Abstract
Description
[Technical field]
[0001] The present disclosure relates to, for example, a support technology for supporting flange fastening in a pipeline system. [Background technology]
[0002] The tightening torque and bolt axial force value applied to the flanges by the bolts are traditionally used for tightening gaskets. The tightening torque and bolt axial force value are tightening information related to the bolts that tighten the flanges. Regarding the tightening of this gasket, a system is known that uses tightening surface pressure corresponding to the type of gasket and internal fluid, multiple tightening forces, bolt information, and the like to grasp the tightening torque (for example, Patent Document 1). Regarding the tightening of the bolt, it is known to convert the strain generated in the bolt into data and to visualize the tightening state of the bolt (for example, Patent Document 2). [Prior art documents] [Patent documents]
[0003] [Patent Document 1] JP 2014-225219 A [Patent Document 2] JP 2015-141345 A Summary of the Invention [Problem to be solved by the invention]
[0004] Incidentally, the tightening torque and axial force of bolts have been used to manage the tightening of gaskets. When fastening, strain occurs in the bolts that fasten the flanges. The reason for this is that it is believed that by measuring this strain, it is possible to grasp the load applied from the flange to the gasket.
[0005] However, when the relationship between the bolt, flange and gasket is examined closely, the bolt tightening force acts on the flange, but the tightening force only acts indirectly on the gasket via the flange. The flange receives the load caused by the tightening of the bolt, but this load only acts on the gasket via the flange. The torque value and axial force value applied to the bolt are only the load acting partially on the flange, and cannot be said to represent the load acting on the gasket.
[0006] For this reason, the following problems arise in managing the tightening of the gasket: a) The torque and preload values obtained from the bolts are information about the bolts and do not measure the load on the gasket. b) The bolt torque and axial force values are only indirect information regarding the load that the gasket receives from the flange and are only a guide to the load that the gasket will receive. c) The bolt torque and axial force values are affected by the tightening condition of the bolts and flanges, and this effect cannot be ignored.
[0007] In view of this problem, the inventors have come to the realization that it would be beneficial to obtain deformation information from a gasket that deforms due to a load applied between the flanges, and to support flange fastening based on this deformation information.
[0008] Therefore, based on the above problems and findings, an object of the present disclosure is to obtain deformation information from a gasket during flange fastening and to support flange fastening by visualizing this deformation information. [Means for solving the problem]

In this flange fastening support system, the contacts of the contact mechanism are further configured to change from non-conductive to conductive when the load is equal to or greater than the threshold value. With The contact spacing is set to In this flange fastening support system, the fastening determination unit detects the continuity information or the non-continuity information from each sensor when the flange is fastened. Continuity The information may be obtained on a regular or irregular basis. In this flange fastening support system, the fastening judgment unit may judge the fastening state of the bolt in response to a judgment instruction operation, and generate notification information including judgment result information of the fastening state.
[0010] In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of a flange fastening support method disclosed herein, when a load applied to a gasket from between the flanges during flange fastening is equal to or greater than a threshold value, a conductive layer is formed between the contact points. With The method includes a step of measuring deformation of the gasket by two or more sensors including a contact mechanism comprising: a fastening determination unit acquiring one or both of conductivity information and non-conductivity information from each sensor, and determining the fastening state of each bolt based on a combination of conductivity information, a combination of non-conductivity information, or a combination of conductivity information and non-conductivity information acquired from at least two adjacent sensors; and a step of an information presenting unit presenting a flange fastening determination result in association with position information of the bolt.
[0011] In order to achieve the above object, according to one aspect of the program of the present disclosure, there is provided a program for supporting flange fastening by a computer, the program comprising: a program for supporting a gasket in a flange fastening step when a load applied to the gasket from between the flanges is equal to or greater than a threshold value during the flange fastening step; To Conductive between contacts WithTwo or more sensors each including a contact mechanism 、 The computer realizes a function of acquiring either or both of conductivity information and non-conductivity information, a function of determining the fastening state of each bolt based on a combination of conductivity information, a combination of non-conductivity information, or a combination of conductivity information and non-conductivity information obtained from at least two adjacent sensors, and a function of generating flange fastening judgment result information in association with the bolt position information.

Effect of the Invention
[0013] According to the present disclosure, any of the following effects can be obtained. (1) When a gasket is subjected to a load between the flanges during flange fastening, deformation information from the gasket can be obtained as continuity or non-continuity information, and the judgment results showing the fastening state can be visualized to support flange fastening. (2) The deformation of the gasket can be obtained directly from the gasket using a sensor installed on the gasket, and the fastening state of each bolt can be determined using the output information of at least two sensors, that is, a combination of continuity information, a combination of non-continuity information, or a combination of continuity information and non-continuity information. The determination result can be presented in relation to bolt position information, thereby improving the accuracy of flange fastening. (3) Contractors and managers can refer to the judgment result information in a timely manner while the flanges are being tightened, and can recognize whether the bolts are being tightened too tightly or not and make any adjustments accordingly. This enables the optimization of the flange tightening and the uniformity of the tightening of each flange. (4) The management accuracy of flange fastening can be improved by visualizing the fastening state of the flange fastening. [Brief description of the drawings]

[0015] First Embodiment Fig. 1 shows a flange fastening support system 2 according to a first embodiment of the present disclosure. The configuration of this flange fastening support system 2 is an example, and the present disclosure is not limited to such a configuration. In Fig. 1, O is the center of the member, and X, Y, and Z are three-dimensional coordinate axes.
[0016] This flange fastening support system 2 is a system for, for example, acquiring deformation information directly from the gasket 4 during initial fastening, determining and visualizing the fastening state, and supporting flange fastening based on the determination results. This flange fastening support system 2 includes the gasket 4, sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4 as multiple sensors, an intermediary unit 8, and a flange fastening support unit 10 in order to process deformation information of the gasket 4 and to perform the visualization thereof.
[0017] The gasket 4 is, for example, a sheet gasket made of a synthetic resin material processed into a sheet shape. The synthetic resin material used is a resin material containing polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) and a filler, but materials such as resins other than PTFE and rubber may also be used. A sheet material of uniform thickness is used for this gasket 4, and this sheet material is formed, for example, by punching. This gasket 4, for example, comprises an annular gasket body 14 having a circular through-hole 12 formed therein, and protrusions 16 are formed in the X-axis direction and the Y-axis direction on the periphery of this gasket body 14, and through-holes 18 are formed in each of the protrusions 16. These protrusions 16 and through-holes 18 may be formed in two locations in either the X-axis direction or the Y-axis direction.
[0018] In the gasket body 14, a restraint portion 20 is set around the through hole 12, and a non-restraint portion 22 is set concentrically with the restraint portion 20. The dashed line is an imaginary line that separates the area of the restraint portion 20 from the area of the non-restraint portion 22. The restraint portion 20 is an area that is restrained by the flange fastening portion. In contrast, the non-restraint portion 22 is an area that is not restrained by the flange fastening portion. The non-constraint portion 22 is formed with a plurality of inner cut portions 24 for removing deformation of the gasket 4 due to load when the flange is fastened. Each inner cut portion 24 is an example of a cutout portion formed in the gasket 4. Each inner cut portion 24 is, for example, a through hole or a recess that forms an arc concentric with the through hole 12. The inner cut portions 24 are arranged alternately with the through holes 18, but are not limited to this.
[0019] The sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 installed in each inner cut portion 24 individually detect the deformation occurring in each inner cut portion 24. That is, the deformation of the gasket 4 occurring in the non-constrained portion 22 is received by the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, and the deformation is detected by the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4.
[0020] Each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is individually connected to the relay unit 8 by a pair of sensor leads 26-1 and 26-2. The measurement outputs of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 are collected and integrated in the relay unit 8. The flange fastening support section 10 is connected to this relay section 8 by a cable 28 , and the accumulated information of the relay section 8 is taken into the flange fastening support section 10 . The measurement output of each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4 is physical information indicating, for example, conduction (ON) or non-conduction (OFF) that indicates the deformation of the gasket 4. This physical information may be any of impedance information, voltage information, or current information in addition to ON information or OFF information that indicates the deformation of the gasket 4.
[0021] The flange fastening support unit 10 is, for example, an example of a flange fastening support device configured in an independent housing. This flange fastening support unit 10 constitutes a computer system that supports flange fastening using deformation information directly acquired from the gasket 4. This flange fastening support unit 10 includes a server 30, an information presentation unit 32, and an information input unit 34. The server 30 is an example of a fastening judgment unit, and judges the fastening state using deformation information of the gasket 4. The information presentation unit 32 presents presentation information such as the judgment result output by the server 30, for example, as text information or video information. The information input unit 34 is used to input or acquire various information required for the flange fastening support processing. This information input or information acquisition includes input of flange information, gasket information, etc. to the server 30, and selection of information for presentation by the information presentation unit 32.
[0022] <Inner cut section 24 and sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, 6-4> FIG. 2 shows an example of the inner cut portion 24 of the gasket 4 and the sensor 6-1. The inner cut portion 24 includes a deformation removal portion 36 and a pair of slit portions 38-1, 38-2 in order to remove deformation that occurs in the gasket 4 when the flange is fastened. The deformation removal portion 36 includes arcuate wall portions 40-1 and 40-2, vertical wall portions 42-11 and 42-12 divided by a slit portion 38-1, and vertical wall portions 42-21 and 42-22 divided by a slit portion 38-2. Each of the arcuate wall portions 40-1 and 40-2 is concentric with the through hole 12 of the gasket 4 or the peripheral edge 44 of the gasket body portion 14. The vertical wall portions 42-11, 42-12, 42-21, and 42-22 include vertical surfaces perpendicular to the radial vertical surface of the through hole 12 or the tangent to the peripheral edge 44 of the gasket body portion 14.
[0023] The slit portion 38-1 and the slit portion 38-2 are concentric with the through hole 12 of the gasket 4 or the periphery 44 of the gasket body portion 14, like the arcuate wall portions 40-1 and 40-2. By forming such slit portions 38-1 and 38-2, the shape retention strength of the vertical wall portions 42-11, 42-12, 42-21 and 42-22 is relaxed, and the deformation in the radial direction and the spacing direction of the arcuate wall portions 40-1 and 40-2 is facilitated. Therefore, when the deformation of the gasket 4 spreads from the restraint portion 20 to the non-restraint portion 22, the spacing D between the arcuate wall portions 40-1 and 40-2 changes. This change is applied to the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4 in the corresponding inner cut portion 24, and a detection output representing the deformation is taken out from one or more of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3 and 6-4.
[0024] Each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is removably installed within the inner cut portion 24. Each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is provided with a contact mechanism 48 including contacts 46-1, 46-2 that move in response to deformation of the inner cut portion 24. This contact mechanism 48 includes a contact support mechanism 50 that movably supports the contacts 46-1, 46-2. This contact support mechanism 50 is removably installed in the inner cut portion 24, and has a plurality of stoppers 52 to prevent it from falling off from the inner cut portion 24.
[0025] <Contact mechanism 48> FIG. 3 shows the contact mechanism 48 in an exploded view. Each of the contacts 46-1, 46-2 is formed of a conductive plate having electrical conductivity and elasticity, such as phosphor bronze. For example, each of the contacts 46-1, 46-2 has a mountain-shaped contact portion 54 formed on a conductive plate processed into a rectangular shape, and flat fixing portions 56 are formed on both sides of the contact portion 54. A rectangular fixing hole 58 is formed in each fixing portion 56, and a lead pull-out portion 60 is formed in one of the fixing portions 56. A sensor lead 26-1 is connected to the contact 46-1, and a sensor lead 26-2 is connected to the contact 46-2.
[0026] The contact support mechanism 50 is integrally provided with a support wall portion 62-1 that supports the contact 46-1, a support wall portion 62-2 that supports the contact 46-2, and an elastic support portion 64 that causes the support walls 62-1, 62-2 to follow the deformation of the inner cut portion 24. The support walls 62-1, 62-2 are formed of an insulating material, such as an insulating synthetic resin, that electrically insulates the contacts 46-1, 46-2 from each other. In order to improve the ability to follow the deformation of the inner cut portion 24, the support walls 62-1, 62-2 may be provided with elasticity. The elastic support portion 64 is made of an elastic material such as an elastic synthetic resin for elastically supporting the contacts 46-1, 46-2 so that the distance d between the contacts 46-1, 46-2 follows the deformation of the gasket 4 appearing in the inner cut portion 24. The support wall portion 62-1 is formed with a pair of hook portions 66 for fixing the contacts 46-1, and similarly, the support wall portion 62-2 is formed with a pair of hook portions 66 for fixing the contacts 46-2.
[0027] FIG. 4 shows a fixing structure for the contacts 46-1 and 46-2. The contact 46-1 is fixed to the support wall portion 62-1 side by engaging the hook portion 66 with the fixing hole 58, and the contact 46-2 is fixed to the support wall portion 62-2 side by engaging the hook portion 66 with the fixing hole 58.
[0028] <Setting the distance d between contacts 46-1 and 46-2> FIG. 5 shows the distance d that is set between the contacts 46-1, 46-2. In the contact mechanism 48, a distance d between the contact portions 54 is set or adjusted so that the contacts 46-1, 46-2 come into contact when the load F received by the gasket 4 reaches or exceeds a threshold value Fth. The distance d is set or adjusted mainly by adjusting the distance between the contact portions 54, and is optimized by referring to physical information such as the elastic coefficient of the contact support mechanism 50 including the support wall portions 62-1, 62-2 and the elastic support portion 64. Adjusting the distance d makes it possible to absorb the elastic coefficient of the contact support mechanism 50 including the support wall portions 62-1, 62-2 and the elastic support portion 64.
[0029] <Flange fastening part 68> FIG. 6 shows an example of a flange fastener 68 using a gasket 4 . This flange fastening portion 68 includes a flange 72-1 at the end of the pipe 70-1 and a flange 72-2 at the end of the pipe 70-2. A gasket seat 74 is formed on the opposing surface of each of the flanges 72-1, 72-2. Each of the gasket seats 74 is a protruding annular portion that surrounds a circular hole 76 of the flanges 72-1, 72-2. A gasket 4 is installed between these gasket seats 74. Therefore, the restraining portion 20 (FIG. 1) set on the gasket 4 is an area (contact portion) that contacts the flanges 72-1, 72-2, whereas the non-restraining portion 22 (FIG. 1) is an area (non-contact portion) that does not contact the flanges 72-1, 72-2.
[0030] In the flanges 72-1 and 72-2, four through holes 78 are formed at common positions on the X-axis and the Y-axis on a circle concentric with the Z-axis, for example, at angular intervals of 90 degrees. When fastening the flanges, the gasket 4 is sandwiched between the flanges 72-1, 72-2, the through holes 78 of the flanges 72-1, 72-2 are aligned with the through holes 18 of the gasket 4, and the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3 (not shown), 80-4 are passed through them. A pair of nuts 82 and washers 84 are individually attached to each of the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, 80-4, sandwiching the flanges 72-1, 72-2 therebetween.
[0031] A tightening tool 86 is used to tighten the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4. The fitting ring portion 88 is fitted to the nut 82, and a torque T is applied to the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 from a handle portion 90 of the tightening tool 86. As a result, a load F is applied from the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 between the flanges 72-1 and 72-2, and this load F is applied to the gasket 4 from the flanges 72-1 and 72-2.
[0032] <Changes in shape occurring in the inner cut portion 24 and their detection> FIG. 7 shows a cross section of the flange fastening portion 68 at the sensor 6-1 portion. When a load F is applied to the gasket 4 from the flanges 72-1 and 72-2, the gasket 4 deforms according to the magnitude of the load F. This deformation appears in the circumferential direction of the gasket 4. This deformation spreads from the restrained portion 20 to the non-restrained portion 22, changing the spacing D of the inner cut portion 24.
[0033] For example, in sensor 6-1, when a tightening force is applied to bolts 80-1, 80-2, a load F acts from flanges 72-1, 72-2, which receive this tightening force, to gasket 4 between gasket seats 74. This load F causes the gasket 4 to deform, spreading from restrained portion 20 to non-restrained portion 22 and reducing distance D of inner cut portion 24. This reduction in distance D is followed by the contacts 46-1, 46-2 of sensor 6-1. In the sensor 6-1, depending on whether the load F received between the flanges 72-1, 72-2 is equal to or greater than a threshold value Fth, the contacts 46-1, 46-2 are in a non-conductive (OFF) or conductive (ON) state, and binary information of ON / OFF is obtained.
[0034] <Example of deformation detection of the inner cut portion 24> FIG. 8A shows the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 in the OFF state. When the tightening force of the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 is small, such as when the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 are temporarily fastened, or when the load F applied to the gasket 4 from between the flanges 72-1 and 72-2 is less than the threshold value Fth (F=FL), the change in the gap D appearing in the inner cut portion 24 is small. At this time, the contact portions 54 are not in contact with each other, and the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 are in the OFF state.
[0035] FIG. 8B shows the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 in the ON state. If the fastening force of each of the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 is large and the load F applied to the gasket 4 from between the flanges 72-1 and 72-2 is equal to or greater than the threshold value Fth (F=FH), the change in the gap D appearing in the inner cut portion 24 is large and the gap D is reduced. At this time, the contact portions 54 transition from a non-contact state to a contact state, and the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 are switched from an OFF state to an ON state. The other sensors 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 detect the deformation of the inner cut portion 24 in the same manner, and therefore the description thereof will be omitted.
[0036] <Hardware for flange fastening support system 2> Fig. 9 shows hardware of the flange fastening support system 2. In Fig. 9, the same parts as in Fig. 1 are given the same reference numerals. The sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 are detachably installed in the inner cut portion 24 and are integrated with the gasket 4.
[0037] The relay unit 8 includes a sensor circuit 92 and a relay processing unit 94. The sensor circuit 92 is individually connected to the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 via sensor leads 26-1 and 26-2, and converts the ON or OFF of the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 into an electrical signal. For example, the sensor circuit 92 supplies power to the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, and outputs the ON or OFF state of the contacts 46-1 and 46-2 as voltage levels of L (low potential) and H (high potential), for example. The relay processing unit 94 includes a processor and a memory unit, holds output information of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, and upon receiving an instruction from the server 30, transmits the output information of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 to the server 30.
[0038] The server 30 includes a processor 96, a storage unit 98, a timer 100, and an input / output unit (I / O) 102. The processor 96 executes various programs, such as an OS (Operating System) and a flange fastening support program, stored in the storage unit 98, and generates flange fastening support information. The memory unit 98 is an example of a recording medium for storing programs such as the flange fastening support program and data such as support information used to execute the program. The memory unit 98 is composed of storage elements such as a ROM (Read-Only Memory) and a RAM (Random-Access Memory). The ROM is used to store various programs such as the OS and the flange fastening support program, a support information database (DB) 120 described below, a sensor output information table 122 that stores judgment information, a bolt fastening judgment logic table 124, a bolt fastening information table 126, and the like. The RAM is used as a work area for information processing. The timer 100 is an example of a time information output unit, and generates time information such as the timing for measuring flange fastening. Under the control of the processor 96, the I / O 102 is used for inputting and outputting information, such as acquiring data from the relay unit 8, exchanging data between the memory unit 98 and the processor 96, importing timing information from the timer 100, outputting presentation information to the information presentation unit 32, and operating input information from the information input unit 34.
[0039] The information presentation unit 32 is configured, for example, by an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display). The information input unit 34 includes, for example, a keyboard, a touch panel, and operation buttons. The touch panel is installed on the screen of the LCD display of the information presentation unit 32, for example. The flange fastening support unit 10 is movable and includes a housing unit 104, and the housing unit 104 includes a power supply unit 106 using a battery or a storage battery. The power supply required by the relay unit 8 may be performed by the power supply unit 106. [0050] <An example of the arrangement of sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 and bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4> A in Fig. 12 shows an example of the arrangement of sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 and bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4. Based on this arrangement, a sensor output information table 122 (B in Fig. 12) and a bolt fastening information table 126 (C in Fig. 12) are created, but these are merely examples and the present disclosure is not limited to this presentation.
[0051] <Sensor output information table 122> 12B shows the sensor output information table 122. This sensor output information table 122 is a data file in which the sensor output information of each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is collected and this sensor output information is patterned. This sensor output information table 122 has a pattern section 150 and a sensor output information section 152. Pattern information such as a pattern number is stored in the pattern section 150. That is, for the four sets of sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, number information for identifying 16 types of pattern information is stored.
[0052] Sensor output information sorted by sensor numbers S1, S2, S3, and S4 is stored in the sensor output information section 152. S1 corresponds to the sensor 6-1, S2 to the sensor 6-2, S3 to the sensor 6-3, and S4 to the sensor 6-4. The output information of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is two pieces of information, ON information and OFF information, so there are 16 possible combinations: "ON, ON, ON, ON", "ON, ON, ON, OFF", ..., "OFF, OFF, OFF, OFF", and these ON and OFF states are specified by pattern numbers.
[0053] <Evaluation process for flange fastening> The server 30 acquires either or both of the continuity information and non-continuity information that are output information from each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4. The evaluation of flange fastening uses output information between at least two sensors adjacent in the circumferential direction of the gasket 4. This is a combination of output information between sensors 6-1 and 6-2, output information between sensors 6-2 and 6-3, output information between sensors 6-3 and 6-4, and output information between sensors 6-4 and 6-1.
[0054] Taking bolt 80-1 as an example, the fastening state of bolt 80-1 is determined using output information from sensors 6-4 and 6-1, which are located before and after bolt 80-1. This output information contains either ON information (conductivity information) or OFF information (non-conductivity information) as described above. In this case, the fastening state of bolt 80-1 is determined from the output information from sensors 6-4 and 6-1 using a combination of ON information, a combination of OFF information, or a combination of ON information and OFF information. A bolt fastening determination logic table 124 is used to determine this fastening state. The same relationship applies to the determination of the fastening states of the bolts 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4.
[0055] <Bolt fastening judgment logic table 124> 12C shows the bolt fastening determination logic table 124. This bolt fastening determination logic table 124 stores logical information used for flange fastening determination. An output information combination section 154 and a judgment type section 156 are set in this bolt fastening judgment logic table 124. Sensor number sections 154-1 and 154-2 are set in the output information combination section 154. Sensor number section 154-1 stores sensor information Si represented by sensor numbers S1, S2, S3, and S4 of sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4. Sensor number section 154-2 stores sensor information Sj different from sensor numbers S1, S2, S3, and S4 stored in sensor number section 154-1. In Si and Sj, i and j are subscripts for identifying sensor numbers S1, S2, S3, and S4, and Si ≠ Sj.
[0056] For the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, the following four pairs of sensor information adjacent to each other in the rotation direction for Si and j are set. If Si=S1: Sj=S4 or Sj=S2 If Si=S2: Sj=S1 or Sj=S3 If Si=S3: Sj=S2 or Sj=S4 If Si=S4: Sj=S3 or Sj=S1
[0057] The judgment type section 156 stores judgment result information indicating the judgment type classified by the output information combination section 154. This judgment result information includes the following information. Assuming that Si=ON or OFF and Sj=ON or OFF, this combination judgment gives the following judgment results a), b), c), and d). a) When Si=ON and Sj=ON: The bolt connection between Si and Sj passes (=Evaluation A). b) When Si=OFF and Sj=ON: The bolt connection between Si and Sj fails (=Evaluation B). c) When Si=ON and Sj=OFF: The bolt connection between Si and Sj fails (=Evaluation B). d) When Si=OFF and Sj=OFF: The bolt between Si and Sj is not tightened (=Evaluation C). In this judgment, when either Si or Sj is OFF, the connection is made but the connection state is poor and it is deemed to have failed, and it was given an evaluation of B. In contrast, when both Si and Sj are OFF, it is deemed to have been incompletely connected or not connected at all, and it was given an evaluation of C.
[0058] <Bolt fastening information table 126> 13 shows the bolt fastening information table 126. In this bolt fastening information table 126, a pattern section 158 and a bolt fastening information section 160 are set. Pattern information that matches pattern section 150 is stored in pattern section 158. That is, number information for identifying 16 different pieces of pattern information is stored for the four sets of bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4.
[0059] Bolt fastening evaluation information sorted by bolt numbers b1, b2, b3, and b4 is stored in the bolt fastening information unit 160. In this case, bolt number b1 corresponds to bolt 80-1, bolt number b2 corresponds to bolt 80-2, bolt number b3 corresponds to bolt 80-3, and bolt number b4 corresponds to bolt 80-4. The fastening evaluation information for bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4 consists of three pieces of information: pass (=A), fail (=B), and not fastened (=C). This results in 16 possible combinations: "A, A, A, A", "B, A, A, B", ..., "C, C, C, C", and from these, fastening evaluation is performed for each of bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4, identified by bolt numbers b1, b2, b3, and b4.
[0060] <Evaluation of flange fastening and presentation of evaluation results> When "2" (B in FIG. 12) is extracted from pattern portion 150 of sensor output information table 122, the sensor output information is S1=ON, S2=ON, S3=ON, and S4=OFF. When S3=ON and S4=OFF are applied from this output information to bolt fastening determination logic table 124, the fastening state of bolt number b4 (=bolt 80-4) is evaluated as B, as shown in "2" in pattern portion 158 of bolt fastening information table 126. Similarly, when S4=OFF and S1=ON are applied to bolt fastening determination logic table 124, the fastening state of bolt number b1 (=bolt 80-1) is evaluated as B. By repeating the bolt tightening and evaluation in this manner, the tightening is completed when S1=OFF, S2=OFF, S3=OFF, and S4=OFF changes to S1=ON, S2=ON, S3=ON, and S4=ON, and an evaluation of A is obtained for all judgments of the tightening state of all bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, 80-4 identified by bolt numbers b1 through b4.
[0061] <Procedure for handling flange fastening support during flange fastening work> This flange fastening support processing procedure is an example of a flange fastening support method or a program thereof disclosed herein. [0072] <Advantages of the First Embodiment> According to the first embodiment, any one of the following effects can be obtained. (1) The shape deformation occurring in the gasket 4 due to flange fastening can be directly detected by the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, and can be obtained as binary information of ON or OFF obtained from each of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4. (2) The fastening state of the gasket 4 can be evaluated by comparing the binary information output from adjacent sensors in the circumferential direction of the gasket 4, and the evaluation results can be presented as visualized information. This can support flange fastening and increase the reliability of the seal construction.
[0073] (3) Compared with the conventional evaluation of flange fastening based on bolt axial force, the evaluation can be performed based on the load F received by the gasket 4 without being affected by the bolts or flanges, thereby improving the evaluation accuracy of the flange fastening. (4) The load F to be applied to the gasket 4 can be adjusted or regulated by the distance d between the contacts of the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4, so that the load F to be applied to the gasket 4 can be made an appropriate load. (5) Since the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 can be set at uniform positions in the inner cut portion 24 formed in the gasket 4, the output accuracy of the sensor output information can be improved.
[0074] (6) It is possible to achieve optimum load application across the board for plastic gaskets. (7) When the flanges are fastened, output information from the sensors 6-1, 6-2, 6-3, and 6-4 is obtained at regular time intervals, for example, at 10-second intervals, and the flange fastening is evaluated for each of the bolts 80-1, 80-2, 80-3, and 80-4, and the evaluation information can be presented to the contractor or manager in a timely manner. (8) The contractor or manager can recognize the evaluation results of the flange fastening in the presented information 128, and can determine whether to continue fastening or complete fastening based on the recognition results, which results in speeding up the fastening work.
