Abstract

This invention provides a kraft tape that allows cardboard boxes to be opened without the use of tools such as cutters, thereby improving the efficiency of the opening process. [Solution] A kraft tape 100 used for sealing cardboard boxes comprises a base material 110 made of kraft paper that is in the shape of a strip with perforations 112 formed in the center of the width direction along the longitudinal direction, and an adhesive layer 120 formed on the back surface of the base material with a water-soluble adhesive. With this form of kraft tape, the kraft tape can be easily torn along the perforations, so that cardboard boxes can be opened without using tools such as cutters, and the workability when opening can be improved.
