[0003] [Patent Document 1] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2022-130783 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] From the perspective of environmental issues, it is desirable to be able to disassemble compact containers and separate them into their individual components when disposing of them, etc. However, if a compact container is constructed so that it can be separated into its individual components, there are problems such as a complicated structure and a complicated disassembly method.
[0005] In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide a compact container that can be easily disassembled with a simple structure. [Means for solving the problem]
[0006] The compact container comprises a container body, a lid body that covers the container body, and a hinge portion that rotatably connects the rear end of the lid body to the rear end of the container body, allowing the lid body to be opened and closed. The lid body comprises a lid frame that rotates via the hinge portion, and a lid body that engages with an engaging portion of the lid frame, is attached to the lid frame, and covers the container body. The container body has a stopper portion that restricts the opening of the lid body to a maximum opening when the lid body is opened, and when the lid body is rotated beyond the maximum opening, the stopper portion presses against the lid body to release the engagement between the engaging portion and the lid body. [Effects of the Invention]
[0007] According to the present invention, a compact container that can be easily disassembled can be realized with a simple structure. [Brief explanation of the drawings]

[0021] The lid frame 40 includes a substantially rectangular frame portion 44 and a lid-side hinge portion 45 that extends downward from the rear end of the frame portion 44 when the lid body 12 is closed as shown in FIG. In detail, the frame-shaped portion 44 includes a rear frame portion 46 extending left and right along the rear wall portion 23 of the bottom cover 15, a front frame portion 47 extending left and right along the front wall portion 22, and a pair of left and right side frame portions 48 extending front and rear along the side wall portion 24 to connect the rear wall portion 23 and the front frame portion 47 front and rear. The lid frame 40 has a substantially rectangular opening 44 a defined by the inner periphery of the frame-shaped portion 44 . On the outer periphery of the frame-shaped portion 44, engagement portions 44b that protrude outward from the frame-shaped portion 44 in a plan view are formed at a plurality of locations in the circumferential direction of the frame-shaped portion 44.
[0022] The lid-side hinge portion 45 extends downward from the left-right center portion of the rear frame portion 46. A shaft hole 45a (FIG. 3) is provided in the lower portion of the lid-side hinge portion 45, through which the hinge shaft 27b of the container-side hinge portion 27 is inserted. The hinge portion 13 is made up of a lid-side hinge portion 45 and a container-side hinge portion 27. The lid body 12 rotates via the lid-side hinge portion 45 about a hinge shaft 27b to open and close.
[0023] The lid body 41 includes a top wall portion 50 that covers the lid frame 40 from above when the lid body 12 is closed, and a lid-side peripheral wall portion 51 that extends downward from the peripheral edge of the top wall portion 50. The lid side peripheral wall portion 51 comprises a lid front wall portion 52 extending downward from the front edge of the top wall portion 50, a lid rear wall portion 53 extending downward from the rear edge of the top wall portion 50, and a pair of left and right lid side wall portions 54 extending downward from the left and right edges of the top wall portion 50, respectively. The inner peripheral surface of the lid-side peripheral wall portion 51 is provided with an annular groove portion 51a that recesses this inner peripheral surface outward. The lid main body 41 is attached to the lid frame 40 by the engagement of the engagement portion 44b of the lid frame 40 with the groove portion 51a of the lid side peripheral wall portion 51.
[0024] The mirror 42 is a substantially rectangular plate member that is arranged along the lower surface of the top wall portion 50. The mirror 42 is arranged above the groove portion 51a. When the lid 12 is closed, the mirror 42 is sandwiched between the lower surface of the top wall 50 and the upper surface of the frame-shaped portion 44. The peripheral edge of the mirror 42 is covered by the frame-shaped portion 44, and the portion of the mirror 42 that is inside the frame-shaped portion 44 is exposed to the container body 11 side through the opening 44a.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 3, the mirror 42 is formed smaller than the frame-shaped portion 44 in the front-to-rear direction, and a gap 55 is formed between the front edge of the mirror 42 and the lid front wall portion 52 above the front frame portion 47. The lid-side magnet 43 is housed in the gap 55 and is covered from below by the front frame portion 47. When the lid body 12 is closed, the lid body 12 is maintained in the closed state by the attraction force between the lid side magnet 43 and the container side magnet 17.
[0026] Here, the structure of the periphery of the hinge portion 13 will be described in detail. Referring to Figures 3 and 4, the lid side hinge portion 45 includes an axis-shaped portion 60 extending in the left-right direction (axial direction of the rotation center axis) along the hinge axis 27b, which is the rotation center axis of the hinge portion 13, and a connecting wall 61 extending upward from the axis-shaped portion 60 to connect the axis-shaped portion 60 to the rear frame portion 46 of the lid frame 40. As shown in FIG. 3, the lid-side hinge portion 45 extends downward through the notch portion 32c of the rear flange portion 32b and is housed in the recessed portion .
[0027] The shaft hole 45a is provided in the center of the shaft-shaped portion 60. The shaft-shaped portion 60 extends in the left-right direction around the hinge shaft 27b inserted into the shaft hole 45a. When viewed in the axial direction, the outer periphery 60a of the shaft-shaped portion 60 is formed in the shape of a circular arc with the hinge shaft 27b as its center. In detail, when the lid body 12 is closed as shown in Figure 3, the outer periphery 60a is formed in an arc shape from the upper front part of the shaft-shaped portion 60 to the lower rear part of the shaft-shaped portion 60, based on the hinge axis 27b.
[0028] A pressing portion 60b that protrudes rearward is provided at the rear end of the outer periphery 60a when the cover 12 is closed. The pressing portion 60b is located at approximately the same height as the lower end of the hinge shaft 27b. The connecting wall 61 extends upward from the upper rear portion of the shaft-shaped portion 60 and is connected to the lower surface of the rear frame portion 46. The pressing portion 60b forms the lower surface of the rear end portion of the connecting wall 61. Referring to FIG. 4, a pair of pressing portions 60b are provided on the left and right outer sides of the vertical wall portion 28 of the bottom cover 15. The lower edge 53a of the lid rear wall portion 53 of the lid main body 41 is located rearward and above the pressing portion 60b.
[0029] The portion of the inner frame peripheral wall 31 that stands upright from the rear edge of the inner frame bottom wall 30 is the inner frame rear wall 33. The inner frame rear wall 33 extends left and right in front of the rear wall 23 of the bottom cover 15. The left and right intermediate portions of the inner frame rear wall 33 face the lid-side hinge portion 45 via the recess 26 . A protrusion 33 a that protrudes rearward toward the shaft portion 60 is provided on the rear surface of the inner frame rear wall 33 in a portion that faces the shaft portion 60 . The protrusion 33a is provided at the same height as the hinge shaft 27b. The lower surface of the protrusion 33a is located higher than the lower surface of the pressing portion 60b when the cover 12 is closed. When the cover 12 is closed, the rear end of the protrusion 33a is close to the outer periphery 60a of the shaft portion 60.
[0030] 3 and 4, the bottom surface portion 20 of the bottom cover 15 includes a horizontal surface 65 and an inclined surface 66 formed around the horizontal surface 65. The inclined surface 66 is inclined so as to be positioned upward from the peripheral edge of the horizontal surface 65 toward the peripheral wall portion 21. The peripheral edge portion of the bottom surface portion 20 is chamfered by the inclined surface 66.
[0031] A horizontal surface rear edge 65a is provided on the rear wall 23 side of the horizontal surface 65 and is positioned rearward of the front edge 26a of the recess 26. The inclined surface 66 has a rear inclined surface 66 a that is located rearward of the front edge 26 a of the recess 26 . The horizontal rear edge 65a and the rear inclined surface 66a extend laterally on both the left and right outer sides of the recess 26. The outer periphery 60a of the lid-side hinge portion 45 is located above the horizontal rear edge portion 65a and the rear inclined surface 66a.
[0032] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the periphery of hinge portion 13 when cover 12 is opened to the maximum extent. 3, the lower edge 53a of the rear lid wall 53 of the lid body 41 comes into contact with the bottom surface 20 of the bottom lid 15 from below, restricting the opening of the lid 12 to the maximum opening, as shown in Fig. 5. In other words, the bottom surface 20 is a stopper that restricts the opening of the lid 12 to the maximum opening when the lid 12 is opened. Specifically, at the maximum opening angle, the bottom surface portion 20 has a boundary portion 67 between the horizontal rear edge portion 65a and the rear inclined surface 66a abutting against the lower edge 53a, and this boundary portion 67 functions as a stopper portion. In this embodiment, the boundary 67 between the horizontal surface rear edge 65a and the rear inclined surface 66a functions as a stopper, but the stopper can be formed by at least one of the horizontal surface rear edge 65a and the rear inclined surface 66a. For example, the stopper can be formed only by the horizontal surface rear edge 65a. At the maximum opening angle, the stopper portion abuts against the lower edge 53a in front of the center of the hinge shaft 27b. During normal use of the compact case 10, the user can open the lid 12 to the maximum opening degree restricted by the bottom surface portion 20 (stopper portion).
[0033] As shown in FIG. 3, when the lid 12 is closed, the pressing portion 60b of the lid hinge 45 is spaced approximately 180° from the protrusion 33a of the inner frame rear wall 33 in the rotation direction of the lid hinge 45. As shown in FIG. 5, when the cover 12 is opened to the maximum extent, the pressing portion 60b is close to the protrusion 33a from below, but is not in contact with the protrusion 33a.
[0034] FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view showing the structure of the periphery of hinge portion 13 when cover 12 has been rotated beyond the maximum opening angle. When a large force acts on the lid 12 in the opening direction from the maximum open position, the lid 12 is forcibly rotated in the opening direction beyond the maximum open position. As a result, the bottom surface 20, which serves as a stopper, presses the lower edge 53a of the lid rear wall 53 downward, disengaging the engaging portion 44b of the lid frame 40 from the groove 51a of the lid main body 41, as shown in Figure 6, and the lid main body 41 is removed from the lid frame 40.
[0035] When disposing of compact container 10, the user can forcibly open lid body 12 beyond the maximum opening angle to remove lid main body 41 from lid frame 40. When lid main body 41 is removed from lid frame 40, mirror 42 and lid-side magnet 43 stored between lid main body 41 and lid frame 40 can also be easily removed. Therefore, lid main body 41, mirror 42, and lid-side magnet 43 can be disposed of separately. In compact case 10, bottom surface 20 is chamfered with inclined surface 66, so that lower edge 53a can be brought into contact with boundary 67 when lid 12 is rotated significantly in the opening direction, avoiding contact of lower edge 53a with the edge between rear wall 23 and bottom surface 20. This allows lower edge 53a to be pressed downward effectively, and engagement between engagement portion 44b and groove 51a can be easily released.
[0036] Furthermore, because the lid-side hinge part 45 is stored in the recess 26 and the boundary parts 67 located on the left and right outer sides of the recess 26 press against the lower edge 53a, the lid-side hinge part 45 can be stored compactly from front to back, and the lower edge 53a can be effectively pressed downward by the boundary parts 67. This makes it easy to release the engagement between the engaging part 44b and the groove part 51a.
[0037] Furthermore, when the lid body 12 is forcibly rotated in the open direction beyond the maximum opening angle, as shown in Figure 6, the pressing portion 60b of the lid-side hinge portion 45 comes into contact with the underside of the protrusion 33a of the inner frame rear wall 33 from below, and the pressing portion 60b pushes the inner frame 16 up against the bottom lid 15 via the protrusion 33a. As a result, the inner frame 16, which was fitted into the bottom lid 15, rises up and is detached. When disposing of the compact container 10, the user can forcibly open the lid body 12 beyond the maximum opening angle to remove the inner frame 16 from the bottom lid 15. When the inner frame 16 is removed from the bottom lid 15, the container-side magnet 17 stored between the inner frame 16 and the bottom lid 15 can also be easily removed. This allows the inner frame 16, bottom lid 15, and container-side magnet 17 to be disposed of separately.
[0038] As described above, according to an embodiment of the present invention, compact case 10 includes case body 11, lid 12 that covers case body 11, and hinge portion 13 that rotatably connects the rear end of lid 12 to the rear end of case body 11, thereby enabling lid 12 to be opened and closed. Lid 12 includes lid frame 40 that rotates via hinge portion 13, and lid body 41 that engages with engaging portion 44b of lid frame 40, is attached to lid frame 40, and covers case body 11. Case body 11 includes bottom portion 20 as a stopper that limits the opening angle of lid 12 to the maximum opening angle when lid 12 is opened, and when lid 12 is rotated beyond the maximum opening angle, bottom portion 20 presses against lid body 41, releasing the engagement between engaging portion 44b and lid body 41. According to this configuration, when lid body 12 is rotated beyond the maximum opening degree of lid body 12 restricted by bottom surface portion 20, bottom surface portion 20 presses against lid main body 41, disengaging engagement portion 44b of lid frame 40 from lid main body 41. Therefore, by the simple action of rotating lid body 12 beyond the maximum opening degree, lid main body 41 can be removed from lid frame 40 using the stopper portion (bottom surface portion 20), thereby achieving a compact container 10 that is easily disassembled with a simple structure.
[0039] The stopper portion is the bottom surface portion 20 of the container body 11, and the bottom surface portion 20 presses the lower edge 53a of the lid body 41 to release the engagement between the engaging portion 44b and the lid body 41. According to this configuration, the lid body 41 can be removed from the lid frame 40 by pressing the lower edge 53a of the lid body 41 using the bottom surface portion 20 of the container body 11, thereby simplifying the structure.
[0040] Furthermore, container body 11 includes bottom lid 15 and inner frame 16 housed in bottom lid 15, and lid body 12 is connected to bottom lid 15 via hinge portion 13, which includes lid-side hinge portion 45 provided on lid frame 40 and container-side hinge portion 27 provided on bottom lid 15 and rotatably supporting lid-side hinge portion 45. A pressing portion 60b is provided on outer periphery 60a of lid-side hinge portion 45, and when lid body 12 is rotated beyond the maximum opening angle, pressing portion 60b presses inner frame 16 up against bottom lid 15. According to this configuration, when lid 12 is rotated beyond its maximum opening degree, pressing portion 60b on outer periphery 60a of lid-side hinge portion 45 pushes inner frame 16 of container body 11 up against bottom lid 15. Therefore, by the simple action of rotating lid 12 beyond its maximum opening degree, inner frame 16 can be removed from bottom lid 15, achieving a compact container 10 with a simple structure that is easily disassembled.
[0041] Furthermore, the middle frame 16 has a middle frame bottom wall portion 30 and a middle frame rear wall 33 that stands upright from the middle frame bottom wall portion 30, and a protrusion 33a that protrudes toward the lid side hinge portion 45 is provided on the middle frame rear wall 33 in the portion facing the lid side hinge portion 45, and the pressing portion 60b pushes up the protrusion 33a from below. With this configuration, the pressing portion 60b presses up the inner frame rear wall 33 that faces the lid-side hinge portion 45, making it possible to press up the inner frame 16 with a simple structure. Furthermore, the convex portion 33a pressed up by the pressing portion 60b protrudes toward the lid-side hinge portion 45, ensuring a large contact area between the pressing portion 60b and the convex portion 33a, and enabling the inner frame rear wall 33 to be pressed up effectively.
[0042] Although one embodiment of the present invention has been described above, the present invention is not limited to the specific embodiment, and unless otherwise limited in the above description, various modifications and variations are possible within the spirit and scope of the present invention as defined in the claims. For example, the configurations of the above-described embodiment may be added or deleted as appropriate, and the configurations of one embodiment may be incorporated into other embodiments. Furthermore, the effects of the above-described embodiment are merely examples of the effects resulting from the present invention, and do not mean that the effects of the present invention are limited to the above-described effects.
