Abstract
Description
Technical Field
[0001] This invention relates to a chemical liquid spraying device, specifically, a chemical liquid spraying device that can be carried and manually supplied with chemical liquid and can now spray chemical liquid using electricity.
Background Art
[0002] Conventionally, as a portable device for spraying a cleaning liquid onto an object, a device using a manual pump has been common. In the case of the method of spraying chemical liquid using a manual pump, in the spraying of chemical liquid, the spraying time and the supply rate of chemical liquid (chemical liquid pressure) are determined by the amount of air supplied from the outside to the internal space of the main body by the manual pump. Moreover, in continuous spraying, there is a problem in that the supply rate of chemical liquid decreases with the spraying time.
[0003] Therefore, as described in Patent Document 1 and Patent Document 2, technologies that utilize the Venturi effect and spray chemical liquid by the water pressure of tap water have been proposed.

Summary of the Invention
Problems to be Solved by the Invention
[0005] However, according to these conventional technologies, like the technology described in Patent Document 1, the component ratio of the chemical liquid may vary depending on the spraying time of the chemical liquid, or like the technology described in Patent Document 2, there are problems such as it cannot be used when there is no object to be cleaned within the range that can be extended by a hose or the like from a faucet (discharge port) of a water supply.
[0006] As a result of intensive research, the inventor has found that the above problems can be solved by supplying the chemical liquid electrically instead of manually in a portable chemical liquid spraying device, and has completed this invention. An object of this invention is to provide a chemical liquid spraying device that sprays the chemical liquid electrically instead of manually.
Means for Solving the Problems
[0007] The invention according to claim 1 is a portable chemical liquid spraying device that uses the air pressure in the sealed space of the main body to spray a mixture of water or a chemical liquid diluted with water from a nozzle. In the device, there is a main body in which a sealed space is formed by a lid, a motor provided on the lid for supplying air from the outside of the main body to the internal space, and a storage battery provided on the lid and serving as a power source for driving the motor.
[0008] In this spraying device, the storage battery drives the motor, and using the power of the motor, a mixture of water and a chemical liquid diluted with water is sprayed from a nozzle (spraying path). Therefore, the problems when spraying the chemical liquid manually and the problems when using the water pressure of tap water do not occur.
[0009] As the water flow type chemical liquid spraying device, there are a foam gun type that sprays the chemical liquid (mixture) in a foamy state and a shower (spray) type for washing and car washing. The mixture can be sprayed from the nozzle in a wide angle or in a direct injection type. And for the main body and the nozzle, materials such as PP (polypropylene) and TPR (thermoplastic rubber) are suitable. Weight reduction can be achieved compared to metal materials (for example, made of copper). In addition, a liquid volume variable means (for example, a structure in which a disk with a dial (with a plurality of through holes) is interposed in the chemical liquid path at the part where the lid is attached) may be attached. Also, the spraying material is water or a mixed solution obtained by diluting a chemical solution with water, and may contain a surfactant. The chemical solution spraying device can be used for cleaning in terms of hygiene and the like. Regarding its use for car washing, it can be a hydraulic foaming device that automatically dilutes a chemical solution (cleaning agent) with tap water, and the dilution ratio can also be variable. Note that the chemical solution includes, in addition to the cleaning solution, herbicides, disinfectants, and the like. The storage battery is a small lithium-ion battery with waterproof measures.
[0010] The device according to claim 2 is the chemical solution spraying device according to claim 1, wherein a relief valve that is opened by the pressure in the sealed space is provided in the lid portion.
Advantages of the Invention
[0011] According to the device of claims 1 to 2, the motor is driven by a storage battery, and using the power of the motor, water or a mixed solution obtained by diluting a chemical solution with water is sprayed from a nozzle (spraying passage). Therefore, the problems when manually spraying the chemical solution and the problems when using the water pressure of tap water are not generated. Note that when using a lithium-ion battery with a high power storage capacity, even if the object is large, it is possible to sufficiently spray the chemical solution. In particular, according to the device of claim 2, an explosion-proof function can be provided to ensure safety.

Modes for Carrying Out the Invention
[0013] The following describes the chemical liquid spraying device according to Embodiment 1 of this invention. As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the water-flow type chemical liquid spraying device according to Embodiment 1 generally includes a plastic bottle-shaped main body (reservoir) 15, a cylindrical portion attached to the opening of the main body 15, a cover 2 attached to the upper part of the cylindrical portion, a plastic injection nozzle (nozzle unit) 5 attached to the cylindrical portion parallel to the ceiling flat plate of the cover 2, and a plastic grip (handle) 13 integrally formed with the cylindrical-shaped cylindrical portion. The main body 15 has a tank shape, that is, it has an internal space with one opening, and adopts a structure that enables the internal space to be sealed by the cylindrical portion. A chemical liquid (water or a mixture of chemical liquid and water) is introduced into this internal space from the opening.
[0014] The cylindrical portion is provided with a motor (air pump 4), a storage battery 3, and a liquid path extending in the horizontal direction. The base end portion of the nozzle 5 is inserted and fixed to the opening at one end side of the liquid path. The nozzle 5 has a cylindrical shape, and an injection portion constricted into a funnel shape is fixed to its tip. Injection paths are provided coaxially with the liquid path in these base end portion and injection portion. Further, the liquid path is bent approximately 90 degrees so that the opening at the other end side of the liquid path is located near the bottom of the internal space. Moreover, an air suction port is provided and formed in a part (pipe 7) of the liquid path and within the internal space. The liquid path provided with the air suction port is reduced in diameter (orifice), and the air suction port is provided in proximity to this reduced-diameter portion.
[0015] In addition, the motor 4 and the storage battery 3 are stored in the cylindrical portion. By driving the motor 4 (air pump), air outside the sealed space is taken in and supplied to the internal space, thereby increasing the air pressure in the internal space. A safety valve (relief valve) 1 is provided to prevent the air pressure in the internal space from becoming extremely high, reducing the risk of damage. When the risk of damage is small, it can be configured not to provide a safety valve as in Example 2 (Figs. 3 and 4). 6 is a valve core, 12 is a charging port for the battery. 8 is a lock, 10 is a circuit board, 13 is a handle, and 11 is a handle cover. Also, 14 is a seal ring. In this Example 1, a lithium-ion battery is adopted as the storage battery 3. Needless to say, waterproof measures are taken on the exterior of the lithium-ion battery to prevent ignition by water.
[0016] Also, on the straight line passing through the center of the lid portion from the arrangement position of the tip portion (spray portion) of the nozzle 5 in this cylindrical portion, a grip body 13 is provided at the portion at the intersection of the edge of the cylindrical portion and the straight line. This grip body 13 is provided with a switch 8 for controlling the drive of the motor 4 as well as enabling the chemical liquid spraying device to be held by hand.
[0017] In the chemical liquid spraying device according to this invention, a chemical liquid (including a detergent) is put into the internal space and the internal space is sealed using the lid. Then, by pressing the switch of the grip body, the motor is driven to supply air outside the main body to the internal space. As the air pressure in the internal space increases, the chemical liquid flows along the liquid path to the spray portion, and the chemical liquid is sprayed from the spray port onto the object to be sprayed. In addition, a lock can be applied to prevent this switch from accidentally turning on.
[0018] For household cleaning or car washing, a neutral detergent or the like is used as the chemical liquid. If the chemical liquid has a low viscosity, it is diluted about 200 times before use. It is used after being foamed to achieve uniform cleaning. As a cleaning agent, an alkaline cleaning agent or a cleaning agent containing a chlorine agent is used, and it is preferably a corrosion-resistant material that is less likely to be corroded by an alkaline agent or a chlorine agent. The main body etc. are made of plastic, and examples of this resin include polypropylene resin, polyethylene resin, vinyl chloride resin, enamels, etc. In addition, a cleaning agent containing a surfactant can also be used. When the cleaning agent contains a surfactant, the surface tension of the cleaning agent and the foaming cleaning liquid becomes small, so the aggregation of droplets does not become round, the wettability can be expected to improve, and the cleaning effect on the object to be cleaned becomes uniform. Examples of surfactants include anionic surfactants such as alkylbenzene sulfonates, fatty acid salts, alkane sulfonates, olefin sulfonates, and cationic surfactants such as alkylamine salts and quaternary ammonium salts. Also, nonionic surfactants such as polyoxyethylene alkyl ethers, polyoxyalkylene alkyl ethers, and polyoxyethylene fatty acid esters can be mentioned. Furthermore, amphoteric surfactants such as alkylamine oxides and amino acid-type amphoteric surfactants can be mentioned.
[0019] In addition to the surfactant, the cleaning agent preferably contains an alkaline agent, a chelating agent, a chlorine agent, etc. As the alkaline agent, an alkali metal or alkaline earth metal salt can be used, and sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium carbonate, and potassium carbonate are desirable. As the chelating agent, aminocarboxylic acid-based, hydroxycarboxylic acid-based, etc. can be used. Examples of the chlorine agent include chlorinated isocyanurates (sodium chlorinated isocyanurate, potassium chlorinated isocyanurate, etc.), hypochlorites (sodium hypochlorite, etc.). As the object to be cleaned, in addition to various machines and devices including vehicles, it can be used for kitchens such as restaurants and hotels, public facilities, supermarkets, food manufacturing, processing, and cooking equipment in food factories, floors, etc. Also, when spraying pesticides or the like, a liquid agent with a predetermined concentration is used as the chemical solution, but water with a predetermined pressure supplied from a water source can also be used instead of tap water.
[0020] The chemical solution spraying device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 3 and 4. In these figures, 21 is a pipe constituting a part of the liquid path of the chemical solution, and its lower end communicates with the internal space of the reservoir tank 35. The upper end opening of the reservoir tank 35 is configured to be opened and closed by a cylindrical portion. An air pump 30 and its driving motor are housed in the cylindrical portion. The battery pack 33 is housed inside a handle 34 integrally formed with the cylindrical portion. 29 is a handle cover. The ceiling portion of the cylindrical portion is covered with an upper cover 22. 28 is a push rod integrally formed with the upper cover 22. An air intake port portion 26 is provided at the upper end of the pipe 21, and the liquid agent jetted from the valve core 25 and the nozzle 24 contains air and is jetted in a foamy state. 22 is an upper cover, and a switch 23 is disposed at the protruding lower end of the push rod 28. By pressing this rod 28, the switch 23 is turned ON / OFF. The air pump is operated by motor drive. 31 is a charging board, and 32 is a cover. 17 is a seal ring for sealing the tank opening.
