[0008] Jitsuto Document 5 Jitsuzen Showa 50-055791 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0009] A fiber fabric that stimulates the skin, muscles, and other body tissues to relax the muscles, improve blood flow and lymph flow, and relieve physical fatigue.
[0010] This invention provides a fiber fabric that creates uneven pressure and traction on the contact surface between the fiber fabric and the skin by incorporating a string-like composite material made by impregnating and hardening liquid silicone rubber into the surface of the fiber fabric (1) that comes into contact with the skin, stimulating human tissues such as the skin and muscles to relax the muscles, improve blood flow and lymph flow, and relieve physical fatigue. Effects of the invention
[0011] As an embodiment, a mattress pad, which is bedding characterized by including the functional fabric of the present invention, will be described. The functional fiber fabric that comes into contact with the skin is composed of a fiber part (5) to which no silicone rubber is attached, string-like composite parts (2) and (3) where the silicone rubber has attached in lines, penetrated and hardened, and dot-like composite parts (4) where the lines drawn with the silicone rubber intersect with each other, attached, penetrated and hardened. When you lie down on this mattress pad, pressure and traction are generated, stimulating the skin, muscles, and other body tissues, which results in the tissues being loosened, improving blood flow and lymph flow, and relieving physical fatigue.
[0012] The above pressing action will now be described in detail. When a human body (13) lies on a mattress pad, which is bedding characterized by containing the functional fabric of this invention, gravity (6), (7), and (8) equivalent to the body weight is applied to the mattress pad due to the gravitational force of the earth. Conversely, repulsive forces (9), (10), and (11) are generated on the skin surface in contact with the mattress pad in the direction from the mattress pad to the human body as a reaction to gravity. At this time, differences in the strength of extensibility and elasticity between the fiber part (5) of the fiber fabric to which the silicone rubber is not attached, the string-like composite parts (2) and (3) to which the silicone rubber is attached, and the dot-like composite part (4) occur, resulting in differences in the repulsive forces (9) and (10) and (11). As a result, human tissues such as skin and muscles are stimulated by pressure in an uneven manner. The pressure action of this uneven pressure stimulus loosens human tissues such as skin and muscles. In addition, by turning over in bed, the location, strength and direction of the pressure changes, so that human tissues such as skin and muscles are repeatedly loosened.
[0013] The above-mentioned traction action will now be described in detail. When a human body (13) lies on a mattress pad, which is bedding characterized by containing the functional fabric of this invention, gravity (6), (7), and (8) equivalent to the weight of the human body is exerted on the mattress pad due to the gravitational force of the earth. Conversely, repulsive forces (9), (10), and (11) are generated from the mattress pad toward the human body as a reaction to gravity on the skin surface in contact with the mattress pad. When the person turns over in this state (14), frictional resistance forces (18), (19), and (20) are generated at the contact surface between the body and the mattress pad against the turning rotational forces (15), (16), and (17). The frictional resistance forces (18), (19), and (20) against the skin are different between the fabric surface portion (1) to which the silicone rubber is not attached, the string-like composite portions (2), (3) to which the silicone rubber is attached, and the point-like composite portions (4) where the string-like composite portions intersect. Specifically, silicone rubber has a high friction resistance, and the string-like composite parts (2) and (3) to which the silicone rubber is attached and the point-like composite parts (4) where the string-like composite parts intersect have high friction resistance forces (19) and (20), while the fabric surface part (1) to which the silicone rubber is not attached has a low friction resistance force (18). The traction action of this uneven friction resistance force loosens human tissues such as skin and muscles. People turn over in their sleep by rotating their body from side to side. On average, people turn over in their sleep 20 to 30 times a night, and a traction force is generated for each turn. Even after the turning over motion is finished, the traction force due to the restoring force of the fiber fabric and string-like composite is added, and the uneven traction action on the skin surface continues.
[0014] The functional fabric of this invention can also be used as a replacement for accessories such as magnetic necklaces. As shown in Figure 6, in the case of a shirt (21) and pants (22) which are clothing characterized by including the functional fiber fabric described in claim 2, it becomes possible to arrange a large number of magnetic necklaces on the body, compared to the example in the Jitsuto Document 1. Figure 6-B shows the state where they are arranged in a lattice pattern.
[0015] In the case of the shirt (21) and pants (22) of the present invention, compared to the embodiment in Patent Document 4, it is possible to stimulate a wider range of meridians, and the pressing and traction effects are also added by the silicone rubber complex.
[0016] In the case of a knee support characterized by containing the functional fiber fabric described in claim 2, since it does not use the hard magnet pieces used in the examples in the Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2002-200367, the support is flexible and lightweight. Therefore, it fits well to the skin and can be attached to the entire knee joint up to the back of the knee. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0018] This fiber fabric has silicone rubber attached to the surface layer of the fabric that comes into contact with the skin, penetrates it, and hardens it into a silicone rubber complex that creates uneven pressure and traction on the skin, muscle, and other human tissues, stimulating the skin, muscle, and other human tissues to relax the muscles, improve blood flow and lymph flow, and relieve physical fatigue. EXAMPLES
[0019] An example of a manufacturing method is explained in [Figures 7] and [Figures 8]. From a container (23) filled with liquid silicone rubber, hardening liquid silicone rubber (25) is continuously discharged in a cylindrical shape from the tip of a discharge nozzle (24) attached to the container, and dripped (26) onto the surface of the fiber fabric. At the same time as the dripping, the container is moved horizontally (27) in the vertical, horizontal and vertical directions, and the liquid silicone rubber adheres to the surface of the fiber fabric in the form of strings. As shown in Figure 7-A. The dropped liquid silicone rubber then penetrates between the fibers (5) due to gravity and the wetting action of the fibers, as shown in Figure 7-B. When the liquid silicone rubber hardens after a certain period of time, the fibers that came into contact with the silicone rubber are strongly bonded together, forming a string-like silicone rubber and fiber composite (2)(3)(4), as shown in Figure 7-C. Finally, the composite of silicone rubber and fiber strings forms a mesh at their intersections (4), creating a strong functional fiber fabric.
[0020] The container (23) in which the liquid silicone rubber is filled is made of resin, metal, etc. Since the liquid silicone rubber hardens inside the container, it must be replaced as necessary. The amount of liquid silicone rubber dispensed can be adjusted by changing the diameter of the hole in the discharge nozzle (24) at the tip of the container. The line width drawn on the fiber fabric, the amount of adhesion, and the amount of penetration can be adjusted by calculating and controlling the horizontal movement speed (27) of the filling container, the amount of liquid silicone rubber dispensed, the viscosity characteristics and hardening time characteristics of the liquid silicone rubber, and the wetting characteristics of the fiber fabric. For example, to make the width of the liquid silicone rubber cord drawn on the surface of the textile fabric (1) wider, the nozzle hole diameter is enlarged and the container is moved horizontally slowly. For example, when increasing the penetration depth of liquid silicone rubber into a fiber fabric, a liquid silicone rubber with low viscosity and long curing time is used, and fibers with high wetting properties are used. The pattern drawing process may be performed by fixing the container and moving the fiber fabric in the vertical, horizontal, up-down and horizontal directions. Alternatively, the container and the fiber fabric may be moved in the vertical, horizontal, up-down and horizontal directions, respectively, but the method of fixing the fiber fabric and moving the container in the vertical, horizontal, up-down and horizontal directions allows the device to be made smaller and the operation is simpler.
[0021] The lines drawn on the textile fabric may be straight or curved, but it is advisable to have the lines cross each other to create multiple intersections (4). For example, if the curved lines are drawn in a circular shape and overlapped multiple times, multiple intersections (4) will occur, and the shape of the surface of the fabric surrounded by the lines will become irregular, causing uneven pressure and traction on the skin contact surface, and uneven stimulation of the skin and muscle tissue. As a result, the muscles are efficiently loosened, and blood flow and lymph flow are improved.
[0022] The fiber materials used for textile fabrics are natural fibers such as cotton and hemp, and synthetic fibers such as nylon, polyester, acrylic, polyurethane, and polyethylene. They are used after being finished into woven or nonwoven fabrics. Cotton fiber is recommended for users with sensitive skin. Also, various fiber materials are combined depending on the season, taking into consideration heat retention and breathability. The elasticity of the fabric is desirable if it is stretchable in both the vertical and horizontal directions, as it will contact the curved surface of the human body in a three-dimensional manner. Conversely, if it stretches too much, the pressing and pulling effects on the skin will be weakened.
[0023] Curing liquid rubber materials include natural rubber, synthetic rubber, acrylic, urethane, and silicone. Natural rubber is inexpensive, but prolonged contact with the skin increases the possibility of allergic reactions. Synthetic rubber is strong and durable, but has little transparency and the odor of the material itself is noticeable. Acrylic rubber is an excellent material, but is vulnerable to alcohol used for disinfection. Urethane rubber has excellent abrasion resistance, but is poor in water resistance and moisture resistance. Silicone rubber-based materials cause fewer allergic reactions to the skin, are colorless and odorless, and are resistant to alcohol used for disinfection. They also have excellent water and moisture resistance, have a long track record in medical and food processing applications, and are highly safe. In addition, they have many other advantages, such as being able to be colored to match the color of the textile fabric. Therefore, this invention uses silicone rubber-based materials. Furthermore, there are various methods for curing liquid silicone rubber, including heat curing, condensation curing, and curing agent curing, but the curing agent curing method is preferred from the viewpoint of ensuring the impregnation time. Furthermore, silicone rubber is preferable because it maintains appropriate elasticity and extensibility after hardening.
[0024] When functional powders such as magnetic powder, titanium powder, germanium powder, far-infrared emitting powder, and radiation emitting powder are mixed into liquid silicone rubber, the various effects of the powder are added. For example, by adding magnetic powder to liquid silicone rubber, it is expected that the magnetic effect will improve blood circulation and relieve stiffness. For example, if rock powder that emits a small amount of radiation is added to liquid silicone rubber, the hormonal effect of the radiation is expected to improve metabolism and immunity.
