This magnetically attracted cosmetic container includes an inner lid, a center ring, and a powder container. The powder container is removably mounted within the center ring. A seal ring is fixed to the inner lid, and the seal ring seals the center ring through an interference fit between the inner lid and the center ring. The inner lid and the center ring are attached and secured together by a magnetic attraction assembly. An exhaust passage is provided between the seal ring and the center ring. When the inner lid is attached to the center ring, the exhaust passage is used to exhaust gas from within the center ring. When the inner lid is opened, the exhaust passage is used to allow outside air to enter the center ring.
[0005] Optionally, the magnetic attraction assembly includes a first magnet and a second magnet, the first magnet being attached to the inner cover and the second magnet being attached to the middle ring, and the first magnet and the second magnet attracting each other to fix the inner cover and the middle ring together.
[0006] Optionally, the magnetic attraction assembly includes a first magnet and a magnetic metal member, the first magnet attached to one of the inner lid and the center ring, and the magnetic metal member attached to the other of the inner lid and the center ring, and the first magnet and the magnetic metal member attract and fix the inner lid and the center ring together.

[0012] The present application further provides a cosmetic container, including the magnetically attractable cosmetic container, a bottom assembly removably connected to the cosmetic container, and an outer lid pivotally attached to the bottom assembly via a second hinge assembly to cover the inner lid.
[0013] Optionally, the bottom assembly includes an outer bottom and an inner bottom fixedly mounted within the outer bottom, with the center ring removably mounted within the inner bottom.
[0014] Optionally, the outer lid and the outer bottom are engaged and fixed by an engagement assembly, which includes a button and a groove, the button being attached to the outer bottom, the button having a locking hook, the groove being formed on an inner wall of the outer lid, and the locking hook being engaged in the groove to engage and fix the outer lid and the outer bottom. [Effects of the Invention]
[0015] The beneficial effects of the present invention are as follows: 1) This inner container closes the inner lid and inner ring by magnetic attraction, and the elastic force of the elastic seal ring allows the inner lid to be completely closed onto the inner ring without being bounced off when pressed, improving the sealing performance of the inner container. In addition, compared to the engagement closing method, the magnetic attraction closing method is easier and more convenient to use because the user does not need to manually press the inner lid to close it tightly. 2) In this invention, the powder container and the center ring are detachable, so if a filling error occurs during filling of cosmetic materials, it is not necessary to discard the entire powder container and center ring, but only to replace the powder container, thereby reducing the cost of disposal and damage during the filling process and reducing waste of resources. 3) In this application, an exhaust passage is provided between the sealing ring and the inner ring, which is used to allow gas to circulate between the inside and outside of the inner ring. During the process of closing the inner lid, the air between the sealing ring and the inner ring can be exhausted in a timely manner through the exhaust passage. During the process of opening the inner lid, outside air enters the area between the inner ring and the sealing ring through the exhaust passage, thereby eliminating the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the area between the sealing ring and the inner ring and facilitating smooth opening and closing of the inner lid. In this application, the sealing ring is used to seal the space between the inner lid and the inner ring, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing the powder container and preventing the cosmetic materials stored in the container from being contaminated by prolonged exposure to outside air. Thus, the exemplary term "above" may encompass both orientations: "above" and "below." The device may also be positioned in other different ways (rotated 90 degrees or at other orientations) and the spatially relative descriptions used herein will be appropriately explained.
[0020] 1 to 11, a cosmetic container includes a magnetically adsorbed cosmetic inner container. The inner container includes an inner lid 10, a center ring 30, and a powder container 40. The powder container 40 is removably mounted within the center ring 30. A seal ring 20 is fixed to the inner lid 10, and a tight fit between the seal ring 20 and the center ring 30 allows the seal ring 20 to seal the center ring 30. The inner lid 10 and the center ring 30 are adsorbed and fixed by a magnetic adsorption assembly. An exhaust passage is provided between the seal ring 20 and the center ring 30. When the inner lid 10 is attached to the center ring 30, the exhaust passage is used to exhaust gas from the center ring 30. When the inner lid 10 is opened, the exhaust passage is used to allow outside air to enter the center ring 30.
[0021] In this inner container, the inner lid 10 and the central ring 30 are fastened together by magnetic attraction, allowing the inner lid to be completely fastened to the central ring without being repelled by the elastic sealing ring, improving the sealing performance of the inner container. Furthermore, compared to the engagement fastening method, the magnetic fastening method does not require manual pressure on the inner lid, making it easier and more convenient to use.
[0022] The sealing ring 20 is sealed to the middle ring 30 to achieve an airtight seal for the powder container 40 containing cosmetic materials. A portion of the sealing ring 20 is airtightly joined to the middle ring 30 to seal the powder container 40 below the middle ring 30 and prevent outside air from entering the powder container 40. An exhaust passage is formed between another portion of the sealing ring 20 and the middle ring 30. During the opening and closing of the inner lid 10, the exhaust passage is used to circulate gas between the inside and outside of the middle ring 30. After the inner lid is completely closed, the exhaust passage does not affect the sealing effect of the sealing ring.
[0023] During the process of closing the inner lid 10, air between the sealing ring 20 and the middle ring 30 can be exhausted through the exhaust passage. Similarly, during the process of opening the inner lid 10, outside air can enter between the middle ring 30 and the sealing ring 20 through the exhaust passage. This eliminates the internal and external pressure difference in the area between the sealing ring 20 and the middle ring 30, facilitating smooth opening and closing of the inner lid. In this application, the sealing ring is used to seal the space between the inner lid and the middle ring, thereby achieving the purpose of sealing the powder container and preventing the cosmetic materials stored in the container from being contaminated by prolonged contact with outside air. The exhaust passage facilitates the flow of air between the inside of the middle ring and the outside, facilitating the opening and closing of the inner lid and improving the consumer experience. Therefore, this application ensures sealing effectiveness while providing exhaust function, making it highly practical.
[0024] During assembly, the inner container is first attached, then the powder container 40 is filled with ingredients, and the inner container is then attached to the bottom assembly. If a malfunction occurs during the filling process, the powder container 40 can be simply removed and replaced with a new one. Because the powder container and center ring are detachable, if a filling malfunction occurs during the filling of cosmetic ingredients, only the powder container needs to be replaced, rather than the entire center ring and powder container needing to be discarded, reducing disposal costs and waste of resources during the filling process.
[0025] As shown in FIG. 1, in a possible embodiment, the magnetic adsorption assembly includes a first magnet 13 and a second magnet 36. The first magnet 13 is attached to the inner cover 10, and the second magnet 36 is attached to the middle ring 30. The first magnet 13 and the second magnet 36 are attached to each other to fix the inner cover 10 and the middle ring 30 together. In this embodiment, instead of the conventional engagement fixation, the first magnet 13 and the second magnet 36 are used to improve the sealing performance between the inner cover and the middle ring.
[0026] In another possible embodiment, the magnetic attraction assembly includes a first magnet 13 and a magnetic metal member. The first magnet 13 is attached to either the inner cover 10 or the central ring 30, and the magnetic metal member is attached to the other of the inner cover 10 and the central ring 30. The mutual attraction between the first magnet 13 and the magnetic metal member attracts and secures the inner cover 10 and the central ring 30. The magnetic metal member is made of a ferromagnetic material. Ferromagnetic materials include materials such as iron, cobalt, nickel, and alloys of iron, cobalt, and nickel. Using the first magnet and the magnetic metal member instead of a mating engagement can also provide a better sealing effect between the inner cover and the central ring. In practice, the first magnet is attached to the inner cover 10 and the magnetic metal member is attached to the central ring 30, or the first magnet is attached to the central ring 30 and the magnetic metal member is attached to the inner cover 10.
[0027] 6 and 7, the seal ring 20 is located on the lower end surface of the inner lid 10, and is made of an elastic material. The inner lid 10 and the seal ring 20 are integrally molded by two-color injection molding. Because the inner lid 10 and the seal ring 20 are integrally molded by injection molding, the bonding strength between the inner lid and the seal ring is high, resulting in a high sealing effect.
[0028] 4, the diameter of the outer wall of the seal ring 20 is d1, the diameter of the inner wall of the center ring 30 is d2, and d1 is 0.1 mm to 0.5 mm larger than d2. This ensures a tight fit between the seal ring 20 and the center ring 30.
[0029] Optionally, the sealing ring 20 is made of a thermoplastic elastomer (TPE) material, and the inner cover 10 and the middle ring 30 are made of a polyolefin material, with the hardness of the sealing ring 20 being less than that of the inner cover 10 and the middle ring 30. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, the sealing ring 20 has an annular structure with openings at both the top and bottom, and the inner wall of the sealing ring 20 is connected to the outer wall of the inner cover 10.
[0030] An airtight joint area is provided between the seal ring 20 and the middle ring 30. Optionally, in the airtight joint area, the seal ring 20 and the middle ring 30 are joined by an interference fit. The exhaust passage is located on the side of the airtight joint area away from the powder container 40. As shown in FIG. 1 , the powder container 40 is located below the airtight joint area, and the exhaust passage is located above the airtight joint area. This ensures that the exhaust passage does not affect the airtight effect between the seal ring 20 and the middle ring 30.
[0031] 1 and 2, the outer wall of the seal ring 20 extends radially outward to form an annular protrusion 21, and the inner wall of the middle ring 30 recesses inward to form an annular groove 34. The annular protrusion 21 is tightly fitted into the annular groove 34, and the annular protrusion 21 and the annular groove 34 are located in an airtight joint area. The fitting of the annular protrusion 21 and the annular groove 34 can further improve the sealing effect of the seal ring 20.
[0032] The exhaust passage includes an exhaust groove 33. N exhaust grooves 33 are provided between the seal ring 20 and the center ring 30, where N≧1 and N is an integer.
[0033] In a possible embodiment, the exhaust groove 33 is provided in the outer wall of the sealing ring 20 .
[0034] In another possible embodiment, the exhaust groove 33 is provided on the inner wall of the middle ring 30. As shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, in this embodiment, the exhaust groove 33 is provided on the middle ring 30. That is, the exhaust groove 33 is formed circumferentially on the inner wall of the middle ring 30 and penetrates the upper end surface of the middle ring 30. The exhaust groove 33 is provided on the inner wall of the middle ring 30 to enhance the overall appearance of the product. As shown in FIG. 9, the exhaust groove 33 is located above the annular groove 34. During the process of fitting the inner cover 10 to the middle ring 30, air between the sealing ring 20 and the middle ring 30 is exhausted to the outside of the middle ring through the exhaust groove 33, facilitating the complete fitting of the inner cover to the middle ring. After the inner cover and the middle ring cover are fitted together, the annular groove 34 on the middle ring and the annular protrusion 21 on the sealing ring are located below the exhaust groove 33, so the exhaust groove does not affect the sealing effect of the sealing ring.
[0035] As shown in Figures 8 and 9, a first cylindrical body 31 and a second cylindrical body 32 are fixed to the center ring 30. The second cylindrical body 32 is located outside the first cylindrical body 31. An exhaust passage is located between the seal ring 20 and the inner wall of the first cylindrical body 31, and the seal ring 20 is airtightly joined to the inner wall of the first cylindrical body 31. Optionally, an exhaust groove 33 is opened in the inner wall of the first cylindrical body 31. As shown in Figure 4, there is a gap between the first cylindrical body 31 and the second cylindrical body 32, and the inner cover 10 is inserted into the gap, and the outer wall of the seal ring 20 is airtightly joined to the inner wall of the first cylindrical body 31.
[0036] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 9, the inner lid 10 is rotatably attached to the inner ring 30 via a first hinge assembly, and the powder container 40 and the inner ring 30 are fixedly engaged with each other. The first hinge assembly includes a first hinge 11, a second hinge 35, and a first hinge shaft 12. As shown in FIG. 6, the first hinge 11 is fixedly attached to the inner lid 10, and as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9, the second hinge 35 is fixedly attached to the inner ring 30. As shown in FIG. 4, during assembly, after the first hinge 11 and the second hinge 35 are butted together, the first hinge shaft 12 is drilled into the first hinge 11 and the second hinge 35 to pivotally connect the inner lid 10 and the inner ring 30. As shown in FIG. 1, the powder container 40 and the inner ring 30 are engaged and fixed by locking points and locking grooves, locking points and locking points, and the like.
[0037] As shown in Figures 1 to 3, the cosmetic container further includes a bottom assembly that is removably connected to the cosmetic inner container, and an outer lid 50 that is rotatably attached to the bottom assembly via a second hinge assembly and can cover the inner lid 10.
[0038] The bottom assembly includes an outer bottom part 70 and an inner bottom part 60 fixedly attached within the outer bottom part 70, and the middle ring 30 is removably attached within the inner bottom part 60. The inner bottom part 60 and the outer bottom part 70 are engaged and fixed together by locking points and locking grooves, locking points and locking points, etc., and the middle ring 30 and the inner bottom part 60 are engaged and fixed together by locking points and locking grooves, locking points and locking points, etc.
[0039] The inner lid 10, center ring 30, and powder container 40 constitute the inner container. After the powder container 40 is depleted, the inner container can be removed and replaced with a new one for continued use, allowing other components in the cosmetic container to be reused, which is energy-saving, environmentally friendly, and cost-saving. When assembling, the inner container is first attached, and then the powder container 40 is filled with ingredients, and then the inner container is attached to the bottom assembly. If a defect occurs during the filling process due to an incorrect operation, the powder container 40 can simply be removed and replaced with a new one.
[0040] The underside of the powder container 40 can be partially exposed to the outside, or the underside of the powder container 40 can be completely exposed to the outside. When the underside of the powder container 40 is partially exposed to the outside, the powder container 40 can be pushed up from the bottom end of the container, allowing the entire container to be detached from the bottom assembly from above. When the underside of the powder container 40 is completely exposed to the outside, the inner container can be pressed directly from above, allowing the entire container to be detached from the bottom assembly from below. This makes it very convenient to remove the inner container.
[0041] As shown in Figures 1 and 3, the second hinge assembly includes a third hinge 51, a fourth hinge 71, and a second hinge shaft 52. As shown in Figure 3, the third hinge 51 is fixedly attached to the outer lid 50, and the fourth hinge 71 is fixedly attached to the outer bottom 70. As shown in Figure 1, during assembly, the third hinge 51 and the fourth hinge 71 are butted together, and then the second hinge shaft 52 is drilled into the third hinge 51 and the fourth hinge 71 to pivotally connect the outer lid 50 and the outer bottom 70. Optionally, a mirror 54 is fixedly attached to the inside of the outer lid 50, and a puff for applying cosmetic materials is arranged on the inner lid 10.
[0042] As shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, the outer lid 50 and the outer bottom 70 are engaged and fixed by an engagement assembly. The engagement assembly includes a button 72 and a groove 53. The button 72 is attached to the outer bottom 70, and a locking hook 73 is provided on the button 72. A groove 53 is provided on the inner wall of the outer lid 50, and the locking hook 73 engages into the groove 53 to engage and fix the outer lid 50 and the outer bottom 70. An elastic piece is fixed to the button 72. During use, the elastic piece is deformed by pressing the button 72, and the locking hook 73 is then disengaged from the groove 53, allowing the outer lid 50 to be opened. When the button is released, the button 72 is reset by the elastic piece. A rear engagement member 74 is provided between the outer lid 50 and the outer bottom 70.
