Summary of the Invention

Problems to be Solved by the Invention

[0004] Although the manufacturing method of Patent Document 1 weakens the pressure applied to the tangible object to some extent, still, since a predetermined pressure is applied to the tangible object, extremely fragile tangible objects cannot be accommodated. Further, when performing the finishing press, there is a possibility that the grains of the bath agent raw material bite into the coating of the tangible object, and there is a risk that the coating reacts with the bath agent raw material and discolors, or the coating material dissolves out toward the bath agent raw material.

[0005] The present invention has been made in view of the above background art, and an object thereof is to provide a solid bath agent containing a tangible object in which stress is hardly applied to the contained tangible object and can be efficiently manufactured, and a method for manufacturing the same.

Means for Solving the Problems

[0006] The present invention relates to a solid bath additive containing a tangible object, comprising first and second solid parts which are pressure-molded bodies of aggregates of granular bath additive ingredients, and a tangible object contained within the first and second solid parts, wherein the first and second solid parts each have a flat joining surface and a recess provided in the inner region of the joining surface, and in the assembled state the joining surfaces abut against each other and are joined together via an adhesive, the recesses facing each other to form a containment space, and the tangible object is contained within the containment space.

[0007] Furthermore, the present invention is a method for manufacturing a solid bath additive containing tangible material, comprising: a solid parts forming step of forming first and second solid parts, each having a flat joining surface and a recess provided in the inner region of the joining surface, by introducing an aggregate of granular bath additive raw materials into a pressure molding apparatus and pressing it; an adhesive application step of applying an adhesive to the joining surface of the first solid part; a tangible material insertion step of inserting a tangible material into the recess of the first solid part or the second solid part; and a solid parts joining step performed after the adhesive application step and the tangible material insertion step, wherein the joining surfaces of the two solid parts are brought into contact with each other and joined with the adhesive, thereby housing the tangible material in a storage space formed by the two recesses facing each other.

[0008] The first and second solid parts are identical in shape, and the solid part formation process is carried out using the same pressure molding apparatus. [Effects of the Invention]

[0009] The solid bath additive containing tangible objects of the present invention can gently and safely hold tangible objects within its containment space with virtually no stress. Furthermore, the manufacturing method of the present invention can produce solid bath additives containing tangible objects very efficiently with virtually no stress on the tangible objects. [Brief explanation of the drawing]

[0010] [Figure 1]This is a perspective view (a) and a longitudinal cross-sectional view (b) showing the internal structure of one embodiment of the solid bath additive containing tangible material of the present invention. [Figure 2] These are schematic diagrams (a) to (d) illustrating the steps of the solid parts molding process in the manufacturing method of the solid bath additive containing tangible material according to this embodiment (one embodiment of the solid bath additive containing tangible material according to the present invention). [Figure 3] These are schematic diagrams (a) showing the adhesive application step, (b) showing the tangible object placement step, and (c) showing the solid parts joining step, all part of the manufacturing method for a solid bath additive containing tangible objects according to this embodiment (one embodiment of a solid bath additive containing tangible objects according to the present invention). [Modes for carrying out the invention]

[0011] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the solid bath additive containing a tangible object and a method for manufacturing the same of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in Figures 1(a) and 1(b), the solid bath additive containing a tangible object 10 in this actual form is formed into a roughly spherical shape by first and second solid parts 12(1) and 12(2), and contains a water-soluble or water-insoluble tangible object 14, such as paper soap, a small toy, or printed material, inside.

[0012] The first solid part 12(1) is formed by pressure molding an aggregate of granular bath additive ingredients 16. The bath additive ingredients 16 contain, for example, 25% sodium bicarbonate, 20% succinic acid, and 15% sodium carbonate as foaming and surfactant components, and 37% sodium sulfate as a hot spring component. The first solid part 12(1) has a roughly hemispherical shape and a flat joint surface 12a(1), and a roughly hemispherical recess 12b(1) is provided in the inner region of the joint surface 12a(1).

[0013] The second solid part 12(2) is the same as the first solid part 12(1), and has a roughly hemispherical shape, a flat joint surface 12a(2), and a roughly hemispherical recess 12b(2) is provided in the inner region of the joint surface 12a(2).

[0014] In the assembled state, the solid bath additive 10 containing a tangible object has two solid parts 12(1) and 12(2) whose joining surfaces 12a(1) and 12a(2) are in contact with each other via an adhesive 18, and their recesses 12b(1) and 12b(2) face each other to form a storage space 20, in which the tangible object 14 is housed.

[0015] Next, an example of a method for manufacturing a solid bath additive containing tangible material 10 (one embodiment of the method for manufacturing a solid bath additive containing tangible material according to the present invention) will be described. In this embodiment, the solid parts forming step, the adhesive application step, the tangible material insertion step, and the solid parts joining step are performed in order.

[0016] In the initial solid part formation process, the pressure molding apparatus 22 shown in Figures 2(a) to (d) is used. The pressure molding apparatus 22 has a cylindrical container 24 with open upper and lower ends, and a lower mold 16 is set in a position that closes the lower end of the cylindrical container 24. The lower mold 26 has a flat surface 26a on its upper side, and a hemispherical protrusion 26b is formed in the inner region of the flat surface 26a.

[0017] Figure 2(a) shows the initial state of the pressure molding apparatus 22, where a movable plate 28, which has almost the same shape as the flat surface 26a of the lower mold 26, is placed on the flat surface 26a of the lower mold 26, and the convex portion 26a of the lower mold 26 protrudes upward through a through hole 28a formed in the center of the movable plate 28. The movable plate 28 moves vertically, driven by a drive member 30 connected to the lower side. The upper mold 32 is formed in the shape of a hollow dome that bulges upward, and is set above the cylindrical container 24 with its inner surface 32a facing downwards.

[0018] First, as shown in Figure 2(a), an aggregate of granular bath additive raw materials 16 is placed into the cylindrical container 24 of the pressure molding device 22 in its initial state. Then, as shown in Figure 2(b), the upper mold 32 is driven downward to press the bath additive raw materials 16 and form the first solid part 12(1). The pressing by the upper mold 32 can be performed with normal strong pressure without worrying about deformation or damage to the tangible object.

[0019] Next, as shown in Fig. 2(c), when the upper mold 32 is retracted above the cylindrical container 24 and the driving member 30 is driven to move the movable plate 28 to the upper end of the cylindrical container 24 as shown in Fig. 2(d), the first solid part 12(1) can be taken out of the cylindrical container 24.

[0020] In the case of the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object, since the first and second solid parts 12(1) and 12(2) are the same, by repeating the operations shown in Figs. 2(a) to 2(d) a plurality of times, the first and second solid parts 12(1) and 12(2) can be obtained, and the solid part forming process can be completed.

[0021] Next, as shown in Fig. 3(a), the first solid part 12(1) is set on a pallet or the like. At this time, the joint surface 12a(1) of the first solid part 12(1) is turned upward, and the outer surface of the first solid part 12(1) is locked and positioned so as not to roll. Then, a paste application process of applying the paste 18 to the joint surface 12a(1) is performed. Further, as shown in Fig. 3(b), a tangible object input process of putting the tangible object 14 into the recess 12b(1) of the first solid part 12(1) is performed. The order of the paste application process and the tangible object input process may be reversed.

[0022] When the paste application process and the tangible object input process are completed, a solid part joining process is performed. In the solid part joining process, as shown in Fig. 3(c), the second solid part 12(2) is prepared, and the joint surfaces 12a(1) and 12a(2) of the two solid parts 12(1) and 12(2) are brought into contact with each other and joined with the paste 18. As a result, the tangible object 14 is accommodated with a margin in the accommodation space 20 formed by the recesses 12b(1) and 12b(2) facing each other, and the assembled state of the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object shown in Figs. 1(a) and 1(b) is achieved.

[0023] As described above, the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object hardly applies stress to the tangible object 14 in the accommodation space 20, and can gently and safely hold the tangible object 14. Further, the manufacturing method shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 can manufacture the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object very efficiently without applying almost any stress to the tangible object 14.

[0024] Note that the solid bath agent with a tangible object of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the composition of the granular bath agent raw material 16 described above is an example, and a different composition may be used. The particle size of the bath agent raw material 16 is not particularly limited either.

[0025] The outer shape of the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object is substantially spherical, but may be changed to a cylindrical shape, an elliptical cylinder, a prismatic shape, etc. in consideration of design. The shape of the accommodation space can also be freely changed according to the shape of the tangible object or in consideration of design.

[0026] In the case of the solid bath agent 10 with a tangible object, the first and second solid parts 12(1) and 12(2) are used in common, but the two solid parts can also be made of different members having different outer shapes and recess shapes. In that case, it is a condition that the joint surfaces of the two solid parts are in a shape that can be joined with an adhesive, and that an accommodation space capable of accommodating the tangible object is formed when the recesses face each other.

[0027] The manufacturing method of the solid bath agent with a tangible object of the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiment. For example, the pressure molding device 22 shown in FIG. 2 shows an example of a preferable structure for performing the solid part forming step, and other devices may be used. Further, the adhesive application step, the tangible object insertion step, and the solid part joining step shown in FIGS. 3(a) to 3(c) may be automated by introducing a robot or a dedicated machine, or some or all of the steps may be performed manually.
