Embodiments for Carrying Out the Invention

[0016] Hereinafter, a product partition board and a product display unit according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The product partition board according to this embodiment is detachably attached to a base and is used in an inclined state. When a slippery and convex rail portion formed on the placement surface of the product partition board abuts on a product, it facilitates the forward movement of the product.

[0017] FIGS. 1 to 8 are diagrams showing a product partition board 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention. Hereinafter, in the drawings, the X direction is the width direction (left - right direction) of the product partition board 10, the Y direction is the longitudinal direction (front - rear direction, depth direction) of the product partition board 10, and the Z direction is the height direction (up - down direction) of the product partition board 10.

[0018] The product partition board 10 has a substrate 11 and side plates 12. The substrate 11 and the side plates 12 are made of a plastic resin such as polyacetal, for example.

[0019] The substrate 11 is a rectangular member extending in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. The substrate 11 has a placement surface 13 extending in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. The placement surface 13 of the substrate 11 is the upper surface of the substrate 11 and is the surface on which the product is placed when the product partition board 10 is in use.

[0020] The bottom surface 14 on the back side of the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11 is detachably attached to a base 50 described later. On the bottom surface 14 on the back side of the placement surface 13, a partition plate first engaging portion 15 that engages with a base first engaging portion 52 of the base 50 is provided. In the present embodiment, the partition plate first engaging portion 15 is an elongated rod-shaped member extending in the longitudinal direction and has a convex shape protruding downward in the height direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, two partition plate first engaging portions 15 are formed. Further, on the bottom surface 14, a partition plate second engaging portion 16 that engages with a base second engaging portion 53 of the base 50 is provided. In the present embodiment, the partition plate second engaging portion 16 is an elongated rod-shaped member extending in the width direction and has a convex shape protruding downward in the height direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 2, for example, two partition plate second engaging portions 16 are formed at the front and rear in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 11. Furthermore, on the bottom surface 14, a partition plate locking portion 17 that forms a locking mechanism for fixing the product partition plate 10 to the base is provided. As shown in FIG. 2, for example, two partition plate locking portions 17 are provided at the front and rear in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 11.

[0021] The side plate 12 is a rectangular member extending from the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11 in the longitudinal direction and the height direction. The side plate 12 has a support side surface 18 extending in the longitudinal direction and the height direction. The support side surface 18 is a surface capable of laterally supporting the product placed on the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11.

[0022] On the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11 of the product partition plate 10, a rail portion 19 is provided. The rail portion 19 abuts on the product placed on the placement surface 13 and supports the bottom surface portion of the product.

[0023] The rail portion 19 is disposed substantially parallel to the support side surface 18 of the side plate 12. That is, the rail portion 19 extends in the longitudinal direction on the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11. The rail portion 19 includes a first rail 21 and a second rail 22. The first rail 21 and the second rail 22 are elongated rod-shaped members and have slidability. Having slidability means having a small friction coefficient. The first rail 21 and the second rail 22 may be made of a resin having slidability, or may be provided with a resin coating having slidability.

[0024] The first rail 21 is located inside the second rail 22 in the width direction. That is, the second rail 22 is located outside the first rail 21 in the width direction. As schematically shown in FIG. 8, the interval D1 in the width direction between the first rail 21 and the side plate 12 is smaller than the interval D2 in the width direction between the second rail 22 and the side plate 12. That is, in the width direction of the substrate 11 of the product partition plate 10, the first rail 21 is located closer to the side plate than the second rail 22.

[0025] In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the product partition plate 10 is an inverted T shape. That is, the side plate 12 of the product partition plate 10 is located substantially at the center of the arrangement surface 13 of the substrate 10 in the width direction. And the rail portions 19 are provided on both sides of the side plate 12 in the width direction, respectively. That is, assuming that the arrangement surface 13 of the substrate 11 is a right arrangement surface 23 located on the right side of the side plate 12 and a left arrangement surface 24 located on the left side of the side plate 12, the first rail 21 and the second rail 22 of the rail portion 19 are provided on the right arrangement surface 23, and the first rail 21 and the second rail 22 of the rail portion 19 are also provided on the left arrangement surface 24.

[0026] The first rail 21 and the second rail 22 of the rail portion 19 are in a convex shape protruding upward in the height direction. The convex shape of the first rail 21 and the convex shape of the second rail 22 have different heights. As schematically shown in FIG. 8, the height H2 of the convex shape of the second rail 22 is lower than the height H1 of the convex shape of the first rail 21.

[0027] At both longitudinal ends of the side plates 12 of the merchandise partition board 10, wall portions 25 are provided respectively. The wall portion 25 is a rectangular member extending in the width direction and the height direction. The wall portion 25 is a member for preventing the merchandise arranged on the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11 from falling in the front-rear direction, and constitutes a fall prevention portion. The height of the wall portion 25 is lower than the height of the side plate 12. The height of the wall portion 25 may be substantially the same as the height of the side plate 12. Also, the end portions 26 in the width direction of the wall portion 25 are located inside the rail portion 19 of the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11. The end portion 26 may extend to the position of the rail portion 19 of the placement surface 13 of the substrate 11.

[0028] Figs. 9 to 16 are views showing a merchandise partition board 30 according to another embodiment of the present invention. The merchandise partition board 30 has a substrate 31 and side plates 32. The substrate 31 and the side plates 32 are made of a plastic resin such as polyacetal, for example.

[0029] The substrate 31 is a rectangular member extending in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. The substrate 31 has a placement surface 33 extending in the width direction and the longitudinal direction. The placement surface 33 of the substrate 31 is the upper surface of the substrate 31 and is the surface on which merchandise is placed when the merchandise partition board 30 is in use.

[0030] The bottom surface 34 on the back side of the placement surface 33 of the substrate 31 is detachably attached to a base 50 described later. A partition plate first engaging portion 35 that engages with a base first engaging portion 52 of the base 50 is provided on the bottom surface 34 on the back side of the placement surface 33. In the present embodiment, the partition plate first engaging portion 35 is an elongated rod-shaped member extending in the longitudinal direction and has a convex shape protruding downward in the height direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 9, two partition plate first engaging portions 35 are formed. Further, a partition plate second engaging portion 36 that engages with a base second engaging portion 53 of the base 50 is provided on the bottom surface 34. In the present embodiment, the partition plate second engaging portion 36 is an elongated rod-shaped member extending in the width direction and has a convex shape protruding downward in the height direction. Here, as shown in FIG. 9, for example, two partition plate second engaging portions 36 are formed at the front and rear in the longitudinal direction of the substrate 31. Furthermore, a partition plate locking portion 37 that forms a locking mechanism for fixing the product partition plate 30 to the base is provided on the bottom surface 34. As shown in FIG. 9, for example, two partition plate locking portions 37 are provided at the front and rear in the longitudinal direction of the substrate.

[0031] The side plate 32 is a rectangular member extending in the longitudinal direction and the height direction from the placement surface 33 of the substrate 31. The side plate 32 has a support side surface 38 extending in the longitudinal direction and the height direction. The support side surface 38 is a surface capable of laterally supporting the product placed on the placement surface 33 of the substrate 31.

[0032] A rail portion 39 is provided on the placement surface 33 of the substrate 31 of the product partition plate 30. The rail portion 39 is arranged substantially parallel to the support side surface 38 of the side plate 32. That is, the rail portion 39 extends in the longitudinal direction on the placement surface 33 of the substrate 31. The rail portion 39 includes a first rail 41 and a second rail 42. The first rail 41 and the second rail 42 are elongated rod-shaped members and have slidability. The first rail 41 and the second rail 42 may be made of a resin having slidability, or may be provided with a resin coating having slidability.

[0033] The first rail 41 is located inside the second rail 42 in the width direction. That is, the second rail 42 is located outside the first rail 41 in the width direction. As schematically shown in FIG. 16, the interval D3 in the width direction between the first rail 41 and the side plate 32 is smaller than the interval D4 in the width direction between the second rail 42 and the side plate 32. That is, in the width direction of the substrate 31 of the product partition plate 30, the first rail 41 is located closer to the side plate 32 than the second rail 42.

[0034] In this embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the product partition plate 30 is L-shaped. That is, the side plate 32 of the product partition plate 30 is located near the edge in the width direction of the substrate 31.

[0035] The first rail 41 and the second rail 42 of the rail portion 39 are in a convex shape protruding upward in the height direction. The convex shapes of the first rail 41 and the second rail 42 have different heights. As schematically shown in FIG. 16, the height H4 of the convex shape of the second rail 42 is lower than the height H3 of the convex shape of the first rail 41.

[0036] Wall portions 43 are provided at both longitudinal ends of the side plate 32 of the product partition plate 30. The wall portion 43 is a rectangular member extending in the width direction and the height direction. The wall portion 43 is a member for preventing the products arranged on the arrangement surface 33 of the substrate 31 from falling in the front-rear direction, and constitutes a fall prevention portion. The height of the wall portion 43 is lower than the height of the side plate 32. The height of the wall portion 43 may be substantially the same as the height of the side plate 32. Further, the end portion 44 in the width direction of the wall portion 43 is located inside the rail portion 39 of the arrangement surface 33 of the substrate 31. The end portion 44 may extend to the position of the rail portion 39 of the arrangement surface 33 of the substrate 31.

[0037] FIGS. 17 to 21 are views showing an example of the product display unit 1 including the product partition plate according to the present invention. The product display unit 1 includes product partition plates 10 and 30, and a base 50 to which the product partition plates 10 and 30 are detachably attached. The product display unit 1 includes at least two product partition plates.

[0038] The base 50 is provided with a downwardly inclined portion 51 at the front. On the inclined portion 51, a base first engaging portion 52 that engages with the partition plate first engaging portions 15 and 35 on the bottom surfaces 14 and 34 of the product partition plates 10 and 30 is formed. The base first engaging portion 52 extends in the longitudinal direction, and a plurality of base first engaging portions 52 are formed on the inclined portion 51. In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 18, the base first engaging portion 52 is a number of grooves formed in the inclined portion 51. The base first engaging portion 52 has a shape that substantially conforms to the partition plate first engaging portions 15 and 35. That is, the convex shape of the partition plate first engaging portions 15 and 35 is a shape that substantially conforms to the grooves of the base first engaging portion 52. By engaging the convex partition plate first engaging portions 15 and 35 with the grooves of the base first engaging portion 52, the product partition plates 10 and 30 are positioned in the width direction with respect to the base 50.

[0039] A base second engaging portion 53 extending in the width direction is formed on the base 50. The base second engaging portion 53 engages with the partition plate second engaging portions 16 and 36. In the present embodiment, the base second engaging portion 53 is a groove extending in the width direction. The base second engaging portion 53 has a shape that substantially conforms to the partition plate second engaging portions 16 and 36. That is, the convex shape of the partition plate second engaging portions 16 and 36 is a shape that substantially conforms to the groove of the base second engaging portion 53. By engaging the convex partition plate second engaging portions 16 and 36 with the groove of the base second engaging portion 53, the product partition plates 10 and 30 are positioned in the longitudinal direction with respect to the base 50.

[0040] A base locking portion 54 that forms a locking mechanism for fixing the product partition plates 10 and 30 to the base 50 is formed on the base 50. In the present embodiment, the base locking portion 54 is a locking groove formed in the longitudinal direction. The base locking portion 54 forms a locking mechanism together with the partition plate locking portions 17 and 37 of the product partition plates 10 and 30. As shown in FIGS. 19 to 21, when the partition plate locking portions 17 and 37 are slid forward in the longitudinal direction with respect to the base locking portion 54 and fitted therein, the product partition plates 10 and 30 are fixed to the base 50. Also, when the partition plate locking portions 17 and 37 are slid rearward in the longitudinal direction with respect to the base locking portion 54, the fixation between the product partition plates 10 and 30 and the base 50 is released.

[0041] In addition, in the present embodiment, the base 50 is not provided with a member having slipperiness.

[0042] In FIGS. 17 and 18, six product partition plates 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention are arranged at the central portion of the base 50, and product partition plates 30 according to other embodiments of the present invention are respectively arranged at both ends of the base 50. By assembling a total of eight product partition plates 10 and 30 with the base 50, seven product display sections 2 extending in the longitudinal direction are formed. The number of the product partition plates 10 and the number of the product display sections 2 formed thereby are examples and are not limited thereto.

[0043] FIG. 22 is a diagram showing an example of the usage state of the product display unit 1. In each product display section 2 of the product display unit 1, products 101 are neatly arranged in rows in the longitudinal direction. The products 101 are, but not limited to, for example, bottles such as spices and seasonings, PET bottles, and the like.

[0044] FIG. 23 is a diagram showing an example of the usage state of the product display unit 1. In each product display section 2 of the product display unit 1, products 101 having flat bottom surfaces 102 are arranged.

[0045] FIG. 24 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the product 101 and the product partition plates 10a and 10b in FIG. 23. Note that the product partition plates 10a and 10b have the same configuration as the above-described product partition plate 10. The product 101 is disposed in the product display section 2 formed by the side plate 12a of the left product partition plate 10a, the right placement surface 23a of the left product partition plate 10a, the left placement surface 24b of the right product partition plate 10b, and the side plate 12b of the right product partition plate 10b. The placed product 101 has its bottom surface portion 102 supported by the first rails 21a and 21b of the two product partition plates 10a and 10b, that is, the first rail 21a of the left product partition plate 10a and the first rail 21b of the right product partition plate 10b. Here, since the convex height of the first rails 21a and 21b is higher than the convex height of the second rails 22a and 22b, the flat bottom surface portion 102 of the product 101 abuts against the first rail 21a of the product partition plate 10a and the first rail 21b of the product partition plate 10b and is supported by the first rails 21a and 21b. Since the first rails 21a and 21b are slippery, when the front product is taken out, the rear product can slide forward on the first rails 21a and 21b, and the forward movement operation of the product is performed. Since the bottom surface portion 102 abuts against the first rails 21a and 21b outside the center of the product 101, the product slides easily and the forward movement operation of the product is performed smoothly.

[0046] FIG. 25 is a view showing an example of the usage state of the product display unit 1. In each product display section 2 of the product display unit, a product 103 with a rounded bottom surface portion 104 is disposed.

[0047] FIG. 26 is a schematic diagram showing an example of the product 103 and the product partition plates 10a and 10b in FIG. 25. The product 103 is disposed in the product display section 2 formed by the side plate 12a of the left product partition plate 10a, the right arrangement surface 23a of the left product partition plate 10a, the left arrangement surface 24b of the right product partition plate 10b, and the side plate 12b of the right product partition plate 10b. The disposed product 103 has its bottom surface portion 104 supported by the second rails 22a and 22b of the two product partition plates 10a and 10b, that is, the second rail 22a of the left product partition plate 10a and the second rail 22b of the right product partition plate 10b. Here, since the convex height of the second rails 22a and 22b is lower than the convex height of the first rails 21a and 21b, the rounded bottom surface portion 104 of the product 103 abuts against the second rail 22a of the product partition plate 10a and the second rail 22b of the product partition plate 10b and is supported by the second rails 22a and 22b. Since the second rails 22a and 22b have slipperiness, when the front product is taken out, the rear product can slide forward on the second rails 22a and 22b, and the forward movement operation of the product is performed. Since the bottom surface portion 104 abuts against the second rails 22a and 22b outside the center of the product 103, the product is likely to slide, and the forward movement operation of the product is performed smoothly. The state in which the bottom surface portion 104 of the product 103 abuts against the two rails (the second rails 22a and 22b) is suitable for the automatic forward movement of the product because the frictional resistance is small. The first rails 21a and 21b located outside the second rails 22a and 22b serve to suppress lateral play and prevent the product from tipping over during the forward movement operation of the product 103 having the rounded bottom surface portion 104. Both slipperiness and stability are achieved, and the forward movement operation of the product is performed smoothly. In addition to the product 103 having the rounded bottom surface portion 104, for products having a large size and being likely to fall, similarly, both slipperiness and stability are achieved, and the forward movement operation of the product is performed smoothly.

[0048] The merchandise display unit 1 including the merchandise partition plates 10, 30 with the placement surfaces 13, 33 of the substrates 11, 31 being horizontal planes, and the base 50 having the inclined portion 51 with the merchandise partition plates 10, 30 detachably attached to the inclined portion 51 has been described, but other configurations are also possible. The merchandise partition plate may be detachably attached to the base and may be used in a state of being inclined forward downward with respect to the base. For example, a merchandise partition plate having a placement surface of the substrate being an inclined plane and having the above-described configuration, and a base having a horizontal plane to which the merchandise partition plate is detachably attached and having the above-described configuration also achieve both slipperiness and stability, and the forward movement operation of the merchandise is made smooth. Alternatively, by disposing the base 50 on an inclined surface (not shown), the base 50 can be inclined, and the merchandise partition plates 10, 30 attached thereto can be inclined.

[0049] As described above, according to the present embodiment, there is provided a merchandise partition plate that is detachably attached to a base and is used in an inclined state. The merchandise partition plate includes a substrate that extends in the width direction and the longitudinal direction and has a placement surface on which merchandise is placed, and side plates that extend from the placement surface in the longitudinal direction and the height direction. A rail portion extending substantially parallel to the side plates is provided on the placement surface of the substrate. The rail portion includes a first rail and a second rail. The first rail is located near the edge of the substrate in the width direction, and the second rail is located between the first rail and the side plate in the width direction. The first rail and the second rail have slipperiness and are convex in shape, and the height of the convex shape of the first rail is higher than the height of the convex shape of the second rail.

[0050] In this embodiment, a rail portion including a first rail and a second rail extending in the longitudinal direction is provided on the placement surface of the substrate. The first rail and the second rail have slidability and are convex shapes with different heights, so that various products placed on the placement surface can be slid forward, and a product partition plate capable of automatically moving various products forward can be provided. For example, a product with a flat bottom surface is supported by the outer first rail with a high convex shape, and the slidable first rail enables the forward movement of the product. Also, a product with a large size and easy to fall or a product with a rounded bottom surface is supported by the inner second rail with a low convex shape, and the slidable second rail enables the forward movement of the product. It is possible to provide a product partition plate capable of automatically moving forward various products with different bottom surface shapes and sizes without manual operation. Also, it achieves both the slidability and stability of the product during forward movement, resulting in a user-friendly product partition plate. Further, by providing the product partition plate with a function of moving products forward in addition to functions such as partitioning, lateral support, and alignment, even if the base does not have a function of moving products forward, the product partition plate can be used to move products forward.

[0051] In one embodiment, the side plate is located substantially at the center of the placement surface of the substrate in the width direction, and the rail portion is provided on both sides of the side plate in the width direction, respectively. It is a product partition plate with an inverted T-shaped cross section, and by providing rail portions on both sides with the side plate in between, products arranged in the product display portion between two product partition plates can be slid forward, and a product partition plate that can easily move various products forward can be provided. Due to the inverted T-shaped cross section, it can be a product partition plate suitable for use within the base other than the base end portion such as the central portion of the base. The product partition plate with an inverted T-shaped cross section can laterally support the products arranged on both sides with the side plate in between, and the products on both sides can be neatly displayed.

[0052] In other embodiments, the side plates are located near the edges in the width direction of the substrate. A product partition plate having an L-shaped cross-sectional shape, which can slide forward the products arranged in the product display section between two product partition plates, can provide a product partition plate that enables easy automatic forward movement of various products. By having an L-shaped cross-sectional shape, it can be a product partition plate suitable for use at the end in the width direction of the base. The product partition plate with an L-shaped cross-sectional shape fits well and looks good at the end of the base.

[0053] At both longitudinal ends of the side plates, wall portions extending in the width direction and the height direction are provided. By providing the wall portions that serve as fall prevention portions, it is possible to prevent the products from falling forward when sliding on the rail portion and moving forward, and also prevent the products from falling backward during product replenishment.

[0054] Also, according to the present embodiment, the placement surface of the substrate of the product partition plate can be a horizontal plane, and there is provided a product display unit including at least two product partition plates and a base having an inclined portion, with the product partition plate detachably attached to the inclined portion. With the product display unit having the product partition plate attached to the base with the inclined portion, as described above, automatic forward movement of various products can be easily achieved.

[0055] Also, according to the present embodiment, the placement surface of the substrate of the product partition plate can be an inclined surface, and there is provided a product display unit including at least two product partition plates and a base to which the product partition plate is detachably attached. With the product display unit having the product partition plate with an inclined surface attached to the base, as described above, automatic forward movement of various products can be easily achieved.

[0056] As described above, the embodiments of the present invention have been described, but various modifications and changes are possible without departing from the spirit of the present invention. For example, although the rail portion has been described as including the first rail and the second rail, the number of rails included in the rail portion is not limited to this, and it may include more than two rails. Also, regarding the engaging portion and the locking portion, appropriate changes such as making the convex-shaped portion into a groove or a through-hole, and making the groove or the through-hole into a convex-shaped portion are possible.
