The invention provides an industrial lignin environment-friendly adhesive as well as a preparation method and application thereof. According to the mass percentage content, the lignin-cellulose composite material comprises 1.8-7.2% of industrial lignin, 1.8-3.6% of cellulose derivatives, formic acid aqueous solution and the balance of water, wherein the total mass percentage content is 100%; the content of formic acid in the adhesive is 24-48%; the total solid content of the industrial lignin and the cellulose derivative is 3.6-10.8%; the raw materials are uniformly mixed by stirring to obtain a uniform and stable dark viscous liquid, namely the lignin environment-friendly adhesive. The technical problem to be solved is how to prepare the environment-friendly industrial lignin adhesive which does not contain formaldehyde and phenol substances and is healthy and environment-friendly, and a pure biomass system is constructed by taking a papermaking byproduct industrial lignin (waste) and a natural cellulose derivative as core raw materials so as to realize high-value utilization of resources. Meanwhile, the preparation process of the adhesive can be completed at normal temperature and normal pressure, excellent bonding strength can be achieved through mild hot pressing when the adhesive is used for bonding wood, and the water resistance is good.

Low-formaldehyde environment-friendly adhesive and preparation method thereof

This application relates to the field of adhesive technology, specifically disclosing a low-formaldehyde environmentally friendly adhesive and its preparation method. The low-formaldehyde environmentally friendly adhesive is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 30-50 parts modified starch, 15-25 parts plant protein, 5-10 parts modified nanocellulose, 2-5 parts composite crosslinking agent, and 80-150 parts water; the composite crosslinking agent includes aminosilane and polyaspartic acid; the modified starch is obtained by enzymatic hydrolysis of starch with α-amylase followed by graft copolymerization with a composite acid anhydride; the plant protein is alkalized and heat-treated before use; the modified nanocellulose is obtained by sequentially reacting nanocellulose with propylene oxide and ethylene oxide in a ring-opening etherification reaction. The low-formaldehyde environmentally friendly adhesive obtained by this application has good bonding strength and low formaldehyde release.
