AI Technical Summary

Technical Problem

Conventional ejectors experience liquid leakage due to a decrease in fitting strength between the ejection head and stem, primarily caused by swelling of polyolefin and polyester resin components when in contact with contents.

Method used

The ejector features a fitting cylinder with radially inward protruding ribs and a support column, enhancing the rigidity of the fitting cylinder to maintain sealing performance by preventing radial collapse and ensuring a secure fit with the stem.

Benefits of technology

The design effectively suppresses the reduction in fitting strength, thereby improving the sealing performance between the ejection head and stem, even when exposed to contents that cause swelling.

Abstract

The present invention provides a sprayer and a spray container in which the reduction in fitting strength between the spray head and the stem is suppressed, thereby improving sealing performance. [Solution] The ejection container 1 comprises a container 2 and an ejector 10. The ejector 10 comprises a mounting part 11 that can be attached to the mouth 2a of the container 2 in which a storage space S1 for contents C is formed, a pump 12 fixed to the container 2 by the mounting part 11 and capable of pumping the contents C, and an ejector head 30 having an outlet A3 for ejecting the contents C pumped by the pump 12 to the outside. The pump 12 comprises a cylindrical stem 19 that operates the pump 12 when pressed by the ejector head 30 and guides the contents C to the ejector head 30. The ejector head 30 comprises a fitting cylinder 34 fitted to the inner circumferential surface of the stem 19, and at least one rib 35 that protrudes radially inward from the inner circumferential surface of the fitting cylinder 34 and extends in the vertical direction.
