Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a tire fixing device for stopping the movement of a tire on a wheel, which is easy to store and does not take up storage space. [Background technology]
[0002] Tire fixtures are wedge-shaped fixtures that fit into the gap between the ground and the tire when stopping or parking a vehicle, preventing the vehicle from moving unintentionally. The use of tire fixtures is especially recommended for large vehicles such as buses and trucks, as they are heavy. As prior art, for example, Patent Document 1 discloses a fixture that includes a pair of front and rear wedge-shaped stoppers that fit into the gap between the front and rear of a tire, and a connecting member that draws the front and rear stoppers into the tire side with the tension of a coil spring. Patent Document 2 discloses a wheel pawl device that connects the front and rear stoppers with two pipes and can change the distance between the front and rear stoppers around a fulcrum. [0003] [Patent Document 1] Utility Model Registration No. 3135847 [Patent Document 2] JP 2010-52658 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] However, the above-mentioned prior art has the following problems. In the case of Patent Document 1, there is a connecting member and a crimping member that connect a pair of wheel stopper wedges together, and in the case of Patent Document 2, there is an arm that engages with the engaging portion. In both cases, there are components other than the wheel stopper, and when storing the whole set together, the storage space becomes large and the storage itself is difficult to organize, making it inconvenient. In addition, the tire fastener that the user installed on the tire is located at the bottom and difficult to see, and there is a risk that the user may drive the vehicle while forgetting to remove the tire fastener from the tire, especially at night. And in the case of Patent Document 2, since the length of the arm is fixed, in the case of a large vehicle with a large tire diameter, the locking part does not reach the vehicle body, and there is a risk that the locking part cannot be magnetically attached to the vehicle body.
[0005] In consideration of the above problems, the present invention provides a tire fastener that is easy to attach and detach from a tire and easy to store. Another object of the present invention is to provide a tire fastener that can be prevented from being forgotten to be taken off. [Means for solving the problem]

[0014] An embodiment of the tire fastener of the present invention will now be described. In the drawing, A is a tire fixing tool, 1 is a first tire stopper, and 2 is a second tire stopper. The tire fixing tool A is equipped with a pair of first tire stopper 1 and second tire stopper 2.
[0015] (First embodiment) The first tire stopper 1 and the second tire stopper 2 of the tire fixing device A of the present invention have the same shape, and as shown in Fig. 1, the first and second tire stoppers 1, 2 have a first stopper body 11 and a second stopper body 21, respectively. The first stopper body 11 and the second stopper body 21 have bottom surface portions 1a, 2a that are placed on the ground, and inclined surface portions 1b, 2b that extend upward from the end surface portions of the bottom surface portions 1a, 2a. They also have a pair of side surface portions 1c, 1c, 2c, 2c provided on both sides of the inclined surface portions 1b, 2b, and rear surface portions 1d, 2d that extend upward from the other end surface portions of the bottom surface portions 1a, 2a.
[0016] In this embodiment, the first and second stopper bodies 11, 21 are hollow, making them lightweight and easy to carry. Also, an opening is provided in the rear portion of the first and second stopper bodies 11, 21 to make them easy to hold by hand. However, they do not have to be hollow. Furthermore, the bottom portions 1a, 2a that are placed on the ground are formed with an uneven shape, which is an advantage in that it increases the gripping force on the ground.
[0017] In the stored state of the tire fastener A, as shown in Fig. 2 (a), (b), and (c), the first stopper body 11 and the second stopper body 21 can be stored in an upside-down direction, and if necessary, in an inverted left-right direction. The inclined surface portions 1b and 2b, which are the contact surfaces of the first stopper body 11 and the second stopper body 21 that face each other in the stored state, are provided with the first permanent magnets 3, 4, 5, and 6 on the inclined surface portion 1b, and the second permanent magnets 7, 8, 9, and 10 on the inclined surface portion 2b. When the first stopper body 11 and the second stopper body 21 face each other in contact (stored state), a magnetic attraction force acts between the first permanent magnets 3, 4, 5, and 6 of the first stopper body 11 and the second permanent magnets 7, 8, 9, and 10 of the second stopper body 21 in the stored state, and as shown in Fig. 2 (b) and (c), the stored state is stable and the tire fastener A itself can be stored compactly.
[0018] 1, the first permanent magnets 3, 5 and the second permanent magnets 8, 10 are formed so that their north poles are on the upper surfaces, and the first permanent magnets 4, 6 and the second permanent magnets 7, 9 are formed so that their south poles are on the upper surfaces, and the first permanent magnets 3, 4, 5, 6 of the first stopper body 11 and the second permanent magnets 7, 8, 9, 10 of the second stopper body 21 are provided at the four corners of the inclined surface portions 1b, 2b, respectively. Note that the number of permanent magnets is not limited to four, and it is sufficient that a magnetic attractive force acts in the stored state to maintain the stored state, and the number can be designed appropriately.
[0019] As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the inclined surface portions 1b, 2b of the first and second stopper bodies 11, 21, which are the tire fixing device A, are provided with step-like difference portions 1s, 2s, and in the stored state, the difference portion 1s of the first stopper body 11 and the difference portion 2s of the second stopper body 21 are in opposing contact with each other and engaged with each other, so that the stored state is maintained stably.
[0020] Second embodiment In the above embodiment, an example has been described in which the second stopper body 21 is stored upside down in the first stopper body 11 in the stored state of the tire fastener A. In another example, a first permanent magnet is provided on one of the pair of side surface portions 1c, 1c of the first stopper body 11, and a second permanent magnet is provided on one of the pair of side surface portions 2c, 2c of the second stopper body 21, and this is an example in which the first stopper body 11 and the second stopper body 21 are stored side by side in the horizontal direction, as shown in Fig. 3.
[0021] 1, 2 and 3, the permanent magnets are provided so that magnetic attraction is applied not only to the upper surfaces of the inclined surface portions 1b and 2b of the first and second stopper bodies 11 and 21 but also to the side surfaces of the side portions 1c and 2c. In other words, when the tire fixing tool A is in a stored state, it can be stored upside down or side by side, and can be used in different ways depending on the stored state.
[0022] Third embodiment As shown in Figures 4 and 5, a light reflecting means or a means using a fluorescent material is provided on the side surface 1c or rear surface 1d of the first stopper body of the tire fixing device A. This light reflecting means or the means using a fluorescent material may be a sticker with various printings or may be directly printed on the surface. This makes it easy to see the first and second tire stoppers even under night vision, and prevents forgetting to remove the tire fixing devices, which are the first and second tire stoppers.
