Abstract

Regarding the technical aspects of licorice crushing equipment, current fresh licorice processing equipment often uses a direct shredding method, which results in significant wear on the cutting blades and affects the quality and thickness of the shredded surface. This technology aims to solve these problems. [Solution] A fresh licorice cutting equipment for a licorice producing area, including a shredding feed section to which a rotary cutting drive member is attached, is provided, which includes three rows of rotary cutting detection members for shredding licorice, the rotary cutting drive member is used to rotate the three rows of rotary cutting detection members, a secondary crushing member located below the rotary cutting drive member is attached to the shredding feed section, and a sorting control member is attached to the shredding feed section. The licorice peel can be removed to the aid of reducing the amount of soil, better retaining the active ingredients of the licorice, while at the same time reducing wear on the cutting blade and extending the service life of the equipment.
