Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present invention relates to a cosmetic kit for providing a customized cosmetic product to an individual user. [Background technology]
[0002] Consumers (users) are constantly concerned about whether the cosmetics they are using are suitable for them. Traditionally, it was common to purchase cosmetics that were deemed suitable for oneself after consulting with a salesperson at a so-called face-to-face sales event. Simple measurements of skin condition are also conducted at face-to-face sales events. However, even if the cosmetics purchased are suitable at the time of the face-to-face sales event, tastes change daily, and skin conditions change from moment to moment depending on the environment, psychological state, etc., so it may not always be the case that the cosmetics purchased are suitable.
[0003] In recent years, a system has been proposed in which cosmetic ingredients ordered by a consumer are delivered and a custom-made cosmetic is manufactured from the ingredients using a simple manufacturing device that the consumer has at hand (Patent Document 1). However, when ordering, the only things that can be selected are the color of the cosmetic and the type of product, and the blending ratio of each ingredient is simply determined according to the selected color and type.
[0004] Similar to Patent Document 1, a system and device for producing customized cosmetics according to a user's skin type using a manufacturing device at the user's hand has also been proposed (Patent Document 2). In this device, a base selected from five types of cosmetic bases (primary category) is mixed with an active ingredient selected from cosmetic active ingredients (secondary category) to provide a customized cosmetic.
[0005] In other words, even if conventional systems contained ingredients that reflected the skin condition at the time of ordering, they did not respond to changes in the user or their environment, and it was difficult to say that they were truly customized cosmetics (personalized cosmetics) that were suited to the user on each day. [0006] [Patent Document 1] Patent No. 3843017 [Patent Document 2] Special Publication No. 2017-510389 Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0007] Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a cosmetic kit suitable for providing a cosmetic product suitable for a user at that time and day (a truly "customized cosmetic product"), taking into consideration user-specific factors that are believed to affect the skin condition, such as the environment in which the user lives, the user's behavior, the user's physical and mental state, etc. [Means for solving the problem]
[0008] In order to solve the above problems, the inventors conducted extensive research and discovered that it is extremely important that each base used to prepare a customized cosmetic product has its own unique characteristics, that the types and amounts of bases that make up the customized cosmetic product suitable for the user at that time and day are determined based on user-specific information, and that when providing the bases to the user via a cosmetic providing device, the ease with which the bases mix is extremely important, which led to the completion of the present invention.
[0009] That is, the present invention provides a cosmetic kit for use in a customized cosmetic product, which includes a plurality of cosmetic bases and is prepared by mixing the plurality of cosmetic bases in accordance with recipe information determined based on user-specific information, characterized in that when a container containing at least two types of cosmetic bases selected from the plurality of cosmetic bases is rotated at a predetermined speed and near-infrared measurements of the bases in the container are performed at predetermined time intervals, for the first time in the nth measurement, the rate of change between the absorbance of the nth measurement and the absorbance of the previous (n-1th) measurement is 100%±5%, and further the rate of change between the absorbance of the next (n+1)th measurement is 100%±5%, the time (T) required for the nth measurement to be reached is within 35 minutes. Effect of the Invention
[0010] In the cosmetic kit of the present invention, the multiple cosmetic bases contained in the kit have their own unique properties and are prepared to be easily mixed with each other, so that the user can easily and stress-free mix the cosmetic bases that are dispensed according to recipe information based on user-specific information to obtain customized cosmetics. Since the formulation of each cosmetic base is determined based on user-specific information, etc., truly customized cosmetics that can flexibly respond to the user's condition on that day and at that time can be efficiently and easily provided to the user, thereby resolving the user's worries about cosmetics. [0083] (4-1) User log update processing FIG. 14 is a flowchart of the user log update process of this embodiment. Among the steps in FIG. 14, the steps executed by the client device 10 are executed as functions of a cosmetics providing application.
[0084] As shown in FIG. 14, the client device 10 acquires a user log (S100). Specifically, the processor 12 acquires user log information (at least one of environmental log information, behavior log information, and mind-body log information) from the wearable device 90 via the input / output interface 13.
[0085] After step S100, the client device 10 executes a user log update request (S101). Specifically, the processor 12 transmits user log update request data to the server 30 . The user log update request data includes the following information: User ID Information indicating the execution date and time of step S101 User log information acquired in step S100
[0086] After step S101, the server 30 executes updating of the database based on the user log update request data (S300). As a first example, if the user log update request data includes environmental log information, the processor 32 adds a new record to the environmental log information database (FIG. 6) associated with the user ID included in the user log update request data sent in step S101. The following information is stored in each field of the new record: The "Environment Log ID" field stores the new environment log ID. The "date and time" field stores information indicating the date and time of execution of step S101, which is included in the user log update request data. The "ultraviolet light exposure" field, "temperature" field, and "humidity" field store environmental information included in the user log update request data.
[0087] As a second example, if the user log update request data includes action log information, the processor 32 adds a new record to the action log information database (FIG. 7) associated with the user ID included in the user log update request data sent in step S101. The following information is stored in each field of the new record: The "Action Log ID" field stores the new action log ID. The "date and time" field stores information indicating the date and time of execution of step S101, which is included in the user log update request data. The "action" field, "start time" field, "end time" field, "calorie change" field, and "location information" field store the action information included in the user log update request data.
[0088] As a third example, if the user log update request data includes mental and physical log information, the processor 32 adds a new record to the mental and physical log information database (FIG. 8) associated with the user ID included in the user log update request data sent in step S101. The following information is stored in each field of the new record: The "Mind-body log ID" field stores the new mind-body log ID. The "date and time" field stores information indicating the date and time of execution of step S101, which is included in the user log update request data. The "Pulse Rate" field, "Menstrual Cycle" field, "Stress" field, and "Mindfulness" field store mental and physical information included in the user log update request data. This updates the user log information.
[0089] After step S300, the server 30 executes a skin condition estimation (S301). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the user information database (FIG. 5) to identify the estimation formula associated with the user ID included in the user log update request data. The processor 32 applies the user log information updated in step S300 to the identified estimation formula to calculate a skin score based on the user log information. The processor 32 stores information indicating the calculated skin score in the "first skin score" field of the skin evaluation log information database (FIG. 10) associated with the user ID.
[0090] (4-2) Processing updates to Hadalog FIG. 15 is a flowchart of the user log update process of this embodiment. Among the steps in FIG. 15, the steps executed by the client device 10 are executed as functions of a cosmetics providing application.
[0091] As shown in FIG. 15, the client device 10 executes acquisition of a skin image (S110). Specifically, the camera 16 captures an image of the user's skin. The processor 12 stores the acquired images in the storage device 11 .
[0092] After step S110, the client device 10 performs skin parameter estimation (S111). The processor 12 analyzes the image stored in the storage device 11 in step S110. The processor 12 applies a predetermined algorithm to the image analysis results to calculate the user's skin color value, moisture amount value, and sebum amount value.
[0093] After step S111, the client device 10 executes a skin log update request (S112). Specifically, the processor 12 transmits skin log update request data to the server 30. The skin log update request data includes the following information. User ID Information indicating the execution date and time of step S112 Image data of the image acquired in step S110 The skin color value, the sebum amount value, and the moisture amount value calculated in step S111
[0094] After step S112, the server 30 executes updating of the database (S310) based on the skin log update request data. Specifically, the processor 32 adds a new record to the skin log information database (FIG. 9) associated with the user ID included in the skin log update request data transmitted in step S112. The following information is stored in each field of the new record: The "Skin Log ID" field stores the new Skin Log ID. The "date and time" field stores information indicating the date and time when step S112 was performed, which is included in the skin log update request data. The "skin image" field stores the image data included in the skin log update request data. The "skin color" field stores the skin color value included in the skin log update request data. The "moisture content" field stores the moisture content value included in the skin log update request data. The "Sebum amount" field stores the value of the sebum amount included in the skin log update request data. This updates the skin log information.
[0095] After step S310, the server 30 executes a skin condition estimation (S311). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the user information database (FIG. 5) to identify the estimation equation associated with the user ID included in the skin log update request data. The processor 32 calculates a skin score based on the skin log information by applying the skin log information updated in step S310 to the identified estimation equation. The processor 32 stores information indicating the calculated skin score in the "first skin score" field of the skin evaluation log information database (FIG. 10) associated with the user ID.
[0096] (4-3) Processing of cosmetics provision Fig. 16 is a flowchart of the process of providing cosmetics according to this embodiment. Fig. 17 is a diagram of an example of a screen displayed in the information processing of Fig. 16.
[0097] As shown in FIG. 16, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes display of a menu screen (S520). Specifically, the processor 52 displays a screen P520 on the display. On the screen P520, a button object B520 is displayed. The button object B520 is an object that receives a user instruction to receive cosmetics.
[0098] After step S520, the cosmetic product providing device 50 executes the recipe request (S520). Specifically, when the user operates the button object B520, the processor 52 transmits recipe request data to the server 30. The recipe request data includes the machine ID of the cosmetic provision device 50.
[0099] After step S521, the server 30 performs a recipe selection (S320) based on the recipe request data. Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) to identify the owner user ID associated with the machine ID included in the recipe request data. The processor 32 refers to the skin evaluation log information database (FIG. 10) associated with the identified owner user ID to identify the latest skin score (for example, the first skin score of the record indicating the most recent date and time in the "date and time" field). The processor 32 refers to the recipe information database (FIG. 12) and identifies a record in which the identified skin score falls within the range indicated by the information in the "Condition" field. The processor 32 identifies the recipe ID of the identified record and the amount of each cosmetic base used.
[0100] After step S320, the server 30 executes a recipe response (S321). Specifically, processor 32 transmits the recipe response data to cosmetic product provision device 50. The recipe response data includes the following information: The recipe ID identified in step S320 The amount of each cosmetic base identified in step S320
[0101] After step S321, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes screen display (S522) based on the recipe response data. Specifically, the processor 52 displays the screen P522 on the display. The screen P522 includes display objects A522a to A522b and button objects B522a to B522b. The display object A 522a displays the recipe ID included in the recipe response data. The display object A522b displays the amount of each cosmetic base used that is included in the recipe response data.
[0102] The button object B522a is an object that receives a user instruction to increase or decrease the amount of each cosmetic base used shown in the display object A522b. The button object B522b is an object that receives a user instruction to finalize the amount of each cosmetic base used shown in the display object A522b.
[0103] After step S522, the cosmetic provision device 50 executes discharging of the cosmetic base (S523). Specifically, when the user operates the button object B522b, the processor 52 controls each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 so that the cosmetic base contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 is ejected in an amount corresponding to the usage amount of each cosmetic base indicated by the display object A522b.
[0104] The cosmetic base contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 is discharged from the discharge port 50ba. A user receives the discharged cosmetic base by inserting his / her hand into the discharge port 50ba. By mixing the received cosmetic base as necessary, a customized cosmetic product that matches the user's unique factors can be provided to the user.
[0105] After step S524, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes a remaining amount update request (S524). Specifically, the processor 52 transmits remaining amount update request data to the server 30. The remaining amount update request data includes the following information: Machine ID A value indicating the amount of cosmetic base discharged in step S523
[0106] After step S524, the server 30 executes updating of the database (S322). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) to identify the record of the machine ID included in the remaining amount update request data. The processor 32 subtracts the ejection amount value included in the remaining amount update request data from the value in the "cartridge" field of the identified record. As a result, the remaining amount of the cosmetic base contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 is stored in the server 30.
[0107] According to the above embodiment, it is possible to provide customized cosmetics that are adapted to the user's unique factors. However, the above is an example of an information processing system that can be preferably used in the present invention, and various modifications are possible. Some modifications are listed below, but the present invention is not limited to these.
[0108] (5) Variations (5-1) Variation 1 Variation 1 is an example in which a recipe is selected taking into consideration the user's feelings when receiving the cosmetic product.
[0109] (5-1-1) Recipe information database FIG. 18 is a diagram showing the data structure of the recipe information database of the first modification. As shown in FIG. 18, the recipe information database of the first modification includes an "emotion condition" field in addition to the fields in FIG. The "emotion condition" field stores an emotion code that is a criterion for selecting recipe information. The emotion code is information that indicates the user's emotion.
[0110] (5-1-2) Processing of cosmetics provision Fig. 19 is a flowchart of a process for providing cosmetics in Modification 1. Fig. 20 is a diagram of an example of a screen displayed in the information processing of Fig. 19. As shown in FIG. 19, the cosmetics provision device 50 acquires emotion information (S530). Specifically, when the user operates the button object B520, the processor 52 displays a screen P530 on the display.
[0111] The screen P530 includes button objects B530a to B530b. The button objects B530a-B530b are objects that accept a user's designation of an emotion. A code indicating an emotion is assigned to the button objects B530a-B530b. When the user operates the button object B530a, the processor 52 accepts the emotion code assigned to the button object B530a.
[0112] After step S530, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes a recipe request (S531). Specifically, the processor 52 transmits the recipe request data to the server 30 . The recipe request data includes the following information: · Machine ID of cosmetic dispenser 50 The emotion code received in step S530
[0113] After step S531, the server 30 executes recipe selection (S330). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) to identify the owner user ID associated with the machine ID included in the recipe request data. The processor 32 refers to the skin evaluation log information database (FIG. 10) associated with the identified owner user ID, and identifies the latest skin score (for example, the first skin score of the record whose "Date and Time" field information indicates the most recent date and time). The processor 32 refers to the recipe information database (FIG. 12) to identify a record in which the identified skin score is included in the information in the "condition" field. Processor 32 identifies, from among the identified records, a record in which the emotion code included in the recipe request data matches the information in the "emotion condition" field. The processor 32 identifies the recipe ID and the amount of each cosmetic base used in the identified record (i.e., the record based on the skin score and the emotion code).
[0114] After step S330, steps S321, S522 to S524, and S322 are executed in the same manner as in FIG. According to the first modification, a recipe is selected based on the user's emotions, which makes it possible to provide cosmetics that are more suited to the user's unique factors at that time.
[0115] (5-2) Variation 2 21 is a flowchart of the cartridge replacement process of the second modification. As shown in FIG. 21, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes a cartridge replacement request (S540). Specifically, when the user opens the upper portion 50a, replaces the cartridge CA in the cartridge slots 50aa to 50ae, and then closes the upper portion 50a, the processor 52 transmits cartridge replacement request data to the server 30. The cartridge exchange request data includes the following information: · Machine ID of cosmetic dispenser 50 Cartridge ID stored in IC chip CAa of newly installed cartridge CA The remaining amount stored in the IC chip CAa of the newly installed cartridge CA Information indicating the type of cosmetic base stored in the IC chip CAa of the newly installed cartridge CA If the newly installed cartridge CA is a non-genuine product, the cartridge exchange request data may not include at least one of the information indicating the cartridge ID, the remaining amount, and the type of cosmetic base.
[0116] After step S540, the server 30 executes cartridge determination (S340). Specifically, if the cartridge ID included in the cartridge exchange request data is not a specified cartridge ID, or if the cartridge exchange request data does not include a cartridge ID, the processor 32 determines that the newly installed cartridge CA is a non-genuine product.
[0117] After step S340, the server 30 executes updating of the database (S341). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) to identify the record of the machine ID included in the cartridge exchange request data. The processor 32 stores the cartridge ID and remaining amount value included in the cartridge exchange request data in the "cartridge" field of the identified record. If the processor 32 determines in step S340 that the product is a non-genuine product, the processor 32 may store a code indicating that the product is a non-genuine product in the "cartridge" field.
[0118] After step S341, the server 30 executes a cartridge exchange response (S342). Specifically, processor 32 transmits cartridge replacement response data to cosmetics provision device 50. If it is determined in step S340 that the cartridge CA is a non-genuine product, the cartridge replacement response data includes a message indicating that the newly attached cartridge CA is a non-genuine product.
[0119] After step S342, the cosmetics provision device 50 executes a warning (S541). Specifically, processor 52 displays the message included in the cartridge replacement response data on the display. According to the second modification, the fact that the newly installed cartridge CA is a non-genuine product can be stored in the server 30, and a warning can be issued to the user.
[0120] (5-3) Variation 3 The third modification is a modification of the configuration of the cosmetics provision device 50. (5-3-1) A description will be given of the configuration of the cosmetics providing device of Variation 3. Fig. 22 is a schematic diagram showing the configuration of the cosmetics providing device of Variation 3.
[0121] As shown in FIG. 22, a cosmetic provision device 50 includes a mixer 55 and a heater 56 in addition to the components shown in FIG. The mixer 55 is configured to mix the cosmetic bases contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5, and may be, for example, a hollow container equipped with a stirrer. The processor 52 controls the mixer 55 to mix the cosmetic bases contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5 and then discharge them. The cosmetic bases to be mixed are not limited to those contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5, and any two or more cosmetic bases contained in the cartridges CA1 to CA5 may be mixed.
[0122] The heater 56 is configured to heat the cosmetic base contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5, and may be, for example, a hollow container equipped with a heating means such as an electric heater. The processor 52 controls the heater 56 to heat the cosmetic base contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5 and then eject it. The cosmetic base to be heated is not limited to the cosmetic base contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5, and any two or more cosmetic bases contained in the cartridges CA1 to CA5 may be the target of heating.
[0123] (5-3-2) Recipe information database FIG. 23 is a diagram showing the data structure of the recipe information database of the third modification. As shown in FIG. 23, the recipe information database of the third modification includes a "mixer" field and a "heater" field in addition to the fields in FIG. The "Mixer" field includes a "Mixing Speed" field, a "Mixing Order" field, and a "Mixing Time" field. The "mixing speed" field stores a value indicating the mixing speed of the mixer 55. The "mixing order" field stores a cartridge slot ID indicating the mixing order of the mixer 55. The cartridge slot ID is information for identifying the cartridge slots 50ac to 50ae. The "mixing time" field stores a value indicating the mixing time taken by the mixer 55. The "Heater" field includes a "Heating Temperature" field and a "Heating Time" field. In the "heating temperature" field, a value indicating the heating temperature of the heater 56 is stored. The "heating time" field stores a value indicating the heating time of the heater 56.
[0124] (5-3-3) Provision of cosmetics The process of providing cosmetics in the third modification will be described. In step S320 of FIG. 16, processor 32 identifies a record whose skin score falls within the range indicated by the information in the “Condition” field, and then identifies the recipe ID of the identified record, the amount of each cosmetic base used, the control information for heater 56 (heating temperature and heating time), and the control information for mixer 55 (mixing speed, mixing order, and mixing time).
[0125] In step S321, processor 32 transmits recipe response data to cosmetic product providing device 50. The recipe response data includes the following information: The recipe ID identified in step S320 The amount of each cosmetic base identified in step S320 Control information for the mixer 55 identified in step S320 Control information for the heater 56 identified in step S320
[0126] In step S523, the processor 52 controls the cartridges CA3 to CA5, the mixer 55, and the heater 56 based on the usage amounts and control information included in the recipe response data. According to the third modification, the user can receive a cosmetic base that has been mixed and heated based on the user-specific information.
[0127] (5-4) Variation 4 Modification 4 is an example in which an emulsion base and a serum base are stored in the cartridge CA. The cartridges CA1 to CA2 of the fourth modified example may contain different types of emulsion bases, and the cartridges CA3 to CA5 may contain different types of serum bases.
[0128] For example, the emulsion base contained in cartridge CA1 is discharged when the cosmetic application process is performed in the time period after waking up (e.g., 6:00 to 8:00). In other words, the emulsion base contained in cartridge CA1 is used as a morning emulsion. Morning emulsion contains ingredients suitable for use before the day's activities. The emulsion base contained in cartridge CA2 is discharged when the cosmetic application process is performed in the time period before going to bed (e.g., 22:00 to 24:00). In other words, the emulsion base contained in cartridge CA1 is used as a night emulsion. Night emulsion contains ingredients suitable for use before going to bed. The beauty essence bases contained in the cartridges CA3 to CA5 are discharged based on the recipe information.
[0129] (5-5) Variation 5 The fifth modification is an example in which a formulation used for makeup is stored in the cartridge CA. As a first example, the cartridge CA1 contains a base that imparts a texture with little gloss (so-called matte texture). Cartridge CA2 contains a base that imparts a highly glossy texture (so-called lustrous texture). The cartridge CA3 contains a moisturizer base, which may include, for example, a skin moisturizing component, a UV protection component, or a combination of these components. Cartridge CA4 contains a foundation base that has a color tone (hue and saturation in the Munsell color system) that matches the skin color of the user and has high brightness. Cartridge CA5 contains a foundation base that has a color tone (hue and saturation in the Munsell color system) that matches the skin color of the user and has low lightness.
[0130] In step S320, after identifying the owner user ID, processor 32 refers to the skin log information database (FIG. 9) associated with the identified owner user ID to identify the latest skin color (for example, the skin color of the record indicating the most recent date and time in the "Date and Time" field). If the identified skin color is lighter than a predetermined threshold, the processor 32 selects a recipe with a high blend ratio of the base contained in the cartridge CA4. If the identified skin color is darker than a predetermined threshold, the processor 32 selects a recipe with a high blend ratio of the base contained in the cartridge CA5.
[0131] The second example differs from the first example in the following ways: Cartridge CA4 contains a foundation base that has a color tone (hue, saturation, and brightness in the Munsell color system) that matches the user's skin color and has a high coverage level. Cartridge CA5 contains a foundation base that has a color tone (hue, saturation, and brightness in the Munsell color system) that matches the user's skin color and has a low coverage level. The coverage level is the degree of effect in concealing skin blemishes and freckles.
[0132] In step S320, after identifying the owner user ID, processor 32 refers to the skin log information database (FIG. 9) associated with the identified owner user ID to identify the latest moisture content (for example, the moisture content of the record showing the most recent date and time in the "Date and Time" field). If the identified moisture content is higher than a predetermined threshold, processor 32 selects a recipe with a high blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA4, or a recipe with a low blend ratio of the moisturizer base contained in cartridge CA3. When the identified moisture content is equal to or less than a predetermined threshold, processor 32 selects a recipe with a high blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA5, or a recipe with a high blend ratio of the moisturizer base contained in cartridge CA3.
[0133] (5-6) Variation 6 The sixth modification is an example in which a predetermined notification is given to the user when the remaining amount of the cosmetic base contained in the cartridge CA becomes low. FIG. 25 is a diagram showing an example of a screen displayed in the information processing of FIG. As shown in FIG. 24, after step S322 (FIG. 16), the server 30 performs a near-end determination (S350). Specifically, processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) updated in step S322, and identifies from the “cartridge” field a cartridge whose remaining cosmetic base amount is below a predetermined threshold (hereinafter referred to as a “near-end cartridge”).
[0134] The server 30 executes a near-end notification (S351). Specifically, the processor 32 transmits near-end notification data to the client device 10 in which the cosmetics provision application associated with the owner user ID identified in step S320 is installed.
[0135] The client device 10 executes screen display (S150) based on the near-end notification data. Specifically, the processor 12 displays screen P150 on the display.
[0136] The screen P150 includes a display object A150 and button objects B150a to B150b. The display object A150 displays a message indicating the cartridge identified in step S350 as a near-end cartridge. The button object B150a is assigned a URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of a purchasing site for purchasing a cartridge of the same type as the cartridge identified as the near-end cartridge. When the user operates the button object B150a, the processor 12 accesses the URL assigned to the button object B150a. The button object B150b is assigned with the URL of a purchasing site for purchasing a cartridge recommended for the user. When the user operates the button object B150b, the processor 12 accesses the URL assigned to the button object B150b.
[0137] In the sixth modification, the server 30 may execute a process of purchasing and shipping a cartridge identified as a near-end cartridge, instead of notifying the near-end state (S351). In this case, the user can receive the new cartridge without performing any operations. According to the sixth modification, the user can use the cosmetic provision device 50 without worrying about the remaining amount in the cartridge.
[0138] (5-7) Variation 7 The seventh modification is an example in which a recipe is selected based on information stored in the prediction information providing server 70. FIG. 26 is a flowchart of a process for providing a cosmetic product according to the seventh modification. As shown in FIG. 26, after step S521 (FIG. 16), the server 30 executes a prediction information request (S360). Specifically, the processor 32 refers to the machine information database (FIG. 11) to identify the owner user ID associated with the machine ID included in the recipe request data. The prediction information providing server 70 stores a user ID, environment prediction information, behavior prediction information, and mind and body prediction information in association with each other. The processor 32 transmits the prediction information request data to the prediction information providing server 70. The prediction information request data includes the specified owner user ID.
[0139] After step S360, the prediction information providing server 70 executes identification of prediction information (S760). Specifically, the prediction information providing server 70 identifies prediction information (at least one of the environment prediction information, the behavior prediction information, and the mind and body prediction information) associated with the user ID included in the prediction information request data.
[0140] After step S760, the prediction information providing server 70 executes a prediction information response (S761). Specifically, the prediction information providing server 70 transmits prediction information response data to the server 30. The prediction information response data includes the prediction information identified in step S760.
[0141] After step S761, the server 30 executes recipe selection (S361). As a first example, after identifying the latest skin score, the processor 32 corrects the skin score based on the prediction information included in the prediction information response data. As an example, when the prediction information is environmental prediction information indicating a rain forecast, the processor 32 corrects the skin score assuming that the user will go to a high humidity environment. As another example, when the prediction information is behavior prediction information indicating exercise, the processor 32 corrects the skin score assuming that the user will exercise. As another example, when the prediction information is mind and body prediction information related to the mind and body, the processor 32 corrects the skin score assuming an increase in the amount of sebum secretion (that is, a deterioration in the skin condition).
[0142] Processor 32 refers to the recipe information database (FIG. 12) to identify a record in which the corrected skin score falls within the range indicated by the information in the "Condition" field. The processor 32 identifies the recipe ID of the identified record and the amount of each cosmetic base used.
[0143] As a second example, the same base as that in the first example of the fifth modified example is stored in the cartridges CA1 to CA5. The "Condition" field of the recipe information database (FIG. 12) stores the contents of prediction information that are the criterion for selecting recipe information. The contents of the prediction information indicate events that do not affect the skin condition. Processor 32 refers to the recipe information database (FIG. 12) to identify a record whose "condition" field information matches the prediction information. The processor 32 identifies the recipe ID of the identified record and the amount of each cosmetic base used.
[0144] As an example, if the behavioral prediction information indicates an action in which glossy makeup is preferred (e.g., attending a party), processor 32 selects a recipe in which the blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA2 is higher than the blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA1. As another example, if the behavioral prediction information indicates an behavior in which conservative makeup is preferred (attending a business meeting), processor 32 selects a recipe in which the blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA1 is higher than the blend ratio of the base contained in cartridge CA2.
[0145] According to the seventh modification, it is possible to provide the user with customized cosmetics that are suited to both the user log information (that is, factors specific to the past user) and the prediction information (that is, factors specific to the future user).
[0146] (5-8) Variation 8 Modification 8 is an example in which a recipe is selected by further taking prediction information into consideration. In step S320 (FIG. 16), after identifying the owner user ID, the processor 32 identifies either the first skin score or the second skin score depending on the execution time of the process. For example, if the execution time of the process is between 6:00 and 8:00, the processor 32 identifies the latest first skin score. If the execution time of the process is between 22:00 and 24:00, the processor 32 identifies the latest second skin score. The processor 32 refers to the recipe information database (FIG. 12) and identifies a record in which the identified skin score (first skin score or second skin score) falls within the range indicated by the information in the "Condition" field. The processor 32 identifies the recipe ID of the identified record and the amount of each cosmetic base used.
[0147] According to the eighth modification, the skin score to be referred to for recipe selection is switched depending on the time when the user uses the cosmetics provision device 50. In particular, after waking up, a recipe is selected by referring to the first skin score based on past user-specific information. Before going to bed, a recipe is selected by referring to the second skin score based on past user-specific information and future user-specific information. This makes it possible to provide customized cosmetics that suit the user's lifestyle.
[0148] (5-9) Variation 9 The ninth modification is an example in which the amount of cosmetics provided by the cosmetics provision device 50 is adjusted for each user. The user information database (FIG. 5) further stores size information indicating the size of the part (e.g., face) to which the cosmetic product is to be applied. The size information may be determined based on a user instruction or may be estimated from an image of the part.
[0149] In step S321 (FIG. 16), the server 30 identifies the size information associated with the owner user ID identified in step S320. Server 30 transmits the recipe response data to cosmetics provision device 50. The recipe response data includes the following information: The recipe ID identified in step S320 The amount of each cosmetic base identified in step S320 -Specific size information
[0150] In step S523, the cosmetic product provision device 50 determines the amount of cosmetic base to be provided based on the size information included in the recipe response data. Specifically, the processor 52 determines the amount of cosmetic base to be used based on the size information. The processor 52 controls each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 so that the cosmetic base contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 is ejected in the determined amount to be used. The amount of cosmetic base used may be the amount ejected from each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5, or may be the total amount of cosmetic base ejected from the cartridges CA1 to CA5. According to the ninth modification, a customized cosmetic product can be provided in an amount suited to the user.

[0159] According to the eighth aspect of the above embodiment, the server 30 can manage information on the cartridge CA set in the cosmetics provision device 50 (FIG. 11).
[0160] In a ninth aspect of the above embodiment, the cartridge information includes information indicating the remaining amount of the cosmetic base contained in the cartridge (FIG. 11).
[0161] According to the ninth aspect of the above embodiment, the server 30 can manage the remaining amount of the cosmetic base contained in the cartridge CA set in the cosmetic provision device 50.

[0166] In a fourteenth aspect of the above embodiment, the cartridge information includes information indicating the remaining amount of the cosmetic base contained in the cartridge CA.
[0167] (7) Other modifications The storage device 11 may be connected to the client device 10 via the network NW. The storage device 31 may be connected to the server 30 via the network NW. The storage device 51 may be connected to the cosmetics provision device 50 via the network NW.
[0168] Each step of the above information processing can be executed by any of the client device 10, the server 30, and the cosmetics providing device 50. The recipe information database (FIG. 12) may include a "mixing ratio" field instead of the "usage amount" field. The "blending ratio" field stores information indicating the blending ratio of the cosmetic bases contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5.
[0169] In step S523 (FIG. 16), the processor 52 ejects the cosmetic base contained in each of the cartridges CA1 to CA5 at a ratio based on the information indicating the blending ratio so that the total amount of the cosmetic base ejected becomes a constant amount. This example is particularly preferable when the cartridge CA contains a base agent used for makeup, as in the fifth modified example.
[0170] The server 30 may acquire user log information (at least one of the environmental log information, the behavior log information, and the mind-body log information) from a device (for example, an external server) other than the wearable device 90. In this case, the external server stores the user ID and the user log information in association with each other.
[0171] The mind-body log information may further include the following information: ·User height ·User weight - User's body fat
[0172] The skin log information may further include the following information: -Information showing skin moisture level -Information showing the level of skin wrinkles -Information showing the level of skin blemishes
[0173] The server 30 may further select a recipe based on at least one of the following: · User attribute information (Figure 5) · Cosmetics used ID (Figure 5) Medical interview (Fig. 5)
[0174] In the skin log information database of FIG. 9, the "skin color" field, the "moisture content" field, and the "sebum content" field may store measurement values measured by a measuring device.
[0175] Cosmetics customized based on user-specific information using the information processing system or the like as described above in detail are provided to a user, for example, from the discharge outlet 50ba of the cosmetics provision device shown in Fig. 2A. In the example of Fig. 2A, when the user inserts his / her hand into the discharge outlet 50ba, the cosmetic base is discharged onto the hand.
[0176] Specific modes of ejection include a mode in which the cosmetic bases contained in each cartridge are ejected separately from multiple ejection ports (nozzles, etc.) connected to each cartridge, a mode in which tubular members that transport the cosmetic bases from each cartridge to the ejection ports are connected inside the device (for example, near the ejection ports) and the mixed cosmetic bases are ejected from a single ejection port, or a mode in which the user takes a predetermined amount of a predetermined cosmetic base from each cartridge and mixes it himself / herself according to recipe information obtained from an information processing system is also possible.
[0177] In any of the above-mentioned embodiments, the user will ultimately mix the cosmetic base or base mixture appropriately on his / her hands before using the cosmetic. In this case, if the cosmetic bases are difficult to mix with each other, this may affect the user's emotions. That is, even if a cosmetic base with a composition suitable for the user at that time and day is provided, the user's stress index may change when mixing the bases, and the cosmetic may no longer match the user's emotions when using the cosmetic. Therefore, it is important that the cosmetic bases constituting the customized cosmetic, i.e., the cosmetic bases contained in the above-mentioned cartridges CA1 to CA5, are prepared so that they can be mixed well with each other.
[0178] The cosmetic kit according to the present invention includes a plurality of cosmetic bases that are easily mixed with each other, so that a user can mix the bases without stress and use a customized cosmetic product.
[0179] In the present invention, a new index is established to represent the ease of mixing of a base, and a base that satisfies the conditions based on this index is defined as being easy to mix (easy to homogenize). Specifically, when a container filled with at least two types of bases is rotated at a predetermined speed while the absorbance of the mixture in the container is measured, the time until the rate of change in the absorbance per unit time becomes ±5% or less is used as a parameter, and whether or not this value is within 35 minutes is used as an indicator of whether or not the bases are easy to mix with each other (easy to homogenize).
[0180] The above-mentioned index can be measured, for example, as follows. Attach a diffuse reflection measurement accessory (ACC101) to a near-infrared measurement device (MB3600) manufactured by ABB. Place a base sample filled with a total of 8 g in a screw tube (20 ml) on the rotating device attached to the ACC101, and measure the near-infrared absorption of the base sample in the screw tube while rotating at 3 RPM. The measurement is carried out under the measurement conditions of a wavenumber range: 4000~10000K (K = cm -1 ), resolution: 8K, and number of scans: 16 times.
[0181] When the absorbance curve of 4000~10000K obtained in one measurement is defined as f(K), the integrated value (A) of the absorbance for one measurement is represented by the following formula (1).
Equation
[0182] While continuing the above rotation, measurements are carried out at a frequency of once every 30 seconds. When the integrated value of the absorbance (formula (1)) in the nth measurement is denoted as "An", the change rate (Rn) of the integrated values of the absorbance in the nth measurement and the (n + 1)th measurement is represented by the following formula.
Equation
[0183] In the present invention, the time (T) required until the above change rate (Rn) falls within the range of 95%~105% (100%±5%) for at least two consecutive times is used as an index of ease of mixing. That is, when Rn and Rn + 1 first continuously fall within the range of 95~105%, the time (T) up to the nth measurement becomes the index. Actually, it was confirmed that the mixture with Rn in the range of 95% < R < 105% is also homogeneous in appearance, and the mixture with Rn not falling within the range of 100%±5% is heterogeneous even by visual observation.
[0184] The cosmetic kit of the present invention contains multiple cosmetic bases, and the time (T) measured when mixing at least two of the cosmetic bases is within 35 minutes, preferably within 30 minutes. The cosmetic bases prepared to satisfy such conditions can be easily and stress-freely mixed by the user.
[0185] The above-mentioned technique, i.e., the method of judging homogenization using near-infrared measurement, can be applied to judging the mixability of any substance other than the cosmetic base of the present invention. That is, this is a method for determining the mixability of at least two types of substances, which comprises placing the at least two types of substances in the same container, performing near-infrared measurement of the substances while appropriately stirring, and when, for the first time in the nth measurement, the rate of change [(An / An-1)×100] of the absorbance (An) in the previous measurement relative to the absorbance (An-1) becomes from 95% to 105%, and further, the rate of change [(An+1 / An)×100] of the absorbance in the next measurement relative to the absorbance (An+1), becomes from 95% to 105%, the method can be used as a determination method using the time (T) required until the n-1th measurement as an index.
[0186] The mixing method may be, for example, rotating, vibrating, or rocking the container containing the substance, or stirring with a stirrer provided in the container. The substance to be evaluated is not limited to liquids, and may be a powder with flowability. It is also possible to heat the substance in the container at the same time as the mixing, and thereby the mixability of a substance that is solid at room temperature, such as a thermoplastic substance or wax, can also be evaluated.
[0187] The wavelength range for measuring absorbance is not particularly limited as long as it is within the near-infrared wavelength range (750 nm to 2500 nm). The time (T) that is the index of "mixability" can be set arbitrarily according to the required mixing state. For example, for the mixability between liquid substances, the threshold value for mixability can be set to about 60 minutes, 50 minutes, 40 minutes, or 30 minutes.
[0188] In addition to the "ease of mixing" mentioned above, the cosmetic bases contained in the cosmetic kit of the present invention are preferably set so that the total amount of the customized cosmetic prepared by mixing the bases falls within a predetermined range. This is because the final amount of the customized cosmetic product may affect the feel when used.
[0189] That is, even when mixing bases that are easily mixed with each other, if the total amount is less than 0.3 ml or more than 1.35 ml, the feeling of use of the resulting customized cosmetic product may be deteriorated. In the case of customized cosmetics prepared mainly for the face, it is preferable to adjust the amount to within the above range.
[0190] Controlling the total amount of customized cosmetic product within a predetermined range can be easily achieved, for example, when using an information processing system as described above, by setting in advance the total amount of cosmetic base to be ejected, as in the above-mentioned variant example 9.
[0191] As described above, the cosmetic kit of the present invention, which contains multiple cosmetic bases, each of which has its own unique properties and is easily mixed with each other, is particularly suitable for use in a system that prepares customized cosmetics according to recipe information based on user-specific information.
[0192] The cosmetic bases contained in the cosmetic kit of the present invention can be in the form of aqueous, oily, oil-in-water emulsion, water-in-oil emulsion, multiple emulsion, etc. Each base contains preferred ingredients according to its form. The feel of the cosmetics obtained by mixing these bases changes depending on the type and amount (or mixing ratio) of the final ingredients, and accordingly the psychological effect on the user when applied to the skin also changes. Therefore, customized cosmetics prepared according to recipe information selected based on user-specific information function as cosmetics suitable for the user on that day and at that time.
[0193] In the cosmetic kit of the present invention, each cosmetic base is preferably provided in a separate container, and more preferably, each cosmetic base is provided in a cartridge that can be held in a slot of the cosmetic dispenser as described above.
[0194] In cosmetics prepared by mixing cosmetic bases, the feel of the product may change depending on the type of thickener used. Furthermore, it is believed that bases containing the same thickener tend to be easily mixed together, while bases containing different thickeners tend to be difficult to mix. However, in the present invention, each base is prepared so that the index of ease of mixing (T) is within 35 minutes using a determination method using near-infrared rays, and therefore, even if the thickeners blended into the first base and the second base are different, the customized cosmetic obtained by mixing them has excellent usability.
[0195] Therefore, the cosmetic kit of the present invention includes an embodiment in which a first base contains a first thickener and a second base contains a second thickener, and the first thickener and the second thickener are different substances. By adopting such an embodiment, it is possible to provide the user with a unique feel when using each base.
[0196] The thickener to be blended in the base of the present invention may be any thickener that is commonly used in cosmetics and is not particularly limited. For example, plant-based polymers such as gum arabic, gum tragacanth, galactan, guar gum, carob gum, karaya gum, gellan gum, carrageenan, and quince seed (quince); microbial polymers such as xanthan gum, dextran, succinoglucan, and pullulan; animal-based polymers such as collagen, casein, sodium caseinate, albumin, and gelatin; starch-based polymers such as dextrin, sodium alginate, carboxymethyl starch, and methylhydroxypropyl starch; methylcellulose, ethylcellulose, methylhydroxypropylcellulose, carboxymethylcellulose, hydroxyethylcellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, sodium cellulose sulfate, and hydroxypropylcellulose. [0216] [Table 4]
[0217] The bases of Examples 1 to 3 and Comparative Example 1 were mixed in the ratios shown in Table 5 below so that the total amount was 8 g. The ease of mixing (time required for homogenization: T) was measured by the method described in paragraphs 0180 to 0184, and the feel of use (weight of spread, quickness of absorption, stickiness) of the resulting mixture (customized cosmetic product) was evaluated by a specialist panel. The evaluation criteria for the feeling of use were as follows: A: More than 4 out of 8 expert panelists rated it as excellent in usability. B: Less than 3 out of 8 expert panelists rated it as excellent in usability
[0218] [Table 5]
[0219] As shown in Table 5, when the bases are easily mixed with each other and the time required for homogenization (T) measured by the method described in paragraphs 0180 to 0184 is within 35 minutes, the cosmetic product obtained by mixing has excellent usability. On the other hand, when the bases in sample 3, which are difficult to mix (time required for homogenization is 120 minutes), were combined, the usability of the cosmetic product obtained was insufficient.
[0220] When preparing cosmetics by mixing bases, we checked the effect of the total amount on usability. The results are shown in Table 6. The bases used for mixing were those of Examples 1, 2, and 3, and two or three selected from them were mixed in various ratios, but the same usability was observed if the total amount was the same. That is, in particular for facial cosmetics, it is preferable to use the total amount in the range (0.3 to 1.35 ml) where excellent usability has been confirmed.
