The invention involves wrapping an insulating HDPE composite material around a conductor to form an insulated core wire, then using Kevlar fiber as filler and covering it with polytetrafluoroethylene tape to form the cable core. Finally, a flame-retardant TPE composite material is wrapped around the cable core. The resulting cable exhibits excellent flame-retardant properties, self-extinguishing after being removed from the fire, and superior insulation performance, meeting the needs of the network equipment connection industry. It also possesses signal integrity transmission performance at 15.0m using TIA Patch Cord Cat6A.
