel 353 in this order, and then flow to the sixth branch channel 356 via the fifth branch channel 355. The channels are formed such that any one of the fluids passes through the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312.

[0211] In addition, any one of the fluids may pass through the first filter member 311, the first branch channel 351, and the second branch channel 352 in this order, and then flow to the third filter member 313 via the fifth branch channel 355. The channels are formed such that any one of the fluids passes through the first filter member 311 and the third filter member 313.

[0212] The sixth branch flow path 356 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows. The sixth branch flow path 356 is coupled to and communicates with the second branch flow path 352. In the illustrated embodiment, an upstream end of the sixth branch flow path 356 is coupled to and communicates with a downstream end of the second branch flow path 352.

[0213] The sixth branch flow path 356 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 flows. The sixth branch flow path 356 is coupled to and communicates with the fifth branch flow path 355. In the illustrated embodiment, an upstream end of the sixth branch flow path 356 is coupled to and communicates with a lower end of the fifth branch flow path 355.

[0214] Therefore, it can be understood that any one of the fluids flowing in the sixth branch flow path 356 is a fluid that has passed through the first filter member 311 and has selectively passed through the second filter member 312.

[0215] The sixth branch channel 356 communicates with the outlet channel portion 220. Any one of the fluids that has flowed through the sixth branch channel 356 can flow to the capture member 320 via the outlet channel portion 220. In the illustrated embodiment, the downstream end of the sixth branch channel 356 is coupled to and communicates with the upstream end of the outlet channel portion 220 (i.e., coupled to the downstream end of the seventh branch channel 357).

[0216] A fifth branch valve 365 is disposed on the sixth branch flow path 356. The fifth branch valve 365 opens or closes the sixth branch flow path 356 to allow or block communication between the sixth branch flow path 356 and the outlet flow path portion 220.

[0217] The seventh branch flow path 357 forms a path through which any one of the fluids that has passed through the third filter member 313 flows. The seventh branch flow path 357 is coupled to and communicates with the third filter member 313. In the illustrated embodiment, an upstream end of the seventh branch flow path 357 is coupled to and communicates with a downstream end of the third filter member 313.

[0218] Any one of the fluids flowing through the seventh branch channel 357 can flow into the outlet channel portion 220. The seventh branch channel 357 is coupled to and communicates with the outlet channel portion 220. In the illustrated embodiment, a downstream end of the seventh branch channel 357 is coupled to and communicates with an upstream end of the outlet channel portion 220.

[0219] A sixth branch valve 366 is disposed on the seventh branch flow path 357. The sixth branch valve 366 opens or closes the seventh branch flow path 357 to allow or block communication between the third filter member 313 and the outflow flow path portion 220.

[0220] A detailed description of various flow paths for any one of the fluids formed by opening or closing a portion of the branch flow paths 350 will be given later.

[0221] The branch valve 360 is provided on the branch flow path 350 and opens or closes the branch flow path 350. When the branch valve 360 is operated, it allows or blocks communication between the branch flow path 350 and each component connected to and communicating with the branch flow path 350, thereby forming various flow paths for any one fluid.

[0222] The branch valve 360 may be provided in any form capable of opening or closing the branch flow path 350. The branch valve 360 may be configured to be operated by a physical or electrical operation. In one embodiment, the branch valve 360 may be provided in the form of a solenoid valve operated by an electrical signal. In the embodiment, the branch valve 360 may be electrically connected to an external control unit (not shown).

[0223] There may be provided a plurality of branch valves 360. The plurality of branch valves 360 are disposed on the plurality of branch flow paths 350, and can open or close each of the plurality of branch flow paths 350.

[0224] In an embodiment in which a plurality of branch valves 360 are provided, the plurality of branch valves 360 are controlled independently of each other. In this case, some of the plurality of branch valves 360 may be operated to correspond to other parts of the plurality of branch valves 360. By the operation, the plurality of branch flow paths 350 may be opened or closed to correspond to each other, thereby forming various flow paths for any one fluid.

[0225] In the illustrated embodiment, the branch valve 360 includes a first branch valve 361 , a second branch valve 362 , a third branch valve 363 , a fourth branch valve 364 , a fifth branch valve 365 and a sixth branch valve 366 .

[0226] The first branch valve 361 is provided on the first branch flow path 351, and is configured to open or close the first branch flow path 351. This makes it possible to allow or block communication between the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312.

[0227] Specifically, when the first branch valve 361 opens the first branch passage 351, the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312 can communicate with each other through the first branch passage 351. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow toward the second filter member 312.

[0228] When the first branch valve 361 closes the first branch flow path 351, communication between the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312 is blocked. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow toward the second branch flow path 352.

[0229] The second branch valve 362 is provided on the second branch flow path 352 and is configured to open or close the second branch flow path 352. This makes it possible to allow or block communication between the first filter member 311 and the fifth branch flow path 355 or the sixth branch flow path 356.

[0230] Specifically, when the second branch valve 362 opens the second branch channel 352, the first filter member 311 and the fifth branch channel 355 or the sixth branch channel 356 can be communicated with each other through the second branch channel 352. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow through the second branch channel 352 to the fifth branch channel 355 or the sixth branch channel 356.

[0231] When the second branch valve 362 closes the second branch passage 352, communication between the first filter member 311 and the fifth branch passage 355 or the sixth branch passage 356 is blocked. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 can flow toward the second filter member 312.

[0232] The third branch valve 363 is provided on the third branch flow path 353 and is configured to open or close the third branch flow path 353. This makes it possible to allow or block communication between the second filter member 312 and the fourth branch flow path 354 or the fifth branch flow path 355.

[0233] Specifically, when the third branch valve 363 opens the third branch flow path 353, the second filter member 312 can communicate with the fourth branch flow path 354 or the fifth branch flow path 355. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 can flow through the third branch flow path 353 to the fourth branch flow path 354 or the fifth branch flow path 355.

[0234] When the third branch valve 363 closes the third branch flow path 353, communication between the second filter member 312 and the fourth branch flow path 354 or the fifth branch flow path 355 is blocked. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 cannot be discharged to the outside.

[0235] Therefore, it can be understood that the third branch valve 363 operates to close the third branch flow path 353 when any one of the fluids does not flow into the second filter member 312.

[0236] The fourth branch valve 364 is provided on the fourth branch flow path 354 and is configured to open or close the fourth branch flow path 354. This makes it possible to allow or block communication between the third filter member 313 and the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312.

[0237] Specifically, when the fourth branch valve 364 opens the fourth branch flow path 354, the third filter member 313 and the third branch flow path 353 or the fifth branch flow path 355 can communicate with each other.

[0238] As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 and flowed along the second branch flow path 352 can flow to the third filter member 313 via the fifth branch flow path 355. Also, any one of the fluids that has passed through the second filter member 312 can flow to the third filter member 313 via the third branch flow path 353.

[0239] When the fourth branch valve 364 closes the fourth branch flow path 354, communication between the fourth branch flow path 354 and the third branch flow path 353 or the fifth branch flow path 355 is blocked. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312 can flow along the sixth branch flow path 356 without flowing to the third filter member 313.

[0240] The fifth branch valve 365 is provided on the sixth branch flow path 356, and is configured to open or close the sixth branch flow path 356. This makes it possible to allow or block direct communication between the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312 and the outflow flow path portion 220.

[0241] Specifically, when the fifth branch valve 365 opens the sixth branch channel 356, the second branch channel 352 and the fifth branch channel 355 communicate with the outlet channel portion 220. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312 can immediately flow to the outlet channel portion 220 without passing through the third filter member 313.

[0242] When the fifth branch valve 365 closes the sixth branch passage 356, the second branch passage 352 and the fifth branch passage 355 are blocked from communicating with the outlet passage portion 220. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 or the second filter member 312 can flow to the outlet passage portion 220 after passing through the third filter member 313.

[0243] The sixth branch valve 366 is provided on the seventh branch flow path 357, and is configured to open or close the seventh branch flow path 357. This makes it possible to allow or block communication between the third filter member 313 and the outflow flow path portion 220.

[0244] Specifically, when the sixth branch valve 366 opens the seventh branch passage 357, the third filter member 313 communicates with the outlet passage portion 220. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the third filter member 313 can flow to the outlet passage portion 220.

[0245] When the sixth branch valve 366 closes the seventh branch flow path 357, communication between the third filter member 313 and the outlet flow path portion 220 is blocked. As a result, any one of the fluids that has passed through the third filter member 313 cannot be discharged to the outside.

[0246] Therefore, it can be understood that the sixth branch valve 366 operates to close the seventh branch flow path 357 when any one of the fluids does not flow into the third filter element 313 .

[0247] The plurality of branch valves 360 described above can operate independently and correspondingly to each other to form a flow path through which any one of the fluids flows through the filter member 310 .

[0248] First, a case where the inflowing mixed fluid passes through all of the first to third filter members 311, 312, and 313 and then flows into the outflow channel portion 220 will be described.

[0249] At this time, the first to third filter members 311, 312, and 313 must communicate with each other. For this purpose, the first branch valve 361, the third branch valve 363, and the fourth branch valve 364 are controlled to open the first branch flow path 351, the third branch flow path 353, and the fourth branch flow path 354, respectively.

[0250] In addition, the third filter member 313 must be in communication with the outlet passage portion 220 so that any one of the fluids passing through the third filter member 313 can flow to the outlet passage portion 220. To this end, the sixth branch valve 366 is controlled to open the seventh branch passage 357.

[0251] At this time, the second branch valve 362 and the fifth branch valve 365 are controlled to close the second branch flow path 352 and the sixth branch flow path 356, respectively.

[0252] Next, a case where the inflowing mixed fluid passes only through the first filter member 311 and then flows into the outlet channel portion 220 will be described.

[0253] At this time, the first filter member 311 must be cut off from communication with the second filter member 312 and the third filter member 313. For this purpose, the first branch valve 361, the third branch valve 363, the fourth branch valve 364, and the sixth branch valve 366 are controlled to close the first branch flow path 351, the third branch flow path 353, the fourth branch flow path 354, and the seventh branch flow path 357, respectively.

[0254] Further, the second branch valve 362 and the fifth branch valve 365 are controlled to open the second branch channel 352 and the sixth branch channel 356, respectively.

[0255] Next, a case where the inflowing mixed fluid passes through the first filter member 311 and the second filter member 312 and then flows into the outlet channel portion 220 will be described.

[0256] At this time, the first filter member 311 must communicate with the second filter member 312. For this purpose, the first branch valve 361 and the third branch valve 363 are controlled to open the first branch flow path 351 and the third branch flow path 353, respectively. At the same time, the second branch valve 362 is controlled to close the second branch flow path 352.

[0257] Also, the second filter member 312 must be cut off from communication with the third filter member 313. For this purpose, the fourth branch valve 364 and the sixth branch valve 366 are controlled to close the fourth branch flow path 354 and the seventh branch flow path 367, respectively.

[0258] In addition, a bypass path must be formed so that the second filter member 312 can flow to the outlet channel portion 220 without passing through the third filter member 313. For this purpose, the fifth branch valve 365 is controlled to open the sixth branch channel 356.

[0259] Next, a case where the inflowing mixed fluid passes through the first filter member 311 and the third filter member 313 and then flows into the outflow channel portion 220 will be described.

[0260] At this time, the first filter member 311 must be cut off from communication with the second filter member 312. To this end, the first branch valve 361 is controlled to close the first branch flow path 351, and the second branch valve 362 is controlled to open the second branch flow path 352. As a result, a bypass path is formed in which any one of the fluids that has passed through the first filter member 311 flows around the second filter member 312.

[0261] In addition, the second branch passage 352 must communicate with the third filter member 313. For this purpose, the fifth branch valve 365 is controlled to close the sixth branch passage 356, and the fourth branch valve 364 is controlled to open the fourth branch passage 354.

[0262] At this time, the third branch valve 363 is controlled to close the third branch flow path 353, so that any one of the fluids does not flow back to the second filter member 312. In addition, the sixth branch valve 366 is controlled to open the seventh branch flow path 357, so that any one of the fluids that has passed through the third filter member 313 can flow to the outlet flow path portion 220.

[0263] Therefore, the branch valves 360 can operate independently and correspondingly to each other to form various flow paths for any one fluid.

[0264] The condition adjusting unit 400 is configured to adjust the physical state of the mixed fluid flowing in the fluid separating unit 300 or any one of the separated fluids. [0278] The particle filter member 510 may be provided in any form capable of filtering particulate matter. In one embodiment, the particle filter member 510 may be provided to include a mesh-type filter including a plurality of through holes.

[0279] The particle filter member 510 may be positioned to be biased toward the upstream side of the flow passage 200 in order to filter particulate matter from the mixed fluid after it enters the inlet flow passage 210 and before it flows to other components. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 2, the particle filter member 510 is located downstream of the valve member 550 so as to be adjacent to the inlet communication portion 110.

[0280] The pressure adjusting member 520 is configured to adjust the pressure inside the flow path unit 200 or the pressure of the mixed fluid flowing inside the flow path unit 200. The pressure adjusting member 520 forms a negative pressure or a positive pressure, so that the mixed fluid can flow inside the flow path unit 200 without a separate member for transport.

[0281] The pressure adjusting member 520 may be provided in any form capable of adjusting the pressure. In one embodiment, the pressure adjusting member 520 may be provided in the form of a compressor or a pump.

[0282] The pressure adjusting member 520 may be arranged to be biased toward the upstream side of the flow passage portion 200 in order to adjust the pressure and flow quickly immediately after the mixed fluid flows into the inlet flow passage portion 210. [0286] A plurality of sensor members 540 may be provided. The plurality of sensor members 540 may be disposed at various positions of the flow passage portion 200. In the illustrated embodiment, a portion of the sensor member 540 is disposed in the inlet flow passage portion 210 and senses information regarding the state of the mixed fluid. Another portion of the sensor member 540 is disposed in the outlet flow passage portion 220 and senses information regarding the state of any one of the fluids.

[0287] The sensor element 540 may be provided in any form capable of sensing information regarding the condition of a flowing fluid. In the illustrated embodiment, the sensor element 540 includes a flow sensor 541 and a pressure sensor 542.

[0288] Although not shown, the sensor member 540 may further include sensors for sensing the flow rate, temperature, etc. of the flowing fluid.

[0289] The flow rate sensor 541 senses information related to the flow rate of the fluid flowing through the flow path unit 200. The sensed information is transmitted to an external control unit (not shown) and is used to calculate control information for controlling the flow rate adjustment member 530. That is, in one embodiment, the operation of the flow rate adjustment member 530 can be controlled in conjunction with the information sensed by the flow rate sensor 541.

[0290] There may be provided a plurality of flow rate sensors 541. Each of the plurality of flow rate sensors 541 can sense information regarding the flow rate of the mixed fluid and any one of the fluids.

[0291] In the illustrated embodiment, two flow rate sensors 541 are provided. One of the flow rate sensors 541 is located on the inlet passage portion 210 between the pressure adjustment member 520 and the filter member 310, and senses information related to the flow rate of the mixed fluid.

[0292] The other flow rate sensor 541 is located on the outflow passage portion 220 between the outflow communication portion 120 and the capture member 320, and senses information regarding the flow rate of any one of the fluids.

[0293] The pressure sensor 542 senses information related to the pressure of the fluid flowing through the flow path unit 200. The sensed information is transmitted to an external control unit (not shown) and is used to calculate control information for controlling the pressure adjusting member 520. That is, in one embodiment, the operation of the pressure adjusting member 520 can be controlled in conjunction with the information sensed by the pressure sensor 542.

[0294] There may be provided a plurality of pressure sensors 542. Each of the plurality of pressure sensors 542 can sense information regarding the pressure of the mixed fluid and any one of the fluids.

[0295] In the illustrated embodiment, two pressure sensors 542 are provided. One of the pressure sensors 542 is located on the inlet channel portion 210 between the flow rate sensor 541 and the filter member 310, and senses information related to the pressure of the mixed fluid.

[0296] The other pressure sensor 542 is located on the outflow passage portion 220 between the filter member 310 and the capture member 320, and senses information regarding the pressure of any one of the fluids.

[0297] The valve member 550 allows or blocks communication between the flow passage portion 200 and the communication portion 100. This allows or blocks the flow of the external mixed fluid into the fluid recovery system 10.

[0298] The valve member 550 may be located adjacent the upstream side of the flow passage 200. In the illustrated embodiment, the valve member 550 is located downstream of the inlet communication 110 adjacent the upstream end of the inlet flow passage 210.

[0299] Therefore, when the valve member 550 opens the inlet passage portion 210, the external mixed fluid flows into the fluid recovery system 10 and is separated. When the valve member 550 closes the inlet passage portion 210, the external mixed fluid does not flow into the fluid recovery system 10.

[0300] (2) Description of the configuration of a fluid recovery system 20 according to another embodiment of the present invention 3-4, a fluid recovery system 20 according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

[0301] The fluid recovery system 20 according to the present embodiment further includes a fluid recovery unit 600, and any one of the fluids discharged and recovered through the outlet passage unit 220 and the outlet connection unit 120 can be supplied again through the inlet connection unit 110. That is, the fluid recovery system 20 according to the present embodiment can be defined as a circulation type system.

[0302] Therefore, in the fluid recovery system 20 according to the present embodiment, any one of the fluids discharged through the outflow communication part 120, i.e., the remaining fluid that has not undergone a phase change and been captured, can be subjected to a separation and recovery process again, thereby improving the recovery efficiency of any one of the fluids.

[0303] In the illustrated embodiment, the fluid recovery system 20 includes a communication section 100 , a flow path section 200 , a fluid separation section 300 , a conditioning section 400 , a utility section 500 and a fluid recovery section 600 .

[0304] Except for the fluid recovery unit 600 and the connections and communication between the fluid recovery unit 600 and other components, the other components and the connection relationships between each component are the same as those of the fluid recovery system 10 according to the above-mentioned embodiment. Therefore, the descriptions of the communication unit 100, the flow path unit 200, the fluid separation unit 300, the condition adjustment unit 400 and the utility unit 500 will be replaced with the above descriptions.

[0305] The fluid recovery unit 600 is coupled to and communicates with the communication unit 100. Any one of the fluids discharged through the outflow communication unit 120 can pass through the fluid recovery unit 600 and flow to the inflow communication unit 110. The fluid recovery unit 600 is coupled to and communicates with the inflow communication unit 110 and the outflow communication unit 120, respectively.

[0306] In the illustrated embodiment, the fluid recovery section 600 includes a recovery line section 610 , a recovery compressor 620 , and a recovery valve 630 .

[0307] The recovery passage portion 610 connects the inlet connection portion 110 and the outlet connection portion 120. The remaining fluid discharged through the outlet connection portion 120 may be supplied to the inlet connection portion 110 through the recovery passage portion 610.

[0308] The recovery compressor 620 is coupled to and communicates with the recovery passage portion 610. The recovery compressor 620 provides a transport force to the remaining fluid flowing inside the recovery passage portion 610. The remaining fluid can flow from the outlet connection portion 120 through the recovery passage portion 610 to the inlet connection portion 110 by the transport force provided by the recovery compressor 620.

[0309] In addition, the recovery compressor 620 adjusts the pressure of the remaining fluid flowing inside the recovery channel portion 610. This allows the pressure of the fluid flowing into the inlet communication portion 110 to be appropriately adjusted.

[0310] The recovery valve 630 opens or closes the recovery passage 610. As the recovery valve 630 operates, it can allow or block communication between the inlet communication portion 110 and the outlet communication portion 120.

[0311] The recovery valve 630 may be provided in any form capable of opening or closing the recovery channel portion 610. In one embodiment, the recovery valve 630 may be provided in the form of a solenoid valve that is operated by an electrical signal.

[0312] The operation of the recovery valve 630 can be linked to the operation of the branch valve 360. [0313] Therefore, when the remaining fluid passes through the fluid separating part 300, the inlet connecting part 110 and the outlet connecting part 120 communicate with each other, so that the remaining fluid can circulate again.

[0314] 3. Description of a Fluid Recovery Method According to an Embodiment of the Present Invention The fluid recovery method according to the embodiment of the present invention may be performed using the fluid recovery systems 10 and 20 according to the above-described embodiments. The fluid recovery method may effectively capture and recover one of the fluids to be recovered among the multiple fluids mixed into the mixed fluid.

[0315] Hereinafter, the fluid recovery method according to each embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS.

[0316] (1) Description of a fluid recovery method according to one embodiment of the present invention 5 to 9, a fluid recovery method according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The fluid recovery method according to this embodiment can be performed using a fluid recovery system 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention.

[0317] In the illustrated embodiment, the fluid recovery method includes a step (S100) of receiving a mixed fluid to the fluid separation unit 300, a step (S200) of the fluid separation unit 300 separating the mixed fluid into at least two other fluids, a step (S300) of capturing a portion of any one of the at least two other fluids thus separated, and a step (S400) of discharging the remainder of any one of the at least two other fluids thus separated and the other fluids.

[0318] 6, the step (S100) of receiving the mixed fluid to the fluid separating unit 300 will be described in detail. In this step (S100), the mixed fluid is supplied from the outside and flows to the fluid separating unit 300 along the flow path unit 200 (S100).

[0319] First, the mixed fluid flows into the inlet communication part 110 (S110). To this end, the valve member 550 is controlled to open the inlet passage part 210. The mixed fluid that flows in first passes through the particle filter member 510 to remove particulate matter.

[0320] The pressure of the mixed fluid flowing along the inlet channel portion 210 is adjusted by the pressure adjusting member 520 (S120), thereby making it possible to adjust the flow rate or flow speed of the mixed fluid.

[0321] The mixed fluid that has flowed into the fluid separating section 300 flows into the filter member 310 that is located on the most upstream side of the fluid separating section 300 and communicates with the inlet channel section 210 (S130).

[0322] 7, the step (S200) of separating the received mixed fluid into at least two other fluids by the fluid separating unit 300 will be described in detail. In this step (S200), the mixed fluid that has flowed into the fluid separating unit 300 passes through the filter member 310 and is separated into a plurality of fluids.

[0323] The mixed fluid flowing along the inlet flow passage portion 210 flows into the filter member 310 (S210). At this time, a plurality of filter members 310 may be provided, and the plurality of filter members 310 may be connected or blocked from each other by a plurality of branch flow passages 350 and a plurality of branch valves 360.

[0324] However, in either case, the inflowing mixed fluid flows so as to pass through at least one filter member 310 before being discharged, as described above.

[0325] Of the mixed fluid that has flowed into the filter member 310, any one of the fluids to be captured and collected passes through the filter member 310 along the extension direction of the filter member 310 and is separated (S220).

[0326] At this time, the heating member 410 can heat the mixed fluid that has flowed into the filter member 310. As a result, the separation efficiency of the mixed fluid can be improved.

[0327] Furthermore, the other fluid to be separated and discharged from the mixed fluid flowing into the filter member 310 passes through a membrane provided in the filter member 310 in the other direction of the filter member 310 and is separated (S230).

[0328] In one embodiment, said other direction may be a radial direction of the filter member 310. It will be appreciated that this applies to embodiments in which the filter member 310 is provided in the form of a membrane filter.

[0329] When the mixed fluid passes through a plurality of filter members 310, any one of the fluids separated in the upstream filter member 310, for example, the first filter member 311, may flow into the second filter member 312 or the third filter member 313. Also, any one of the fluids separated in the second filter member 312 or the third filter member 313 may be subjected to the separation process again in step S220.

[0330] The step (S300) of capturing a part of any one of at least two other separated fluids will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 8. This step (S300) is a step (S300) of capturing, discharging and recovering any one of the fluids to be captured and recovered that has been separated from the mixed fluid.

[0331] Any one of the fluids separated from the mixed fluid by passing through the filter member 310 flows into the capture member 320 (S310). Any one of the fluids that flows into the capture member 320 is liquefied and captured (S320).

[0332] At this time, before flowing into the trapping member 320, any one of the fluids can be cooled by the flow path heat dissipation member 250. In addition, any one of the fluids that has flowed into the trapping member 320 can be cooled by the cooling member 420.

[0333] In the illustrated embodiment, a portion of any one of the fluids is liquefied and captured, taking into consideration that it is difficult for any one of the fluids to be entirely liquefied and captured in an actual process, and it is understood that it is most preferable for any one of the fluids to be entirely liquefied and captured.

[0334] Any one of the captured fluids flows along the capture flow path portion 240 that communicates with the capture member 320, and is stored in the tank member 330. Any one of the fluids stored in the tank member 330 flows due to the transfer force applied by the transfer member 340, and is discharged and collected via the capture communication portion 140 (S330).

[0335] The step (S400) of discharging the remaining one of the at least two other fluids and the other fluid will be described in detail with reference to Fig. 9. This step (S400) is a step (S400) of discharging to the outside the one of the fluids that has not yet been captured or collected after being separated from the mixed fluid and the other fluid separated from the mixed fluid.

[0336] First, the other fluid separated from the mixed fluid flows along the exhaust flow passage 230 and is discharged to the outside through the exhaust communication part 130 (S410). In an embodiment in which a plurality of filter members 310 are provided, a plurality of exhaust flow passage members 230 and a plurality of exhaust communication parts 130 may also be provided and may be connected to a plurality of filter members 310, as described above.

[0337] In addition, any one of the fluids remaining without being separated after passing through the fluid separation unit 300 flows along the outflow channel unit 220 and is discharged and collected to the outside through the outflow communication unit 120 (S420).

[0338] (2) Description of a fluid recovery method according to another embodiment of the present invention 10-11, a fluid recovery method according to another embodiment of the present invention is illustrated.

[0339] The fluid recovery method according to the present embodiment can be carried out using the fluid recovery system 20 according to the other embodiments described above.

[0340] In the illustrated embodiment, the fluid recovery method includes a step (S100) of receiving a mixed fluid to the fluid separation unit 300, a step (S200) of the fluid separation unit 300 separating the received mixed fluid into at least two other fluids, a step (S300) of capturing a portion of any one of the at least two other fluids, a step (S400) of discharging the remainder of any one of the at least two other fluids and the other fluid, and a step (S500) of transmitting the remainder of any one of the fluids back to the fluid separation unit 300 via the fluid recovery unit 600.

[0341] Steps S100, S200, S300 and S400 of the fluid recovery method according to this embodiment are the same as those of the fluid recovery method according to the previous embodiment.

[0342] In the following description, the explanation will be centered on step S500.

[0343] 11, the step (S500) of transferring the remaining one of the fluids back to the fluid separating unit 300 via the fluid collecting unit 600 will be described in detail. This step (S500) is a step in which any one of the fluids that has not yet been captured or collected after being separated from the mixed fluid flows back to the fluid separating unit 300 and undergoes the separation process again (S500).

[0344] The remainder of any one of the fluids that has passed through the capture member 320 but has not undergone a phase change or been captured flows along the outflow channel portion 220. The remainder of any one of the fluids that has flowed flows into the recovery channel portion 610 via the outflow communication portion 120 (S510).

[0345] The recovery compressor 620 adjusts the pressure of the remaining one of the inflowing fluids (S520). This adjusts the movement speed and pressure of the remaining one of the fluids, and allows the remaining one of the fluids to be stably supplied to the inflow communication part 110.

[0346] The remainder of any one of the inflowing fluids flows along the inlet flow passage unit 210 and is then transferred to the fluid separating unit 300 (S530). Thereafter, the steps of receiving the mixed fluid to the fluid separating unit 300 (S100), separating the mixed fluid into at least two other fluids by the fluid separating unit 300 (S200), capturing a portion of any one of the at least two other fluids that have been separated (S300), and discharging the remainder of any one of the at least two other fluids and the other fluids (S400) are performed, and the separation process may be performed again.

[0347] Although an embodiment of the present invention has been described, the concept of the present invention is not limited to the embodiment presented in this specification, and a person skilled in the art who understands the concept of the present invention can easily propose other embodiments by adding, changing, deleting, or adding components within the scope of the same concept, which can also be said to fall within the scope of the concept of the present invention.
