[0006] Hereinafter, means for solving the above problems will be described.
[0007] The liquid spray bag according to the present invention comprises a bag body made of a thermoplastic material with an opening formed on one side, and a mesh-like body disposed inside the bag body, wherein a plurality of heat-sealed portions are formed in the bag body at predetermined intervals in the area where the mesh-like body is disposed, the opening is heat-sealed when the bag body is filled with liquid, and the liquid can be sprayed from the cut portion of the bag body by cutting a part of the bag body through the plurality of heat-sealed portions.
[0008] Furthermore, in a liquid spray bag, it is preferable that the mesh material be positioned near the opening of the bag.
[0009] Furthermore, in the liquid dispensing bag, it is preferable that the bag body is formed by overlapping two rectangular sheet materials and heat-sealing the bottom edge facing the opening and the two side edges adjacent to the opening.
[0010] Furthermore, in a liquid dispensing bag, it is preferable that the mesh-like material is sandwiched between two rectangular sheet materials, spanning two of the side edges, and that the two rectangular sheet materials are heat-sealed together to position the mesh-like material near the opening.
[0011] Furthermore, in a liquid spray bag, it is preferable that the multiple heat-sealed portions are arranged at the corners formed by the opening and one of the sides of the bag, and that the corners are cut off from the bag by cutting the bag through the multiple heat-sealed portions.
[0012] Furthermore, in the liquid dispensing bag, it is preferable to make it possible to adjust the amount of liquid dispensed by changing the cut location in the bag body.
[0013] Furthermore, in the liquid dispensing bag, it is preferable that a plurality of cut points corresponding to the amount of liquid to be dispensed are indicated on the surface of the bag.
[0014] Furthermore, in a liquid spray bag, it is preferable that a handle is formed on the bag body on the outside of the heat-sealed portion on the other side of the bag body, and that the handle penetrates the bag body.
[0015] Furthermore, the method for manufacturing a liquid spray bag according to the present invention involves overlapping two thermoplastic rectangular sheet materials, placing a mesh-like material between one end of the two rectangular sheet materials, heat-sealing the other end of the two rectangular sheet materials and two adjacent side ends to form a bag, forming a plurality of heat-sealed portions at predetermined intervals in the bag where the mesh-like material is placed, and heat-sealing the one end of the two rectangular sheet materials while the bag is filled with liquid.
[0016] Furthermore, in the method for manufacturing liquid spray bags, it is preferable to form multiple liquid spray bags by continuously cutting two rectangular sheet materials that are continuous in one direction and the mesh-like material that is continuous in the same direction, while heat-sealing them at two locations in the other direction perpendicular to the one direction. [Effects of the Invention]
[0017] According to the liquid spray bag and its manufacturing method according to the present invention, liquid can be sprayed in a shower-like manner with a simple and inexpensive configuration. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[Figure 4] A diagram showing the manufacturing process of liquid spray bags. [Figure 5] (a) and (b) are enlarged views showing modified liquid spray bags. [Modes for carrying out the invention]
[0019] First, the liquid spraying bag 1 according to this embodiment will be described using FIGS. 1 to 3. The liquid spraying bag 1 is used when spraying the liquid L. In this embodiment, the liquid spraying bag 1 is used for spraying liquid herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, etc. in a garden or a home vegetable garden. However, the liquid spraying bag 1 can also be adopted for different uses (for example, spraying paint or detergent on the floor surface, etc.).
[0020] In this embodiment, the upper side shown in FIG. 1 is described as the upper side of the liquid spraying bag 1, the left side is also described as one side of the liquid spraying bag 1, and the right side is described as the other side. The liquid spraying bag 1 according to this embodiment includes a transparent bag body 2 having an opening (see FIG. 4) formed on the upper side, and a net-like body 5 disposed inside the bag body 2. The bag body 2 is formed of a resin material having thermoplasticity, such as polyethylene or polypropylene.
[0021] In this embodiment, the bag body 2 is formed by overlapping two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 having thermoplasticity with the net-like body 5 sandwiched therebetween, and welding the ends (the bottom seal portion 3a facing the opening) of the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2, and two side ends adjacent to the ends (one side seal portion 3b and the other side seal portion 3c at two locations adjacent to the opening) by heat sealing (see FIG. 4).
[0022] Thus, the net-like body 5 is disposed near the opening of the bag body 2 by being sandwiched between the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 across two sides, and the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 are welded by heat sealing.
[0023] Note that the method of forming the bag body 2 is not limited to this embodiment. It is also possible to configure it by folding a single sheet material at the central portion and welding the other two sides by heat sealing. Further, after forming the bag body 2, the net-like body 5 may be inserted into the opening of the bag body 2 and disposed inside. In this case, the insertion operation can be simplified by disposing the net-like body 5 near the opening of the bag body 2.
[0024] In this embodiment, a handle-side seal portion 3d parallel to the other-side seal portion 3c is heat-sealed to the outside of the other-side seal portion 3c of the bag body 2. In other words, the other side of the bag body 2 is welded by two heat-sealed portions: the other-side seal portion 3c and the handle-side seal portion 3d. A handle 4 that penetrates the bag body 2 is formed between the other-side seal portion 3c and the handle-side seal portion 3d.
[0025] In this embodiment, the mesh 5 is made of Trical Net®, a plastic material. The mesh 5 can be made of different materials or has a different shape, as long as it can be cut with scissors. For example, a member having multiple parallel linear elements can be used as the mesh 5. In this embodiment, the mesh 5 is located near the opening of the bag 2 (upper side in Figure 1).
[0026] In the liquid spray bag 1 of this embodiment, as shown in Figure 1, a plurality of heat-sealed sections 6 are formed in a row at predetermined intervals in the area where the mesh-like body 5 is arranged. The flow of liquid L is obstructed in the areas where the heat-sealed sections 6 are formed. In other words, the flow of liquid L is possible between the heat-sealed sections 6.
[0027] As shown in Figure 1, the opening of the bag 2 is sealed with a heat-sealed opening seal 7 while the bag 2 is filled with liquid L (herbicide in this embodiment). As a result, the liquid spray bag 1 is sealed with the liquid L inside the bag 2, making it possible to transport the liquid spray bag 1 and display it in stores.
[0028] As shown in Figure 2, the liquid spray bag 1 according to this embodiment becomes a liquid spray bag 1U in its ready-to-use state by cutting a part of the bag body 2 (the upper left corner in Figure 2) with scissors or the like, passing through a plurality of heat-sealed parts 6. As shown in Figure 3, the liquid spray bag 1U allows liquid L to be sprayed from the cut edge C of the bag body 2. Specifically, as shown in Figure 2, a plurality of gaps G are formed between the heat-sealed parts 6 at the cut edge C, so as shown in Figure 3, it becomes possible to spray liquid L from the gaps G.
[0029] As described above, when spraying the liquid L, the mesh structure 5 ensures that the gap G is the correct size. In other words, the mesh structure 5 ensures that the distance between the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 is maintained, so that the rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 do not come into close proximity and obstruct the flow of the liquid L. Therefore, as shown in Figure 3, it becomes possible to smoothly discharge the liquid L in a shower-like manner using the liquid spraying bag 1U.
[0030] According to the liquid spray bag 1 of this embodiment, since an inner stopper and the like are unnecessary, manufacturing costs can be reduced. Furthermore, when spraying liquid L, the liquid spray bag 1 is compressed by atmospheric pressure, so there is no need to insert a pipe to replace the liquid L with air. In other words, costs can be reduced by simplifying the structure of the liquid spray bag 1. Thus, according to the liquid spray bag 1 of this embodiment, it is possible to spray liquid L in a shower-like manner with a simple and inexpensive configuration.
[0031] Furthermore, in the liquid spray bag 1 according to this embodiment, the multiple heat-sealed portions 6 are arranged at the corner (upper left corner in Figure 1) formed by the opening (opening seal portion 7) formed on the upper edge of the bag body 2 and one side (one side seal portion 3b). The bag body 2 is cut by passing through the multiple heat-sealed portions 6, thereby cutting off the corner from the bag body 2. This makes it possible to easily cut the bag body 2.
[0032] Furthermore, in the liquid spray bag 1 according to this embodiment, the handle 4 that penetrates the bag body 2 is formed on the side of the other side seal portion 3c. Therefore, as shown in Figure 3, it is easy for the user of the liquid spray bag 1 to point the cut edge C downwards while holding the handle 4, making it easier to spray the liquid L. In addition, in the liquid spray bag 1, the handle 4 is formed outside the other side seal portion 3c, so the liquid L filled in the bag body 2 will not leak from the handle 4.
[0033] As described above, when manufacturing the liquid spray bag 1 according to this embodiment, as shown in Figure 4, two thermoplastic rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 are stacked on top of each other, and a mesh body 5 is placed between one end of the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2. Then, the other end of the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 (bottom seal portion 3a) and two side ends adjacent to the other end (one side seal portion 3b and the other side seal portion 3c) are heat-sealed to form the bag body 2.
[0034] Furthermore, multiple heat-sealed sections 6 are formed at predetermined intervals in the bag body 2 where the mesh-like material 5 is arranged. Then, with the bag body 2 filled with liquid L, one end (opening seal section 7) of the two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 is heat-sealed.
[0035] As described above, when manufacturing the liquid spray bag 1, it is preferable to form multiple liquid spray bags 1, 1, 1, 1 by continuously cutting two rectangular sheet materials S1 and S2 that are continuous in one direction and a mesh-like material 5 that is continuous in one direction, while heat-sealing them at two points in the other direction perpendicular to the one direction. This makes it possible to continuously manufacture a large number of liquid spray bags 1, 1, 1, 1, 1.
[0036] Next, modified examples of liquid spray bags 1A and 1B will be described using Figures 5(a) and 5(b). In these modified examples of liquid spray bags 1A and 1B, the amount of liquid L sprayed can be adjusted by changing the cutting location in the bag body 2.
[0037] Specifically, in the liquid spray bag 1A, as shown in Figure 5(a), multiple heat-sealed sections 6A are formed in a trapezoidal shape. This allows the width of the gap between the heat-sealed sections 6A when a part of the bag body 2 is cut through the heat-sealed sections 6A to be changed by changing the three cutting points CL1 to CL3 shown in Figure 5(a). This makes it possible to adjust the amount of liquid L sprayed when using the liquid spray bag 1A.
[0038] Furthermore, as shown in Figure 5(b), multiple heat-sealed sections 6B are formed parallel to each other in the liquid spray bag 1B. This allows the number of gaps in the heat-sealed sections 6A when a portion of the bag 2 is cut through the heat-sealed sections 6B to change the four cutting points CL4 to CL7 shown in Figure 5(b). This makes it possible to adjust the amount of liquid L sprayed when using the liquid spray bag 1B.
[0039] As shown in Figures 5(a) and (b), the surface of the liquid spray bags 1A and 1B in this modified example has multiple cutting points (CL1 to CL3 and CL4 to CL7) indicated on it, corresponding to the amount of liquid L to be sprayed. This allows users of the liquid spray bags 1A and 1B to cut the bag 2 at the appropriate cutting point for their intended use, thereby enabling them to spray the liquid L in the appropriate amount.
