Description

[Technical Field]

[0001] The present invention relates to an elevator rope sway suppression device. [Background technology]

[0002] Elevator shafts are equipped with rope anti-sway devices that stop the rope from swinging. Patent Document 1, for example, describes a technique related to rope anti-sway devices.

[0003] Patent Document 1 discloses a pair of anti-sway bar mounting arms attached midway along the car guide rails, anti-sway bar drives attached to each anti-sway bar mounting arm, and a pair of left and right T-shaped anti-sway rope bars with a central fork that are rotatably attached to the anti-sway bar drives. The pair of left and right T-shaped anti-sway rope bars are normally held in an upright position separated from the main rope, and when an earthquake or strong wind is detected and the elevator stops, they are each rotated to a horizontal position by the anti-sway bar drive device, with the central fork surrounding the entire circumference of the main rope from both sides, and the main rope is completely housed in the space enclosed by the central fork, thereby performing the rope anti-sway function. [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]

[0004] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2014-227291 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]

[0005] When the earthquake or strong winds subside and the elevator returns to normal operation, the rope anti-sway bar returns from a horizontal position to an upright position. However, if the anti-sway bar drive device fails, the rope anti-sway bar may not return to an upright position and may remain horizontal. If the car moves up or down while the rope anti-sway bar is horizontal, the rope anti-sway bar may come into contact with the car, potentially damaging the car, the rope anti-sway bar, or other equipment. Damage to the car, the rope anti-sway bar, or other equipment will require replacement of parts, which could delay the elevator's recovery.

[0006] The object of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems and provide an elevator rope sway suppression device that can suppress damage to equipment such as the car and rope sway suppression bar even when the rope sway suppression bar comes into contact with the car. [Means for solving the problem]

[0007] In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present invention provides an elevator rope sway suppression device that is installed in a hoistway through which a car ascends and descends and suppresses the sway of a rope connected to the car, the rope sway suppression device comprising a sway suppression bar operating unit and a sway suppression bar receiving unit, the sway suppression bar operating unit comprising a sway suppression bar that comes into contact with the rope to suppress the sway of the rope, a drive unit that drives the sway suppression bar in an upright position to a horizontal position or from a horizontal position to an upright position, and a first bending mechanism that is arranged between the sway suppression bar and the drive unit and bends the sway suppression bar when the car comes into contact with the sway suppression bar. [Effects of the Invention]

[0008] According to the present invention, even if the rope anti-sway bar comes into contact with the car, damage to equipment such as the car and the rope anti-sway bar can be suppressed. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0009] [Figure 1]1 is a schematic diagram of an elevator 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. [Figure 2] FIG. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the winding state of each rope. [Figure 3] FIG. 2 is a plan view showing the inside of the elevator shaft as viewed from above. [Figure 6] 10 is a diagram showing a state in which the first bending mechanism 213 and the anti-sway bar 210 of the rope sway suppression device 20 are positioned horizontally. FIG. [Figure 7] FIG. 7 is a top view of part VII in FIG. 6. [Figure 8] 10 is a diagram showing a state in which the lowered car 3 comes into contact with the first connection bar 214. FIG. [Figure 9] 10 is a diagram showing a state in which the raised car 3 comes into contact with the first connection bar 214. FIG. DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0010] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In principle, identical elements are designated by the same reference numerals in all drawings. Furthermore, descriptions of parts having identical functions will be omitted. Note that the configurations described below are merely examples, and it is not intended that the embodiments of the present invention be limited to the specific embodiments below. [Example]

[0011] Fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of an elevator 1 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Fig. 2 is a schematic diagram showing the winding state of each rope. Fig. 3 is a plan view showing the state inside the elevator shaft as seen from above. Fig. 3 shows the state in which the rope sway suppression device 20 is in operation.

[0012] As shown in Figure 1, elevator 1 is equipped with a car 3 that moves up and down in a hoistway 2 formed within a building structure, a counterweight 6, a hoisting machine 8, a deflector sheave 9 (see Figure 2), a speed governor 10, and a rope sway suppression device 20. The hoisting machine 8, the deflector sheave 9, and the speed governor 10 are arranged in a machine room 2a provided above the hoistway 2.

[0013] The car 3 is formed in a hollow, roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape and carries people and luggage. The car 3 also has a guide device 3a. The guide device 3a is fixed to the outside of the car 3 and is slidably supported on a guide rail 11 provided in the hoistway 2. Therefore, the car 3 rises and falls in the hoistway 2 along the guide rail 11. Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 2, the elevator 1 has a main rope 4 that connects the upper part of the car 3 to the upper part of the counterweight 6.

[0014] The main ropes 4 are wound around a hoist 8 installed in the machine room 2a. The hoist 8 raises and lowers the car 3 and the counterweight 6 via the main ropes 4. A deflector sheave 9 is disposed near the hoist 8. The main ropes 4 are mounted on the deflector sheave 9.

[0015] The counterweight 6 is set to have a mass that is approximately equal to the mass of the car 3 when it is unloaded plus half the weight of the loadable weight of the car 3. Therefore, when half the maximum load weight of goods or people is loaded in the car 3, the tension ratio of the main rope 4 on the car 3 side and the counterweight 6 side becomes 1. This maximizes the output torque of the hoisting machine 8 both when the car 3 is unloaded, that is, when no goods or people are loaded, and when the car 3 is fully loaded, that is, when the maximum load of goods or people is loaded, but it is possible to keep the required output of the hoisting machine 8 to a minimum.

[0016] Furthermore, in the elevator 1, as the elevator car 3 and counterweight 6 move up and down for a long distance, the length of the main ropes 4 changes depending on the position of the elevator car 3, and the difference in tension between the elevator car 3 side and the counterweight 6 side on the hoist 8 increases. For this reason, in this embodiment, counter ropes 14 are provided below the elevator car 3 and the counterweight 6. The weight of the counter ropes 14 is set to be equal to or nearly equal to the weight of the main ropes 4. This reduces the difference in tension between the elevator car 3 side and the counterweight 6 side with respect to the main ropes 4 on the hoist 8. In the elevator 1 of this embodiment, the ropes are made up of the main ropes 4 and the counter ropes 14.

[0017] A balancing pulley 12 is disposed at the bottom of the hoistway 2. A balancing rope 14 is wound around the balancing pulley 12.

[0018] 1 and 3, the main rope 4 and the balancing rope 14 are made up of multiple ropes (five in this embodiment). As shown in Fig. 3, the main rope 4 is fixed to approximately the center of the upper part of the car 3, and the balancing rope 14 is fixed to approximately the center of the lower part of the car 3.

[0019] A speed governor 10 is installed in the machine room 2a of the hoistway 2. A speed governor rope 15 is wound around this speed governor 10. The speed governor rope 15 is formed in a so-called endless shape, with both axial ends connected to each other. A portion of this speed governor rope 15 is connected to the car 3 via a connecting member 16. A tension wheel 13 around which the speed governor rope 15 is wound is also arranged at the bottom of the hoistway 2.

[0020] The governor rope 15 moves in a circular motion in accordance with the rising and falling movement of the car 3. The governor rope 15 is wound around the governor 10 and the tension wheel 13 in a loop, and a portion of it is connected to the car 3 via a connection member 16. Therefore, the connection side rope 15a of the governor rope 15 on the connection member 16 side, sandwiching the governor 10 and the tension wheel 13, moves in the same direction as the car 3. The return side rope 15b of the governor rope 15 on the opposite side to the connection side rope 15a, sandwiching the governor 10 and the tension wheel 13, moves in the opposite direction to the car 3. The governor 10 detects the speed of the car from the circulation speed of the governor rope 15.

[0021] 2, in this embodiment, a counterweight governor 10A is also provided on the counterweight 6. Similar to the governor 10, a counterweight governor rope 15A is wound around this counterweight governor 10A. The counterweight governor rope 15A is formed endless, and a portion of it is connected to the counterweight 6 via a connecting member 16A. Furthermore, a tension wheel 13A around which the counterweight governor rope 15A is wound is disposed at the bottom of the hoistway 2. Similar to the governor rope 15, this counterweight governor rope 15A moves in a circulating manner in accordance with the ascending and descending movement of the counterweight 6.

[0022] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, a rope sway suppression device 20 is installed at a location where resonance of the main rope 4 and the balancing rope 14 in the elevator 1 is at a maximum. In Figures 1 and 2, the rope sway suppression device 20 is installed in one location, but it may be installed in multiple locations.

[0023] The rope sway suppressing devices 20 are installed in the hoistway 2, and are arranged in pairs so as to sandwich the main rope 4 and the counter rope 14 when the hoistway 2 is viewed from above (see FIG. 3).

[0024] Next, the configuration of the rope sway suppression device 20 will be described with reference to Figs. 4 to 9. Fig. 4 is a cross-sectional view of the rope sway suppression device 20 taken along line IV-IV in Fig. 3. Fig. 4 shows a state in which the first bending mechanism 213 and the anti-sway bar 210 are upright. Fig. 5 is a cross-sectional view taken along line VV in Fig. 4. Fig. 6 is a diagram showing a state in which the first bending mechanism 213 and the anti-sway bar 210 of the rope sway suppression device 20 are positioned horizontally. Fig. 7 is a view of part VII in Fig. 6 as seen from above.

[0025] In the following explanation, one of the pair of rope sway suppressing devices 20 will be explained, but the other rope sway suppressing device 20 has the same configuration.

[0026] In Figure 4, the rope sway suppression device 20 is composed of a sway suppression bar operating part 21 fixed to one beam 5a of the building and a sway suppression bar receiving part 22 fixed to the other beam 5b of the building.

[0027] The anti-sway bar operating unit 21 includes an anti-sway bar 210 that comes into contact with the main ropes 4 and the balancing ropes 14 to suppress sway of the main ropes 4 and the balancing ropes 14, a drive unit 212 that drives the anti-sway bar 210 in the vertical direction around a pivot point formed by a pivot pin 211 so as to change the anti-sway bar 210 from an upright state to a horizontal state or from a horizontal state to an upright state, and a first bending mechanism 213 that is disposed between the anti-sway bar 210 and the drive unit 212 and bends the anti-sway bar 210. As will be described later, the first bending mechanism 213 operates to bend the anti-sway bar 210 when the car 3 comes into contact with the anti-sway bar 210.

[0028] Under normal circumstances, the anti-sway bar operating unit 21 (rope sway suppression device 20) is in an upright state with the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 facing upward, as shown by the solid lines in Fig. 4, so as not to interfere with the ascending and descending trajectory of the car 3. When sway occurs in the main ropes 4 and the balancing ropes 14, the anti-sway bar operating unit 21 (rope sway suppression device 20) tilts the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 downward from the upright state to a horizontal state, as shown by the dashed lines in Fig. 4 (Fig. 6), thereby operating to suppress sway in the main ropes 4 and the balancing ropes 14. When the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 are in the horizontal state, the anti-sway bar 210 is in a position that interferes with the projection line L of the car 3.

[0029] The anti-sway bar support portion 22 includes a holding portion 221 that receives and holds the tip of the anti-sway bar 210 when the anti-sway bar 210 is in a horizontal position, a fixing portion 222 for fixing the anti-sway bar support portion 22 to the beam 5b, and a second bending mechanism 223 that is arranged between the holding portion 221 and the fixing portion 222 and bends the holding portion 221.

[0030] The holding portion 221 has a U-shaped cross section cut along the vertical direction perpendicular to the horizontal direction when in a horizontal position, and includes a bottom portion 221a and side wall portions 221b that rise upward from both sides of the bottom portion 221a. Upper end portions 221b1 of the side wall portions 221b are formed to open outward so that the anti-vibration bar 210 can be easily inserted into the holding portion 221.

[0031] If the building shakes due to the effects of an earthquake, strong winds, etc., and the main ropes 4 and balancing ropes 14 sway as a result, the elevator 1 stops the ascent or descent of the car 3 and activates the sway-prevention bar operating unit 21, causing the sway-prevention bar 210 and first bending mechanism 213 to tilt downward from their upright position to a horizontal position. Once the sway of the main ropes 4 and balancing ropes 14 has subsided, the sway-prevention bar operating unit 21 is activated, causing the sway-prevention bar 210 and first bending mechanism 213 to rise upward from their horizontal position to an upright position. By operating in this manner, the rope sway suppression device 20 suppresses the sway of the main ropes 4 and balancing ropes 14 and prevents contact between the sway-prevention bar 210 and the car 3 when the car 3 is rising or falling.

[0032] For example, if a malfunction occurs in the anti-sway bar operating unit 21, the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 may remain in a horizontal position and may not be able to be raised. If the car 3 is raised or lowered while the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 remain in a horizontal position, the anti-sway bar 210 may come into contact with the car 3, potentially damaging the car, the anti-sway bar, and other equipment. Means for solving this problem are described below.

[0033] The rope swing suppressing device 20 of this embodiment is characterized by including a first bending mechanism 213.

[0034] The first bending mechanism 213 includes a first connecting bar 214 that connects the anti-vibration bar 210 and the drive unit 212 and has one end connected to a rotation fulcrum, a first arc-shaped portion 215 that is fixed to the other end of the first connecting bar 214 and has an outer periphery formed in an arc shape, and a first sliding portion 216 that is provided at one end of the anti-vibration bar 210 and has an inner periphery formed in an arc shape that slides against the outer periphery of the first arc-shaped portion 215. As shown in FIG. 7 , the first arc-shaped portion 215 is provided with first connecting members 216b that sandwich the first arc-shaped portion 215 from the left and right, and the first arc-shaped portion 215 and the first sliding portion 216 are slidably connected to each other via a connection pin 217. The first sliding portion 216 slides on the outer periphery of the first arc-shaped portion 215 with the connection pin 217 as a rotation fulcrum.

[0035] The first arcuate portion 215 is provided with a first storage hole 215a formed to recess from the arcuate outer periphery toward the inside. The first storage hole 215a is provided with a first elastic member 218 such as a spring that is biased from the inside toward the outer periphery, and a first locking member 219 that is pressed by the first elastic member 218. The first locking member 219 is formed, for example, by a metal ball.

[0036] The inner periphery of the first sliding part 216 is provided with a first locking hole 216a that recesses outward from the inner periphery and into which a first locking member 219 is inserted. The first locking member 219 is pressed by a first elastic member 218, and when the first locking member 219 is inserted into the first locking hole 216a, the first connecting bar 214 and the anti-sway bar 210 are held linearly. The first elastic member 218 provides a biasing force that prevents the anti-sway bar 210 from falling downward under its own weight when the first connecting bar 214 and the anti-sway bar 210 are positioned horizontally.

[0037] The first connecting bar 214 is equipped with a driven gear (not shown). The drive unit 212 is composed of, for example, an electric motor, and by meshing a drive gear provided on the electric motor with the driven gear, the driving force of the electric motor is transmitted to the first connecting bar 214, causing the first connecting bar 214 to move up and down.

[0038] The second bending mechanism 223 connects the holding portion 221 and the fixed portion 222, and is provided with a second arc portion 225 fixed to one end of the fixed portion 222 and having an outer periphery formed in an arc shape, and a second sliding portion 226 provided on one end of the holding portion 221 and having an inner periphery formed in an arc shape that slides against the outer periphery of the second arc portion 225.

[0039] The second arcuate portion 225 is provided with a second storage hole 225a formed to recess inward from the arcuate outer periphery. The second storage hole 225a is provided with a second elastic member 228 such as a spring that is biased from the inside toward the outer periphery, and a second locking member 229 that is pressed by the second elastic member 228. The second locking member 229 is formed, for example, by a metal ball.

[0040] The inner circumferential portion of the second sliding portion 226 is recessed from the inner circumferential portion toward the outside and has a second locking hole 226a into which a second locking member 229 is inserted. The second locking member 229 is pressed by a second elastic member 228, and when the second locking member 229 is inserted into the second locking hole 226a, the holding portion 221 and the fixed portion 222 are held linearly. The second elastic member 228 provides a biasing force that prevents the holding portion 221 from falling downward under its own weight when the holding portion 221 is positioned horizontally.

[0041] Next, the state in which the car 3 and the first connecting bar 214 come into contact will be described with reference to Fig. 8 and Fig. 9. Fig. 8 is a diagram showing the state in which the lowered car 3 comes into contact with the first connecting bar 214. Fig. 9 is a diagram showing the state in which the raised car 3 comes into contact with the first connecting bar 214.

[0042] When the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 are in a horizontal state, the anti-sway bar 210 is in a position where it interferes with the projection line L of the car 3. When the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 are in a horizontal state and the car 3 descends as shown by the arrow in Figure 8, the bottom of the car 3 comes into contact with the anti-sway bar 210, and a downward force is applied to the anti-sway bar 210. When the force pressing the anti-sway bar 210 downward exceeds the biasing force of the first elastic member 218 (the force holding the first connecting bar 214 and the anti-sway bar 210 linearly), the first locking member 219 retreats from the first locking hole 216a, and the first sliding portion 216 rotates along the outer periphery of the first arc portion 215. As a result, the anti-vibration bar 210 connected to the first sliding portion 216 rotates downward and retreats from the position where it interferes with the projection line L of the car 3.

[0043] A downward force is also applied to the holding portion 221, which receives and holds the tip of the anti-vibration bar 210. When the force pressing the holding portion 221 downward exceeds the biasing force of the second elastic member 228 (the force holding the holding portion 221 linearly), the second locking member 229 retreats from the second locking hole 226a, and the second sliding portion 226 rotates along the outer periphery of the second arc portion 225. As a result, the holding portion 221 connected to the second sliding portion 226 rotates downward.

[0044] 9 , when the anti-sway bar 210 and the first bending mechanism 213 are in a horizontal state, and the car 3 rises as shown by the arrow in Fig. 9 , the upper part of the car 3 comes into contact with the anti-sway bar 210, and an upward force is applied to the anti-sway bar 210. When the force pressing the anti-sway bar 210 upward exceeds the biasing force of the first elastic member 218 (the force holding the first connecting bar 214 and the anti-sway bar 210 linearly), the first locking member 219 retreats from the first locking hole 216a, and the first sliding part 216 rotates along the outer periphery of the first arc part 215. As a result, the anti-sway bar 210 connected to the first sliding part 216 rotates upward and retreats from a position where it interferes with the projection line L of the car 3.

[0045] Since no upward force is applied to the holding portion 221, the holding portion 221 remains horizontal.

[0046] 8 and 9, the anti-vibration bar 210 and the holder 221 are in a rotated state. To return these to their normal positions, a maintenance worker will be dispatched to the site to repair the drive unit 212.

[0047] As described above, according to this embodiment, even if the rope anti-sway bar comes into contact with the car, damage to equipment such as the car and the rope anti-sway bar can be suppressed.

[0048] The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments and includes various modifications. For example, the above-described embodiments have been described in detail to clearly explain the present invention, and the present invention is not necessarily limited to those including all of the described configurations. Furthermore, it is possible to replace part of the configuration of one embodiment with the configuration of another embodiment, or to add the configuration of another embodiment to the configuration of one embodiment. Furthermore, it is possible to add, delete, or replace part of the configuration of each embodiment with other configurations. [Explanation of symbols]
